Donut shop

Coffee shop
BoSa Donuts is a casual eatery that offers a variety of delicious treats like donuts, sandwiches, coffee, and boba drinks. While some may be disappointed by the lack of a drive-through option at this particular location, there is still a wide selection of oversized donuts to choose from. Additionally, the boba shakes are highly recommended and worth the short walk inside. Interestingly, they also sell their used buckets to the public with matching lids available for purchase.
I came in about 5 AM and the lady that served me was very kind and nice for it being 5 AM lol. This is one of the biggest Bosa locations I’ve been to. It’s very clean. They’re baking fresh donuts as you come in the donuts are fresh and tasty and the Boba is also really good.
Allie M — Google review
It’s a holiday and you only have 2 people working?? Went in with my daughter and waited in line for a long time late this morning. It was hectic and there was one girl helping customers and another making food and drinks while the line was to the door. They were working as fast as they could but people were getting impatient and some even left before they got to the front. The donuts were just okay but their saving grace was their hardworking and polite staff who I felt sorry for watching run around trying to keep up. I even felt bad ordering a breakfast sandwich. I think I also read another review somewhere that said the owner takes all the card tips?? Insanity. GIVE YOUR STAFF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY ARE THE REASON YOU ARE IN BUSINESS
Michelle S — Google review
I have been a bosa (multiple locations) customer for years. I usually come in to this location in the afternoons, but I came in at 8am this morning. The owner took my order, and as she was, she was actively scolding her employee, saying, "Go to the restroom, then clock in after, not before. Clock in when you are ready to work. " I totally understand and respect that, BUT this is to be done behind closed doors, not in front of everyone. An absolute no-no!! It is very unprofessional and toxic. There is absolutely no excuse to embarrass an employee in front of so many people during such a busy time, I don't care how stressed or upset you are. We ordered a bagel with bacon egg and cheese. At first bite, we thought the bagel was stale. It started flaking, and I thought, this is not a bagel! They took croissant dough and shaped it into a bagel !!! I know inflation is an issue but that is fraud! I will never go to this location again.
Samantha V — Google review
I come here almost every weekend for exceptionally fresh donuts and fantastic customer service. The donuts are always fresh and have a large variety to meet any preference. The mango smoothie is a must have with the breakfast sandwich to start any Sunday off right!
Devin D — Google review
Great donuts! Quick and fast service. Bought 3 dozen for a customer and they enjoyed it!
Armando R — Google review
This Bosa goes above and beyond. They hire smart, hard working kids and their donuts are always delicious and consistent. Everyone is so friendly in here.
Epic — Google review
I love Bosa Donuts. I was sad to see that this location did not have a drive through. You need to park and then walk in There is still a good selection of extra big donuts to chooe from and those boba shakes are worth the extra walk. I saw a sign that puzzled me and I had to ask for the eplaination. Apparently they sell their used buckets to the public. So if you need a bucket. This is a good place to come for one. You can buy a lid to match the bucket too. The seating here looks very classy in dark leather looking booths. I love the extra LARGE community board. This business loves supporting their community neighbors. When the weather is nice, there is outdoor seating available.
Eileen S — Google review
Bosa is the best doughnut shop in Arizona hands down. Nothing crazy, no crazy frostings or exotic combinations or fads, just great doughnuts drinks and breakfast sandwiches.

