She said she refuses to give me a refund over the phone and to come back in. When I told her I couldn’t that I had to go back to work that I was late she continued to say that I would need to come back through the drive through. Why couldn’t she have refunded me while I was sitting there why did she say she couldn’t refund me then back track while on the phone?! This whole experience has me questioning coming back. I feel cheated it was a waste of my time, my gas to drive all the way over there and back and essentially my money stolen.
