My favourite among the three dishes was definitely the Manchurian; super succulent chicken balls cooked in that gorgeous sauce. The sauce of the pomfret consisted of pineapples and peppers, which blew my mind, because I've never tried something like that before and it was quite good in its own way. I have personally never liked pomfret, which is why I didn't really enjoy the dish quite as much. The fried rice was unlike any other fried rice I've tried before, and I personally, would've enjoyed it more with a little touch of either prawns or chicken. Nevertheless, it was still quite a delightful meal. This was quite a new cuisine that I tried out and I am glad that I had a good experience. My then boyfriend, now husband and I had a memorable experience dancing to the Catchy bollywood songs including hindi and popular punjabi songs performed by the band.
