10/10 experience! My boyfriend and I were having a little getaway to Niagara and came across this adorable spot. The ambiance and vibe is what drew is in but the food is definitely what would bring us back. Payton our server was amazing! Very helpful and always had a pleasant smile on her face. The decor is very nice, with lots of French decor and lots of character. A French station is playing in the background.
Our server Todd was incredible! Knowledgeable and fast. We ordered the eggs Benedict one with smoked salmon and one with ham.
I order an eggs Benedict almost every time I go out for breakfast and these were the best ones we have ever had! They use a croissant instead of English muffins and their hollandaise sauce was so delicious with a hint of lemon, it was so flavourful! The chef even came over to see if we were enjoying it. He was so friendly.

Everything was perfection including the servers, Payton was our main server and she was more than accommodating and patient answering all our questions/requests!
We had mimosas and a French press coffee, croissants, steak and eggs and a Gourmande Galette (egg bacon Brie and fresh tomato with maple syrup) finishing off with seasonal Creme brulee. The chef Thiery even visited our table and chatted! What a unique and incredible meal and experience!

My wife, our 6-year-old daughter, and I stopped at the BeaverTails location at Niagara Falls and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. The stand is right near the Falls, so it’s the perfect spot to grab a treat while sightseeing.
We ordered three BeaverTails, all made to order and served piping hot. The Bananarama (choco-hazelnut spread with bananas) was rich but perfectly balanced with the fresh fruit. The Classic with cinnamon and sugar was simple, warm, and comforting—our daughter’s favorite. The BeaverTails at Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls was a really disappointing experience. The place was extremely packed, and there was no seating available to actually enjoy the food, which made it stressful just to stand and eat. The only positive was the service, staff were very friendly.
I’m usually a big fan of BeaverTails and make it a point to get one whenever I see them, so I was really looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately, this one fell far short of expectations. The BeaverTail itself was way too crispy, flaking everywhere, very thin, and didn’t have the soft, chewy texture I love, and even had a flakey hole in it.
Overall, this location did not live up to the BeaverTail standard I know and love. Between the extreme crowding, lack of seating, and the disappointing quality of the treat, I wouldn’t recommend this spot, especially during busy times.

I came here after seeing a TikTok. This place gave me old-school classic diner vibes with the decor, aesthetics and style. This part of town definitely seemed pretty quiet. The donuts were good and they had lots of different kinds, the peanut jam one was very good. the flavours were very tasty as well especially the maple one. The actual donut in my opinion was on the slightly stale, cakey/ bready side. It wasn't as fluffy and airy as i would have hoped for it to be, my wife on the other end enjoyed the texture a lot. The young lady that helped us was very patient with us and nice, thank you for that.

Such passion and pride in one’s work is hard to find these days and on top of that the product is nothing short of exceptional.
The customer service was amazing. Our dietary concerns were addressed with compassion and respect. Most of the products except for the pepperoni pizza and such are suitable for vegetarians.
We got the broccoli as well as the spinach ricotta pizza which were delectable as were the custard and cream filled donuts.
The bread just has that special texture and taste that elevates it from humble bread to something which blankets you with dopamine inside and out. A joy to see, touch and taste the wonderful texture and amazing flavour.
No wonder this is the bread everyone loves and talks about in western New York.

Ice cream was so good. We had hazelnut, pistachio, and chocolate brownie. I had the affogato and I could eat that all day! The lady who served us was so friendly and makes a good espresso. Hidden on a street offering international flavours is a gelato shop that is just right. It impressed us enough to be back.
We visited one evening and were glad to find it seated with three Italian locals. The interior has the vintage vibes of a gelato shop that also serves up cappuccinos and paninis. We came for the medium three flavour gelato and picked a choice of mango ice, hazelnut and chocolate.

An incredible experience if you're looking for a light dessert with coffee or just hot water the way I like it, I had the Rosemary gruyere scone. It had a delicate rosemary flavor with a hin mild gruyere flavor giving it a well-balanced taste with a nice crust that just melted in your mouth. This was fantastic. My daughter had the stuffed cherry croissant and after stealing a piece I found it to be not too sweet and a really excellent balance between the creme fraiche and the Cherry filling. All in all a wonderful stop and having also tasted the Cookie monster gelato was also an excellent pick even though it wasn't my cup of tea. This is located in a culinary institute and you can tell by their attention to detail and the friendliness of the students who are running the La Patissori Cafe.

