The Bursa Grand Mosque, also known as the Ulu Mosque, is a magnificent and ornate structure built in 1399 by Ottoman Sultan Bayezid. This Seljuk-style mosque features 20 domes and two towering minarets, making it a dominant and enduring symbol of Bursa.
The Grand Mosque in Bursa is a truly remarkable place – majestic, beautiful, and filled with a sense of history and spiritual peace. We visited early in the morning, when everything was still quiet and the mosque was gently alive with people in prayer. The atmosphere was deeply moving – a moment of calm and reflection that’s well worth experiencing. When visiting, don’t miss the chance to wander through the side streets around the mosque. It’s there that you’ll truly feel the heart of Bursa, surrounded by kind, welcoming locals and the charm of everyday life. A visit that leaves a lasting impression.

🕌 A must-see place in Bursa! Ulu Cami (Grand Mosque) is one of the finest examples of early Ottoman architecture. The atmosphere inside is peaceful, and the historical details are truly impressive. A perfect spot to take photos and feel the spirit of history.

The Ulu Cami Mosque is an absolute must-see! If you visit Bursa, this magnificent mosque should definitely be on your list. It was commissioned by Sultan Bayezid I after his victory at the Battle of Nicopolis in 1396 and completed around 1399. The mosque was designed by the famous architect Ali Neccar, and it stands as one of the finest examples of early Ottoman architecture. Built in the Seljuk multi-dome style, it features 20 domes supported by massive pillars, a design that symbolically reflects the Sultan’s vow to build twenty mosques, which he instead fulfilled by constructing one grand mosque with twenty domes. As its name suggests, the “Great Mosque” is truly majestic, richly decorated with intricate calligraphy, geometric motifs, and a central fountain used for ablution. Ulu Cami marks an important transition between the Seljuk and classical Ottoman styles, blending simplicity, symmetry, and spiritual harmony.

The grand mosque of Bursa is beautiful, it’s old, it’s reminiscent of old Islamic architecture, its calligraphy is one to see, and the cover of the Holy Kaaba in Mecca is just icing on an already very beautified cake

A Must-Visit Gem – The Authentic Bursa Grand Bazaar Visiting the Bursa Grand Bazaar was truly one of the highlights of my trip. The atmosphere is vibrant, rich with culture, and filled with the kind of authenticity you rarely experience in modern markets. From the moment you step inside, you're transported into a world where tradition meets charm. What makes this place so special isn't just the variety of goods—from beautiful handwoven scarves and traditional textiles to spices, jewellery, and local crafts—but also the people. The shopkeepers are genuinely warm, welcoming, and proud of their heritage. They’re always happy to share stories behind their products and offer you tea while you browse, making the experience feel personal and unforgettable. The bazaar has a unique energy that reflects the deep history of Bursa itself. It’s not overly commercialised like many tourist spots—it’s authentic, rooted in centuries-old trade and craftsmanship. If you’re visiting Turkey, especially if you're interested in culture, local experiences, or just want to enjoy an amazing shopping atmosphere, the Bursa Grand Bazaar is an absolute must. You won’t regret it!

Zafer Plaza is a bustling urban mall located in the heart of Bursa. Despite appearing small from the outside, it actually consists of three floors underground, with shops and cafes in one building and a food court, cinema, and additional shops in another. The mall features a glass ceiling and offers a wide range of retailers for visitors to explore. It's also recommended as an ideal destination for rainy days in Bursa.

