Specialty Museums
Situated in Jamestown, New York, the National Comedy Center is a cutting-edge institution dedicated to exploring the history of American stand-up comedy and late-night shows. The center offers captivating exhibits showcasing the evolution of comedy. It is conveniently located near the Chadakoin River and just two minutes from the Jamestown Gateway Railway Station. Visitors can expect a personalized and interactive experience as they explore various exhibits using an interactive wristband provided upon entry.
Our family had so much fun (2 adults &2 girls 17 & 16 )staff where very friendly & helpful .start by buying & getting wristband ,then going to computer & picking your favorite comedians each person doing their own. Then Entering the museum You scan your band and your comedians you're interested in will interact with you.lots of hands on interacting .games .we spent 21/2 hrs was not enough time (we had other obligations) we did get through whole museum. Just could not do all the activities which where so much fun! the ones we did do . there's a Cafe , where you can be the stand-up comedian . Clean bathrooms.so many family laughs! We will return !

You need a lot of time to enjoy this very high tech museum. We tried to stop by on a travel day and it really deserves hours/full day of time. A great deal of recorded videos to watch and enjoy, but we just didn’t have the time. Favorites were the Joan Rivers exhibit & Rolodex cards from Johnny Carson.
Holly P — Google review
What a treasure trove of comedy history! There are so many interactive areas. You get a wristband and tailor your interests. From old favorites to new comedy. Plan on spending all day there! Thank goodness we didn't get the Lucy museum tickets, saved it for another trip. Parking just across the way. Less than 2 minutes to the entrance. One area for improvement is gift shop, which could be better. Need more selection.
Kathy — Google review
We came here in a Saturday afternoon after visiting the Lucy/Desi museum. We bought tickets online the night before and we purchased the combo ticket for both the museum and the comedy center. I think it was $43/person for both. I only got one picture. We you check in they give you a wristband and then you can register it with your preferences. There are a lot of interactive exhibits. There is a main floor and then two lower levels you can get to via an elevator. We walked from the hotel but there was plenty of street parking nearby and I am fairly certain that I saw a parking lot across the street. The ticket staff member was friendly. I think we were here for about 2 hours. We had fun and enjoyed the visit.
Miss V — Google review
Went in expecting to spend an hour or two here. But the exhibits are so engaging and interactive experiences are so much fun. I've been a comedy fan since I was a kid and loved seeing the museum. Of course I wish there was some representation from other comics but it's hard to give everyone their credit. The center is certainly dedicated to the art form as a whole and not any one particular artist. Definitely worth the visit.
Daniel D — Google review
Pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this museum. Lots of interactive exhibits. You could easily spend 3+ hrs here.
Shawn S — Google review
Phenomenal museum! Truly one of the most interactive museums I've visited, and definitely full of laughs. I loved everything from the amazing collection of props and awards to the trivia quizzes to the faux comedy clubs where everyone checks in and they analyze your sense of humor to pull up clips. My friends and I had a terrific time.
Merrilee I — Google review
The comedy center blew us away! We thought we'd just check it out... casually breeze through and be done in an hour or two. We really underestimated how engaging it would be. We were so absorbed, the staff had to gently alert us 4 hours after arriving that we were there past closing time. We had only seen half of it so we went back the next day at no extra charge for the 2nd half. It's a great mix of history (think Bob Hope, Lucille Ball, Carl Reiner, Lenny Bruce and Johnny Carson) and today's stars (Kevin Hart, Trevor Noah, Amy Poehler, Whitney Cummings, etc). SNL, late night, roasts and favorite shows like Seinfeld and Veep all have a place in this amazing tribute to the comedic art form. There are several theaters to watch clips and highlights, and by creating a profile, you can get comedic clips customized to your preferences!Highly recommend!

Recreation center
Northwest Arena, located in Jamestown, NY, is a versatile venue that has been home to various hockey teams and events. Visitors have praised the arena for its cleanliness, delicious food, and friendly staff. The affordable ticket prices make it an attractive option for families and individuals alike. Some guests noted that the intimate size of the arena provides a close-up and personal experience during events. However, there were suggestions for improvements such as adding railings on the stairs for easier access.
This is a really nice arena. Two rinks inside, one with tons of nice seating for games and the other with minimal seating for open skate, practices etc. they have ice bumper cars which I want to try very much but are never running on the days I happen to be going. Decent snack bar with tons of seating though I wish they had gluten free options. Also a bar though I didn’t check that out myself. Some arcade games. The walking track around the larger rink is my favorite thing. Parking is limited but it’s in a cute little area of downtown Jamestown.
Cat L — Google review
In town for an adult 35 and over hockey tournament. The main rank is very nice. The r. Auxiliary rank is not at the same standard. The lighting on that side is not ideal. It's a little, especially when compared to the main rink. The locker rooms for the most part were good. One had a sloping issue so water from the shower can come into the locker room #8. They do have a refreshment area and behind it is a bar area. Prices there were reasonable and they did have a TV with sporting events on. There is a track that rings around the main rink if you're looking for some exercise.
M. K — Google review
We went ice skating there for the day. About $10 for the skating for 2.5 hrs with skate rental. They have a nice variety of snacks and drinks at the snack bar and a bar for the adults. You can stay warm in the lounge and watch the rink also. A good cheap way for some family fun.
Ben M — Google review
Great, friendly, professional staff. The venue is always very clean. Nice to have a place where you can walk, especially for elderly people during the hot and humid summer months. Skating rink is well maintained. Great place to take the family or to walk and/or skate for exercise. I highly recommend this place. A+++++

Live music venue
Shawbucks is a lively establishment that serves traditional American cuisine, mixed drinks, and draft beers. In addition to its food and beverages, it also offers karaoke entertainment. Situated conveniently across from a hotel in Jamestown, it attracts a moderate crowd on weekdays. Upon arrival, guests are promptly greeted by the amiable hostess who directs them to the bar if there is a wait for tables.
Walked over from our hotel to have a late dinner The waitress Debra was so friendly and helpful Food was really good and plentiful. Had mussels to start that were probably the best taste combination we have had. Followed by Caesar salad that was devine. Had wing special but no room to eat. A couple of bites and they were very meaty and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended and hope to be back whenever we return to Jamestown.
Dee G — Google review
We were in town for a hockey tournament and this was across the street from the rink. They had karaoke one night and a band the second. The space is large and suitable for what it is. There was some dancing etc. The main bar was busy both nights (upper), so we found it to be quicker at the lower bar (to get service). At night they do keep it dark. It is more of a club than a restaurant. We did get some late night food. The pizza is small and seem to be on a garlic crust. The wings (Cajun) were above average. Given the other options in the area (Especially late night), this was a solid choice.
M. K — Google review
Our son had a Track meet in Falconer. We stopped in for a bite to eat. Our server Debra was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu and any questions we had. I ordered the chicken wings pan fried with the long island sauce. Oh my, they were so good. My husband had the fish fry. We would definitely come back.

Went with another couple it was packed we got right in and where servered in a very short time .. Food was AWESOME. ,,,Had the bone in pork chop with bacon jam and Real mashed potatoes.. So good. We also had the fish fry which was picture perfect and was cooked perfect. . Great friendly staff and a real value for the money. Which I thought was very reasonable for the quality of food .. Hugh servings..

They were busy but service was timely and food was delicious. No live music for a Friday but it was a nice atmosphere. Portions are sizable and prices reasonable. Will go again!

Had a great experience at Shawbucks in Jamestown! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the food was delicious at very reasonable prices. A big shoutout to Natalia—she was an outstanding server! Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Shawbucks is a great spot to grab a bite and enjoy good service.

We were quickly seated and enjoyed our food very much. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and my husband had a pasta dish that I don't remember the name of. We left feeling comfortably full. Good service and good food equals 5 stars!

I had the seafood pasta as a special treat and it was amazing. We went in around 9pm while there were only a few people since it's after usual dinner and before the night life aspect gets busy so it was very quiet.

Bakery
Ecklof Bakery & Deli in Jamestown, NY is a beloved local spot known for its delectable sweet treats. Visitors rave about their famous pink striped cookies and highly recommend trying them. The bakery offers an array of mouthwatering donuts, pastries, cupcakes, brownies, tarts, and more. Their apple fritters are particularly popular and the seasonal paczki donuts are worth a special trip.
Usually come up once a year before Christmas to get Swedish Finnish baked goods, this time we made the trip to get a few things before Easter. This time we had the opportunity to get breakfast and it was fantastic. The cook brought it out and our omelets even had cutouts ducks and bunnies creating a really nice touch. The omelets were fantastic! The 2-hour drive is always well worth it! Always love the almond braids and I can't wait to try their new lemon braids! The bakery is always great and I even got treats for my dog! Five stars definitely!

Awful. Boring tasteless pastry, bread was a dry pitiful excuse. I've eaten better things my 6 year old make from a mix!!! There has to be a decent bakery in Jamestown....right/help?

A place to get all your baked goods. I picked up rolls for a bbq we were having. Go in a week before for large orders, prepay, and tell them what time you need them by. The day of, walking in pickup, and leave in minutes, get a treat for the ride home.

Honest can not find a negative! The deli is awesome. Where else can you get Breakfast till 1:45 in the afternoon!

I had never heard of 'korv' before, but had it as a burger with the Lingonberry and it was excellent. They had a really nice selection of pies and pastries as well. It has certainly earned a sold position on the 'must stop' places whenever we're in the greater Busti (Jamestown) area!
Kurt S — Google review
Great little bakery with pastries, sandwiches, French toast, etc. Service is great and the food is delicious. We got French toast, a sandwich, and Almond Sweet Braid 😋
Parker R — Google review
The donuts and pastries here are AMAZING! We live out of state, but every time we are visiting Western New York, we stop by here. Their apple fritters are second-to-none and their seasonal paczki donuts are worth a weekend trip or paying g postage for an overnight shippment. If you ever have the opportunity to get there right at opening time (6AM), enjoying their donuts while they are still hot takes an already fantastic experience to a whole other level!

