This is a great family spot, and we saw many other families with the same idea. We appreciated the kids menu options for our little one. The location is refreshingly lush, with grapevine lining the walkway to the entrance and orchard trees around the building. The menu is full of American comfort food with some emphasis on southwestern flavors. They make a nice burger with good ingredients and a variety of fun combinations. The fritters are delicious! Looking forward to trying more from the menu next time.

Interesting setup for breakfast. A ton of seating but you go up to order and then they will bring you the food once its ready. They will also clean the tables afterward. Had the breakfast tacos, eggs, roasted potatoes, eggs sunny-side up, French toast sticks, and pancakes among the group. Overall everyone enjoyed their food and would love to come back again

I discovered this place about one year ago. Great food. Cool atmosphere. Great service. Long line at times, but very worth it. Nice outdoor areas to sit and eat. My favorite is their ribs. $24.00 for a full rack. Other places charge that for only a half rack. Fall off the bones perfection. My only complaint: the last time I got ribs they were not very good. I don’t know why. But hey, no place is perfect. Things happen. Their cheesecakes are fantastic. Oh, if you go there on your birthday….$15.00 of your bill. How’s that for a birthday gift? Awesome.

You really got a lot of food for the price! Huge hamburgers! Made to order cookies! Yummy milkshakes! I like this farm area it has a winery and some shops. Washrooms are in a separate building outside. Lots of outside tables with misters on. The only thing I didn't care so much for was the drinks. Here it's an organic farm, why don't they carry more natural drinks or drinks with sugar instead of HFCS their is a homemade lemonade and non sweeten tea, but that was it. Coke and Pepsi- yuk. Then they have you wait in line to place your order. Servers bring your food out, servers keep asking if you want refills, why not make it where you can order at the tables?

Joe's Farm Grill had been our our want to go list for quite a while. Last night we finally had the opportunity to go 20 minutes before they closed. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Noreena. She was super happy & excited to share her passion for the resturant & their food. It was a nice surprise to encounter someone so happy and passionate about their company, the food, and their sustainability efforts, especially at the end of a long day. She took the time to tell us her favorite foods & why. She guided us to delicious dinner options that we throughly enjoyed. We really appreciated her efforts and passion. While the food was delicious, we look forward to coming back for Noreena's captivating personality. Thank you for fun a evening!

Always a favorite breakfast spot especially for entertaining visitors. Great for large groups and when weather is beautiful. Lines go fairly quickly, but recommend going before 10a to avoid traffic. Lots of places to take family pics too. Highly recommend adding this to your breakfast places.

This place had a cool vibe. I had Joe's Big Breakfast and for the most part it was good. I wasn't crazy at all about the coffee cake. It was dry and lacked the coffee cake taste. I should've went with toast. Also you had to stand in line too order your food which was a bit different than normal. However the line moved at a good pace and once you ordered the food came out pretty quick. A+ on that. The staff was very friendly and tentative. Asked if you needed anything and refilled my beverage fairly quickly. They did forget the extra bacon I ordered but I got full off the food I did order. Good job y'all..

Haven’t been to Joe’s BBQ in yearss and was really excited to get a baked potato. I ordered a baked potato with everything on it & added pulled pork on the side. The presentation of the baked potato was so phenomenal I had to ask hype up the sweet gal that made it! Her name is Leilani and the photos of her potato masterpiece are attached below. The young gentleman at the cash register was so friendly as well; great banter with my friend and I. Had a great dinner with my friend here at Joe’s BBQ :) Food was delicious and staff were kind.

We ordered the big feast and some amazing sides that included the baked beans, mac n cheese, some extra sausages and corn. Meats were absolutely delicious and melt in your mouth! The cornbread was the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back!

My family loves going to Joe’s Real Barbecue, especially for birthdays since they give you $14 off your meal. I always go for the house salad with chopped brisket it’s juicy, full of flavor, and so good I don’t even need dressing. The portions are big, the food’s satisfying, and we enjoy hanging out at the picnic tables while the kids play games like cornhole and Twister.

The Hello Culture Gilbert just had our monthly Content Shoot here at Joe's Real BBQ in September. Management was very accommodating to our group size, the area outside and in the enclosed patio were extremely clean and well taken care of. They provided our event with cold waters to combat the heat as well as had such a lovely space to gather content for this and other local businesses. We really appreciate Joe & Tad for working with us for this event & we can not wait to partner with them again in the future!

The cuisine, while decent, is not commensurate with its price point. While the chopped brisket is a flavourful, albeit supplementary option, its high fat-to-meat ratio diminishes its value. The mac and cheese, lacking in a robust and distinctive flavour, is overpowered by the taste of the pasta. The inclusion of an extra sharp cheddar could potentially enhance its profile. The service is commendable, yet the high cost remains disproportionate to the quality of the food. Additionally, it’s a very crowded and boisterous place.

Hands-down, the best ribs, cornbread, and barbecue sauce. When we originally lived in Arizona, we used to come here often and loved it. Finally moved back and it’s as good as ever, if not better. Been to endless bbq places, even in Texas and this is still number 1.

Excellent bbq. Lots of choices and combos . Beef brisket , jalapeño sausage and turkey breast are top notch. Fun place to eat with friends and family. Highly recommend this to all.

TLDR: a super cute breakfast place in a nice location with good food and great service! I only have one complaint- the music was MEGA loud, which made it hard to have a conversation, but literally everything else was great! I started out with coffee and a SPICY BLOODY (Snooze House Bloody Mix, Yellowbird Habanero Hot Sauce, Tamari, Tito's Handmade Vodka). We had ordered one regular Bloody Mary at the table which was enjoyed. I liked this, but it wasn’t anything special- it was very good. I guess what I’m getting at is that there wasn’t anything remarkable about it, but it was exactly what I ordered and was delicious. I’d get it again. Our table ordered THE SNOOZE CLASSIC* (Three coge-free eggs cooked any style with your choice of ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo, pulled pork, chicken sausage or plant-based chorizo. Includes hash browns and choice of toast) which I’m told was good and as expected, the OMG! FRENCH TOAST (Fresh brioche stuffed with house-made mascarpone filling and topped with our house-made vanilla cream, caramel, fresh strawberries and toasted coconut. O. M. G.) which was super tasty and the envy of the table. My partner ordered the PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN PANCAKES (Signature house-mode buttermilk pancokes with caramelized pineapple chunks, house-made vanilla cream and cinnamon butter) which he wasn’t a huge fan of- his complaint was that all the pineapple was centered in the middle, and the pancakes are really big! So by the time he got to the middle he was full and sweetened out by the regular sweet pancakes. I had a couple bites and thought it was pretty good, but had a bit from the outside without any pineapple and so I’d probably agree with his assessment that if possible, the cooks might want to spread around the pineapple a bit 😎. He was jealous and wanted the OMG French toast 🤣. He also got chorizo and bacon, extra grilled, which were both good. I had what was quite possibly the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in my life: the PARMESAN-PANKO CRAB CAKE BENEDICT* (A griddled crab cake made from a blend of all lump and claw crab meat lightly crusted with our house-mode Parmesan-panko breederumbs atop a secsoned tomato slice and buttery brioche bose. Topped with an avocado, poached cage-free egg, house-mode cream cheese hollandaise, fresh dill and pistou drizzle.) It was beyond delicious. If you like crab cakes and eggs benedict, I’d highly advise that you try it! Our server was very nice, accommodating, and ready with the jokes. We came here on a Sunday morning early, and it was BUSY but they sat us pretty quickly and we didn’t have to wait overly long for our food. This place is POPPIN’! I’m not from the area, so I would’ve preferred to sit outside, and maybe next time we fly in to Arizona, we’ll do that! I was very impressed with Snooze as a chain restaurant.

Food was pretty good; service (seating, wait staff, coffee, food, etc.) Was pretty good also. We sat outside for breakfast on Tuesday morning and the flies were pretty bad, so bad it was hard to enjoy breakfast on a nice morning outside. Bella, Bella Benedict was good, but the prosciutto was kinda gristle and tough to cut but otherwise everything else was tasty. I had the shrimp and grits and our waiter cautioned me that the chorizo was kinda spicy, which made me look forward to it even more. Unfortunately, the chorizo was not spicy at all and the shrimp did not have much seasoning flavor but the grits were good and I finished it all! They have a great location, plenty of free parking around the back and a very nice menu so I'll probably return to try some of their other items.

I went here with my girls because we wanted a late breakfast but I think we would have been better off going somewhere else. You have to park in the parking garage half a block away. The wait time was 55 mins to get a table, plus we were so hungry that we agreed to outdoor seating and the flies were all over our food eating our food so we couldn’t enjoy a single peaceful bite. Awful experience!! The juice and water glasses for all 3 of us were disgusting and filthy. I would see crumbs at the rim from not being washed well. The utensils also seems gross. The outdoor chairs didn’t have proper back support so my back started hurting after 10 mins. I just wanted to get out of that place very quickly. I don’t recommend this place at all! The pineapple pancake wasn’t all that special, you can make it at home with some bits of pineapple, it wasn’t all that great.

Have been wanting to try Snooze for quite awhile now and never got the chance to while in other cities. Daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes and I had the classic. Portions were HUGE! And delicious!! Plating was really cute for the classic. My daughter is the world’s pickiest eater so finding somewhere that she will enjoy is always a blessing. This is definitely a place I would frequent if there were one in my city!

I forgot the name of this… Parmesan crusted something fish Benedict. Very good!!! Also loved the presentation because I’m cutsie like that. Server was awesome. Been here before, will come back. Love this place!

We went for my birthday brunch with my boyfriend. The Lovely Tammy (i hope i spelled it right) was our server, she did not only suggested a great meal but she also paid attention to details to our orders. The food was amazing and they even surprised me with a candle in the absolute best french toast Ive ever had so far :)

It was my first time here as my sister recommended. Loved the setup and atmosphere. The food was really good as our entire party chose something different. Drinks were priced really good and the service was awesome. Thanks for a great experience and we'll definitely return if we're ever in the region. Update: Returned 7/1 for breakfast and alone time with the Mrs. This was a repeat of the first visit almost a year ago. Our waitress was awesome as she was very personable and a sweetheart. Same as before, the food was great. Thanks again for a memorable experience.

This place was a success. We went for a late lunch and had amazing food and well-priced beer. The service was great and the outside space was really cute. Can’t wait for the next time.

Love love love Postinos! The Gilbert location by far has the best patio and vibe, with the newest location in Peoria has the most artfully and fabulous decor, in my opinion! We love all the Postinos, from food to team servers, cocktails and happy hour! Perfect lunch or dinner space, or mid afternoon “let’s take a break!” place! Sydney was our primary server and she was pure joy! She was thorough and efficient and made my bday the best! When she was going off duty she made an effort to say goodnight and asked if she could hug me! She is like your favorite daughter showing up to make your day even more special❤️ Ask for her if you pop in to the Gilbert location! Wine and bruschetta board $25 and the olives are amazing! Meatball starters with a sauce the rivals an Italian Nonna! Did I say- we Love Postinos?!! Go❤️❤️❤️

This place has been a to go spot for us for years. Their great selection of beer and wine paired with great food makes this place all over the valley a must visit. My only gripe lately is that their meet and cheese boards are more fillers than actual meet and cheese. I wish they would give an option to add more cold cuts and cheese options. They can charge for it, but at least I would get what I want.

First time ordering here. The food and descriptions looked amazing online. I had it delivered from Uber eats, it only took about 10 minutes to get here but my food was not at all what I thought it would be. Tomato soup very runny and tasted more like it was watered down with tiny flavor. Sweet potato fries not so good at all either.. Very greasy, no seasoning of the sesame seed but maybe a toss of 3 tiny little chive sprinkles.. and the dip was even worse, even after I warmed it up still packed with layers of grease.. Side Romano salad with my panini was probably the only item that was decent. Maybe my order would of been better eating inhouse :), but again it only took 10 minutes for delivery to get here ... IDK, Just Very disappointed, I was really looking forward to trying a New Place :(:(

On July 4th, 2025, I reserved a table at Postino East to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. Our party included myself, my daughter, and three of her friends. We arrived five minutes before our reservation time and were seated immediately. The food arrived quickly, was delicious, and the pricing was reasonable—$200 for a birthday meal for five people felt fair. However, the service left much to be desired. 1. Hostess: The hostess who greeted us did not smile or offer a warm welcome, despite us arriving in good spirits for our first visit. She asked my name, removed the “reserved” sign from the table directly behind the hostess stand, and walked away without a word or a smile. 2. Table setting: Although I reserved a table for five and noted that it was for my daughter’s 14th birthday, the table was set for only four. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing. 3. Service: Our server, Ethan, introduced himself and took our drink orders: three prickly pear lemonades, one Sprite, and one iced tea, along with five waters. While the drinks and food arrived promptly, no one noticed that we were missing a set of utensils, so I had to ask another server for the fifth set. Ethan did not check on us at all during the meal. Our drinks were empty halfway through our meal and remained that way until the end of the meal. When Ethan finally returned to ask if we wanted dessert, I requested refills for the kids, and the check. Other than taking our order and payment, there was no interaction or follow-up from Ethan. He did walk by a few times to other tables. Was Ethan rude? He was not. He was simply indifferent to us being there. Despite the lackluster service, I still left a 20% tip, out of respect for servers who often rely on tips—though in this case, it was not earned through attentive service from anyone - least of all Ethan and the hostess. As we left, the hostess remained as silent as she had been when we arrived. I said “thank you” and wished her a good day, because good manners cost nothing. Kindess and a smile are free. Unfortunately, I gave far more courtesy than we received from the staff at Postino East. It’s disappointing that what should have been a special first visit to celebrate my daughter’s birthday was marred by inattentive and indifferent service. We received better treatment at Topo across the street when we stopped there for ice cream—just a smile and a greeting made a difference. Postino East can and should do better. I don’t know what assumptions were made about us when we walked in, but I assure you this was my first—and last—visit to your establishment. Highly disappointed.

