ラーメン屋をあちこち検索しては毎回新たなお店に行って食べてます、今回はブリュッセルでも老舗のラーメン屋で、そして日本人オーナーということで楽しみにして行きました！店内は明るく、テラス席もあり、お店の雰囲気も良かったです。メニューも日本語表記もされていて分かりやすかった。日本のコミックが本棚に並べてあるところなんかは日本らしさもあって、やはり老舗だからこーゆーところも日本らしさを出してるんだなぁーなんて思いました。 そして、肝心のラーメンですが、それが少し残念な感じでした、期待してたのもありで予想していたものとは違ってました、スープが味噌汁のようなスープでした味噌ラーメン独特の濃厚さはありませんでした。 なので、たくさん調味料があったので本来使うとしてもラーメン用の塩コショウだけですがラー油やら少し塩をかけてみたりと色々混ぜてしまいたした。 きっと以前から、この味をずっと守られてきたのでしょうか、最近の日本のラーメンを知らないのだなと思ってしまいました。それともこの味を貫くという意気込みにあるのか、日本人の私としては日本のラーメンが食べれると思っていたので、逆にここのラーメンに勉強不足なのではないかと感じてしまった、麺の方もインスタントに近い感じがしました。なので麺にスープが絡むような感じではありません。 餃子の並び方にもビックリしました！心の中で笑ってしまいましたが、ラーメンにしろ餃子にしろこれがここのラーメン！だと言われてしまえばそれまでです。餃子は普通です。 日本人のオーナーとのことで、日本人らしきスタッフがカウンター内にいたので帰り際に、ごちそうさまでした！と一言言ったのですが、何もそれに対しての返答もなかったので、少し寂しい気分にもなりましたが、そもそも日本人なのかどうかもそれだと分からない感じです。