AJ Texas Hots is a beloved fast-food gem that captures the essence of comfort food with its nostalgic diner vibe. Known for their delicious burgers and hot dogs, this spot offers a unique experience where you can watch your meal being prepared right in front of you. The aroma wafting from the kitchen is nothing short of gourmet, making it hard to resist indulging in their signature dishes like the "slim dog" topped with savory meat sauce or enjoying a refreshing Loganberry shake.
Great red hot and Fry's, nice staff, don't plan on eating while driving , unless you have spare shirt

A great fast food place if ur looking for cheap and higher quality then most other options. They have a bit of a diner feel. They have t changed anything since the late 90s early 2000s. Adds to the flavor of the restaurant open cooking operation you can see everything as they do it.

Food is pretty good for the food they make here. If you ever wanted a hot dog, this is the place to go. Speed and service is very important and they perfect it well at AJ Texas Hots. Done quite a few doordashes here in the past and they were always super nice.
Daylin F — Google review
I have been a long time customer and loved their food but went there last night and they changed the French fries and I hate them. Now will not go back. Lost a good customer.
Butch G — Google review
Still number one in my book. My diet has changed lately where I don't eat much. I still was able to order 2 burgers with sauce, and fries with sauce. I ate one burger there, took the other burger and fries with me . I ate the 2nd burger on the way home. It was my birthday and I was allowed to pick any restaurant. I chose AJ's.
Renee G — Google review
This is what coming home is all about. Amazing how when this smell comes from this as the source, it is gourmet, but the same smell from anything else is uncivilized. I’ve got at least one more lunch during this visit. AMAZING!!!! **UPDATE** Made it two out of the three lunches while in WNY.
Brock B — Google review
I ate these great hotdogs 40 years ago when I lived here! Now I eat them often now that I moved back to this area!
David K — Google review
Worse burgers I've ever saw. Had to return it. Didn't want sauce. It looked like they ran over it. Nasty look, couldn't even try to eat it. Wasn't a cheese burger at all and. Top of that it's not a burger it's toddler or 6 yr is old to eat, oh sorry. Wouldn't force it on you but still bad.I order everything on a cheese burger not once did they say they didnt carry. Toppers. Returned just 2 cheese burgers that clearly wasn't. Whent to Arby's and they had a great cheese burger with everything.

Mexican restaurant
The Mexican eatery, El Jarocho, boasted a party of 5 and managed to serve their orders promptly. The food was exceptionally delightful, ensuring that everyone left satisfied and content. Moreover, the prices were reasonable considering the quality of the dishes. It provided an extensive variety of delectable options in a welcoming atmosphere suitable for all age groups. Whether one prefers to dine in or take out, they are just one phone call away from experiencing this high-quality cuisine.
Ate here last night (Friday) and it was quiet and empty. Service was good. Food came fast and hot. My boyfriend grew up in New Mexico and has a love for Mexican food; he said it was great! They have American food too; I got chicken fingers and fries.
Elizabeth S — Google review
I was quite pleasantly surprised by their menu. There are so many things on there the font had to be smaller. I’m not complaining, lots of choices I was impressed. The food is authentic Mexican. If you’re looking for super spicy that would be new Mexican. They did have a chili habanero sauce at the table if you wanted to add more spice and it was fresh. While placing my order for the nacho supreme I noticed it had guacamole and I expressed that I was very happy about that to the waitress. When my food came out it didn’t have any guacamole and I asked the waitress. She told me they didn’t have any guacamole. I wish I was told that when I was expressing joy up upon placing my order. Serving sizes were reasonable. My husband ordered the chimichanga which was very good. The interior of the restaurant was clean, it looked recently remodeled, it had simple yet festive decorations, unfortunately there was no paper towel to dry your hands in either the women’s or the men’s restrooms. When checking out, I was astonished to see the tablet offer three tip options 8% 10% or 15% there was no option to leave a custom tip but even more surprised that there was an 8% and a 10% option. Would I eat here again? Yes I would. The service was quick, the food was tasty, the waitress was kind, and the place is clean.
Chickie H — Google review
Soda was flat, so that was my first impression. Salsa is great! Our meals were good too. Can't go wrong with a chimichanga or burrito special. Delicious! But this waitress had not even an ounce of friendliness. Not a smile on her face. In my opinion, I'd at least appreciate it if it's faked. Not being treated like a burden to be even in the restaurant.
Fran O — Google review
While staying at the La Quinta hotel in Jamestown, I was looking for some quick takeout. The food was fresh and tasty, and my order was quickly filled. Their fresh salsa was great, and the meal was a great value. The dining area was very basic, but I would definitely do take out again.
Lynn C — Google review
Authentic Mexican food! Just too many choices on the menu with very small print. Very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
Octubrequince — Google review
Sign on door states credit cards accepted. They were not. Food tasted OK but mine was definitely not hot (temperature). Mrs seemed good.
Valentino L — Google review
BUYER BEWARE: THE FOOD IS SO GOOD! But the menu is deceiving. Make sure you ask what they have as far as the fiesta sampler goes. They will give you double of something because of missing items and then get pissed off when you bring it up. I ordered a new item. That was pretty straightforward meat rice beans that’s it. They wrap the meat in a burrito and drenched it with cheese. When I took it back to have them change, mind you this is my second day eating there, I had to argue with Lady about what was not Listed on the menu. She then proceeded to tell me it was a different menu and got an attitude when I told her my friend couldn’t have cheese. I got the dinner sampler they didn’t have tamales, chili rellanos or chalupa. She said she would give me extra of something and did not. I’m not sure if this restaurant is really a restaurant or something else that I don’t want to mention on a Google review. Like I said, the food is good but just order something very simple and check your food before you leave. And also check your receipt.
Bobby B — Google review
The bad: Very greasy beef and their exhaust fan is literally dripping grease down the wall and sidewalk. No Frank's red hot. Flat soda. The good: Great yellow rice. Great salsa and chips. Great fajitas. Great jalapeno poppers, just skip the sauce and dip in the salsa. Very nice waitress.

During my initial visit to The Beer Snob, I attended a music trivia event on a Tuesday with a close friend who assured me it would be enjoyable, and he was right. The overall experience was fantastic, including the beverages, cuisine, atmosphere, and the amusing nature of the trivia game. Although it struck me as slightly peculiar that they didn't serve any hard liquor, it did not diminish my enjoyment.
For my first visit I went on a Tuesday to play music trivia with a long-time trusted friend who promised it would be fun, and he was right, it was all good. The beers, the food, the vibe, and the silly fun of the trivia, it's such a cool place but no liquor which I thought was a bit odd but didn't detract from the experience. 5/5 already looking forward to next Tuesday

Love this spot! So many tasty beers to choose from and their food is bomb! Be sure to stop in on Wednesdays for their smoked wings deal! Great people work there the owner supports other local small businesses. They have trivia nights, karakoe and live music to check out. And jot to mention, FREE to play OG Mrs. Packman and Packman!

Make sure to check this place out if you are in town checking out the national comedy center. The sliders are fantastic and make sure to get the Tator tots and meat charcuterie! The meats are cured in house and they give you a wide variety!

If we lived closer, this would be our regular date night spot. An excellent selection of beers but I don't drink so I'm here just raving about the food. Sometimes with an eclectic menu like this one, you worry about the quality of each offering, but every dish from the totchos to the tacos exceeded expectations. Fantastic.

Food is amazing! Staff are all super cool, and very hospitable to all the bands that play. The stage area is very well put together and the sound is top notch. Definitely a place I'll make sure to hit every time I'm in Jamestown.

Better than I expected. I'm not a big beer drinker but they have so many different options. I actually found one that I liked. The bartenders know there stuff and are very helpful. Got to have a HUGE pretzel which was delicious and they offer vegetarian food options. All in all great experience and you should check it out.
Shawna D — Google review
Amazing addition to Downtown Jamestown. The Beer Snob's selection, along with smartphone app integration is wonderful and vast. Atmosphere has that rustic, yet modern feel. Not too noisy, but not quiet either to make it feel empty. Good seating for now, but I hope they expand as time goes. It's getting popular quick. Staff is very nice and quick, and the bar food is good too. Will be going back to try more beer!
Joe G — Google review
Great places! Huge list of drafts (bartender gave us the tip that it is easier to pull up their website on your phone and pick your beer). I think the taps rotate frequently but when we were there it was a lot of sours, ciders, and fruit beers. But at least one of any kind - I’m a wheat beer fan and enjoyed one. Also has a cooler of cans you can select from. We had the duck tacos - which we didn’t order but the bartender gave us because she accidentally ordered and didn’t want to waste them - and they were great! Menu looks really good with pretzel appetizers and a variety of sliders and sandwiches - even some salads. Will be back for sure!