Worst location i’ve been to. As someone who has 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry and in management, I am very disappointed in the service provided. I placed an online order for a panini and an order of meatballs, and arrived a few minutes after the estimated pickup time. The first time I asked about my order, I was told that the kitchen was finishing it up and that it would be just 5 minutes. I said no problem at all! I’m very understanding of restaurant staff and how some things are out of their control. But, the communication was awful. When I came back 10 minutes later, I was told the kitchen didn’t even receive my order. I showed them the receipt, and they ended up having to make my order on the spot. That would have been okay too, if I had received an apology and if I felt they actually cared. While there is nobody to blame specifically for the technical issues with my order not being received, it was their responsibility to apologize and make it right. I ended up waiting another 30+ minutes to receive just a panini and an order of meatballs. The wait time for in-house seating was only about 15 minutes, so I was not understanding of the delay nor was I given an apology or frankly anything to make up for it. When I finally received my order, I had to ask if I could receive some sort of compensation for my time and patience. I shouldn’t have even had to do that. I was patient, kind, and accommodating. I was told by the manager he would refund my card, but that didn’t happen. He couldn’t give me the time of day. I’m not sure what has happened to ensuring that people leave happy, but i’m very disappointed. Love Postino, but this location isn’t it.

Potato wedges were not what I expected, undercooked. Man working with long dreads, should really have his hair in a pony tail. I’ve seen his hair touch clean plates and plates with food. Nasty. Not returning to this location.

Absolutely love this place! This was my second time coming to Liberty Market and it never disappoints. I had the chilaquiles this morning and they were delicious — full of flavor and perfectly made! The atmosphere is warm, the service is friendly, and the food always hits the spot. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and good vibes in Gilbert!

Excellent choice for downtown Gilbert, Arizona. The restaurant has many great menu items for everyone. The service was outstanding and very attentive. The food prices are responsible and the food quality is amazing. There are several parking options on the street or at a nearby public parking lot. I recommend making brunch reservations in advance because it is a very popular location.

I ordered “The Best Chicken” (yes, that’s really the name on the menu) — a perfectly grilled chicken sandwich with a slight tinge of spice, layered with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes that make it pop, crisp onions, and a tangy green sauce that ties all the flavors together. Paired with hot, fresh French fries, it lived up to the name. The atmosphere is outstanding: exposed brick, rustic charm, open bar, and high ceilings that make it feel cool and open — exactly what you want when it’s 106° outside. The place was buzzing with families after church, yet there was no wait when we arrived. Service was top-notch. Our waitress was attentive, and the manager, Julie, personally stopped by to check on us. That kind of care is rare and shows why Liberty Market has been a Gilbert favorite for so many years. If you’re looking for a go-to lunch spot in Gilbert, Liberty Market is it. Great food, great vibe, excellent service, and a true community feel.

I hadn’t been to Liberty Market in years, so I went back for Sunday breakfast with a friend who loves the place. We ordered the American Standard with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, Liberty potatoes, and pancakes everything was flavorful, especially the fluffy pancakes and tasty berry compote. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and I’d definitely come back, maybe even for that giant cinnamon roll next time.

Loved a family brunch at this restaurant. Service is great and food came out very quickly. Everything tasted great. We had breakfast burrito(the sauces were tasty), avocado toast and grilled veggie and eggs.

Liberty Market is always a fantastic choice for dinner and tonight was no exception. Duke did a fantastic job and made sure that my wife and I had a great dining experience. We got the burrata to start with the extra bread add on. I highly recommend the extra bread, it is only a couple dollars more and it is well worth it! For dinner we had the Salmon & Polenta and the Braised Short Rib. The servings were perfect and the food itself was delicious. I did not get a picture of the short rib because I was starving but it was perfection! Would highly recommend a visit to Liberty Market when in downtown Gilbert!

Liberty has the BEST specials hands down! 😍 Service, food, vibes, and employees are all 10/10. Honestly, it’s my favorite spot for date night — always a perfect experience. 💕

We have really enjoyed the times we have been here. Once for anniversary and another for a lunch date. The bread is amazing and they have this seafoody melted butter deliciousness to dip it in. Just ask for it and they’ll bring you some. Steaks and prime rib have always been good. Will keep coming here again and again.

We came here for an early dinner while on vacation. My wife had a fillet which was cooked perfectly, and I had prime rib with a twice baked potato. The bread that was served with dinner came out nice and warm with softened butter. We also had a slice of their house, made ice cream pie. The restaurant was quiet and all of the food was delicious.

A must for birthday celebrations. The keg never disappoints. Our waiter was Paul and he knew the menu well, how each item was prepared, details on the sides and helped create a great evening for us. I had the baseball sirloin, which was fabulous and I highly recommend. Son had the pecan encrusted salmon, which I tried a bite of. Delicious. Wife had Bleu cheese encrusted sirloin. She said it was exceptional. The drink menu leaves absolutely nothing to want for. I would recommend going during the Arizona restaurant month where customers receive multiple courses and desert for $55. Unfortunately the birthday voucher is not able to be used in conjunction with that deal. Never a let down at the keg.

Very high quality steak house with great service and a good ambiance. Had a killer deal during Restaurant Week but it will make us want to return. Wife said it was the best steak she ever had.

The keg is still holding strong for a good steak house not the most exspensive but not the cheapest. The steaks were cooked perfect 👌 The only complaint is our waitress got a big loud party and kind of forgot about us and took a while to serve us.

Was here for my birthday dinner. It was a wonderful quiet place where you could have a nice conversation and a very nice dinner. The prime rib was excellent and the dessert was even better. Are waitress Danielle was very attentive to our needs and kept our drinks refilled and made sure we had everything we needed through the entire meal, she did not check back one time and then not show up the rest of meal

Had a great night out to dinner with my parents! We each had a drink and I would highly recommend the Keg fashioned. The fresh bread with the salads was perfect before the steaks came out. The prime rib was red throughout and cooked perfectly! And lastly we should the carrot cake which was amazing!! Overall we spent around 80 a person and had a very enjoyable dinner for the three of us!

Finally tried Joyride for lunch. All day happy hour is pretty cool! I really enjoyed the Socal burrito and my companion tried the crispy fish and carnitas tacos. All fresh ingredients and plenty of flavor. The staff was amazing. Especially Aubrey and Shane!

They have inside and outside seating as well as the bar. Staff was great all very helpful and seemed happy to be at work. It was nice to see them interacting and helping each other. Food was extremely fast coming out and was fresh.

Absolute gem, so happy we found it! Excellent food with really good prices. Flavorful, tangy, bright, and spiced without being overwhelming. Shared a few happy hour munchies as well as a large cucumber orange salad and complimentary chips. Atmosphere is trendy, casual, and unique. The outdoor patio was perfect! Great music, lovely staff, will definitely make a point of coming back when I’m in Gilbert next.

Had a great time at this establishment. The food was delicious and the “Joyride” margaritas were a hit ! The price of the food is reasonable for downtown Gilbert. I had the chipotle shrimp tacos and carne asada tacos with a side of Mexican street corn. My sister had cactus/crinkle Frys with a bowl of carne asada. I I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service we received from Isa during our visit to Joyride. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive throughout the evening. Isa made sure everything went smoothly for our table, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. It’s rare to find someone so patient, helpful, and personable all at once. She truly elevated our visit, and I hope her efforts are recognized. We’ll definitely be coming back, in large part thanks to her excellent service.

Right on the main drag in downtown Gilbert. Beautiful outside patios in the front, back and side. Mist of water going I. All outdoor areas. Only a few people Taking advantage of outdoors. Too hot at 108. Plenty of seating inside. Greeted at the entrance and seated promptly. Happy hour pricing on drinks and food items. Enjoyed the prickly pear breaded sticks and seasoned fries. The tuna salad was a bit too hot for my spouses taste and the wait staff took it off our bill. The chips and salsa were fresh and warm. Overall a good choice for first time customers.

So glad I found this hidden gem!! I was also super excited to learn the outdoor patio space is dog friendly! So I will definitely be coming back with my pups. The prickly pear margarita was one of the best I have had. I also thought both the shrimp and the fish tacos were amazing! I also tried the salsitas and chips which were also delicious! The staff was also friendly and the service was incredibly fast.

Little known hideaway to sit back, enjoy, & eat delicious food. Perfect. On Thurs evenings make a reservation to do the 5 wine tasting & 5 course meal - we plan too! And on every 3rd Tues of the month you can do the same with a 3 course meal....I am truly amazed with the food & service. Scale of 1-5 just went up to 10!!!!

Love this place. Mediterranean and Italian mix. Fresh food that's definitely made to order. Rich flavors. Complex. The salad with dinner was so crispy and fresh. The wine menu is extensive and the atmosphere is intimate and airy. The desserts are patisserie style and sumptuous. This place is definitely worth the visit. Will be back again. Such an extensive menu. The waitress was amazing.

Even though we were in downtown Gilbert, I felt like we were somewhere else. In a good way. Hard to choose from the many good menu items, but it was delicious.

Really nice atmosphere, food tasty with large portions. I had the Salmon Lascala...spicey! The Goat Shrimp was so tastey....service was great, her recommendations was spot on right down to the wine and dessert.

The BBQ burger was a solid choice, really tasty. My wife loved her grilled chicken wrap too. And those fries? Seriously good, nice and crunchy. The whole meal was great! Plus, the live country band was awesome, they were playing all the hits. That whole area is perfect for a walk around, definitely worth checking out.

Hubby and I went for dinner on a Friday and were seated quickly. Decent selection of beers and unique house cocktails. I ordered the Backstage Marg with muddled jalapeño, but it lacked any jalapeño flavor and included all the seeds. The Blue Cheese & Bacon Slider had a juicy, perfectly seasoned patty, buttered rolls, and yummy blue cheese. Tennesee Hot Slider was actually spicy but chicken was overcooked. Garlic fries had fresh crushed garlic - so good! Cajun Ceasar Salad lacked Cajun flavor, but was still a good Ceasar Salad. Hot wings could've cooked for longer and we asked our server what the spiciest sauce would be and she suggested mango habanero - we ended up asking for a side of buffalo after tasting how sweet it was and no spice. Our server was so nice and checked on us frequently. Will definitely be back for the delicious burger sliders and fries.

Even though we had an unpleasant experience at the one in Memphis, the wife and I decided to give this one a try for an early lunch. The place has a lot of potential. Nice layout and seems like a nice atmosphere. We just had the brisket nachos and a couple of cold beers. The staff was really nice but the service was really slow. Also, it was a breezy spring day, here in the Valley, and the had all the windows open. When we asked if we could close one they suggested we just move to a different table. We did but it didn’t help. The finally closed one window after some other customers complained. The nachos were really good, once the finally showed up, but only for the first few bites because got cold fast. It wasn’t a good day to have so many windows open. Surprising that they didn’t recognize that since several people mentioned it. We won’t need to go back. 😟

We stopped by while we were in town, and I ordered the fish and chips. The coleslaw had a spicy kick--I'm not sure what was in it, but it made my tongue sting. I finished one piece of the fish, which was pretty salty, and the fries were crispy and tasty. But after the coleslaw, my mouth was still burning, so I only ate a few fries and didn't touch the second piece of fish. On a brighter note, the music was really good! The musician played a couple of my favorite songs, which made the atmosphere really enjoyable. Our server, Londyn, was incredibly sweet and attentive--she was definitely the highlight of our visit, along with the music.

After our friend’s wedding they wanted to keep the party going. A group of 12 of us decided we would meet at whiskey row. While in line, a long haired red head male approached us about getting a table since it was a big group of us. We mentioned how late it was and we were still waiting on the bride and groom as well. He said to let him know what we decide after talking for a few minutes with our group. 30 minutes later, we make it to the front where we are told the boys were out of dress code and could not get in and the red head says UNLESS we buy a table. Why would they be allowed to go in if we purchased a table but not if we didn’t? It’s in the same building after all. This could have been mentioned to us 30 minutes prior when the red head was asking if we wanted a table in the first place and to use something like that to his advantage to try to force us into a table is beyond ridiculous. People will do anything for money instead of providing better customer service. Let me be clear, the issue isn’t their dress code policy- it’s the simple fact this red head spoke to us for 5 minutes and saw what the men were wearing to then tell us, after 30 minutes of waiting in line, they were out of dress code but could get in if we purchased a table! Do better.

Food meh, Had worse, had better. My companion said her buffalo chicken wrap was really good. My Mac and cheese was ok. The taste was good but not much cheese. Not ooey gooie at all. We did enjoy the spinach artichoke appetizer. However, we ran out of chips and there was an additional fee for more. Come on Dierk's, do better. Bottom line, I felt I paid a lot of money for what was just ok. Be warned, incredibly loud, luckily it wasn't too busy. Won't be going back.

