Restaurant
Nestled in a complex with country cooking eateries, pottery, candy, and toy shops, The Old Mill Restaurant is a haven for soul-satisfying Southern comfort food. It's renowned as one of the most popular restaurants in the Great Smokies region. Despite potential wait times, visitors are assured that their breakfast will be worth it. The restaurant is known for serving insanely large portions and is recommended for those with hearty appetites.
We had to wait for about 30 min but it’s well worth the wait. Very nice size portions almost everyone took food home in the place. They don’t have liquor or beer license so pregame lol. Reasonable prices great food. A few floors of tables and tons of people working so service is fast. Gotta have the bread ball’s they serve as breads for the table.

The old Mill is one of the restaurants that lived up to all of the hype! It was so delicious we went twice, and you WILL NOT leave hungry! The corn fritters and chowder were AMAZING, the chicken and dumplings were super good, the pot roast was tasty, and the desserts were to die for. Plus service was great and they were easy going, I don't like salad so I was able to get a cup of fruit instead (wasn't exactly listed as a side but they accommodated. Whether your here early or late your going to wait, but it was nice that they quoted an hr and both times we only waited like 40 mins at most.

We went around 1:30 pm for lunch and had no wait! From all the reviews and word of mouth, was told food was amazing. The fried chicken was superb, but the green beans and mash potatoes were lacking flavor. Mashed potatoes reminded me of boxed potatoes. The chicken n dumplings were good. I was under whelmed with the corn fritters, I was hoping for more of a hushpuppy and flavor. It's basically fried dough. They serve it with maple butter. I am not a fan. The fritter tasted better dipped in the vegetable and corn chowder soup. The soups were good. The corn chowder was better than I expected and had a lot of flavor. It was a mix between gravy and soup. The portion size was generous and we left with Togo boxes. The lunch entrée didn't include dessert.

Wow, another great meal. We loved our late lunch yesterday at the Old Mill Cafe, so today we did a late lunch at the restaurant. Fantastic. Valeria did a wonderful job and I can't wait to return to the area to eat here again. I had the open faced turkey sandwich with beef gravy and fries. The restaurant portions are more than the cafe's but cost about a dollar more. Well worth it. No wait for seats, either. Military discount is much appreciated, too.

Fantastic and Beautiful Restaurant , highly recommend. This was our first time as we're traveling on vacation. I've been in the area 5 days and wished I'd found it sooner. We had a great table overlooking the water on the second floor. My husband had prime rib cooked perfectly for humans I had turkey and stuffing meal with fried okra , mashed potatoes, greenbeans, corn chowder soup. For desert we had blackberry cobler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The blackberry cobler was Amazing ,in fact the best I've ever had !! I have to say they have alot of great staff and our waitress Cheslee D was spot on with refills and checking on us, very polite, great at multitasking, she's good for your business. Our meal price included desert, soup and salad and really good portions. 30.99 for 8 oz prime rib, baked potato, green beans ,garden salad and a cup a soup plus desert...Outstanding food 😋 Outstanding service.

My wife and visiting in town decided to try this place, based on good reviews. Well it was actually pretty good. I had the omelette as pictured and the wife had the classic breakfast which is a sample of all the classics. The only thing the small pancakes were served cold. Other than that it was pretty good, in fact the grits were pretty good too, and I do recommend. It's not a place I would go to every day, but I do give it a good review. Prices were pretty reasonable as well. 👍

There was a long wait to dine at this restaurant. We gave our name and waited over 30 minutes for them to call us in the loud speaker. While we waited, we browsed the adjoining gift shop. They have so many fun and unique things for sale. When they finally called our name we went back to the restaurant and we were seated. I ordered liver and onions. My companion ordered fried chicken tenders. Both meals came with seasoned green beans, mashed potatoes, corn chowder. While we wait for our meals, we were brought some sweet fried things. They looked like hush puppies but they were better than that. So good. Our whole meal was delicious and definitely worth the wait.

Great place to get some amazing southern comfort food. A little bit of a wait but they have a general store you can explore while you’re waiting. We had the southern fried chicken legs and pork chops. Fried perfectly and served with their corn fritters, corn chowder, side salads, green beans and mashed potatoes. For dessert we had pecan pie and blackberry cobbler.

Diner
American restaurant
Mel's Classic Diner is a retro-style eatery in Pigeon Forge, offering generous portions of classic American diner food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 1950s ambiance with vintage cars and rock and roll music creates a nostalgic atmosphere. The menu features home-cooked meals like chicken and dumplings, hand-breaded catfish, burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, chili, and more.
Food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We came to eat here as it was highly touted by our friend Brooks. We were NOT disappointed. Philly cheese steak was delicious and fresh. My wife's cheeseburger was terrific and the fries hot and crispy just like we love them. Great waitress Samantha was a pleasure and very helpful. We finished with an out of this world Banana Split which we shared that was heavenly!! We highly recommend Mel's!!!

Mel’s Diner in Pigeon Forge is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re transported straight back to the golden age of classic diners — shiny chrome accents, cozy booths, jukebox tunes, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The food is everything you want from a true American diner and more. Their burgers are juicy and perfectly cooked, piled high with fresh toppings and served with crispy golden fries that taste like they came straight out of the 1950s. Breakfast here is a must-try too — fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, and thick slices of bacon that are pure comfort on a plate. And you can’t leave without trying their milkshakes; they’re rich, creamy, and come in all the nostalgic flavors you dream about. What really sets Mel’s apart is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to make your experience special. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or bringing the whole family for a fun meal, you’ll be treated like a regular. Between the unbeatable prices, the delicious food, the retro atmosphere, and the old-fashioned hospitality, Mel’s Diner is a must-visit spot in Pigeon Forge. It’s more than just a meal — it’s a slice of Americana you’ll want to come back to again and again

After visiting Ripley’s Aquarium in Gatlinburg, we decided to go to Mel’s Diner for dinner. For my meal, I ordered the country fried steak, which comes with two sides and Texas toast. I chose mac and cheese and fried okra for my sides. I thought that the country fried steak was crunchy, peppery, and hearty. The mac was extremely cheesy, the way mac should be. The okra and toast were just like any other. My cousin got the James Works burger, which is topped with chili, bacon, and mushrooms with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. He got it with no mushrooms and enjoyed it. My cousin’s girlfriend got the biscuit and gravy with two eggs and bacon. She loved it. My dad got the bacon cheeseburger, and he thought it was delicious. My mom got the Cajun burger and enjoyed it. Overall, I would highly recommend going to Mel’s for a delicious meal.

It was ok. Service was good. Food wasn’t anything to talk about. Grilled cheese had 3 pieces of bread but cheese was thin and cold. Bake beans were pork n beans. Big dog hot dog gets 2 topping. Asked for relish and got 3 little packets. Dog tasted good. Bread was old

Honestly this place doesn’t get mentioned enough for a must stop place in the area, but it should. I was so excited from the minute we pulled up and it was lit up bright in the night sky. What really sold my fiancée and I on this place was the waitress Dawn, who is OUTSTANDING and makes you feel like you are meeting a new friend even when she has several other tables. If this was a place back home for me, she would help sell it. The second selling point for this place was the milkshakes. Literally the best milkshake of my life. And the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. This is a must stop in the area for sure!

We sat at the bar and had Leah as our server. Dinner and a show as we watched the Werner’s collect their food for distribution and listened to Leah singing along with the songs. This is truly a Classic Diner. If that’s what you are looking for this is a great place.