Steak house
Nestled in downtown Jamestown, Landmark Restaurant is a charming eatery and bar that offers a delightful array of dishes. The restaurant boasts a cozy ambiance with an old-school dining room featuring a grand fireplace and dark wood furnishings. Their menu features classic American comfort food, pasta, and elevated small plates alongside an impressive selection of steak and seafood options. Guests can savor the signature sirloin steak or indulge in market-fresh seafood dishes like Faroe Island salmon with citrus risotto.
We loved our meal at the Landmark. Even though it was mid-week in November, the dining room was pretty full and the bar was hoping. We made reservations, although we didn't need to. During high season, I would recommend to reserve. We were shown into the dining room which had both white table clothes on some tables but not others. I would have pegged this as a more formal dining experience, I was mistaken. From formal birthday celebrations to casual (in sweatpants and hoodies) patrons filled the restaurant. This just means, all are welcomed and no dress code was enforced (but we did dress up a bit). The food was very, very good, the service was impeckable and the atmosphere was relaxing, perfectly lit and enjoyable (nicely decorated). I started with the lobster bisque - thick and creamy. I had the salmon and scallops, my husband had another seafood dish - the scallop rissoto (delicious). It was generous and very good. We could not take our leftovers home (although we did have some). We were traveling the next day so no need for the smell of seafood in the car. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We are very glad we decided to try something in town instead of a repeat dinner at the hotel.

This is a very clean, elegant, inviting establishment. The staff was friendly and our waitress, Paige was on the ball. We had no complaints at all. Absolutely delicious! We had a wedge salad with blue cheese, bacon pieces and Caesar salad and both were great. For our main dinner dishes we had chicken Florentine and it was cooked to perfection! The chicken was lightly breaded and the sauce was delicious as well. My husband had a strip steak and garlic mashed potatoes. He had his steak cooked medium and he said it was done perfectly also. We had dinner here for our 22nd anniversary and we're so pleased that it was delicious! We will definitely be back!

This place exceeded our expectations! Our waitress (Paige) was one of the best and they are so lucky to have her! She was exceptional. The food was cooked to perfection and we sat out on the patio which was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Celebrated my graduate degree at this wonderful establishment, staff were very accommodating and kind congratulating me for the achievement!! Food was fantastic, I will say my cousin ordered a salmon meal that came a little undercooked, but our waitress was quick to replace the meal and get him a Beef Wellington instead, which both my dad and cousin could not stop talking about 😂! The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, and lends to the culture of Jamestown and WNY. My little cousin didn't like his shrimp and salmon dish, despite having cleared his plate and licking his fingers 🤣🤣 (we think he loved it)!! Absolutely recommend, and if my family is in town again, we'll definitely stop by for round 2!

Landmark is a very nice date night destination. Different seating areas allow a choice of bar, patio, or a beautiful dining room. We were seated immediately, even without a reservation, but were there during non-peak dining hours. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The meal was absolutely delicious from appetizer to dessert and the restaurant offers a nice wine selection. The prices are worth the fine dining experience.

Lovely restaurant for special occasions. We've enjoyed our night here and the food was overall very good. I took one star away because both of our steaks were slightly undercooked and we didn't quite enjoy one of our desserts - the pecan ball. I can definitely recommend the warm butter cake though! All in all we had a good time here and we would like to come back to try more of their menu items.

Allie was fantastic! My husband and I went for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The food was very delicious! Allie surprised us with a piece of cake to celebrate our Anniversary. We will be back again for sure!!

Sea bass was undercooked. Thick part of fish was clear color due to undercook. It should tear off easily when cooked properly but mine wasn’t. Asparagus were over cooked. Feels like biting strings instead crunchy vegetables. But steamed mussels were really good. Very good combination of wine and butter sauce.

For day 2, we recommend exploring the north side side of town. Start the day off with Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Allen Park. All together, your day would be filled with about 7 hours of non-stop fun.

Specialty Museums
The Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum, located in Jamestown, NY, is a must-visit for fans of the iconic comedy duo. The museum showcases recreated sets from the 'I Love Lucy' show, along with costumes and props. Visitors can delve into behind-the-scenes information about the beloved TV series and explore exhibits dedicated to the lives of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. Additionally, the museum hosts an annual comedy festival.
This was so much fun. There are so many interesting facts about Lucy and Desi. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. It’s a self-guided tour, and I went on the weekend and parked on the street for free. During the weekdays, there is parking, so you won’t be parking far from the museum. The gift shop is really nice. I bought two T-shirts and took quite a lot of photos. I’ll be visiting the museum again in the future. They have a great website, and you could check the hours and the cost.

Great experience if you have the chance to go. It brought back my childhood. There was so much history there. You were able to tough items that other famous actors have touched, like the Studio A door that many famouse actors have passed through and there is a sign that tells you who the actors were.
Jeffrey L — Google review
So much to see! The first part of the museum tells the stories of Lucy and Desi as real people. Their family backgrounds, how they met, how their careers evolved. The second part focuses on their I Love Lucy lives. You learn about technical innovations and Desilu Productions. All done really well. You should allow at least 2.5 hours and maybe a little longer to view everything. One of my favorite things was the reproduction of the living room and kitchen set.
Meg K — Google review
We visited the museum on a Saturday in September. We bought tickets online the night before. You can buy a combo pass for this and the comedy center. We did that and I think it was $43/person for both. I had to select a time online and we arrived before that and did not have to wait. The museum is well done. There is a lot to see and a lot of information about Lucy’s childhood and history, Desi’s childhood and history and their relationship and achievements as a couple. We learned a lot. There is a photo opportunity inside at one of the sets. That was $10 and there is a photographer there to take the photo for you. We don’t do that but saw others doing it. The tour is in two separate buildings but they are close together. Once you go through the one, you just go out on the sidewalk and walk a few steps to the next building. There were no stairs involved. The staff member at check in was friendly. I think we spent about 2 hours here. There is a gift shop in both buildings. We had an enjoyable time.
Miss V — Google review
This has been on our list of places to see for a few years now. My wife and I are both fans of Lucy, and thought a stop on our way to see friends in Buffalo was just the right time, and we are so glad we did. Rememinising about the old "I Love Lucy Show", and learning things about how it came to be and behind the scenes stuff was so much fun. After the actual tour in the building, we went to the cemetery to visit her grave and pay our respects. It was a nice afternoon remembering a television icon, who changes the landscape of broadcasting forever!
Vic S — Google review
Neat place for those who recall I Love Lucy or who love Lucille Ball or Desi Arnaz. Lots of memorabilia and a few videos that add to them. You can see most of the museum in an hour to an hour and a half and including the attached Desilu next door. Street parking is possible when we were there on a Thursday in the Fall and it was free for up to two hours. Some streets have meters though.

Crown Street Roasting Company is more than just a coffee shop; it's a hub for the community. The new owners are dedicated individuals who not only craft exceptional coffee but also give back to the local area through various means, such as supporting events and sourcing top-quality beans. Whether you're in for a latte or drip coffee, they offer quick service with options like cream, sweeteners, and an array of coffee syrups.
The service is exceptional, with staff members who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly and attentive. The beautiful silent space provided by the café allows for a serene atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cup of meticulously crafted coffee or indulging in their delicious pastries. The attention to detail in both the decor and the menu showcases their dedication to excellence. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or simply seeking a peaceful escape, Crown Street Roasting Company delivers on all fronts.

I found this place on Google maps as I just acquired an espresso machine and was searching for local roasters in the area. I've been here twice for beans and food and both are amazing! The coffee beans, when used for espresso, are otherworldly! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't regret it!

We gave this establishment a second chance when we discovered it was under new ownership and are so glad we did! We pop in for coffee on days we're in the area. We have never had a long wait. They make a great latte, and we've enjoyed several of their drip coffees. They have a number of coffee syrups (I will include a pic of the list). They add cream to your drip coffee on request and have a number of sweeteners available, including honey and raw sugar. They also keep half and half on the bar. If you are a tea drinker, they have an assortment of bagged teas. They do make breakfast bagel sandwiches which look yummy, and soups and salads, but we have never stopped in at a meal time. The chairs are comfortable, and the tables are nicely spaced, so you do not feel like you are being overheard. I appreciate the plants and the light airiness of the shop. Don't forget to pick up a bag of your favorite beans on your way out!

The owners came to Chautauqua Institution to teach us how to make drinks. They were professional, kind, outgoing, and taught us well. I could most likely walk in there and make a latte with no problem. Great teachers and let’s just say their coffee is amazing! Thank you so much for a wonderful learning experience today. Sorry that I forgot your names, but I won’t forget your faces or the great experience.

I love supporting a local coffee shop. I have visited Crown Street several times. Just recently I visited with my husband and our daughter. For the 3 of us our bill was $47! We all had a breakfast sandwich, my daughter had a gluten free wrap which I appreciate them offering ( a lot of places don’t), I had a chai tea with oat milk and my husband had an Ethiopian blend coffee. The breakfast wrap was ok. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches. The tea was average and the coffee was bitter. Also they had the air conditioner set to very cold and it was already cold and rainy outside. All together an average experience, but I just can’t get past the price. If I am paying that amount of money at a coffee shop it should be outstanding. I think they can do better.
Gillian M — Google review
I was staying in one of the nearby hotels when I found this gem. The staff was fantastic at handling the never ending rush of the morning. The sandwiches were much better than the breakfast that the hotel offered.
David C — Google review
I too, have never been here. But, since there is some obnoxious woman asking that people leave a one star review when clearly you have a lot of support from the community (for asking her to stop filming in the middle of your dining area), then I felt the need to come here and counteract that. It looks like I am not the only one but it definitely also is clear that so many people from the community love ya'll! I will definitely be dropping in the next time I am in the area!