Man, I wanted to love it here so bad! We were spending the day with one of our boys and he loves Burgers. It's no surprise he chose here out of all the options nearby we could've eaten at. We arrived right at opening. It was bright inside and decor nice. The bar area was great and definitely cable of holding larger groups. We were greeted with friendly smiles and seated inside. Our server Lief was awesome and he's honestly the reason our visit stayed at three stars. He explained the specials of the month and let us know what items people seemed to love the most. He was attentive and fast throughout our entire meal. I ordered the burger of the month the relleno burger while my husband and son both ordered the hamburger. I was surprised at the price for just the burger especially since none come with sides. We ordered the zucchini fries for one since they were a favorite item (freaking $9 extra) and regular fries for mine ($6 more). While the burgers were cooked to perfection they all lacked any flavor, not even salt/pepper to taste. Besides the hamburger taste it was bland. None of us finished our meal and spent over $80 for the three of us with tip. I was so surprised that even with the peppers it had no flavor. Totally bummed and most likely won't return.

I really wanted to like Zinburger! I was craving a burger and heard that this place was great. Unfortunately, my smashburger was really salty and the chicken tenders on the kids menu weren’t fresh. The fries were over fried and salty as well. I expected fresh food from a gourmet burger place. Everyone was really nice which goes a long way, but I had to ask twice for a high chair and I asked for a few other things that never came. The server asked how the food was and graciously offered to remove my food from the order when I told her I didn’t love mine so I appreciated that. I’m hoping it was just an off day in the restaurant because the drinks were great and the atmosphere was lovely. Maybe others will have a better experience than I did.

A very solid burger, cooked very well. Service was good, but they can get busy and a little overwhelmed at times. Appetizers are quite good, most of the fries as well. Truffle fries were disappointing, but that’s really the only criticism I have! Would recommend if you’re looking for a fancier burger.

Great food and great service, I will definitely be returning. We had a large party from work for lunch and the servers were friendly and attentive. Buffalo crispy chicken sandwich had plenty of sauce and flavor.

We came here because it was one of the highest rated burger joints in AZ and we are going down the list. I brought my father here for his birthday! He is really picky and this place didn’t disappoint! First we had a reservation with I would 100% recommend because when we got there, they were super busy! The hostess told us our options and it was amazing! The staff were great, we had to have the best server ever! We literally were joking that she was a stealth waiter! She kept getting us refills and several times no one saw her. I don’t know how she did it but I want to know her tricks! Sadly I don’t remember the name of the burger that I ordered but it was super spicy and I’d 100% do it again. I went off the waiters recommendations, she was spot on! She told us about the Truffle Fries. Whoa! Just whoa! They were an unexpected treat. Anyway as I said earlier my dad is super picky! He told me the other day that he’s already gone back!

Very busy all the time. This is because the food and environment is unbeatable. Starting with a GLUTEN FREE pumpkin chocolate chip scone just the right amount of sweetness. Moving on to the breakfast burritos, I got the Parker with chicken and mushroom spectacular, we also got the supreme which is DELICIOUS.

It was ok. Coffee was amazing, food pretty good, just so crowded. You have to be OK with a long line and kids running around everywhere and birds out on the patio eating scraps off plates people left behind... it was OK, probably won't go back.

Loved the matcha the chai was too sweet for me. And the pastries were delicious as well. Tried there fall menus coffee and it was great . The person who took my order was very considerate as she helped the barista to pronounce my name, which coffee places usually skip as it's hard to pronounce.

I NEVER leave reviews but my experience today was unfriendly & not welcoming. I ordered lunch for pickup, & long story short when I walk in to order I wasn’t greeted, acknowledged or assisted where to pick up my order. No worries it gets busy but fortunately I’m the only person in line. I wait patiently for about 10 min before someone even says “welcome in” or even offers me anything to try on the menu as they don’t know I’m picking up. Finally I get the acknowledgment to order. Instead of a “Hi how are you” I get a “what can I get you” This may seem small and tedious from a communication perspective but to someone who’s unfamiliar with your location or even your menu/ pickup service this pushed me away from business here. On top of all that my sandwiches & chips incorrect. You have MULTIPLE flies in your desert display. Best wishes

This pumpin’ spot in Agritopia is giving Aliso Viejo, CA vibes in the most positive way. Everyone’s in activewear, a bike group is eating breaky together, and other clusters of happy community members are meeting over some thoughtful, clean food. The cashier was attentive and caring, giving us more time to comb through the menu without rushing us. However, she got my sandwich order wrong. I had kindly asked for the tuna panini instead of the tuna sandwich. The wonderful waitress took my plate back to the kitchen and panini-pressed the sandwich—lettuce and all. It didn’t taste great, but I appreciated the gesture. The rest of my table enjoyed their food, and I was very happy with my Scotch Kiss Latte. I could taste all the flavors—Monin Butterscotch Syrup, Torani White Chocolate Sauce, espresso, and milk. It’s definitely a repeat menu item for me from now on!

Loves this place!! It was my first time visiting and the coffee was great and those pumpkin whoopie pies are to die for!!! Great atmosphere; just super busy. We were able to sit outside and chat in some comfy chairs, so it was all very enjoyable! Definitely will be going back!!

We had dinner there this evening and it was overall a decent experience but I wouldn’t return. Short rib dumplings: 2/5 Five steamed dumplings in broth. It came out at room temperature and we had to ask the kitchen to remake it. The second version was noticeably warmer but still not as hot as it should be. I think this dish has potential if they can figure out how to serve it hot. Krazy Fries: 4/5 Came out piping hot! Crispy fries covered with pieces of pork belly. I think the garlic aioli was a bit too heavy handed. Would recommend getting it on the side to preserve the crispness of the fries and pork belly. Chow mein: 3/5 Not sure why they call it chow mein when they use Japanese yakisoba noodles. This dish was tasty but nothing special. It came out hot but the noodles were a bit overcooked. Bulgogi steak (side): 2/5 We ordered bulgogi steak as an added protein to the chow mein. Our server said it would be sliced but it’s not thinly sliced the way traditional bulgogi is. The steak was lukewarm and not very tender. It tasted nothing like bulgogi. Fried rice: 3/5 Also decent but nothing special. Came out hot which should be expected of all dishes but it seemed hit or miss here so I’m mentioning it. Orange chicken (side): 3/5 We ordered orange chicken as an added protein to the fried rice. It was four battered pieces coated in an orange glaze. It was hot but overcooked (the chicken was tough and stringy, not tender). Kids chicken karaage and French fries: 5/5 For $10, this was the best value and best executed dish of the evening. The chicken was hot and crispy and tender (not overcooked), and the French fries were very crispy and hot. I think this place is okay if you’re not seeking authentic Asian cuisine and not picky about the temperature of your food.

The food is also beyond delicious, with a variety of very unique items. We had an appetizer that had the most yummy chicken, my friend usually doesn’t like pickles but wow did he love them on our chicken! The ramen bowls are perfect in size, flavor, and spice! Allowing you to add complimentary house made sauces. We love coming here!

Clever Koi, you Koi-mplete me. Feeling koi-ful today! We ordered two trios of baos (mine with pork belly, kimchi tempura cauliflower, and the featured steamed bun of fried shrimp), duck ramen, and a golden myth cocktail. Did we over-order? We sure did! The portions here are generous. Share a trio of baos, share the ramen, but don't share your cocktails because they're seriously good. I really enjoyed all my baos and I think these baos are definitely worth ordering. Each version was interesting and delicious. I especially liked the kimchi tempura cauliflower. As for my duck ramen, as much as I like duck, I found my ramen to be super rich. It was thick, packed full of sodium, and lacked a certain balance. I mainly ordered the ramen because our waiter spoke highly of their ramen, even saying that they're known for it. I do want to rty their other noodle dishes though. All in all, I had an amazing time here! The vibes were vibin' and the interior is just completely gorgeous. In a world full of fish, be a koi.

Mediocre, kinda over priced, Asian *inspired* food for white people. I actually really liked the pork belly steamed bun! But the ramen and Dan Dan noodles were not great. The ramen noodles had a nice texture but the broth was lacking. Rich but needed more flavor and complexity. (I tried both the chicken and pork ramen broth). The chicken meat was fine but my boyfriend said the pork meat was weird, like they deep fried it or something. Both ramens included a cold poached egg. I would’ve preferred a softboiled egg like you would usually get in ramen. The Dan Dan noodles were crazy. First of all, they were made with udon noodles, and secondly they had no Sichuan peppercorn taste at all. I only tasted peanut. Though I’m not surprised the food wasn’t great when I saw that they used udon noodles in their Dan Dan and pad see ew. Staff was nice, general vibe was clean and trendy. I didn’t love our table location which was in the middle of the floor next to the expo window, but our reservation was pretty last minute.

I visited The Clever Koi because I was craving a good bowl of ramen. I arrived around 6:30 pm, and while the restaurant wasn’t packed, it had a lively crowd that gave it a welcoming energy. I was seated within two minutes of walking in, which was impressive for a busy evening. Even if I had been with a group, I doubt the wait would have been long. A menu was brought to me within three minutes, and my order was taken shortly after—everything moved smoothly without feeling rushed. The space was spotless, and it was clear that management takes real pride in keeping the restaurant well maintained. My server, Eric, was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I ordered the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen along with the pick-three buns. Based on Eric’s recommendation, I chose both the chicken and pork buns as well as the crispy chicken karaage thighs. The food arrived within 15 to 20 minutes, giving me time to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant had a mixed crowd and a calm vibe that made it easy to unwind. I didn’t try any cocktails, but the drinks I saw being served looked fantastic. The food itself was excellent—the ramen was flavorful and satisfying, and the buns were a standout. Eric’s service made the experience even better. Overall, The Clever Koi delivered on every level, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable, inviting environment.

I will definitely come back. More of an Asian Fusion menu. The steam buns were amazing as was their more creative version of orange chicken. The place has a great vibe and is much easier to get seated here than the other Gilbert strip restaurants.

Great atmosphere and polite staff. We ordered several types of food. The chicken ramen was kind of bland and had to add a lot of siracha to give it something. The duck ramen, the duck was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, good flavor. Wish they had gluten free broth options. The soy sauce is way over powering flavor. The bulgogi dumplings were good. Nice flavor. We also got the Pad Se Ew, had to add chili oil because the only flavor we got was like a vinegar base. We added the bulgogi steak to it and it had a lot of salt as a crust. The steak was medium, so that was fine.

I was so happy to finally find a place that does crab rangoons right ( IMO ) I love when they have a little sweetness to them. I had the chicken pho & the portions were HUGE. Served hot & fresh. My fiance got the house noodles also served hot & fresh. We will be back to try some more foods ! Customer service was top notch. Definitely getting the bang for your buck here. 10/10 would recommend

Hidden gem. Outside looks deceiving. As soon as you enter you know it’ll be good. Super friendly staff and even better food. If you’re not sure of what to get, go with the orange chicken. Best you’ll have in AZ.

Simi's Cafe is kind of hidden. Just moved to this side of town. We were looking for a good restaurant. Found it too. Everything we had here was excellent. The egg rolls were probably the best I have ever had. Egg drop soup was fanatic. We had the lunch special, 😋 Lot of food that was pretty well priced. I had to take food home. Diane, I believe was the name of the waitress, she was so nice and pleasant. We will go back, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent food‼️ Matter a fact, the best crab puffs (CA-NY) I've ever had in my 40yrs of enjoying Asian Cuisine. The service was on point and the restaurant was unbelievably clean. So thankful I finally found my newest favorite Asian Restaurant.

This spot has the best orange chicken I’ve ever tasted, and the lettuce wraps are awesome too. They have great lunch specials during the week, fast service, and super friendly staff. Honestly, it’s top notch and people even compare it to New York Chinese food.

If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would! We are not from that side of town but we’re hungry and in the area and saw it had good reviews so we decided to try it. I’m so glad we did because we found a new favorite spot even if it’s an hour away! The food was 11/10 we had pho, chow fun noodles, and orange chicken and everything was amazing. Nothing greasy or oily, good quality meat, and everything had so much flavor. The service was so warm and the family is so nice and accommodating. We’re sad we don’t live closer to be able to enjoy it more often because it’s way better than any of the spots around us. Thank you for an amazing experience!! We can’t wait to come back :)

I am so impressed. I have eaten pho many times but I have NEVER had the amazing experience as I did here. First thing you get when you walk in is a warm smile from the ladies working. I felt right at home! Their food is also absolutely delicious, my husband and I both had the beef strip pho and crab puffs. Amazing quality service. We were both gawking at the decor and setup of the restaurant itself. We had such a pleasant experience which we haven’t had at a pho restaurant before. Thank you so much for what you do! It’s always nice to leave with a full belly and a smile 🫶🏻

This place was very interesting. I loved the night atmosphere and vibe. I got the chicken Topo Loco with no hot sauce, but the chicken was coated is some sort of other hot sauce because it was too hot to even finish. I definitely have a low spice tolerance but half of the people in my family didn’t even finish theirs either. BUT, I will say if this was not spicy it would be my favorite burrito ever! Adding fritos inside is so creative and I loved the crunch. Overall, 4 stars but if there was no spice this would easily be in my top 3 favorite burritos

Very cool place. The wife and I shared a burrito and prickly pear ice cream. The burrito was huge and very good. The prickly pear ice cream was good but tasted a little too much like raspberry. I would go back definitely.

The huge beaver was the initial draw along with the ability to get ice cream and burritos at the same window. The burritos are so good we have driven 12 miles each way every day of our vacation. We have tried all the meats, all the drinks and the ice cream. We also bought the t-shirt and will be taking a burrito to the airport when we leave. The pork loco is the favourite, the salsa is so good and spicy a bottle is also going home. The prickly pear lemonade is amazing, but so is the horchata. The ingredient combination in the burrito is perfect with crunchy and creamy, spicy and sweet.

