The 26 best malls in Llandudno

Had a walk through this compact indoor shopping centre while on a day trip to Llandudno. It's a clean and attractive space with an eye-catching wooden and glass ceiling and quaint lanterns. Easy to access from the main shopping street, and all on one level. There's an excellent variety of shops, ranging from high street names such as Boots Chemist, Body Shop, Pavers Shoes, Roman and Grape Tree, to small local retailers selling clothes, jewellery, toys, gifts, bedding and lots more, as well as a café and takeaways. It was a refreshing change not to see any empty units or closing down sales. Enjoyed browsing around Waterstones; they have a great selection of books and an upstairs café. The Tourist Information Office is also in the shopping centre, something I found very useful, and there's a photo booth right next to it. There's seating, and a lift up to free toilets and a multi-storey car park. Did not buy anything on this all too brief visit, but I liked what I saw and will come here again when I return to Llandudno.

Walked in as it looked like it had more boutique shops & it turned out to be so. Visitors Centre gift shop is here & The Longest Yarn to commemorate the 100th anniversary of end of WW1 is on display here too. The mammoth knit/crochet effort is a great tribute & definitely worth viewing. Shopping centre has the provincial feel & charm.

A lovely, well-kept, small rustic shopping centre on Llandudno high street. Hosts a good range of shops and has ample seating for older age groups. Also has two cafes, which makes it a nice place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Has an adjoining car park.

A very nice clean shopping centre with a great arrangement of shops i really enjoy the art shop at the entrance and they have a great sweet shop here. I also find that this is where we end up parking after driving around town trying to park. So I will definitely recommend everyone going straight here for parking has vechicle very safe, very cheap prices and great views from the top carpark

Good sized bays, seemed to be plenty of parking, it is on top of the shopping center so ramps up and down. Prices reasonable. Only could see 1 lift which seemed very busy.

A bit of an odd one this place, but handy for toilets and parking. Good for cafes and the usual arcade type shops with a sprinkle of independents.

Llandudno is a lovely seaside town in North Wales. We are lucky to live just down the road in Penrhyn bay. We normally travel far and wide around Europe, but after bilateral knee surgery I can not drive for a few months. So making the most of our local area. Fantastic place to visit for Any age group. I will give my assessment and finding right now. Firstly if you are of age there are very few public toilets availaby (fact) the ones that are are grubby and in desperate need of general maintainance this can be said for all the towns along the North Wales coast. This is simply not good enough especially for the old and inferm. When you do find one it costs an arm and a leg. Secondly if you own a motorhome forget comming to North Wales at all. They have no understanding of what the true motorhome owner requires or needs. We have not found any dedicated motorhome parking spaces anywhere along the North Wales coast. Even though motorhomes travel around the whole 52 weeks of the year. Councils are missing out on revenue for not setting up Aires to park, wash out, fill up with clean water and move on to the next town. If your a true motorhome owner do what we do and hundreds of our fellow traveler's go straight to a ferry and head into Europe where you are looked after and wanted to help with touisum. Total hassle free in Europe and works out at quarter of the cost of staying in the Uk. With Wales being the biggest RIp off . They want money for nothing.

Parking fine is very unfair whether you go over time slightly or much. It punishes you for shopping at the site for too long (go figure) + no option to pay for longer. READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE SIGNS. Yes, their charges are legal. Tourists to the area, don't get caught out.

Parked here yesterday during the firework display and was absolutely bedlam trying to get out! Was stuck in gridlock for over an hour! But it was free parking and the fireworks were very good

I used to love shopping here and still do but be assured I will not be parking there ever again. I just got a 100 pound fine for leaving late, I was in the McDonald’s after shopping so had actually moved from my parking bay. Due to the camera taking my picture on the entrance and exit it didn’t register me moving to McDonald’s car park which is separate! This should be a pay and display to begin with considering how busy it’s gets, taking 20 mins queuing to even exit sometimes as well as long ques and busy shops!! Absolutely shocking on them, that charge is extortionate, every car park I’ve ever been to max is 60 and reduced is 25. Avoid parking here if you want a long day out shopping and lunch, it will cost you more than you want.

Great retail park, loads of good shops big name brands, plenty of parking 👍.

