The Island Dr is a bustling hub in the heart of the city, offering an array of dining options, retail stores, accommodations, and entertainment venues. This place is fun and decked out for the holidays, plenty todo to spend the day or evening around without driving everywhere. Enjoy some live music, visit with Santa, check out some holiday lights via walk or Ferris wheel.

Michael Kors outlet for a new purse. My last Michael Kors purse last 13 years. Especially liked the 75% off, plus extra 20% off when buying 2 or more (got a matching wallet too)
Donna F — Google review
It's labor day weekend and the traffic is terrible. I feel sorry for these nice little shops because it takes forever to get anywhere or to find a specific shop and a parking spot. Apparently this is a great shopping center because it's so busy. If it is like this everyday then I would suggest a few red lights. There are several places to eat too that look great we just couldn't because there wasn't any parking available. I want to come back when it's not so busy so I can check out the shops and restaurants. The video is short because it's the only parking spot we could find.
Victoria S — Google review
My favorite stores were lane bryant and .old navy but there are plenty more to chose from. Actually Lane Bryant have so much more than our store at home in NC and alit to chose from
Ruth S — Google review
Omg this outlet has the stores. If you can think of a place it's probably there. My wife and I visit and shop here a few times a year. Nike, Colombia, Tommy and Under Armour is our favs. Everyone needs to visit this outlet. Again theres something for everyone. 10 out of 5 🌟
Michael P — Google review
Shopper’s paradise — with plenty nearby! Tangier Outlets really has just about every store you can think of. Whether you’re looking for clothes, shoes, or deals on big brands, this place has you covered. The parking lots can look packed, but they’re bigger than you’d expect — give it a minute and a good spot usually opens up. It’s also in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and other shopping areas, so you can easily make a whole afternoon of it. Great spot to let your wife (or anyone who loves to shop) explore while you grab a bite or tag along for the deals!
Sam — Google review
Love going to the Simply Southern Shop in Tanger. I love their shirts and the designs they have on them. They have women and men and kids shirts and bags and other items as well. I have bought several. The parking is some times confusing because they are redoing the area but will look great when finished.
Karla C — Google review
We always stop here when visiting the mountains. We should know better because we always spend money. Between the discount tools (Direct Tools), spirits tasting (Juction 35 Spirits), shoe stores (Journeys and J&M) and clothing stores (Grunt Style and Old Navy), we always find something we can't live without. Plenty of stores, plenty of restaurants.
Neil T — Google review
This is a fantastic place to shop with a wide variety of stores to explore. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, making it easy to get in and out. The layout of the outlet is well designed, it’s simple to find exactly what you’re looking for or just enjoy a leisurely walk through all the shops. One thing I really appreciate is the large white signs on the storefronts; they’re super clear and easy to see from a distance, even better than traditional signs. Overall, it’s a great shopping destination with plenty to see and do!

Boot Factory Outlet: Unbeatable Deals! If you're in the market for new boots, you absolutely have to check out Boot Factory Outlet! I recently visited and was blown away by the incredible deals they offer. Compared to other stores, their prices are simply unbeatable. What really sets them apart is their fantastic "Buy 1 Get 2 Free" promotion. Yes, you read that right – buy one pair of boots, and get two more for free! This makes it incredibly easy to stock up on different styles or grab gifts without breaking the bank. The selection is great, and the quality of the boots I picked up is excellent, especially considering the price. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better.I highly recommend Boot Factory Outlet for anyone looking for amazing value and a wide variety of boots. You won't find better deals anywhere else!

We stopped here because of the big buy 1 get 2 free sign, i wanted to get everyone in the family boots for our trip. Megan helped us with all of our shopping. She was amazing, patient, and super kind. I can highly recommend this place. While you are going to walk out spending a couple hundred its worth it because of the money you save. Check them out! They have a huge collection of beautiful boots!!!!

