Had a flight of premium ciders, all quite different. The appetizer was super interesting, a deep fried maple leaf. I've never seen that on a menu anywhere, very interesting, and I could see it being good for a dessert as well, just add a scoop of ice cream. My husband's soup was nice, his salad was also good, I had the mussels with fries. I was quite perplexed by the fries, they tasted nice but perhaps a little heavy on the salt. Moreso I was confused by the size, they were all small to the point where I thought I was given leftover ends, and was going to say something, but then I checked out some online reviews where the owner mentioned that they are purposely small, made with a smaller sized potato variety with lower starch levels. It's not a huge space but enough to offer up a wide variety of products. From veggies to meat to baked goods, you can definitely find what you're looking for. We decided to grab a couple of sandwiches and eat outside on their small patio. The steak sandwich was very delicious. The steak came on a lightly toasted bun with onions and peppers which gave it some extra flavour and textures. I would've liked a little more seasoning on the steak but overall it was delicious. My only criticism was that the driveway isn't paved so it gets very dusty as cars drive in and out of the parking lot. Not very nice when you're sitting there eating.

Wow they were the juiciest, tender and most flavourful lamb chops we’ve had anywhere. I actually swore out loud on the first bite. I’d drive an hour again just for those. We finished with hot cafe macchiatos and heavenly tiramisu. After we peeked into the attached Sports Bar - we understood from our server that on some nights during the week it is fully packed. The venue was great with the little market, Santa photo and the live music. The outdoor decoration with the snow all around gave the night a good feel. The food not so much. Edible but odd. We also ordered some incredibly fresh sashimi as well as the orange dragon roll and the legend dragon roll (with soft shell crab). They should watch "give them the pickle" :) - We like having a nice drip coffee or cappuccino with our dessert but they only had expresso. We suggested an Americano but the server said that they didn't have regular coffee cups (for water), only cappuccino cups. I had to go to Tim Horton's across the street and bring back to my table...this would have been challenging if I was sitting inside. Listen, I'm sure that these are growing pains as they are new and I hope that the owner takes this criticism constructively. I even invite a response as it would probably support a return one day to "check up". One suggestion that I have is for the owner to take a trip to London and check out "The Singing Chef" for breakfast on the weekend. Wow... the manager is sharp, always moving, checking in with his staff, patrons (didn't see this) and all this while he was smiling and laughing...it was a wonderful thing to see. Overall, we had a great stop here for lunch and would recommend this to others in the area too.

He had to go talk to someone comes back and told us our order went to the other family and we were ALLOWED to place or order. and then waited another 10 min and i also had to do it with the salmon sashimi.