Non-profit organization
Reg Lenna Center for the Arts is a historic theater and cultural center that hosts a diverse range of events, including live music performances, film screenings, lectures, and art exhibits. The center features a 60-seat studio theater, a 1,165-seat historic theater, an art gallery, and an FM low-power community radio station. Visitors praise the beautiful architecture of the building and its clean facilities. The venue provides a sense of community and offers affordable entertainment for families.
This building is so beautiful, first of all; it would almost have been worth admission just to look inside it, even without the movie! The bathroom was clean, and the cost of snacks was quite reasonable. The seats are comfortable, but be sure to bring a light sweater or something because it was a bit chilly in the theater. I'm very sensitive to volume of sound and almost wished I had my earplugs during the previews, but I was able to forget about it once the movie began. The movie was enjoyable, the staff was friendly, and it was a delightful experience overall.

Beuatiful. I always get a sense of community when I see a movie here ,and it is an affordable downtown event for a family. The most recent film I saw was bohiemian rapsody which was sold out so the balcony was open. I believe it was there first sold out show. If I had one complaint it would be that the line to the concessions was confusing. I finally gave up after about 17 min when I was about 15 feet away and found the line I was in was merging with another tightly packed line. To my right was another line that was for tickets but also had people in line for conession. We had just at dinner at the labyrinth (which I always recommend)so it wasn't that upsetting, and either way I think I would give my experience 5 stars we always have a great time at the Reg.
Jon K — Google review
Beautiful theatre, well worth a visit. The only drawback was the lack of leg room, but people were shorter when this place was built, so you can't really complain about that. Had a great night out and would like to come again.
Ian P — Google review
I love the Rocky Horror showing they do in October. It has been well preserved over the years, allowing its guests to experience the original charm of the facility. It's clean, comfortable, and holds awesome events for the community. The people who work there are kind and enthusiastic about keeping the Reg Lenna a central gathering point for the community. I hope it's around for another 100 years!

The Pub in Jamestown, NY is a cash-only establishment with a vintage and relaxed atmosphere. It's known for serving hearty classic American eats and beer. Visitors praise the delicious pub-style food, such as the meatball sandwich and beef on weck, as well as the creamy peanut butter pie. The service is excellent, and patrons recommend trying dishes like chicken salad on Italian bread with chips and banana peppers. The staff are friendly, with particular mention of bartender Sam.
You gotta go there. See that guy with that ladle in his hand, we’re the exact same age, you’d never know it, he doesn’t even have a grey hair, but the way connects with his Patrons and the flawless easy at which he moves around behind the Bar as if someone who’s worked there his whole life! He has! I’m pretty sure his Father did as well! I’m not sure how they captured the Magic of Jamestown, but you’re guaranteed to find it in this Establishment! I think I was the only person in there that afternoon who was not a local! Just like “Cheers” in Boston, except this is the real thing! Food is beyond fantastic, the Local IPA beers are refreshing, and the Staff and Clientele, Jamestown! I’m glad I followed my instincts and went inside! Worth a side trip off your North South East or West to capture the essence of this Famous Township! 5+ Stars! Cliff

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Pub in Jamestown, NY, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional—warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. The staff made me feel right at home, which is no surprise considering The Pub has been a beloved cornerstone of Jamestown’s eateries for over 60 years. Since opening its doors in 1965, this family-owned gem has been serving up quality food and hospitality that keeps locals and visitors coming back time and time again. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared with care and bursting with flavor. I tried their famous Beef on Weck, a Western NY classic they’ve clearly perfected, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. The menu offers a great variety, from hearty Italian specialties to homemade soups that hit all the right spots. Pair that with a fantastic selection of drinks—craft beers, wines, and spirits—and you’ve got a meal that’s hard to beat. The Pub’s 60-year history in Jamestown shines through in its cozy, welcoming atmosphere and the genuine sense of community you feel while you’re there. It’s no wonder this place has stood the test of time as a go-to spot for great food and even better company. If you’re in Jamestown, do yourself a favor and stop by The Pub—you won’t be disappointed!

Lisciandro's Restaurant is a charming spot with a 50's diner ambiance that offers delicious breakfast options. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff who keep your coffee topped up without needing to be asked. The stuffed pepper omelet and sausage and cheese omelet are both highly recommended, as well as the Italian sausage patties. The homemade sausage and hot sauce are particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the deep-fried hash browns come highly recommended by the friendly waitstaff.
Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot. Got lucky this time. Place was full. Waitress was amazing. Knowledgeable. Funny. Made sure we knew about specials. She was amazing. Food was great! Didn't take long at all. Took longer wading through the people to leave.

06/14/2025 910am. Can I give this eatery 10 stars? We were in town to visit the Lucille Ball Museum. It was pouring rain and no other options to walk to for a hot breakfast. Thank you for being attentive and caring. Breakfast was wonderful (hubby had pancakes and I had eggs/bacon/rye toast) The coffee was amazing. Definitely plan on making this my first stop next time in Jamestown.

Lisciandro's Restaurant was a hidden gem for us on our trip for breakfast. We stayed at a local hotel and the breakfast there was just "ok", so we figured we would check it out. It has more of a diner feel to it. You walk in a grab a seat and service will follow quickly. The staff were friendly and the food was tasty and a good value, especially compared to what the hotel charged. The only negative was I ordered grapefruit juice and it came in a small can. Be sure to check the date (if you get it). Probably not a big mover. We will stop again the next time we are in the area.

Nice little place. Hours are a little short. Never would have known this was here till some one pointed it out. The signature sandwich is very different in taste. If you like spices you need to try it. We'll crafted for different spices to hit your taste buds at different times as the flavors roll out. Oh our waitress was great. I was a little worried at first but pleasantly surprised. I would tip that lady well. I asked about getting large fries and she went with normal and told me I could upgrade to large after I saw the normal if I wanted. You don't really get that .any places.

Forte is a cozy bistro in Jamestown, NY that has been serving an eclectic and creative take on American fine dining since 2004. The restaurant prides itself on celebrating unique ingredients and local products, offering a diverse menu that includes global dishes like poutine and sushi alongside fancy classics such as pan-roasted ribeye. The full bar provides an array of options from signature cocktails to locally brewed beers.
Great little local restaurant. The steak and beer option at the bar is the best. $19 for a sirloin, mashed potatoes, salad and a beer. Sushi is some of the best in the area. Nick makes killer drinks. One of my favorite restaurants.

I expect what I order if not than get a professional cook that knows atleast its sandwiches which is the simplest thing to learn.

Forte is not what it used to be. Though I now live in DC, I stopped in because this used to be my favorite restaurant in Jamestown. First of all, the prices are DC prices. This cannot be sustained in Jamestown for long. The white rice that came with our meals was flavorless and cold. The meals were okay, but not for that price in Jamestown. I will say our server was very nice and attentive. The remodel makes it cold and unwelcoming. It was a vibrant atmospheric restaurant before. The floors and walls were dirty. The restaurant was barren during dinner time. The once favorite steak and beer special is now $25 and you’re limited to PBR or Phin and Matt’s. I will not be back, unfortunately.

Sauce is a popular Italian restaurant with a friendly staff and amazing food. The Alfredo sauce is so good that even those who don't usually like it make an exception for this place. The Sicilian style pizza is delicious, and the atmosphere with its mafia theme and fancy chandeliers adds to the experience. The drink selection is nice, and there are plenty of food options to choose from.
Me and my friends all loved this place. The atmosphere was great. We loved the mafia theme and the fancy chandeliers. The drink selection was nice, and they had plenty of food to choose from. The pizza we ordered still tasted great the next day and the day after that. If you are sensitive to the cold, I would recommend sitting in the back since the seats near the door can be a bit chilly. This restaurant is good to either share pizza with friends, or take a date to.

I don't understand the mud slide of good review. I tried their 100 years old recipes and...I must say I would love to have a time machine to taste this pasta dishes back in time. The meat ball taste very regular meat loaf and the sauce itself got a little sugary taste.... we are far from any authentic Italian stuff. Servers are young.... maybe need a little bit of experience to help them since everything was a bit chaotic. OWNER'S ANSWER SEPT 2025: "Yes we have a brand new crew of youngsters in the front of the house since we have lost some to college. And we are working hard to correct any errors made.. since you mentioned “time travel”in your cocky review.. I thought I was back in 2017(when business reviews were cool) answering a review by an account w a fake name ( I can see why), who has nothing else to do on vacation but comment on every gas station, roadside fruit stand, mcdonalds, car parts store and hard working mom and pop business along the way…get a life." MY LAST REPLY A business owner should be able to grow with critics, not put the blame on others. I have made over 200 reviews on businesses I have visited, most of them were positive. If it ain't good, it ain't good. I don't predict a very good future with that attitude. You get a life; you ain't perfect. Point.

Love their food. Best atmosphere out of any restaurant in Jamestown! I mean trust me you ain’t gonna find a better spot to eat. Food was great and affordable. Menu was easy to read, with right amount of choices. The staff was excellent. I mean honestly it’s Jamestown NY. You’re not gonna find a better place to eat and I invite you to try. This place would easily stand up to most restaurants in bigger cities in my opinion.

Ordered a to-go meal. Everything was delicious. The best pizza in town without a doubt!! My only complaint Is regarding the Pasta with the Alfredo sauce. That was also delicious! However, the pasta was placed in a to-go styrofoam container with foil on the bottom. The next day, it was hard to get the leftover pasta out without the foil sticking to it. Perhaps a different liner on the bottom of the container would work better. Looking forward to our next Pizza adventure there. So many choices. This wasn’t the first time we ordered from there, and it definitely will not be the last!!! You have had the rest, now try the best!

