I would give more stars but they have terrible hours, they don't open until 11 am. I would sort of understand if we were in a lazy beach community but with them being a great healthy option and located right next to a gym, it just seems a bit more logical to be open for those who start their mornings early at the gym. The food sounded delicious but that was not the case at all. While waiting for our food, I noticed that the restaurant was filthy. The air vents that are directly above the tables where people eat, had a layer of dust that clearly has not been cleaned in months, maybe even years. The restroom was so gross, the grout on the tile had a layers of dust on it as well. As for the food, they portray to be this healthy restaurant, but the portions of food is ridiculous. We tried Pure on a suggestion from a friend and were very disappointed. The orange smoothie we ordered was basically orange flavored milk and my kids thought it tasted like medicine. Thought they were just being picky so I ordered a peanut butter and jelly smoothie. This one was more a smoothie consistency but flavor was lacking. We ordered our food to go and once we got home and opened the containers the chicken was burnt (literally stunk up my kitchen!). I did call and speak with an employee and he was very apologetic. He offered to reorder but at this point I was not interested in going back so he gave me a refund.
