Service was attentive and professional as expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Only removing one star as there were a couple of courses that weren’t bad by any means but were also not memorable. However, the courses that were good were VERY good. A special mention for their bread! We were very tempted to ask for another round but we weren’t sure if that was something they would accommodate. Our favourites were the Cheeseburger 2050, the Seafood Lottery, and the cacio e pepe in Don’t Steal the Bunny. The dessert courses were both incredible. I will say though that being served treats on the bottom of a shoe (albeit fake) was a little off-putting, but it didn’t take away from the taste. Cocktails were also good, we tried three different ones and even ordered one of them again. Definitely not an affordable dinner at $150 per person for the set menu alone, but I can confidently say it was worth it and that the price wouldn’t deter me from returning. Some dishes were better than others and some were a complete letdown. Service though was excellent! Overall the appetizers were good with strong flavours. The beet salad was very nice and light. Although, the kale salad and bread knots were good, it was definitely too salty. Eggplant and tomato arancinis were good, but a bit salty too. If you like food on the saltier side, then it might be just right for you, but for me it was a bit much. The next two pasta dishes served felt like polar opposites. The spaghetti alla vongole was the best dish of the night. In fact, it might be the best pasta I’ve ever had. If you visit, you must order it. It was so flavourful without being too salty. Perfect al dente texture - not too hard or soft. Capers and cherry tomatoes were nice. The tagliatelle alla bolognese, on the other hand, was underwhelming. The sauce was alright, but again salty. The noodles were so bad. Some were softer and some were too hard, and some of the noodles were stuck together. All together a not so great experience. We waited 50 min for the last course: bone-in ribeye with bone marrow and roasted garlic with a side of broccolini. We ordered medium at 35 oz. If you order medium rare you wait 45 min. Although, they prime you and let you know about the amount of time you need to wait, it was just too long of a wait, and considering the previous dishes we ordered were on the smaller side, we got hunger pains. Cheese Toast 는 겉은 바삭하면서 속은 입안에서 샤르르 녹는 식감이라 너무나 맛있었고 Ceaser Salad 는 직접 테이블앞에서 서버분이 만들어주셔서 넘 인상깊었습니다! 스테이크 또한 입안에서 녹는 느낌이였고 다른음식과 곁들여먹으면서 너무 맛있게 먹었답니다!!👍

벤쿠버 현지인들의 맛집이라고 해서 점심에 방문했는데 정말...느무 친절함 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 물 조금만 컵에서 비어도 바로바로 따라주고 배낭가방 들고 갔는데 따로 보관해줄까? 물어보고하심. 가격은 조금 있는 편인데 생면이라 너무 맛있는데 자리가 협소하다보니까 바로 먹고 나가는 시스템이에요. 에피타이저로 문어와 콩 요리가 있는게 그게 존맛입니다.

Not many fine dining Asian fusion places so naturally as a person who has tried a bunch of Michelin star restaurants and all the high end places of Vancouver I had to try out. The food was mostly pretty but the taste and coherence of the flavours was atrocious. 250$ meal was the worst i ever had unfortunately. First off oysters are oysters I guess, fresh and normal. Duck was super chewy but was good, you practically had to gnaw at it out go for a full bite. Octopus was super chewy overcooked. Papaya salad was strange… peanut sauce with papaya but no meat so was like having half a salad roll Tofu was petty awful, inch thick layer of xo sauce oil with some soft tofu and mushrooms, super greasy and just tasted salty Beef empanadas were not edible, wayyyyyyy too salty like they dropped a tea spoon of salt into a tiny 11$ empanada. Trout was undercooked, not flaky, skin so chewy and not pan fried so it was like chewing gum. Flavour of the sauce did not work at all with the dish. Beef cheek was cooked perfectly but they literally forgot to season it so tasted like nothing. Whereas the rendang was overly salty and pungent. Dessert was good, ice cream had good flavour but the meringue was way too sweet for it. Overall a very poor experience considering for just a bit more you could have Anna Lena or Burdock instead.