Honestly, this was the best Italian food I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the Sunday Sauce, and let me just say if you’re a fan of a sweeter-style sauce, this is the one to try. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, it truly stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Updated review 8/15/25: While I stand by my review of the food, my opinion of the owners has diminished with my most recent visit. We arrived 45 minutes before closing, and after my first experience here, I know the amazing food takes time but watching a table come in after you, get their food, eat, and leave before you get your food is a fairly big issue. From our booth we could see the entire restaurant, where we could see that the owner was apparently too busy BSing to apologize for the mistakes made on her watch. The college age server was the one trying to make it right. Was the food amazing? Yes. Was the server attentive and friendly? Finally, after we had to seek her out for beverage refills after waiting so long. Do I want to continue to make an hour long drive to patronize people that can't be bothered talking with customers experiencing a problem in their establishment? I honestly don't know. Org review from earlier 2025: It's a good thing I live almost an hour away, or I'd go broke eating here every day they're open! I got a large pizza, and I'm so thankful I did because there was plenty to take home. The crust was light yet substantial, and so crispy. Perfectly cooked. I'm not typically wild about red sauce so I asked for it to be on the easier side and they delivered. It was a great balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings.

Worst food I ever had… tons of hair in the pizza took forever to get almost 1-2 hours. TERRIBLE

Our first time trying Sauce we got a takeout. I love a proper neapolitan thin crust pizza and theirs is amazing, we had the prosciutto one and it is now probably my favorite pizza place in town. It was very large too. My husband got himself a chicken parm which he thoroughly enjoyed as well. We will be coming back for more for sure. Would love to dine in next time instead. Only thing that's a little inconvenient is the fact they're only open 4 days a week (closed sundays) and they close already at 7:30 PM.

Nestled in a cozy corner, Jeremy's Belview is the ultimate family-friendly restaurant that serves up an impressive array of American cuisine. From juicy burgers and crispy chicken wings to hearty pasta dishes and succulent seafood, there's something for everyone. My experience here was nothing short of fantastic! I indulged in their delicious burgers, a flavorful chicken Caesar wrap, and the special stuffed chicken breast—each dish bursting with flavor.
Do not pass this place up because it looks like a bar. We loved it great food BIG PORTIONS! I will be back, left feeling full and carrying heavy take home containers. Price was appropriate.

I ordered steak and salad with chicken fingers and the steak was cold as if it was sitting outside. The chicken on my salad was cold. I think they took my meal out of the fridge and gave it to me

Ultimately this is one of the best bars/restaurants I've ever been to!!! There staff are personable and some of the best people I've ever met. There prices are low but there food is amazing. You defiently get a great value for your money. The owner Jeremy is there everyday and works just as hard as his employees if not harder. That's days something about the way he runs his buisness- he leads by example. To sum it up amazing food, top notch service, more then fair prices, and they make you feel like family. Truely a hidden gem :)

Sadly, slipping hard and fast. I'll give them 1 more try, but that's it. I've been here around 30 times since 2016, but I'll say since 2022, I've come less and less because they're pretty bad now. The speed of service, order accuracy, temperature of food, quality of food, cleanliness, and bartender friendliness has drastically declined. I've had fewer issues dine in, but a ton of problems with takeout. The straw that broke the camel's back was ordering saucy wings for takeout with extra ranch and paying for extra ranch. Waiting a long time to order a drink and tell them I was there for my order. My drink came with a fruit or drain fly in it and I waited forever on a not even busy night for the bartender to give me my takeout. When I got home they weren't saucy at all, were cold (I live only 7 mins away), and I only had 1 blue cheese when I ordered and paid for EXTRA RANCH. Even if I did eat blue cheese (NEVER) 1 isn't enough for a double order of wings. I had to go back out to the store 3 mins away and stand in line to buy ranch for my already cold wings. My parents who were regular burger eaters there(at least once a month) won't go back after getting dry burnt burgers too many times.

To say I’m obsessed with this place is an understatement. Food was great!!! We got burgers, chicken Caesar wrap, and the special of stuffed chicken breast. Service was spectacular!!! Very quick (food was very hot when we got it). The wait staff was friendly and extremely efficient. And the atmosphere brought it all together!!! You have to ask if you’re at the right place since the sign isn’t the same as the name on the internet. You walk into a room the size of a master bedroom (if that), locals letting you know that you can seat yourself, your basic tables and chairs that make you feel like you’re at a church fish fry, bathrooms with a variety of doors and a hand written sign to let you know if you lock the second door you’ll get locked in, and (and to top it all off) carpeted window sills! This is the ultimate dive bar with great food and service. I hope they never change. I will be back and highlyyyy recommend to dive bar lovers

My mother always told me if I don't have anything nice to say then I shouldn't say anything at all. However I don't always listen to my mother. Let's start at the top it took 10 minutes to get a table when there was two tables empty and two waitresses, mind you there are only eight tables in this place. then let's add a pinch of waitresses not knowing who's table we were sitting at so we are greeted by both of them and both of them try to take our order. Granted not a big deal, however when it takes another 10 minutes for that waitress to come back over just to take your order then it starts to get a little annoying. So now we'll just move on to the entrees. My prime rib was drier than a Catholic nun. My mother's beef on weck sandwich actually made her choke because it was dry as well. my 95 year old grandmother however choke down the fish fry like it was a last meal because in her day you don't let anything go to waste. also it shouldn't take a bar longer than 5 minutes to give you a bottle of beer. 5 minutes that's roughly acceptable 15 minutes to go to the bar to get a bottle of beer and open it and bring it back totally unacceptable. I'm sorry if this is a staple for most people to come here on a Friday and Saturday night and get your chicken wings and your finger foods, but even as I was leaving the look of horror on the gentleman's face trying to have his mozzarella sticks that look like decayed was Zombie Fingers dipped in active charcoal. I guess it's a good thing I never visit my family much cuz this is the last time I'll be going here, sorry Jamestown.

Pizza restaurant
Elmo's Pizza in Jamestown, NY is a must-visit spot for pizza lovers in New York State. Whether you choose to dine in or take away, the experience is exceptional. The customer service stands out as the owner went above and beyond when I forgot my wallet. The pizzas are as amazing as they're said to be, and the atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. Even through delivery services like DoorDash, the quality of their well-made pizzas and perfectly sauced wings shines through.
The most delicious pizza around. The shop smells amazing as soon as you enter the doors and the flavor of the food speaks for itself. Try it and tell everyone you know, this place deserves all the support. Will happily be returning

We have been talking about trying this restaurant for quite a while... now I wish we had tried it much sooner! We caught the last day of the April special when 16" specialty pizzas were just $11. We ordered two specialty pizzas (a meat lovers and a Sis) and three "drums". The crust of the pizza is a thin crust, which I don't usually like, but this one was wonderful. It has good flavor. texture, and held up well to folding in true New York style. The toppings were plentiful on both pizzas and the flavors mixed well. The "drums" were equally delicious, and cooked to perfection. The skin had just a hint of crispiness and the meat was juicy and tender. The best part however was the sauce. We tried the Mango-Habenero which was an amazing blend of the two flavors that created a hot, but sweet combination that we all agreed was fantastic. In short, we will be returning to Elmo's a lot in the future, and with all the varieties of pizza and sandwiches available, I can't wait to try them all!

This place is the definition of amazing, quality food in an under the radar spot. We just tried it for the first time and it easily beats the other pizzas we've tried in town. The owner was incredibly kind in our two minute interaction and it's clear his heart is in his food. This is going to be our new go to.

Some of the best pizza ever. It appeared as if just the owner was on shift. Our pizza was a little late being finished, but he gave us our pizza at a discount. This owner will make things right with and for the customer. Plain pepperoni was even special. Also had the Margherita pizza. Will go again if ever in the area. The man knows how to run a pizza business.

I have to say that I just had gyros from Elmos Pizza and they are some of the best I've had in years. The ingredients are fresh, the lamb was cooked to perfection. If you're thinking about fast food? Think again. Go get a gyro from Elmos. Healthier & 10 times more delicious! Thanks Elmo!

I have been curious about trying this place for quite awhile. I did tonight. In all honesty I dont know if I even have the words to properly review. All I can say is that my mind was blown away! Something that good was under my nose this whole time and I can not believe it exists in this town. Alot of pizza places in the Jamestowm Area. Some a good and alot of them are not. This was neither of those. Because its hands down great!! You need not look further than almost. 10 out of 10!

Restaurant
4 Below Haggy's Bar and Grill is a compact establishment that boasts impeccable cleanliness. Due to the impact of the pandemic, their previous credit card payment system no longer functions. However, they still offer an impressive array of craft beers on tap and in coolers, which are prominently displayed. The bartenders from Ireland are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Additionally, their highly recommended sliced pretzel bites are simply irresistible.
Stopped in here after going to the Desilu Museum and had a great meal for lunch. The portions were great and all for a good price too. The service was amazing! Did not have to wait long for food or a drink. Definitely recommend.

Nice cozy bar , with friendly server and chef. Fantastic grilled cheese sandwich and large salty dry rub wings, side of hot sauce spicy too. Hand cut fries were fine. No draft porters or stouts. No credit card fee. Cuban has pulled pork, not sliced.

Small bar. Very clean. Old pay by credit card Taps system does not work anymore since covid. Still a great selection of craft beers on draft behind the bar and and the coolers which you can see very well. Bartenders, Ireland, are awesomely nice. A group of our family went on Thursday for a celebratory lunch.. Great service by Mary. Refills and order taking was quick and drinks all around were brought soon after ordering them. Pleasantly surprised by the calm and low key atmosphere. I could hear everyone at our table without a problem. Food was delicious and all of us left with full stomachs. Some of us were a little too full even. Clean and well kept establishment. I can't understand why this place wasn't crowded. If I lived closer, I would be a regular customer. I highly recommend giving this place a try. The food was amazing!!! And Mary was great!!!