A shopping centre just on the edge of Llandudno with most big named outlets on site and a Macdonald's if you get hungry I wish it was burger king much nicer burger there is also BQ Halfords Argos Aldi smiths toy story Currys and more and Craig y don. Just up the road

A large retail park with a good selection of shops and loads of free car parking, a good way to spend a few hours

It has been some time since I have been in a Waterstones, I was not disappointed (with the book department). I have a deep appreciation and love of books, to be surrounded by them was bliss. The books are well displayed and reviews and recommendations are scattered throughout the store. The assistant I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to my enquiries , her own love of reading was very evident. The cafe was somewhat disappointing, the staff thought it amusing that they had no brown sugar and their dialogue with each other was quite loud and intruded into the room (imho). I will return to the store but maybe not to the cafe.

A great selection of books and displays that helped draw my attention to unique books I may have not considered. Store was super clean and staff were welcoming and helpful.

A mid-sized Waterstones - an excellect bookshop with a wide range of books together with other reading related products, similar to other shops in the chain. It has a well stocked children's area along with good selections on reference, music, art, travel and maps, self help, medical, fiction and local interest. The staff, many of whom have been there a good few years are knowledgeable and very helpful. The cafe is good and roomy for the size of shop but can become crowded at popular times. Many customers visit it almost daily. The prices are reasonable and the food on offer excellect, although slightly too many calories for me! The shop is conveniently situated as one of the outside shops of the Victoria Centre, which houses the Llandudno multi-story car park.

I have been to the cafe a couple of times, their prices are good, the workers are friendly, and the coffee is hit or miss, the bathroom however, never has any soap or often toilet paper and when I was browsing the cakes there seemed to be hairs on the passionfruit and lime cake. The cafe also close much earlier than their official closing time so beware! To leave it on a positive note the employees in the book store below are always kind, happy to help and have great recommendations.

While holidaying in Llandudno, we wanted to purchase some top trumps cards for our grandson, we found the exact two packs we wanted here. Also, the upstairs cafe is excellent. Extremely cozy with a great cup of tea.

I recently visited the cafe in Waterstones Llandudno. I have regularly visited the cafe over the years, but extremely shocked and disappointed by the attitude I was met with from 2 female staff members. I paid cash for the items and queried about my change, extremely rude to the point of “gaslighting” by the 2 staff members. The male staff member was apologetic for their attitude and as I stated my complaint was not over the change but how I was unnecessarily treated by the other 2 staff. As agreed by the male staff member, I was contacted the next day by a member of staff from the bookshop, who was very polite and confirmed I was correct and had been short changed. I asked for the change to be put in the shops charity box and was helpfully advised how you make an official complaint about my upsetting experience with the 2 cafe staff members. I will not be returning and currently in process of filing an official complaint! Such a shame that some staff from the cafe behave badly towards customers when everyone else is lovely. Bookshop part is great but cafe a big NO!

I have been into the cafe a couple of times now recently and I must say it was ok... until today. 3.50 pm in the afternoon, I walk in and see scones and cakes. By the time I turned around, gave my order for coffee and scone, they were being shovelled in the bin. Brownies, the lot. I was rudely told by the male member of staff "we can't sell them to you, they are going out of date TODAY" . The last time I checked, the day does not finish until 12 midnight. Pretty damn poor. I have made a complaint to Waterstones, Joe's cafe, whoever runs this cowboy cafe. I shall not be going again. 1 star.

Needing to get a new passport, I remembered that Boots in the Victoria Centre had a photograph section, so I went back, having had great experiences in their store previously and often. The camera, which had been incredibly updated, was new to me, so I asked a young lady member of staff if she could help. She immediately started the procedure for me, which would have taken me a long time, and set everything in motion. The actual machine is linked to the owner's website and, on printing a series of four perfect and governmentally suitable pictures, it creates a code linked to the picture that can be added to your application and transferred faultlessly online, and which covers all requirements. Apart from this wonderful service, the charming young lady who helped me should be congratulated and suitably rewarded for her perfect manners, friendliness and knowledge! I send my sincere thanks to her and Boots for being there for everyone and for the perfect picture!

Visited today 30th jan 2025,Lisa off the perfume counter dealt with me .What an excellent member of staff I was after a range of perfume brought out for christmas.She walked me to the area I needed to be in etc .Lovely young lady to talk too.Excellent customer service 😊

Visited here many times over the last few years and always happy with the products for sale. Usually well stocked and staff are helpful and pleasant. Shame that they don't do the baby clothes they used to. Wife was always happy with the quality of the baby grows.

