This would be the first time we would be having sizzlers at Hibiscus. In Hibiscus sizzler patter consists of a patty/steak with sauce, a side dish and an accompaniment. Ordering the proved to be a major exercise due to multiple choices of contents.See the photos for number of choices in each category to understand why it was a problem. Main ingredient patty or steak had 14 choices, Sauces had 11 choices, Side dishes had 9 choices and ; Accompaniments had 9 choices. Considering various permutations and combinations, We finally ordered five sizzlers.One sizzlers with chicken steak, Onne with chicken minced patty one with grilled fish fillet and one with grilled prawns. I do not blame the main doctor as he took the right decision as per the condition but this woman who if would have performed her duty well & communicated it properly, my surgery would have been gone as planned. On confronting her for the same mistake that she did, she absolutely denied her mistake & started putting it on other team members, also was very rude, loud & pathetic in her behaviour as a healthcare professional. I also discovered that this woman is not even an MBBS who is prescribing the course of action to patients who go the hospital for surgical procedures. I also have been charged the full amount of surgery even when the doctor has clearly mentioned in the notes that the surgery was ABONDENED, On checking with the insurance dept the person said that we will anyways charge full as you went to the OT whether or not the surgery is performed, after discussing further this guy tells me to talk to his supervisor who will come at 4PM & then obviously I didn't get any call from them. On discussing this with the main doctor he extended his help positively and asked his assistant Shabana to help me in this case, but this woman asked me to wait & then disappeared.
