This place has tons of fun stuff for kids of all ages. There’s a mini zip line, splash pad, slides, climbing walls, bike and walking trails even spots to fish. It’s perfect for a family day out, and they even have solar benches to charge your phone!

My son and I absolutely love this park. We went for 4th of July and had a blast. The only issue I had was that it took me over 2 hours to leave the parking lot. The parking attendants did nothing but stand around and watch hundreds of people in their cars trying to leave the parking lot- cutting in line, honking, yelling. It was honestly terrifying, I’ve never experienced anything like that in my entire life.

Gilbert Regional Park is an absolute gem for pickleball players! I recently visited and was incredibly impressed. The facilities are truly amazing—the courts are well-maintained, plentiful, and a pleasure to play on. Beyond the fantastic courts, the atmosphere created by the people here is wonderful; everyone I encountered was friendly and inviting, making for a great, welcoming experience. The park itself is beautiful and clearly well-managed. Knocking off just one star because, like any popular place, it can get busy, but overall, it's a top-notch destination for a fun game of pickleball! Highly recommend!

We always have the best time here. Please make sure u don't let ur lils run...I know it's a DUH.. but sometimes u get excited and wanna run and play with the lils . Just don't . I fell so hard and hurt my knees really bad but it's my own fault for RUNNING . We are all taught as small children don't run by the pool or in a area that's wet . I didn't listen to my own self. Life happens just don't want any little kids to hurt themselves or a parent get hurt so bad they can't walk. I almost cried but was more embarrassed then anything else. The bathrooms and sinks are always so clean compared to other parks. The rocket the kids climb in is really cool but sometimes has dog poop in it. Idky but we have been there a few times n it's happened so beware. Sometimes people can be a little rude but stand ur ground and eventually they go away. I've only had 1 incident here with a racist women. Until she seen my niece then she shut up. Doesn't stop us from going back tho... Have fun!!

This is a great place to bring your dog for a walk, play pickleball, volleyball, or to bring your kids to the park. Park. Very welcoming atmosphere and so much activity for family, friends, small groups or even large groups. Also a great place to take pictures by the water. I wish they would expand this place more as they once intended to years ago for a water park. Would be great if they had some local dining or nightlife at Park.

Beautiful walk around the lake. We went there to check out some birds and found a ton of grackles, coots, and cowbirds. And a green/pocket heron too!

Great crowd and 4th of July display. Terrible parking and traffic management. Someone should have been in charge to plan out and practice the flow of traffic coming in and leaving.

This was my favorite birding spot out of all the park etc I visited today. I could have spent hours waking around watching all the birds and bunnies. Highly recommend for hiking. Great trails for strollers and a paved path around one pond for wheelchairs. Felt very safe.

It is really a neat place to see lots of wildlife in the middle of town. Plenty of easy trails to walk. Fishing is poor. One 6 inch catfish with 3 people fishing from 6pm till 9pm. Going back soon for the telescope not the fishing.

This is a gorgeous park with local fishing available; tons of birds and wildlife, the grounds are very clean and it’s just a nice atmosphere to be in :) my only complaint is that the attractions were not staffed well, we got tickets for the train but waited through 2-3 scheduled ride times because there wasn’t a staff member to conduct the ride. Kids still had a great time and enjoyed the train once the conductor showed up!

This is a big park. Lots of ooen playarea, kids play structure and much more activities can be done here. Good for day to spend. There are some paid activities are here like Train ride, small train to accommodate kids and adults. This is $5 each person. Colossal ride and some other rides as well, they are good for kids. Lots of lakes are full with Bids and ducks, good spend time with nature and good for photography. There are playgrounds for Basketball, volleyball and much more.

My childhood park with restored train rides and small carnival rides as well as baseball fields and green fields. Water features are lovely, ducks abound, and fishing is available.

This park is beautiful, clean, and really peaceful. The pond was full of ducks, and the kids had a great time at the playgrounds. It was my first visit, but I’m definitely planning to go back to enjoy the trails and scenery again.

This beautiful large and shady public Park is treasure in Gilbert! This magnificent Park has many walking paths, multiple duck ponds and waterfalls,and even amusement park rides for young children including a Ferris wheel, Merry-Go-Round, as well as an open air train that children and adults can ride all around the park. A fantastic experience for all ages!