Nicole was a GREAT server!! Even her notepad shows experience!! The service was tip top shape and she kept us Well Beveraged! Haha!! My Husband and I are Locals, and we were on a little “Redneck-Vacation” We decided To choose This Wonderful little Diner because it was open late and the food looked Great, after showing me the reviews, my Husband Told us to get in!! We got there after calling and making sure that they were still open and was immediately greeted with a smile. They got us quickly seated, and Nicole got us our drinks after figuring out what we wanted and looking at the menu we ordered and we’re waiting on our food. We waited about 15 minutes. When the food came out, it looked so clean and homemade! It tasted just as good. Love the atmosphere of this little place. We will be back! The nachos are phenomenal! They are a must have! The Philly cheesesteak is also very good. However, the buns were cut completely through so it was hard to keep the contents in. Everything was cooked how we requested it for our little guy too!! We will be back!! Thanks Nicole for your Great Attitude and 5 STAR SERVICE!! My Recommendations: -the Nachos are banging!!! -the Phillycheese steak is Delicious Pros: -Good parking -Kid Friendly -GREAT MUSIC -Easy Order Classic Menu! -Decent Prices -Lively Environment -Open late Cons: -Don’t go in in a swimsuit, you’ll get dirty looks from some of the girls that work there lol. (One Host with brown hair…) -the bathrooms are a little hard to find at first Thanks! -The Kanevski’s

Southern restaurant (US)
Mama's Farmhouse is a renowned family-style restaurant in Pigeon Forge, TN, offering all-you-can-eat traditional Southern food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features Mama's specialties like buttermilk biscuits, chicken tenders, Belgian waffles, and hash brown casserole. Known for its immersive Southern-style breakfast experience, the restaurant serves popular dishes such as grits, bacon, eggs, and fresh fruits.
Mama's Farmhouse was impressively clean and delicious. There is ample parking, with views of the Smokies and plenty of activities nearby. The waiting area is large and superbly clean. I don't think there was a speck of dust to be seen. There are nice rocking chairs outside also. I had a take-out order and was greeted by multiple staff members immediately. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and did not act inconvenienced at all when I needed to add a couple of things to my order. They have many homemade items for sale in the waiting/checkout area, including their own strawberry jelly/jam, and one other flavor that I can't recall (I think peach maybe). I forgot to get a photo, but my husband loved the banana pudding. I don't care for banana pudding, but I tried it at his request, and I'll admit that it was particularly good compared to one I had tried the day before. It definitely tasted like it was made with real bananas and good ingredients. It was obvious that they take pride in their restaurant and want to keep it nice. I overheard a manager or owner talking about traffic for later in the day, and trying to prepare for an influx of customers and large parties...He was already thinking ahead, and making sure they were staffed properly and that everything runs smoothly. Overall, it's a cute place with great food that feels like Grandma's country cooking. The fried okra was terrific, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were outstanding. There's plenty of seating, games and rocking chairs outside, toys for kids, and friendly employees.

Stopped in for brunch and noticed they had all you can eat. My husband ordered a Blue Plate Special and I opted for the buffet! 🫣 It was all brought to me!!! OMG! AMAZING! Was told I could order extra of anything that they had put on the table! Pic says it all!!! Best chocolate gravy! It was all great!! I promise that you will not leave hungry 🥰

Our family of 4 dined here on a Saturday night and this was our experience. Atmosphere: This place is full of southern charm. The farmhouse appeal is carried with detail throughout. We especially liked the two ceiling fans linked on a pulley system. There are photo op spots around the property outside with a face-in-hole board, rocking chairs, old trucks, and even a tractor. Game Space: We loved that this restaurant had a little outdoor game area for those that were waiting. After dinner we enjoyed a game of hooks, but there was also ping pong, corn hole, and a large scale connect four and a checkers board. Food: Dinner on Saturday night included fried chicken, country fried steak, and ham. We also rotated through sides of chicken & dumplings, mac & cheese, green beans, hush puppies, and sweet potato casserole. The chicken was lightly breaded and moist, the cubed steak was tender, and the ham was ok but nothing special. All of the sides were good - especially the biscuits and strawberry jam! The chocolate cobbler desert was very fabulous, but the banana pudding was disgusting. The bananas weren’t ripe enough and it didn’t have a traditional wafer texture. Disappointment for my kids who really love banana pudding. Service: Noe was a great server! She kept drinks topped off and had dinner refills replenished quickly.

Wait time to be seated wasn't bad but once seated we told our waitress what sides we wanted in hopes it would make things go quicker. It didn't we waited 40min or more for our food. When it finally came out we asked to have another order put in since it was all you can eat and the waitress gave us attitude. The serving sizes brought for 3 people were laughable. The starter was supposed to be one for each person but we only got one total. I had to ask for knives which weren't brought. When the manager came over and we told him what was going on and he told waitress we needed knives and she told him we didn't ask. He put in 2nd food order but overall food was lacking. Chicken was dry, potatoes extremely lumpy, country fried steak was salty and overcooked and was more like salisbury steak texture than cube steak. The banana pudding was more like fluff than cream. We tried this location because we love the Alamo which is a sister restaurant but we will never be back to Mama's again. Waitress was Keyona.
Daneille R — Google review
Really enjoyed this place. It is similar to Paula Deen’s but better as they let you swap out your sides after you start with the initial 4. The fried chicken and fish were delicious. The biscuits with strawberry glaze you can put on them are scrumptious. The Mac and cheese, taters and dumplings were great. The peach cobbler was good and comes with a scoop of ice cream. The corn on the cob was awful, dried out and old, we went for lunch I suspect it was from the night prior. The chocolate cobbler didn’t taste good, not a brownie or pudding I tried it but it wasn’t for me some folks may love it. The summer salad was a small bowl of little tomatoes mostly.
James M — Google review
Had my 60th birthday party here. Food was wonderful! Staff didn't think before setting hot dishes in front of the baby. And then he almost spilled ham juice down my niece's back. Thankfully he missed. Other than those two issues, service was great. The food was delicious! Loved the fried chicken!
BL W — Google review
I thought the hype about this place meant they'd have the best-tasting soul food breakfast, $17 per person, served family-style. But they didn't have a tasty breakfast; it was just really cheap, dry food served. The chicken tender isn't good, the eggs come from a premix box, the biscuits are dry and not the best, bacon is bacon, and the sausage patty... They're all cheap frozen packaged foods and they had a funky smell from the plate and bowl, and that's what you get for breakfast. I don't understand the high rating; they could have done it better. The restaurant is really dirty. Paula Dean was very good when try the first time there.

Sawyer's Farmhouse Breakfast is a charming, locally owned restaurant in Pigeon Forge that has gained popularity for its classic American breakfast offerings. The menu features a variety of mouthwatering options such as crepes, Belgian waffles, and made-from-scratch pancakes with delicious syrups and compotes. Additionally, they serve lunch items like burgers, sandwiches, and salads all day long.
Heather was awesome! Would definitely request her. The bacon was crispy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, the house potatoes were great, the sausage was good, the country ham could have been a little more cooked and the pancakes or the syrup was a little weird. Overall this is a great place for breakfast.

We found Sawyer’s on the last day of our visit to Pigeon Forge last year. It was delicious and the staff were amazing. This year we made sure to visit the restaurant on the first day and several times throughout our visit. Each time the food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the restaurant was very clean. Even when they were busy, they moved down the seating list quickly so the wait time was very minimal. Chloe, Lisa, Misty, & Paige all were great waitresses each time we ate there while in PF. This is definitely a must-visit restaurant! We will be back!

Great spot for breakfast in Pigeon Forge! The portions are decent, the food is tasty, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It does get busy, so be prepared for a wait, but it’s worth it once you’re seated.

We liked the ambiance. It was decorated nicely. Our waitress was really nice. The food was great and they gave you plenty to eat. I ordered the Mountain Man Breakfast and my wife ate my pancakes (don’t like pancakes) and ordered a side of bacon and home fries and we still could not eat all our food

We come to Sawyer’s a few times every trip! The food is always amazing and Gage, our server, was hilarious! Always so good! Hands down the best breakfast spot in the Smokey’s! Don’t pass this one up! You won’t regret it!