I needed an emergency Prescription as I forgot my pills on holiday. Boots in Conway Road were very unhelpful and weren’t prepared to help until 5pm despite me being there when they opened at 9 and was told the night before to come when they opened. I went to the Victoria Centre branch and what a difference, the guy couldn’t have been more helpful and after a phone call to my GP I had a weeks supply after only 20 minutes. Well done, much better than your Jobsworth colleagues on the Llandudno Retail Park.

Update 2022. Sadly I have had to review boots again and this is not down to the staff, it’s clear that they want more profits because not only did they stop free deliveries but recently stopped the blister packs for medication that so many where depending on and because of this after so many years of being with them I have left to go to Lloyds pharmacy. Bitterly disappointed at there superiors and hope that they will lose the support of there loyal customers. Update, since our great pharmacist left this store things have gone from bad to worse. It’s near impossible to speak to them by phone, they never pick up, so it will be even worse in the summer, I have also had medication missing that I was not even told about and was delivered a week late. This service is not good enough and needs improving fast. Excellent service and rarely have trouble getting through on phone. they sell all medication and lots of make up for women. Also baby clothing and much more. Free parking for 3 hours and plenty of disabled parking. Update 11th April 2019. There has been a massive improvement over the past few years. Staff are very helpful and helped me many times when my GP surgery have not done things right. Lovely staff and happy that I am with them on a permanent basis with medication. Thank you for your great service.

Really poor customer service from the pharmacy and the cashier. We were looking for a COVID test kit from the cashier. The cashier pointed us to the pharmacy, the pharmacy pointed us back to the cashier. We waited 15 minutes at the pharmacy just to ask a question. They had 4 people at the front at one time and not saying anything. They were running around like headless chicken. They gave so many excuses when we spoke to them. They deserve 0 out of 5! It's better to go somewhere else for better customer service!

This is a fairly well stocked store with a good range of stuff. The staff are attentive for the most part and I've mostly had good experience dealing with them The main problem is with prescriptions. The queue can get to be quite a wait and it's frequently because someone wants to hold a conversation or ask ridiculous questions about every ingredient in each of their 56 treatments. Either more staff is needed or a solution found for the busy period

The body shop do some lovely products at good prizes, there staff are very helpful and polite

I was on holiday in Llandudno with my family. Had to pay a visit to The Body Shop. My favourite is White Musk. I was informed my favourite White Musk spray mist was now Vegan. I was under the impression that all Body Shop products was cruelty free anyway but the staff stated everything was now Vegan. I have used White Musk for many years and bought one. Wether it is in my imagination but I felt that it smelled slightly different. Could be psychological as the packaging was different. I also noticed you could still buy the old packaging online but it was out of stock. I normally buy the duo body mist and shower gel which is the same price as I paid just for the body mist in Llandudno. I'm also disappointed that they discontinued the white musk talc which I used to also purchase.

Really friendly staff who were very helpful explaining their product range and offering alternatives.

Love the body shop products and am a member. A bit pisappointed that they stopped doing red musk but usually find an alternative. I love their ethos about animal cruelty free products and appreciate the choice for men too. Their Christmas packages are well thought it and the staff are really helpful. A shop that doesn't smell too overpowering always laid out beautifully. If I go through the door I never come out empty handed their perfumes are good too. If you join the club you getxa treat on your birthday. I also shop online but like to come to the store where everything can be tried before you buy. That is the disadvantage of being online. If there wasone thing I could change it would be red musk...please bring it back. Hmmm shall I start a petition. If you liked it too try White Musk and Black musk products...you might like them instead,as a suitable alternative. Do take out a membership it will save you money. Enjoy I do. 😊

We visited the body shop during our weekend in llandudno at the end of June 2021 , we where looking at some sprays when Reeka came over and showed us the Xmas boxed sprays that were reduced , my wife had a money off voucher which had been sent to her for her birthday from the loyalty card, when we paid , another voucher was produced . In all we returned another 2 times and all because of the service given by Reeka , thsnkyou

Didn't do my choice (shea conditioner) in a large size and I don't think it's available with reusable containers either

Visited the store as I was looking to get a family ring cleaned to use as an engagement ring. On bringing the ring in, the team highlighted to me some issues with the arms holding the stone which needed to be rectified. The whole team were fantastic and managed to get the ring fixed and cleaned to an extremely high standard with a quick turnaround, with the care and attention to detail that family pieces deserve. Professional throughout, and truly exemplified customer service at its finest. Will definitely be using the store again.

