The drinks I ordered were all very yummy. The wifi is strong and you get the password easily on the receipt once you order something. Every bite brought back childhood memories of my Lola, American/Filipino family gatherings and homemade meals (I got the chicken adobo, fruit punch, and my business partners got their ribs). The flavors were authentic, rich, and comforting; just like how my Lola used to cook. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel like a visit to a friend’s home rather than just a restaurant. However, what truly made our stay stand out, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely service-minded in every detail, big or small. At reception, Rose went above and beyond to secure a room for us even though the hotel was fully booked, patiently keeping us updated while waiting for early checkouts. Rod, the bellman, continuously kept an eye on us and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. In the restaurant, the entire team worked with such kindness and dedication that it wouldn’t be fair to single out anyone—everyone was wonderful. We experienced customer service at an extraordinarily high level throughout our stay. The rooftop bar serves excellent drinks, and once again the staff there were fantastic. I also booked an in-room massage and received an incredible treatment from Karen—highly recommended. Thank you for a truly delightful stay.

The maintenance service was a big issue—requests for assistance took an unreasonably long time to be addressed. I also found the food to be subpar without much variety; the quality was disappointing, and it didn't live up to the expectations set by the hotel's descriptions. Complementary eye-masks would fix this, or a schedule to turn off those interior hotel lights at night. -- 6. Lighting and mirror options are odd. The work desk does not have a mirror, which meant my wife had a hard time applying makeup for the wedding we attended. The only mirror is in the bathroom. -- 7. There's no hair-dryer. Not an issue for us, but other guests might want one. -- 8. The kettle in our room was busted. -- 9. As it was new year, a note was pushed under our door apologizing for the "minimal noise" and offering a 10% discount on the buffet dinner. However, we'd already paid earlier at check-in and couldn't get the discount. And the noise was far from minimal. Even with earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones it was still too much to sleep. Don't offer a discount you know we can't use, and don't be misleading when it comes to noise. We asked if it would be possible to invite non guests with a pet for lunch at their restaurant, they said they would get back to us but never did. When we checked out, they didn’t keep track of the fact that we had already paid for our buffet and placed it in our final bill. Good thing we kept the receipt.
