We had a lovely dining experience at Moment Romantic Restaurant. The beef hot pot was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and more than enough to feed our family of four. Our server Vuon was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making us feel well taken care of throughout the meal (with multiple vegetable refills). Everything here is very satisfying!
To sum up, the food is delicious, the service is nice, and the restaurant accepts cards.
1. The hotpot is delicious for me and the portion is huge! Me and my wife had a hard time to finish the meal since we were so full.
The soup is sweet and sour, similar to tom yum but a lot less spicy, so I think westerners could still eat the hotpot. 9/10 easily!
2. The fried spring roll is also amazing! I would recommend dipping it to the sauce first. Personally, I'd rate 10/10 for the spring roll only❤️
3. The service is outstanding. The servers can speak English, they are also very proactive and super friendly. I'm very satisfied with the helpfulness so it's also a 10/10 for me!
4. This restaurant is also accepting Mastercard and Visa. I didn't pay attention for JCB, Amex, or other cards, but it definitely helped me since I was running out of cash. It would charge you 2% of the total payment but it's still cheaper than withdrawing cash from the ATM.
5. The ambience is also great! It is spacious and shows the Vietnam's authenticity

Food quality is 10/10 really good shabu shabu. Plenty and very generous with the vegetables and meat! Spring roll and hotpot is a must try!
Service - they all deserve a raise. Specially Vŭòn, she is one of a kind. Very helpful and always has a smile on her face.
Location - near centre and easy to go to. Place is aesthetic and lots of seats availability.

Had a lovely break at Le Gecko Cafe! I ordered the Tiramisu and blended Coconut Coffee — the coffee was super good and shiok! 😋 Creamy, refreshing, and full of flavor, perfect for Sapa’s cool weather. The tiramisu was light and tasty too.

The staff at this café are incredibly friendly. There’s always someone on the second floor ready to take your order, so you don’t need to go downstairs to the counter. The desserts are delicious, and the environment is clean and comfortable. I stayed in Sapa for 14 days and came here almost every day for dessert. I’ve tried most of the desserts, and I highly recommend their two types of tiramisu and the brownie. I’ve had desserts from other places in Sapa, but none were as good as this café.
The brownie is served warm, so the melted chocolate blends perfectly into the cake — it tastes amazing.
And very thank you to the staff who gave me water. So thoughtful!😃 I definitely needed it after eating way too much sugar. 😅

I ordered Margarita Pizza (Homemade Cheese) and it was amazing the cheese and the tomato sauce tastes amazing, the cheese has no cheese pull but it was still great. The Milk Coffee looks good but it was very sweet for me but it’s still good, The Spaghetti Carbonara is AMAZING its creamy, cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and nice. We are a group of 15 having dinner at this restaurant. Staff are not well trained. Ordered a bottle of red wine and some tea...but tea was not served despite multiple reminders.
Red wine was also not served after we half way through the dinner. Finally we had to cancel it.
Ordered 2 grilled salmon but only one was served. Also had to cancel it as everyone has no mood to wait for the other order.
Asked them to clean the table before serving dessert but they didn't. Desserts were served in the mess of the table. Went to remind the person in charge and he was impatient and raised his voice.
Food wise also so so only - we ordered steak, soup, chicken chop, lasagna...all don't taste like authentic western food.
Desserts are also not up to the expectation.
Overall dining experience is below average.
Not sure how it gets > 4 rating in Google.

Looking for a real pizza, we decided to try Casa Italia Pizza Restaurant.
The place is cozy, very spacious, and offers a wide and varied menu.
We started with a focaccia as an appetizer — really tasty — and then had a salami pizza and a chorizo pizza.
The dough was very good, well-risen, and flavorful. The only small remark is about the mozzarella: it’s not very stretchy, but rather more compact and thick. However, this doesn’t affect the overall quality — the pizza remains very good.
The draft beer (only Saigon available) was fresh and enjoyable, while the bottled beer was unfortunately at room temperature. We’re not sure if that’s their usual practice or just a one-time thing, as it was already 1:30 PM and the restaurant had been open for a while and all beer should be fresh (personal opinion)

This was the first place we visited in Sapa after a long drive. We were longing for something more western and it ended up being amazing. So good we went the next day again. The staff is great, they remember us when we entered AND. The exact order we had the night before, food and drinks. That showed us they do pay attention to visits and what they order. Very good Italian restaurant here in Sapa I visited twice. First was to try out their pizza. They make their dough and sauce in house. It was very good baked to perfection. The owner was nice enough to let me watch him make the pizza.
Few days later I came back to try Spaghetti Bolognese and some garlic bread. The portions were big and well worth the price. Most importantly it was delicious.

My go to cafe for one week now while in Sapa. Locally owned, reasonably priced, and a diverse menu. Enjoyed the grilled eggplant in honey and a pumpkin soup with coconut cream. Couldn’t pass up a carrot cake to finish. Whoops! Don’t judge me I was trekking. The manager was super attentive and staff super welcoming.
Most negative reviews are of cheap backpackers only looking for western meal. You can find that elsewhere. This is a cute gem.