I recently visited this jewellers with my beloved antique diamond ring to ask for some advice. I was concerned that the diamonds need to be re- set more securely. The staff at this jewellers were wonderful. We discussed my options and I finally decided on a new setting. All through the process they kept me informed about the costs and progress of the process. I now have my ring back and I am delighted with the finished product. I would highly recommend this jewellers for the excellent service that they provide.

I visited this shop after a passing comment from a family friend after getting quite disheartened about looking for wedding rings for myself and my fiancé. Nathan was just fantastic. He talked me through the different options I had and I left with a completely different view on what i wanted. No hard sell, no pressure, just pure knowledge based advice. We settled on family jewellery being repurposed for one ring and my grandmother's wedding ring being altered for myself. (The finished rings are just incredible) He was upfront, honest and kept me up to date with progress. Nothing was too much trouble and I will be forever grateful for the Service that has been provided, Nathan is the reason my fiance has finally agreed to get himself a ring. 5 stars doesnt do this company justice.

Such a wonderful company. Decided to visit the store to look for a replacement engagement ring after a company in Chester (which I will not name) lost my original 😔. Being local, I have always stopped to admire the most beautiful jewellery in the shop window, and decided I was going to replace my ring here ❤️ . The staff are knowledgable and very helpful; very honest and transparent which I appreciate always. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very patient with me whilst I deliberated between styles🤭. Cannot beat the old school experience, and genuinely much better quality of goods and service in comparison to big chain companies! Went in yesterday to purchase a pair of earrings as were staying over celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Gentlemen was extremely helpful and not a bit pushy. Came home with a beautiful pair of earrings so will be back next time we visit. 5 star treatment. Thanks again

Needed to exchange Christmas gift, the two members of staff extremely helpful.Didnt have receipt this was not a problem they were happy for me to exvhange They offered to keep items bought until we had finished our shopping, returned to find gifts had not only been wrapped in paper but also bubble wrap! Very disappointed to see on my recent visit that the quality of items sold has gone down. The shop floor was overfilled with "tat", causing difficulty to anyone with a pram or using a wheelchair, to get around.

We went up with a car, beautiful views with sheep on the way. Breathtaking views at top. Very windy so be prepared! If you like cheeky seagulls, you'll enjoy this place a lot!

Great place to go hiking and have a great time! Although it’s 37 pounds to go up on a tram! What the hell!!! Although it is very beautiful! They is goats and lambs evreytwhere. Don’t google the accidents that happened here while your up there as they is quite a few and it scared me

Stunning location with amazing views in all directions. Well worth the bike to the top (3/4 to the top really) but, if you get the choice, take the tram. Much easier on the legs and lungs. Would highly recommend this as part of your essential North Wales experience.

I went here three times in 2 days 😄 I went up walking early in the morning, drove with a car, and via Orme tramway. They offered different experience and has its own charm but I enjoyed them all! The day I went there at afternoon was extremely windy so better prepared with a windbreaker. Overall, the scenery from the top of Orme was wonderful. From the top you can explore different spots or even only sitting enjoying the day.

The mine tours are quite pricy but well worth it as it's self guided so you can make your way around at your own pace. There's a tram up to the mine from the town so it's wise to park in the town and take the tram up the hill if you don't mind paying. There are great views at the top of the hill and nice areas to eat or walk at the top. I've been twice and would go again if I was in the area.

At height, but very windy. Fantastic view of sea and city. Can easily drive upto hill. Take care of kids and lite weight stuff. Take care specially while opening and closing car doors, can shut with brutal force due to high wind.

Beautiful gallery with changing exhibitions. The shop is stunning with beautiful unique pieces from lots of different designers. Don't forget to go to the 1st floor to enjoy a coffee in the cafe. I had the Tiramisu iced latte and it was exquisite. To top it off the staff are all so helpful and friendly. So nice to have thus beautiful place on our doorstep. Ive posted a pic of my latte as it was the most beautiful drink I've ever seen

Always, always a wonderful place to visit. The exhibitions are of such a high standard they are on a par with international art galleries. Varied, moving, entertaining and illuminating - they rarely disappoint.

The Llandudno shopping parking area was huge and easily available. I loved the place! At the time, there was free parking for about 1.5 to 2 hours—not sure if that’s still the case now.

Terrible car park charging system. Put your car registration number into the pay station. The display shows £2.00 The machine does NOT calculate how much you should pay, even though your registration number is scanned on the way in and way out. You have to calculate yourself how much to pay according to your arrival as departure time, subtract the free parking time, and the make a payment for the correct amount otherwise you risk a fine. The instructions on the pay machine are unclear and incomplete. What a shambles! Shops are good. Location is great. Just make sure you pay the correct amount for parking.

