Noisy and crowded. In my opinion I think food and beverages are over priced here and over rated. I miss the days of hot tea pots and china cups with a teaspoon instead of paper cups with the tea bags dangling and wooden stirrers....I miss sandwiches made to order and homemade cakes and quiche. Didn't give full stars for service as it's basically self service with drinks. The cafe is dog friendly. Ideal for families and groups of people. Parking available but gets full quickly during busy periods. ( Pay at meter ). Will return to the beach cafe when visiting as it's the only one near the beach ⛱️ 🏖️

But the food from the fridges is a bit of a cheat. The BBQ chicken is more of a salad with a bit of BBQ chicken. There is a new pizza place. Unfortunately the pepperoni pizza for £14 is a pizza with a lot of cheese and a few slices of pepperoni. There is more pepperoni on the pizza from Aldi for £2. It is worth going for breakfast but the pizza is better to buy from a restaurant in the city centre.

It’s nice and relaxed, family friendly and dog friendly. We were going to get a meal but when we saw the beautiful handmade scones we decided to have the cream tea, with a pot of earl grey tea. The scones were offered hot or cold, there was plenty of cream and the pot of tea for two had to teabags in which gave a very nice strong cup of tea. Looking at the other food being served, the portions were good and the quality good. This is my second visit here (last time was just pre Covid I think) and the quality remains the same. I can highly recommend this as a nice relaxing place to pause for a bite and a cuppa.

Situated on Staithe Street in the coastal town of Wells-next-to-the-sea lies Mrs B's Tea Room and it's a cracking little place. The staff are really friendly and the food is incredibly good. There were 4 of us in our group and we decided to go for a Chocolate and Banana Milkshake, a slice of chocolate cookie cake, sausage roll, mint tea, a cheese scone and a latte. I decided on a cream tea with a scrioche. A scone crossed with a brioche loaf. Everyone agreed that it was really good food and drink. In total it came to just under £25 in total. Would I go back absolutely? Would I recommend Mrs B's to others? Absolutely I would.