The Mountain Mile is a sprawling entertainment complex located in Pigeon Forge, offering a wide array of activities for visitors. From thrilling rides at the Mountain Monster to shopping at the Tower Shops, there's something for everyone. Indulge in delectable treats from Cream & Sugar Sweet Shoppe, gear up for outdoor adventures at REI, or find stylish footwear at Nike.
This was probably the nicest family friendly shopping mall we’ve been to. We rode the train, they had a bunge jump, a bunch of stores, we played chess, checkers and corn hole. There were a bunch of things we took pictures with (fountains, Christmas trees, Christmas light decorations etc). Multiple fire pits with seating that we sat at while the kids played. And it’s all on turf so no muddy mess. Restaurants in walking distance, clean bathrooms and small things for the kids to play on.
Maegan — Google review
This is an incredibly clean and family friendly place to visit. A lot to do for all ages. From corn hole, large chess boards along with a few exciting amusement park thrill rides. If you enjoy shopping, there are several options from a hot sauce store, tea and herbs, carhartt to sun glasses mixed in with several eateries. Tons of free parking and right in the heart of all things Pigeon Forge. Price points are higher but well worth the visit.
John R — Google review
We love the ice-cream shop there. It also has candy and Dubai chocolate covered strawberries. I also like Black Rifle coffee shop there. The kids like the toy shop. There are also places for the kids to play, and artificial grass area and amusement rides that take you up high then drop you, or sling you. There's a Mexican restaurant and Guy Ferari's restaurant there and a souvenir shop.
Rose A — Google review
We didn't go to the mall we went to Azul Mexican restaurant and sat on the top floor was very nice the bathrooms were very dirty but the food was outstanding and the view was outstanding not much as far as serving size but the quality definitely outweighed the quantity will definitely be back when we're in the area. We both got the fajitas so as far as any other food there can't really give you any feedback. But the fajitas were outstanding.
Shawn ( — Google review
Had a blast at The Mountain Mile! First time in TN and it didn’t disappoint! We walked around and looked at the shops and ate at Azuls (not the best food). It was so fun watching people ride the swing and sitting in the green area! I do wish it was more shaded and want to come back and try Downtown Flavortown! The view is great and you can see the Ferris Wheel that’s at The Island from here which is cool!
Sarah S — Google review
Lots to do fun activities and kiddos to adults can enjoy, pet friendly outdoors, also Azul and Junction 35 and Downtown Flavor Town have patio areas that are per friendly
Russ C — Google review
Souvenir galore and some signs with silly sayings. Get something for the whole family, and if you have a common name, some cute souvenir with your name on it. Sorry Vin'nyla you’re out of luck.

100☆s!!!!! absolutely amazing place to visit. you can find the most awesome gifts and have your photos taken and see the live bears. you have to visit this place and spend half the day or all day in there. they have tons of jewelry and also lots of souvenirs and one half of the Upper Floor is all Christmas stuff it's gorgeous!!! be sure and make an appointment or stop by the Three Bears photo place upstairs ask for Zack he is fantastic!!!
Jesusfreek J — Google review
Great place got to take professional photos with the jeep in front of the murals. The huge duck was fun and I got to see the two live bears. Also bought some stuff. Great place with the most friendly people to visit. It is a must go next year for the Great Smoky Jeep Invasion 2026
Laurie C — Google review
Wow! What a NEAT place!! YES there really are LIVE bears!! It’s $3.50 per adult and $2.50 per child to see the bears. The enclosure has two levels, where you can go down the stairs to see them on their level as well. That area is not handicap accessible though. The entrance to the bar counter is on the second floor, but they do have an escalator to go up, as well as an elevator for the main area. The shop is filled with all kinds of amazing things, as well as a little area for food and ice cream and things of that nature as well. The staff we encountered were very polite and helpful.
Honor W — Google review
If you like gift shops, this is the place to go, AND there's a whole Christmas section upstairs. Plus, it's $3.50pp there to see the live bears on site (which we skipped). Out back is a huge mural that most of the Jeepsters were taking photos in front of before The Great Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion 2025.
G.J. B — Google review
Myself, my disabled mother, and my doggie were all welcome here and able to get around with ease. My mother was able to see the bears from the balcony in her wheelchair. We also had old time photos done here by a photographer named CJ and another man who were very accommodating for my disabled mother and dogs in our photos as well. We were able to have a wonderfully fun time together here and hope to bring more friends in the future
Hail B — Google review
The amount of money I had to hold myself back from spending was crazy! They have everything. Total tourist trap! You can even see two bears and feed them (from afar). It’s only $3.50 to get in to see them too. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in here.
Renee A — Google review
This store was very packed and a bit unorganized. It’s like multiple stores in one so I understand why a lot of the items remain separated. It was just a bit chaotic and overwhelming though. Great options though! There’s variety for all types of people.
Taylor C — Google review
There is a lot to choose from for souvenirs and to treats and Christmas decor spices you name it they got it. Clothes are reasonably priced to kids for the toys. Thank you for planting the seed for Jesus. It’s nice to see a Christian based store as well.

