Nice little outdoor shopping plaza across the street from the RIU hotels in Mobay. I came twice to get souvenirs. I loved green apple and the little adult lingerie store tucked in the corner of the mall. The staff were friendly and helpful in all the shops. The grocery store was perfect. They had flavored red stripe, lots of snacks, local sauces and spices perfect to take home as keepsakes as well. I highly recommend making a stop here. There was also a panda express Chinese food, pizza hut, burger king, KFC an ice cream shop I believe and juice place. I saw the signage for a patty place but must have missed it when I was shopping around.

In this place, sellers will try to sell you goods for three or four times their real price. therefore, if the seller says that this thing costs $ 50, offer your price at $ 15 and repeat this amount as a mantra until the seller agrees. when you have agreed on the price you need, prepare cash, because cards are not accepted everywhere. well, if you want to pay with a card and they accept it, then they will want to add tax to the cost of the goods. and in general, it is in every market and in every shopping center. there is one trading scheme everywhere. they will smile at you at first, and if you don't want to buy anything, you will most likely be cursed in the end.

Nothing but chaos. Low lighting in the parking lot and the KFC and Pizza Hut need a better system of customer flow. We spent almost two hours in lines. By time I got home, I was no longer hungry. I was filled off my frustration. Lol

In Jamaica a Pharmacy is like Target you can get a little of anything. I visited Fontana pharmacy which has a little of everything lol, The experience was nice and the U. S. Dollar was @ good rate of $148.00 per U.S.Dollar if you use your 💳 Credit Card. Yes indeed, they are quite over priced but considering import export they have to hike the prices a little. You can get your American snack there they also have a little dining where you can have a most delicious lunch, They have have places to eat outside of Fontana as it’s a plaza. There are Banks, Flow Cable and wireless store, Progressive Grocery Store. A Chinese Restaurant of which I don’t really recommend as the food was not good @ all. There’s juicy beef Pattie’s A Pizza Hut which is absolutely delicious. Wendy’s & a local where the food is cooked already and you choose just like you would in a eatery in local mall in America. Go it’s fun!

Mystic Thai has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants! Their Indian food is outstanding — rich flavors and perfectly seasoned. We also love their Pad Thai (shrimp for my husband, chicken for me), but the real star is their Spicy Dragon Rolls. The sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor and heat. It's a great architectural space. Good air circulation throughout the shop spaces. The area also integrate very well with the natural elements. The area can be a little lonely though as the units are mainly private offices. One of the disadvantages is that first time visitors may have an issue in finding the buildings that want base.

Eye ear nose clinic. The doctor is very thorough and professional, but every time I go there with an appointment I still have at least 2 hours wait in a crowded room. It's very unpleasant. Edit. I've been waiting for 2 years for their reply, kept asking and being asked to call back, no reply, blame game etc. Went elsewhere, got through in 2 weeks. You can't possibly expect me me believe it takes 2 years to have a response from the same insurance that replied to the other clinic in 3 days. Again, the doctor seems very kind, professional and helpful, but the office is terrible..I'm glad I went somewhere else.

I only clicked a star because I couldn't write a review without having to click one. I sent 2 barrels from overseas. Just to find out the one of my barrels were 3/4. They went into my barrel and took alot of stuff out. Spoke to a manager several times. All they could tell me is that they cant do anything. This hurts me to the core cause I had to work my money to send stuff for my family, and this is the bull they tell me.

Good place with great restaurants and views by the ocean but also filled with offices and not necessarily stores. It’s located just beside the cruise port and could use a bit more enhancements to make it a bit more appealing. It got a bit confusing upon entering the complex as there were no signs or directories to guide us as to where all the shops were located , which resulted is us going in circles. Apart from that, the center offers you a nice panoramic view of the cruise ships with authentic styled Jamaican stores and restaurants. There is not much to do there in terms of shopping as most stores sell almost the same items and the rest are mainly corporate offices.

We asked our driver for a real life market where locals would shop. He misunderstood and brought us to this sad tourist trap. We were the only ones there, with each shack owner trying to lure us in... If you get there in a slow season (like no one walking around), at least try not to but everything in one place. It'd be so hard to say "no" to other sellers on your way out...

Visited for the 1st time today very impressed👏🏽👏🏽. Best Mall I have seen in Jamaica, high class, similar to the Malls in the city’s abroad and different from the typical plaza design. I always hoped that someone would bring this to Jamaica. It would be even more astonishing if it was located in the Centre of Fairview with more floors and parking spaces, but it is still the best.

