En cuanto al desayuno muy rico, las señoritas muy atentas y serviciales, tiene un costo adicional si realizas tu reservación a través de booking, si es con ellos directo ya viene incluido. Upon booking, there was no notice that they would be conducting construction. Upon arrival, we were met with quite a shock. The place was filthy, covered in a thick layer of plaster dust, loud tile saws, jackhammering, and a gaggle of workers taking up what little space there was. The room wasn't ready, missing key things like toilet paper and waste baskets, and the AC didn't work. Tile was being laid as we were led to our room, having to walk over extension cords, newly laid tiles, and filth- while being cursed at by the construction workers. Many "F" words flew our way. Painters were up on ladders applying fresh paint and in the jostling of them, their equipment, our luggage, we bumped into freshly painted wall ruining clothes, getting paint on skin, even my cellphone case was spackled in pink paint. The staff was so spread thin, usually sweeping up around us that any attempt to rectify missing items in the room and attempts to get the air conditioner to work, were met with huffs and puffs as if we were asking the world. We are not the type of people to complain so we grinned and bared it questioning our sanity the entire time. The list goes- pools being unswimmable, murky with plaster powder, stairs covered in water causing hazards walking conditions up many (and I mean many) stairs, ladders, cords, tools, junk, all left out- an Osha nightmare. Between the filth, the jackhammering that lasted sun up to sun down, and the complete lack of awareness about how this was anything but comfortable for guests, truly they had no business being in operation given the extent of the construction. Ultimately we reached out after leaving the hotel expressing our deep dissatisfaction, hoping for at least some acknowledgment of our frustration, but alas...those attempts were too ignored and nothing, not even an apology, has been received. Given everything, how things were handled, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PROPERTY. As we looked around at all the other places we could have stayed near by, we are so sad this is what we got and the treatment we received. I wasn't aware until after I booked my nonrefundable stay that there would be "renovations" happening during our stay and beyond until October 2025. The workers were there all day, every day, from about 8:30am-6:00pm. There was no peace at all. They stated they were unable to move us to a different room with two beds. We couldn't deal with the obnoxious noise and left after 2 nights. "Renovations" is a complete understatement. I would NOT recommend staying there while the construction is happening. I’d choose this place over any resort, big named hotel or airbnb any time. Rooms were beautiful, large, and had a stunning view. We stayed in Vanity which was a large spacious room with beautiful views of the Rio Cuale. Javier and his team provided world class customer service and were a valued resource for tips and suggestions. Roof top pool was excellent and provided stunning views of the mountains and surrounding area. Highly recommend and will be staying here again when we return to PVR.

The staff is extremely friendly. My issue was booking the Estrella room (the one with the advertised patio hot tub) and was not informed before arrival that it does not work, even though it is featured on all the photos and amenities. If that was communicated to me after I booked it, I would have booked a different room and paid far less, or a different hotel altogether that had a private pool/jacuzzi. It was our anniversary trip and much of the vacation was planned around those amenities. The in room wifi does not work either. He was the second staff member that said the motor did not work. This is the private one, not the public one by the main pool. Expedia has tried to contact the property for the past 30 days via phone and email requesting for them to authorize refund, and THEY DO NOT RESPOND!! Thus, I get no refund for 5 nights of paid accommodation. This is Fraud, and Theft! I travel a lot. I don’t mind authentic Boutique style lodgings, but they have GROSSLY misrepresented the caliber of their establishment!! Online pics are probably from initial renovation, who knows how long ago (a very long time). It’s incredible that some of the reviews here give a good rating. Not sure where these people are used to vacationing, or maybe the hotel buys reviews! This is a true and honest review!