I had an amazing experience at Stages West! While visiting town, I stopped in to check out their selection, and I ended up buying a new straw hat. Each quilt is meticulously handcrafted on-site, showcasing the incredible talent of local artisans. But that's not all—this charming store also features a stunning array of handmade dresses inspired by Appalachian traditions, perfect for little girls and their dolls alike.
Came into the store trying to find a backup quilt for mattresses just in case one got damaged. Was given a coupon that we didn't really need due to having a military discount that ended up being better than the coupon. The items here were well priced for great quality, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very good store for finding new bedding and quilts. Sincerely, Pancake

This is the kind of local quality and quantity type of gift shop/store that used to be the predominant kind in Pigeon Forge. The types of items to buy are representative of the Pigeon Forge that made it to what it is today. The doll section is filled with handmade dresses for both the larger dolls and American girl sized dolls! My daughter LOVED hers!! Adorable Dresses for little girls of so many different sizes!! Bedding, quilts, home decoration and Christmas decorations. A definite MUST when visiting Pigeon Forge! The nostalgia that came over me when entering this shop was overwhelming.. this is the Pigeon Forge I grew up on and I hope this store is supported to continue that part of this city forever.

Love the shop. Went to purchase a Lil Dolly dress for my 8 month old granddaughter. Beautiful dresses plus lots of other nice gifts. The only reason for the 4 stars is for the older cashier who rang us up. She wasn't very friendly and seemed put off because I asked for a water. There was a note on the cooler door that specifically said to ask cashier for cold drinks. My water wasn't even cool, just lukewarm. The other cashier they had, who was younger, seemed very friendly and I even saw her retrieving cold drinks for customers who asked, with a smile.

While in town for vacation we bought 3 new quilts at great prices! The staff was very helpful and kind! Such a great store with lots of options!

Staff was super friendly! BUT--If your gonna charge "hand-made quilt" prices then they probably shouldn't all be made in china quilts... super disappointed with that. Im so over the whole "made in china" crap. Probably cost the store $1.00 to make those mass produced quilts but they want $150+ for them.

The Mall is perfect for those looking for a little bit of magic in their life - it's truly unique and charming.
Even in the middle of summer, the Christmas decorations make it feel like a little holiday escape. Since Christmas is my favorite holiday, I absolutely love seeing the twinkling lights, decorated trees, and festive touches all year long. The Christmas shop is a must-visit, full of beautiful ornaments and seasonal décor. And don’t miss the sweet shop, it’s the perfect treat to top off a charming visit. This area is truly a hidden gem for anyone who loves the holiday spirit no matter the season!

All Thi fs Christmas! If you are a Christmas person, this is the place for you. Expect to spend money here. This store has the largest assortment of Christmas items I have ever seen. Many are unique and wint see them anywhere else. To see everything, be prepared to stay for a good bit as this store is huge. Many ornaments can be personalized on site and only takes a few minutes. There is a huge assortment of ribbon that they will use to make bows for you if you so desire. This is the best Christmas Store I have ever been to, not to be missed.
Terry R — Google review
We loved it here! So beautiful inside and out. The children loved the artifical snow outside the tower. This shop is a maze. So many areas to shop in and very well organized and clean. It doesn't matter the time of year one shops here... the aromas, colorful lights, displays, trees, Christmas songs and all else a visitor is surrounded with makes one feel warm, happy and excited like a child feels at Christmas. All the decor and decorations you desire for Christmas is found here. So much to decide on and everything is lovely. I found a lot of reasonable prices and some items were very pricey, but we purchased a few personalized ornaments and other decor and a few gifts. Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking in back of establishment. Cannot wait to return next year.

