There was a delicate balance of flavours in each dish and mouthful. The peas in the fried rice, were green, round and plump, not wrinkled, saggy or grey. The rice was not dry, nor was it oily or mush. The black-bean beef was sumptuous, sweet and tender. The honey chicken was tender and succulent, with the batter allowing the true flavour of the chicken to hero the dish, without a glug of pastry and oil. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, remaining brightly coloured and begging to be eaten. The atmosphere of the restaurant lends itself to families and large groups. Large group bookings can have their own room, cordoned off from the main dining room in the restaurant.
