When I called to ask, the night time front desk person just gaslit me and told me that she was going to send me an email with a list of the products in the bathroom. After awhile of not recieving the email, I called back in case she didn't have my email address and confirmed that she had it. She said she was busy but was "writing the email right now." That email never came. So, she lied to not have to deal with me. At that price point, everything should wow you. The service should be amazing all around and not one person should leave you with a bad feeling, beds should be so comfortable that you don't want to leave, the design details should be very aesthetically appealing and the view of the harbor should be as unobstructed as possible.