Paradise Bakery & Cafe is a delightful spot that offers a variety of baked goods and light meals, including soups and sandwiches. Located conveniently within the Mesa Gateway Airport, it provides travelers with fast and affordable dining options. The menu boasts an impressive selection, ensuring there's something for everyone. While there may be occasional delays—like waiting for a smoothie—the overall service shines through with friendly staff who bring a cheerful vibe to your experience.
Inside the Mesa Gateway Airport we ate lunch here. Fast, easy, reasonably priced for airport food, and good. Lots of choices on the menu made once you order and many beverage choices.
Linda M — Google review
The lady with the hat at the register needs professional training dealing with customers. She’s rude, lacks decent professional skills and has a bad attitude.
Joe R — Google review
They took a little longer making a simple smoothie than I feel like I should have waited. Other than that my service was good. The cashier had an abnormally cheerful chipper voice that sounded just like the voice on a Barbie cash register I had growing up. She was very sweet and seemed to enjoy serving others.
Kenna K — Google review
I ordered items off the menu that they apparently “don’t carry” even though it’s on the menu...paid way too much for the quality of food. My classic grilled cheese had no butter, no flavor, was the size of a dollar bill and had ZERO flavor. Our server was overly loud when talking to us. $8 for my grilled cheese that was very unappetizing.
Kade S — Google review
The food and coffee I ordered were fine, but the girl with the long braid at the register shouldn't be working there because she is incredibly rude to customers. Girl with long dark hair is very pleasant and professional.
Rachel H — Google review
I asked for a 12oz latte, they only have 16oz. I can handle that, just don’t fill cup full orI don’t need to drink it all. But what a waste. At all other coffee places, including Starbucks, I always bring my own cup. And ALL coffee places use my cup (& give a cup discount, saving them $ and the landfill) My biggest complaint is that Paradise would not use my cup, blaming the health department. How dumb.
Susan C — Google review
I haven’t ever experienced such terrible customer service. Christine was so unpleasant and treated me as if I was stupid for asking about items on the menu. Then told me that they don’t have the ingredients for something on the menu that I had asked about. When another coworker said she could make it. I continued to watch as I waited for my food and it wasn’t only me, but she treated each customer as an inconvenience.
Kim P — Google review
Christine the woman that helped me at the register was very short with her explanations of the menu items and I was left guessing after every answer she gave me to a what I thought was very clear questions. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but she should not be working anywhere In a customer service role . Ridiculous service from her and her only , everyone else was great

Bakery

I visited Rise Up Bakery recently(on the recommendation of a restaurant owner), and it did not disappoint. The wonderful smells and beautiful showcase of the fresh baked goods hit my senses immediately! The decor was inviting, and the staff were very helpful. Everything looked amazing - there is definitely something for everyone. I’ve tried the Jalapeño Cheese Bread, Almond Toffee Bar, and the Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookie (my favorite). The Ham and Cheese Croissant, and Lemon Blueberry 🫐 Roll are great also. I’ll make this one of my regular places for sure - top notch baked goods done right!
Jan W — Google review
Divine. The plaza it's in is so cute and this bakery is situated right behind the water fountain. The bakery is so cute and I love the mural on their wall. They offer so many treats- from cheesecakes to cinnamon rolls. I tried the pecan roll, the orange roll, the apple raspberry roll, and the chocolate croissant wheel. My favorite was the apple raspberry roll! Today is their last day making it (hopefully just for the season and not for forever) because it was definitely my favorite! It was SO good. I paid 30$ for my 4 items, but it's worth noting the croissant wheel was 9.50. You can tell so much time and care goes into these pastries and I definitely thought the price was worth it! The service was great. I'll definitely be back here.
Kaitlyn H — Google review
Quiet place. Cinnamon rolls are killer. I grab cookies for my kids before my daughter goes to tutoring. We eat them there kids love it. Staff is always pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere is quiet you could work on your laptop here. Plenty of seating available Over all great small shop I love to visit.
Zachary H — Google review
Tried the viral croissants at Rise Up Bakery and they definitely live up to the hype. The pistachio and lemon filled ones were delicious, but the raspberry croissant stole the show for me. Flaky, buttery, and bursting with flavor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I’ll absolutely be back to explore more of their baked goods.
Sami H — Google review
This bakery is amazing. Not only is it so cute, but the staff is always so kind and the food is amazing. The spicy turkey sandwich is one of my favorite things there. The bread is amazing and the homemade honey mustard sauce is perfect. For treats the lemon blueberry cinnamon rolls are always a go to, the new creme brulee rolled croissant is amazing, cheesecakes so good, really you can't go wrong
Julia B — Google review
I absolutely love this place! The croissants are amazing—fluffy, buttery, and just melt in your mouth. The brownies? Hands down the best I’ve ever had—and that’s saying something because I don’t usually like chocolate! Everything here is so fresh and full of flavor, you can really tell they put care into what they bake. The only thing missing is a proper barista-style coffee. If they added real espresso-based drinks instead of machine coffee, I’d easily spend more time (and money) here. Still, Rise Up Bakery is a gem—highly recommend!
Vanessa F — Google review
First time visiting and we had a great experience! We came for the croissant wheels, but they were sold out of the chocolate (came at 10a). We got a chocolate cupcake, butter croissant, apple croissant coffee cake, and a lemon blueberry cinnamon roll. My son really wanted a chocolate cupcake, but there were only sprinkle ones offered. He asked the girl kindly for one without, and they had a fresh batch coming out and made him one without. That was above and beyond!! My suggestion would be to have some non sprinkles options out. My friend said the cinnamon roll was amazing. The coffee cake was meh, not enough apples, and didn't resemble coffee cake. Seemed mostly like a croissant cinnamon rolley taste. Cupcake was sooo good. The frosting wasn't overly sweet, and the cake was moist. We live an hour away but will come back in hopes of snagging a wheel and to enjoy some more delicious pastries!!
Briana M — Google review
Let me start off my saying the staff here was very friendly and helpful. The environment was very welcoming and had plenty of seating. I wouldn’t say it’s my absolute favorite bakery I have been to, but it’s definitely still worth a try! :)