The Starbucks in the store is awful. Unsanitary, the manager is rude and disrespectful. Everytime I go in they barely have anything I ask for. My children and I visited this location twice while we were in the Niagara area, and both experiences were great. The store is clean, organized, and offers a nice variety of food options. I walked in and immediately was greeted with friendly faces of people like me who love to eat awesome food. I explained I was never there before and I was picking up an order for a door dash customer they ordered fish fry's. Wow a bakery with fish fry's! So the gentleman who was eating at the time was like hey give her some pizza to try and a loaf of bread! I was prepared to buy a cookie and a brownie but they gave to me to try. When I tasted the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie it brought me back to being a child in the kitchen where my mom and grandmother were always making sweet treats for everyone! I was truly happy to know I can finally get the treats of my childhood! The brownie was just as good! I enjoyed the bread with friends who all said it was delicious. There was none left after that dinner! I would definitely be ordering pizza from there as well. Just have to make sure I pay attention to hours they are open. Too bad not open late on Friday nights. The customer service was amazing! I felt like I was back in my old employers kitchen they were Italians and I've always known them to be very giving when it comes to food and vino! Lol! It was great! I had an amazing experience and I recommend this little bakery to everyone who wants more for their money and great prices food!

When we called the guy was rude. Wouldn’t accommodate customer to split us sauces for wings. We walked in the business and it is absolutely disgusting. Not sure how the health department even lets this place still operate.
Food was really bad. Pizza was barely cooked and had no taste. Medium wings were dry and had little to no sauce. We brought back to house with six people, some who were visiting from out of town and everyone complained. It was embarrassing and we were all disappointed and left hungry.

If this review were based on the quality of food it would have gotten five stars. I ordered pizza for my nephew and daughters combined birthday party. I had placed the order for 2 and a half trays of cheese and pepperoni and a tray of cheese. When I went to go pick up the pizza there was only 1 and a half grays of cheese and pepperoni and a tray of cheese. When I questioned the order and advised him that it was wrong he was quite abrasive and rude insisting that was what I ordered even though I knew that it wasn't. The amount that he told me the pizza was was not even close to the amount I was quoted when I ordered it was exactly the cost of a tray of pizza less than my quote. Needless to say if you're going to be ordering for a party make sure you get your order in writing and definitely do not prepay. Had the man apologized to me especially knowing that the order was for a large party I probably would not have taken the time to write this review but instead he chose to argue with me and insisted that I was wrong like I didn't know what I ordered

I was hoping to see both locations represented here in the outlet as they have completely opposite service and it makes it difficult to review this. I don't want to take away from the "good" location but it's impossible to turn a blind eye. Let me elaborate.
The "good" location as I call it is the one located in the outlet's definition of a food court. The customer service here has always been excellent and even if I have to wait to have something made I don't mind, I get it, and frankly I'd rather have something made fresh. I have never had a problem at this location.
Now the other location, the one in the wing across from Spencers, is another story altogether. There is a guy there who is nice and is always working but I have been there enough times to see he is one of the few. Normally there are way too many people behind the counter supposedly working and yet none of them are doing anything productive, leaving the work to a single employee. It's always girls I notice, who are talking with one another, sitting in the back room, on their phones, and having horrible practices with gloves. It was at this location I tried to redeem a coupon on the app which the employee couldn't figure out and refused to override or get someone to help (even though there were four other people) and instead telling me I had to pay full price. When I pointed out I had the coupon she shrugged and "didn't know" I said nevermind and to cancel my order and she had an attitude with me. I went to the other location (mentioned above) and the coupon IMMEDIATELY scanned and there was no issue. I explained beforehand that it might be weird since the other location had scanned it and mentioned what happened and they comped me a bunch of dips and insisted on making me fresh food if I was willing to wait.
It's so weird that there can be two locations of the same place in the same building that are run so different. Are they separate franchisees? Management? Or is it just coincidence that I get them on bad days as the employees go back and forth?
I think it's absurd to be charged full price when staff doesn't know how to ring a promo that's sponsored by their company's app and unwilling to get another employee when there are 4 others standing around not working/ talking to one another/ on their phones and when I cancel the order I was scoffed at.

I am Italian and won't go anywhere else to purchase my bread because there is no other bakery that can compete with the freshness and taste of what they make here. The pastries are typical Italian and they have so many delicious products from Italy. 5 stars across the board! We happened to be in the falls this morning and wanted to stop in to a bakery. Googled options and decided on Portage Bakery and we weren't disappointed in this choice! Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were at the counter waiting to place a order. When we got the order of 3 drinks one was missing and when shown receipt they made it wrong. Ordered a candy bar ice latte and was given Carmel crunch 3x each time the server tried to tell us that Carmel crunch was the candy bar syrup. We ended up taking the drink and walking out.