Pretty good. Lots of well known shops. Parking too but it looks like parking isn't free (disappointing). Close to town centre so we'll within walking distance

It's a really nice place to shop. Several shops have been there for decades. Billy Lal bargains being one such store,always good for a browse.

Eye test, greeted by young lady , then another lady who did the pre eye test examination , next a gentleman who did the eye examination and finally a lady who helped me choose some new frames and guided me through the best lenses for me.. Everyone was friendly efficient and extremely helpful, I can highly recommend this opticians based on my experience

Marcus and the team were incredibly helpful when we called from our holiday abroad, telling them how we had lost one pair of prescription glasses and two pairs of prescription sunglasses to some violent waves. It was a difficult situation for my husband having lost both pairs and we were in a location where we couldn’t get any glasses, but Marcus pulled out all the stops and, with his colleagues, did everything they could to locate a frame that matched the one my husband had for his daily use. Their positive actions meant that I was able to collect the pair of temporary glasses for my husband along with my replacement sunglasses as soon as we got home. We would like to extend our thanks to Marcus for being so positive and proactive - helping us without hesitation - and the team for everything they have done for us since.

The staff at this branch are friendly and helpful and the surroundings and frame selection area are pleasant. Unfortunately the assistant ordering my new glasses ordered 2 pairs of identical frames when I had spent 30 mins choosing 2 different pairs. He told me I wouldn't pay for the film / thinning on the second pair but that wasn't the case. when I travelled to collect the glasses the lens wasn't right in one frame but as it wasn't the frame I chose it needed remaking! As they don't ring to tell you glasses are in I rung 3 times and as soon as I was 1st in the queue it said " were busy we'll call you back" so why not give you that message immediately rather than making you wait! Unfortunately I've lost all confidence I'd expect much better service when spending over £350

I always use Specsavers Llandudno. They have looked after my eyesight for many years now including emergency eyechecks and referrals and it's always a positive experience dealing with staff. Making appointments is never difficult, advice is always available and they alert me to promotioms and offers and keep me up to date with reminders and prompts when my eye tests are due. Very welcoming and knowledgeable team who take their customer service very seriously and actually provide great service at high levels of professionalism and knowledge . It's always a pleasure to go back, it's like meeting up with old friends although a couple of team members have moved on over the years I haven't forgotten them and am still very pleased with my continuing care at Specsavers Llandudno.

Rang earlier thus morning as my eye was really sore and I wondered if a piece of lens was left in. Was offered an appointment for 11.40 but was slightly late because of traffic. No problem when I apologised. The lady I saw was very efficient and reassuring totally putting my mind at rest. Thank you

Marcus and Lorna saved my weekend! I wish I was joking! I’d travelled 5 and a half hours to Wales to see my family for the weekend, only to lose my contact lenses along the way. With no glasses and no spare lenses, I couldn’t see a thing. I spent the whole morning in a panic, close to tears, calling around 10 different opticians across North Wales and Chester. Every single one turned me away, insisting on paid consultations or a signed prescription before they’d even consider helping, offering no solutions whatsoever. I felt completely disheartened and thought I’d have to turn around and go home, weekend ruined. That was until we finally got through to Marcus at the Llandudno branch. He instantly put me at ease. Empathetic, kind, and incredibly understanding, he listened to my situation without judgment and explained what he could do, what he couldn’t, and didn’t make any promises which I massively appreciated. He went away, spoke to his manager, and actually found a solution for me. Thanks to Marcus (and the lovely store manager, Lorna), I was able to come in that afternoon for a quick fitting consultation (which ended up being FREE!!). They provided me with some daily lenses so I could enjoy my holiday, spend time with my family, and not have to head home early because I couldn’t see. Nothing was too much trouble for them, their kindness and professionalism turned a weekend of stress into a really lovely visit. Marcus, you are a real asset to this store. My whole family now knows your name - the hero of the weekend 🤣. And Lorna, thank you for being so understanding during the fitting. To both of you, you honestly saved my trip. Customer service like that feels rare these days, and I’m so grateful :)

Didn't have what I popped in for. At till lady was very polite

I love boots so much definitely my go to, but my goodness this is the WORST boots I have ever been to. Where to start, for starters it wasn’t tidy at all, stock missing and just overall not the usual boots experience. Asked for help finding something, instead of walking a few steps to take me there ( since this is a small shop) she instead gave rubbish instructions as to where it was, took ages to find, had to ask someone else. The final straw was when I was waiting at the till there was no sign of where to queue up. Women serving on the tills were just looking at us, only for another member of staff to tell us we were queuing up the wrong side and let older people go in front of us who has just gotten there. Tills slow, staff terrible, shop floor messy, avoid this boots like the plague, just go to superdrug

