Bamboo Blu exceeded all expectations. This beachfront venue has beautiful white sand, clear blue water with plenty of beach chairs and cabana's to relax in. Communication with Bamboo Blu was excellent and they had multiple menu options for a buffet style dinner. The dinner was delicious, the callaloo, escovitch fish, pumpkin soup were crowd favorites. The food is always freshly prepared and that red velvet cakes is to die for not to sweet at all but definitely delicious.