City Centreville is a Montego icon, known as the geographical top of downtown in the north. There a a few restaurants including a great Chinese restaurant, many different kinds of stores, jewelry electronics, fashion at Scotia ATM and its back exit helps to get around the gully traffic loop. There is a parking lot on the top side close to the back gate with ample free parking the spaces on the ground level

We were the only people in the restaurant on a Thursday evening. The food was made fresh and delicious. The service was friendly. The sunset was outstanding. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself was one I would describe as under construction- don’t let this stop you from going.

Spiritz is one of mi favorite restaurants in Jamaica. I usually come here for the coconut curry pasta and atmosphere. We also injoyed the the ackee saltfish on green plantains. They have great vegetarian/pescatarian options if you do not eat meat. I usually take others here when they are looking for a cute upscale vybe whether for lunch or dinner. Dinner/Sunset is the best time to injoy the ocean view.

Amazing place to visit. The view is great in the daytime. We went at sundown and the ambiance was still great. There was no wait time for a table but it took a while for us to get our entrée. This was probably because they were hosting a birthday party and a wedding party at the time as well. The food was delicious. We had chicken tenders and wings as starters then, curried conch, whole brown stewed fish and shrimp wraps. For drinks we had mango, strawberry and mixed Daiquiri. Our waitress was friendly and kept checking in with us about the wait times. Will definitely be visiting again.

The best part of my experience was the fried breadfruit. Delicious 😋 It was pretty windy but that was expected being on the water. Everything else needed word. I ordered my drinks first but they came out last. The rum punch was not what I had hoped for. It was not as rich as I would like. The alcohol was overpowering the drink. The presentation of the food was great but the jerk pork had too much fat for me. It was seasoned well but, I did not feel satisfied after eating. The festival was cooked perfectly but you could taste a particular flavor more. The fried chicken and jerk chicken was good according to my friends. The side of veggies was great, not salty or oily. My server was pleasant and accepted the constructive criticism about my experience.

Great place to chill and get to know someone. The sea view makes great conversation starters. They also have some hammocks that hang over the water, which serve as great bonding opportunities for couples and alike. The customer service is excellent and the food is equally as good. Definitely recommend.

Upon arrival we got a warm welcome from our hostess Danielle. The atmosphere was scenic and inviting. Then the meal came and it was delicious and flavorful. Danielle checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely go again.

I’m not a gambler, but my aunt drags me to all the slots when she’s visiting. And this is by far the best gaming in town. Clean, well organized and while I can’t explain it, it had the best energy. Other patrons were friendly and super helpful. Most importantly the machines were really fun. I won $50USD and was over the moon😆 It is in a very safe, well lit location on the top floor of Whitter Village.

Most friendly all inclusive resort we've visited. Room looked like it was just renovated. Beach and whole outside accommodation were extremely well kept and clean. Buffet was great at all meals throughout the day. Staff was great and went above and beyond to make your entire stay enjoyable. Looking fwd to our next trip.

Much bigger than it looks, Lots of machines. But be very careful there machines will steel your money and there is nothing you can do about it. It happens to me twice once for $1273.00 (us) and another time for a little over $500 (us) . The manager will not help and they could care less if they loose you as a customer. I don't thing the owner is aware of how this place is being run.

As well as could be expected, however there was very little to enjoy from a location of such quality.

It was a pretty good experience. Can’t give it a 5-star rating because there are other airports that are definitely better, but I can’t complain about anything from this airport. When we arrived the walk to immigration wasn’t far, the lines were fairly long but moved quickly. The immigration officers were nice and professional. I recommend you take a cab from the taxi booth that clearly shows you the price of any ride. When we were leaving Montego Bay, security was quick, officers are waaay nicer that in the States, and everything went smoothly. It isn’t a state of the art airport but A+ to the designers that did the most with what they had. Very nice!

This airport was really nice as it was my first time visiting Jamaica. We really enjoyed the VIP mobay lounge. The lounge was comfy, had A/C, great drinks, and delicious food. The service was great and we will definitely return.

Very clean and safe airport! Lots of shopping options and eateries! Plenty of time to get in and out for your flights. Very organized. When arriving there are tons of kiosk to get approval with your passport. Do not stand in line. Keep moving til you find an empty one! The washrooms here are extremely clean, which is a big plus considering how busy the airport gets. The departure area and process felt much more seamless and fluid compared to arrival. The arrival hall, however, definitely needs improvement—it’s far too cluttered and doesn’t leave the best impression. One thing that really stood out: during security checks, passengers in slippers were required to remove them and walk barefoot. In 2025, most modern airports no longer do this, and it’s neither hygienic nor necessary. If someone is wearing boots or heavy shoes, fine—but slippers should be exempt. Overall, it’s not a terrible experience, but it’s not great either. There are clear areas for improvement that could make this airport much more welcoming and efficient.

