The owner, Tony, is friendly. The staff is super helpful with first time and the seasoned climbers. The pricing is reasonable. There is something for everyone there for all skill levels, however, there is no crack climbing available if that's your passion. The cafe is cute and the food is good. The smoothies are excellent. It is small by comparison to their counterparts in other areas. They offer a variety of classes to check out as well as top rope and lead belay certifications (for their gym only as each gym has their own set of rules to follow but once you got it you can pretty much test out and certify anywhere.) For those bigger folk trying to find something fun and less stressful then going to a gym, I highly recommend trying it out. While it does challenge your body in ways a standard gym doesn't there are sections of the gym that are easier to start out on and you're having so much fun you don't realize your working out. They are very tolerant to my two year old learning to climb as well. He sometimes gets less interested in literally climbing the walls and ops to run and jump on the fall mats.