Bakery
Caketini - Gilbert is a bakery offering supersized cupcakes, dipped truffles, custom cakes, smoothies, and locally roasted coffee. They are known for their consistently delicious treats. Customers have praised the fantastic results of ordering birthday sheet cakes from this establishment. The bakery also values excellent customer service. However, one minor complaint mentioned was the lack of prior information about a filling in the cake's middle that turned out to be a gooey creamy substance rather than frosting.
First time buying these cupcakes and they are amazing, glad we gave them a shot as it will be our to go place for cupcakes. They are huge and delicious. So far the Cookie Dough, Strawberry Pearl are amazing. Keep doing your thing Caketini.
Jared S — Google review
Always delicious! Ordered a birthday sheet cake for my husband’s surprise birthday party and it turned out fantastic!! Customer service is always very good here - I love it when a business cares about their customers!! My only small complaint is that when I ordered the cake, I wasn’t told there would be a filling in the middle and I surely wasn’t told it would be some gooey creamy non-frosting stuff. Wasn’t a fan of that but it was easy to spoon off. Overall, the cake was gorgeous and tasted delicious. Thanks Caketini!
My L — Google review
I love getting cupcakes here for birthdays and such. We are all trying to diet so the last thing we need is a whole cake laying around. This way we each get our own personal cake, in our favorite flavor. I phone ordered on Tuesday and picked up on Wednesday and everything was perfect. Customer service was great and the cute girl meant to say 'Don't refrigerate or they'll dry out' but accidentally said 'don't refrigerate or they'll die" we got a good laugh out of it. I don't want dead cupcakes!
KJ D — Google review
I am not sure what is going on, but I loved getting cakes and cupcakes from Caketini. I have had such a great experience over the years until as of late. I have been trying for nearly a couple of weeks to order a cake for my one-year wedding anniversary next week. I received one reply to my initial request, and sent two follow up emails to Cathy after that. Without a response. I even put in a new request via the website and have yet to receive a response to that. I am not sure what has happened to the customer service but I am saddened and disappointed. I probably will not be ordering from them in the future as it seems they are not wanting my business.
Huda B — Google review
I ordered a cake for my son's little monster themed 1st birthday party. I went in with a picture and some ideas, and went over them with the staff. It seemed they had a good idea of what I was looking for, but you never know for sure until you see the finished product. When my husband brought the cake home on the day of the party, I was so impressed! The totally nailed it. It was so amazing that I hated to cut it! The staff at Caketini are great and they have some really talented people!
Christine L — Google review
Customer service is terrible. I walked in, waited for somebody to finally greet me. She didn’t even speak, I told her I wanted a box of 4 cupcakes then she turned away and started to fold up the box and as I was patiently waiting she then turned around didn’t say anything and just stared at me. I told her what flavors I wanted, paid and left. When I got to the car I tried the icing on one of the cupcakes, it was like it had sat in the sun for awhile. It was melted and tasted just like butter. So I went back in to see if I could get a refund because all of the cupcakes were melted. The one girl didn’t know what she was doing and if she could refund me so she went to get another girl that was in the back and she basically told me that I wasn’t able to get a refund because the manager wasn’t there. I asked when the manager would be back in and I was told that “they were on vacation” and “they would be in Monday or Tuesday”. After that she told me I would have to send an email about the cupcakes and send a picture to see if the manager would approve of a refund, which is ridiculous. I traded the cupcakes for some cake pops which were also melted and tasted like they were sitting for days. After I left I called to get the managers number because of how terrible the customer service was, one girl told me it was on the website and the other one told me the manager doesn’t have a phone number.. Overall this place is terrible and I would NEVER recommend it to anybody. WASTE of money. If anybody wants good quality cupcakes and sweet treats go to The Sweet Toothfairy! Never disappoints.
IzzyMookieChannel — Google review
Is it just me or is there 5lbs of lard sitting on top of a piece of dry boxed cake mix? This was my first time going to this store and I have to say I was impressed by the staff and the appearance of the offerings in the case. Paid 44$ for 12 cupcakes that were a complete disapointment. I wish I would have just stopped at my local grocery store and picked something up, my guests would have been happier and I would not have thrown my money away. I only gave it 2 stars for the staff being so efficient and friendly.
Janie B — Google review
I bought a tall sprinkle covered cake (not pre-ordered) for my granddaughter's first birthday. It was very moist, the flavor (confetti) was so delicious. Our guests were commenting on how light and good the frosting was as well. We could not have been more pleased. It was stunningly beautiful AND melt in your mouth good!

