MS & Natasha also didn't substitute & replace ingredients that aren't available in India, instead they decided to make Orgeat, Falernum, Saccharum etc. all in house!! The Cocktail Tasting on 2nd December completely knocked me out! Sous Vide, Clarification, Carbonation, Flavoured Foam etc. they had adopted processes that were unheard of in the Tricity & the result was spectacular.
