McDonald's is usually my go-to when I need something fast. The food's decent for what it is, and you know what you're getting. The outdoor play area is a lifesaver if you're bringing kids along. Inside, those ordering machines are pretty handy for getting your food without a fuss. They've got plenty of seating too, both indoors and out, which is nice. Plus, the prices are always fair. It's just a solid, reliable spot for a quick and easy meal.

Rubbish all over the place the whole 30mins we’ve been sat here nobody cleaning up foods very slow, chips are to greasy had to bin them…. staff just walking past all rubbish on tables and cleaning up awful place disgusting managers arnt doing anything about it gone down hill since staff left

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered 3 Veg Dinner EVMs but was served only 2. When I raised the issue, the staff made me wait around 15 minutes or so and then falsely claimed the missing meal had already been given to me. Shockingly, I was even accused of possibly throwing it in the bin. This was insulting, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving the mistake, the staff blamed me. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Very poor service and attitude — not what I expect from McDonald’s. for reference, I have attached photos as well.

Nothing bad to say about it..it's a maccies so you know what you're getting. It does have easy nearby parking and obviously close to excellent shops and also a great kids play area right next to it at Cheshire Oaks.

Terrible Experience at McDonald’s – Avoid This Outlet This was by far the WORST McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 3 Veg Dinner EVMs and was served only 2. When I raised the issue, instead of fixing their mistake, the staff made me wait nearly 15 minutes and then lied, claiming I had already received the meal. To make it worse, I was accused of throwing it in the bin — an absolutely ridiculous, insulting, and humiliating allegation. The staff’s attitude was appalling – rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. Their behavior came across as racist, unethical, and downright unprofessional. Instead of owning up to their error, they chose to blame the customer. This is unacceptable. On top of that, the food quality was extremely poor — stale, cold, and nowhere near McDonald’s standard. The order itself was incomplete, and the way the situation was handled shows how little this outlet cares about customers. McDonald’s should be ashamed to have such staff representing their brand. This outlet needs urgent management intervention. If you value your money, time, and self-respect, avoid this place at all costs.

Incredibly poor experience at this McDonalds. Food was served cold three times! Extended wait for the food in the first place and cold when served. Staff seemed more concerned with dealing with drive through customers and in-house customers were expected to wait! Avoid!

Its my first time going there and had a worst experience ever. I went to a drive through and ordered spicy nuggets meal and in return they gave me normal nuggets but before that ive saw that they gave me wrong dips and I’ve waited there for 5-7 minutes calling them but no one responded to me even when they saw me screaming. They just acted like no one saw me this is ridiculous

Attended today, service terrible. Limited menu options and even when drinks were showing as available, they served with half ingredients, only acknowledged when raised with the staff. To top it off, they forgot my meal and I had to chase this also. All when 4 x staff lounging behind the counter as they were not busy......avoid.

It was a bit busy when I visited but Starbucks are masters at quick and efficient service. There were literally 5 staff all behind the counter: one on the till, 2 baristas, one stock checking and one emptying bins. Despite all the staff the place was a mess, not one table was clean and even the areas for making coffees were messy. Every type of milk was out, all the taps were running, the bins were out, rubbish was left on the service counter. I've never seen a Starbucks that messy and yet it's not the busiest I've been to. This Starbucks isn't very big and they've put all the seating in one area so it makes it difficult to navigate out when you're just getting a takeout coffee. The reason for 2 stars and not 1. They got my coffee right and the service wasn't bad - I was just disappointed it wasn't very clean, it doesn't create the right atmosphere to sit and relax to enjoy a coffee.

Staff amazing, always pop in when I can to see Sam, Chris and Jake, they still remember my drink order 🙂

Clean and tidy. This is a franchise though so they don't do all the others Starbucks advertise

I LOVE Starbucks, especially the Frappuccinos. I ordered my usual espresso light with a dash of sugar free hazelnut syrup. 3 times I asked to clarify that it was 'light's I cannot tolerate much sugar or fat, especially in cheeses and full fat milk. I asked the guy who took the order twice if he ordered light to make sure and asked the guy that made it if it was and was told that it was. To my horror when I got home and had drank already deank some, I noticed the label and it was whole milk and sugar syrup! I was poorly for a little while, but thankfully I hadn't drank much of it. I've raised this with Starbucks and haven't even received a response. Not even had an acknowledgement email. Won't be going back and I'm cancelling my Statbucks card. This could have turned out much worse.

Highly disappointed with my service , ordered a caramel iced late and got a plain late , i get it may have been busy but its not hard to read a ticket that says Caramel on it Given all these new weird pressed milks that people keep getting caramel definitely isnt the hardest deink to make

Stopped going a number of years ago because it’s was dreadful. Went this week . No difference whatsoever. Dirty cutlery, chipped plates, Bacon so dry and stiff you could stand it up. Ordered NO toast, just bread requested, toast arrived. Ordered side of black pudding, £0.99p extra. 1 slice arrived.