We stopped here on July 4th for breakfast and oh my goodness! There was no wait for a table and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Gage was our server and he was an absolute joy. Flapjack's Pancake Cabin is a rustic dining spot that has been serving up homestyle breakfast and lunch plates since 2001. The restaurant is famous for its Sticky Bun pancakes, featuring a mouthwatering combination of cinnamon-swirled pancakes, pecans, and cream cheese icing. In addition to this signature dish, there are plenty of other fun pancake flavors to choose from, such as Reese's Peanut Butter Pancakes, Mixed Berry Pancakes, and Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
Amazing!! First time here and it was so cozy and cute. My waitress was so sweet and kind. Everyone in there was nice. Food was excellent and a good price. Would absolutely come back and recommend!!! Thank you🥰

On a Sunday morning at 7:15 you can walk right in and be seated and eating 10 minutes later. I’m sure you’ll be waiting for a seat if you’re a late riser. Our service was excellent, the food though was only good. I did like the fact that the syrup was warmed, for me that really helps pancakes. The menu has a nice assortment of selections to choose from, but this is a smaller restaurant than an IHOP and so is the menu selections. I would be willing to eat here again on my next visit to the area.
Ken — Google review
Food was alright. We got two griddle dishes with eggs and sausage. Both dishes came with 2 buttermilk pancakes. Pancakes were nice and fluffy. Will note the sausage was very small. No over-the-top flavors but overall not bad.
Avinash — Google review
Service was fine - I was seated swiftly by a friendly host about half an hour before close. Waitress was nice, coffee was old/burned but hot, and food came fairly quickly. Unfortunately that’s where it began to decline. The sausage gravy was awful, by far the worst I’ve ever had - thin, more like warm milk or cream than anything resembling a respectable gravy. It was generally flavorless, and with hardly any sausage. The biscuit the gravy underneath was dry and too salty. The “upgraded” banana nut pancakes were supposed to be cinnamon pancakes but were clearly just the standard buttermilk, just with sliced banana and a sprinkle of normal (not candied) pecans on top, not inside the pancakes. Last, the syrup on the table was not warm, and was just standard corn syrup-based. The pancakes were decent and at least edible compared to the gravy. Overall, while the service was friendly and quick, I would not come back here, and after my visit I wished I’d just gone to Waffle House.
Grant A — Google review
It got a bit loud for a Monday morning; but there was no wait. The food was good, the portions large. The service was friendly and prompt. Took some pancakes back with us and enjoyed later. My son ventured to try the Reese’s peanut butter cup pancake; and he said it was even better than he hoped.

atmosphere was very welcoming!! just like a cozy cabin inside! for a party of 2 there was no wait! pancakes were delicious and not overly sweet!! it was definitely super busy even around lunch but not too busy to where we had to wait on our server for too long !

Flapjacks Pancake Cabin never disappoints! I ordered the dragon fruit juice, coffee, hash browns, and sausage patties—everything was absolutely perfect. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the coffee hit just right. Even the dragon fruit juice was refreshing and unique. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and great service all around. Definitely a must-stop breakfast spot!

We had a good experience! Our breakfast was served quick, but we weren't thrilled with the coffee. My pancakes, as well as my wife's egg breakfast, was very good. She said that the hash browns were the best she ever had.

Excellent place to start off you day.. Big portions with great prices. Ordered a "breakfast sandwich" with sausage, egg, cheese, and bacon on a biscuit with a side of potatoes. The new server "Alexis" was great. This place has quality food and hires the best Staff.. You will enjoy and I recommend.. - get you a "D-breakfast sandwich special" and enjoy the day.!!!

One word...SWEET! Brick and Spoon has a wonderful menu filled with both sweet and savory options but we went with sweet this time and do not regret it! My husband got the French toast sticks and said they were delicious 😋 but the star of the morning was my meal which was the bananas foster French toast! This did not disappoint 👏 from the bananas to the foster sauce to the pecans it was a flavor explosion! The coffee was decent, especially compared to the hotel coffee I had earlier in the morning. Our server (whose name I cant remember but he looked like a body builder) was attentive and very nice. Food came out quick and came out hot. Even though the place was packed, we had no wait to get a table and it wasn't so loud that you couldn't talk. 10/10 would go again!

We love this place! It is a must anytime we visit Pigeon Forge. Im not a Bloody Mary fan but looking at the ones they make are amazing. The mango mimosa is my favorite. The food is amazing! I haven't had anything i dont like there.
Rebecca H — Google review
Best food during our whole trip. The beignets weren't overly sweet and came with great flavorful fruit. The biscuits with the Bayou Benedict were very soft and fluffy. The dining room is a large open area, but not too loud.
Kristine T — Google review
Absolutely disgusting french toast, all it was was tiny pieces of white bread toasted with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Not french toast. No egg, nothing it was unbelievably underwhelming. They didn't even devein the shrimp so we couldn't even eat half of the shrimp that came in the omelette, service was ok I think they were just so busy it was hard for them to be there everytime we wanted something. Extremely disappointing, it was the furthest thing from french toast or "good". They also came out freezing cold so the butter wouldn't even melt, all it did was tear up the bread since it was only toasted. I would not recommend this place for ANYTHING.

We had a delightful experience at Brick & Spoon today. We were seated immediately, about 5 minutes after we ordered our food was presented to us. The presentation of the food was wonderful and the taste was immaculate. We had the opportunity to enjoy bananas in pajamas and some wonderfully prepared French toast.
Natalie C — Google review
Unique breakfast/lunch and drinks spot. Very original ingredients for lots of flavor. French toast sticks were excellent, but kinda expensive for what they are. The breakfast tacos are a pretty good, brain expecting savory but getting sweet is a little hard to get used too though. The Killer Creole omelet was just ok, but I'm not a fan of holllandaise sauce, and some of the shrimp weren't all the way cleaned. Their own hot sauce is decent, basically a Cholula sauce. Coffee is basic, service was really slow at start with almost no one in the restaurant. Mixed drinks look good, but didn't get any. Cheap hard metal chairs unfortunately.

Food was really good and not super expensive. The team cooking and delivering our food was very welcoming and the food came out rather quickly!!! The only thing I can say negative about this place is it is smaller on the inside and we was rather close to other tables making it feel like we was dinning with them as well.

Paula Deen's Family Kitchen is a popular spot in the Smoky Mountains, offering hearty Southern cuisine served family-style. The restaurant is known for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions of classic Southern dishes like fried chicken, pot roast, biscuits and gravy, and fried green tomatoes. Guests can enjoy breakfast treats such as pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, and creamy hashbrown casserole.
Unique dinning experience. You order for the table and get unlimited "refills" on each item. Delicious food; the starter garlic bread was crazy good. And don't get me started on how tasty the fried chicken was. Even the sweet tea was perfect. I recommend trying this spot out. Also, would also like to note the beautiful & clean atmosphere and welcoming staff, very mindful to those with a disability! 👍

The atmosphere was lovely with elevated views of the Island square. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was meh. On par with mid range buffet quality. The biscuits were fluffy and out of this world, unfortunately the rest was disappointing. The pork chops looked steamed and soggy. The meatloaf was almost overly tender and the tomato glaze tasted like plain ketchup. Everything from greens, gravy, and okra were too salty. Great experience, but overall I would pass on eating at Paula Deen's again.
Wild R — Google review
Service was great. Food was not good at all…..everything tasted like it came out of a box and just warmed. Like canned food. But the service was great. Also there was dripping all over the side of the dishes as they brought the food out. Presentation of food is very unappealing. The chicken dumplings taste like packet chicken soup and the sibling are way too chewy and rubbery. Creamy mashed potatoes taste like boxed potatoes. And Mac and cheese taste like craft Mac and cheese straight out the box.
Christiana A — Google review
Excellent food, and service! We went on a busy Sunday, and waited an hour. I'm not complaining, because we passed time on the Island until they texted when our table was ready. The gift shop was very nice, and affordable. The food was incredible! We ordered the 3 meal family dinner and had enough that we couldn't finish it all. We drank blueberry and strawberry lemonade that was so refreshing. The inside was nice and clean. We had a beautiful view of the island from the big windows, while sitting on the second floor. The only complaint I have is the restrooms are downstairs, and very small! So be sure to use the bathroom before being seated, otherwise you will have to take a trip back down the escalator.

