It doesn’t quite match their menus’ palate but, nevertheless, it’s tasty. Their Fisherman Stew is packed with tons of seafood flavor - make sure to ask for extra bread to sop up that sauce! The Scallop Piccata is perfectly cooked with a nice sear on the surface and a creamy, velvety texture on the inside - my only complaint is that there’s not more! Lastly, my go to is the chunky piece of Grilled Filet Mignon which is always perfectly cooked. It comes with a very rich au poivre sauce generously drizzled over the meat and the creamy mashed potatoes. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Great tasting food. Very nice service. Maybe only downside is the line to wait so get there early! But otherwise worth it. We went twice for breakfast on this trip to Provincetown. I got the Mexican Scramble both times (delish!) and my husband got the Pear Ricotta pancakes the first day and the Cinnamon Roll French toast the 2nd day. We shared to get a little sweet and savory. Yum! On the 2nd visit, we invited friends who ordered the Benedicts and enjoyed them. No espresso so no lattes but their drip coffee is very good so no complaints. Love it here and would definitely recommend.

We had the complete opposite experience. When we first entered, I thought the space was very cool, but it was pretty well crowded and noisy. My partner had a glass of Chardonnay and he thought it was a little bit pricey. The bread that was brought to the table was tasteless. The olive oil had no flavor at all. We shared the beet salad and it was OK. I ordered fettuccine with a Bolognese sauce and my partner had a chicken and shrimp dish with a vodka sauce. When the server ever put my meal down in front of me, I just sort of laughed. There had to be a pound of pasta in there and maybe 2 tablespoons of meat and really no sauce at all. I know what Bolognese sauce is, and I make it at home and I occasionally have it while we’re dining out and this was not Bolognese sauce. Whenever I order Bolognese sauce out, there’s always a lot of the sauce with the meat on top of the pasta, this was all mixed in and sparse. I was going to suck it up and eat it but then I just said I do that all the time, so when our server came over to ask how it was, I said there’s just about no meat in this at all and she even admitted that it’s usually meatier. You’ll see the picture that I posted.  She offered to bring another dish and I accepted and it was a little better, but even like the first one the flavor was off, I don’t know how to describe it, but the sauce just wasn’t right.  It tasted old and burned. My partner‘s dish, the pasta was undercooked, and the sauce was over salted.  The chicken was cut in little tiny cubes and was coated in a batter.  There were two shrimp in the dish.  The total came to $140 before the tip.  The wall next to our table was coated in dried food and probably never cleaned. To top it all off, I got up to use the men’s room before we left and I always make sure I lock the door and while I was doing my thing, a woman walked in on me. I guess the lock on the door doesn’t work. After my experience, it felt like a tourist trap.  I was really disappointed.

A lot of the restaurants including this one is very dog friendly. Were we able to bring our German Shepherd with us outside and eat there. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. I had a Cubano sandwich. Was there something very different than I usually have? And I'm glad I did. It was probably the best sandwich that I've had in a long time and was tempted to bring another one back to our hotel with us. The clam charter was excellent where it was not too rich and not too thin but perfect for our taste. I had a nice white linen cocktail and my partner was able to get a yummy mocktail that perfectly complimented our oysters. They were careless with cross-contamination of food and for a 7:30 reservation, we didn't eat anything until after 8:30 pm. We chose this restaurant because it was well-liked by friends and family. We arrived at the time of our reservation and the host told us our table would be ready in 10 min, it was ready over 30 min later. Once seated, it took over 15 min for a server to come take our order, he stated the kitchen was backed up and that's why he was delayed. When we were placing orders, he said there was no cross-contamination between seafood and the fryer used for french fries. He then said that he actually wasn't sure about cross-contamination and recommended someone in our party avoid French fries, just in case (they have a severe seafood allergy). Broccolini was provided as a substitute, however, it arrived cold. The server then microwaved the food to re-heat it. For the gluten allergy, the person requested a salad without breadcrumbs and the salad had to be re-fired. The food was delicious however the floor staff made the experience incredibly unpleasant, they were disorganized and uncommunicative. The floor manager never checked in, despite walking past our table multiple times and seeing us waiting. We tried to contact the restaurant afterwards to raise our concerns and they have not replied, despite us paying over $70 per person for this dinner.