This park has a parking lot! ^_^ Also, the walking path was so lovely. There is a pond with a waterfall you can see from all angles during your walk. And so so soooo many ducks and birds! And the best part: plenty of shade!

What a beautiful park! Came here for a jazz concert in the evening and decided to come earlier to check out the Nature Center, walk around the lake and go a little off trail to the man made running creek. So fun that my granddaughter wanted to walk around 3 times. A lot of people came to fish. Springtime the cactus blooms were so pretty.

When reviewing this park, I have to compare it to Riparian Preserve, and in comparison, this is the lesser of the two. Although these places are meant to be natural, that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have some structure and a certain cleanliness appeal. It’s fine if you’re in the area and it’s what’s nearby, but I don’t think it’s worth making a special trip to see it. That said, everything is worth visiting at least once. Saluti

I enjoyed this park. There is a small waterfall and lots of different creatures. Birds, lizards, fish, squirrels, gophers, and a cat. The nature center was also filled with interesting displays and pamphlets about Maricopa parks and desert landscaping.

This is a beautiful park, with trails, a pond, monuments to veterans, and lots of wildlife that can be seen (birds and rabbits mainly). Just want to point out a few things to dog owners, as I often go with my german shepherd. The water is not swimable, for dogs or people. Theres lots of rabbits and it is always packed, so if your dog is reactive, you're going to have a rough walk. This is more of a scenic park for strolling.

This place is so beautiful! There are so many trails to explore and activities to do. You could really make a whole day of it. We enjoyed spotting wild life and taking in the scenery. We highly recommend.

Serene atmosphere. Lots of natural scenery to take in. Nice trail around the lake. Good for taking long walks in a scenic environment. It's even great in warm Spring mornings. There are always some people around, mostly walking their dogs, but still not crowded.

Would’ve given it five stars, but I’m not sure about the water quality in the pond. It’s reclaimed water, and is a very weird color. But it was a hot day, and my dog didn’t care. Luckily after we finished, and lady told us there was a fresh water rinsing spot for my dog. I was grateful for it. Be prepared to get some degree of wet yourself if you go in the pond area. Dogs are romping around, playing, and shaking off water, and some will get on you. That’s not entirely bad in a hot day. There is a large area next to the pond area that has a couple obstacles for the dogs too.

What an amazing dog park! All enclosed but separated big and small areas, hangout area, and swimming area! Overall the best place in the area to take your dog! Only wish it had more parking.

Most of the part was blocked off by fences. Only the large and small areas were open. Nothing was open around the beach area. Area is well maintained, and it looked like most people poop scoop.

First timers with our 7 month old English Lab..what fun she had..first time in the water!! They just refurbished the lake, very clean. Just an AWSOME Park!!!

Love this park has plenty of different options depending on the day and what the other dogs are feeling lots of friendly people free dog bags and pooper scoopers a small dog area and multiple big dog areas including a fenced in beach park with a lake that lets your dog walk in the water making this very comfortable for any dog that has not been swimming before giving them the opportunity to walk right into the water they have a spot where dogs can long jump into the water off the side unfortunately it was still closed for some reason when is went a few days ago I’m hoping it will be open soon but to be honest it didn’t stop my too boys They made there way regardless of the gate being locked great facility…

After being referred here by some new friends I made at another dog park, I brought my girl here last weekend to play in the water and WOW. What a beautiful little water park it is! My girl loves playing in water but has never gotten to actually swim before and she had the time of her life. There's a big sandy area that leads right up into the water and gets deeper the further you go so it's literally like a small beach for dogs.. how cool is that?! I've never seen anything like it before! The water looks clean and it's surrounded by several large grassy areas for them to run around in, as well as several rinse off areas where you can hose your dog down to get all the sand & dirt off them. I'd recommend bringing a couple towels too! The whole park looks very clean and well-kept and overall I was very impressed! It's an awesome place to bring your dog for exercise and socializing and I definitely recommend checking it out, especially if your fur baby enjoys water activities. My ONLY complaint is the grassy areas need more seating and either more trees or a ramada for shade, because one grassy area only had a few benches and small trees and the rest has none. Other than that, the Cosmo Dog Park gets a thumbs up from me! We'll be back again very soon!