If you're on the hunt for a delightful breakfast experience, look no further than Einstein Bros. Bagels! This popular spot is known for its mouthwatering Country & Bagels Gravy Sandwich, which many consider to be the ultimate breakfast sandwich. While some diners have noted that the bacon can sometimes be undercooked and chewy, the overall food quality shines through. The service at Einstein Bros.
Most amazing staff and clean store. Very friendly and upbeat. 10/10 would eat here again. If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should grab a bite just do it already!
Kristina — Google review
I have been coming to this location for years, and recently, every time I go, which is at least once a week, the bagel size is SHRINKING drastically. I didn’t say anything about it until now, but today, the bagel was the diameter of a tennis ball!!!!! No joke! At that size I should get 2 for the same price! Good grief! When mentioning it to the sweet cashier, I was told it had something to do with the machines that were supposed to proof them and cause them to rise and those “haven’t been working”. I am going to find a location that will give me the bang (or bagel) for my buck. I already travel 20 min to this one. I can find another one in an another direction for the same travel time. Very disappointed. This is not ok.
Wendi M — Google review
Food was decent but the service in the drive through was fairly quick but we didn't get any discounts even after they inputted our phone number. Had money off plus discounted "gourmet" bagel and yet paid full price. Didn't realize they didn't apply any loyalty rewards until after we were on our way home. Will definitely go down Val Vista and walk us as they always do their best to ensure we get the loyalty discounts we have earned.
Paul R — Google review
It does the trick. The drive thru servers are clearly rushing. If they take a second to listen closer rather than go through their rehearsed script to communicate, the service would be better and faster.
Laura M — Google review
Excellent experience! Food is delicious and shout out to TJ who helped us sign up as reward customers and get free bagels! Thank you TJ!!
Andre W — Google review
I really like Einstein! The food is good, the quality is high, about half of their coffee options are great imo. However, no matter what location I go to, they haven’t gotten my order correct. I’ve asked for the Nova Lox brunch special, and they always forget the muffin & hash brown. I don’t think it’s a common item, so I don’t think it’s the worker’s fault, however it would be nice to not have to walk back up and fix it every time.
Brooke J — Google review
Gotta say, I love me some Einstein Bros. I always get the Country & Bagels Gravy Sandwich and it's hands down the best breakfast sandwich ever. My only complaint about the food is the nastyyyyy bacon you all use. It's always so undercooked, chewy, and tough. Also, the employees always seem annoyed when I pick up my sandwich. Today there was one girl who was standing on her phone, didn't even acknowledge me. A girl working the drive thru came over to give me my food. I'll always be back but that's just my two cents.