They serve burritos, elote, and soft serve ice cream. Try the Loco style burrito where they add fritos. Must see the gopher building. Eyes are lit at night. The gopher meat is sweet and succulent. They only eat roots and grubs and stuff like that. The purist organic meat there is. Just kidding.

Some of the best soft serve ice cream you can get in the area! Great main menu and specialty items. Here I tried the strawberry shelled ice cream with strawberry puree inside, absolutely divine!

Gilbert’s first speakeasy-style underground restaurant is a creative and fun concept, and we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot—the guy at the front was quite standoffish. We were made to wait for about 15 minutes even though there were plenty of open tables inside, which was confusing and took away from the initial excitement. Once we were seated, things improved. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the bartender made an excellent Old Fashioned exactly the way I requested. Overall, the service (once inside) and ambiance were great, but the front-of-house experience could use some improvement to match the rest of the vibe.

The White Rabbit is an awesome and unique speakeasy that would be a great choice for a large group or an intimate date. Just be sure you know the password 👀 I went in there with 9 friends for our first round of the night, and it was all of our first time in. They have a wide variety of tasty and unique cocktails. They cost around $15, but I feel you definitely get your money’s worth. There is also a good selection of beer/wine. The atmosphere is inviting, but dark, with a lot of prohibition era imagery on the walls. There are two different areas within The White Rabbit to find the vibe you desire. There’s a lounge that’s not too loud to carry a conversation, and a separate dance area. Our group was really impressed, and enjoyed our time. We will definitely be going back!

This is one of the best speakeasy bars in AZ. They have a good collection of drinking options, their cocktails have a good balance of freshness and taste without going over the top. Unfortunately some other bars in the valley try too hard and mess up their cocktails. Overall a great experience.

The pasta was truly exceptional, exhibiting both freshness and delightful flavors. The ambiance was quite pleasant, fostering a positive atmosphere, and the service was also commendable. Furthermore, the appetizers proved to be equally satisfying, and the drinks were also quite enjoyable.

My husband and I came to Humble Bistro last night to celebrate our anniversary and we will definitely be back! The atmosphere was romantic, elegant, yet comfortable, and there were quite a few families having dinner so definitely family friendly. Our server was attentive and friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine, the Humble Brussels to start, which was phenomenal. For our meals, my husband ordered the Maximus pizza and I ordered the Cremini Sachetti. Everything was delicious, fresh, and brought out quickly. We will be back! I want to try everything on their menu!

All the categories of food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic. Had the charcuterie board and the short rib grilled cheese. Both were impressively good. I love the sourdough bread used for the grilled cheese and with the charcuterie board known as the Nosh & Slosh $29 @ lunch, what a deal for the board and a bottle of wine. The board contains a small sample of several menu. This is a great deal and loved the experience. We will be back for dinner for a date night. We have returned several times. My wife and I love this place. We have not had a single item we have not liked. Come in early they do not take reservations.

I read somewhere that this place is a top ten restaurant in Gilbert. I would completely agree with that! This place is amazing! I loved the atmosphere and the service was great. Our server was friendly and helpful. Their sourdough bread is freaking awesome! I could easily go there and just eat that! Everything we ordered was delicious. We will definitely be back. Pro tip: We went on a Friday night around 5:45. I discovered on their website that you can join the wait-list, which I did. So when we got there they were telling people the wait was 25 minutes, but we only had to wait about 7 minutes. Totally happy with that!

We had no idea. We happened upon Humble Pie on a Sunday afternoon. Kip was super helpful. We had a delicious Woodford & Rye Old Fashioned (love the glassware). Also, we’re not hungry but the atmosphere was very inviting. He recommended The Gentleman and the Cremini Sacchetti with Brisket. Had to agree. Pop in - I think you’ll love it!

The appetizer was great! Drinks good service good. They do not serve Ice Tea which is a bummer all I drink. But food was amazing.. Beautifully prepared but it was hot in there. Which made us hurt up and eat.

I could literally eat here every day. I am so appreciative that they have gluten friendly options. I especially love the Badda Bing and chicken wings!! Everyone here is always very friendly and their mocha old-fashioned is so delicious. I always have to get two (I want more ha ha)

Blue Wasabi is hands down our favorite sushi spot! My mom and I come here often on Sundays for the half-off drinks and amazing sushi. She loves all the vegan options, and I’m a huge fan of the creative small plates. The martinis are always delicious—definitely one of the highlights of our visits! 🍸 The vibe is always fun, the service is great, and the food never disappoints. We have been coming here for years and Always sit in Brittany's section. The food and drinks are amazing...but Brittany's service is like nothing else! She's knowledgeable, fast and has an amazing personality!! She keeps up coming back.. the sushi and martinis are a huge bonus!!!

This has been our go to spot. The fish actually tastes fresh, the drinks during happy hour are strong, and the vibes are there. This is the second time me and my girlfriends have gone here to catch up, and unfortunately both times one person in our party has found a hair in their sushi roll. They are always so quick and apologetic to replace the item quickly, but it has made us weary on going back. Our server is always so nice— Fun and personable!

This is one of my go to restaurants for great food and environment. It never disappoints! Everything is delicious from the drinks to the food and especially the desserts.There's always something new to try with the care they take to add seasonally relevant items to the menu. I always know that my favorites will be available and prepared perfectly every time. This is such a beautifully ran and decorated restaurant and perfect for any occasion and time of day. I always recommend it for people that are new to the metro area and I bring all my out of town guest. 10/10 for me and I will of course be back.

We had a wonderful lunch experience last weekend! The place is beautiful with a cozy atmosphere, and we were seated right away with no waiting time. The service was excellent — especially our server, Samantha💖. She was incredibly kind, quick, and took the time to explain everything in detail🥰. We really appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The decor added to the warm and welcoming vibe, making it a perfect spot for families to enjoy quality time together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a relaxing dining experience. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. We'll definitely be coming back!💖💖💖💖

The food here is pretty good never overly flavorful but good. Portions are decent the price is a bit on the higher end. I would return and recommend. They have a very limited menu you might really like something and it won't be available next time.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Love CD and one of our fave goto spots! Held our 1st private party of 30ppl in the smaller room. Went off without a hitch, and whatever we needed they were very accommodating. Photos of party room below.

My husband and I had dinner here. They have a dog friendly patio so we were able to bring our dog. We shared the steak frites entree and crispy popcorn shrimp appetizer. Both were delicious! Our server Dylan was great 10/10. Also we really enjoyed the music. My husband said “why haven’t we come here sooner”. Safe to say we will be back.

Culinary Dropout in Gilbert is one of my go-to spots, but this visit felt like the kitchen was playing a practical joke. The appetizers were still rock solid: wings, shrimp, pretzels with fondue, and Brussels sprouts all came out like they were cooked by someone who cares about life. The drinks were also winners. The Playboi Stache was good, Campfire Vibes was great, and the alcoholic coffee drink was so good I forgot its name, which I think is the point. But the fries… what happened? Every plate had the same sad, cold fries. I’m not a fry conspiracy theorist, but it felt personal. I ordered the 36-hour ribs with a salad and coleslaw, and my plate arrived with cold fries instead. They fixed it, but the ribs themselves were drenched in sauce like someone said, “Eh, let’s cover our tracks with barbecue.” They were tasty, but I have my doubts about the full 36 hours of smoke. Dessert pulled the save. My daughter had the strawberry lemon meringue and demolished it like it owed her money. Still four stars, still love the place, but let’s bring back the fries I know and love before I have to stage a peaceful potato protest.

This is a farm house full of fun! The open plan layout does mean that the sound levels are pretty loud in the evenings. Food is fast, and fresh. Service tentative. Good place to bring friends or family for fun (not conversations).

This place has a cozy outdoor patio drinking area. The service is amazing. We ordered Loaded Potato, Pork Belly Skewers, and a main dish. All of these are on the main menu.

The Brickyard is a downtown Chandler gem. The atmosphere is great, the staff are welcoming, and the food is incredible. Seriously, I have only experienced delicious food and great vibes at this restaurant. Thanks!

Had the most amazing experience at The Brickyard Downtown. I’ve been in the States now for 7 months, and this meal was by far the best food I’ve eaten in America! Everything that came to the table was made for sharing. The flavours were fresh, and felt like explosions of joy on the tastebuds. My absolute favourite was the Charred Caesar Salad and the Burrata. I even thoroughly enjoyed my cocktail, to this day I’ve found alcoholic beverages to be too strong for me here, but this one with grapefruit juice and an egg white foam went down so smoothly. Best night, great company, absolute best food… I cannot wait to go back!

Restaurant was cute, ambiance comfortable, just a little too loud for my liking. Service was impeccable. Cocktail menu was quite expansive. Craft beer selection was average. Food was very flavorful, however my coconut shrimp was too “room” temperature. Dishes were delivered a little out of order. The pork belly skewers were supposed to be our appetizer but were brought to us after we were given our main course. Still recommend as the food was delicious, especially the pork fried rice.

The Brickyard Downtown is my go-to for a night out. Their craft cocktails are amazing, and the small plates are always unique and delicious. The cozy ambiance makes it perfect for date nights or catching up with friends.

Came here for the first time for dinner to celebrate a special occasion and The Brickyard more than exceeded expectations. We shared the Thai salad rolls and the barbacoa main course and both were excellent. Our server James was awesome and did a great job explaining menu items and congratulating us on our anniversary. Definitely recommend this place.

They dont answer the phone. Called 3 times to place an order and the line just rings. Great service........... Gave this place a second chance and I stand by my ONE star review. Ordered delivery which was delivered to my neighbors house. I ordered a special with a pizza, mozzarella sticks and salad. The pizza was burned, the mozzarella sticks were disgusting and the salad had ZERO dressing. This place is overpriced and poor quality. Save your money!!!

We ordered the $30 "uppercut" combo. It's a 16in two topping pizza and wings. The pizza was edible but not necessarily good by any means. I'm a person that loves pizza crust and this crust found its way to the trash. While the pizza wasn't the best, it was truly the wings that earned this place such a low review. The wings were quite burnt. It's surprising that a new restaurant would find it acceptable to even send these wings out to the customer this way. Needless to say, this was our first and last visit to Rocky's Got Pizza.

The mozzarella sticks are absolutely amazing. They are freshly homemade from scratch. The pizza is great. The sauce has a hint of sweet to it. It was a tad bit greasy but everything else … the crust, the pepperoni, the sauce … is fantastic. Friendly staff. Good location. Definitely will be returning often. Everyone knows the rules. One bite. 10/10

My wife and I tried Rocky’s Got Pizza out of curiosity from walking by. We were not disappointed. Their lunch specials are amazing and reasonably priced. Pizza slices are big and the wings were cooked perfectly. It seems to be family owned and operated. Great place to bring your family for lunch or dinner.

Tried the place twice now and was hoping the second time would be better but that was not the case. First time ordered hot wings and mozzarella sticks; wings were somehow burnt on the outside yet cold and pink at the bone. Mozz sticks were more a cheese stick with a few sprinkles of Panko. Tried again over the weekend to give it another chance and got a pizza this time, ordered a Mr. T which came out decent, I would’ve like to see more toppings. Also ordered mozz sticks again and they where not good. Cheese did not taste like mozzarella and over tasted like they were fried in old oil. I’d go back for the pizza out of convenience of location.

Went in looking for a great new pizza place, left with a new wing spot. To start off with the service here is fantastic. Everyone is super nice and seem to genuinely like where they work which was a pleasant surprise. We went in only really intending to get a pizza but thanks to the charming staff we ended up with an order of wings and mozzarella sticks aswell. The pizza is good; not quite great for the price but definitely good. For me the main standout drawbacks were the crust and the sauce. I tend to prefer my crust a little more proofed to give it a bit more flavor and a little more well done for texture. The sauce was good and simple, just a bit sweet for my taste. Toppings however were surprisingly delicious. That is one area Rocky aint pullin any punches. Unfortunately the whole pie just doesn't quite come together in a package I feel totally reflects the standard price. With one of the meal deals they offer though these become a great value. This part menu definitely seems priced so you use coupons and deals rather than buy full priced. Wings were a different story. I'm not normally much of a wings guy but these wings are easily some of the best I have had. They were perfectly juicy and tender inside with perfectly thin crisp outer layer. I tried the Cajun and habanero mango flavors and the only criticism I have is I wish both were spicier. The wings were easily worth their price. The last thing I tried was the Mozzarella sticks. Not a lot to say other than they they are obviously made in house and I liked them a lot. The breading is super flavorful and gives me a nostalgic feeling for the rose tinted Mozzarella sticks of my youth. Our only criticism here was that the centers were still a bit cold. I don't mind this but my wife prefers a more melty mozzy stick. A great experience overall but the pizza doesnt quite hit the mark for me. I will be back to try more of the menu offerings, but maybe not the pizza for now.

The Pizza was great and fresh, Mozzarella Sticks must have been homemade they were so GOOD. Staff was amazing, the guy that runs this place, Michael, was very attentive and welcoming. Just a good place to be, which is becoming a rare occupancy, will absolutely be returning.

Been going for years, always a great vibe that sits in a beautiful spot of Gilbert. The whole Agritopia concept is unique, and the converted barn to the 12 west / pizza Fire Brimstone has been a favorite place to visit. We are easily able to scooter/bike there as well. Pet friendly patio, we always enjoy our time there! Shoutout to Lakrisha for the years of hard work!

Great craft beer, fresh and delicious! Nice patio and food is available from the shared businesses. It's a special treat on Sundays at 2PM when Vaco Taco is there, the owners are very dedicated to making quality food, it is so consistent and delicious! 12 West keeps it simple, with a counter order, you get to select from a good selection of hand crafted brews, and enjoy. You can order food from the various restaurants that are on the same lot or a short walk away. The patio is really nice and dog friendly. We have been coming here since they opened, and we enjoy their variety and personality!