I’m from Wisconsin. I lived in Gilbert Arizona for a few years and then returned to Wisconsin. I’m on vacation and took my dog to Cosmo dog park this morning. I was so excited because Gilbert is such a classy community that I had high expectations for this dog park. I understand that construction is being done, but that’s not the issue. I was really disgusted by how much dog poop was at this park. Every 2 feet there was another mound of dog poop that I tried to avoid stepping in. People don’t seem to pay attention to their dogs at this park. My dog did not seem to enjoy the park either. It felt very dirty and unkept. I will not be returning with my dog. I will find a cleaner and better maintained dog park to visit. I do not recommend.

Nicely covered play structure. Swings are not under shade so get hot early now. Splash pad is fun but hours vary. 9-7pm May-Aug.

This is a nice park. However there are so many people who take their dogs to the park & do not pick up after them. Dogs should not be allowed to run free. I have seen many off leash. My Dog is always leashed & I always have potty bags because I am a responsible dog owner. More strict fines need to be put in place. And reminders about leash laws unless you are at a fenced dog park. Espee park is not fenced & is nice when you are not finding drug paraphernalia & stepping in dog poop that someone left there. Clean up after your dogs & go do your drugs elsewhere. This should be a nice neighborhood park. Not a drug gathering spot or a spot where people take their dogs so they do not have to pick up after them.

Espee Park with the splash pad is super fun! Kids can play in the water and have a blast. It's a great place for families, especially on hot days. The park has other things too, like playgrounds. I took my kids there, and they loved it. It's a cool spot for some outdoor water fun!

The splash pad requires the button to be pushed frequently. The water shifts in different areas which is annoying. There were several homeless people in the shaded area and the bathrooms were horrific. The bike park looked nice and so did the open area. The park was covered. I'm not sure we will be back though.

The park is okay it's clean and nice the people in the neighborhood seem to think it's just their so they don't like people coming there that was kind of rude

Great park to bring your kiddos or fur-kiddos!! I went pretty early in the morning to beat the heat, but the sprinklers are going! Fun running and trying to dodge them! The pond is a great added feature and surely will make you feel relaxed! Lots of ducks and ducklings! I will be back to explore more of this park! Great area to get a great workout in and there is somethong for everyone!

This park is awesome for kids, dogs, or just hanging out, and the sprinklers in the morning make it extra fun. The pond with ducks adds a relaxing vibe, and I’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of it.

Wow this place is huge. This park offers some of the best amenities in the area. Specifically, we regularly visit the baseball fields for Little League games. The park provides a concession stand right next to the ice arena. There's most certainly adequate parking but it is a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the fields themselves so it can be a little tricky if you have a little kids. The baseball fields are in excellent condition and never disappoint. From a baseball perspective I highly recommend this place. There's even a decent playground behind centerfield on one of the fields for the little ones which has been really great!

Recent updates: A patron of the park has donated rakes and scoops! Thank you for the donation! Most of the park lacks shade, especially in the afternoon. Unless the grass gets proper watering before the sun comes up, it will be sure to brown in the hottest months. The group of dog owners here are typically responsible, cooperative, and tend to their K9 companions.

Great big grassy areas to walk and a trail that goes along the canal which is very pleasant. Restrooms and playground are easily accessible and ample parking. My only complaint is the lazy people that come here thinking “not my problem someone else will pick up my trash.” People come here for kids sports games, to take family photos, etc and when they leave I always see empty wrappers, soda cans, plastic bottles, sports bottles and confetti. There are a lot of trash cans throughout the park. This park is well maintained, it’s up to us as adults (and yes to teach your kids too) that picking up after yourself is not only smart but it helps keep it clean and beautiful for others to enjoy. The pictures are of the confetti littered all over the place.

This is an awesome park our dogs and kids love it! There is a man made lake, brush for the dogs to run and explore, lots of acreage. Beautiful clean park!

Cute little pond tucked behind the rink and baseball fields. Nice picnic tables and area to zen out for a little bit. Nice shady trees and large grassy areas.

