De los $700 se te bonificaba $500 en bebidas y alimentos en el restaurante que OJO no te permiten que vayas al restaurante, solo que te traigan la comida a los camastros, el precio de los alimentos sobrepasa los $500 asi que si van 2 personas si o si pagaras mucho mas. (Por cierto no es que te lo bonifiquen, es porque te OBLIGAN a que consumas en el lugar). Hay un baño de hombre y uno de mujer y una regadera de uso común, además de que te prestan 2 toallas. Lo malo de este lugar, además de que te OBLIGAN a pagar 20% de propinas, te PROHIBEN comprar cualquier comida que te vayan ofreciendo los vendedores ambulantes, eso te lo dejan muy claro. Nosotros quisimos darles el beneficio de la duda sin embargo en una de las ocasiones que estuvimos aquí abusaron y nos cobraron mucho mas de lo que ya se había establecido. Aquí nuestro error fue no REVISAR bien la cuenta ya que pagamos y luego revisamos, así que les pido a quien lea esto por favor siempre se fijen que le sestan cobrando, porque el personal siempre fue amable pero hicieron algo muy poco ético. Primero el mesero al traer la terminal, esta no parecía funcionar bien (parecía trabada) así que pidió que le diéramos nuestro PIN de la tarjeta para el colocarlo (NUNCA LO HAGAN!), le dijimos que mejor cobrara sin contacto, el mesero dudoso de no saber realizar la operación al final lo realizo y se vio muy sorprendido, reacción muy sospechosa. El mesero se llevo la nota y no nos dejo mas que el recibo del pago, pero ya recordando lo que habíamos pedido nos pareció que la cuenta había sido mas cara que el día anterior, así que le hablamos nuevamente al mesero y el nos comento que por ser SABADO SANTO se cobraba EXTRA por el servicio!! Posterior a eso llamamos al encargado al cual le preguntamos si era cierto y el dijo que no, le explicamos lo que dijo el mesero, el encargado regreso con $40 pesos cuando debió de regresarnos $240 (el dijo que la terminal se había trabado y cobrado 25% de servicio) le pedimos que nos trajera la cuenta nuevamente a lo cual simplemente nos hizo entender que no se podía, ya lo dejamos así, pero si le dijimos que estaba muy mal. En nuestro caso no fue mas que $200 pesos porque no consumimos mucho, pero en cuentas mas grandes es posible que se lleven su buena ganancia. Asi que invito a todos a que si desean ir a la playa de los Muertos vayan a cualquier lugar menos al RESTAURANTE del HOTEL DELFIN PUERTO VALLARTA.

It’s an experience so plan on spending the entire evening. I recommend buying tickets on their website in advance. You will take off from Puerto Magico, the main port where the cruise ships come and go. Everyone is super nice and will direct you to the right place. Follow signs to Rhythms of the Night. You will check in and get your tickets for your boat, wait for your number to be called, and go through security. The boat ride was fun. We saw some whales jumping out of the water. They take you about an hour down the coast to a jungle setting. It’s rustic so please don’t expect paved sidewalks and handrails. It would be tough for someone who has mobility issues. Fair warning. However, there are bathrooms and water and everything you need when you get there. We are dinner right away and you can wonder around and listen to the music or lay on the hammock before the show. The show was nothing short of amazing. These performers do things that you can hardly believe are possible. I highly recommend. So here goes... Thursday 11/20 - we did the Marietas Islands and Beach BBQ Tour. This was a large group activity but they had an entire team equipped to serve the passengers from the boat ride to the water activities. We were on boat #4, I believe our host was Danny. He was lively and kept the spirits high! I wish I could remember the rest of the crew members names because they were just as great too. They serve light refreshments on boat ride too (coffee, adult beverages, water, fruit, and sweet bread). Once you arrive at the islands, you are provided with a snorkel, goggles, and flippers to help you swim and see all that the reef has to offer. It is time limited but don't worry, because you'll be off to Majahuitas Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever seen in my life. They served a great buffet style lunch, it was probably some of the best food we had while we were here (for it being buffet style--we stayed at an all inclusive). Once you're headed back, the crew members are serving drinks and even put on a performance on the deck. Again, things are time limited, but it's so incredibly worth it. We will definitely be back for the the luxury snorkeling tour at Majahuitas. Friday 11/21 - we did Rhythms of the Night. This was recommended by my family. We bought the standard passes with a photo package. We were on boat #16 with Isa. Him and the crew were all energetic and amazing. This ride to the beach contained approximately 200 persons (it could have been more with the people who had VIP) so be sure to arrive on time!! The dinner and show was amazing, I can't even describe it, but we were pleasantly surprised and had a smile on our faces the entire evening. On the boat ride back to the port, they will continue serving drinks and put on a performance as well, which definitely kept a smile on my face (I was exhausted by this point lol) Saturday 11/22 - Our last full day here we did the Hidden Beach Marietas Islands Tour. Alex was our guide but we also were safely led by our captain and two crew members/photographers Judy and Franco. This excursion was the most intimate, I believe there was 16-17 people total. The boat was a lot smaller and though I was nervous about it at first I really enjoyed myself during it all. With this tour I highly recommend that you are a strong swimmer!! You will have to swim from the boat, to the cave and wait for the tide to go down before you can go under the cave to get thru to the beach access. Now, you will be wearing a life vest and a helmet, and if worse comes to worse they crew are there to assist, but you may not be able to enjoy it for the full time. You have approximately 30 minutes starting from the time the last helmet goes on someone's head on the boat to swim out, enjoy the beach, take photos/videos, and return to the boat. It's short lived but understand it is for conservation purposes. After this, you get to snorkel around a different part of the island and then stop for more photos! Helpful things to know: -The Maritime Terminal has a port fee of $3 (USD)/person -You have to go thru security at the terminal as well so no funny business -PUT SUNSCREEN ON BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! (Especially for the Playa Del Amor Tour because you're on a speedboat and it's very hard to do🤣) -You can bring a waterproof phone case but they have photographers too who take the most amazing pictures (just buy the photos lol) -Water shoes were recommended for our excursions on Thursday and Saturday but we didn't end up needing them at all, so I wouldn't recommend bringing them. -please bring cash whether it's USD or pesos (but don't be that person, exchange for pesos when you get here) to tip!! We stopped at a tortilla factory. A honey processing plant, a chocolate farm, and then proceeded to a beautiful farm where we had hands-on tortilla, empanada, tamale and mole making. We then got to eat lunch with the food we made. Everything was delicious! Homemade corn muffins with fresh pineapple was dessert! Franco was our knowledgeable, friendly guide, and Julio our capable driver...especially over some of the dirt roads. Water and even beer was available throughout the tour. Vallarta Tequila tasting was the perfect solution. I did the Connoisseur Tasting, as I consider myself something of a tequila aficionado. We did a flight of the different levels of the same brand of a local tequila so we could clearly taste and smell the differences in aging and processing. The fish was moist and tender. The shrimp was so long it stuck out of the tortilla on both ends. I'm not exactly sure how they possibly attached two shrimp together end-to-end. SERVICE: The ladies were extremely friendly and smiley. It's a well-oiled operation that ran smooth. TIP: I'm not sure if it's available to all, but our tour group was able to take a hands-on crash course on tortilla-making with the staff which involved rolling the dough and pressing it flat just right. OVERALL: Terrific choice for the seafood taco lover.