I was a party of one. I didn't know it was trivia night. Or league bowling. It shouldn't matter. It was busy, no busier than a restaurant. It took maybe a half hour to even have a waitress show up. My food took over an hour to arrive. It was just a burger and fries. My burger was wrong. Fries cold. I would have walked out and I guarantee nobody would have noticed. But I didn't. I paid. And I won't be back. I can understand being understaffed. But as I saw the big banner that said for sale on the side of the building, I have a feeling it's on its way out. Never again. Oh, and I heard others got a light case of food poisoning from last night's food. For me, nothing pepto bismuth couldn't fix. Edited for Grammer

Wasn't greeted when we walked in so seated ourselves. Waited for a waitress/waiter a bit and began to think maybe the dining room wasn't open!? There were a few people at the bar but no one in dining room. Finally the bartender came over and gave us menus. We loved the food and the bartender was a great waiter so it was worth the first few awkward minutes.

We live in the area and have never been here to eat before. It was awesome! They were busy, but the hostess and waitress were so amazing, patient and nice. The Hotspot Cafe, a place frequented by the mother, was chosen to cater her funeral luncheon. The cafe also offers event catering services, which turned out to be a wise decision due to its tasty and abundant yet affordable food offerings. The menu included various dishes like beef on wick, baked ziti, meatballs, and salad—all of which received positive feedback from attendees. Additionally, the leftovers provided convenience and allowed for a stress-free cooking-free funeral weekend.
A must to visit after the museums or comedy center! Get the Cuban, waffle fries or pulled pork. The Cuban can easily feed 2 people, generous portions. The owner may come to chat for a bit!

When I first walked in I had a warm welcoming by owner, very cute and low key. We got 1sausage egg and cheese croissant, 1 bacon egg and cheese croissant and 1 sausage egg and cheese bagel, the sausage croissant was cooked with an Italian patty and the best part was the egg still had some yolk and was made with provolone cheese very good, a little greasy but very delicious!!!

The Hotspot Cafe is what I love about finding locally owned gems in communities. We ventured here after our hotel, which was supposed to supply a free breakfast, was having a meltdown. I looked online to see what was good and nearby, and this destination was the obvious choice. The kind and engaging staff welcomed us. We had one hot and one iced coffee, a breakfast burrito, and a croissant breakfast sandwich. They were cooked to order and delicious. Because we were taking our time, we eventually had the loveliest conversation with the owners, Hector and Teresa (I'm not sure of the spelling). They couldn't have been nicer. It is obvious that the team here is hardworking and understands how hospitality is done. I'm happy our hotel didn't have its act together so we could discover this wonderful business.

Went for lunch today and the food was amazing! Hector was so friendly and great. The staff was amazing! Can’t wait to go back and try more things. I got the cubano which did not let me down at all! I can’t wait to get another. My fiancé got the Queso noodle pork which was amazing. His friend got the roast pork sandwich and said the flavors in it were spectacular! It’s so hard picking what you want to get but I think you can not go wrong with anything because everything we had was great!

We have always had an amazing experience and have supported this business at least once a month and plan to do so for as long as they will have us! We suggest this restaurant to our family and friends and often like to bring people along with us. We have always been greeted with a friendly smile and service. I can say without a doubt that this restaurant is one of the best places you will find in our city and not just for the food ( which is absolutely the best and tastes just as good as abuela's!!! ) but for the hospitality. The owners are honest hard working people who genuinely love their patrons and take any and all suggestions to heart! The amount of pride they have for their establishment pours into every aspect and sitting in their dining room is no different then the feeling you get when sitting in your families dinning room and sharing a meal with those you love! When it comes to the hotspot cafe The food is really just the icing on the cake and I could not recommend this establishment more!!!

Chef/Owner Hector and his wife are absolutely amazing! We were greeted with a smile and left feeling like family! We joked, laughed, and almost spent the night because our bellies were sooo full! The menu as creative, flavorful and priced just right! We started with the pretzel bites and cheese! That cheese though!!! Delicious! Then lunch arrived! Then I ordered the pulled pork, beans, and rice meal! I didn't regret it either! Very juicy and flavorful meal with amazing seasoning! my daughter order the chicken quesadilla! Toasted and cooked to perfection! My wife and son ordered the Pot Roast Burger with fries! the meat sooo tender and juicy as well! When we left (leaving town) my son said can we come back for dinner! We will be back for lunch and come back for Dinner! Absolutely Love this place! Highly Recommend! -Tucker Family, Lansing, MI

Italian restaurant
La Cucina Della Nonna is a delightful Italian eatery that offers an extensive menu full of delectable options, including pizza. The portions are exceptionally generous, and each meal comes with the choice of a pasta side dish as well as either a salad or vegetables. It's important to note that bread isn't served with the meals, but gluten-free alternatives are available for those with dietary restrictions. The marinara sauce is particularly flavorful, adding an extra touch to the already delicious dishes.
I am ashamed to say I've lived in Jamestown for almost four years and never dined here until today. My husband was always stuck on Landmark or the Chop House. Well, he was very pleased with his meal today. We've had Calamari at various locations all over the country, and we were very surprised with the caliber of what we got at La Cucina. It was extremely tender, perfectly breaded, and seasoned. I had the Lobster Ravioli. I assume it was Pacific or warm water lobster as it was light on flavor, but the Ravioli had plenty in it, and the Rose sauce didn't overpower it. Hubby had the Seafood Combo and was very satisfied. The Mussels, Squid, and Clams were very tender. The Shrimp was a little tough but still flavorful and edible. He felt the dish overall was very good, just too plentiful. The service was stellar. We were too full for dessert but will definitely return soon.

Nice Italian restaurant with an extensive menu including pizza. Portion sizes are very generous. Meals come with a choice of pasta side and either a salad or vegetable. Lunch special pricing is only available during the week. Enjoyed the garlic knots, chicken cacciatore, white pizza, and veal Parmesan. Marinara sauce is very tasty. Note they don’t serve bread with meals. Gluten free options available. Restaurant is located away from the Lucy attractions in Jamestown but within a drivable distance. Food was very good. Definitely worth a visit! Has their own private parking lot.

What a fantastic dining experience! Our server, Frank, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made excellent pasta recommendations tailored to each of us, and even let us know they had gluten-free and dairy-free options, which wasn’t listed on the menu. I had the pasta with sausage, and it was exactly the hearty, satisfying meal I’ve been craving. Frank also shared some great tips on local hotspots—we’re excited to check those out next! The pasta sauce was rich and flavorful, and the Chicken Marsala was perfectly cooked—tender, moist, and delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and we left with leftovers for a second meal. Huge thanks to Frank and the kitchen staff for a memorable visit. We loved this spot and will definitely be back!

Firstly- our server was amazing. I didn’t catch his name but he was young and very personable. The food was excellent as always. We had eggplant Parmigiana, seafood combo with angel hair, Nonna’s stuffed eggplant and garlic knots. As always- delicious tiramisu and cheesecake to bring home. Portions are very generous for the price so we always have lunch for the next day too.

Walked in. Place was empty. Had random people walking right through the wait to be seated sign. Umm.. ok? Server was nice. Her replacement server was better. He had personality. Still, took the order. Took something like 30 mins to get the food. Food looked amazing. Chicken parm, hand breaded. Bed of pasta. But under parm was 0 sauce. If the sauce hadn't separated, it would have been dry. My only other complaint was that the office was at the other end of the tables. At one point, a person walked out of the manger doors with a very stinky bag of garbage. Walked by the tables and out the front door. That smell soured my appetite.

Everything we ordered was amazing!!! Calamari could use some seasoning but overall great place for Italian food

This was one of the best meals we have ever had. The calamari was perfectly done with a delicious marinara sauce. We had the pasta rustic and the baked manicotti. The freshness of the flavors. You could taste the love!

The Allen Street Diner may be small in size, but it's big on flavor. The owner's welcoming demeanor and impressive cooking skills make diners feel right at home. It's a popular spot with limited seating, creating a cozy and communal atmosphere where strangers become friends over delicious meals. Visitors praise the cleanliness, hometown feel, and friendly service provided by Jane and Mark. This diner is a must-visit for anyone looking for a warm and inviting dining experience in Jamestown.
A beautiful place to stop in if you're looking for a bite in Jamestown. It's got a bit of diner vibe, diner stools, you can see the cook working... At the same time, quaint, like you just stepped into someone's dining room for some home cooking. So welcoming. A few tables to sit in - for parties of two, four, six or more. Lovely breakfast experience on a leisurely Friday morning

I found this diner on Bring Fido because I was travelling with my parents and goldendoodle and it was the best! We sat outside and met the owner right away who is so kind and welcoming. They brought Bianca out her own water bowl and just made us feel right at home. The food was delicious...we all had breakfast. Can't recommend enough!

We usually go at least once a month. The hiking trails are great and they are various lengths depending on how long you want to hike. The inside is great for kids to explore. We always count it as a day of homeschool for the kids. They love the active beehive that is on display on the second floor and the play camping area on the 3rd floor.

Very nice trails for short or longer hikes, I was there after hours so the Nature center was closed but very nice observation decks and viewing blinds around the marsh and ponds Raptor rehabilitation area also housing some Hawks and a Kestrel

Certainly worth taking the time to drive out and explore the property. Took a few hours on a sunny Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed the experience. Remember to bring & use some "Off" insect repellent.

very nice walking trails. Well maintained and even though there seemed to be quite a few cars in the lot, the trails were not at all busy. The nature center contained some very nice areas for children to learn and play.