What an incredible oasis in the middle of a largely desert region! The shady trees and water bodies make it a great hiking area even during the summer. Short easy hikes and you can make them into longer trails according to the route you plan out. We went during peak summer so some of the ponds were dry, but still there’s a lot of water birds and other wildlife for bird watchers and nature lovers. We happened to go on a cloudy day and really enjoyed the place. There are benches to sit on and contemplate the view. All for free!

Me and my kids we love this place. We discovered it and will always make this a place to go back to for years to come! It is absolutely beautiful. I’ve seen so much wild wildlife here so many beautiful families here just enjoying the nature and just being with Family and friends and taking family pictures and having picnics and trail hiking I just loved the vibe the feeling the experience was everything. I’m so happy I discovered this place.♥️

This is a really great spot for walking, running, and walking the dog, especially in the summer since there is lots of shade. The scenery and wildlife is spectacular: birds, squirrels, bunnies, etc. There is a mix between paved trails and dirt trails, so can be a good spot for those who have mobility issues. Lots of ponds/lakes for fishing. There are a few restrooms around the perimeter. The preserve connects to several trails that can take you to other great parks in Gilbert. Parking can be difficult as the lot is very small.

Great park for walking. Unfortunately a lot of the ponds are currently dry. The paths are well maintained and clean. There are a few homeless that made me a bit uncomfortable but generally I felt safe. There are so many ducks and birds it is amazing. The community around the park is very nice. I go here to walk or run the trails and very much enjoy it.

Brilliant idea from the Gilbert civil engineering urban planning departments. Free, safe, and well maintained park. Perfect desert oasis with much wildlife in the city! Highly recommended for homeschool moms searching for a life science field trip.

It's still a beautiful clean place, it surprised me that some of the lakes were dried up but its still a beautiful place. When went we saw fish in the pond. That was different, So its just a nice place to connect to nature.

My favorite spot is the Riparian Reserve at Water Ranch I love going there with the kids early in the morning to spot birds along the water, walk the trails and then enjoy a picnic under the mesquite trees. It’s peaceful, natural and right in our backyard.

Nice place to go enjoy the day, nice re done park, and water pad, drinking fountains, police bot in the field, bathrooms, tables an grills, enough shade, and space, train, and close to train, Mormon temple, stores, restaurants, Library, and of course Pete's.

Loved it. The parks here in Arizona are so much better than California. They even have water to cool down in and a cute train to look at.

Though it's well maintained and they've clearly spent millions on upgrading it, the culture is still rough with unleashed unfix dogs, drug paraphernalia, and homeless occupying the same spaces as children. Totally still worth the visit but perhaps some vigilance would be advisable. The multilevel play ground is easily the tallest I've ever seen!

What a spacious, fun filled place with activities for all types of enthusiasts. It was an amazing experience as from the street it didn't look so loaded with such things as softball and baseball fields, water spouts for kids to play in or to use a meditation moment. It also has an abundance of picnic areas. It was well landscaped with equipment in good condition and ample restroom places. The park is so big it was difficult to see from one end to the other with many wide sidewalk paths.

The best! This is awesome, at least in the middle of the day on a weekday. So many unique play structures and ways to play. I recommend having one parent per child, if you have toddlers like me. It's rather large. Oh! And there is a huge train and a water feature that's even turned on in February!

This playground is super clean and perfect for toddlers and up, with fun features like climbing poles and a big rock for older kids. It's fully shaded, has nearby bathrooms and parking, plus lots of walking trails around.

Very nice park, lots of birds. Two man-made lakes and a waterfall. There's fishing allowed. I also have a basketball court and volleyball. Also playgrounds .Very nice park to walk around.

I observed a large, fat rat on the toddler playground, specifically nestled in the corner of the small, fake rock mountain. The rat was right next to the soft mulch play surface where toddlers sit and play. Rats pose a severe health risk to young children, as they can transmit diseases through their droppings and urine, which will contaminate the mulch. Immediate action is needed to clear this rodent issue. Parents should be aware of this until the park confirms the area has been professionally cleaned and treated. The safety of our children must be the top priority

We love this park. It’s family friendly, safe, and a great place to just hang out. It’s also a great place to watch birds.