Koza Han, also known as Cocoon Han, is a historic silk market with stunning Ottoman-era architecture and a wide range of retailers. This multilevel han was built at the end of the 15th century by architect Abdul Ula Bin Pulad Shah under the orders of Ottoman Sultan Bayezid II. The han served as an inn for merchants and consists of two courtyards, barns, warehouses, and 95 rooms.
Beautiful building. Courtyard offered a serene place for a cup of tea. Bazaar style shopping to be had around the outside of building. Inside had lil shops with silk scarves and delicates. Fresh fruits and veggies galore a lil further down. Enjoyed this explorer day alot!
Hana S — Google review
Visiting friends in Bursa for the Adha holiday, I was invited, among other places, to experience the special atmosphere of this charming place, the Koza Han, where people flock from various places in Turkey and around the city. It’s a huge courtyard where cafés and other shops abound, each offering their unique coffee flavor, sweets or food. We settled in one corner overlooking the yard, and waited patiently for what proved to be the best Turkish coffee I’ve tasted to date: Gözde kahve (favorite coffee). What makes it unique is the way it’s prepared slowly over coal, the way one would barbecue. The server brought the trays carrying the empty cups (each of a different color), as well as water and loukoum, a local tradition, which I find endearing. Later, when the coffee was ready, he brought each separately in a copper coffee pot, made differently to meet each of our tastes (sweet, black, half sugar). Just sitting there and observing the crowd around gives one a sense of serenity and calm, something we needed at the end of a very busy and tiring day. People sitting and chatting, others mulling around, the smell of coffee brewing hanging in the air, it’s all a pleasure one has to experience. I would definitely recommend for everyone who gets the chance to enjoy 😊 this treat.

It might be a historical place. But it is occupied by cafes. And everyone smokes here. You can feel vibe of smoking heaven. If there are not many cafes here like now, it would be much beautiful and great place than now.

Beautiful place with shops specialized in different things but mostly silk. Ambient is nice. There is very small masjid in the middle from 2hich you can take more panoramic pics and videos fir the place. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because only being small but there several other Han beside it so you can walk for longer time and see other shops but most importantly enjoy the sepcial vibe there.

Step into the Panorama 1326 Bursa Conquest Museum and be transported back to the 14th century Ottoman conquest of the city. The museum, located in the Osmangazi district of Bursa, boasts a futuristic dome with a 360-degree image depicting the historic event. Visitors can immerse themselves in the scene as they stand on the field of victory, witnessing Sultan Orhan Gazi overseeing the takeover while Byzantines leave the castle.
We visited the Bursa Museum, the panoramic painting view was outstanding. It was my 1st experience to see this painting, we all family members loved the art, atmosphere & knowledge imparted to us. Excellent job by the organisers.

The museum is amazing. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The tickets are very cheap, you even get discounts for kids and for people over 65 it's free. Wednesdays is the entrance also free for everyone. The old times are wonderfully represented by the pictures and paintings. The antique artifacts are so cool. They have such cute items in the souvenir shop, especially the coin you can get which will be imprinted right then and there. Overall it is a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend to go there if you get the chance to visit Bursa.

It's a great museum. The panorama is so beautiful, I brought a guest with me and they thought the characters in the picture were real people. It's like you're going back to the old times when Bursa was conquered.
Ishak B — Google review
The museum is probably one of the smallest collection I have visited. The experience was not as I imagined it to be its a dome with hand drawn pictures of life pre-ottoman period. I enjoyed the displays downstairs of the clothing worn in the Ertugal series. I also loved the tiles display which lead us to visit Iznik to see some of the artwork still being made to date and I highly recommend.

Tophane Clock Tower is a striking 15-meter-tall neoclassical structure that was reconstructed in 1905. Originally built as a fire tower, it has become a popular attraction for both local and Arab tourists, partly due to the city's natural beauty and its prominence in Turkish movies and TV series. The area around the clock tower is rich in historical sites, including the tombs of Osman Ghazi and Orhan Ghazi, the founding fathers of the Ottoman Empire.
Totally worth it! If not for the historical monuments then at least just for the fantastic view of old town Bursa with its beautiful old mosques and bazaars, and the gorgeous mountainside.

The Osman Gazi Türbesi is an Ottoman tomb located on a hilltop in Bursa, Turkey. The building has been reconstructed from a Byzantine structure and includes a terrace with cafes that offer stunning views of the surrounding area. While some visitors find the tomb to be overly decorated and not aligned with Islamic teachings, it remains an important historical site for many people. The tomb itself is elevated above floor level, which goes against traditional Islamic burial practices.
Visiting the Osman Gazi Tomb was a truly moving experience. As the founder of the Ottoman Empire, Osman Gazi holds a significant place in Turkish history. The tomb itself is beautifully maintained and reflects the grandeur of the Ottoman era. The serene atmosphere allows for quiet reflection on the life and legacy of this important figure. It's a must-visit for anyone interested in Turkish history and culture!