I took a group of 5 girls this past weekend (June 2024) and we had the greatest time. The girls loved the trails and make believing a treasure hunt story along the way. Everything about this place was beautiful. We had a picnic and were able to throw our food scraps in the compost bins and talk about that and the indoor learning center was a perfect way to end the day. Great fun for all to be had! We will be back again!
Autumn B — Google review
The trails are well-managed with year-round availability. A photo shows a day work crew went via Bluebird Field to tend to a fallen, balancing tree over a pathway! Safety first! The wildlife is abundant. The landscape is breathtaking in every season. During snowy/icy winter walks, using walking sticks is advised if not sure footed. Having such beautiful, safe walking trails available is a gift and appreciated by many who are respectful of the natural environment. Parking is abundant. Special events are well organized and enjoyable. One pic is of an osprey I've seen on walks lately, perched in the same tree. Another is of a small beaver den in the water. A snapping turtle was sunning itself by a small pond and was at least 30#! Skunk cabbage is abundant, but do not disturb, or you will stink! Deer are everywhere, and this one was in front of me as though leading me through the spring path. It even walked on the bridge before jumping into the side marsh for lunch. It is a magical area to indulge the senses with nature.

Amazing place! The little explorers program was exactly what we were looking for for our 3yo. Perfect pacing to keep her engaged, awesome post-walk craft and snacks, and Chelsea was an excellent guide! The nature center and grounds are beautiful and anyone who loves the outdoors and learning about the wildlife in this area should definitely check it out! We will be back SOON!

Beautiful trails just 20 minutes from Jamestown, NY. If I were a local I'd go all the time. There are gorgeous overlooks on small ponds, lots of wildlife present including some hawks they have rehabilitated on site, hummingbird moths (super cool looking and unique find), bees, chipmunks, squirrels, a snapping turtle, many other birds, and more. They have a cute little nature center on site where you can see taxidermy of several animals from the region and visit a gift shop and small museum (museum requires a small fee >$10). There is also a community garden on site. Very peaceful!

Specialty Museums
Fenton Historical Center, located in Jamestown, New York, is a museum housed in a Victorian family home from 1863. The center offers eclectic exhibits on American history and operates as a research center adjacent to the Fenton Mansion. Visitors can enjoy guided tours and bus tours by appointment. The museum features diverse and well-curated exhibits that make good use of the space within the seemingly small building. Additionally, there is a gift shop where visitors can purchase souvenirs related to their interests.
A beautiful museum loaded with tons of historical facts about the Fenton family, the history of the estate, the Jamestown area, and so much more. The displays are well done and very informative.

A real treasure and valuable community historical resource. There are changing seasonal displays. Tours are extremely informative and pass along the history of Chautauqua County and New York State. They sometimes have programs open to the public. Becoming a member helps support the expensive upkeep of this beautiful mansion. There’s a little gift shop and now a handicapped accessible entrance. There is so much on offer here.

Lovely local history museum. It looked small from the outside but it's actually quite large and every inch of space has been put to good use. The exhibits are diverse and well curated, a labor of love for the curators and staff. We didn't get to visit the Lucille Ball museum nearby so the exhibition dedicated to her at this museum sufficed for us. Go check this place out if you find yourself in the area.
G A — Google review
Absolutely LOVE touring the Fenton. It's great for anyone wanting to learn about the local history. While their everyday tours are great, I especially love their Christmas season tours. They decorate the museum (house) beautifully. The Fenton also has a library for anyone wanting to read local history books. I highly recommend visiting.
Ariel C — Google review
I got lost. Ended up in Jamestown. So said to my daughter "lets stop at the historical center". I thought it would be a great educational opportunity and fun. When you walk in there is a rest room, lots of hand sanitizer and tons of phablets on things to do in the area. A guest book, and then you walk through more doors in to a small gift shop, tell them what you're interested in and go tour the mansion for a small $10. Donation. Its well worth it. Especially if you're in to history (lifestyle, clothing, ect). It took us about an hour to walk through, but we were trying to beat daylight as we still had to go to our original destination, otherwise it might have taken almost 2 hours. I personally enjoyed it. I would like to some day intentionally visit, so that I can take my time to really absorb and appreciate not only history but the work that they put in to bringing this to life.

If you’re looking for a restaurant with a sophisticated and romantic stmoshphere, this establishment is the perfect choice. The interior boasts an elegant palette of black, white, and grey with tasteful pops of color that exude charm and intimacy. The ambiance is further elevated by soft lighting and a modern yet cozy design. The menu highlights include a flawlessly cooked filet and ribeye. Both cuts of meat were expertly prepared to perfection with a light seasoning that enhances the natural flavors without overpowering them. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s skill in showcasing the quality of the ingredients. Service was impeccable, with our server Jesse providing a standout experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring our evening was perfect were truly remarkable. Jesse made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our dining experience. To top it all off, the fresh bread with assorted butters was a delightful touch, setting the stage for the meal. From start to finish, this restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable night out.

My wife and I stopped in to celebrate our Anniversary. Options on a Monday for restaurants in Jamestown are a bit limited but Chop House is a solid choice any day of the week. The drinks are well prepared and selection is ample. The menu is full of excellent upscale offerings. Many speciala were on offer. The service was attentive but not overbearing. If I had two comments - 1. Live music was nice but a little loud. Largely due to the construction of the building unfortunately. 2. The lighting makes the decor look a little cold and uninviting. But this is more a personal gripe.

We had a great time. Our first time there. Food tasted wonderful. We had 2 birthdays on same day in our group and they brought them out a special treat that was nice!! My steak was perfect, 2 were a bit thin. We all loved the taste of our meal and the server was wonderful. Manager checked on us before we left. My parents want to do it again, which is rare for them. Will return!

Service was exceptional and the food even better! They didn’t have the Tomahawk which my husband was looking forward to BUT they made his ribeye steak perfectly! He was satisfied. I had the sirloin and shrimp with potatoes and grilled asparagus. It melted in my mouth and was absolutely delicious! I ordered a blue lagoon drink and that was also great. No complaints at all! Really enjoyed the music they had playing which helped set the tone for our meal. We will definitely be back and highly recommend dining here for any occasion.

The Chop House was wonderful. Jesse was our server and he did a fabulous job! Very attentive and so delightful to chat with:) The foooood….The bread is soooo good - melt in your mouth!!! They give you 3 different butters to choose from - we liked the garlic butter. The surf & turf with our chosen sides - truffle fries and mushrooms was outstanding! The grilled salad was very good too! I would highly recommend the French onion soup as well - excellent. We shared a double chocolate slice of cake - rich & yummy.

This was our first time visiting. We went up for our wedding anniversary. The food tasted amazing. I had the loin with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife had the shrimp special. I also indulged on an 8oz glass of cabernet. Being our anniversary, they gifted us a well plated, lava cake, with a card signed by the staff! The service was also great. Our waiter, Jesse/Jessie (not sure of the spelling) was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked in on us an appropriate amount of times as well. At one point, one manager asked us about our evening, which was nice. The atmosphere is more modern with dim lit features and nice light fixtures. A couple of things that got me a bit would be the older tables that are just covered and some finishing work not being done around corners and lights. Being a fairly high-priced place to eat in the area, it also seemed weird that people in street clothes and ball caps were coming in for the bar. Overall my wife and I had a great dinner and enjoyed ourselves. We will be back and urge you to visit!

I’m not a steak or seafood person, but the people I was with loved their steaks. My husband got one of the add on sauces (“enhancements”) and it was not worth it. You’d think a peppercorn sauce would be pepper forward with a little kick to it, but instead it was sweet. Plus, a 2oz side sauce cup cost $8? That’s a bit much. My Alfredo was pretty good. The chicken on top was nicely cooked with a bit too much rosemary for my taste. The beef cheek crostini appetizer was delicious, though it wasn’t true crispy thin crostini (just bread that may have been lightly toasted). Not a great white wine selection for anyone that prefers dry wine. The vegetables that came with the caprese chicken were my favorite part of the meal. The carrot cake was very good. The service was excellent and a bit old school, which I kind of liked. There also happened to be a jazz like band playing music the night we went and the musicians were very talented. They played a tasteful selection of low-key, background type cover songs.

Always delicious food! N terrific margaritas! I've never had a bad meal here. Everything is clean. Terrific staff. Three separated dining areas offer a cozy feel and a "sound break" from other diners. The largest room has a full-service bar. Of course there's take-out n delivery. Street parking n handicapped accessibility.

The food is good. I had the sampler platter and it’s definitely a lot of food. The house margarita’s are also delicious.

Locals are crazy about this place for some reason or another. The service was sluggish however they were busy. Refills were not an issue. They bring small pitchers to the table. So the food is not authentic at all. The beef is way too salty and they have banana peppers in there lettuce mixture for the tacos. Not the worst food ever but far from the hype that’s built up around this place. Over a 100.00 check before tip for 4 adults and 3 kids. Steer clear of this place and open for more authentic food.

Food was good. Had the sampler platter. Enjoyed the burrito mostly. Get the blooming onion! You won't be disappointed!!!! Very loud at the bar area, the blender was working hard. The margaritas must be really good!!!!

Best in town. Especially for those of us who grew up on their food and have moved away. Always a great homecoming spot to meet friends. The food is NEVER bad, tastes the same as when I was 12 years old, the year they opened. Gotta love Jim for keeping it the same....well I do love the expansions cause our crew could not fit in the original part. Keep up the good work!