A Beautiful and expansive park in the Phoenix suburb of Gilbert. A great for strolling leisurely or running.

Nice park with ducks. There's a volleyball court, basketball court, play ground, and fishing pool. It's pretty big and nice pavement around the park. It would be a good place to have a picnic and they also have a pavilion area with lots of seats. A great place for a nice walk. It's close to Costco and other shopping centers. There are plenty of parking spots.

One of the nicest parks I've been to in Greater Phoenix! I've lived in the Phoenix region for over 7 years and, between all the sports that my kids play, I've been to more parks than I'm able to count - and this morning I visited Discovery District Park for a rugby game. Aside from the variety of things in this park (lakes with fishing, small hills for bikes, fields, walking paths, picnic areas, beach volleyball and basketball courts, intertwined with walking paths) this park was a great place, with lots of friendly community members, to visit. As in its easy access location, and the close shipping district with lots of quick food options for hungry athletes, and this is one of the best parks I've been to in the region.

Editing my review as they do provide parking during the games. You just have to pull in like you're going to the game and tell the attendants you are going to the park. Be certain that's what you are doing though, as they'll warn that you will be towed if not at the park and at the game/stadium. Other than that it was amazing!

I haven't been to this park in maybe 10 years. When I first came there was a seesaw but the park is still beautiful. The breeze over here is amazing. Why don't I get this breeze in The South side 😭❓ either way it was beautiful. It was great to see all the kids come out and take prom pictures and chill with the kiddos. We even stayed at the Sheraton across the lake and even that was great from the pool to the splash pad wore my kids out which was great for me Mother's Day weekend.

Lots of parking on the opposite side but not any well marked pedestrian crossovers. In the evening parking is available. Safe for women to exercise solo or walk pets. I Take my dog around the lake once or twice. Even though later in evening your see homeless people it’s still peaceful and so far safe for me. Lots of parents bring their kids to the splash pad and playground, lots of yoga and teenagers photographing for graduations and prom. Many people are fishing and feeding the waterfowl. You can view turtles easily and they have nice hippo & crocodile floaters. No swimming.

This has to be the best playground. Such interesting and fun things for kids and adults including something that looks like a hamster wheel, a standing zip line (be careful with this as falling is likely), challenging slides, etc. There is a pond with fish and walking trails. They also have some picnic tables and free parking. Great location. Not much shade however. Lots of dogs being walked as there are grassy areas.

Nice park tucked between apartments and shops. It has a man-made pond, shaded seating, and flat trails for walking. The playground is big, and they had sprinklers running for the kids — perfect stop if you're headed to HMart or Asiana Market.

We loved it (us as parents and our 2 yr old)! Great play structure for smaller kiddos with appropriate sized slides and stairs and things to climb. Looking forward to when our kids are older and can use the giant climbing structure (yikes!) great area with a sort of rock wall for little bit older kids as well. Amazing number and design of covered picnic areas, lots of grass, and awesome splash pad!!

This is a lovely park to walk and play for thrle kiddos. I wish it wasn't so hot I would visit there daily. I didn't live far from it. I know once it starts to cool off, it will be perfect.

There’s a ton of fun and excitement happening under the Gilbert Water Tower! You’ll find great restaurants, live music, theater shows, and some awesome nightlife. The whole area really comes alive at night with an energetic vibe.

A cool oasis in Downtown Gilbert. Home of the Gilbert Water Tower, this small park has a grassy hill, water play area and plenty of seating. A great space to visit in the mornings & evenings for great views of the sunrise & sunset. This is a good place for portrait photography, too. (Updated): the town recently completed an upgrade to the Water Tower Plaza. This includes a renovated splash pad, new public restrooms, and a newer grassy area. The splash pad also has seating and a shade canopy. All of this ups the family friendly space with more room for playtime ..and lots more ways to get soaked. Gilbert Water Tower Plaza continues to be a great place to relax, cool off, and see free shows. If you are in the area stop by

Gilbert officials have done a great job making this part of old town a destination. There's so much around the Water Tower Plaza including numerous great restaurants, the Hale Theater Performing Arts Center, small eateries, coffee shops, BBQ, and more. Just across the street from this "pocket park" is a bank of public restrooms with hand washing stations adjacent. Smart. Convenient. The old pump house can be easily overlooked. It's just feet from the old water tower. A nice spot to visit any time of day.