Was amazing how many different decorations and ornaments were available from everywhere. Couldn’t get completely wrapped around how they could design the place. Definitely plan a long time there with lines but it’s worth it if your a holiday person

What an amazing Christmas store! What ever you may need or didn’t know you needed is at this store! Get personalized ornaments or table top pieces seemed to be the big hit. We got a couple made to go with one that someone else got us from there last year. Santa was in the building with it being December 2nd…He was fantastic, my 8 year old loved his talk with him! We will definitely make this a must stop anytime we are in town.

This is the largest Christmas Shop I have ever been in. I was in total wonder and felt like I was 6 yrs old again. Having been there in April was amazing, I have to wonder what it might be like during the Christmas season being able to see Santa and children. The store is a maze of different rooms showing unique and special Christmas scenes and items. Each room is more stunning and amazing topped off with a full size flying Santa in his sleigh pulled by reindeer. A must see! This is truly a family destination and experience that may just become a new family tradition. Take your kids so that they can see you as a child like them. Merry Christmas!!!!!

Little Christmas city feel! Very nicely decorated. Our son was able to write a letter to Santa and sent it out. He's even going to get a response from him! Little magic city! Enjoyed visiting 😊

The brick walkways, themes shops and beautiful landscape completes the charm. Some must stop shops are, God's Corner, The donut Friar, Misty Mountain Soap Company, U Name It, and Zi Olive. With its six floors housing locally owned shops, visitors can explore an eclectic mix of goods including homemade candies, handmade jewelry, custom-blended tobacco products, original artwork, and much more.
Always nice stopping by this mall while in Gatlinburg. The decor is the same as I remember from the early 80's when visiting as a kid. Unique stores with friendly employees! Favorite store has to be the Pepper Palace 🌶

I really enjoyed this mall. It brought me back to when malls were the place to shop. It's super cute, chalked full of all kinds of fun, unique & adorable stores & boutiques. Recommend stopping in and wondering around a bit. They even have an arcade with a decent amount of games for the size.

This place is a Gatlinburg classic! I can remember my parent taking me here as a kid! I love how it’s old and rustic which some might think it is rundown…there are a variety of stores which makes it fun to look around. There is also a nice arcade on the top floor- especially if you like claw machines. It’s definitely worth stopping in and checking it out when downtown.
Megan W — Google review
The mountain mall has a little bit of something for everyone. Several floors of shopping from candies to hot sauce, cigars to clothing. Stopped in a couple new ones I hadn’t visited before just to browse. It’s worth a visit while walking the strip.

I liked the variety of stores, however I only really wanted to go to a few. It's good for a mix of people. The penny machine ate my money, half the stores were closed, and most of the elevators were not working. I think the maintenance of this building is lacking and maybe needs standards for when and how long shops are required to be open.

we had a blast walking around the shops and seeing what a side mall looks like on a busy strip!! reminded me much of Waikiki Marketplace Mall and many Florida beach area malls that looks much smaller from the outside until you truly walk in!!! The company takes pride in using natural and wholesome ingredients to create high-quality ice cream with an array of flavors featuring various mix-ins and toppings. Great experience! Never had Ben & Jerry's. Robert, server was great. He made several suggestions for flavor. Robert also had amazing energy. Thanks for a great experience.

Great service and very accommodating for vegan family. They had 3 vegan flavors of ice cream plus vegan sorbet. They let us sample them and even opened a new container of ice cream so he knew there wasn’t any cross contamination. I didn’t ask for it - he just did it. The V strawberry swirl milkshake with oat milk hit the spot. 12 out of 10 for service and flavor here!

Stopped in from out of town, first time at an actual B&Js scoop shop. Shiloh, waited on me and my wife. Let me just say that if you are planning a visit then make sure that you plan to visit when Shiloh is working. She provided us both with World Class Customer Service. She listened and answered our questions and offered some good suggestions for ice cream combinations and did it all with a smile and as if we were the only customers in the shop. I will definitely stop back in the next time we are in town and I might call ahead to see if Shiloh is working before my visit.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience I’ve never felt more ripped off at an ice cream shop. We ordered two very tiny small cups and one cone (which they said had to be two scoops), and the total came to $30-even after the worker said he gave us a $4 discount. My Half Baked flavor had zero chunks-just plain chocolate and vanilla swirl-and it was freezer burnt on top of that. For what we paid, the quality and portions were unbelievably disappointing. I usually love Ben & Jerry’s, but this location was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth it.