Bagel Nosh Gilbert is a delightful casual café that specializes in freshly baked bagels and cream cheese, along with an array of smoothies and espresso drinks. This charming spot also offers a lunch menu featuring delicious bagel sandwiches. Many locals appreciate the friendly service and the inviting diner-like atmosphere. While some patrons have expressed curiosity about their day-old bagels—often including an everything bagel regardless of other flavors—the overall experience remains positive.
Let me tell you. Been eating at Bagel Nosh since 1997. Different owners, different experiences. But today. Wow. Great bagels, large, not those small things. Got the lox. Wonderful. Plenty of lox, cream cheese. And they have spruced up the atmosphere. Went Saturday morning. Busy, busy, busy and they had plenty of staff. Order came out quickly. Excellant experience. Give it a 10.
Scott L — Google review
My order was ready when I got there. It was so visually appealing and packed so nicely. The bagels were so fresh and smelled absolutely wonderful. Everyone loved them.
Tracy R — Google review
Bagels are great. Always have been. The service is as unfriendly as it gets. Make sure you don't ask questions or expect a friendly tone with the person at the counter. We used to eat here maybe a few times a week. But not since the attitude started. Bagel breakfast sandwich, 2 bagels with cream cheese and three drinks was $29 and change. Which seems overpriced but to be honest that's things everywhere now. They were out of chocolate milk and cheddar cheese. I was instructed rudely where I could find my cup. It seems like they are wanted to cut the customer service portion out of their business model as well as just service in general. Which I'm ok with but save the attitude for someone else. The remodel looks better but the crammed WAY too many tables in certain areas. I may go back despite being an inconvenience (or being treated like one) from the young lady at the register. I will probably use their self serve kiosk to order to save myself the grief from dealing with an angry employee. This same employee seems to be the problem always, but she is the only customer facing employee we saw.
Justin C — Google review
I've only ever gotten the Nova Lox with an everything bagel so I can't speak to the entire menu but based on that, this is the best bagel place in the valley. The bagels are fresh and huge, lots of salmon and capers, and the cream cheese is the perfect texture.
Leon M — Google review
This was the first breakfast we ever had in AZ after moving here. At the time the staff wasn’t my favorite. I just came in today and was so pleased with the service I received. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet and helpful. When I asked for my dozen bagels to be cut, he was more than happy to oblige. The Sonoran is my son and husband’s favorite. I like the Arizona classic. My youngest likes the Wildcat sandwich. The poppy seed bagels are chock full of poppy seeds the way I like it.
Karen N — Google review
First time trying this local bagel spot and I was super happy with my experience! The service was excellent, appeared to be a nice clean environment and the most important, the bagel sandwich was absolutely delicious. I felt like the prices were very fair too. Will definitely be coming back!

