We all tried a version of their Valhalla burger, which are their “stuffed” burgers, made in several different versions. I like spicy, so I ordered their Helheim and prior to committing to it, I asked a bunch of questions about the spice level and what their Spitfire sauce was all about. The guy working the counter was very helpful and friendly, he even went and got me a sample of their Spitfire sauce to try. It had amazing flavor, but it was HOT! I can handle lots of heat and this sauce was hot immediately and then stayed that way about 30 seconds and then got doubly hot! (I’m sweating right now thinking about the experience while I type this!). I asked him to put just a little bit of the sauce in the burger meat when they made it. He did warn us that this series (the Valhalla) of burger can take 15 – 20 minutes to make and he was right, I think we waited about 20 minutes. Once the food came out it all looked and smelled amazing! I immediately cut into the burger to see what the inside looked like and it was not only packed very nicely to ensure I got good flavor in each bite, but the doneness (temperature) of the meat itself was spot on! The bun was amazing, held together perfectly and tasted great! Nothing I’ve ever had before, I’m assuming from a local or special baker, or made for them. Their onion rings were great too. Overall, excellent all the way around… Highly suggest coming in to try their amazing burgers!

This burger nearly made me shed a tear. I got the Jana. Cooked wonderfully, THICK, and juices were oozing wonderfully. My first bite had a great cheese pull, and everything was seasoned perfectly. We also got the onion rings and fries, both seasoned wonderfully and CRISPY. No limp or soggy fries here! I will definitely be back. I always recommend Viking burger to anyone visiting the area. I am extremely disappointed in my order and the customer service experience I received today. I ordered the muspelheim burger, the Viking fries, and the Viking dog, all of which have this Viking Sauce (basically a chili like sauce) that is usually delicious. However, today I received my order and I could smell an odd smell as soon as I opened the bag, but didn’t think too much about it. I took the first bite of the Viking dog and immediately spit it out as I was shocked by a rancid / spoiled taste. After further inspection, I found that it was the Viking sauce with this terrible smell / taste and all of my items were covered in this sauce making my entire order inedible. Additionally, when I took a bite out of my burger, not only was it coated in this rancid sauce, but the inside of the burger was completely raw. I’m someone who likes my burgers medium sometimes, but this was Not cooked whatsoever, except for the very outermost area where it was browned. This was ordered through Uber eats so I attempted to get a refund, but I was told that unfortunately they can’t give a refund at this time. I called the restaurant and politely told them my situation and told them that the Viking sauce is rancid. As of my first visit, the place was small and did not have many people there dining but that did not stop me or my family from enjoying our food. The food itself was well cooked. They had a huge array of choices to choose from, including sides and hotdogs and a kids meal that includes grilled cheeseand other small things. The burger is had was not greasy like the typical burgers I am used to and the ingredients that I had with the Ragnar classic which contained onion, tomato, lettuce, and pickles, was fresh and the taste of each ingredient, including the patty and cheese itself was not overwhelming and blended perfectlyin the burger. My husband also had one of their stuffed burgers, which was hand made when being prepared and was really cooked through evenly and tasted delicious. I do believe the small place that we went to could do with a little more decor more specifically the walls could do with a more cool color paint such as hues of blues like waves. But for what we experienced for our first time there, it was a lovely experience and would absolutely recommend going to have a good burger and side. Definitely better then any fast food or burger joints I've been too.

Five Guys uses DoorDash to deliver their food. My order arrived with missing items clearly left out by the Five Guys location. I told them who I was and was treated rudely by the staff like I was bothering them to try and retrieve part of my order they failed to make and deliver. They finally said they would just remake it but acted bothered by the only thing. No apology. No offer to make it right while the rest of the food is at home getting cold. This is just bad customer service. It should be better when you charge this much for your food.

I called the day before to ask if everything was on track with my order, and ask when I should park and all to pickup. I parked where they said and then went inside. A man asked me to back my car up to where their back door was and they’d bring the food out to my car. And they did! I didn’t even want them to load it into the car, I had to play a small game of Tetris to make everything fit anyway. But they were so nice, and super helpful. And I don’t always get that with my catering orders for work. So it is very much appreciated! I proceeded to the only other counter in the store, which was the same one where the customers were handed their food. The employee standing there, as I approached, walked past me and when I turned around he was at the exact counter that I had just left, not saying anything, but just standing there, so I had to walk back over there. Later, as he was bagging the food, he was just wandering around with the items. Then sat the fries and burger on the counter and then said the potato was still in the oven and it would be another 5 minutes, even though it was longer. After waiting even longer, I mentioned to the manager that the fries in the bag were now cold. She grabbed the bag and tossed it on the dirty counter behind her. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be ok with just wandering around with food items in their hands, rather than leaving it at the food station. At one point, I asked for my money back and the manager said “ok,” but then proceeded to offer a rude comment. Even asking for the location of the cups was met with rudeness. There was food allllllll over the floor, just laying around on many dirty surfaces, someone’s keys…yes keys… were sticking in the unwrapped/uncovered sliced cheese, sauce was dripping down the wall, all the trash cans were overflowing, and the list goes on. Just filthy. Pictures also posted to show the filth. This visit was just money and time wasted, because I couldn’t even bring myself to eat out of this establishment. I hope training on good customer service and maintaining a clean establishment are in order and coming soon. I will absolutely not be returning!

I tried reaching out to the location multiple times but only received the generic message saying someone will reach out. Wasn't even asking for a refund, just wanted the location to be aware and acknowledge they need to work on their training and sanitation. I normally would not leave a bad review or even reach out to customer service, but having glass in you food is extremely concerning as someone could have gotten seriously injured. Dunkin in general has gone extremely down hill in quality and service since this is not my first issue from this location and several other locations, but I still liked going there to get a bunch of donuts for my coworkers. Ended up having to throw away the entire batch just incase there was glass in the other donuts as well.

Was served a sausage/egg mcmuffin in which the yellow parts of the egg portion had turned into visible patches of grey. When brought to the attention of the manager, I was informed that it was "just how it was cooked" and told me "it's not like it's bad or anything like that". Additionally I witnessed a member of the kitchen staff visibly picking his teeth with his hands and then going back to handling food. I've seen all manner of eggs cooked in many different ways and grey colored eggs has never been a byproduct of that cooking process.
