We went for brunch on a Saturday around 11:30 and there was no wait, only maybe three other tables were sat. I got a Thai julep that was bright and refreshing, my partner got some sour beer on draft that he liked. I got the Japanese patatas bravas, everything about the dish was incredible but the brisket was waaaay overcooked. It was dry like jerky, which was disappointing.