Fantastic selection of craft beers. I am a big fan of the Frontside and the Super Beaker! Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is also an amazing pizza place nextdoor, so you can enjoy great food and great beer in the same place!

UPDATE: Jan 2025. STILL a great experience. Today the outdoor space is packed with a cycling group. Loud and fun. Our beers are great in the winter Arizona sun. I’m having my go-to Arizona pils and my wife is enjoying a delightful, refreshing citrus brew. Pics attached. UPDATE MARCH 2024. They've enlarged the space in the year since we've been here. Serving great brews including several crisp and satisfying citrus based craft beers. More pics attached. UPDATE FEB 2023. STILL a great brew in a great location with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Today our group had the stand-by Arizona Pilsner, the Blood Orange and a Coffee Stout. Perfectly cold, fresh and refreshing. UPDATE FEB 9. Still brewing some really great pours. Our group of four snapped up some ice cold brews to go with our wood-fired oven pizzas from Fire and Brimstone next door. They still have a reciprocal agreement where you order your food then slip over to 12 West, take a seat outside in the warm sun on the 12 West covered patio while you sip your brews and chow down on some pizza. Outstanding selection of great cold brews. Good prices. Pet friendly. Great staff.

A great, local brewery right here in Agritopia! It's located within Barnone, closer to Ray Road/the outdoor seating area. Not a huge area but plenty of seating and you can sit outside when the weather is nice. The have a great selection of draft and canned beers, all of which are their own brews. Each one has a great description of the flavor as well. You can get some samples, too! The bartenders are great and super helpful so don't worry if you have questions. My favorite beer here is the Blap Blap! It's so good, fruity, and a easy drink. They have something for everyone type of beer drinker here and you get to support local business. Win, win! Definitely give 12 West a try soon!

12 West is one of my absolute favorite breweries. Period. I have been to the most amazing breweries across the US, and can say unequivocally that 12 West has one of the most solid grasps on crafting beer of anywhere I've been. All reputable breweries can rock the flagship that landed them on the map... But very few can create beers across all genres that could rival the flagship of any outfit out there. I can think of only five. And 12 West sits squarely in the top of the echelon.

Great place! Customer service was outstanding, the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have several options of beer to accommodate your taste buds. A great place to relax and enjoy with friends.

So disappointed. Extremely overpriced for rubbish. Reall feel like I'm owed a partial refund because I paid $40 for lettuce. No feta chunks nor banana peppers like in the photos that d the Grek Greek Salad. What did I pay for? Lettuce, soggy tomato and cucumber. Salad dressing was flavorful and watery. The vegetarian platter was supposed to have tabouli which is why I ordered it, but was given lettuce and soggy tomato slices. Tzatziki sauce was also watery. They're pulling a bait-and-switch. The three falafels were good as was the Baba Ganoush. The humus was flavorless and moist. The Dolmades were filled with brown soggy rice. The Grilled Chicken Shawarma Salad was just chicken pieces --- which were pretty good -- with lettuce, soggy tomato slices, soggy cucumber and some olives. Again, the dressing was watery and had no flavor.

Food was great! However place was a bit warm inside as we ate. Also young man @ front counter needs better customer service.

This is an excellent place to get pitas. Delicious food, fast and friendly service, and had enjoyable inside and outside seating. Will for sure be back.

I got the mixed platter. After tax cost $16. Great price for the portion served. Unique delicious flavor. My platter came with gyro meat and chicken on top of fries but you can choose over rice. A salad and hummus on the side. Great food!

Ordered Chicken Shawarma Pita. Bread was light and fluffy. Chicken was curry flavored. Good taste. Baklava was good not great. Overall didn't feel authentic. Temperature inside was warm. I was sweating while eating. BEWARE! They also charge a fee for using your card to pay. I was not informed prior. Kinda sneaky.

The food is really good I usually get a gyro quesadilla which is tortilla with gyro meat and cheese with sauce on the side. Delicious!

I came with my young child, spouse, and a family friend. We ordered hummus, falafel, gyro salad, chicken shawarma salad, and a gyro combo. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The customer service was great. It is a walk up and order place and still good for family gatherings.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was great, awesome music playing throughout, awesome lighting, overall a great place to have yummy dinner and drinks. Service was slightly slow by our waitresses, but other than that we had a great experience! I highly recommend the hot honey burger!!

Their hot chicken sandwich is absolutely phenomenal—crispy, juicy, and packed with just the right amount of heat. The seasoning is spot-on, and the balance of spice and flavor makes every bite addicting. Paired with their fresh, buttery bun and house-made pickles, it’s easily one of the best hot chicken sandwiches in town. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, perfect for a casual hangout or a night out with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Drove up to downtown Gilbert and randomly picked this place for dinner. I try to take my mother out to someplace new to eat every few months. The food was good. We ordered nachos, a spicy chicken sandwich and a burger. Spicy chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. Burger was cooked on point and delicious. French fries were hot and crispy. I ordered the truffle fries and my mom ordered the salt and pepper fries. I think I preferred the salt and pepper fries. The nachos were hot and crispy, plenty of toppings. The appetizer comes out in a timely manner and we were given enough time to finish our nachos before the sandwiches arrived. Waitress kept our glasses of water filled and my soda refilled. Neither of us had any alcohol, but the drink menu looked extensive. Total for the bill was $57. Highly recommend this place for good food.

My first time at the Porch. Great spot in the downtown Gilbert area. We went for dinner and finding parking was kind of a pain. We drove around for a few minutes before we found a spot. The restaurant is nice. We sat in the patio area. There’s TVs, games and 2 tables with swinging seats. Very cool! Our waitress was so friendly! Food was great!

Honestly I really wanted to love this place but it is just ok… food tastes good but is nothing special or unique in fact some of it is just odd. Guacamole on tacos is way overpowered by lime and cilantro, steak is bland, pork sando is boring. Service was slow. 20+ mins to get drinks and about the same for food that was clearly live food and not made fresh. Sorry guys Unfortunately I would not recommend.

Fun environment to eat good food and watch a game! I went during the ASU v. Mississippi game and it was pretty busy but not overwhelmingly so. Food is really good, I got the Lanai Chicken Sandwich with grilled chicken and truffle fries. Highly recommend!

Been to the porch A handful of times and every time the food and service was great. I went today to have lunch with my son asked if I can do a kids meal because I don’t eat a lot was told I could not, but was told it was the same serving as a regular meal, which was a $9 dollar difference which I said fine whatever the chicken came back burnt. Dry and no taste ! The only thing great about that lunch was the fries . I DID NOT complain at that moment due to my son works in the area and is always going there with his boss and coworkers so I decided to wait and write a review very dissatisfied with the food!

In-N-Out in Gilbert is always a great experience! The staff is friendly and quick, and the food never disappoints. The burgers are fresh and perfectly cooked, with that signature In-N-Out flavor that keeps me coming back. The fries are crispy and just the right amount of salty. I love how the place is always clean, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming. Whether it's a quick stop or a place to sit and enjoy your meal, this location never fails to deliver. Highly recommend!

The staff were super friendly and equally efficient. My wife enjoyed her cheeseburger and fries, and my lettuce wrapped burger was also delicious!

The restaurant staff found out that the french fries we ordered would for my 16 year dog before she crossed the rainbow bridge. She loved their French fries. They were so kind, they gave her a hamburger no toppings and French fries as a courtesy for her. She really enjoyed it. Thank you for being so kind.

PREPARE FOR A LONG WAIT - just like any other In-N-Out DRIVE-THRU, this place has about a 20–25-minute wait during lunch and ESPECIALLY dinner time. Food is always fresh though and tastes great. PRO TIP: if you're gonna get the animal-style fries; MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE FRESH FRIES (otherwise you'll get the colder leftovers they wanna get rid of)!

Is this like eating a waygu burger with duck fat fries? No. It's fast food and it's well priced. You're going to feed your family of 4 for like $35 and everyone will be satisfied. Good product and the price makes it superb.

This is a great location.. The people are awesome. The place is clean. Service was fast even though it was busy. I would go back anytime I'm in the area. BTW the price is reasonable for good food.

I came in around 3pm, chicken was burnt and dry, they were out of most options despite having half a dozen employees just standing around, food tasted a day old and I wish I had just asked for a refund. Instead I just got up and left, I couldn't even finish the food, it was disgusting. Just save yourself the hassle and go to Chipotle. You'll be glad you listened to me.

Let me paint you a picture: I walk through the front door to find my pregnant wife in tears — again — because of your restaurant. This is the THIRD time we've ordered from you, and each time has been a total disaster. She's ordered the steak every single time, and not once — not one damn time — has it actually shown up. No steak. No add-ons. Nothing she asked for. Just a pile of disappointment. Meanwhile, my quesadilla? Absolutely vile. It was drowning in sauce that was supposed to be on the side, and had weird, unidentifiable chunks in it. It looked like something scraped off the floor. Totally inedible. Then there’s the sweet pork salad. Missing ingredients left and right — no lime, no tortilla strips, and it looked like it had survived a tornado. It was a joke. I'm eating a corn dog from the freezer while my wife is trying to choke down this mess because she "doesn't want to waste food." That’s where we're at. Honestly, this is pathetic. When Cafe Rio starts losing to Costa Vida — Costa freaking Vida — you know things are going off the rails. We want our money back. We want a real apology. Something I can show my wife and say, “Hey, maybe this was a one-off.” But let’s be real — three separate disasters say otherwise. Call me. I’m beyond frustrated and ready to have a conversation.

Lots of parking in this shopping center. 🚘 This is kind of a fresh-Mex/American. Meats, beans, rice, and lettuce. 🫘🍚🥬 You can choose how to build your tacos, burritos, and salads with the ingredients they have available. 🌮🌯🥗 It wasn't busy when I was there. I was helped right away. The food was good, but the tortilla can get really soggy depending on which ingredients you choose. If you get it to-go, maybe get your salsas on the side. They do have an app for discounts. 📲

Ate here tonight at 7:00pm walked in and there was only a few couples in line and a few couples dinning. The staff was so unfriendly borderline rude that we even entered the building. The dinning area was filthy and the fountain drinks were out of syrup and covered in mold. Dressings were forgotten that were paid for and they were so rude when we ask for it after waiting in line again.

I grew up coming to this location and have always loved it! Coming back after a while was so disappointing. I have 7 specific complaints from my lunch experience on the 4th of July 1. Felt rushed while ordering when there was no line 2. Because she was rushing us my boyfriend who is lactose intolerant didn't have time to say no cheese on his burrito 3. The lettuce was literally old and shouldn't be served 4. Staff didn't do anything to make it right and acted rude when I brought it up to them. 5. My burrito was smaller than his but we ordered the exact same thing. Plus his burrito was still smaller than what they used to serve and other locations still serve. 6. My boyfriend also ordered some guac on the side which had a salsa spilled in it. So he didn't want to any of it because it tasted different and didn't seem appetizing. (Waste of 2 dollars) 7. I didn't even feel full or satisfied with my burrito by the end :( Unfortunately I don't have any desire to go back to the place I grew up loving as a kid

There was a dead fly in my salad. Not joking. Full wings, legs, the whole thing right there in my bowl. Disgusting. No excuse for this. If the kitchen can’t keep flies out of the food, what else is crawling around back there? I don’t care how good the reviews are this place lost all credibility in one bite. Eat here if you like surprises. I’m done.

Although the location always seems to be busy, the lines seem to move fairly quick and the service is typically friendly. Larger servings, and the food is has good flavor. Love the fresh tortillas and a fan of the salads. Reasonable pricing; five adults ate for $60, and there were leftovers. (My wife is a much bigger fan than I am.)

I don't leave bad reviews I like to praise anytime I can but unfortunately this is a bad review. Ordered several pizzas on the app requested extra cheese, bacon and mushrooms on both pizzas. Recieved the exact opposite it's either shrinkflation gone wild or the staff being told to be chinchi on the toppings. Barely a trace of bacon, hamburger, cheese and mushrooms. Never have I got MOD pizzas so cheap on toppings. Plus when I went in to get the pizzas the staff never said Hi or can I help you, not a word they just kept working heads down or talking. I should have never gave them such a high tip on the app due to this type of poor customer service. I have been here many times and other locations and it's always been good until today. Sad probably have to drive to a MOD further away to get better service.

This was our first time here. The prices are very reasonable, and depending on what you make, the pizza is amazing. The place is very clean inside. They have the pellet ice, like they have it at Sonic. The workers were very friendly we will be back

Taliyah (manager) is SUPER AWESOME!! We love this location, and while having a tad issue with ordering pizza crusts that were not to our liking, she handled the situation with ease, grace AND a SMILE! Taliyah is professional and it’s clear she’s a phenomenal team leader, as it shows with the total environment (very clean and organized) of the restaurant and her kind and efficient staff members! Way to go MOD PIZZA SANTAN VILLAGE!

We walked in. No line. Plenty of staff. The girl at the counter was not friendly at all. She didn’t look at us either. She took our order begrudgingly. My husbands pizza was super sparse but he didn’t ask for more stuff and that’s on him. He felt odd and she was off putting. After the girl made them the manager was rearranging them. I think he was trying to redeem them. Overall this place is good. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. The crust was so wonderful The person on charge of pizza cooking is skilled. I had the double crust. So good. The location is great. Interior is too loud really to enjoy your meal though. But it has a patio. Except the patio was not clean or organized. Despite ample staff. The tables were scattered and dirty. There was no garbage on them, but no chairs were pushed in, tables were misaligned, table tops were greasy and crumby. There were napkins on the floor that I cleaned up after I wiped and straightened the table. The soda area was clean and organized. The floors were clean. The girl cutting the pizza was friendly and smiled. I like the pizza a lot and the quality of the crust, the crust options and the topping variety are what sells the place. The young blonde’ish girl may need a refresher lesson on customer service. I will Come again. Usually the place is kinda messy but the people are usually nice and the food is always great.