Should have had an email for my 2 monthly prescription 7th August, for ready to be collected, l had not received by 19th Phoned Boots was told to phone back 21st, giving them time to investigate what has happened. Tried to phone 21st and 22nd, many times during the day, no one answered the calls. Meanwhile l had none of my necessary tablets left. 22 August, l telephoned my doctors who advised me a prescription had been issued to Boots 20th August. Still have not had email. A very poor service, meanwhile, l have none of my tablets left that l need to take daily.

I have never worn makeup and didn't know where to start! Molly was a fantastic help. She helped me and gave me tips and advice about using make up without being pushy. What a great help x

A lovely lady helped me find what I needed. It makes such a difference having staff that bother to take the time to assist you. Wish I had noticed her name, and another girl at the till was very helpful and pleasant. Made me feel good as I walked home

I always like shipping from Boots, and I'm usually always happy with the products and the service. This time I was a bit disappointed as they advertised items on the internet which were not available in their stores. Came all the way from Malta on holiday and my daughter asked me to get her some beauty supplies, many of which she had seen on the net. Many of which where not available in various Boots outlets in Wales area

Well stocked and nice open space between the aisles. Not the largest variety of products but good for a relatively small store. Staff are friendly and welcoming but I wouldn’t say they go the extra mile.

I went to Boots Opticians in Llandudno as I'd been to another well known opticians and they could not get my glasses right. Boots Opticians in Llandudno were excellent from the moment I walked in, not rushed, very organised and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took their time to get my glasses just right. The whole experience was pleasant, can't fault them at all. Such a lovely warm team, made me feel very welcome, always smiling! 😊

I recently went to Boots opticians in Llandudno and as it had been four years since I last had my eyes tested I needed new glasses. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kym however was excellent helping me to choose a pair that would suit me and also when the new ones arrived she had to adjust them quite a lot whilst assuring me that it was no trouble. I always have a problem with glasses as I have a funny shaped face ha ha :) Kym went out of her way to make sure I was happy and urged me to come back if they needed any more adjustments. Thank you so much Kym as this made the experience a lot better. I would certainly recommend this store to my family and friends.

The optician was friendly, very skilled and gave me some valuable advice regarding an issue with my eyelids which I would have struggled to get elsewhere. The appointment was on time, and performed efficiently without feeling rushed. I really valued the service.

I went to the opticians as I was worried about my eye as I could see floaters and flashing lights. The optician was really thorough in checking my eyes and explained everything to me and put my mind at ease.

Just to say I wish to bestow the best customer service at this Llandudno store. I was recently given a new phone and was not familiar with how to transfer info and data from my old phone to this new one. I was so happy with the help, courtesy and information from Hannah ( current manager) and new member of staff Harvey which enabled me to get the new phone sorted. Having been with O2 for many years I was refreshed at how amenable , friendly and knowledgable the staff were to me . I can do a fair bit of technology to get me by but their ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude made my day. Harvey even went to get me a glass of water. What could have been a stressful situation for me turned out to be a truly positive experience. I can’t thank you enough for your time and patience Hannah and Harvey. Popped in yesterday to upgrade. Usual go to my local store in Bangor but they have closed. I found the staff to be polite, but not very knowledgeable. I had an apple iwatch linked to my contract and I was told that this would be cancelled automatically once we did the new contract for the upgrade..but it was a lie! I checked my account this morning and it seems that the apple watch is still active and I'm still charged for it. Ive been on the phone with o2 customer services and they told me that ut hasnt been cancelled and that I'm still being billed for it. Also lost my student discount! Not happy. I will now have to make a formal complaint

Not happy wouldn’t help set up my new Vodafone i phone the shop was empty no customers said it would cost me £25.00 😟 for them to set it up For me we just walked out ridiculous and me just bought a new phone of the web with Vodafone really poor service

Family bought me a new mobile and I needed to transfer my old mobile no to new mobile. Had asked Touchwood Branch in Solihull for help, they said it could not be done, also said I could not purchase a top up from them, no wonder their reviews are not good. Met a Deaf customer of mine at Vodafone today as she wanted to buy a new phone and stay with the network. We dealt with Carly who was lovely, very knowledgeable; explained everything in skme detail and spoke a little slowly so that my customer could lipread. Wonderful service 😊