Visitors can also enjoy rich handcrafted hot cocoa or the Frosted Hot Chocolate while strolling through the Tower Shops at Mountain Mile. The cookie dough was the star for us! Don't get me wrong, the cinnamon bun was absolutely delicious in every way, warm..buttery and creamy with the perfect amount of cinnamon! But then I had a bite of the cookie dough with sprinkles and we all wish we had just gotten that 😆 the line went quickly and the service was attentive. Giant parking lot with tons of parking. It's a few minute walk to get to the door. Totally worth it tho! We will definitely be back for more ❤️

My mom love cinnamon rolls and this spot didn’t disappoint. Service was great as well. Abby took our order and she kept up with pace and along with another clerk they had fresh ones made with eight minutes. Abby also gave us complimentary water. The frosting is extremely tasteful and generously applied. I was surprised considering it vegan including the sugar. My Mamaw's Pecan Pie and my mom's, Caramel Apple Pie Roll were warm and delicious, not overly sweet. Each bite was heaven! The other toppings were fresh as well. I wish I could've taken some to go or even tried their cookie dough
Tamia — Google review
If you're a fan of cinnabons, this place is for you! The aroma alone is enough to lure you in, that unmistakable, warm, sweet scent of cinnamon and freshly baked dough. Cinnaholic has truly mastered the art of the cinnamon roll, offering a consistently delightful experience that's hard to resist. And it's all vegan 😙🤙 I opted for plain cinnabon, banana chocolate cake slice and shake rattle cinnabon (peanut butter frosting topped with homemade peanut butter cups, fresh bananas and pretzels) Yum Yum Yum! The soft, fluffy dough is swirled with a generous amount of cinnamon creating a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Beyond the classic cinnabon, they offer a variety of flavors, dole ice cream and other bakery items. The warm roll in a way that's both visually appealing and utterly delicious. Each bite is a comforting blend of warmth, spice, and sweetness that satisfies any craving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👌

Fist, let me say, I consider myself a cinnamon bun connoisseur. When I saw this place while visiting Pigeon Forge, I was both excited and pessimistic. We got the tropical and a custom bun with cheesecake and graham crackers. There was a little bit of a wait while they made some fresh buns. Both were delicious! Worth the stop.

What a delicious treat! I was there during a busy time but the employee did FANTASTIC🙌. The cinnamon roll itself was soft and flaky. Definitely plenty of frosting, no scrimping there. I could go for another one right now! I had the Great Smoky Mountain - a peanut butter AND cookie dough lover’s dream!

Had a bit of a wait but definitely ended up being worth it! We ordered an “Old Skool” and a “Memaw’s Pecan Pie”. The Old skool was ok, the pecan pie roll was a major win! The atmosphere is a bit sterile but serves the purpose well enough. Staff were polite.

Iron Mountain Metal Craft, located in picturesque Pigeon Forge, is dedicated to preserving and sharing the art of working with metal. The venue offers hands-on experiences for visitors to learn about blacksmithing and blade-smithing through workshops and events, including beginner classes. Visitors can create their own knives under the guidance of knowledgeable staff. It's a great family activity that provides an educational and enjoyable experience for all ages. Reservations are recommended as this popular attraction tends to book up quickly.
My husband and son are big fans of “Forged in Fire” and my husband had wanted to share this experience with our son. We’re from NY so not many opportunities there, when we made plans to visit TN the first thing my husband looked up were places to make a knife and seeing Iron Mountain Metal Craft with Robby Bowman from the show - this was top on his list of things to do. My son was looking forward to meeting Robby he even asked me for paper and a pen so he could ask him for his autograph, although we didn’t get to meet him they all still had a great time. The blade smiths were patient and engaging with our 10 year old and our 6 year old nephew. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was very personable with them. He had their attention and they were smiling and hammering away to make their knives. I had hoped my son and husband would have been paired together but instead they paired the little ones together and then the adults together, and I understand that’s likely due to the different level of difficulty of each piece being made. This was a great experience for anyone interested and my guys are looking forward to visiting again next time we’re in the area.