Alot of waiting around through customs & immigration could have been a bit smoother and quicker. Once through, finally got our transfer, driver was very polite, helpful and nice but got to the hotel and another driver reversed into his car which delayed us getting into our hotel even though the incident was right outside he had to drop us off at the hotel lobby. All in all, a long day but more than happy to be here and enjoying the sun.

My experience going through the airport was pleasant. I like the fact that they give you the option to complete customs form online it made for a very seamless experience. Jameeka is still developing country and people need to remember that I’ve been to a lot of developing countries and the sinks to Airportranks pretty well. It’s a standard airport where you don’t wanna be there for too much time because it can get digested.

The airport was busy, but we got through quite quickly! There are tons of souvenirs to bring back home for the family if you didn't get a chance to shop on your trip. There are also lots of good food accommodations and easy to understand. Make sure to bring a portable fan for the lines, though. It can get a bit hot in there.

We heard the KFC in Jamaica was different, so we decided to give it a try, since it was across from our resort. We waited roughly 25 minutes to order, which was okay since we came in and there was a line and we wanted to really take a look at the menu. At 17:30, we placed our order for 2 meal deals (which come with drinks and biscuits) and 35 wings. We didn’t receive our full order until 18:30 and we found out we didn’t have our biscuits nor our drinks, so we waited another 20 minutes to retrieve it. We were able to retrieve the biscuits for the meal deals, that’s it. No drinks at all. The staff were rude and one young lady looked like she was about to have a breakdown due to the chaos. There was not enough people there to take the orders and give out food. I sat next to the restroom and saw at least 5 people coming in and out the back. Not sure if there was enough people cooking or not, but many people were waiting an extremely long time to get their food. To make matters worse, it didn’t taste any different than back in the states. Definitely do not recommend.

I had heard the horror stories online before visiting but I had to try the different variety of chicken they did compared to the UK. I would go back just because I want to try other things but the service was shocking. Waited about 45 mins for the food to come and when it did come the fries were cold. Some customers were becoming irritated by the order of service...as special treatment was given to residents. Some locals outside may offer to help you get served quicker...that's your choice, but nothing is for free! Spicy chicken was great. It's the wings coating on the bigger pieces of chicken! Coleslaw was 10/10. I don't usually eat KFC coleslaw in the UK. Unfortunately they had no BBQ chicken, no zinger burgers, and no wings 🙄.

While the chicken is every bit of good that there Internet claims it to be, the customer service was AWFUL. After waiting on the line for more than an hour, the cashier didn't open her mouth to greet us. Her attitude was extremely poor as she curtly and without eye contact barked what they didn't have (and most of the menu was inavailable-- tenders, biscuits, popcorn chicken, dessert biscuits, anything with BBQ sauce....) My party and I also noticed that there were at least 2-3 inactive employees behind the counter/in the kitchen for the 1.5 hours that we waited. It's truly a shame that an experience that many look forward to is ruined by poor attitudes.

Shocking customer service, they have no urgency or efficiency. It took over an hour to get food when not many people in there. Please get more staff and to be polite as they are rude and don’t care they also take forever you may need a new system to make things quicker or faster staff. Never again.

We had a few people say that we had to try KFC whilst in Jamaica. It did not disappointing, food was delicious and there is more variety than the UK. Chicken has 3 options original, spicy or bbq. The mash potato is so nice, and our first time trying Jamaican Cola.

The locals say “Jamaica has the best KFC in the world”. I believed the hype and tried it; only to find out it tastes the same as KFC everywhere else. The place was crowded and the wait time for our food was long. Also KFC prices are a bit higher in Jamaica

People are the main lever. I have never seen such a terrible branch of this pizzeria. The facility clearly needs repair. But everything was decided by the staff, such nice people work here. Employees polite, always smiling, always ready to help, kind and cultured. The pizza is delicious, the service is excellent.

They told us everything would be ready in an hour and we came WAY later after the hour. Had to wait long in line because there was no cashier at first, then told to wait 10 mins because something wasn’t ready and we STILL had to wait because they ran out of dough? But a worker was saying only my box is there. Got our order and the food was ok but waiting so long because of a dysfunctional space was frustrating.