Just before Christmas I went into Llandudno shop with my phone which needed repairing. I was really stressed and worried that I'd loose stuff off it but was quickly reassured and treated sympathetically. Louise the shop manager and her colleague Karina were so good and soon had me feeling happier! They were brilliant and couldn't thank them enough! Excellent customer service and more!! 5 stars to the very helpful friendly staff in store today . After phoning customer service and being on hold 45 mins to try and return a phone by post we were told to take it back to our local store but to expect a fuss has I was returning it . So I wasn’t looking forward to going in store today but this was so not true we were greeted by friendly staff very quick to sort our problem out and then even set us up with a new phone with a better deal. I’m never going to phone up Vodaphone again or go on the website for a upgrade I will definitely 100% use this store again. They are the nicest staff I’ve ever came across .

Shop staff excellent. Planned switch from copper to fibre broadband connection agreed. Backup infrastructure poor, confidence shaker. Random statements regarding change/disconnection dates received by SMS, email and even post. Fingers x'd for "the big day", sigh.

Incredible customer service. I walked in to get my Sim card replaced I was greeted by the team Luca, Sam and Taylor. I felt very safe and they were all wearing masks. I was being seen to by Luca, I got fantastic customer service and he was able to get me my SIM card within minutes. He was really professional and helpful. I wasn’t even there to buy anything and still got superb service. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and gave me options and told me what I needed to do and even activated my SIM card there and then I can’t thank the team enough. Fabulous!!!

Very poor customer service. Sure, they can sell u anything, but can't deal with u during a problem. Staff rudely got up and walked out the room when I told her I was leaving EE, I left EE that day primarily because of that staff member. They need to check themselves.

We had excellent service from Marcus at EE Llandudno to transfer all our IT to EE. Everything was really well explained and we were helped to a very good deal.

Got there today & sorry we are closed because of staff meeting. Every other shop in Llandudno opens till 5 but oh no not us closing at 3.30 instead of 4. Perhaps if your texting app wasn’t a computer & you could chat to someone you could do everything online but until then please keep your shops open till the closing time thank you. I have seen customer reviews about how excellent staff are here so was bit disappointed not to be able to sort things out.

Visited the shop today. I was looking to change over 3 phone contracts. The customer service was absolutely spot on. Ryan and James did a great job, their knowledge and attitude was brilliant. You cannot fault them at all. They got me a brilliant deal and EE got 3 new customers. Every workplace needs a person like Ryan - so cheerful, enthusiastic and he was all about getting me a deal which suited me. He worked with James to come up with a brilliant deal. It was so nice and a refreshing change to be treated like a valuable customer. Absolute top marks for this store. I’ve been 18 years with Vodafone, glad I’m now EE.

From the US trying to get my wife a sim card while on vacation in the UK. The card we purchased wouldn't work (the data) for some reason and the assistant manager James sat with me for about 45 minutes on tech support until it was resolved. James really went above and beyond to help. Thank you James for your kind customer service. Highly recommend EE for US travelers.

Marie was amazingly helpful - I couldn’t redeem a gift voucher on the website and so I called the shop. To save me driving over from Anglesey she tested that she could do it and then arranged to see me the next day. With her manager they managed to beat the system and ordered my perfume and redeemed my voucher and an additional 20 per cent. In future I will go to the shop to buy perfume. Their customer service was brilliant

Located in the Llandudno Victoria Centre, the Fagrance Shop is small but but very well stocked. There are always many well known fragrances on offer, at extremely competitive prices, which are nearly always lower than other outlets in the area The staff are always very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Their website is is comprehensive and it is well worth browsing online before purchasing in store. This saves postage, although it is usually free for orders over £40. Their online ordering and delivery service is usally very efficient though. If wanted, they send email notifications of offers and extra, special reductions, for customers. You can opt out of these email communications if you want. Overall a valuable shop to have in the area.

Rude ignorant man took my watch for a new battery came told it would be £19 came back an hour later he said "oh you have returned for your broken watch " He said the mechanism was siezed and can replace it for£65. Took it home bought a battery £1.45 replaced it blew on the mechanism and behold it worked perfectly still going keeping perfect time a month later. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Awful customer service. Walked in and the man behind the counter was on his phone, he loudly said "I have to go, a customer has walked in again" in a tone that suggested I had ruined his chat. The man was arrogant with no please or thank you, gave me a price in a miserable tone (ridiculously expensive). Seemed to make the price up to get rid of me, again no thank you just shrugged when I declined. Awful service

Quick and efficient service. Two lots of shoe repairs were completed to a high standard within 48 hours and for a reasonable price. A third repair was done immediately and was ready within 30 minutes, for which there was no charge. Definitely recommended.