This place was cool ,very clean and quick . I got the " southwest turkey " and it was huge ! It was busy but everything moved very quickly . Great donut shop but whats with the one employee that always looks pissed off. Always hoping to avoid that one. Seriously bad case of RBF
Bryce D — Google review
My family and I love this donut shop! The donuts are always so good and the coffee is my favorite.
Taylor G — Google review
I live close by and have frequented this shop less and less over the last 7 years. The main baker lady greats me cold like she does not know me even though I used to go multiple times a week every week for the first few years I lived here. Every time I would order she would try and correct me and want me to say things a specific way. The order isn't listed that way on the menu so every time I would go in there I would just say it wrong and she would get pissed off at me. I'd rather go to Dunkin where they are at least required to be friendly. They don't make enough of items frequently, I can hardly ever get what I want to order. Given the staff's attitude sometimes I wonder if they just don't want to go into the back and grab me some. I don't have a problem with this when the owner is there or another staff member besides the main baker. They leave the items out at the sandwich bar so everything dries out, I can't hardly chew through the bacon it's the worst sandwich experience. That is if they even have enough croissants to make me a sandwich. The prices have increased exponential since I moved here I really want to support a smaller shop over a big chain like Dunkin but the food quality is poor and the service is disappointing, I just rather go with a cheaper friendlier option. If things ever change with the rude baker I'd be happy to change this review and start visiting the shop again. I'm sad because we own a home in this area, I drive past this location every day.

This doughnut shop is a hidden gem! The melt in your mouth fluffy goodness is irresistible. You can tell the owner puts love and quality ingredients into her pastries and doughnuts, I didn't have a smoothie when I was there, but im sure they are just as good. I forgot the owners name, but I want to say thank you for the free samples they were heavenly! See ya soon

Stopped in to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and a donut. The donuts were pretty good. The breakfast bagel wasn't the greatest. I thought they would atleast fry the egg fresh. Not the case here. They only put one slice of ham. I'm not a fan of my food being heated in the microwave if I'm eating out somewhere.

Great donuts but I really really really miss your Malasadas😢😢😢 otherwise a 5 star! We would drive from Gilbert to get these on Saturdays!! Please add them back!!!

Celebrate the start of the New Year at Cinnaholic, a fantastic bakery that offers delectable treats. This place is truly remarkable and provides an opportunity to spoil yourself with mouthwatering goodies. Their cinnamon rolls are exceptionally delicious, although they may seem pricey at nearly $6 each. In all honesty, I believe a maximum price of $4 would be more reasonable.
Outstanding Experience at Cinnaholic Gilbert! Cinnaholic in Gilbert is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the sweet aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls fills the air, and the staff greets you with a warm smile. I tried the classic cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries, and it was perfection: soft, gooey, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The quality of the ingredients is clear in every bite. You can tell that each roll is made fresh to order, and the portion sizes are generous — perfect for sharing (though you might not want to!). The location is clean, modern, and welcoming, making it a great place to sit and enjoy your treat. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive, even during busy hours. If you're in Gilbert and craving something truly special, Cinnaholic is a must-visit. Whether you're looking for a dessert to impress guests, a thoughtful gift, or just a sweet moment for yourself, you can't go wrong here. Highly recommend!

We came here for a half a dozen old school rolls for my husbands birthday tomorrow. We stayed and ate some treats inside. We used to be regulars here until we moved to the other side of the valley, 45 minutes away. This place hasn’t changed how delicious all their food is and the amazing quality of their service.

First time here today and I will be back for sure. The Doll whip was the perfect creamy addition to enjoy the cinnamon rolls with. I love how customizable their rolls are given the vast amount of options. I got one with the banana icing, caramel, strawberries, bananas, and pecans which was my husband’s favorite. I also got very berry but replaced the cake batter icing for their lemon icing as I love a lemon dessert and this one was my favorite. I can’t wait to come back here. I couldn’t stop smiling as I enjoyed my Doll whip and the cinnamon rolls.

Love the concept, but a cute little shop. We got the pineapple upside down cake, peach cobbler, a strawberry lemon, Cookie Monster cinnamon roll and a piece of that lemon blueberry coffee cake. They don’t sell a lot of coffee because they have Blackrock right there in the parking lot. I love the convenience the location the staff was really helpful and nice. they have outdoor seating The cinnamon rolls were good, but they weren’t great, however I would still recommend. I think there’s some thing for everybody

I can't believe a vegan cinnamon roll with all the toppings can taste like the real thing! This is a must visit and eat! Oh and the have vegan PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM!!!!!!!