Experience was not bad.. main issue was that they were not offering dining services upstairs “due to COVID” but we can go and eat there without anyone providing service if we want.. COVID restrictions have been lifted so I believe that service should be restored. Just my opinion. The pizza however was amazing as usual

Not a bad experience this time around the ladies were all about doing their job. Work still needs to be done about long wait times. 15 and 20 minutes for a pizza is half an hour to an hour. When you get the food it's cold😥

For Dining the service is good however not consistent. The food is really good especially their BBQ wings. Foods freshly prepared and steamy. Need alot more dessert choices and music. Id recommend a couple or a clique here.

Greetings from Michigan 👋🏾 We visited Montego Bay to celebrate my friend’s birthday 🎂 and the Green Apple was our first stop. When we were told we had 20 minutes to shop, we thought that was too short for shopping, but the store had everything we could have wanted. The second you walked in, there were colorful items hanging from the ceiling and covering the walls from top to bottom. The prices varied from ok to expensive. It was a good range. You could pick up trinkets for $5-$10 or beautiful bags and dresses for $50-$100 and they had food and drink with more expensive items in the $100+ range in the second part of the store. I liked the split level feel to the store. It made it seem bigger given the number of items on display (which really crowded the aisles, but you had many paths to choose from). They gave me a postcard with the website and I saw that they even delivered to the hotel. I wasn’t able to place an order because I had to leave for home, but they said they delivered internationally. The owner used WhatsApp to organize and coordinate so we could get my things in a timely manner. He was so AWESOME 😎 My only issue was with the website. It hadn’t been updated so the items and prices were different than what he had. He was so great that he sent me pictures and found the sizes I needed. He found alternative items that worked for most of my online order. Some of the things were just not available. Ordinarily, this would be a four star due to the website inconsistency and needing to change my order around, but the owners willingness to work with me and ensure that I had the items of my choosing (they didn’t just blindly substitute like some companies do), he really went above and beyond for this sell. He communicated with me over several days and followed up to make sure everything made it ok. Even when I was at the hotel, he was willing to send a shuttle ($20 round trip is a great price), so that I could do some last minute shopping before leaving Jamaica. I discovered this store on a facebook group of the resort we are staying at and I was able to place an order online for someone to come deliver direct at the hotel for free (min $50 USD purchase required). We JUST left the store(couple with the Just Married 30 Years Ago shirts). The owner said they hardly get any shoppers from the Sandals resorts. Rumors have scared shoppers away. When we travel we prefer to shop local if possible. We were of course looking for souvenirs and wanted a one stop shop. Green Apples was a short walk(about 5 minutes) from the resort. It is the first store at the front of the shopping center which made it convenient. Unfortunately we did encounter one local on the way there and one on the way back trying to give us a hard time but we kindly tell them to move a long and they do. It’s the same kind of peddling we would encounter in the states so no different there. The store was clean and organized. It had everything we needed and more. The entire staff was helpful and very nice. Prices in our opinion were average and very reasonable. We definitely recommend for anyone wanting a quick get it done souvenir shopping trip.

Shopping centre has hit about every essential store for midsize communities; barber shop, restaurant, wholesale, car wash, bar, church and even a parking lot. Service at each store is generally friendly and there is always a lot of people out and about the general vicinity.

The resturant has the best food... All hands down on traditional COOKING.... I'll be at their door 24/7 if I could eat that much and is Budget friendly...🤯

Bought shoes on the buy 2, get 1 free deal. Needs to hire more staff. Workers were friendly enough but very busy. No shopping bags were available but the cashier told us before hand.

Came there before 7:00 on a Tuesday and the door was closed! Cashier or whoever was around by back looking for a shoes for a “White” customer that was inside and when she came to the door she said she can’t let us in, She then went to the back after cashing the persons and get the supervisor and the supervisor said no because they have to clean up And wipe counter and check off as if they didn’t jus cash someone so it was obvious they had time could of cash someone else. I wanted only one shoes that wouldn’t have take up anytime and the fact that they closed before 7:00 and then couldn’t even assist was ridiculous!! At least a one exception would be great I even showed her my work shoes that’s was damaged I know that protocols are protocols but I left all the way from Trelawny to purchase on pair of shoes for work they’re attitude was very distasteful and the supervisor was very rude. I even asked being that I can’t get in if they just get me a pair and I give them the money from the outside just to show you how in need I was.

Well the place to go to get a reasonably priced footwear. Conveniently located and stores are all pretty much the same in terms of layout, atmosphere and service, no major suprises.

Located next to Peir One Mobay, behind LOJ plaza. Knutsford Express not only provide a safe and comfortable travel experience around the island, they also Ship packages efficiently to different parishes within the day or the following say depending on the time the order was placed. The charge is reasonable giving that they transport and care for our packages. So far using their service has been really good. The building is easily accessible, parking is available, service reliable.