The food alone would not bring me back, but the whole experience is what makes it a repeat! Dont get wrong, the food was good, but just your average food. It is served home style which is a nice way to get a little of everything verses what's usually just brought out on your plate. Being just my husband and myself, the basic pick plan was more then enough food with leftovers to spare. Your adventure starts when you arrive and check in (if you made a reservation). In the meantime the whole entrance floor is a store featuring many Paul Deen exclusive merchandise and great props for photo opportunities. When received a text after 10 minutes letting us know to make our way to the host stand. From there you are taken upstairs to the open dinning area. The view was great!! In this location you're overlooking the island and the famous Faris wheel. Made you feel like you were in the space needle in a sorta way. Our waiter was fast, and very friendly. We found ourselves chatting with other tables and comparing what dishes we each had tried. I would recommend, was had a great time. Thank you to all the staff and hopefully next time we're in town we'll see y'all again!
Laura S — Google review
This was our second time eating here and enjoyed it just as much. It was fairly busy so I recommend making a reservation. It was a little slow once we were seated to see our server, but after that the drinks and food were quick to arrive. Food is bottomless. We got the fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, and fried fish. For our sides, we chose the creamed corn, green beans, Mac n cheese, and creamed potatoes. For me the highlights were the fried fish and green beans. Would return again!
Hanna H — Google review
The fish was good the chicken was ok. The quantity of food they serve even for one person is quite a lot. Although the taste could improve a bit, the cream corn was nice and the okra the rice could change to the mac and cheese. The lemonade was quite sweet, but the caramel cake was nice though.
Taslimm Q — Google review
We would give this place a 5 but our waiter Key was simply awful. Not sure he understands the gratuity system for tips, he had a poor attitude, was lazy and we had to ask for everything. Waited nearly 10 minutes just to take our drink and order. We saw the other waitstaff walk by a hundred times and him hardly ever. Couldn’t get more drinks, had to beg for seconds and we got the dessert which had no whipped cream or ice cream like everyone else’s did and we couldn’t get the dirty dishes off the table. As far as the food it was phenomenal. We have been to Paula Deen’s in Savannah and used to eat at the one in Foley Alabama routinely before it closed. Love Paula Deen’s wish the service was better for us.

The Old Mill Pottery House Café is a charming eatery in Pigeon Forge that offers housemade baked goods using grain ground at an on-site mill. It serves classic Southern comfort food and bistro-style lunches, with lighter takes on southern cuisine. A local favorite is the pimento cheese sandwich paired with tomato basil soup. The café reflects the essence of Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains, making it a popular choice among visitors looking for authentic local fare in the area.
Fantastic service and food! Our party had burgers, the fried cod special, spinach Muenster quiche and cafe wedge salad, as well as carrot cake, coconut cream pie and peanut butter pie. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The complementary bread was warm and fluffy. As other reviewers have mentioned, the hostess is not friendly and acts like you are a burden when you approach the stand to put your name on the list. Replace her and it’s a perfect experience! The text you receive with a link to show how many people are in line in front of you is really nice.

Found the best sandwich in Tennessee. The pimento cheese blt is the quintessential southern sandwich. So good! We enjoyed everything we got and will definitely be adding this to our regular spots to eat! Family friendly. Clean. Good portion sizes. A little pricey but the portions help make up for it. It was hard to find parking so we almost missed out.

Nice restaurant in downtown Pigeon Forge. Had about a 20 minute wait. You can sit outside or inside at umbrella tables. We were seated inside near a window and it was a nice view. We had the shrimp and grits and the maple pork chop. Pork chop was really good, had been open fire grilled. Was not dry and had a good taste. Shrimp and grits were good too. Got a side of jalapeno corn casserole and if you love lots of cream cheese, you will like it. Had a one glass of Moscato, not the best, it was a bit bitter. Total bill was $44. Service was excellent and there was not a lengthy wait for food. Bought a loaf of cinnamon pecan raisin bread on the way out, it is pretty dry but might be better toasted with butter and preserves.
J B — Google review
The service was pretty good. The wait was ridiculously long. There were parties getting seated before us even though they came after us. They claimed they had texted us earlier but we never got the text,so make sure they get your phone number right. I actually heard the same problem when we were leaving happening to another family. The food is reasonably priced, but not the best around. The atmosphere is cute.

We snagged an outside table at the back on a lovely afternoon which was beautiful and relaxing. We tried the soup and sandwich combos. The triple club was perfect. The dressing added was the perfect addition to kick it up a notch. The vegetable beef soup was tasty, I prefer mine with chunks of meat instead of hamburger but it still ranked high on the soup scale. My mom had the French onion soup which she enjoyed, no skimping on the cheese topping here! The service was a little slow but with the beautiful surroundings it was nice to slow down a bit and just enjoy the company of those at the table.

The food was good, Service was good and they offered indoor and outdoor seating. Very beautiful gardens to sit among. The homemade loaded chips are fantastic! Highly recommend. Good place for families to eat. Affordable menu.

As soon as you start to walk into the property, you are greeted by a beautiful courtyard area, with many different types of vegetation, as well as a very nice outdoor seating area. When you walk inside the restaurant the atmosphere is immediately striking. The food was very good. I highly recommend the quiche because its filling, delicious, and inexpensive. I will say out waitress wasn't bad, but she wasn't good. However, I would not let that stop me from eating here again.

If you’re looking for delicious Southern food done right, this is the place. The cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and high-quality dishes made for a fantastic experience. We especially loved the pecan-crusted chicken with toasted marshmallow moonshine sauce and the shrimp & grits—both were amazing! Our group also enjoyed the pork platter, black and blue steak, fried green tomatoes, and the coconut cream pie. I even loved the dishware so much that I visited the pottery shop and brought some home. Can’t wait to come back!

The menu includes must-try items like chicken and waffles, cinnamon roll pancakes, biscuits and gravy, as well as kid-favorites such as chicken tenders, hamburgers, and grilled cheese sandwiches.
The food was on par with Cracker Barrel BUT the cinnamon pancakes were AMAZING. My daughter had to have some of mine because she didn’t want to mess up her bear pancakes! The waitress was so sweet and my kids LOVED the chickens/atmosphere. My only complaint is the price of some of those stuffed animals, but it was worth it when my kids were happy. We will absolutely return any time we visit the area again!

Went on a Monday morning ! Before 10 am. Was not too busy no wait for a table of 3. Located in PF , limited parking , central location easy to walk to. I will say that this restaurant is super cool. They have animatronic chickens that sing dance every 5 to 10 minutes that lasts about two. They have a small menu, but the food is very good. The service is even better something that could appeal to everybody. We had the big breakfast with the pancakes eggs sausage toast Chicken and waffles And chicken strips and french fries All the food was cooked very well and came out pretty quick. Our order was right. Our waitress did a great job making sure that our drinks were full and we didn’t need anything to go with our meals. The place is decor as a farmhouse. It also has a little gift shop section right in front where you can pick up a plushy to worry or T-shirt to remember your experience. Restaurant seemed very clean. They were very organized when it came to having people sit and holding tables and all of that type of thing it definitely did get busy when we left at 10:30. They had a line out the door.

