Thankfully, the Second Ladies at the pick up window were great. Super kind. Açaí bowl is still frozen, maybe that’s normal and I’m just ignorant. Can’t even eat it. The staff are too young or nieve to know customer service. I asked for the manager and I was told the manager was not there to rectify the issue. The person that took my ordered seemed to be clueless about the entire ordering process or not know the product. I asked one question about the product and he said "I don't kmow". Three people came to the register to fix the reward issue so I could use my reward for the purchase and 15 minutes later, the price was still the same. No one had a solution for the issues and no addressed me about the issue or apologized. I was not looking for something free but an explanation and/or someone to correct the situation. I ordered the acai bowl and wanted to use my accumulated points, but they (3) could not figure out how to apply my points to the order.