Holy cow!! Simply amazing! They gave tons of different flavors for frosting. You need this . Go get one.

Update: Bought the baby buns for a party, they came out so cute. I highly recommend for baby showers, anniversary parties, etc... we added food coloring to the icing and they came out so cute! Delicious cinnamon rolls, brownies and delicious baby buns!! These are ooey, gooey, and a decadent treat that we splurge on for special occasions. All 3 of my kids and I love their Old Skool, and their Cinnasticks. Love the Strawberry Dole Whip also!! ❤ I highly recommend for everyone who loves rich gooey desserts, and for Vegans as well. Win, win!

I was in the area and have been wanting to try this place. I just had the good old cinnamon roll with frosting and it's amazing. All cinnamon toppings look delicious but I like mine just plain.

Dunkin' is a well-established franchise that offers delicious breakfast options and an assortment of coffee beverages. The store's location is pleasant, and the staff is welcoming. They even went above and beyond by providing an extra iced latte free of charge. I decided to try their popular sourdough breakfast sandwich, bacon and cheese egg bites, snackin' bacon, as well as a double chocolate donut for later. All the items were served piping hot, fresh, and extremely tasty!
I got a Dunkin refresher for my kiddo, she loved it. I got my normal XL Original Blend, Caramel + Cream and it was off flavor like it was sitting for a bit in a metal canister (burning it) I still love Dunkin, I just like my normal location best (Gilbert and Southern)

i came through drive thru and ordered 4 items a coffee, everything bagel, breakfast sandwich, and hash browns. we pay and get pulled around before getting anything we ordered which is fine and understandable, as my husband and i used to work in the fast food industry. the girl with blonde hair and dark roots who took out the pulled car order gave us our food and had forgotten my coffee so my husband asked her for it and for the hot sauce they forgot that as well and instead of saying like absolutely i’ll grab that for you i’m so sorry, she looked at us with no response and walked back inside for the stuff and so i double check our order to make sure it was correct and i got a plain bagel with cream cheese and i let the girl know and asked for an everything bagel so she went back inside and then my husband just goes inside because it was probably easier for her instead of having to run back out and the man inside was going to give my husband hot sauce but my husband helped himself to the ones out already and the man was like ok and then just tosses the one he had in his hand onto the counter rudely and they informed him that they’re out of everything bagel and they just charged us for something we didn’t even want. then we just head out and i try the coffee which i asked for no sugar and sugar was still out in it. such a waste of money. we were having an amazing morning and we were treated so poorly here it really made us upset. would not recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years now and there has been such a downfall. The food is great as well as the Coffee, but the workers Never seen to know how to get an order correct I’ve placed an online order multiple times and every time I go through the drive-through Something is wrong. The past two times I’ve gotten the five dollar meal both times requesting a different bread only to leave the drive-through and it be on a croissant which I am not allowed to eat due to being Gluten free I let it slide the first time, but the second time come on Not to mention, these are two different shifts Morning and one was at night Train your employees better!
Hannah — Google review
Understaffed, poor, slow service and leadership is disrespectful and dismissive when asking for a refund. Waiting 25 minutes for a coffee that was ordered ahead while watching them focus on 6 drive thru orders is insane.
Jovaney T — Google review
Every time I have gone to this location the staff is rude and they ALWAYS mess up my order but they make sure to charge me for everything I ask for. Why can’t you get it right?!
Shianne E — Google review
Absolutely horrible. They couldn't get my drink right after repeating it three times. NEVER COMING BACK BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
Anari A — Google review
Have retried this location many times going it would improve but today was the last chance before this review. Drinks were good but food took WAAAAY too long. We ordered a taco and an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. What we got (without being informed they were out of anything) was a regular bagel with not vegetable cream cheese, the taco and some cold omelet bites we didn't order. Waited about 10 minutes for this order and I was the only customer in the store (2 cars went through the drive through)

If I could select zero starsI would... I purchased the beyond sausage sandwich no egg no cheese on a croissant. It was completely Un-edible. The croissant was burnt and over toasted. At 7 o’clock in the morning you would expect something better. This was the second time same store same service. Whoever is making the food needs retraining.