This place is so fun. You should especially bring your children to play in the water fountains under the water tower. I highly recommend spending an hour or two here in the summertime.

Such a nice place to take the kids to get some energy out! Lots of parking near by. Our kids love coming to play, and get ice cream nearby! We love all the restaurants in walking distance!

I go here every Monday for boy scouts meet. Huge ground for sports meets, covered sheds available, birthday parties can be hosted, swings and play area, bike areas, walk path, green grass all around. Has clean restrooms and water filters.

Tumbleweed Park in Chandler, Arizona is a great place to spend the day. The park is well maintained and has plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. There are multiple playgrounds, and plenty of ramadas to picnic and relax. The park also has plenty of walking trails. Overall, Tumbleweed Park provides a great place to gather with friends and family and enjoy some outdoor activities. Highly recommended!

KNIX BBQ and BEER FESTIVAL MARCH 25, 2023. EXCELLENT. Great choice of musicians, but exceptional show from Craig Morgan! Food cost seemed extreme. 10 hr event. Would definately go again!

Overall this park is amazing for everyone. There are two playgrounds for different age groups separated by a play sand area. There are benches and shades. The restrooms are a bit far from the playground which is the only downside but are close to the basketball court and volleyball area. There is also trail by the canal for walking or bike riding!

We really enjoy this park. It is generally quiet, the play structures are fun for the kids and there is plenty of grass. Visitors should note, however, that the canal runs along the west side of the park and it is open; keep an eye on your littles.

I love walking in the morning. It's peaceful and the people you do run into are very friendly. The park is always clean and looks beautiful.

Lights on the basketball court need to be fixed

I love the trail that is located by canal. If you don't cross the street and depending where you start, it's a little over 1 mile down and that same distances back.

Great little pond to fish at! Brought 3 boys with me and had lots of room for us all. The pond is set up very nicely, it has great very large shade tree that give shade almost all day. Seemed to be stocked well altogether after getting the boys set up all 4 of us caught lots of little sun fish then bottom fished and caught lots of catfish! Just watch out for the turtles out in the water. Update...10/8/20 went back twice now for some night fishing and have pulled out a channel catfish both nights. One was 23 inches and the next day 26.25 inches! Thanks AZ Game and Fish!

Nice park ,lots of trees and a little lake,great for the dogs. Bathrooms decent and a Good playground. Down side ,it appears as I s some homeless folk living out of their cars are using this as home base. But clean and green

Went to go drop a line in the other night. A couple of other groups fishing there also. A very small pond. If going at night bring your own flashlight because there is zero light down by the pond.

Great place to take the kids, small hook and some corn and you got a fish! The older kids love the field to shoot off rockets and drive their RC cars. The smaller ones enjoy the playground

It was cleaned and we'll maintained. Majority of the playground is shaded. However plastic from the slide got extremely hot from the sun hitting it, so warning for parents who take their kids there check the slides. The musical display was nice unfortunately the sticks to hit them with are gone. The splash pad is awesome. It's like a water park but a free one where kids enjoy the pirate ship and the giant watering bucket. No kid will be disappointed.

This place is awesome, it's so clean and the splash pad is beyond fun my kids didn't want to leave. It was perfect to cool down at before the long road trip home

This splash pad is so fun! My kids (2 & 4) went down the slide so many times. There's also a fun dump bucket and other water stuff. The only thing I wish was different was I wish there was more seating (and seating shaded). When we got there, we couldn't find a place to sit so we ended up just sitting in the water on the splash pad.

Beautiful park, amazing splash pad and playground(both have a good amount of shade). The bathrooms are really nice and clean. 10/10 awesome park, and the little lakes are fun with the ducks swimming by.

This park is probably my new GOAT park. I am from out of state visiting. I wanted to take my children to a splash pad. Was it busy "Yes it was Memorial weekend" but did it work out for all there Yup! The splash pad is covered so it makes the death heat of Arizona better to survival. Bonus the playground up the hill is ALSO very awesome AND COVERED! The design of this park was well thought out for having the best summer day and not dying. Kuddos to the developer. I know what park we will be visiting again when we come to Arizona.