Here lies the founder of the Ottoman Empire. The shrine attracts many visitors and is ket in a very good condition. The guards at the entrance are dressed in the former of the days when Osman was the Sultan. They are a part of the attraction of the place. As it is a mausoleum, modest dressing is recommended.

The resting place of Osman Gazi, holy shrines of other important figures and close companions of the Ottoman regime. Located in Tophane park, which overlooks the panoramic view of Bursa city. Open to the visitors and free to enter, a calm, quiet and peaceful atmosphere near the tomb. A ceremonial reenactment used to perform there. Dressed as Ottoman soldiers and offer tribute to them in a crowd of spectators. Orhan Gazi's (Son of Osman Gazi) resting place is also next to this. Really a place to feel the old history and understand. A must visit spot in Bursa.

The tomb of the first Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Osman Gazi! When Bursa was conquered in 1326, Osman was still alive but too ill and old to take part in the campaign, so his son Orhan led the conquest. Next to Osman Gazi’s tomb, you’ll also find the tomb of his son, Orhan Gazi. What’s interesting is that the tomb of Osman Gazi is still guarded by human guards!

Visiting the tomb of Osman Gazi was an amazing and unforgettable experience. As the founder of the great Ottoman Empire (Osmanlı Sultanate), his final resting place carries immense historical and cultural importance. The tomb is beautifully preserved, and the peaceful atmosphere allows visitors to truly reflect on the legacy of this iconic leader. What made my visit even more special was witnessing a traditional parade near the tomb. It added a vibrant and ceremonial touch to the experience, giving a glimpse into the rich Ottoman heritage and how it’s still honored today. The location also offers stunning views over Bursa, and nearby sites like Orhan Gazi’s Tomb and the historic Tophane Clock Tower make it a perfect spot for history lovers. A must-visit destination for anyone exploring the roots of the Ottoman Empire!

Cicek Izgara is a restaurant located near the tourist center of Bursa, offering a variety of dishes. While some find the prices high, others consider them reasonable given the location and current economy. The portion sizes vary, with some being too big or too small. Despite this, visitors praise the delicious food, particularly highlighting the kofte dish as a must-try unique to Bursa.

The food is nice and fresh. Service is fast. However, it is very pricey. I paid 430TL for a mixed grill ( karisik izagar). The price for items has literally doubled in price in 7 months. Cafe
Baycan Beyin Meşhur Kahvesi is a charming restaurant in Bursa, Turkey, offering a rich culinary experience and an inviting atmosphere. It's a great spot to savor aromatic Turkish coffee and indulge in flavorful hamburgers and sandwiches. The serene outdoor setting provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. Visitors appreciate the attentive service and beautiful surroundings, making it an ideal place to unwind during a visit to this historic city.
Baycan Bey’s famous coffee is a must-try in Bursa! The taste is rich and special, and the place has a cozy, traditional atmosphere. They offer water, pomegranate sherbet, and special dates as complimentary treats. The staff are friendly and helpful. A perfect stop for coffee lovers! ☕️
Nafise S — Google review
My daughter and I decided to take a little rest from walking around the bazaar. We decided to stop by the nearest cafe. We were greeted almost immediately, seated and our order taken in a timely fashion. I had a latte, it was good. My daughter decided to have a bite to eat and she had the chicken wrap, also good. The young ladies serving us were attentive as we really didn’t wait much and the atmosphere calming and the weather beautiful. I would return.
Aasya S — Google review
Coffee was top notch. Lotus cake and other snacks sub par. Would highly recommend to get a coffee only. Don't fall for other treats.
A S — Google review
Service was basically zero. The owner seemed aggressive and not welcoming at all. We went for breakfast, but the quality was really low — the bread was ice cold, and even the eggs were cold. In my opinion they don’t care about customer service; The place wasn’t that clean either. I’d definitely recommend avoiding this spot — there are much better places right across this place with far better hospitality. We actually went to one afterward just to forget the bad experience here.

