The lady was kind enough to take our order. The soda machine had moldy slime on the dispenser point and no ice to dispense. No mild sauce packets were available. Requests such as asking for ice from the drive-thru soda machine were met with a scoff and well communicated display of inconvenience. It was quite clear that we were an imposition on the staff… We were not provided with a receipt. This location could certainly benefit from some cleaning, professionalism, and management.

Make sure you check your entire order every time because 90% of the time it will be wrong. After I had paid for my food I get an email that said my estimated time for it to be ready was tomorrow. The time was around 1920, and the fact that I ordered their new tosted subs I didn't want them cold. The other 2 however just gave me attitude when I told them about the email and how it's not helpful to not have a correct pick up time. They were actually mad at me because I was irritated with their system not communicating properly, and told me that's the way it has been and it's not going to change. The food was OK, nothing to write home about, but this whole thing about not getting any sort of correct communication on when to actually pick up the food is very annoying. I won't ever order online or by phone from this location again, but I will go in and order from the counter because I do like their subs. I used to be a shift leader/person in charge at a fast food restaurant and I’m very understanding of the industry but when your in a leadership role you need to be on time specially if you’re opening and you shouldn’t have a young child with you. This left poor impression. If you struggle to open on time I would recommend updating/changing your hours that will allow you to setup and open on time reliably and comfortably. Also being in uniform wouldn’t hurt. Bringing your young child into work especially a restaurant like subway is not a good look either.
