CFA does a lot of promos and puts free food in the apps. An email stating a remedy is being offered even though I would decline. If your overcharge you shoud get your money back. Especially since that free item expired on the day I that I went. Gina had my complaint completely wrong. She never apologized for the over charge or my messed up order. I never got any emails or calls. Im not sure if she was the store manager or the district manager. If she is, thats a concern and she should be retrained on basic customer service. Their drive thru is very chaotic in the morning. They dont add the condiments as you requested. And no napkins?? My suggestion is double check your order, and go elsewhere. There's a few things that are noticeable. First off is the parking, The Dunkin is situated between two apartment complexes, so you know already as to what to expect from the trash truck workers collecting trash to the Amazon drivers parking along side of the road,or wherever they can find a spot since parking seems to be scarce. The food they serve is always hot and there are no complaints there. The service however is a tad slow, that's because they only have two people working. This location needs to have at least one more person helping out. It used to be that they actually had 3 people working at the same time, I wonder what happened? Anyways just know that from the time they open it's a conveyor belt of customers flocking to get their Dunkin fix. Just be mindful of what time you place your order. Service experience was good but make sure to order later on during the day. If you go to this location just know what to expect when you're there. Otherwise I would recommend this location.

Well, I guess that pissed the person off, because once I bit into that sandwich, I got nauseous and threw it up and out. That person dumped so much salt on that sandwich that it was inedible. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for service at the drive-thru, even if there's just one car. I will no longer be eating here, and I will file a complaint with the corporate office.