I mean.. where to start.. popped in to get my friends little girls boot zip replaced (size 10 boot)... when I asked the gentleman how much it would be his response was "More than the boots cost". Which I thought was a little rude.. Anyway the quote was £36 and would take 3 weeks.. Is this company for real !!!. I said it's ok ill take it somewhere else. He said "Yeah good luck I only know one person across north wales in Rhyl who will fix it quicker. That's not true went round the corner to another cobbler who fixed it for £8 and in 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous pricing, rude staff will definitely not use anymore .

I went into the Timpson shop number 0843 in Llandudno to enquire about a watch battery, luckily I was served by Martin who was so knowledgeable and helpful to make sure I had the correct battery for my Raymond Weil watch. He said it would take roughly 15 to 20 minutes if it was just the battery so I left it with him while I went to get a coffee on my return all was done at a reasonably price for an expensive watch. I don't live in or near his shop but I will be taking other watches to him whenever I am on Anglesey at our caravan.

Requested an engraving service here on a Saturday afternoon. The member of staff was too busy, despite appearing to be doing very little, with no customers on the three occasions I walked past the shop whilst shopping that afternoon. He advised me to come back on Monday morning, first thing. I made a special trip on Monday, arrived at 9.10 am to find a note on the door advising that he had had to go out. I waited 15 mins for him to return - with what appeared to be his breakfast! At this point he informed me that he had now taken on another job and wouldn't be able to do my engraving despite the prior arrangement. I am appauled at such poor service and rudeness and will certainly never bring business here again. So much for customer service!!!

It was good to find a proper Thorntons shop. There aren't any in my area. The choice of different chocolates and pack sizes is great. Of course I shouldn't forget to mention the kind and helpful staff who make the shop a success.

I was a bit surprised to stumble across this listing and see not only so many reviews but also so many high scoring reviews. Having read through some of them it's become clear that many of these are in fact reviews of the Victoria Shopping Centre, which is a completely different place a block away and on the opposite side of Mostyn Street. I'd have thought that the photos might have provided a clue that this isn't the Victoria Centre, and indeed isn't remotely similar to the Victoria Centre, but clearly not! The Mall is essentially a corridor, and quite a short one at that. It has a handful of small units, a cafe at the end and a restaurant upstairs. For many years the restaurant was The Jasmine House Chinese restaurant but this closed down in 2023 and has been replaced by Mostyn Tandoori, which is open six evenings a week but not during the daytime. The cafe until a few years ago was called Leopold's and more recently called Emjay's but closed down at Christmas 2023 so (at the time of writing this review) is no longer trading. The two units at the entrance are both occupied by independent jewellers and inside one of the units is occupied by a hairdresser. There's also a unit occupied by a business called Affrica, however when I visited The Mall at lunchtime today (a Saturday) there was a gate across the corridor which meant it wasn't possible to get to that unit. I couldn't therefore get close enough to see if Affrica was permanently closed or just closed for the Christmas/New Year holidays. And that's it. There's no car park, no cafe at present, no large shops, no toilets. There's just a couple of small jewellers, a hairdressers, possibly a shop selling African hair accessories and an Indian restaurant which is open in the evenings only. Hopefully someone will come along and take over the cafe as currently there's really no reason for most people to even consider setting foot in The Mall. The cafe re-opening would at least generate a little bit of footfall an maybe breathe a bit of life back into the place. Sorry, but as things stand currently, it's a one star only.

Amethyst Jeweller is the place to go for your gold. You can even pay it off. Lovely family run business. If your looking for that something special, this is the place to go.

Nice little shopping centre, loved the clothing shop,You Know Who's,which sell branded items at bargain prices, picked up a few items for grandchildren.

You're usual mall experience. I'd day they do need more benches as there aren't many and when you've spent all day shopping your feet need a rest 😁

Nice coffee nice staff except the lady who seemed to be in charge very rude took menus from our table with out asking or speaking we had not finished with it so we left without ordering a shame as the other girls were very nice

Visited Mobility scooter shop Very Friendly HELPFUL services.. Made to feel welcome & had different methods of transport explained to buy or hire.. Couldn't ask for any better
