They have 2 pools which is very unique from other properties, One pool is beach facing which you can take an infinity pool view other pool is also good which has a basic pool view scenary. Talking about Food , we were Jain they made jain food whatever we wanted like Poha,upma, paneer cheese paratha,Misal pav etc. They have a kids playzone which is quite large and has lot of options for kids to play board games, coloring, painting and drawing. Additionally they also have pick-up and drop service from the airport. They have tie up with Joey's for Car rental at a very affordable price and best part is the self drive car comes at the resort and gets picked up from the resort,no need to personally go to the car rental shop. Overall 5/5 for experience, dining and hospitality.

We opted for sea view room. Location is amazing, near to the beach, easy access to pharmacy, supermarket and also to near by tourist spots. Coming to the staff, there are exceptionally good. My special thanks to Ms.Rachel who surprised me and my husband for our wedding anniversary which made that day more special and memorable. Our room attendant Mr.Sandesh did an amazing decor. And in the poolside restaurant Mr.Pravin, Mr Joel and Mr. shidhu are the best who made our dining experience outstanding. My thanks to all of these guys for making my trip to Goa wonderful. The only draw back is , though the resort has access to the beach but it is not private beach , the drop off point for the boats are just before our rooms, so due to this reason we couldn't open the curtains to enjoy the view as the were given room in the ground floor. I was mesmerised to see their luxurious hotel property. We had a grand welcome at the hotel lobby. This Taj property has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked total 8 of their spacious rooms for my family which were decorated beautifully. . I highly recommend this property because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views. The chefs were so cordial to do the modifications according to the diabetic elders to make special kids menu and cater to satisfy everyones taste buds. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I have stayed at a dozen 5 stars hotels in Goa. This was on the top of the list of best stays and experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much Mr Emmanuel for all the help and support. This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. Best part was the Personal Beach for hotel. Beach was really clean and wonderful. Hotel staff was really helpful. We had a great welcome during check in with a Goan style garland and welcome drinks. The rooms were too good with best view of the Sea. Hotel helped ffor airport pick and drop. Also for sightseeing we got an innova and Mr Jitesh guided us regarding the sightseeing venues and timing for Dolfin sighting and boating. The breakfast and Dinner buffet was amazing. During Dinner we had live singing which was fabulous. During breakfast live Flute playing was too good. We had a great time at Taj. Looking forward to visit again. The rooms are spread over 5 floors, higher the room better the view and of course higher the price. The taste of the food ordered was steictly ok, although i tried a limited items. Room was large with a balcony. Although you cant open the windows after the evening with the risk of insects entering and troubling your sleep. The floor and the furniture demands an upgrade and the age of the resort is clearly catching up. A 32 inch smart tv in such a large room is not justified. You will have to walk down the hill to get a local commute. Children play area is at rhe backside which will attract lot of mosquitoes in the evening. However, full marks to the staff, i even got very early check in. Overall, i would recommend to look for other options at this price point.

Yesterday I and my wife went here and the only waiter asked where are you going? My wife replied- to the restaurant. He replied it’s not here but upstairs with unwelcoming tone. The rooms are very musty and smell weird, due to them being close to water. The water seepage in the walks makes the rooms musty. The AC's are full of dust and not serviced in a long time hence creating the mustiness in the rooms. Made it hard to breathe. Their beds and linen need to be checked and quality controlled, they're not changed regularly. After the first night I realized the bed linen was dirty and had been slept in. Our stay generally was not bad. But for the value I expected basic cleanliness. Room cleanliness has to be priority. The room was big enough and it was good we got an upgrade. But the musty smell really bothered us. I would still opt to stay elsewhere next time.

Also the Dona Paula Circle is just 5 minutes walk from the resort, where you can find very cheap public buses to cover all of Panji and Dona Paula places (Check Google Maps for Bus Schedule and real time update of buses). Tried the beach side multi cuisine restaurant Caravela, and the food was top notch. The chef himself came in to ask if we needed anything and made sure kid friendly items are especially made even though they were not a part of the menu. Buggies (golf carts) are available to go from one point to another and while they have a little wait time, they were god sent for us for navigating the property in Goa heat with two kids in tow. It’s also a more accessible property than Taj Aguada fort one, which is right next to it on the beach, but is not super accessible because of its tiered layout and multiple stairs, despite having shuttle service within the property. Guests who book at either property can avail for the services at the other, which is also a highlight. Staff is friendly and courteous and treats kids with extra warmth. Would definitely recommend.

To our shock, the “replacement” was nothing close to the upgraded luxury room — it honestly felt like a downgraded, cramped service room. After paying ₹23,000 per night, this was simply unacceptable. I had booked this Villa after reading the reviews and to my surprise it did not turn out to be the way we had imagined. Firstly the cost per night is expensive compared to the place, area and with no services offered (I would rather stay in a resort which has a better view and services as well) there are a lot of resorts in Goa. Then the kettle was in a horrible state, my friend has to call Mubina and make her look as it was a hygiene concern. Then the communication wasn’t clear at all. When I spoke to the caretaker I was told we can order food after reaching the property from their restaurant after reaching the property I get to know these guys don’t have a restaurant and we’ll have to order food from swiggy / Zomato (then why mislead people). We rented 2 bikes from the number provided on their pamphlets again this was a disappointment the bike order had no sense of speaking, literally a road side person running a business. Was not at all punctual to deliver the bikes and had the audacity to argue like a mad dog. Overall a horrible stay! Incase you want Go experience to be better, do book a resort or a known hotel. This place was actually a nightmare for us! Photos are misleading as well. In the photos the properly is shown it has space but in actual it feels cluster phobic. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone
