The 20 best breakfast and brunch in Albany

We’re passing through Albany on our travels across WA, found Dylans on our walk, and glad we did! 👌 Place was very busy, people waiting to be seated, which usually means it’s good! We just wanted some takeaway coffees and started to worry it might be a long wait, but I was served very quickly and they got started on our coffees right away! Coffee and cake came out very fast, coffee is great and cake was very tasty! Highly recommended, thank you very much!

Bustling Cafe which is always a good sign. Inviting, clean, nice decor and great service. The food was great too and a good menu selection. Prices are comparable with other cafes. Plenty of street parking, dine inside or outside with harbour views. Well worth a visit when in Albany.

Stopped in for breakfast while visiting Albany, we were treated immediately and shown a table by a very capable gentleman who had the front seating and order taking completely under control. Coffees came quickly and were great, big breakfast arrived for Hubbie and they kindly did a half serve of bacon and eggs and between us both we could not eat it all it was a very generous serve. Pic snapped half way though.

We came to Dylans on a Sunday for having lunch inside the restaurant. We ordered a burger and the chicken and avo sandwich. Both of them were nice (nothing spectacular but nice, haha). It's comfort food. We also ordered two coffees to finish the meal. In general, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and friendly.

You really can't go wrong going to Dylan's on the Terrace. The staff is very welcoming, the service is efficient even when the place is busy, and the food is always great. Highly recommended.

Always come to Dylons when I’m down in Albany. Love the breakfast and the lunches. Service is always excellent and food comes out promptly. This morning‘s breakfast was a lovely omelette with everything. They make a great coffee as well

This place is amazing! It is cozy, warm and the atmosphere is lovely. The food was so so good!!! We had the mango coconut bread, the mixed berry muffin and the chicken pesto sandwich. Delicious. The owners are the sweetest people to have a chat with. Go here, eat something and look around. Enjoy!

The cosiest cafe around! The food was delicious to a point that we came three days in a row! A great selection of breakfast items featuring eggs scrambled to perfection served in a tasty, freshly baked croissant and hot coffee. Their display case showcased a whole bunch of delectable pastries and desserts. I loved the vibes - it felt so cozy and warm in the shop, we were sipping on coffee whilst chatting with the sweet owners! If you’re ever down in Albany, this is a must try! Come snack on a pastry and coffee, or a quick breakfast in this delightful little cafe! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re here again!

A very quirky little cafe. Not a huge selection of food, but a quaint place to enjoy a coffee. My long black was a touch bitter. There were adorable sugar cubes in the table

So glad we dined here for breakfast! Very cosy and homely. The server (the owner, I think) was so polite and bubbly. Bacon was incredibly crispy, croissant and egg was perfection. Recommended!

What a lovely cafe. The decor is really gorgeous and the food is delicious. We had the croissant with bacon and eggs and it was huge and so tasty. The little biscuit you get with your coffee is the best biscuit I ever had. I would easily buy a bag if they sold them 😄.

Seemed a lot of things on this particular Saturday in town were closed so we managed to squeeze a table outside here. Ordered croissants and drinks for brekkie which was a very nice. Very busy due to little else along the street being open but the staff handled it well.

Kate's Place at 42 Stirling Terrace, Albany, is a must-visit for any food lover. The vanilla slice? is a solid 10/10....pure perfection! The retro vibe adds to the charm, and while we did queue a bit, it was totally worth it. The outdoor seating is dog-friendly, which is a plus. Those breakfast portions look massive; we’ll definitely be back to tackle them. The paninis are delicious with clever fillings. The coffee was smooth and strong—exactly how I like it. Service was quick and genuinely warm. Plus, their pay-it-forward initiative is a fantastic touch. Always sensational!

Turkish BLT was awesome however chicken salad was mostly spinach leaves. Coffees were good.

What a cute vintage little cafe in Albany! It has got rustic charm, an outdoor seating space, and 3 more locations to chose from. Had a very good coffee and a delicious lemon and yogurt cake! There are some toys available for little ones! A great morning out in Albany

Perfect! The Chaï is delicious, the smashed avocado is tasty and the muesli bowl is good and generous. The staff Is welcoming and kind ☺️ It’s open on Sunday. And there is a room at the back for large groups. A good moment! 🤩

A lovely cosy local cafe with a fireplace. Nice to see lots of regulars catching up. Lovely food, bacon cooked just right. My son had a milkshake and loved it. One of the lovely staff members offered my kids stickers.

After walking stop at Kate's Enjoy the Coffe. Soya milk.. ..beautiful atmosphere.. Great views recommended

OMG, if you want a fine dining experience in Albany you must go to Lime 303. The food simply delicious and beautifully presented, the beverage list is extensive, the deserts are an artwork, and the service was simply outstanding. Our thanks to Senior wait staff member Katrina, who expertly guided Peter through learning his craft. Big shout out to Peter who learnt it was my birthday and brought out the desert complete with a candle. Simple, elegant, and thoughtful. It made my day. Do yourself a favour and reserve your table today at Lime 303.

Absolutely AMAZING! Great food, and fantastic service. We were recommended by a friend to try Lime 303, and oh dear we loved it. The garlic prawn crepe was finger-licking delicious, and the special red cocktail was 10/10! Staff were super nice and friendly. We’ll come back next time we’re visiting Albany ☺️

What a wonderful dining experience! I wasn't expecting this nice of a restaurant since we were staying at the Dog Rock Motel, which wasn't as upscale as this restaurant. We had a large group, everyone ordered something different and everyone was very pleased. I had the lamb dish, it was very tasty and cooked perfectly. Service was attentive and friendly. I wish we had been able to go here for our second night, but we didn't make reservations and they couldn't seat us. Too bad! I wanted to try some other items on the menu.

Delicious dinner with friends for a special birthday.. The food and service was awesome.. We were looked after by a lovely Indonesian lady and a young girl with long hair that gave a great recommendation for the main which was a Carbonara with a twist, it was so yum and highly recommend (not something I would usually order at a restaurant but very glad I did and would have that again and again) We had the pannacotta for desert so many delicious flavours. The cocktails were also very good. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

As visitors travelling around southern WA we were hanging out for a “non-pub” meal with a menu not made up of the usual fare. After lots of online research, we decided to put our trust in Lime 303 and, fortunately, we were not disappointed. The food and service were equal to that we could get anywhere. Staff were friendly and efficient while all 3 courses were delightful. Entrees of calamari and pork belly, mains of lamb loin and Scotch fillet and desserts of panna cotta and warm chocolate sponge were all top rate. Even the coffee was spot on. The ambience was also perfect for a lovely meal. Thank you for making our dinner in Albany a memorable one!

Food & service were amazing. Me & hubby had a lovely time enjoying their delicious oysters, calamari, steak & dessert. Will be back again. Room's a bit dark but I guess that's to make it romantic? 😆

Fantastic experience and service. Were slightly understaffed causing slightly longer wait times but not an issue. The food was fantastic and unique but over priced for size which was the only negative. Clean artistic vibe with good table sizings

Ordered take-away. Staff are friendly and nice. Got the coffee and the beans were roasted just right! Too bad we don't have the time to dine in. The shop is super cosy with nice relaxing spots for 2. Space are limited if you have a bigger group.

Great (and I mean GREAT) coffee, nice food and really good friendly service. The premises has a nice choice of seating inside or outside under some beautiful shady trees. Very busy which is always a good sign.

Ordered a wrap and a coffee. Coffee was exactly as ordered and tasted divine! There is a number of food options, savoury and sweet. And plenty of high or low tables inside and out. Great little spot, highly recommend.

Delicious Single origin Espresso and got a takeaway coffee that was the perfect temperature! (not too hot). Low light, arty and wood furniture all suit the Cafe to create a relaxed atmosphere. Parking is really the only issue but parking at the Lush Garden Gallery before heading into the Cafe is my tip.

The Naked Bean is a fabulous 'Must Stop' cafe in Albany. The coffee is excellent, the food varied and delicious, and the decor and ambience is funky and eclectic....oh and the staff are exceptional at giving great service. Conveniently located on the way to Middelton Beach, not far from town with onsite parking bays. Naked Bean has an atmosphere that invites you to wander about exploring the many nooks and crannies they have in this converted service station, where you can find that comfy chair and right light to relax and enjoy the amazing coffee.

The coffee was decent, but we ordered a fish sandwich, and the piece of fish was thin and small. There was a sign indicating that we needed to wait half an hour for our food, but it seemed to take longer than that. I also noticed that the restaurant wasn't very busy that morning.

Had a lovely breakfast here! I ordered the banana pancakes and my partner had the fish and chips both dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and really satisfying. The pancakes were soft and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, and the fish was crispy and flavorful. One of the highlights was the freshly baked pastries everything is made in-house, and you can really taste the difference.

Vancouver Street Cafe is a charming spot tucked away in Albany with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee here is excellent — rich, smooth, and consistently well-made. I ordered a flat white and couldn’t resist going for a second cup.

Not the greatest. My waffles tasted doughy like packet waffles, not freshly made ones and I expect better for the price. My coffee was nice but my wife's chai latte was weak and watery. Her pancakes were cold and the bananas hard and unripe. When she asked for them to be microwaved hotter, they came back the same. The pancakes were advertised as coming with vanilla cream and maple butter, but neither of which was present. For the money, one expects better.

A beautiful little cafe to escape the howling wind and rain this past weekend. Everything reasonably priced and delicious. Service was friendly and welcoming, a lovely little spot to while away the hours

Wow, found Cosi’s Cafe by chance yesterday. Arrived just as owner was closing for the afternoon. We asked could if we get coffees and tea. Owner was more than accommodating. Invited us in, he said “don’t mind us we are just cleaning up, take your time”. Coffee and hot chocolate was lovely, and so was the New York cheesecake. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier welcome to Albany! My husband and the lovely owner. We will definitely be back. 😊

I ordered the steak sandwich & chips with gravy on the side. The gravy was tasty but cold. There was dramatically more bread than steak, and the steak was still raw inside. I like my steak cooked medium-rare; but this was genuinely uncooked. Overall chips and everything were tasty, but raw steak let everything down. My partner got the BLT and was happy!

Excellent breakfast menu. Wonderful coffee. Do not miss this place if you're in Albany.

Us and our kids charged in like a hurricane about 20 mins before close today after a long morning in the national park. The staff were SO patient and accommodating and were quick to tell us that we didn’t have to rush to order, and kindly helped us through the menu. The food was all great and came out quite quickly too. Thanks Cosi’s cafe, we loved our visit today!

Ordered poached eggs and avo plus a scone with jam & cream with a coffee and a pot of tea. Beautiful quality food. Tea served with extra water - a fabulous touch. Would have been 5 star if the lovely fluffy scone was served with real jam and cream instead of sachets and canned cream - a small thing that elevates the whole experience.

Loved our breakfast here! Portion size and price were both really good. Well done guys on delivering an awesome breakfast, even though you were extremely short staffed when we were in. We will be back for sure. Great friendly and fast service with breakfast. Unfortunately we have found lunchtime to be a different kettle of fish. Once I was given the wrong takeaway order and the other, it took 25 mins and me asking where my ham and tomato sandwich was as I was on my lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer. Can still recommend breakfast though!

The meal didn’t really suit our family in terms of pricing and the amount of meat for the crisy belly pork is quite little. To us this place is a little overpriced well that’s to us only. The chilli jam sauce is amazing! Menu does not contain pics. Food waiting time was 45min to an hour. The place is nice but somehow we expected more after trying other places and seeing the good reviews. The area is good as there is a playground directly outside the restaurant and the public toilet is just nearby. Beautiful beach! Give the pork belly pork amiss if you think the portion would be slight bigger. Friendly staff!

If you love a good big breaky this is it. Best scrambled eggs I’ve had in a long time and the Turkish poached eggs were beautiful. With great views of Middleton Beach and a fun playground for the kids, this is a perfect stop for families.

Good breakfast spot. Tried a few things and were generally happy. Quick service. Turkish eggs are tasty, can do with less chilli oil and more yogurt. Berry smoothie was a little tart for my taste. Overall, left satisfied and with full tummies. :)

Right on Middleton Beach, so has great views. There is a cute little outdoor area at the back too. Lots of seating so no need to book. We were a large group of 10 and got two large tables easily. You order at the counter, so great for large groups. The service was very fast. The prices similar to Perth. The food was so-so. For example the wholemeal toast was super thin, almost like a wafer. The eggs hollandaise had very little hollandaise sauce. The drinks were good.

Nice place to catch up with friends! “Visually pleasing.” According to one of them. I come a ton and it’s great even on the colder days.

Nice setting in front of the beach with a good playground for kids. Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience here. Food took an hour to come out. Came out dry and nuke warm. Missing eggs that I paid extra for. Maple syrup also is extra, doesn’t come with the waffle. $105 for breakfast for a family of 5…. Needs improvement.

Awesome little spot right at the beach, very family friendly,including the four legged family on a leash. Amazing food for breakfast and lunch, a coffee chat catchup or a beer with friends. Staff are adorable, very freindly and attentive. Highly recommended the Three Anchors

It was very busy when we arrived for brunch but we managed to get a table inside eventually (book ahead if you want one guaranteed). The staff were very good and the food came surprisingly fast for how many people were there. I had the jalapeno corn fritters which were okay, they were a bit small and needed more jalapeno IMO. We also had the avo smash which was more like a salad on top of toast with avo (see pic 2). That was a bit disappointing. The venue is beautifully located and well maintained but like a lot of places at the moment the portion to payment ratio isn't great.

So nice to stumble apon this Cafe while checking out Emu Point for the first time! Enjoyed the ice cream offerings and the raspberry white chocolate muffin, freshly baked! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as were the staff. The view and sandy beach you have access to from this locale is pretty perfect! Even on a windy day such as today, the experience was excellent! Enjoy it for yourself!

What a spot! We walked 5km or thereabouts along a paved dedicated walkway to come here for breakfast. What a way to start the day with a table outside and a glorious view. Food delicious and well presented. Lovely coffee.

What a great viewpoint this is. The green spaces and coastal views outside of the cafe are amazing. We ordered drinks and a muesli bar warmed up just for a snack. Perfect peace place.

I quite enjoyed the brunch here. We had a big breakfast and a banana blueberry muffin to share. The food quantity is sufficient for 2 person! worth the price! Coffee was great and the view from the cafe is nice and tranquil too. I'd give 5 stars for atmosphere but due to the fact we were seated at the walkway, people kept knocking into our table or having their coats in our faces. Otherwise it is great :) people in the restaurant are nice too!

Great views. Coffee was average at best. Cakes are good. Staff were okay, but disinterested. But what really let the place down is the dead flies on the window sills. This is obviously an ongoing issue as we noticed the same problem last week. I suggest that someone is tasked with running a Dyson over the window sills multiple times a day.

Good cafe on the waterfront. The views are great and they open from 7am which serves the swimmers and cyclists well. The food is good and the coffee ok. Did have to get an extra shot in the iced latte as it was so weak. The porridge was delicious and not sweet as is the problem with other places and the smashed avocado very generous and the addition of a beetroot spread made it better.

We dropped in for lunch midweek. I ordered a burger, which for under $20, was quite good value. It doesn't come with chips so that was healthy too. My wife's salad was nice too. We sat out at one of the pavement tables which was pleasant. Great spot!

We had a ham and cheese croissant, an egg, bacon, spinach and avocado wrap, a long black, a cold press juice (orange, carrot and ginger) and a banana bread pudding. It was all really good, the wrap had a bit of a spicy sauce but it wasn't overpowering, it blended nicely with the other ingredients and the juice was very well balanced as well, loved that I could taste the ginger! It would be good to have a sign indicating that you can take the menu by the cashier's side and just take a seat and come up to order when ready, it was our first time there and weren't sure how the service works, but they're very polite, I would definitely come back!

Amazing place! They make the best coffee I've ever had. The food, service and atmosphere are all top notch. They are dog friendly if you sit outside (ample shade from the umbrellas). We wound up there every day of our trip to Albany ;)

Stopped in for a coffee after a walk along the beach. Nice place good coffee. Many people sitting for breakfast but we didn’t get any meals. Scone was not very good but smoothie was nice. Service is a bit slow but it’s not busy so it’s not that big of an issue. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get a coffee here but if in the area it’s not bad.

An eclectic cafe offering many options for the holidayer or local. Vibe is Chick and Chilled. Coffee was hot and smooth. The Breakfast Wrap was delicious and the Eggs Benedict with salmon too was nice, however the hollandaise needed to be in a bigger quantity as the meal was quite dry and I struggled to get it down. Definitely the place to be for a relaxed meal, coffee or catch-up. Staff were lovely and friendly. We'll see you again!😊

Nice place in the centre of Albany. We got an orange juice served with ice and a chai latte. They didn’t have any savory vegetarian option on display but I asked and kindly made a tomato and cheese tostie for me. Great place to enjoy a breakfast

Popular cafe on a main street. The prices are the same as Perth. The coffee was great. The food was tasty but not very much for the price you pay. The sourdough was quite low and small. The lentil patties were very soft. The juices were yum.

Not to impressed. The muffin, even though heated up was cold and dry. The coffee was overpriced. The cafe itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere.

Normal food, small size, bad experience. I ordered a beef sandwich, but it was entered as chicken. I was willing to let it go—these things happen, whether it was a miscommunication or a simple error. What upset me was not the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. When the dish was replaced and I was asked to pay the price difference, the server repeated four times, “because you ordered it wrong.” Continuously shifting the blame onto the customer felt very disrespectful. I believe I ordered the Reuben (since I never considered the chicken option), but I also acknowledge that human memory can be imperfect. Without camera footage I cannot say with absolute certainty whose mistake it was. What I cannot accept, however, is being told again and again that it was my fault. Good service means taking responsibility and treating customers fairly—not repeatedly blaming them. The customer experience should never be handled in this way.

Came here for an breakfast. Great food choices and I love that half sizes are an option, I probably should have done that lol. I had eggs on toast with added halumi and it was under $20! Coffee was yummy and I also had a orage juice which was freshly squeezed! Everything was amazing, staff were really friendly & welcoming. The whole place has such a nice vibe. 100% recommend, I'll be back ❤️

The coffee was excellent smooth, strong, and served just right. I ordered the mushroom toast with hummus and kale, and it was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I also appreciated the pet-friendly outdoor seating it’s a nice touch for anyone visiting with a dog. The café is a bit small, so it can get crowded quickly, but it’s worth the wait. Overall, a great spot for brunch or a relaxing coffee break.

Great place to eat. Second visit since staying in Albany. Lasagne on our first visit and Chicken ceasor salad 🥗 and carrot cake for dessert. Pot of tea for the hubby and iced Coffee for me. All fabulous.

I’ve ordered Honeycomb Goldrush, my favorite menu. Compared to the Esperance branch i reckon Albany branch has the lower standard more than Esperance branch. The taste is not that bad, but it’s just not as good as it should be.

Best place for breakfast - great selection; food is always freshly cooked and hot.

After a number of visits, from 18 months ago, when the food and service were good, it has gradually declined to today, 29th Oct, when the food was terrible. Toast that was merely toasted, and soggy, eggs almost rock hard, runny was requested, and bacon burnt. The only part of my breakfast any good was the orange juice. My wife's flat white coffee was luke warm, mostly milk. At least her poached eggs were runny. Absolutely terrible. Never again.

Service was fantastic, the food is the best like always. I really recommend coming here.

Busy little cafe. Appears to be quite a social hub. Can't fault the service. Friendly counter and wait staff. Food and coffee were both quick despite being quite busy and plates are cleared away quickly. Decent portion size for the scrambled eggs on toast. Just the extra bacon is a little pricey for two rashers. Beyond that 8/10 would recommend.

I saw this restaurant has very high reviews so we decided to have a go. Everyone is so friendly and smiling all the time which makes me feel so warm 😃ordered a mushroom omelette (around $20) and it was delicious . Will comeback next time when we visit Albany .

Stopped by for a hearty breakfast before heading for a 400km drive back to Perth. Ordered the farmyard breakfast, slice of carrot cake & a chai latte. Food & drink were fantastic. The place was buzzing with the breakfast crowd around 9am.

Love this local cafe! Came here twice in a row. Really enjoyed the sourdough they used in their eggs on toast. Side of mushroom was perfectly done too!

We have been driving from Denmark to Albany to have breakfast at Espresso One for 10 years , mostly because the food is better than in Denmark , it is also value for money. Today, we enjoyed lunch, and the food was awesome 👌 ❤️🙏❤️ Farmyard Breakfast in July 😋 Rashes of bacon , grilled tomatoe, two sausages, hash browns , fried eggs ,mushrooms, toast , and homemade baked beans 😋 🙏. I ordered sat down, and hot coffee arrived 3 mins later , 3 mins after that, the breakfast arrived 👈❣️ . Why would you have breakfast anywhere else ¿¿¿♡♡♡

Wow this place is busy Always a good sign and the locals aren’t wrong !! Long queue for ordering , but queue moved quick , the server was most efficient taking the order , coffee came quick and not to long after our scrambled eggs For such a busy little breakfast spot , the toast was good and the eggs fluffy , perfect couldn’t ask for anything better Well done team !