Best Turkish Coffee in Bursa with a twist. Coffee is heated directly onto the ceramic cup. Full bodied turkish coffee ! Relaxing atmosphere in the surrounding han. Highly recommended.
Fazly M — Google review
Amazing food! Nice service ! Really pleasant atmosphere ! 100% recommend it!
Delia N — Google review
I cannot comment about the coffee mentioned in the other reviews, as we went there only for a breakfast on a weekday. The ambiance and atmosphere are very nice, as it is located in an old khan, but I cannot tell the same for breakfast. It was very basic, none of the products they serve is anything special. It feels like as if they are all bought from the closest supermarket. On top of that, they served cold, not-toasted bread, which a big minus for me for breakfast. And not to forget: The price for one person is probably the highest I paid for breakfast in Bursa. It might be a decent option to stop by for a coffee if you are discovering Bursa old town, but I do not recommend it for breakfast at all.

Kebab shop
This kebab shop Kebapçı İskender is a popular attraction near the city center in Bursa, Turkey. The ground meat skewers are delicious and the atmosphere is old-fashioned and traditional. It can be difficult to get a seat, but it's worth it.
I ate Iskander kebab for the first time, and for me (that my country has many kinds of delicious kebabs), the taste stayed with me forever. The respectful treatment of the staff, good service and nostalgic atmosphere along with the fair price was a complete package.
Behrooz B — Google review
It is a very authentic experience to taste Iskander Kebab in Bursa. The real shop is the blue building. Others may be ok but this is original. Enjoy ur food.
AMIR B — Google review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tarihi Mavi Dükkan İskender 1867 is a must-visit for lovers of traditional Turkish kebab. The food is incredibly tasty and full of authentic flavor. This place has been around for a long time, and it shows in the quality and care they put into every dish. You might have to wait a little, but it’s definitely worth it. The İskender is especially amazing. Highly recommended for a true taste of Turkish cuisine!
Nusret K — Google review
Best İskender, I had. The portion is the right size, with a generous amount of butter, making it a tasty and true comfort food. Compared to other places I tried in Bursa, this one was much better in both quality and service, which was superior. Highly recommend it!!!
Murat Y — Google review
We wanted to try İskender kebap here, but there was a long queue, so we left at first. Later, while walking by, we saw an available table and went in. We sat and ordered, but the waiter didn’t seem happy with our order and just said “PEKI.” After a few minutes, a group of five guests arrived, and their food was served quickly, while we were still waiting! We found this behavior unfair. The food was good, but it’s expensive and not really worth the price.
Nafise S — Google review
Historical Land Mark of Bursa. This is the place invented Döner (gyros) and İskender kebab because the chefs name was İskender his son Cevat continued the tradition. Its delicious!

Best Iskander kebab i've eaten. It was really delicious. Place is small, but cozy. Is normally full, so you need to wait outside. The staff is very friendly. Definitely a MUST place to try while in Bursa.
Wilbert A — Google review
The food was very fresh and delicious, authentically cooked over coals and served in a perfectly balanced plate of meat, bread and yogurt. The wait was shortened by the fact that they very efficiently take your order beforehand and therefore once seated, you receive the food in a matter of minutes. In my opinion, well worth the price!

The İnkaya Historical Plane Tree, a symbol of the city, is a towering tree that has stood for centuries. It reaches an impressive height of 35 meters and boasts branches that extend up to 18 meters in diameter. This ancient tree is estimated to be around 610 years old and is a popular tourist attraction. Visitors can park their cars at the nearby Otopark for a fee of 10TL and take a short walk of approximately 150 meters to reach the site.
This is a must-visit in Bursa! A massive, centuries-old tree that is truly impressive, with its wide branches providing a beautiful, shaded area to relax. The nearby cafés offer tea and traditional Turkish snacks, making it a great spot to enjoy nature and history. A peaceful and scenic place—highly recommended!