Such a fun place to visit! We went here randomly while driving down the strip. There was a bit of a wait, but the food was worth it. The prices were fair, the food portions were big and the kid's pancakes were so cute. The atmosphere was nice and the musical/show happens every 20 minutes or so was cute and the kids loved it.

The singing chicken show was great entertainment for the kids. The portions were a big hit with everyone. Popular place but no waiting. So many choices but there were extra charges we didn’t catch and server didn’t tell us either.

Cinnamon roll pancakes were delicious! And so were the pumpkin pancakes! The eggs and sausage and home fries were good, nothing special there. The animatronic chickens are fun and all have funny names. And when they sing every 15-20 minutes it’s not too loud to where you can’t talk to the people at your table. Fun experience.

Frizzle Chicken Cafe, hands down, has the best fried chicken this side of your grandma's kitchen! Excellent service from the friendliest wait staff, and the chorus of singing chickens is entertainment at its best! Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch that day!

For a gluten free person, this place is the best!! My family is not GF and they also loved it! I haven’t had a Belgian waffle since a couple of years since having to go gluten free so I was excitedly surprised that this place offers both GF waffles and pancakes!!! The GF waffle was SOOOOO good I ate every bit of it!! The eggs, potatoes, bacon, French toast, and anything else we had was very good as well! We loved the chicken entertainment and all the decor throughout the restaurant! Our server was great as was all the staff we saw and/or dealt with. My boys got some stuffed animals from there and they love them. We will definitely return to this place when we come back to town!

Lil Black Bear Cafe is a cozy daytime eatery in Pigeon Forge, known for its classic American breakfast and lunch options along with a variety of coffee choices. Despite being relatively small, this cafe has quickly become popular among both locals and visitors since its establishment a few years ago. It's particularly beloved by families due to its kid-friendly atmosphere, where children can engage in coloring activities that are later featured on the cafe's social media platforms as part of the Color the Bear Club.
We felt like there was no way all the reviews for this tiny place could be right but it's more than true! Breakfast was amazing the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had even better than my own grandma's. Hillbilly grit bowl was unique and the special reese's pancakes were huge and delicious without being too sweet. We would order all 3 things again. Service was fast friendly and this place is well worth the wait . We will be back!

Came in as 4 and was seated within 5 minutes even though they have a small amount of tables. Ordered the Grilled Cheese Philly and it was very flavorful full of cheese, steak, peppers and onions. We also ordered the pancakes and boy are they amazing even though they are thick they are light and fluffy and just as flavorful. There are many different types of pancakes you can get but all will be wonderful. The welcoming attitude was juat as wonderful as the food. Everyone should check this little cafe out the food is one of the best in Pigeon Forge.

When in TN you MUST EAT at Little Black Bear Cafe! The Hillbilly Grit Bowl was amazing. The owner Lynn is was so sweet and made us feel like family. The food was so yummy I had to go back for lunch before he closed! I was warned that he DOES NOT do food Togo… so I showed up with containers so I could enjoy a waterfall with my fiancé. He smiled and accommodates us ♥️. Thank you Little Black Bear Cafe for some fantastic food and being a part of my TN memories.

This place was very good. I would definitely stop by if you have the time. It is small, so large parties may not be able to be accommodated, however it is worth it. Our food was hot and fresh. My wife remarked that she's she hardly ever gets food so fresh that she has to wait to eat it. Extremely good. I would recommend to the Reuben. Note: they serve Pepsi products

This is a quaint, cozy café with a perfectly simple and delicious menu. I would call it more of a diner, which is exactly what we wanted at the time. (Note: They only serve regular coffee, so if you're going there for something fancy, it is not the place. I noticed he had to respectfully tell a couple of people that they are not a coffee shop). The biscuits and gravy were truly one of, if not the, best I've ever had. I wanted to put the gravy on everything, and that's not normally like me to do. I believe that he said they make their own in-house chocolate cream cheese, which they pipe into their version of a Bear Claw brownie dessert on the menu. That part of the dessert itself tasted fantastic, almost like a brownie batter. I didn't know what a Bear Claw was to begin with, but he made sure to note that the one they serve is their own version and differs greatly from a regular Bear Claw. You can even get a cute shirt in different sizes saying you survived eating it! I didn't feel that we earned the right to buy that shirt, though. But it was good! They do offer several other awesome souvenirs, and for only $3.99, I was able to take home a well-made keychain to remember our trip. I got the feeling immediately that the waiter was possibly also the owner. He seemed to take pride in the place, was friendly and quick to greet everyone, maintained good communication, and clearly very knowledgeable and well-rehearsed. Things to note: - The seating is limited. There were either 4 or 5 tables total, located on one side of the wall. Serving was quick, however, and no one seemed to wait very long at all. - The water is always self-serve, easily available in the soda dispenser machine across from the tables. - They do not bring a check to the table; you just come up and pay when you're ready. - They do have a single stall restroom, if needed. - Service is terrific; food was great; coffee was smooth. It's worth a stop if you're in the area! I'll definitely be back when I get a chance to go that way again.

The owner came out and greeted us himself, what a kind man! Our food was served hot and quickly and we devoured our bagel sandwiches. Great atmosphere—there are phone charging usb ports at the tables and it looks like they do free movie nights with snacks monthly. They also sell jam and relish which looks delicious.

Reagan's House of Pancakes is a popular breakfast spot in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, with two convenient locations. They offer an extensive all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet featuring a wide selection of favorites like pancakes, eggs-to-order, French toast, biscuits, gravy, and sausage. The restaurant welcomes large groups and is ideal for family reunions, couples retreats, and weddings.
Busy busy fall weekend in Pigeon Forge, especially with all the car folks in town, but we got a table here in 10 minutes despite a full parking lot. Staff was great, food was GREAT! Some of the best pancakes I've had in a while. Omelette was delicious too and BIG. Place was packed and servers were attentive and kind. I definitely received this place for breakfast.

First visit. I tried the breakfast buffet. $13.99 is a very reasonable price. The bacon and the fresh pineapple were excellent. But the gravy is what you would find at any hotel breakfast, and the cinnamon rolls were almost inedible. Still, no complaints, there's plenty of good food. But I like a buffet so that I can try a variety of items, not because I want a large quantity of food. So for those of you like me, I recommend ordering fresh from the menu.

Reagan’s House of Pancakes is a fantastic spot for a delicious breakfast. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, the scrambled eggs were fluffy and buttery, and the bacon was crispy with just the right amount of savory bite. Everything on the plate tasted like true homemade comfort food, the kind that starts your morning off right. The atmosphere has that cozy, classic breakfast-house charm, and the staff are warm and attentive, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down, enjoy a hearty meal, and leave smiling and satisfied. If you’re in the area and craving a great breakfast, Reagan’s House of Pancakes is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We eat our free breakfast here every year! I usually get the buffet. But you can't beat $7 after taxes. Not for all the food they give you. FRESH!!!! So hot you gotta give it a sec to cool. Or just hafafaffaf till it cools down. Atmosphere is delightful. Makes me feel like a old southern Sunday brunch. Will always come here. Even when I don't stay at a corresponding hotel, I will have breakfast here. 2025

First time eating there. The breakfast buffet is the way to go. You can get anything you want on it. If I had any complaints at all it was the apples were cold. I had thought they were heated since they was in the middle of all the heated items. Our waiter was a hustler they was really busy when we was there but he kept his area covered. I definitely would recommend this place and we will be going back.

Cheap family Restaurant. Buffet has sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes and the usual. They also have a menu to order from for smaller appetites. Buffet is $13.99 per adult. 8 think kid's were 8 or 9 dollars.