Make a memory!!!!!! I MET ROBBIE BOWMAN FROM FORGED IN FIRE! He is in Season 3 episode 6 and seasons 4 and 5. Even if this is your first time, you can make an awesome knife. I saw a 10 year old girl making a nail. Step by step the coaches will help you. We had craftsman Will. He was totally awesome! All the craftsman will friendly. It was something that I never forget. My brother-in-law introduced me to the show and told me about this place! He knew what would be a family memory for everyone! It was absolutely AMAZING. I highly recommend for everyone young to old.

An absolutely fantastic experience for my family. Raven was the guide for me and my three daughters. He was perfect with my youngest who was a bit standoffish at first. By the time she swung the hammer the first time, she was all in and loving it. My older daughters and I loved the unique experience and the knives turned out perfect. When you go, bring cash for to tip your instructor because you'll see that they earn every penny.

I love rocks and saw their beautifully engraved, natural rocks as we were walking around. So, naturally, we had to go inside! I'm so happy we did. We found the perfect piece of stone to get engraved. We were leaving the next day, so they agreed to engrave it for us that day since they are closed on Sundays. I love that they put the image on the computer screen and add what you want on it so they you can see exactly how it will look and make any needed adjustments before paying. After we paid, we walked around Old Mill, had dinner, and shopped some. Once we were all done with that, our beautiful rock was engraved and finished! It looks beautiful on our front portico!

A thrill-seeking adventure awaits at The Mountain Monster amusement park, which features three rides that are all different and unique in their own way. The first drop takes you from a high altitude, while the second drops you sitting up instead of laying down; both experiences are completely different and unforgettable. And finally, the third ride is very fast and has a 175 ft tower that you fall from! The staff is friendly and funny, making this an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Our oldest son asked all week to go do this ride. We drove over after the rain and watched for a little bit. His mother wouldn't ride it with him and we are too heavy to go together. After walking around for a little while I gentleman walked right up to us and said would you like to ride that Monster for free? Of course Clark said heck yes and that was all she wrote. The second drop is much better than the swing is first!

I didn’t want to spend a ton so she recommended that I do the drop tower and the slingshot all for 30$. So I did the drop tower first, the guy there was very friendly and funny, and made some jokes. And then I went over to the slingshot (which you get 2 rides on).The guy running the slingshot was the funniest guy. On the first ride he gave me a false countdown 5…4…3… see ya! And the second time he pretended that my seatbelt was loose. It was a thrill and one of the best experiences ever!

My son wanted to ride and I was not having any part of it. Finally, he talked me into it. I decided to ride with him. The staff were all very nice and cracking jokes with us. The ride was simply amazing! I was scared and almost chickened out after going up the first lift to get to the ride. However, I did it! My son did it! It was seriously so much fun!!! I’m glad we did it together. It was definitely worth it!

Amazing time here! Me and a friend were able to make it out here while on a trip to DW and it was more than worth it! It’s fairly pricy, but they have some discounts which helped. First and foremost, the drop tower is unbelievable- no restraints and just a few seatbelts holding you in (the attraction is still designed to be completely safe with these seatbelts, but it’s definitely a little intimidating even with that in mind). The ride takes you up 200+ feet, and has a completely randomized drop; definitely the best drop tower I’ve been on and the weightlessness was unlike that on any attraction I’ve ever ridden. Afterwards, we went to the head attraction of this complex- the Mountain Monster. Only one of two in the country, it’s a 200+ foot drop swing that slowly tilts you, and then... drop. It was the best and most terrifying non-coaster ride I’ve been on, and it blew me out of the water- be ready though, more surprises are within the experience. The staff here were kind, informative, and really made the experience! 10/10, I’ll definitely be back here!

We had a blast here today. It was the most fun and exciting thing we have done on our trip. We enjoyed it so much that after we finished, we bought tickets, and did all the drops again. Make sure to do all 3 drops, as they are very different, unique, and memorable. The staff was super friendly, funny, and made it a real treat. I can't wait to come back and do this again. This was the highlight of our trip to Pigeon Forge.