Great park did not know this existed. There is something for all ages. Huge lake, big play ground and fun splash pad.

My grandson LOVES this splash pad. It keeps the big kids entertained as well! While I wish there was a little more shade, they've definitely tried. It's Arizona, and being a bit hot is expected.

There were two people working, one being the owner. They had about 3 ppl shopping and they were both up front as cashiers. They had a sign that they closed the fitting room temporarily because of low staff but if you buy something, you can only get store credit if it doesn’t fit. I had looked around and had 3 outfits in mind that I wanted to try on. I even asked the owner if I could just try on the clothes, she said no and didn’t mind losing business. They should put the sign up on the front doors not on the dressing room. I’m not buying stuff without tryin on.

Found a shirt I really liked but it had what looked like deodorant stains tried to see if they had more in the back she said no then I tried to see if maybe she can give me a discount but she said it would still be full price and that maybe I can wash it at home ? Really inconsiderate to the customer who is still willing to buy when the product is dirty.

Ok, first there are a TON of clothes, most very cute and and decent quality, some stuff low quality, it is hit and miss. Prices are cheap as mostly everything comes from China. Their PLUS size area has tons of work appropriate stuff but, their Plus area is considered L and XL despite the tags saying 1X, 2X, their clothes run way small (Asian sizing) so don't feel bad going to the PLUS area. Staff isn't very helpful and there are two fitting rooms, plan on waiting. Other than that, prices reflect the experience and you get store credit only for returns, which is fair, again prices reflect it.

The fact they have no return policy is insane to me explains why their clothing quality is horrible and why their workers have bad personalities too.

Be aware of what your walking into and what your buying. This store is Asian run, no returns, no dressing rooms to try on for 2 yeasrs since covid. The owners, paranoid covid, quality horrible, lower prices but good luck with it holding up, can't return, or try on. Don't waste your time and money.

I don't know how these people make enough money to pay rent on their space in the mall, their process are so low! I took my granddaughters there to try on dresses and shoes for prom.

Dressing room closed you have to purchase items then they tell you to go to Barnes’s and Nobel bathroom to try on. Then if have to return after purchase no refund store credit only

I have submitted a request for information probably 10 times over the past 3-4 years. How many times do they call or email me back? Zero. I have called so many times and they NEVER answer. I had to go physically in to talk to someone, and they don't offer masters courses at the campus. Only online. What's the point? I can't even comment on the education portion, because I can't even get into Admissions. How do they stay in business this way?

One of the most unprofessional university’s. I went through several golf coaches in 2 years along with getting little to NO GEAR to represent my school, the semester after I dropped out they cut the girls golf program all together and I took that as a sign that I did the right thing by removing myself. The financials were always so foggy as well and the housing department was a whole other nightmare!! I would recommend other community colleges in the area before this one.

Bedbugs/animal feces in their apartments and they didn’t schedule me for classes that I needed (delaying my graduation date enough that I transferred).

Park University is a wonderful college experience. From the tutors, mentor's staff, and PARKing haha. But most importantly, how they are dealing with COVID.

Beautiful!!! The perfect desert beauty. The entrance of this park is on Lindsay exit to 202 toward east. There are ramadas and walling trails, the paved trail extends up to the Val Vista road along the side of 202, I didn't go that far but it passes behind the cooper point. A bit noisy due to proximity to 202. But this is a good place to watch birds or walk your dog 🐕. There are no restrooms.

Zanjero Park is a outdoor space that you can walk around and it has a couple of pavilions to picnic at. They have hitching posts for horses and some burrowing Owls. They do have a concrete path that stretches over a mile if you want to get some walking or bike riding in. With that said it's just a patch of desert next to the free way. I cannot see visiting this in the summer time since shade is limited. Its decent place for some alone time. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Well my friends, this your normally desert park right next to S lindsey rd, just S of the 202 freeway. Yes it's pretty much a desert picnic area. No restrooms plants and tress are all dead just waiting for a good down poor. (Rain) watch the lizzards run frantically on the hot 🔥 dirt, little list rabbits, sitting under the awing picnic area facing north watch all the cars and trucks race by on the freeway. Make sure my friends that you bring plenty of drinks, your lunch and enjoy the desert picnic are. Today was a good day, a nice cool breeze came through on this warm day Here you get what you get so far no rattle snakes lol

This is a nice small field to just get out and enjoy some nature the burrow owls are awesome to watch. Nature is amazing. Never spotted any rattlers but im always watching out.