Had breakfast in Morrisons cafe this morning but never again, it was cold and the toast wasn't cooked it was pale and under cooked. two poached eggs were hard and cold, my grand daughter had nuggets chips and peas. The peas were cold so she didn't eat them and the nuggets and chips were also cold but she ate a few. The lady on the till was also running around serving so people were having to wait to pay. I will not be returning for breakfast it was terrible and a waste of money.

Will make this short & not so sweet! Quick pit stop before work & so disappointing! Asked for a runny poached egg with my breakfast and told, it's not possible due they are precooked in a factory! Oh dear... Bacon was so thin you could see through it and cold as was everything else just microwaved for 20 seconds. Sorry Morrisons, alas no more.

Usual great place is letting it's staff and itself down. Out of alot of menu choices and have no working fryers for weeks. Over half menu not available and no warning signs. Well done to the staff but the company need to get it together. It's obvious that it's constantly low staffed. Stop running it down.

After about 10pm the place takes on more of a wine bar rather than restaurant feel. We were left to relax with drinks and of the cleanest restaurants i have visited. The staff very well presented and super polite- a slight delay with my order and I was offered freebies to nibble whilst I waited. You can see the food being cooked and there were no bare hands handling the food. The portions are superbly large and the food was spot on and well priced.

It's very nice coffee & everything they sell in the cafe is quite cheap, so it's better than most & cheaper all round. Well it's worth a try especially when you pay well over £2 for a coffee in Costa & the other famous one & to tell you the truth the famous ones are the worst coffee's you can possibly buy & they never taste as good as the coffee abroad, so it's certainly not worth the money they charge. Anyway Morrisons is a lot better than the others & half the price. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Very decent, they let you down u change items with no fuss for all those like me who don't like tomatoes. Its quick and reasonably priced and also let's kids eat for free with each paying adult which is a nice little bonus

Great café in Little Sutton. Friendly, quick service. Ordered a bin lid with sausage, Black pudding, egg and cheese. Only £3.70 Delicious and fantastic value! I'll be back. 5*

The best cafe I have ever been too,been coming here for the last couple of years and I live in north Wales, The food is pure perfection and the service is brilliant, I wouldn't recommend any where else

Girls are very friendly and take good care of anyone that walks in from toddler's to the old and all us workers who just want delicious brekkies. 100% BELTER THIS PLACE. Gutted it's not in Liverpool would literally eat there every day. 👍

All i can say is the worst customer service iv ever witnessed rude, miserable and doesnt know how to crack a smile definitely lets everyone know she doesn't enjoy her job. Didn't even help a lady open the baby change when the woman asked because she was struggling. Staff member needs to learn how to be nice and friendly

Visited here after my diabetic eye screening today, i could not see clearly so politely asked the lady making the coffee if she could please enter the code on toilet door for me, i was met with rudeness, sighing heavily and rolling eyes, how embarrassing for me, safe to say i just left red faced infront of everyone, never again, the blonde lady is a disgrace to your store

I would call this drink many things but a cappuccino is not one of them. Where is the foam? Why is it as boiling as lava? Why did i waste my money on this? Why does the costa machine in the supermarket make better cappuccino than their so called baristas? I guess robots are taking over the world after all.

Staff are always lovely. Food and drink are always nice. Unfortunately the coffee shop is freezing. No heating. Apparently Costa are not going to repair it. Uncomfortable for customers.

A tried and tested establishment for coffee. Lots of choice on offer. The smell is so enticing when you first walk in. I particularly enjoy the limited edition Christmas coffees that are always welcome on a cold day. Staff are so efficient and the service is a well oiled machine despite high volumes of customers. Prices are on the high side but all beverages provided are of a high standard and well presented.

we went as a few friends, 3/5 of us were eating actual costa products, the others had food but were very discreet. we were informed by a member of staff to leave for “not eating costa products” we thought this wasn’t necessary as we actually did and tried to inform the lady before walking away and continuing to call security on all of us in less than 1 minute. the security guard tried to inform the staff member that she was in fact wrong however that didn’t work. not happy, disgusting customer service.

Today , my latte was made by a red hair lady and it wasn't taste good. Nothing was right today, no clean spoons, not even thank you, she wasn’t in a mood today. I won't visit again this place. If you don't enjoy making coffees and meet and greet customers, you better stay at home and be angry at yourself.

Best truck stops by a long way!!! As good as it gets if you ask me, the food was spot on and the place was very clean and tidy

As many have said before this feels more like a holiday place than a truck stop 😂 Women toilets were 5* . What a great place, spotless facilities ranging from kitchen with everything needed, games rooms (with even call of duty and fifa games available on pc and xbox 😂😂), restaurant, wash and dry, fuel etc and most importantly safe and secure parking! PS. I definitely recommend the massage chairs , they're absolute divine 😂😜 Highly recommend, will be coming back every time I'm in the area.

The best parking in the whole UK whenever I'm in the area I visit it, it's just a vacation on another level.