I am not sure who was operating the rides on Aug. 20th, but whoever was, give. them. a. raise! A+ crew behind the booth and the panels! Returned three nights in a row, and did all three rides two nights + the saddle sling on the 3rd. The guys on the 20th who rode with me, enjoyed my reaction, and nerded out with me were a good bunch of folks. Not only is this tower, IMHO, the late, great Stan Checketts' masterpiece, but the crew was amazing. Got to know them well enough over my 3 repeat visits that I was given a free ride on the saddle sling, which is my favorite of the three, and offered a free ride again for tomorrow if I showed up. As for the rides, like mentioned, masterpieces. The Monster Dive is absolutely terrifying, and - even after over 200 rollercoasters - the scariest ride I've ever done, and the Monster Launch saddle sling is possibly the greatest flatride ever made for serious ejector airtime. Not to mention the prices weren't super bad either. Could not have asked for a better experience! If you're ever at Mountain Mile and looking to be scared half to death, and have a good time doing it, highly recommend! Update: Just went and took them up on the offer of free rides, and had a good 15 minutes and 7-8 rides on the saddle sling. Again, cannot recommend this tower enough, fantastic and friendly people operating these attractions, and they're just as passionate about amusement rides as I am.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!!!! Joey and Ashley were so friendly and helpful!! This was the MOST fun we have had since being in Gatlinburg/Sevierville. The videos you can purchase are amazing quality and from multiple angles. I felt safe with the rides and the operators. They took the time to get to know us!!! Tip: go around sunset with it all lit up. And. They don't open till around 4pm. Worth every penny and it wasn't that many pennies. Do all three experiences. 13/10!!!!

We didn't ride the ride, we sat and watched, played Cornhole, and just enjoyed the beautiful areas around the mountain monster. Very relaxing just enjoying the area!

This was a fantastic experience! We rented a gorgeous black jeep and went topless through the mountains! We had a high chance of rain so we had to leave the doors on. They gave us a route to take with a bit of off road and river crossings. Everyone had a great time. Beautiful way to see the smokies.
Kristi G — Google review
Awesome experience. The route was very well thought out. Even included a full 8 miles of one way trail to drive. The entire family loved the experience. Highly recommend. We even saw bears on the ride.

Love it! Best adventure we had in a long while. Excellent view of the mountains with the top down. You gotta try it!
Shayne T — Google review
Staff was fantastic, Jeep was so much fun. They give you a map of beautiful places to go... Yes a map because GPS doesn't work in the mountains. We had problems with Groupon but the manager worked everything out for us. Will definitely rent from them again! Best experience ever!

Awesome time in the SMJR Jeep!! We had a blast and our kids are already asking when we can go back! Staff was awesome and really cool store with Jeep gear!! Roaring fork motor trail is a good ride that’s not quite as busy as Cades cove too.

Boutique
The Coal Miner's Daughter Mercantile is a trendy boutique offering a variety of home decor items such as wall hangings, wreaths, and knick-knacks that can add coziness to your living space. The store also features seasonal decorations that are worth taking home. In addition to these, the shop offers an assortment of cute shirts, keychains, mugs, and tumblers at reasonable prices.
Adorable store with lots of cute items and tons of variety. Each display in the store is from a different local vendor, which is very cool! Lots of quality made, local handmade items, at really good prices. It is in a really cool shopping complex called lumberjack square that has lots to do, good food and desert options, and even a $5 movie theater. I can't wait to visit again. * As per the other reviews, the staff I have met there have all been super friendly and helpful, and there are no cameras above the dressing rooms.
Laura — Google review
Nice boutique! Lots of local crafters. Really surprisingly low prices.
Marshall B — Google review
I absolutely loved my experience here!! I was fascinated by the work of the businesses in the store! One particular business really drew my attention and I bought 2 pairs of earrings from it! The wonderful person checking me out was the one whose business I liked a lot and that really excited me! While checking out (my total was 11.08) she refused to take my extra dollar and said she'd lend me the 8 cents. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience and so so so many varieties of fantastic products!
Koda : — Google review
They have tons of unique, home made accessories and apparel for really good prices. All of the employees we met were really kind and helpful.

I love to browse through the local art and crafts when I visit places, and they have a store that collects them all! Unique items, and some come with a story behind them