Batch is an exceptional cookie shop located in the east valley that surpasses all other cookie shops in the area. It offers a wide variety of delectable flavors, such as Strawberry Lemonade, Biscoff, and Joyfully Almond. The cookies are praised for their balanced sweetness, setting them apart from other overly sugary options found elsewhere. In terms of service, Batch stands out with its excellent customer care provided by employees like Abbi Lewis.
3 gluten free cookie options currently! It's hard finding a good gluten free cookie but here they are great! The only thing better than a delicious cookie, is a big delicious cookie in my book. I don't know why people complain about the size, you can always cut in portions. The worker that helped me was very nice and friendly. They have no problem packaging gluten free cookies separately from gluten cookies I purchased for others. I have been multiple times and they have been great everytime.
Christina S — Google review
Such a cute and clean store. I wanted to love the cookie but it just wasn’t very good. $4.99 and it really lacks flavor or depth. Edges were dry and almost flaky and the center was totally under cooked. There isn’t much overall flavor just bland and chewy. Sadly I won’t be back. I think I prefer a Circle K chocolate chip cookie over this.
Jen F — Google review
We appreciated the warm and friendly service and the quality of the cookies themselves. They were good although really cold from the fridge so we had to wait to eat. They were soft, chewy, and well baked. I only wish they had a wider variety of flavors available - the options were a bit limited. Still, I'd definitely go back for another sweet treat!
IE J — Google review
Really loved coming here. Back in 2023, The cookies used to be made with love and soul. Now the cookies look hopeless. The chocolate chip cookie was so chunky, moist and full of chocolate chip. Enter 2024…now its flat, harder and you can now actually count how many chocolate chips are in a cookie. Sad af but not surprising. Its what all these spots in AZ do after a while. Should lower the price if youre gonna lower the quality.
Junior J — Google review
Average cookie is aprox. $3.50 each. All very thick! I personally think it's way too much. I would rather have smaller cookies you can buy a box and share at work. I read some reviews that said they seemed raw. I didn't get any that way, one of ours was frozen! The Almond Joy don't taste like the candy bar just very chocolate.
AZona — Google review
I’m sorry, but the overly raw inside on the snickerdoodle was so gross. I don’t really know why it’s baked this way. The whole outside was almost too crumbly and dry and the inside was straight dough. I took a bite and half the outside fell apart because it was so dry. The biscoff cookie was similar and then with the white chocolate added, it was so sickly sweet. I didn’t try the other two because I just felt gross. I know a lot of people like cookie dough, but I assumed I was buying cookies and not dough. It makes sense that a cookie can’t even bake when it’s as thick as a muffin.
Lana S — Google review
We tried Batch cookie for the first time today. I can't tell if the cookies we got are raw or just super soft, but with young kids, it's a bit concerning. I don't want them or us getting sick from undercooked flour or eggs! I called the shop and they told me they bake them for 10-15 minutes and that they are doughy, but I'm not sure if that meant underdone or what and they couldn't really tell me how they knew they were at a safe temp to consume, just that they baked them at a temp of 345 for a certain time (10-15 min). The only one we really enjoyed was the strawberry one. That one was fresh and tasty! The others were a little too iffy for my comfort.
Mariana M — Google review
Never thought I'd actually review cookies, but Batch deserves it so much. Cookies are my all time favorite food. On my death bed, I'll request cookies. If I were in prison, my last meal would be cookies. Specifically Batch's Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chip. Its an issue, I know. These cookies are large and doughy. They truly taste like cookie dough. The customer service is always wonderful. The shop is very clean and I was greeted by 4 workers with a big "hello." Absolutely wonderful. If you like Crumbl, you'll LOVE Batch. Also, supporting local family businesses always feels great