We visited Reagan's because our hotel included a breakfast voucher good for pancakes which you could upgrade to the buffet. The first day, I had pancakes. But after taking a look at the buffet, that's what we ordered for the rest of our stay. You could not possibly leave anywhere close to hungry, and that's not just from stuffing your face. There is something on that buffet for everyone. Leave room for a cinnamon roll or two, the vats of buttercream frosting are always full and hot. The red neon sign outside is a liar, though. It always says "Immediate Seating", the red glow illuminating the many people standing around outside, waiting for a table. :) :)

The restaurant is known for its generous portions and friendly service, making it a great spot to fuel up before exploring the nearby Smoky Mountains. Whether you prefer sweet or savory breakfast options, there's something for everyone, from classic pancakes to indulgent choices like chocolate eclair or corned beef hash pancakes.
Very nice and clean restaurant nicely decorated with lots of holiday cheer. This was one of five breakfast restaurants we tried during our one week stay in Pigeon Forge, TN. Everything was great except for the strawberries on our waffles. We’re betting that it was previously frozen strawberries because it was mushy and had no taste. But we enjoyed the homemade corned beef hash and eggs and the breakfast burrito. Prices were reasonable and there was a good selection of menu items. The staff were attentive and friendly. Lots of seating as well as lots of free parking.

At first, I thought I wouldn't like this place. The soda was flat and the water tastes like old pipes. However, the food was good. Liked the Ham Stake and the County Fried Stake. Pancakes had a wonderful taste but were not light and fluffy. It's a good place to go if you're on a budget. The service was fantastic. I wanted to put 4 stars because the staff was so friendly and attentive. However, the food was just good and didn't stand out, so couldn't bring myself to give them more than 3 stars.

Fantastic service. Had our waitress meet us at the table as we sat. The food was amazing. We had out food within 10 minutes of seating down. We were in and out in 25 minutes. Very inexpensive, $19 (prior to tip) for omelet and 3 pancakes is crazy good price. Just great experience and one of the better pancake places in the area, I’d prefer this to flapjacks all day.

We came here on our first morning in Pigeon Forge. We were so stoked from the pictures and reviews to try it out. The scenery was great, old country vibes, with antique tractors, and of course big red roosters everywhere. The staff was attentive and friendly. The floors, tables, and seats were clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The coffee was great. The pancakes (we got chocolate chip and berrylicious) were sadly not as delightful as we hoped. We only got pancakes though. So with good vibes, great staff, clean settings, us only getting one thing from the menu doesn't give us a lot to go on but thats the four stars. We will be going back and trying something else. I recommend coming in and trying it for yourself, definitely an overall good experience!

Alright for the price. Most of the Breakfast food was better than Dennys but not the cornbeef hash. Unless you like it undercooked. Pretty good meal though. Everyone left full but I probably wouldn't go back.

Nestled in Sevierville, the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant is a beloved spot for hearty Southern comfort food. Whether you're fueling up before hitting the Smoky Mountains or winding down after a day of adventure, this casual eatery has you covered. Indulge in their signature apple fritters and homemade apple butter, served with every meal.
My fiancé and his family took me here to this famous Southern restaurant, and it was one of the best Southern family meals I’ve ever had. I’d recommend getting a reservation as it gets quite busy! The interior is a large old farmhouse with different wooden tables and chairs. Ours chairs were the swinging kind! Our waitress was lovely and greeted us with a complimentary basket of their famously delicious Apple Fritters with Apple Butter. We were also given a complimentary cup of their signature Apple Mint Julep. I got the Country Fried Steak with White Gravy as my entrée, and chose Grandma’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup. We got the Mashed Potatoes and Mac ‘N’ Cheese as our refillable mains for the table. Everything came out hot, fresh, and prompt. It was all SCRUMPTIOUS! The soup was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. You can’t leave here hungry, that’s for sure! The food was filling, delicious and good for the soul. I absolutely loved this place and would love to return someday!

We always love the apple barn restaurant, but Shanna really made our experience one of a kind!! She provided the best service we have received since being in town. Shanna truly went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied. My toddler absolutely adored her & she made sure he had the BEST time. Our food was amazing as always.

We arrived here for dinner a little late at night but everyone was warm and inviting. The food was amazing from start to finish. We loved every bit of it. I got the trio meal which included chicken pot pie, chicken and dumplings and fried chicken. It was the best chicken and dumplings I have ever had!! Before the meal comes, you get complimentary Juleps and fresh apple fritters with apple butter. You also get a choice of soup. We got broccoli and cheddar soup which was delicious. We got the Mac n cheese, green beans and mashed potatoes. Everything tasted so fresh. We were mesmerized. We had no room for dessert and was so pleased when they let us take it to go. Would definitely recommend and return!

This place is amazing. You get so much for the cost of your meal. Britney, our waitress was very good. Very attentive. And walking around the shops afterwards was a lot of fun. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Well my wife and I tried this place because it was recommended to us. We are from Las Vegas and we did like the service and the area for sure. The food was good, but not as good as we thought it would be. Maybe it was our choices, or the combination of choices. You get 3 side dish PER TABLE not per PERSON. At least that's what that said. Kinda strange option. Because I would probably next time sit alone order for myself, then other my sides including okra, and then go hey friend can I join you, oh look it looks like you have order you sides already, hey let's share... My friend shouldn't be forced to eat sides he don't like or vis-ver-sa. I should be able to order my own. Now I had the pork chops, and they were a bit too salty. But otherwise they are ok. Wife has the grilled catfish, and she too said it was ok. It's a lot of food because of the carbohydrates that come along with the side dishes, and then the desert that comes with it. Of course I wasn't able to eat it at the end. I had them put it to go and it was smashed put together so that was a bit unprofessional. If you eat a lot of food then yes this is the place. But if you don't and you plan to share then don't go here cuz they don't even like people sharing. Would I come here again probably not, But again that's just me. Overall I give it an okay spot..👌

Super packed so get there early . We had a 50min wait with 23 parties ahead of us for a table of 2. Our waiter did the bare minimum, not that we needed a whole bunch but there was just no effort given. My country fried steak was slightly overcooked. Not to the point it was burnt but you could just tell if they cooked it a min or 2 less it'd have been perfect. It was the least satisfying CFS that I've ever eaten. The biscuits & gravy however we're some of the best! We also enjoyed their complimentary apple pineapple juice and beignets. Overall not worth all the hype that was given ,but you get a hefty portion for your $.

Incredible staff, beautiful dining areas with tons of character. Food was not bad, just not great. Looks the part as you can see in the photos and the food was “fine.” Scrambled eggs were like powdered eggs, gravy seems like chain restaurant which this place is not…I’d think they’d rock a great southern country gravy but it was meh. Again, the people are super sweet and attentive. Kitchen needs work…shame this place gets out cooked by Cracker Barrel.

LOVE the outdoor seating. Especially during the winter when they have the fire pit going❤️Great selection of food. Excellent service. Of course everyone loves the Apple Fritters, and apple butter. My only complaint is that they took away the grill cheese sandwich with the chicken noodle soup. That was all of our favorites. Please bring it back

Waitress was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing. The price per person was not fair. The atmosphere was great. Family of 7 eat here and there was not a single complaint. Can say enough about how friendly and helpful the Waitress was, she made suggestions on things she liked and we were not disappointed.

Location was clean and attractive with a good atmosphere. Our server Kara G was amazing! So friendly, helpful and very attentive. She took excellent care of our party of 8. We had potato skins, the Hawaiian luau burger and the chicken Ceasar wrap. All of the food ordered was hot and delicious and prepared as requested. I highly recommend eating here and don't forget the peanut butter pie!!!

It was a fairly busy place, but it only took a few minutes to get seated. It’s more of a sports bar atmosphere with TVs everywhere, so it would be a great place to watch a game. I ordered the dozen wings with two flavors I chose, honey barbecue, and the orange glazed. They were mixed with half mini drumsticks and half wings. The flavor was average, but still good. My wife ordered The Brotherly Love sandwich and she said it was delicious. The Sweet Potato Fries and the Blue’s Tater Chips were pretty good too. We’ll probably come back again but the next time I’m gonna try one of the burgers.