UPDATE:owls move to Northen AZ. Park demolished for freeway access. nice seldom used park with equestrian trail and picnic tables. There are owl burrows here too. Saw 2 owls this visit.

A really cool little park. A nice walk on a weekend and it was pretty quiet aside from nearby traffic. Seeing the owls was really cool as well as roadrunners. Not really a lot to it but it's still worth a visit to see the birds.

Good place for a little walk. Not a lot of owls were out at the time but it was hot and during the day. Wish there was more shade and more places to sit but good for an easy walk.

This park was very small and it was in the middle of busy downtown Gilbert. There was no off street parking, not that I could see. You had to park on the street and there was construction going on too- very loud and busy there. You could also hear the traffic from the main road. There was a small ramada with a picnic table and a small shaded playground. Don't recall seeing any bathrooms or fountains, and it was muddy. I couldn't explore much because there was a sign saying playground was closed...

A small, but great park to relax, railfan, or play in. Contrary to popular belief, there IS a bathroom nearby. It's just not in the park but across the tracks in the small grayish-blue building. One thing, though, taking pictures on the tracks is illegal and trespassing. There are plenty of other alternatives to the tracks for family photos.

Love our neighborhood greenspace!! This park has majestic views of the lake from multiple angles. Great amenities, plenty of parking, and a good time to be had!

It’s a lovely, pleasant neighbourhood. The HOA is reasonable with architecture requests. However, there are no benefits with the community unlike Val Vista lakes whom include access to gym, Olympic length pool et al. The HOA should plant more trees and install another pavement/sidewalk for both sides of the road. It’s a dated but safe community.

I've lived in the Islands for over 20 years and it's a great place to live. Raised my kids here. Safe, close to lots of things, beautiful neighborhood, gorgeous lakes, always fun things going on. Just went to a free concert in the park.

My kids and I used to come here all the time play basketball but in the last 4 months, the basketball court has never been clean. Its nasty, especially when the water sprinklers are on and the ball goes into the nasty water. The court is fill with dirt. I see the landscapers all the time with air blowers and never clean the basketball court area. Recommendation: 1. Remove the dirt off the court at least once a week. 2. Run the sprinklers at night as I notice people walking, carrying umbrellas to stay out of the sprinklers in the morning walks. 3. Hope this brings to your attention. Thank you. Friendly neighborhood

We love this park. It is set back from the road so you don't have to worry about traffic and your little ones. It also has great boulders to climb along with your traditional playground equipment.

We love the huge, twin grass lawns. The play structure is decent and the track in the back is good for running in a quiet space. Sometimes dirty and the track is pretty worn.

Great park with shaded playground and swings, they had cute miniature rock formations to climb on and a pavilion. A fun park to walk through too it had a lot of grass and a little trail.

I really like the pickleball courts, and this is the first tee for the 9 hole disc golf course

There's really nothing to see here at this park. There's only a medium sized parking lot, the community center, a rounded pavilion, and a grassy field with random circles drawn there, and there is a very small basketball court (nicely colored and clearly marked with lines) by the parking lot. There were no picnic tables or restrooms in sight. There was also no playground, at least not that I could see. It was a pretty boring "park."

Circles on Grass were for family social distancing, Movie Night in the Park. Everyother Friday night for 5 Movie's in the Park. Community Center has vending machines, and Water fountain. Nice small park. The facilities at the recreation centre is good. Ample parking space is present, but it is not sufficient if there is any community event like movie screening...

I don't think there is playground equipment. We go for the free movie in the park Wendy other Friday night in the spring. Very fun! Free popcorn!

We went there to watch my granddaughter play soccer so I really didn't look around much. I will say I had a great time at the game.