An amazing place! it having a cafe under the tree 🌳, it was unexpected. It was 600 yr old tree 🌳.It gives an amazing perspective on the earth’s timeline.there is somany restaurants there and shops to purchase for tourists..
UMI S — Google review
This is one of the oldest trees in the world, which is well over 600 years old. The tree protected by the government and it is kept is a very good condition. Unfortunately, in the area where the city is, there are numerous tables for a restaurant nearby, the presence of which undermines the principles of keeping the tree safe. Overall, you would enjoy admiring the natural masterpiece.
Reza N — Google review
The view of the tree is nice, we went in autmun so it wasn't really that full of leaves. There's a very steep walk upwards to it though which was very hard for us and by the time we got there we were out of breath🤣

İnkaya is home to a 600-year-old majestic plane tree, offering a cool and refreshing atmosphere under its vast shade. Surrounded by natural beauty and with a stunning view of Bursa, it's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery.

The tree was impressive, though the service was poor maybe due to Eid holiday. We waited for more than 30 mins to get the order, smoking was horribly allowed to the point I got allergic reaction. The atmosphere and the views were amazing.

You can visit the place for free. The tree is 610 years old, huge and has restaurant hence surrounded by tables and chairs.

Nature & Parks
Nestled in the heart of Bursa, Reşat Oyal Culture Park is a delightful escape for both locals and visitors alike. Established in 1955, this expansive park spans an impressive 393 thousand square meters and serves as the city's first major green space. With its serene boating pond surrounded by charming tea gardens, restaurants, and bars, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Families can enjoy various attractions including playgrounds and carnival rides while taking leisurely boat rides on the tranquil lake.
Reşat Oyal Culture Park: During my Eid break, I went to this park. The total area of Reşat Oyal Culture Park is 393,000 square meters. Bursa's Reşat Oyal Culture Park first opened its doors in 1955. I love this park because, as spring arrives, so many new leaves and flowers sprout around it. This park has an abundance of flowers along every path that can make your life's stress disappear. There are lots of tulip blooms in the park, including red, yellow, and pink ones. That was incredibly fascinating!! The park includes tea gardens, restaurants, the Bursa Archaeology Museum, the Conservatory Building, the Open Air Theatre, and an amusement park. The name of the amusement park is Luna Park or Altin Park. Because of the Eid season, it was packed with kids and their families. This theme park offers an enormous selection of rides. These include the Atli Carinca, Ferris Wheel, Crushing cars, Adrenalin Max, Gandola, Mini Train, Octopus Ride, Crazy Dancing, and many more
Syeda Y — Google review
What a beautiful park. I wish every city had a vast green open space in the heart of downtown just like this one. People and children in the city deserve to have access to green spaces that are peaceful and reflect nature.

Had lots of fun with the kids, just 1 important thing to remind is when needing to go on thr rides you will need to have a pay per rides card which is easy to purchase from within the grounds of the culture park rides area.