This is an coffee shop along the Albany Waterfront situated in front of the Hilton hotel and next to the whale watching operator offices. There is covered seating just next to Haz Beanz. You can do take-away as well. Opening hours are 5am to 5pm daily. We stopped by for an early cup during a recent stay in Albany. Long Black and Macchiato were ok but less preferred to what we were served at other coffee shops around town. Service was very friendly, prices reasonable, great having places that open early like this but on the whole we much preferred the coffee at Taxi Stand up on Stirling Terrace and Knacked Bean on the other side of Albany.

Superb coffee with an equally superb view of the dock. Food is great and it open late into the afternoon. The outside seating was great as the used transparent shade to protect us against the harsh cold wind while we can still enjoy the view.

This cafe is a gem, situated Harbourside of the Hilton Garden Inn we had a beautiful bacon and egg Turkish roll with tomato relish, it was delightful. The coffee is fantastic and the locals definitely agree! Beautiful staff that clearly love their job and create a very friendly environment. Thank You HB 🩵

A regular pitstop for work, plenty of group seating next to the water. Dog friendly. They have excellent tasting coffee and a selection of hot pastries, sweet treats and some chia overnight oats that are so yummy. They also sell dog treats so your pup can have a snack too. There is virtually a 2 minute wait for coffee most days - so incredibly fast.

We recently had breakfast here and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and attentive. Coffee was good, exactly what we needed to start our day. As for the food, it was delicious. The kids and loved the cheesecake and the chocolate cake was fantastic. We bought more to go. Overall, this place offered a great start to our day with its wonderful food and welcoming environment.

This strawberry farm is absolutely lovely 🍓 The servers are kind and welcoming. It is a little busy at times, especially in the morning on the weekend with a few screaming kiddos running around. We came for lunch and for breakfast the next day. The food is delicious and they have such a fun range of drinks to choose from! I would definitely recommend this for a couple or family outing 😊

Great cafe/restaurant. Inside and outside dining. Can order from the table, or at the counter. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Good selection of savoury and a sweet dishes, good selection of gluten-free options. Strawberries feature well, with fresh, quality strawberries, dried, chocolate coated... Plenty of parking; children's playground, great for families. Booking a table recommended, but walk-ins welcome.

Great value, delicious food, and perfect for families. The meals were fresh and tasty, and the prices were really reasonable. What makes it even better is the kids’ play area right next to the seating, which meant we could relax and enjoy our food while the kids were happily entertained. An ideal spot for families – we’ll definitely be back.

Loved this place. Had a platter, coffee & cake. It is very popular & lots of nice things at the cafe to purchase, fresh strawberries & eggs, plant & bottled jams & sauces plus chocolate & sweet treats with their lovely strawberries. Popped in there 2 times while we were in Albany for the week. Well worth a visit. Plenty for the kids to do at their playground too.

Oh & thank you also, McDonald's Albany, for sticking that ticket to the box, assuring me, or you, or ??? that there's NO Lrg Onions 🙄 Uno, my wife politely asked your valued team member as she collected the order, ''so there's definitely no onion? only to have an over-zealous staff member, who never cared to check, simply reply "Yeah 😉" Lucky I ordered 2 🤔 Actually, even though the 2nd had no onion, it was also like this one in this pic I've shared, much like it they had been made 10 years ago, just waiting for someone who feels like a bit of a weekend treat. Instead, what a waste of $20 spent on these famously renowned dbl quarter pounder's you've sold here. These were just extremely dried out & disgusting tbf. Bad experience! Visited on 21/2/25. Disappointed with the taste and SIZE of the fish burger. Hugely disappointed with the staff's behaviour. Lack of "aussie" greeting, smiley faces, warm welcome, courtesy. The kids were extremely sad not being able to use the play-area as it was closed at 9pm that night.

The service is good, very friendly staff. Have eaten a better ham and sheese pocket at another mcdonalds. The toilets are shockingly dirty. There is feces everywhere, on the toilet, on pipes and even on the ceiling. The

Me and 2 of my friends ordered 3 drinks. That's it we waited half an hour we never got served then we re ordered but they ignored us and didn't give us the drinks.

The staff was very unprofessional. They messed up with our order and we need to go back 3x to get the right one. The staff was rude to us even if she was the one packing it wrong. Very poor customer service.The manager didn’t step up to address the issue. Being nice and kind doesn’t cost you anything.

