If they had been honest and told me that truly the best they can do is zip tie it for now while I was there, that would be one thing but they didn't. They told me everything was good to go and sent me on my way, lying to my face. The guy on the phone told me they couldn't do anything more. SECURITY & ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES * HALLWAY FIRE DOORS (See attached pictures): These doors lock automatically when manually closed, making it impossible to open them without assistance from maintenance. * ELEVATORS: The elevators require a key fob to operate, making it easy to get locked out if you forget your fob. This also makes it impossible for any guests to enter—you have to walk down and meet them in the lobby. * FRONT DOOR SECURITY: The front door is unlocked Monday to Friday during business hours, compromising building and package security. * MAIN ENTRANCE (See attached pictures): The main entrance is next to impossible to locate, causing issues with food deliveries, package deliveries and having people over.