We came here for a fun girls day lunch. We walked in. There was 3 people behind the counter and one customer sitting at a table. Not one person greeted us for probably 3-4 mins. Zero acknowledgment. I told the woman I never eat here and asked for help with what sauces they offer she rudely and quickly pointed the the sauce and then just stood there. Each pizza order was like pulling teeth to get toppings added and acted put out with each request. The pizza itself was delicious but, the service was AWFUL 0/10

The food was really good! The staff on the otherhand was not. Young girl was very dismissive and not in a good mood. Soon after we ordered, she was all smiles with her coworkers in the back room laughing. Unfortunately those smiles couldn't be towards the customers. Young guy wasn't even wearing work attire, just a tee, jeans, and had headphones on. Completely disrespectful as well. I asked several questions and he listened to his coworker over us ordering. Then he would have the gen z stare at us like "umm did you say something?." He was rude when we ordered, attitude when i asked him what else came on the pizza and responded with a "um whats on the board" being a smartass, and it was obvious he didn't care about us. Both employees acted like they were annoyed with our presence until we sst down then they were all smiles with each other. Also, why is there political stuff inside of a big box pizza food chain? Who cares im here to eat pizza not watch the news. Pretty annoying experience and shoutout to the employees for doing a great job ignoring, dismissing, and disrespecting customers.

My first time at a Mod Pizza and I have to say it is very good but, I personally prefer Fired Pie. We went to the Mod Pizza in Gilbert on a Wednesday evening about 6:30 PM. There was no wait and plenty of seating. I found the facility itself to be in need of a little cleaning but it was not bad by any means. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the prices are very good. As for the pizza it is yummy and I love the crispy crust. I found the flavor to be good but just not quite as good as Fired Pie to me. i did like that they have a 6" or a 11" pizza to chose from and all the toppings were fresh and yummy. I would certainly go back again.

It was better than my expectations. I especially liked the shredded beef tacos. The self-serve sides bar is great with a couple cool sauces and solid items like sliced cucumbers, radishes, pickled onions, and more. It's a nice open restaurant. Overall I would come back again.

I freaking love, Backyard taco!!! I love parstor tacos and the carne asada tacos, and I love the salsa bar!! I love almost everything about Backyard Taco!!! This one has an awesome vibe to it! I love the decor, and they have some good music playing at just the right volume!! The tortillas are super fresh! With just the right pull to them! The service could be a little faster. It's just tacos it should only be 2 minutes tops, but it always takes about minutes.....

I really enjoy this place. Even though it is a fast food style Mexican restaurant, it is way better than a lot of the other places I won't mention names. You feel that your portions are generous and the quality is there. They have the best horchata I've had. I really do like that they have the salsa bar and that you can get pickled onions and lime wedges.

Skip this one and go to one that really knows how to do their food, right Not sure if they're under new management or what the problem is but they obviously cooked 400 or 500 nuggets in advance of their lunch rush came in at 1:30. Got cold nuggets asked to have them made fresh got more cold nuggets thanks management your idea of staying on top of things and making the drive-through move quicker is only suffering your quality and disappointing your customers !

I went a few days ago. The service was amazing! Went through the drive through and there were so many smiles and friendly faces. The food was nothing different than the usual which is really good. The service just made me smile.

First off, let me start by saying they don't skimp on the sauce My wife and I have not had breakfast at this location yet we've had a chicken sandwich and chicken strips and nine times out of 10. You've had a good experience they don't tend to serve stale old chicken 🍗 like other locations do this is definitely one of the better locations In Gilbert

Our chicken was nearly room temperature and stale tasting. Not what I would expect from Chick-fil-A typically. Parking is ridiculous at this location. It's very tight and even being very experienced driving a full size truck, it was a challenge to park because the lanes are too narrow. Also, the car pick up signs are not very prominent and more than half of them are taken up by dine in guests. I've been to this location twice and both times was a poor experience. Chick-fil-A is great but I'll be avoiding this location.

I was able to order breakfast on the app. After driving to the location and waiting inline behind a couple cars it was 6 minutes past breakfast. They claimed they didn't have anything left to make it, and wanted us to order lunch.The truth is they put it all away to prepare for lunch in 6 minutes, and wouldn't pull what they needed back out.The policy is you have to be checked in the line by 1030, but they don't have the app set up to stop excepting breakfast order 15 minutes before it ends, like most places. If I wanted lunch I would of ordered it, If I knew I couldn't get breakfast I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there. I would of just gone home and made my own breakfast, which what I ended up doing.

We've always come here for the frozen treats but we got freebies from Tmovile Tuesday deal so we get to try their burger. Wasn't that bad. I like the shoe string fries. We of course had the frozen custard after. Workers, specially the guy behind the counter that Friday night was phenomenal. We haven't tried redeeming anything, he was very patient as we had to do it on our phone one at a time.

Freddy's was clean, the food was great, and the service was on point. The employee gave a solid recommendation on the patty melt, and it did not disappoint—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

My kids love going, especially on family night (the first Tuesday of every month). On family night, you get a free child entree with the purchase of an adult entree and they also have free face painting. The burgers are higher quality fast food and you can earn points with the app towards free food

Never have had issues here before but today waited over 15 minutes in drive thru with only 1 car in front of me. Finally got food and fries were cold and my burger was plain (no pickles or mustard) even though I only said no onion (see receipt). Was not offered anything for the delay (most places will offer a dessert or something). Also, when she asked if I was using app I said I was but there was issue with it. She didn't ask for my phone number or anything so I could get points.

Does Freddy's have some great burgers? Absolutely. Will they actually get your order right and give you the one you ordered? Probably not. Never been to a fast food place that messed up orders more than this location of Freddy's. Absolutely hopeless service at this location.

Can't believe that they charge $5.00 upcharge for a large cheese curds and this is what you get. So small serving and burnt. There is literally 13 curds in container. I've ordered regular at other locations and gotten more food. Employee said its all normal. I will not be back to this location

Freddy's is always good. You can tell they make stuff after you order cause the food is always super hot and crispy. I love the tater tots.

Update April 2025 Not much of a change. Still good. We usually eat at once closer to our house but stopped back at this one in an attempt to avoid rush hour. Good was great. Ordered enough for next overs. Older review. We like Someburros. I'm a creature of habit and usually get the pollo fundido. Wife usually get some sort of combo plate. This time I ordered the Mexican pizza. It's really good too. We will definitely go back.

Their green chili is delicious. I ordered a green chili burrito plate. Deep fried and enchilada style with a side of rice and beans. The rice and beans are so good. 10 out of 10 recommend.

When you order a variety of tacos in the drive thru, it would be nice if they were labeled so I don’t have to open crispy tacos (and then they break) and dig around in my family’s food to find out which one is which. If you’re going to ask for a tip, please at least try to earn it. 😑 The staff are nice, and the tacos are delish, so I’ll return, but now I know that I should ask how to tell my tacos apart.

This is the 4th time I've had issues with them and I'm tired of it. I won't talk about the others right now but. Today I ordered shredded chicken burro Deep fried with sour cream added on. Which sour cream is $1.75 which is already ridiculous. I got my burrito and it was mostly tortilla. There was a huge hole in it so when it was deepfried all the juice from the chicken which is usually really juicy and good was sucked out of the burrito and the chicken was bone dry and tasted horrible. There was barely any chicken and of course they forgot my sour cream but surprise. I like coming here because it's close to my work for lunch breaks but dude I get to work and my order is wrong and then I don't have time to go back since my lunch break is almost over. Stop messing up my simple order please! I threw it in the trash it was horrible

Cute place, first time eating here. Didn't know it was a chain. Got the carne asada breakfast burrito twice while I was out visiting AZ. One at this location and the other one off Guadalupe in Mesa. It was so good! The staff is super friendly and I love that they had a drive-thru as well! Green sauce is pretty good as well.

Food was delicious and customer service was amazing. Went in for the first time and definitely did not disappoint. I would say the price is fair for how good the food is. Definitely will be coming back!!!

A decent restaurant amongst the other bazillion fast food Mexican places. I like Some Burros order menu, a person does not need to make 50 decisions on ingredients just to get a taco. The restaurant is clean and well staffed. Reasonable price for reasonable food.

I'm from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and this is pretty close to Chicago dogs, not exactly, but the next best thing you'll get in Arizona when compared to Chicago dogs. The memorabilia in the restaurant is 100% Chicago. Great job with that, love it!

First time eating a Higley. First time in AZ. Husband made me go because Higley hot dog was a staple when he was at Williams AFB. Best Chicago dog I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to get another.

I took my kids to try it out. I had not eaten there in almost 20 years. The Italian beef was pretty good. I got the peppers on the side, which was a good thing because they were really hot! The au jus was good, but not great. The Chicago-style polish dog was exceptionally delicious. My kids said the corn dog and chili dog were great. They polished them off. They only take cash. Thankfully, I had the cash in my wallet. I did not see an ATM in the place. I would have given them five stars except it is obvious they don’t care about the dining area. It needs a lot of work. It feels very grungy. You can’t tell by my pictures, but it is very dark inside there. There were at least two major fluorescent lights burned out. Also, the garbages were completely full. It takes only a few minutes to dump the trash. It would also be nice if they would remove the popcorn texture from the ceiling. It’s OK to have nostalgia in a building, but that appears to be simple neglect. Update the place a little inside, replace the lights, and take out the trash. I will definitely be back, but there’s room for improvement. This place could be spectacular! The customer service was really good.

So I had high hopes be ause we need more hole in the wall type local places. I don't know if its because it felt like my hot dog was reheated or the small amount of onion rings, i just was left wanting more. Nice staff but just ok on the food.

Fun place to get hotdogs and burgers. They have a big menu with lots of different. Combinations to try. It can be hard to find a seat when they are busy but that’s because this place is popular. The Mac n cheese dog was our favorite. Be sure to try the Mugsy sauce.

Service was very friendly and the food was made fresh as soon as we were ordering it. Everything was very tasty and the price was reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. My only issue was speed and order of service. We ordered 5 meals and they were cooking. Watching them, they were taking their time. 2 people came in after us and they started their food too, however even though our food was done, they served them first and thus ran out of fries. We then had to wait even longer, while our food was sitting there to get fries. Finish one order and then move on to the next. They also were running out of a lot of condiments so had to ask for multiple refills.

I am concerned about how disgustingly dirty this restaurant has become. The food has been good but now I am concerned after seeing the inside. I stuck to the floor, the soda machine was filthy, the air vents are covered in crud, the floors have built up grime, the cooler is covered in sludge, its essentially scary. I hope you(the owners) decide to take more pride in this place just as the previous owners did. Please make the food fresh, dont pre cook the hotdogs and let them sit there.

Horrible food and horrible people working there! Unfortunately, this is our second chipotle and second bad experience. Employee that made our food roller her eyes and was frowning, specifically when i asked for a double portion of chicken. I told her sorry for making her upset. She didn't care or respond. Im not sure what causes chipotle employees to have attitude, but im starting to see a trend. And when you send in a review to corporate, all they do is say sorry. No incentives to make up for the bad experience. Last location they didnt give us enough chicken, and they didnt even want to make up for it by a gift card for the 5 bucks or anything. Corporate basically just says sorry and hope you come back.

Portions size is really good, and employees were so sweet and attentive, until I found a long black hair when I was already halfway done, I have brown curly hair. Safe to say my appetite is gone and $10 wasted. Hair nets please and thank you!

The food was fresh and really delicious. The employees were attentive, friendly and helpful. They were out of ice (I visited in mid-July) and the service station was in need of attention (e g. there were no forks) and tables were not wiped down (granted, this was around 1:00/1:30, and being a busy period of the day I could have selected a table that was just recently vacated).

I usually order online here. This is the only Chipotle that gets portions right. Sometimes the meat isn't done enough and sometimes the rice is undercooked. Overall good experience. Especially considering the lack of portion supervision.

This Chipotle is an awfully ran establishment. From the dirty floors and tables to the who I believe is the manager (glasses and a polo) treating customers and employees with 0 hospitality. For Example: A young woman was helping me make my order and asked this “manager” if he can go grab some corn for the order, his response was go get it yourself and proceeded to pull out his phone to text at the register. I felt bad for the young woman and furious at this person that is in charge. Next the soda station was covered in trash and none of the silverware was filled. We had to ask another man at the register and after 15 minutes still no one went over to refill it despite other people asking for silverware. We were there for 30 minutes not one table was cleaned. Lazy management its almost sad.

Very average for the price. When my wife and I walked in we were the only customers in the store and we stood at the counter for 5 minutes while three employees were cooking and the manager was tending the drive thru. After ordering the food was prepared quickly. We both had ordered burgers with bacon and one came without. The French fries had so much salt on them I couldn't eat half of them. Drink selection was limited to 5 soda flavors iced tea and strawberry limeade that was more lime than strawberry. The store was very cold inside and it was $32 for 2 meals.

Burger was delicious. The fries had zero salt. Had to add it myself, not a big deal, just stays on the fries better when they are right out of the boiler. Service was great, very friendly staff.

