The staff were friendly and professional. The food was good as well. One note, the portion sizes were generous for the prices. The standout is the actual venue as it has a great design inside and out. The only critique I have is that our waiter checked on us once while we were eating, but then we didn’t see him again for a while. One last note on the food: Venezia is the only restaurant in Midland/Odessa where I’ve ordered a medium rare steak and actually received a medium rare steak! The dessert was nothing short of delicious, I even told my wife that I want to order an entire German Chocolate cake from here for my birthday! We were expecting to pay twice as much as we did and we’re fairly surprised with how low the bill actually was. All in all, it’s a great restaurant that I can’t recommend enough!

Dim dining room with xandles on the tables, no windows, looking for Vito sitting in the corner. The service is top notch. Kind, fast, and knowledgeable. The food is good but is a bit lacking. Prices for food in my opinion are more than fair for what you receive. I would suggest bring cash for a tip for your waitress. You will be so happy with your servers that you will want to leave a fantastic tip! I think a bistro out front would maybe add another great feature about the place but that is just me. Well none were spicy to me but a little better than the other ones. The FOOD. Okay, let’s talk about the food. $30 for a fajita skillet I expected something good. Well, first off my food smelled like sweet or bbq. I was like uhh?? It didn’t even smell like they had cooked it with some spices or anything. The fajitas were so bland 2/10. The chicken was ok 4/10 and the shrimp had bbq sauce on top , like what??? 1/10. I proceed to make myself a taco, then realize they only gave me 3 tortillas!! The manager is insanely rude for no reason. She condescendingly lectured me because we had my baby in a stroller outside of our booth and he was “in the way”. She acted as if we were intentionally in the way. Unfortunately during this time around the food wasn't as good as it use to be the flavors jus wasn't there. An order of both steamed and fried dumplings, some fried calamari, and crab puffs. Our waiter also brought the Osaka style soup to accompany the assortment of appetizers the 3 of us indulged in. After the appetizers and some fresh raw oysters, the three of us women were craving some sushi. We each ordered some of the much recommended sushi rolls this place has to offer. From the house temptation roll, mango salmon roll, rock 'n' roll, as well as my favorite dragon roll and the tempura lobster roll. Definitely recommend stopping by here if you're looking for some delicious seafood and sushi made w/ fresh, quality fish, and ingredients. The gift shop is full of nostalgia from my child hood, 1980's and new beautiful things. My first glitter globe was from here and is still going strong after 20 yr. I love the atmosphere and old world decorations through out. I love the fire place in the main dinnroom and always want to sit there. The food is always good. The biscuits and gravy are always warm, flavorful and delicious. You can taste the buttermilk in the biscuits. The fried pickles are crispy and flavorful, seasoned breading. I love the collard greens, grits, and warm seasoned apple slices. The battered catfish is good, the bacon man n cheese is fabulous and the new pecan, Carmel cream cheese french toast is too die for. The weekends are very busy and there will be a wait time. This is one of my favorite places to eat and I always find things in the gift shop every time I go. I was disappointed that there was no eggs Benedict on the menu but it does change w the seasons.

Ambience is festive and lively, not quiet at all at 7 pm on Saturday evening. It was hard to hear but the overall happy atmosphere made up for it. She got all customized dishes perfectly right and without delay, refilled everything quickly and was friendly and welcoming to first time guests. Salsa was really great! I sure was disappointed. The bread was good and the dipping oil was very good. I had the combination plate with chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and raviolis with jalapeño cream sauce. When I rolled in for a visit to this Logan's, I noticed that two "Logan's Roadhouse" signs had lights out. To me, this was a lack of attention to curbside appeal. There's just something about the honey BBQ dressing and the wontons. The service has always been great and the staff is friendly. They seated us and a gentlemen pulled out the chair for my wife which was nice. They light a candle on your table and our server brought out a fresh baked mini load of bread with butter and later brought garlic oil. Our server was attentive and informed us of the daily dishes not on menu and we ordered fried calamari for the appetizer. The wife ordered a dish that comes with chicken and potatoes. I ordered the daily special which was red fish on a bed of linguini with muscles, shrimp, asparagus and tomatoes. The fried calamari came out with marinara for dipping and it was without doubt the best calamari we have ever tasted. I thought calamari was supposed to be chewy. Turns out when done right it is tender as it can be. For ten bucks you get a large order with plenty for a party of four. Next came our meals and they were both beautiful and delicious. The muscles and shrimp in my dish, were like the calamari, tender and cooked to perfection in wine sauce that was perfect. The wife's chicken was good as well with flavorful roasted potatoes. Our tab was seventy bucks which all things considered was not bad. My red fish plate was nearly forty bucks and I received a large piece of red fish, muscles and shrimp so I felt that was fair. This place is too fancy for my taste, the food is great but I'm not a fancy guy so I felt out of place. That being said if you like good Italian you gotta give them a shot. I will be back for sure even if I don't quite fit in.

Now we know why there wasn’t anyone waiting. Chips and Salsa were great. Tea was horrible. My Beef enchilada plate had beans that lacked any kind of flavor, the rice was decent but I was given about a tablespoon portion. The enchiladas weren’t bad overall, yet could have used diced onions instead of sliced onions. That’s just laziness on the prep work. My wife had the steak, which was a portion of fajitas, and the bacon wrapped shrimp. Each skewer of shrimp was charred to where you could just taste the burned bacon. The mashed potatoes were stone cold. It was not a good experience by any means, and we won’t be returning. Management really needs to look at the quality and presentation of their plates. Abuelos just down the road has a 1 1/2 hour wait and so could OBT if they just got their quality up.

Best food decision ever! The instant you walk in the door you get the aroma of great BBQ. When you walk up to the counter you can see that the owners take great pride in their product. The staff is very friendly, and the place is spotless. The food is the best BBQ in the Permian Basin. Make sure to try the jalapeno sausage and the turkey. The peach cobbler is amazing as well.