Very nice sports bar! My family & I were seated right away considering they were busy! They have a variety of food & drinks. Something for everyone. They even have kids meals. Clean restaurant. Courteous staff. Our server was Crystal with the bright pink hair! She was great! I especially loved that she was patient with us while we looked over the menu (family of 4). She checked on us often, refilled our drinks & was overall very pleasant. We would recommend!

Good for a quick bite, food was hot, waiter was attentive and friendly. We were able to get in and get out relatively quickly. Only wait was finding a clean booth. The first 2 they took us to were covered in crumbs in the booths, the 3rd was still dirty but best of the 3 options so we dealt with it.

Smoky’s Pancake Cabin is a charming, family-owned spot that serves up an array of creative pancakes, omelets, and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. This Pigeon Forge favorite has been delighting diners for three generations with its unique pancake flavors like pineapple upside down, lemon berry, and banana split. In addition to their specialty pancakes, the restaurant also offers delectable options such as omelets, waffles, egg platters, biscuits and gravy.
Outstanding service... I grew up with 2 grandmother's from the south and their drop biscuits were some of the best I've ever had... The pancakes were very good especially the upside down pineapple cakes. The smoked sausage on the big Dave's breakfast was delicious 😋. They accommodated our group of 14 in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely come back. Our waitress was very good with kids and made great suggestions.

Haven’t been here in years. Great hometown feel. Anthony A served us great. Fiesta Omelette with pancakes great, the fire roasted peppers in it had some heat but I liked it. My wife had the Big Bear Breakfast and shared with me cause it was so much food. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage hashbrowns and biscuits/gravy. Pepsi products and coffee.

Jessica made our first visit to the Smokys absolutely memorable. It's not every day you meet such a friendly and down to earth server. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even took the time to chat with us. The restaurant itself has a cozy, farm style atmosphere, and the menu is straightforward. Jessica recommended the pineapple cakes, and they were fantastic! I was really impressed by these warm, fluffy, and decadent cakes, packed with flavor and not overly sweet. They're definitely a must try if you're stopping by for breakfast. Everything else we ordered was great too, including the turkey patties and a single biscuit. The coffee was also good, just your classic diner style brew. But again, the real highlights were our waitress, Jessica, and the delicious pineapple cakes.

From sit down to food on the table, our wait was about 15 minutes. Our waiter was fast, friendly, and all around AWESOME. I had the mixed berry pancakes and they were very delicious. My husband had the Split Sausage and egg breakfast and he raved about how great his was as well. We were really impressed with our food, service, and how well run this restaurant is.
Lora E — Google review
Pancakes were yummy! We did have a slight issue with service, but they resolved it. We ordered bacon & eggs as part of the same meal but to be plated separately (for 2 different people) and it arrived with the bacon on the same plate on top of the eggs. We asked for a new order of eggs because due to allergy concerns we couldn’t eat the eggs after they had bacon on them… they brought out the same exact eggs & bacon on separate plates instead of just making us new eggs. The manager ended up involved and we got some new eggs.
Ali — Google review
Even though they were busy we didn’t have to wait very long. Maybe 5 mins. The food was great and prices was about what you would expect for this area. Had some custom menu items like Carmel pumpkin waffles and pancakes which were very good.
Jesse P — Google review
If there were 10 stars, I would give this place 10! We went here FOUR times for breakfast out of the 10 days we were down here. Forget Crocketts and Pancake Pantry, they are NOWHERE near as good, and you have to wait into both those places (whether it's in line before opening or after they open and have a wait), and food is just over-hyped, but Smokys Pancake Cabin food is better by far. We don't have a lot of chorizo choices at home for breakfast so we got the fiesta omelette every time we went, but also split the 3 meat omelette once too. We did an upcharge for flavored pancakes each time and got the pumpkin cheesecake pancakes multiple times because they were just too good, but also the pineapple upside down, Lemon Berry, and strawberry cheesecake pancakes (all were phenomenal and cooked perfectly) and the service was amazing every day we were there. Not to mention the Collier group (who owns this and a handful of other restaurants in the area) gives you toast points that equates to $ off, so between the 6 of our family we got $20-$30 off from the visits there and to Roma Table. Also we only waited for a table twice (when we went around 10 am on a weekend) and longest wait was 15-20 mins.
Karen B — Google review
This is my new favorite breakfast spot! I’ll be dreaming about their food until we come back in town!!! Wish I wasn’t so far away! I do wish we got our high chair and ticket to payout a little faster, but they were busy! The food came out without a long wait. The kids bear waffle was very thin. It looks thicker than it is! The berry pancakes had an artificial tasting syrup. Not like the best ever, but the hashbrowns were the best I ever had. The bacon was the best I ever had. I did really like the pancakes, too. Probably would have gotten the cheesecake ones look back. I wish they did a combo of the cinnamon with the cheesecake. Totally worth it. Everyone left full and very happy from a yummy meal that was plated in a way that made everyone smile just by looking at it!

Huck Finn's Catfish Cabin is a family-owned restaurant that has been serving the Smoky Mountains for over 25 years. They are famous for their all-you-can-eat catfish dinner, which comes with endless sides such as baked white beans, coleslaw, hushpuppies, and more. In addition to catfish and shrimp entrees, they also offer grilled and fried chicken, chicken livers, country fried steak, and other Southern dishes.
Really great seafood! The shrimp was extremely good and the catfish was really good too. They also give you vittles for the table, which was quite nice. The decorations were neat if you like Mark Twain. The bathrooms was very clean. Our server Juan was awesome, he did a fantastic job. I ate with eight other people and we all enjoyed our food. I love the touch that you can get the seasoning you want. You cannot go wrong with the grilled shrimp! Highly recommend!

Great location, awesome food, nice atmosphere. Highly recommend. Came in the pouring down rain on 9-16-25 after driving 7 hours there. We were starved and this place hit the spot! The free Vittles were a great 👍 addition to the meals. If you don't order a meal(s) then they'll just charge you for the Vittles. Good food! Prefect location. The sweet tea was good too!

While visiting Pigeon Forge Tennessee with my veteran family, my wife and I stopped in for the Catfish at Huck Finn's Catfish. No one told us about Huck Finn's, we were passing by and thought we would try. DELICIOUS! 😋 The Catfish was very tasty with a nice crunch on the outside tender on the inside. The tea was excellent. We also had chicken legs and wings! They were very tasty as well. Our host Allison I believe her name is was awesome! She made sure we were well taken care of! The tea she made was so good! We truly appreciate Allison. Huck Finn's Catfish.....5 Stars 🌟

Old style atmosphere. When you get a meal like 3 piece catfish fillets you get a spread of vittles ahead of meal, which includes hush puppies, pickles, onion, beans and ham, slaw. We were going to get appetizer first till we saw all the vittles. I topped it off with apple cobbler with ice cream which was my favorite of the meal. My wife liked the beans and ham the most. David our server took good care of us.

This place was delicious!! The chicken was fried perfectly. It was seasoned perfect not too salty. There was so much food. I thought prices were good for location and the amount of food. Waitress was super sweet and really quick. There was a long wait but it was with it. The turn over rate was great. People were in and out fast and we walked around while we waited.

Update We returned this evening for the catfish dinner. My husband told me he was taking me out for catfish for dinner on my birthday (today). He just didn't tell me he was taking me 438 miles to get it at my favorite location in Pigeon Forge,TN. Our waiter (Mo) is absolutely awesome. The food phenomenal, as usual. We come from Indiana. Can't wait to return. We will definitely return when we are here, every time. What a wonderful place to have lunch on the last day of our honeymoon adventure. The atmosphere was super friendly. Our waitress was perfect: friendly, confident, checked to see if we needed anything in a timely manner, and an all-around great waitress. We stopped in the shop as we were leaving to purchase a few items. Everything about this place was welcoming. And let's not forget the food. It was Delicious. My husband and I Strongly recommend this great restaurant.