Lots of great food, veggie options, and CHEESE which can be hard to find in Vietnam. A little expensive and the coffee comes with too much milk. However the omelettes are great and the EGGPLANT PARM is the best I've had anywhere, hands down. I think it's because the eggplant is picked younger than in the west, while it's still green. Mine also came with plenty of cheese which is really the one thing I've been missing while in Vietnam.

This is an awful hotel, especially for foreign guests. They tried to sell me a different room to the photos displayed on their Agoda listing. Then they showed me a different room which was yet to be properly cleaned and was left with dirty sheets with clear stains on them. All available staff weren't able to communicate well in any language. To save a lot of decent people time and money, I strongly don't recommend this hotel for anyone. I have stayed in Sapa on many occasions and this is the worst service I've experienced. There are many other more professional places, with cleaner rooms, staff able to communicate well and just overall so much more organised. I hope this helps prevent many bad experiences for potential future customers.

Wow!! Best meal Ive had so far in Vietnam. Its out last night in Sa pa and I am so happy I found this place. Borderline fine dining. We ordered the Pork belly w/bamboo rice, the Beef with Chestnut cake, the steak came out perfect medium like we asked. We also ordered the Duck breast with noodles, the flavors with the herbs, duck and sauce were amazing. For dessert we tried the Matcha Tiramisu and the Cheesecake. The cheesecake was phenomenal. My wife hates cheesecake and she actually loved their version. I'm not the biggest fan of matcha, and even that was amazing.
Don't skip on this place! The restaurant was very clean, staff was super attentive as they were on everything.

Very nicely presented Euro-Vietnamese fusion food, but given the fantastic local cuisine, it takes really great cooking to make we want to opt for fusion, and this wasn't quite that.
For starters, the shrimp bisque was excellent. The cherry tomatoes and tuna was odd and seemed to be lacking any tuna. The main course duck with noodles had really well cooked duck, but the rest of the dish was not so great. The tofu with lotus seeds was ok, but note it doesn't come with rice.

I got sauteed beef with lemongrass for 75000 dong . It came with rice and it's actually good amount of food. The beef was chewy but I think all the beef dishes I had so far in Vietnam were all chewy. The flavor was good though. Especially after I discovered the chilli sauce they had in the restaurant, the dish tasted very good. All the sauteed dishes were finished so they were good. The mango lassi I got was not my favorite. It gave you a weird after taste and I didn't like the taste of the yogurt that's in the lassi. Maybe they used goat milk or something.
My families ordered couple pizzas and pizza came with either a soda or a beer. The pizzas all got positive reviews except for the chicken pizza. It originally came with olive but my cousin didn't want it. The chicken was ground chicken and the crust was crispy and not too doughy. Some people thought it tasted weird after they tasted the other pizza but I thought it was pretty good.
The chicken pho was weird though. It's broth was red for some reason and people tasted it said it tasted more like a poorly made Tom Yum soup. The noodles was fat flat rice noodles so it's not the regular pho I know.

Have mixed feelings about this place. Came here based on good reviews but found apart from 1 other diner, our group were the only table there that night. There is NO MUSIC or sound whatsoever in the restaurant which felt odd, making it extremely quiet such that the sound of the blender making our smoothies was quite jarring against the silence. Being used to food arriving soon after ordering in Vietnam, we were left waiting a very long time despite apparently being the only customers at the restaurant. We had 4 kids with us who were quickly getting hungry and impatient. Ordered pizza and pasta which was OK. Having eaten pizza and spag bol a few times in Vietnam we've come to accept they cook it a certain way. Don't expect the same traditional wood fire pizza from Italy. Taste was ok but not the same. Don't know why but cost of pizza and pasta in Vietnam always costs a lot. For what we paid for our group (over 1 million dong), a couple of adults were still left hungry (off to the night market for desserts!) Owner was kind but overall I'm not sure I would return unfortunately.

The mixed pizza - thin and crispy crust, decent quantity of topping and cheesy. I would probably ask them to add a little more red sauce on the pizza next time, otherwise it was really good !

A must visit if you’re ever at Sa Pa for a break. Breathtaking views, awesome hospitality and service (there was a guy waiter who spoke perfect American English just by watching movies and practicing with us tourists).
The food I ordered was nothing local as I wanted a simple meal but the salted coffee, egg coffee were all great as I had a very relaxing time outside overlooking the clouds embracing the tip of mountains. Very relaxing environment and totally mesmerized by the beauty of nature.
Will come by again for sure, just not sure when 🤣.

White Cloud Cafe & Restaurant offers an absolutely stunning view overlooking the mountains and valley! We had a good meal here, particularly enjoying their vegetable and chicken pho, which were both superb. The fried spring rolls were also good, though they could have been a bit crisper to perfectly balance the oil. Great place to come for a bite to eat (and the amazing views of course!!). We drove past it and had to call in. I want to mention one of the waiters (I didn’t get his name, but he had amazing English and was so friendly and helpful for us as we have allergens (gluten free and dairy free)), we were also very impressed he knew some Irish language and he could do a Greta Liverpool accent!! 😂 we got two noodle soups and they were nice, as were the fresh juices we got! I will rate their restaurant as I have not stayed in the hotel. The waiters do not understand English but instead of explaining they pretend they do. Eventhough we placed our order he didnt get and beought half of it. We told him after 40 minutes via google translate but it still took another half an hour of them to make a burger. Would not recommend if you cant talk vietnamese.