I went in drive and waited 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me on a Sunday evening. The wait time was ridiculous. & there were full of workers inside. I took a picture of my receipt showing the time I ordered and the time I was given my receipt in drive thru. Chilis restaurant would have served quicker. I recommend placing a timer outside by the speaker of your estimated wait time.

Growing up in SoCal, the land of bacon-avocado cheeseburgers, I need to get my fix every now and then. This is where I go when the mood strikes me. I order the Santa Barbara char and add bacon. It comes on toasted sourdough bread, which is very tasty. My wife loves the teriyaki char add bacon and cheese. It has a nice drizzle of sweet teriyaki sauce and pineapple. The sweet potato fries are very good here. Thin, crispy on the outside and soft chewy on the inside. My favorite side is the tempura green beans. I love the crunch of the temporary batter combined with the freshness and snap of the green beans. They usually have fresh juice combinations near the fountain that I love! A couple of my faves are strawberry limeade and passion fruit-tangerine lemonade. They also have very good shakes here. If you’re the kind of person that enjoys a flame grilled burger, you’ll want to try this place out. Did has pretty good taste if you like the chargrilled flavor however this time my burger was over done and tasted bitter and burned. Another in our party had a chicken ceaser salad and had to have it recooked because the chicken was burnt. Black and burnt. Love the 50/50 option and the new tempura avocado is delish.

Sometimes I like a good flame to my burger, their char burger really hits the spot. The Teriyaki burger is also good but messy, you may need a fork on that. We also enjoy the crispy chicken sandwich along with the options of sweet potato fries. Be sure to ask for half and half on the fries and onion rings, it’s the right amount of both. Honestly, I really think I come here for the ranch, it is the best around…skip the ketchup and get the big cups, you will thank me.

This place is so rude. I ordered a steak bowl, but they didn’t put any steak in it. This is such a waste of money and very disrespectful. I tried to find the steak inside, but I still couldn’t find it. They also didn’t put enough rice, so the bowl tasted really salty. + What the hell? I ordered a steak bowl, so if you’re not going to put steak in it, then don’t even bother taking my money. I spent over 45 dollars here, and you seriously decided to leave out the steak? Are you messing with your customers? You must think I’m a complete pushover to pull something like this. Looking at the reviews, I see I’m not the only one who got messed up orders. You messed with the wrong person. I’m going to save this as a PDF, take pictures of the receipt, and report this to your headquarters. See you in court.

Came in for gift card for my client and decided to get a bowl. I will neeeever come back to this location! Food was not fresh(had to warm my bowl up after going down the street 10m away) and the amount of food that was provided was crazy. Wasn’t even a spoon full of rice and she had the nerve to shake the spoon before placing it in my bowl. Then the young blond girl argued with me about not giving me cilantro because it’s not curated when every location gives me cilantro with no problem and I never heard of it. To the point I said never mind I don’t even want it. Once she said ok and took her butt to the back I was able to get some cilantro and pay for my bowl and gift card. I never ate chipotle in one sitting before and I ate this and was still hungry I’m the type that drinks my soda while I’m eating and as u can see my soda is still full and my bowl is pretty much gone!! My client just moved to the area and I will have to inform them not to use their gift card at this location!! 🤷🏾‍♀️ And I have 2 stars because the other young lady was really nice other than that yall would’ve got 1

The person that helped me this evening went so quickly he added things to my burrito I didn’t ask for. He threw it away and made a new one which is so wasteful. The guac was the oldest, brownest guac they could have served coming out of a supposedly fresh batch pulled from down below. My partner said her burrito had no flavor and was also disappointed in the brown guac throughout her burrito. I paid 2.75 for guac I couldn’t stomach and the chicken in my bowl was cold. Overall, not a great experience or meal.

Two days in a row of pickup orders not being filled correctly - I checked the digital and physical receipts. The first time, the store was very busy. Tonight it was very slow. Until now, I was willing to forgive this as the food was always of good quality and decently portioned. This is an extra white rice bowl. The other portions aren’t great either - is this $12 worth of food? This is a recent change - for months I never had a problem.

Food was great! And the line was pretty clean, usually it can get pretty bad. Service was good solely based of the guy working the line on Tuesday around 2:30. He was busting his butt in a very efficient and fast pasted way and he was the only one on the line at the time. 2 ppl min should be on the line at all times. Not including the cashier unless they are going to help out on Salsa instead of standing there and staring waiting to check ppl out. There was plenty time for them to hop on line and help when there's a Long line.

I’m not one to blast a business on Social media, but your internal review/chat was as disappointing as my recent online order. After 20yrs of being a loyal customer I have to say the quality has steadily been declining. We ordered four bowls and each of them was less than half and were not made as ordered. I recently had a medical procedure done and don’t have the energy to go back to the restaurant and hand it back the manager. But I assure you, I will begin exploring other restaurants that serve similar meals.

Without fail, every time I've ordered take out (online and in advance), the order isnt ready when I get there 20 minutes after placing the order or my order stays sitting on the side for ~10 min and I stand waiting along the side waiting unreasonably long for a worker to notice my order. By then, the food is usually cold

Ordered delivery which is always convenient. Unfortunately, the chicken was dried out and didn’t have much meat. The beans were savory with interesting flavors. The coleslaw was meh. Hated the corn tortillas. They were too heavy and tasted bland and kind of gross. Same with the Horchata drink. Tasted like high fructose syrup and water instead of a freshly made drink. The chips were good as was the guacamole sauce. Not a fan of their salsa. Too many onions.

Our cashier was very polite and helpful but the cook on this day not so much! Head down and rude to our cashier.. they weren't busy at all. This was my first time at El Pollo Loco- The chicken was okay but my mashed potatoes and gravy were cold and my cole slaw HORRIBLE! I may go back one day but def not this location.

Ordered a chicken dinner for my wife and a double chicken salad for myself. Paid, then was told we don't have any breat or wings, just thighs and legs only. There wouldn't be any anytime soon as they were just putting it on the grill. When 90% of your menu is made with chucks of breast meat, that's just poor management imo. It was 27 dollars for a 2 piece breast and wing, and the salad. The chicken was given was old and dry, cold, and really not edible. I honestly couldn't believe that the manager didn't even say sorry or try to make it right. I won't be back to this location

Second time I go here and the last time. Person named Bianca said she couldn’t give me fresh chicken because the grill is off since 5pm. Only reason I asked for fresh is because I came a few weeks ago and my order was old. Old cold chicken. I could tell it had been awhile holding. No wonder this location has no business and nobody in line to order. Total fail.

My order was for pickup. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, in front of what appeared to be my order but the ticket was inside so I couldn't check. I finally had to stop the lady who kept walking by like I wasn't there to ask. Food was good as usual.

In my first 2025 visit, i ordered my usual 2 piece leg and thigh and paid +$11 What i got was less than 2 Ounces of chicken meat and offcourse two sides. The meat was so small and minute that it was more like a hen meat. Pollo Loco by buying smaller chickens trying to increase their profit. They lost my business

We've been coming here for a few years. It's my favorite go to spot for tacos and margaritas. Great for groups or nights when you feel like just taking yourself out! They have a nice variety of tacos as well as chips, nachos, and kids' meals. Their signature Rusty margarita is perfect but they have different flavors too. The staff is always really friendly and I especially appreciate the ones who have been there for awhile and know us. (Erin makes us feel like family and is amazing.) 5 stars for RT!

We drove by and saw this place and decided to give it a try. Many menu options to choose from and ample seating inside and out. Very nice location as well. I would definitely return.

We’ve been to Rusty’s 3 times in the last few weeks. We ordered the crispy fish tacos each time. The first 2 times we were there, the tacos had a nice big piece of fish. Last night it looked like the split the pieces in half. Not sure if they were running out of fish or what happened. Still tasted gourd but felt short changed with the fish. First photo shows full filet, second photo is 1/2 filet.

The chips and queso were the highlight of the meal. Among the best fast food queso I've ever had. Since this was my first time here I ordered the beef fajita taco which was basically a fajita. Not bad but seemed to be more veggies than meat 🤨 Location was clean and staff friendly. On the second visit I got the Texican taco that was excellent and the brisket taco that was tasty but dry.

The girl at the counter was super helpful when we asked questions. The vibe was awesome and the food was amazing. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back

This is a great taco place! It has great deals on taco Tuesday and one can add delicious ingredients like avocado to customize your own taco, some are spicy so beware! And the service and atmosphere were fine too, polite and clean. And, if you give their place a five-star review you can show them and get free chips and salsa! This location can’t get an order right. They can get it mostly right but it’s never 100% what I ordered. I order a large drink and fry that’s what I expect, but I had to correct the drive thru person earlier this week when they tried to hand me a medium drink and today instead of my large fry I was cheated and given a regular size. I’m done going to a location that can’t be bothered to read and fill an order properly. Update! Came back a couple weeks later and their still terrible. Literally repeated my order back to me twice and then still tried to hand me the wrong drink and that would have been fine if it was the only mistake but they messed up the only other thing I ordered. Which had one modification and yet they couldn’t get that right It’s no wonder they can’t get an order right if the MANAGER running the window can’t even be bothered to read the order on the screen.

Update (2/2024) I've gone back a few times in the past years. I still don't like the cheese sauce for the fries, but I tried their burgers as it is their main menu item. I'm afraid I am obsessed with the French Onion burger, but it only comes for a limited time occasionally. The California burger is a solid choice for any time of year, though. The prices are a little higher than your other fast food burgers, but I think it is worth going once in a while when you want a steak burger. I love the flatter patties. Just get a double if you want extra. 😊 Original review (~2019): The food we ordered was just okay. "Notorious skinny fries." I decided to try the cheese fries today. Was pretty disappointed. I expected some cheese melted over top: the kind that would make the fries stick together, not like a nacho cheese topping. Didn't finish them. Additionally, one of my friend's chicken tenders was visibly undercooked and pink in the center :/ Regular fries were fine.

One of my favorite burger places, in terms of taste (My go-to is the California Buger substitute Grilled Onions. And the shoe string fries with their seasoning salt and sauce is great. Oddly, their Jalapeño Sause is "Meh") However, overall, it loses points for the price being a bit high, and the restaurant itself not perfectly maintained.

Sebastian and the crew were smashing it, These burgers were fire and the chocolate malt was A1 My GF had THE STRAWBERRY DREAM CAKE , My only gripe is the saltiness of the burger and fries in the same bite..

This chicken sandwich was nothing like the picture! Paid $8 just for the sandwich to come out like this? SHAME ON THE COOKS AND MANAGER FOR PUTTING THIS FOOD OUT! Also this location can never get an order right no matter how easy. A number 3 with a cheese sauce on the side. They forget the cheese 90% of the time and I have to turn around or drive back. This Freddy's is a joke and ran by clueless people.

I’ve been going to costa Vida for years. I always go to the Val Vista location. Tonight grabbed take out since I was close. These are the three sweet pork burritos that are supposed to be smothered. As visible in the pictures the outside of all of the burritos have no sauce and they are stuffed full of rice with some beans and almost no meat. Totally dry on the inside. I would recommend to anybody reading this to never come here. I will always take the time to drive to Val Vista

usually don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my recent experience. During my visit to Costa Vida, I noticed a bug (appeared to be a roach) crawling on the yellow overhang area directly above the food preparation space. I took pictures to document it because it was hard to believe. Seeing an insect that close to where food is being prepared is extremely concerning, both for cleanliness and health reasons. It immediately made me lose my appetite and question the restaurant’s hygiene and pest control practices. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation immediately. Customers deserve to feel confident that their food is being prepared in a clean, safe environment. Until improvements are made, I unfortunately cannot recommend this location.

I can’t get enough of Costa Vida! Every time I visit, I’m torn between my two favorites: the smothered sweet pork burrito or the grilled chicken salad. Both are absolutely phenomenal! The ingredients are always fresh, bursting with flavor, and perfectly balanced—whether it’s the tender, savory sweet pork or the juicy, perfectly grilled chicken. The salsas and dressings add just the right kick, and everything feels like it’s made with care. The service is another reason I keep coming back. The staff is always friendly, quick, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch, having dinner with friends, or having an event catered, Costa Vida never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I have been hitting up Costa Vida since the Costa vs Cafe Rio days back in Utah. The Gilbert location isn’t that close to my house but it’s my favorite one to go to because of the drive thru. (Come on AZ we need more fast casual drive thrus). The service in the drive thru is always quick and friendly. I love the sweet pork salad but lately I have been all about the chicken. My daughter always asks to go there because they have the cinnamon tortillas. I think they went through some management changes at this location a while back and I have noticed some improvements in service and quality since then. They will always be a staple in our family takeout routine.

Disappointing for 17$. Usually the burrito is a lot more full but this one’s not even half the size it usually is. And the chips and queso I got is also a smaller portion than usual. Tried calling as well but the call kept dropping despite me being in a very cellular area.

This Costa Vida location is my family's Go To for delicious food, amazing and fast service and a fun dining experience! My favorite is the small pork or chicken salad and the portions are generous and filling!! My family loves it too!

We are always happy to go to Gilbert Costa Vida! The staff, no matter who is working that day, is always professional and friendly. All of the food is absolutely delicious! It’s an easy choice, as a family of 8, because there is something for everyone! And the portion sizes are great! I always end up taking some home for another meal! The atmosphere is inviting and clean. We love the Gilbert Costa Vida!

Our family has visited this location a handful of times. Always hoping the experience will be better. They are CONSTANTLY out of core items such as: swirl ice cream, chocolate dip, chocolate fudge, and frozen take home bars. They really need someone who knows how to order for their location. They are usually busy, but also love to give half melted treats, or get your order wrong. We typically go in the evening on any given day, and the drive through line is an extremely long wait. We have waited anywhere from 20-30 minutes in line. I don’t typically leave reviews, but we have yet to have a good experience here. After last night having another bad experience, we will be going to a location a bit further up the road from us.

