Great service, great food so we thought that the Ajax would be the same, but more casual and it certainly was not. It was a three at best. Next time we stay at the Little Nell, we will not go back to Ajax Tavern. Very disappointing.

I have been to Aspen many times and used this company for other activities but never for flyfishing. I started my day with an experienced guide, Lawrence, and he took me to Woody Creek to fish for trout! I loved that they put one guide with only one to two customers. The sandwich includes all the main elements from Cuban sandwiches but with their own touch.
