広州三大レストランの一つ。敷地が広く庭には、池などがあり料亭の様。食事をする場所は2つあり、入って右手が池を眺める事が出来る雰囲気抜群会場、そして左手はホテルの大宴会場さながらの豪華な会場。はじめは池の方に通されたが、しばらくすると大宴会場の方に移動されました。どうやらモーニング(7時～11時まで)が終了する11時でした。気を取り直して、802番のお粥、653番の小籠包、311番の餃子っぽいのを頼みました。とにかく小籠包がうまい。皮が薄い割りに箸でつまんでも破れずしっかりしております。技術が上手なのでしょうか！？何よりスープが絶妙！311番のは餃子と思いきや、皮がお餅で肉餡を包んでおります。皮が薄いので中の餡が透けております。はじめて食べましたが、もちもちのお餅と肉の餡、さらにはパクチーのアクセントで非常に美味しいです。セロリらしきものも入っており、しゃきしゃきで歯ごたえも良いです。この3つで60元とリーズナブルです。場所は駅から少し離れておりますので不便ではありますが、雰囲気も良く、美味しく、お値段もお手頃なのでオススメです。地元の人も多く、家族やカップル、大人数、接待でも使えると思います。また行きたいです。