How do they not know what a pup cup is in this day and age? I told the kid Im happy to pay, I'm not asking for something for free. No. My 100lb Great Pyrennes was so disappointed. Don't hurt my precious dog's feelings and expect me to ever return. I'm sure you understand that when you give the same pat response to every negative review, you're simply checking a box. It comes off as patronizing and dismissive. I had a legitimate, unambiguous issue.

I tried something new and had them make a strawberry cheese cake shake. It was good but when I ran into the chunks I was complicated. I’ll go back to a blizzard next time. Clean environment and pleasant employees. Wish the price wasn’t so high.

I love this place! Who does not love ice cream? Maria loves the blizzards and I get the no sugar added dilly bar. There are not many places that have low sugar or sugar free options for ice cream. I have never tried eating their food but the ice cream is gooood! The service was good and they are polite! Still reading? Why? Go get an ice cream!!

Incompetence at its finest. How do I confirm the order with you and then I am asked to pull to the front and the order is still incorrect. The lady said 5 minutes it was 10 for the order to be incorrect and now you are closing and not answering the phone. How hard is it to work in fast food and get an order accurate when you confirm it. Won’t be back to this location.

I love Issaac, the chicken boy, he told us he doesn't make the chicken but i know better. Me and my boyfriend and his girlfriend and her girlfriend (my girlfriend) all went and we said, hi chicken boy, and he says "thats not my job, im the wiper boy" (i know better than issaac) and he made our dairy queen experience feel like someone shot me and i went to heaven (I didn't go to heaven it was a dairy Queen) 5 stars, would recommend issaac!!!

This Dairy Queen location is one of the worst in the Valley. During my initial visit, I arrived at 11 for lunch and experienced a 20-minute wait, ultimately leaving due to frustration over the limited time for my lunch break. Upon inquiring at the counter, I was informed that the staff had forgotten to activate the grill. Today, I decided to provide a second opportunity, but after waiting in line behind a few individuals, I observed the attendant engaging in an extended conversation with a male customer for approximately 10 minutes. Consequently, I chose to depart and, for the second time, took my business to Burger King, where I promptly placed my order and received my food in a timely manner. It is unfortunate that I reside in the area and appreciate Dairy Queen's offerings. The empty lobby and negative reviews are understandable.

I ordered supreme tacos and I drive home and I find out they gave me regular tacos even on the recipe it says supr 15 min drive

Consistently the worst Taco bell I've ever been to. I've worked as a Shift lead at Taco bell for over 4 years and this location violates so many rules its not even funny. The biggest one? Recently they changed their hours from 8am to 9am. I came by for breakfast one morning just after 8 and the door was unlocked. I thought nothing of it because the hours were ALWAYS 8 am. I place an order at the front kiosk, and the manager comes out saying they aren't ready, or even open. I look around and ask why the doors are even unlocked and her answer was "we were doing some cleaning outside and forgot to lock them again" as an opening manager, one of the biggest safety hazards is having an unlocked door when the entire SAFE FULL OF OPERATING FUNDS IS OPEN AND IN THE OFFICE. Which, guess when that is? Before open. Yep. Then, she had the gall to place the blame on ME saying their hours are actually 9 without specifying they've JUST changed it from 8. She then refunded me my order. Which I have yet to even get back into my bank account so I dont belive she did it correctly. On top of that, the food quality is terrible because this location is full of kids who dont care about the Voice of the Customer (wink wink, you know what i mean, Taco bell) enough to make the good even remotely decent. Then, they're managed by adults who also couldn't give a care in the world because they just want a paycheck instead of taking any sort of pride in the work they do. I find this location to be a slap in the face as a previous Taco-Bell shift lead myself. After the door being unlocked situation, I have made myself a promise to never give mondy to this specific location ever again, even if it is a 2 min. Walk from where I live, I will forever be going to Cooley Station, or the val vista amd Warner location who is Consistently GREAT.

How does taco bell stay in service??!! A freaking chalupa costs over 7$ a piece! I also tried their new Grilled Cheese fries. It's ONLY 5$, not impressed at all. I understand these are times of inflation, but woe taco bell, this is highway robbery!

Very bad service. I placed an order and 15 minutes later asked where my meal was, I was told it was still 10 minutes away because they were waiting on something to be cooked. This is the second time in the past 2 weeks I've had a bad experience. I'm going to avoid this location.

I'm inside the taco bell right now. Eating a crunchedwrap Supreme with Black Beans. There is no black beans. I took a bite and there was a black smear or a thin line smaller than a finger nail or a price a paper. When I realized I asked if they could remake it with a bit more beans. Politely. The young lady was nice and asked and the manager started getting aggressive and saying HE HAS TO PAY FOR IT! I'm not looking for double beans just a decent amount. They told me a half of scoop of beans is what I get. Than proceeded to charge me an additional $1.59 for the extra scoop. They ended up making it since the computer was showing a higher price than I was quoted. Once I reiceved my food. Same amount of beans. Please, for over $6 I expect to be able to at least see my food. Sorry for anyone who thinks that unreasonable.

It baffles my mind that with no one in the drive thru you can screw up an order of 4 items. Nothing was modified, you just made the wrong items. Furthermore, when the receipt shows 6 mild, 6 medium, and 6 hot sauces HOW ARE THERE NONE IN THE BAG? it's been 4 consecutive experiences at 4 different locations. All orders messed up and no sauce put in the bag. This company just sucks

The food is alright but this Taco Bell's sodas SUCK. Not to mention I got a soda from the fountain and there were bugs in it. NOT WORTH IT!!!

We've never been to one, but my kids got 2 kids free meals certificates (for reading a good number of books) from the library so we decided to try it when we were hungry after a long day of fun. They each ordered the kids meal of 2 chicken fingers with organic milk (glad they had that option instead of just sugary juice) and fries. We ordered 2 extra sides of fries for us as we weren't that hungry and didn't know if their chicken would be mostly batter or what. The gal who took our order was patient as I asked how big the coleslaw side and fries 🍟 would be. The mgr walked over to approve the free kids meals certificates and asked her if they're legit ones (as apparently there's some fakes that are not stamped by the library? Or so I overheard...). The food was freshly made and was piping hot after maybe like 5-10m. My kids enjoyed the fries the most of course as we did too even though they are just frozen crinkle cut fries 🍟 (this icon is so fun 😆), and my fries loving husband even liked them. They gave us a lot of fries in the side orders. The sauce was so good for everything, it's like a thousand island but a bit different as it's got what looks like pepper in it but no relish. The chicken 🐔 fingers were surprisingly delicious, super hot so we had to wait to eat them, but they were good. This location was fine, clean enough, but not much in the way of atmosphere for a fast food place. Overall, we enjoyed our first and only visit and we'll probably come back, hopefully all the MANY locations are equally good.

This Raising Cane’s is easy to find with a clean exterior and a roomy interior though some tables needed wiping down. The chicken was excellent but the fries were a bit cold and the Texas toast underwhelming while the coleslaw was tasty. The staff was friendly and I might stop by again if I’m in the area.

You literally can never go wrong with canes. I’m always craving canes. I’m always thinking of their creamy perfect canes sauce. At every minute of the day I’m always thinking of when should i go get canes . Everything just goes well with their sauce. Don’t get me started on their texas toast. And their lemonade

I like going to Cane's now and then. Today was that day I got a hankering for Cane's. I went to the Cane's on Williams Field and Val Vista Dr. There was a very short female cashier in a blue t-shirt with glass who wasn't very polite and had a very ugly attitude followed up with "I'd rather be anywhere else but here," demeanor. I ignored her nastiness and ordered my combo meal. The Cane's chicken was delicious and very enjoyable. That is the reason I come here. But, if you're going to have horrible cashier employees like that little lady. Then I won't be coming back anymore. I can easily take my $$$ somewhere else. This was my first time to this location. I came here at 12:00am. When I got to the window to pay for my food the cashier (Zachary) told me right away there may be a wait as they are currently training a new hire. I like that he was up front about the wait time and I also like that he even talked to me a few times while I was waiting which made the time pass by faster. As far as the food goes, it was great as per the usual when I stop in at a Cane's. Honestly though never let this cashier go, he seems like one of the good ones.

I feel the quality of this location has gone down in the last year or so. I picked up a 3 piece combo tonight, no fries, extra toast and a Coke Zero. When I got to the window, the girl taking payments looked like she hated that I was there at 9:20 PM. She took my payment, handed me my food and said have a good day. I got home to no toast, extra fries, and the fries were mostly stale/burnt and inedible. The Coke Zero was filled to the top with ice so I genuinely got maybe 5-6 swigs before it was empty. I feel like if you’re paying $11-$13 for a combo you should at least get decent fries and a cup not filled to the brim with ice. I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years now and I’ve never been this disappointed with the service/quality of food.

This place is a joke I think I got 4 fries with my tenders bag was so light I had to ask the girl if there was even food in it. What a rip off pretty sure there is more food in a happy meal

Ordered 2 pieces of Spicy signature chicken and this is what i get. Never coming back here again. They could simply say something and i was be glad to change up my order. This clearly show the lacks of customer focus and in this economy POPEYES clearly doesn’t have Values in mind. It is a shame, I will be look elsewhere next time. Canes down the street offer both value and great services. I hope those reading this do not made the mistake i did.

I'm just getting out of gilbert Mercy Hospital, not having to eat for 2 days. I thought some chicken would be a good choice. I ordered a 3 piece with a side of Cole Slaw...it was past due by 10 days! I refused to eat, not taking a chance to get sick again. Another order of shrimp was rubbery and built in spicy. Such a disappointment! I don't have the time to return as I'll never stop at a Popeyes again.

The cook was very rude toward me and the other (minor) staff on shift tonight. I watched her berate the kid who attempted to fix my order. I heard her look at me and say, "They're always complaining. I'll take care of it." After a few minutes she walked to the counter and said, "What's the problem?" I informed her that I simply wanted to purchase a larger size of shrimp. She said, "There is no larger size." Nevermind I've purchased the larger size before but maybe things have changed. We had a brief interaction where she clearly communicated her frustration and irritation. Either way, her response left me feeling pretty upset and I left feeling worried about that poor kid who was just trying to help. I most likely will not be back.

Ordered a Coleslaw and found “3 pcs” wooden pieces! It’s hard, unchewable and sharp! Was telling the duty manager and they refused the “thing” is from them as the coleslaw is from their vendor not from Popeye. All I want is just an apology and replaced/refund the salad, instead they insist the “thing” is from part of the cabbage 🤬

It may be time for the franchise owners to head over to this location to give some support. Not a manager in site , sat around waiting for food for 30 min, and so did everyone else in this picture. Staff was short and clearly overwhelmed . I believe leadership needs to be present assisting their employees and they probably need better training on cleanliness and efficiency.

Worst Popeyes experience yet! Stopped on a Wednesday evening at 5:30 (you know, the time when you'd expect to be busy if you were a food joint). Ordered 5 pieces of original and arrived about 5 minutes after order placed through the app. Was told they were "waiting" on original chicken. Likely the MOST ordered item on your menu and you run out at what is probably the busiest hour of the day???? Finally had to ask at 17 minutes after my order was placed...still had another 7 minutes left. How....seriously, HOW can you run out of chicken, when you're a chicken joint, at the busiest hour of the day. Need to take a look at your managers for this location because you're driving away business. Will never make the mistake of ordering here again!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered a breast and leg and drove 30 minutes home. When my husband opened the box, it was a thigh and wing. I paid extra for a breast. I called and spoke to the manager Sophie. She was extremely rude and difficult. She said I had to drive 30 minutes back and she would replace my order or give me a refund. I told her I would rather have them just replace the food on another day being that I live so far away. She refused to do that, basically calling me a liar by saying that she doesn't know if I am being truthful. She could have looked up my order number. She wouldn't give me her district managers phone number. You cannot get through to a person on their corporate number. No wonder this company is closing so many of their stores.

absolutely amazing quality every time! i haven’t been to rubios in years before tonight and i am very pleased that it tastes identical to how it always has! the shrimp is so GOOD! the California bowl was my order tonight, but also the nachos are bomb too. i also wanted to point out the cashier is nice and friendly. he seemed very hardworking from his multitasking as he took on orders between time! highly recommend for a filling yet healthy meal 🖤

I ordered a beer battered fish burrito, extra guacamole, extra cheese. 16 or 17 dollars. I ordered a quesadilla, extra cheese. 13 dollars. I got the complete wrong burrito. It was cold. The quesadilla didn't have extra cheese. The chips were stale. And there wasn't even a spoon worth of old guacamole with the chips that come with the quesadilla. Literally the only thing done correctly were the prepackaged cookies. In total, with uber, I spent over 50 dollars.

I stopped by this afternoon with an old friend to reunite at our favorite lunch spot. The location we'd typically meet up at is on Power Rd, but it's gone downhill. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding.

Most excellent service and food! They were happy to give me extra lime crema on the side of my perfect fish tacos (because I like extra). The beans were nicely peppered. The chips were a bit too hard but the delicious salsa from the salsa bar softened them up.

Always great and filling meals here. It’s hard to beat the shrimp trio but the fish taco especial is just about the best thing on the menu. Thanks for always offering great food and service

Food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff are always very friendly and customer focused. Typical Rubios atmosphere - bright, casual, beach vibe. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. The salsa bar is always well stocked.