The taco hut in Jamestown was rated well so we though we would try it out. First impression was the restaurant looked good and as we went inside it looked nice as well. Service took over 5 minutes to get seated and we were the only people in line for a table of 3. As we sat service was slow but not terrible. Chips and salsa are NOT included so be prepared to pay 5$ for a small. The food was ok for 2/3 of us but one order was completely wrong and then they tried to just add a side to make it better. The food was refused and we chose to not have a new order to replace it. So I gave it a 2 because aesthetics were nice but the food was well below sub par and the service was not good. Will not return to this restaurant again.

Chicken is so hard you can't chew one piece. I called to ask to get some tomorrow to make up for not being able to eat any dinner tonight, but I was told no!! I will never go back here!! $8 wasted. My only option was to go back tonight and get more. I am already home and have a zoom meeting tonight so I wasn't able to go back out. Terrible business!!!! Never again!!!

What the heck happened to this place??used to be one of my favorite places to eat but no more! Quality of the food has dropped to an all time low! But the price went up! if you like raw chicken , tasteless rice and dried up shrimp this is the place for you a total waste of money I should of gone to Red Lobster it was the same price...

The food here looked and smelled delicious. Sadly for us though it was the food the employees brought out for themselves to eat. OUR food was cold, funky, and un-edible. They also have quite the racket going on, which I am personally impressed by. See, anything that you don't eat they charge you by the pound onto the back end of your bill after you leave. They make the food so terrible that you can't eat it, so they get to charge you twice. I recommend doing what I did and sneak that cold, tasteless tripe into the bathroom and flush it right down the toilet where it belongs. No, seriously. Just save yourself the headache and flush your whole dinner down the can. Just don't do it at your own home 'cause this food is so stale and crusty it'll probably back up your plumbing. Or you can try to kill it by fire. At least then it'll be warmed up.

It's a great spot for breakfast or lunch, offering tasty dishes like chocolate chip pancakes and breakfast quesadillas. This is the most authentic and delicious local breakfast you'll find in or around town! When I take the family out for breakfast, I want to feel like I'm getting a home-cooked meal and experience, and we were not disappointed. The service was super friendly and hospitable, and the ambiance is like being in a classic breakfast joint, where family is lovingly taking care of you. Saving the best point for last; the food was outstanding! Everything was just right and we walked away stuffed and satisfied...and the price was right! Can't wait to return when we're in town again!

Its diverse menu features everything from traditional pub dishes to more sophisticated culinary delights.
Our party of 5 was looking for a place to watch the AFC championship. All of the usual sports bars were either full up on reservations or so over packed it wasn't worth the trouble, and then we found PCH who set us up at a table with 2 large TVs, catered our food and drinks during the game and made for a very personal and fun experience. One guest even said it's like a living room with the game, but a full kitchen too. Food was great, fast, hot and reasonably priced given the venue. Thanks to all the staff that night of the Bills game who made it memorable even though we lost, again!

I would never eat here again...food was meh..I ordered the steak...they were out of baked potatoes..no problem I was able to sub sweet potato fries, but it never came with the peppers and onions... I had to ask for my veggies a d when they arrived...gross. Our friends sons mac and cheese came finally after we were done eating. The wait time was awful...literally 3 hours from start to finish and we had a reservation..then our bill was wrong...over-charged...nope awful

Been here twice now. Each time the service was great, the food amazing, and so many choices for drinks. It's a nice and quiet atmosphere as well. The missus and I will continue to stop by when around Jamestown.

Some of the best service I’ve ever had- the bar staff is incredibly attentive & intuitive. The house cocktails delight all the senses of the tounge, and their fries are a superb compliment to the main dishes. Google maps navigation made parking a bit difficult (bar is attached to the Hilton doubletree) but otherwise this has been a lovely place to eat food, relax, and have a drink
Nate V — Google review
Service is beyond slow. Food took forever to receive. Appetizers came out with entrees. My steak was very over cooked and wings that were not suppose to be spicy were very spicy. Lots of miss communication. Server said she had explained to the cooks how to tell if a steak is done. Would not go back but our server Andrea was very nice and did Apologize for the horribly cooked and prepared food.
RICHARD L — Google review
When we went here, it wasn't clear exactly where the entrance was. We went in through the hotel lobby. There were only a few tables and a bar. The bartender had to act as our server as they were short-staffed. Unexpectedly a loud alarm kept going off in the building across the street. They staff apologized even though they had nothing to do with it. Very professional. It was an agonizing wait for the food. The menu seemed limited. We each had a version of their gourmet burgers. The quality of their food was great.

Restaurant
Labyrinth Press Company is a vibrant hangout in downtown Jamestown, offering an eclectic experience with its vegetarian menu, fair-trade coffee, and live music events. Over time, it has evolved into a full-service restaurant with a spacious outdoor patio. The establishment takes pride in its scratch-made vegetarian and vegan dishes, along with signature items like the Beer and Cheese Soup. As the only all-vegetarian restaurant in Chautauqua County, it has garnered praise for its unique offerings and friendly service.
This place is a rare find, especially in a relatively out-of-the-way small city like Jamestown. It combines a small-town friendliness with a delightful albeit relatively simple dining experience. For us, it was a hidden gem. The storefront for this diminutive little shop is not that obvious in passing as it is a half-flight down from street level. It is connected to the bar upstairs, which creates an interesting mix. It caters to breakfast aficionados and coffee connoisseurs, but there is also a chance to grab some creative dinners and lunches. This includes the provision for an extensive choice of beers and wines. On their website, it says it was "born a coffee shop, married a craft beer and wine bar (which) hatched a full service restaurant". It's a unique evolution. The seating area in the lower level restaurant is quite small, with room for maybe 30 or 40 people. There is also an option to go upstairs to the connected bar, the Brazil Lounge. There apparently is also patio seating available in warmer weather. Upon entering, we were greeted by a busy employee behind the counter, who invited us to sit where we would like (including upstairs if we wanted). The atmosphere in the quiet lower level suited us better on this occasion and there were still two or three empty tables when we arrived at 6 PM on a Thursday. The vibe was very casual, cozy and unpretentious. We opted for a window-side booth. Our server, Kate, attended to us right away and did a great job. The drinks were notable. I had a hard time choosing something from the wine list, but I settled on the Primitivo. However, my wife hit the jackpot with her drink, a coffee creation called the Montezuma Mocha Latte. It was an espresso with vegan chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chili powder and cayenne pepper. It was a chocolatey treat with an intense complementary zing. For us, this concoction set a standard for a liquid chocolate treat. Their vegetarian menu offered several inventive and inviting options. We are not vegetarians, but we still enjoy good veg dishes. And what we tried here had to be among the best we have ever had. There are some very nice starters available and we opted for the Mediterranean Plate, which included sweet peppers, garlic stuffed olives, grilled flat bread and crackers. The dips were hummus and whipped feta topped with honey. The feta was the highlight, but the peppers were also unusually good and the flat bread was warm and delicious. For her main, my wife had a Peppadew Grilled Cheese Sandwich. This was a huge winner. It was comfort food that was wonderfully flavorful. It featured melted Peppadew Cheddar and homemade apricot jam. Wow! It absolutely presented the perfect blend of flavors crashing together. I was fortunate that my wife shared a couple of bites of this gratifying sandwich with me. I tried the Masoor Dal for my main, which featured chili ginger garlic, spiced lentils with tomatoes, onion, cucumber and carrots over basmati rice topped with a touch of cilantro aoli. It came with a side of that lovely grilled flatbread. It was very good but, if dinner were a battle, my wife was the clear winner. My selection was terrific but hers was superbly memorable. Then came dessert. We couldn't resist as there were some fabulously decadent options. We finally decided on the Espresso Truffle Cake. This presented a flourless cake crust made with black and Dutch cocoas, dark chocolate and espresso powder topped with a chocolate espresso cream cheese mousse and finished with a layer of chocolate ganache. It was great, especially when accompanied by a dark roast coffee. Again, this instantly became a standard-bearer for us as far as chocolatey desserts. There was quite a lot of food with our order. Our bill with food, drink, tax and tip was $80. The prices here were actually quite reasonable and you don't have to spend nearly that much for a good meal. But we enjoyed our choices and had leftovers to bring home. Looking back, I would have done nothing different. I hope we have a chance to try this place again.
Mark K — Google review
Ate here for the first time this afternoon and wow, it exceeded my already high expectations. Our food was incredibly delicious! I had the Havana Shakedown large burrito, my wife had the Peruvian Tofu sandwich, the kids had the Mozzarella Stack sandwich and The Goat quesadilla. I was a little scared by the Frank's Red Hot and carrots (in a burrito), but it all worked. My burrito was sweet and spicy with lot of flavor. It didn't try to be something it wasn't, very unique and fresh food. It was perfect, even the carrots. My wife really enjoyed her Peruvian Tofu sandwich. We intended on sharing a little but both liked it so much we ate our own. She even finished before I did! Vegan and vegan friendly (made vegan with small modification), plus gluten free were clearly marked on the menu. Really appreciate that and wish restaurants did a better job of that. I wish there were more restaurants like Labyrinth. I hate vegan restaurants that are just Beyond products or every menu item has fake meat. This is exactly how a vegan/vegetarian restaurant should be. It's a an interesting range of food and not just typical stuff made vegan, it's very creative. I told some staff on the way out that the food was excellent and probably my favorite restaurant. It really is everything I'm looking for, unique menu, clearly marked for people with different diets, no fake meat, cool place, nice people, great food.

My husband and I were very excited to try out this unique place during our weekend getaway in Jamestown. We sat at the bar and were able to order both a margarita for myself and a cappuccino for my husband. Neither of us are vegetarian, but the vegetarian/vegan food menu had a great selection. My husband ordered the African Peanut Burger and I got the Goodfellas Flatbread. They were both absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. The servers were quick, friendly, and attentive.
