I am a pastry chef, so I love this place for its from-scratch pastries! Everything I have tried is delicious. My favourite is the peanut butter caramel cookie 😋 My only problem with this place is the customer service. I’ve been in I believe 3 times since they’ve opened and I’ve never felt welcome or appreciated for spending my hard-earned money at this business. I’ve worked strictly at small businesses throughout my life and I know how important customer service is to a place. I don’t believe I’ve ever been helped by one of the owners, so I would advise them to maybe have a talk with their employees about being a bit friendlier. Maybe they’re tired and stressed out from a busy day, but after 3 visits with similarly bad experiences, they should try to figure out a solution for their attitudes. I also want to say that because I’ve worked in restaurants and bakeries my whole life, I know problem customers, and I am not one. I try to be as quick and easy as possible when I go anywhere because I know how it is.
