The other dish we had was the New Mexico chicken enchiladas that are made with blue corn tortillas and topped with green sauce. The sauce was good, the chicken was tender and well seasoned but I had to ask for a knife to cut it. It just kept falling apart as those tortillas couldn't be cut with a fork. The blue corn tortillas ended up being too chewy and in some cases too hard since the sauce did not soften them up enough. The flavor just didn't seem to work together with the chicken, cheese and sauce. I would recommend using regular flour tortillas to get a better flavor. The rice and beans were good. My margarita finally arrived when I was about finished with my meal after I reminded my server I had ordered one and asked if it was coming still. When we left and walked back through the restaurant, there were still people on other rooms eating and talking but it was noticeably quieter and we were envious that we hadn't been sat in a better place. Overall I probably wouldn't return here as the food is overpriced and not great. Add the noisy environment and less than stellar customer service and it just isn't worth it.