Foods ok, chicken ceaser wrap. Inside it’s what you would expect from a fast food restaurant, not to good and THE DAMN BEEPING AHHHHHHH But yeah, foods slightly overpriced and hjs better

Service was great. Only two issues: 1. Men’s restroom was dirty & 2. My grilled chicken club sandwich had a VERY thin piece of chicken, and only one strip of bacon torn into three small pieces. It was a sandwich of mostly bread, lettuce, and tomato.

I eat here A LOT. This is like my second time getting Mac & Cheese like this. It’s so crazy that I have had several issues with my order in the past. When called, I’m told to let hold it and bring it back in the next day; I guess to “prove” the discrepancies. So crazy, I don’t need free food. I want quality food. So since I wasn’t going to hold on to this Mac & cheese until MONDAY (ordered Saturday night), I decided to bring awareness to the declining level of service here at our Albany location.

Great cashier who helped us by recommending various options for our working team order. Also didn't mind helping us with additional cups of ice and ice water. Very friendly.

Always great. Service can take a little bit sometimes, but that's bc everybody wants chik-fil-a at the same time. I always order in the app and rarely wait more then a few minutes unless they are just slammed.

Bought 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. Meat was tasteless and extremely dry as was the bun, however the lettuce and tomato were good.

My biggest complaint is that the drive through was built to where you can not leave once you’re in it- and it’s always busy. And 9 times out of 10 I get my food before 2 cars in front of me and I have to sit there with food for my family getting cold because I’m trapped in line. It’s gotten so bad that this place isn’t a top choice for my family any more.

Typically great chick fil a; however, google maps takes you inside the adjacent mall. Its old location six years ago. Do better google maps.

Lovely charming Italian restaurant run by the family children 😊 the pizza's where good and in the traditional style but a little wet in the middle. The Italian home made sausage was very good as was the prawn dish... Highly recommend!

BURRATA Wood Fired Cafe 20/10 molto molto delicioso. Be ready to order another pizza after your first bite. Authentic Italian wood fired pizzas. Tiramisu is *chefs kiss* I will Tira-MISS-U until I'm back in Albany. Highest recommendation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to the Burrata Wood Fired Cafe on a Saturday for having lunch. We ordered two pizzas: the one with salami and sausage / and the one with pumpkin and cheese. Both were delicious!! We loved them 🍕 We finished our meal with a slice of cheesecake and two coffees. The cake was okay but we didn't love it :( (we are from Spain so we know our San Sebastián cheesecake by heart), haha. The restaurant is also nice and the service was attentive and friendly. Thanks!

I visited the restaurant between brunch and lunch, the experience was very positive. I ordered a hot chocolate and a banana smoothie – both were excellent, especially the hot chocolate, which felt like a warm hug. Later, I tried an amazing pastry with melted Brie cheese, one of the most delicious dishes I’ve had in a long time, highly recommend it!

The moment I opened the door I was transported back to Italy… the smells of food, coffee, herbs - devine. I had the Buratta, rhubarb & dukkah & crispy crunchy bread. My hubby had the Buratta, prosciutto & olive oil & bread. We both opted for an iced coffee. Such a fantastic place. Highly recommend!

Came here around 11:10am for food as I was hungry. As we walked in the lady (maybe the manager), told me in an aggressive tone that the breakfast menu was over and lunch menu started at 11:30am. I said that was fine. She gave us the menu and left us standing awkwardly. I then asked another server how does the seating arrangement work. She said I needed to find my own seat. We then sat down and decided on what we wanted. I then went to the counter to order. Again the same lady in an aggressive tone said that the lunch menu started at 11:30am. I told her I was ordering coffee and cake and would wait for the lunch menu. Completely unnecessary, it would’ve been nice to welcome us with the Italian hospitality but no such thing existed here. Now for the food. The cheesecake was divine and I could’ve had the entire cake and not feel sick. The burger was average and a little bit messy. The vegetarian pizza was delicious, however, the seafood pizza was way too salty. As we were leaving the same lady who was aggressive at the start did not acknowledge us as we left. Meanwhile, I saw her acknowledging other customers. Not sure what we did wrong? Would I come back? Never. Service for the price was not worth it. It was not just that lady, the other people (looked like children) were also very unhappy working there, I felt sorry for them. It was Christmas period shouldn’t they be out and about enjoying the school holidays? The place could’ve been 4-5 stars, however, the service was just terrible. Made me feel bad spending so much at this place for being treated poorly.

Overall, Burrata Albany is a must-visit for its exceptional food, but a few tweaks in service efficiency and sound management would elevate the experience even further.