Uludağ Teleferik is the world's longest aerial tram, spanning 5.5 miles from the city to a nearby ski resort and park. Whether visiting in winter or summer, Uludağ offers a range of experiences. In winter, it's a snowy wonderland perfect for skiing, while in summer, the cool weather provides relief from the heat.
Have been here 2 times.. 2019 and 30 December 2024. My son was excited during the whole trip. ❤️❤️
Sabara — Google review
It was an okay ride. The price was high compared to the ride. There was a bit of a wait to get the tickets and there was a part of the lift that was not working so we only were able to ride half of it. If you have money to spare do it or else, it’s okay to miss it. One of the employees spoke arabic so that was very helpful.
Mike A — Google review
The view is absolutely stunning and worth seeing at least once. However, the cable car is quite expensive—especially for non-Turkish visitors, and it's unclear why there's a price difference. What's more frustrating is that they still charge the full fare even when the second station is closed, meaning you can't reach the summit. While it's officially "due to maintenance," it's clear that this closure is seasonal, as the upper section is simply not open in summer. Overall, it felt overpriced for a partial experience. I’m glad I saw it once, but I wouldn’t go again.
Elfra F — Google review
While the views from the Uludağ cable car are undeniably breathtaking, the overall experience left much to be desired. As a foreigner, I was charged 950 TL (around €22), which feels unfairly steep—especially considering that half the line was apparently "under maintenance" (we were told we couldn’t reach the summit, a common excuse it seems during the low season). There was no prior warning about the limited access, and no reduced fare to reflect the shorter ride. Beyond the scenic ride itself, the rest of the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. For the price paid, I expected more than just a one-way view and vague explanations. The natural beauty is there, but everything else—from pricing to transparency—needs serious improvement.
Carmine M — Google review
Love it... Very organized. The fast line cost 300 lira but it's worth it... You don't have to wait to get there. Clean cars, the mountains are beautiful, touring the forest is a must. Must try if u visit Bursa
Ola J — Google review
Wonderful experience to fly through the mountains covered with trees and clouds on top. I am so happy that the people and government of Turkey have taken a good care of their country. Would love to visit again.
Haroon M — Google review
The views were great. But the prices were outrageous. My Turkish fiancé was 90 tl to ride the cable car whereas, they charged me 300 tl because of my USA passport. It’s not fair. We spent 110 tl on just 2 coffees. Make sure to bring your own food because everything is overpriced. Other than that, the mountain is a great place to escape the heat and stress of the city. Many playgrounds for children.
Kerenza P — Google review
One of the amazing experiences I had in Turkey. The cable way has 2 stops. The first one (Satialan) is at 1635 m altitude. Once out, you will fund many activities and things to do for the whole family. You can have nature walks in the amazing fir forest, play at the adventure park, rent a bike or ATV, have a picnic in nature and many other things. You can easily spend the day there especially for families. The second stop (kurbagakaya) is at 1810 m altitude. It has ski resorts and chalets. The ride in the cable way itself is amazing since you go up Uludag mountain, then ride almost horizontally, then ride to to the top very close to the trees where you can enjoy the fir trees. It is a must when in Bursa.

Food, service , view and vibe is amazing. Their kavurma and adana kabab stole the show. It was delicious. Its kind of a high end restaurant but definitely worth it.

Breathtaking views, especially at sunset. The food is outstanding — there’s nothing we didn’t love. The chicken tikka and lamb sheesh kebab were exceptional, and the Adana was also delicious. Honestly, I can’t think of a single dish that wasn’t mouthwatering. The service is excellent too. One of the best things is that they cook fresh meat right in front of you — you can see the quality and care that goes into every dish. It’s a bit pricey, but when everything tastes this good, it’s absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it! The touch of live music really lifts the atmosphere. 😍

It was a rainy day. I went there with my family, when I was going to leave my car suddenly broken...! The owner of the restaurant helped me so much... He was trying to fix it with his staff despite the heavy rain. When he failed, he called the emergency maintenance service & talk to them in Turkish. We were waiting for the emergency service to come maybe for one hour. During this period We stayed in the restaurant under his hospitality. He ordered again drinks and desserts & fruits for my kids & after we are done he refused to take any money for the things we have ordered... I tyred too much to pay but he's insisted not to take the money....! What a great & generous man. I will definitely go again for this place. I owe them so much.

Zennup is a cozy chophouse restaurant located in the heart of Bursa. The menu features traditional Turkish fare as well as small plates and breakfast. The restaurant is popular with tourists, and the service is efficient and friendly. Constant refillings make it a great place to eat for anyone looking for quality food at a fair price.
I would recommend this restaurant I drive all the way for having lunch here not for the first time! The food is great in term of taste and variety, the prices are high but deserved. Washroom available beside the restaurant, the staff are helpful and easy to communicate, the place is well maintained and high in term of hygiene. There are some items sold in the entrance I purchased raspberries jam and some gifts for coming back home, the jam taste so good and fresh. The place is spacious which make easy to get a table we came before as big group and they managed the space for us, indoors and outdoors seatings available.