Can you imagine a package was dropped off from 1:37 yesterday and they are telling me they can’t find it and plus they are hoping it is on an another bus for 2:30 pm today. How does that even work

Very disappointing journey back from Negril... The coach took just over an hour to get to Montego Bay, which was fair...however waiting just under 4hrs to get the transferring coach upto Ocho Rios is unacceptable. Communication from Knutsford staff was very poor and can be improved alot.

Great store for souvenirs, Hitesh was a great help with seeking all items and making sure everything was packed etc for international travel.

(PLEASE IGNORE this was meant for the Harley Davidson store in the Jamaica airport) Came here after a great trip to Jamaica during the duration of our trip all of the staff we met were extremely personable. This was our first and only negative interaction, which was quite upsetting. My friends and I were at this HD store yesterday where the worker was extremely unfriendly. At first she immediately started offering to find us sizes in shirts while we were about to unfold one of the shirts on the shelves but we were looking to view the designs of the shirts since they were not hung up anywhere to see the front of the shirt. We were very respectful and did not make a mess, we all worked in retail for 10+ years and understand common courtesy. I went to unfold a second shirt to view the design the worker under her breath yet loud enough for all of to hear said “Jesus Christ” we were all shocked and upset by our treatment that we refused to buy the shirts and walked out with no gifts for our fathers because of this. We have never been so discouraged to shop.

We discovered this quaint little spot on our way into MoBay. The atmosphere was perfect. I enjoyed the smooth R & B/ Jazz music playing....I am a coffee junkie so I must say they made me the perfect latte. We met a lovely gentleman, had nice conversation, he turned out to be the owner!! The food was tasty ....service was friendly. The coffee shop is located in the Whitter Village shopping center which was also very nice. .....my new favorite stop!!

Pancakes and Bacon, eggs and toast, smoothie and coffee. We enjoyed our breakfast and the atmosphere here.

One of my favorite go to restaurants. A wide variety of meals. Meals done to order= fresh food. There are healthy options, no vegan. Prices aren’t outrageous. Great place to have a coffee/ lunch date. Breakfast meals are served any time of day ❤️❤️ love love love. Great service too!!!

This place has really good coffee and their breakfast food is really good. The Jamaican breakfast, the Tuna Omelette and the French Toast are all wonderful. Also, the service is personal and prompt.

I went to this restaurant yesterday with my coworker because we had a good experience the first time we were there. However, the last experience was horrible. Apparently they cross contimated my chicken tenders with fish and now my coworker and I have food poisoning. Don't eat there!!!

Customer Service was exceptional. Atmosphere was comfortable and private. Had a Manicure, Pedicure and Haircut done and was very pleased with the result. Would recommend to anyone to give them a visit, you won't regret it.

The staff was the best I’ve seem in years. As a leader I think this is a perfect work environment as from the securities to staff to management are professional, pleasant , helpful , polite and simply 5 star service.

For $1100 the serving of food I got today is one that could be placed in a $600 box with space remaining for more. Of my 2-3 years of purchasing here the persons currently hired to work lack customer service and share the food as if they are saving some for themself to eat after their shift. Sunrise has a certain expectation and the persons working there now definitely did not get the Memo.

I went there Tuesday with some tourist to buy a food and was told I could not get curry gravy on my food. I started buying food at Ralph next door and I get any gravy I like.

I've been to this establishment on a number of occasions for take out and unfortunately on a number of occasions have heard patrons complain about the service in raised voices. Well today my husband went there to get some food for me but it was not yet opened. There are no hours of operation posted and so my husband knocked on the door to try to get the attention of the person inside. She didn't turn around. Someone came from the back and said that they weren't open. So he asked when do you open to which the employee replied 'I don't know' and returned to the back. At this rate I can't imagine their remaining in business much longer with all the bad reviews they've been getting.

First time there and it was lovely. They have karaoke every last Thursday. You can also enjoy fun games too.

Shops were clean and nice. Make sure to bargain as there are no price tags, and the salespeople change prices. The location is definitely for cruise passengers. One authentic shop called Cooyah had great style and knows their Jamaican history, so shop there.

It's OK, the market is made for tourists so expect high prices , if you are looking for deals , it's not the place to go. I would recommend the first gift shop on the left once you enter. They have the best selection of souvenirs and clothes.

The legend of Rose Hall is intriguing. Our tour guide was very personable as well as knowledgeable. The property itself was full of history that transcended the island. I really enjoyed the tour and wish we had more time to see other properties in the area.