Came here with a group of 12 and while we did have to wait a bit for a table (understandable) we all really enjoyed this place. The gift shop is nice and reasonable, the decorating is fun and suits the Tennessee vibe, and the waiters and staff all were extremely nice and helpful. The prices were some of the best value for proportions we got during our entire trip! Everyone at your table shares generous portions of “vittles” which is basically your sides. beans, fried pickles, hush puppies, cole slaw, etc. Then each individual orders a separate main dish, with one side for themselves. I got breaded shrimp and fries with sweet tea. It was $22 for all including vittles and I thought that was very reasonable.

The restaurant prides itself on making fresh tamales daily and preparing salsas, queso, and other sauces for optimal taste.
One of my fave Mexican places. We come here often. We always get the pick two combos which is very reasonable, under $10. I get two cheese enchiladas and my daughter gets 2 soft tacos. The combos come with refried beans and rice. The tortilla chips are light and crispy. The salsa is chunky and flavorful. We added some queso and it was delicious. Love the atmosphere, love the food, and love the prices!

Classic Mexican joint with fun, festive décor. The hostess seated us quickly and got our drinks right away. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, getting our order started fast. We kicked things off with some queso and chips—great for snacking while deciding on entrees. I went with the “Outrageous Chimichanga,” which had shredded beef, chicken, and ground beef. With a name like that, I expected something a bit bigger, so the size was a slight letdown—but the flavor made up for it. For the price, I can’t complain. Service was solid throughout—my drink never hit empty, and the chips stayed hot and refilled. Overall, a decent spot for casual Mexican food with quick, friendly service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, Taco Bell Food is better than this place. If I could give them Zero stars I would. There were three of us two of us were served our meals right away and our third person had to wait 10 extra minutes because they forgot about her. The food was horrible. I do not recommend this place at all. Picture below Rice and beans tasted like they were out of a can and the Taco is not Mexican. This is supposed to be a Mexican restaurant. Taco Bell has better meals. This was a $15-$16 plate. Would I come here again, no way Jose!!! I Should’ve paid attention to the restaurant name, which is no way Jose!!

Worst food & experience I’ve ever had! Food came out lukewarm at best, chicken in the fajita burrito was cold, dry & tough, like it had been cooked 4 hours earlier. Onions were so hard that I couldn’t even stick a fork in them. One small slice of bell pepper in the whole burrito & waitress kept coughing on everyone & their food & drinks without covering her mouth. No discount given & manager didn’t even try to fix this disaster. 35 dollars for one burrito & one drink. Never again! Never, ever! I really hope I don’t get food poisoning 🤢 Pigeon Forge location. Waste of money, time and I’m not feeling well since just eating there
April C — Google review
Last time we visited the one on Gatlinburg and they were out of tortillas and only gave us enough toppings for 1 person fajita, when we ordered for two. Then charged us Xtra to give us more. Tried the on in Pigeon Forge and the service was awful. We ordered maragaritas that were $14.50 each, that was mostly ice and not even filled up to the top. We ordered food and 40 minutes later it still wasn't started. Server was aloof and no where to be found and had to hunt her down to get her kids drinks. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Oh and the silverware was filthy.

Sunliner Diner is such a fun and nostalgic place that truly transports you back to the 1950s from the moment you walk in. The décor is bright, colorful, and playful—complete with booths styled like classic cars and checkered floors that make the whole experience feel unique and memorable. It’s the kind of diner where you can’t help but smile just taking in the atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered a variety of breakfast dishes, and everything came out fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The omelets were fluffy and full of flavor, the hashbrowns were golden and crispy, and the portions were generous. The drinks were just as impressive—fun sodas and floats served in tall glasses that fit the retro vibe perfectly. Everything we tried tasted great, and you could tell the diner takes pride in both presentation and quality. But what really made our visit stand out was our waitress, Michaela. I can not say enough good things about this little diner! The Sunliner burger is the best burger I've had! The milkshakes are also really good and great if you want to feel like you're in a 1950s romance and share a milkshake with your love. My husband and I visited on our honeymoon and decided to go back 2 more times, once for brunch to try the breakfast and a third time to have the Sunliner burger again. Mia was our waitress tonight and she was beyond sweet and really funny! It was also great to see the staff enjoying the jukebox! My husband and I can't wait to come back sometime!

The Smoky Mountain Pancake House is a long-standing family-run restaurant in Pigeon Forge, serving up delicious breakfast options since 1968. Located conveniently near many hotels, it offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy a hearty morning meal. The menu features made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes with various toppings and fillings, including specialties like Reese's peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes, pecan pancakes, and mountain blueberry pancakes.
Some really good pancakes in hearty size breakfast portions. Breakfast made right. Your meals come out fairly quickly. The papa bear size breakfast was quite large. The mama bear portions are just right. The breakfast sausage is awesome and highly recommend as a side. The only improvement needed is the coffee. The coffee is rather bland. The thermos the server brings to keep at the table does not keep the coffee hot. This restaurant seems to be a local favorite. When we arrived near 10 a.m. it was quite crowded. Entrance is quite strange as it leads you to a gift shop prior to being sat at the table. Service was great. All staff were friendly and treated us kindly. However they were quite busy and understandable they couldn't get to all tables quickly to check in. Plenty of parking. Right off the main road.

Found this place by chance. Went with the family there. Has the same options that Flapjacks has up the street. I believe they are owned by the same group. Prices are reasonable for a tourist area but still on the high end. Service did disappoint however, could have been better. Has a nice little give shop to by souvenirs and other items. Also the men’s restroom is super small.

Food was good and plentiful as noone left hungry. The service was not good unfortunately although they were busy so I’ll put that as a side bar. That being said we had everyone’s cup empty and the only time the server visited out table was to get drink order, take order, bring food, and finally to bring the check. We were here for over an hour so it was really lacking. Pancakes tasted good but were a bit rubbery so makes me believe they had been sitting for awhile. Don’t believe I’ll be back again as there are too many choices for service that lacked this badly.

This is the most awful place to eat breakfast. The waiter couldent even speak English. Everything was horrible the pancakes where dry the drinks tasted like bleach. We all asked for our eggs over medium and they were the most runny eggs you can think of. The bacon tasted like you went out in the hog lot and licked a pig it was that horrible. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The bathrooms were disgusting. I would not recommend to anyone ever. We will never be back.

It's nothing spectacular, but it is a quality establishment for a decent Breakfast. They do have Gluten Friendly Foods and the Service is truly great. It beats anything IHOP, Denny's or Waffle House has to offer; and that's because it is a local business. What I wouldn't recommend on the Menu, is their Sausage Gravy. It's just so bland, but the consistency is there. They do have a variety of items at a Gift Shop too.

Nothing special here. Greeter was nice and fun. The server was attentive but no personality. The atmosphere was all about turning people and selling stuff in the gift shop. The food was commercial. The waffle I had was bland, eggs flavorless and the bacon plain. If you are visiting and want something different, this is not the place. If you have kids and they are picky then this will work.

I can’t say enough about this place! Just go!! It is soooo good. I was here over the weekend on vacation and seriously can’t get the taste of this food out of my mind. We have nothing like this in Jacksonville, Florida. I was so impressed. The price, the taste, the amount of food you get can even be split by two people. So good!! Friendly service too and warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

Eat breakfast here every time we're in town! The stuffed french toast with mixed berries is excellent! I tried the pumpkin roll french toast this time. It was soft like cake and sweet. Probably won't get it next time. Didn't care for their coffee.