We had the absolute pleasure of trying the full set menu breakfast at Zennup’s Bursa branch, and it did not disappoint! I was genuinely surprised (again!) by the sheer variety and how incredibly delicious every single dish was, from the cheeses and olives to the freshly baked breads and jams. One dish that really stood out was their soft veal stir fry. I’ll admit, I was hesitant to try it I’m not the biggest meat lover to begin with, and I’ve often found the taste of meat in Turkey to be a bit on the heavier side. But this dish? Wow! what a pleasant surprise! It was tender, delicately seasoned, melts in your mouth and incredibly flavorful without being overwhelming. The staff were also super sweet and attentive. We’re big tea lovers, and this place was basically tea heaven, the moment you finish your glass, someone is there with a fresh refill. Never-ending tea? Yes, please! The ambiance was just as lovely, fresh, light, airy, and so inviting. The kind of place you want to linger in. I would definitely go back again if we’re ever in Bursa. Zennup truly knows how to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

The food is delicious. We ordered ( salad, cherry vine leaves , extra bread, eggplant hummus , bread with meat and yogurt, chili with yogurt, potato chips, iced hibiscus drink) For 2 people 3,558 Tr. Note the charge Service. Staff are kind and welcoming. Parking area is pleanty, suits groups. They have AC The price is higher than other restaurants. But yet delicious.

This is not just a restaurant — it’s a journey through Anatolian culinary history. Every dish is beautifully presented and full of flavor, inspired by Ottoman, Seljuk, and Hittite traditions. We especially loved the İspir beans with pastırma and the cherry leaf wraps. The desserts were just as impressive — the Helva-i Hakani was rich and satisfying. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm, with tasteful décor that reflects Turkish heritage. One of the most unique features is the sourdough museum inside, showcasing centuries-old yeast cultures — truly one of a kind. Service was excellent — staff were friendly, knowledgeable, Prices are on the higher side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. Tip: Make a reservation in advance, especially on weekends — it gets very busy. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa and looking for a special meal rooted in tradition with a modern touch!

Service is almost perfect maybe one of the best. Only location needs to chance amd there is no restroom in side. I recommend to taste harmony ottoman culture & anatolia foods.

An upscale dining experience in Bursa. The food is very delicious and is full of flavors and spices. The meats are cooked perfectly and are very well seasoned. I recommend trying a variety of dishes since they are easy for sharing. You can buy fresh baked sourdough bread here and some other homemade items they have.

It seems like everything is quite good, but after that you go to toilet. And toilet is also quite clean and good. But its virus around and hand dryer is kinda forbidden, but you should wash your hands often. And you are washing and try to find way to make them dry and you know what? Hand dryers closed but there is no paper to dry your hands 😑 so whats next? you are going out with wet hands. Nothing to tell more. Well done 👌🏻

(Translated by Google) The interior is stylish, tidy and spacious. It gives off an air of well-designed luxury. WC is upstairs. The friendliness and attention is nice from the moment you enter. We preferred pita with chicken, kashar and minced meat. You wait for about 10-15 minutes. While you are waiting, they serve hot spice salad and raw meatballs. I think the taste and size of the pitas were standard. I can say neither very good nor bad. The flavors were on point. (Original) İçerisi şık, düzenli ve ferah. İyi dizayn edilmiş lüks havası veriyor. Wc üst katta. Girişten itibaren güleryüz ve ilgi güzel. Tavuklu kaşarlı ve kıymalı pide tercih ettik. Yaklaşık 10-15 dk kadar bekliyorsunuz. Beklerken acı baharat salata çiğköfte servis ediyorlar. Pidelerin tadı boyutu standarttı bence. Ne çok iyi ne kötü diyebilirim. Lezzetler yerindeydi.

Sio’la (SİOLA) Ristorante Pizzeria & Cafe in Bursa offers a delightful experience with its delicious and crispy crust pizzas that come in a variety of flavors. The service is quick, and the prices are very affordable. The restaurant is highly recommended for its authentic Italian-style pizza, which some say tastes more like it's from Italy than Turkey.