This is the best truck stop in the country if not the UK. I love going here. They've got good food and drinks. Pool table, air hockey, massaging chairs and all sorts in there. I would recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic place to park up. Safe and secure, facilities immaculate and numerous. Feels more like a drivers only holiday park with PCs each with an Xbox, pool tables, massage chairs, sky and comfy seats, restaurant, drivers kitchen with vending machines, launderette, loads of showers. I know I'm probably missing some bits. If your in the area and need to park up this is THE place to go. Staff were great too

This is the best parking from all the europe probably. At last the best that I was in. We found the last place at 01AM, but I advise to make a booking before, just to be sure! The staff is lovely (I also get a tip about flowers from the lovely lady from the caffe), food is so good (also had free coffee or tea at the meniu). The toilets and showers are so clean and it looks like this parking was really made for the drivers, not only for the trucks. Hope to come back soon!

My granddaughter had to take her car to lookers at ellesmere port It was going to be there a while so we saw tucked away across the road this little gem.. Went in with a work colleague and it's just a great little café - lovely service. Each time we go in the girls behind the counter always make time and seem interested in how your day is going, it's just nice. The food is okay too, exactly what you expect at a reasonable price, whenever I'm working in Ellesmere Port it's my place of choice for breaky

First visit as I didn't know it was there. Food was absolutely amazing hot, fresh and tasty. Ladies lovely and very chatty will be going back very soon.

Wow what a hidden treasure this cafe is . Staff are fabulous and chatty great price for the food, food is another level all cooked lovely no grease on the plate can cook for food allergies . A must visit. Just off the m53.

I have tried The American and Traditional breakfast. The portions were big and we were not able to eat it all. They offer a fair price for the breakfast. I love the fact they always smile and friendly.

We ordered a buffet for Nan's birthday, food was FANTASTIC and there was plenty of it. Service was great from start to finish, communication was brilliant and he even offered to deliver it - even though we chose to collect it. Absolutely delighted with everything. THANK YOU! Will be going back.

Ok little place for a quick sandwich. Not a lot of variety in that cabinet and next to no cakes available. Only 3 choices in pre bagged packaging. We visited 1 hour before closing... The lady serving was lovely and kind. Was an ok quick lunch, but wouldn't visit again.

We have a breakfast here most Saturdays. The quality of food and service has never faltered during this pandemic. From fresh, cooked food prepared for collection to dining in the cafe. You're always made to feel welcome by any member of staff. It's always a pleasure seeing Paul and Mandy when we visit.

We used this catering company for a 21st birthday party last weekend. I have to say how lovely the food was. The chicken curry and rice was delicious and we also had a buffet which went down a treat. Paul was fantastic, very friendly and fitted in with our tribute act as to when the food should be served. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone........

My go-to place for breakfasts! Staff very friendly. Fod is amazing. And the sausage rolls are to die for! I haven't tried the other food that they do but it all looks amazing

Staff not friendly. Requested tomato sauce ,table cloth for cleaning the table and it seemed as if am bothering them.Could not even Request for salt.

Got a bacon cheeseburger with chips, absolutely delicious, big portions too and reasonable prices to boot. What's not to like, we will most definitely be back.

Called in by chance this morning while in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful in regards to ordering and bring my food to my table, as well as then bring any condiments to me. As the picture shows I got a lot for my £5 breakfast and toast. It was all fresh and hot, as it is called Express Cafe it's fitting that food was at my table within 5-6 minutes of ordering. Take away and home delivery is also available here. It seemed popular cafe with locals as a lot of phone orders were taken and other customer's came and went while I was there. I would definitely visit again if in the area.

I work for a local business on the Telford Rd industrial estate and most Saturdays we order sandwiches from here. I really like this place! The food is always really nice and delivered quickly. It's great!

Just called in for lunch/breakfast. Not bad .not been for ages loverly hot cappuccino. Hot cooked food good service. Polite freindly staff ..only reason for not being full mark was bacon was 2 fatty not crispy but all that goes on what I like overall decent

If I could I would eat here everyday. The food is so good. Very filling and reasonably priced for the amount you get. Staff are friendly. Atmosphere has an eastern European vibe to it which is different but no complaints there. Their chairs are very comfortable to sit on. The only issue is they have one toilet and no baby changing table.

I travel often and eat mainly in cafes. This little cafe in Ellesmere port is the last of the MILK BAR CAFES in Britain. It's a pity, I'll miss them. The owners, a Turkish man and his wife, lovely lady, have done a great job with the business, I had a good experience with the staff and chose a table inside. There is also seating in the ports main centre. it's a nice place. The food is REALLY REASONABLE. A Big Daddy English Breakfast three of everything in a English Breakfast is only around £10. I ordered poached egg sausage white toast and coffee. Cost around £7 I was surprised to receive 2 eggs 2 sausages and two toast. Well cooked and hot and a proper poached egg. Most cafes don't do poached. The menu is vast and very very reasonable. There are also lovely cakes to try, I had eaten too much 😋I'm not good at WiFi so if I missed a dot or capital don't worry, I know what's good in a cafe

Had Breakfast/Lunch here once a week over the last month and enjoyed it every time. Food was cooked well, not greasy and served hot & promptly. Tables & cutlery were all spotlessly clean and staff very helpful & welcoming. Surprised reading some of the earlier negative reviews, as my experiences have all been enjoyable. Reasonably priced too. Will be my go-to choice for Breakfast out going forward and would recommend to all. Keep up the good work guys! 👌🏻😎
