Located next to the Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai, it covers over 1 million square meters and offers more than 1,200 retail stores, luxury boutiques, and a wide range of dining options.
It’s not just a mall, it’s a major entertainment destination. Inside, you’ll find attractions such as the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, the Olympic-sized Dubai Ice Rink, the Dubai Fountain just outside, and themed zones like the Gold Souk and Fashion Avenue. The mall also houses VR Park, cinemas, and numerous flagship global brands.
The mall is enormous and it needs minimum of 1 full day only dedicated to it. It’s a destination by itself.

Amazing Mall. Very big and a great variety of shops and stores to suit all tastes. Visited an Art exhibition. Huge food court. Great Aquarium, a must to visit. Remember to take a photo when you park, otherwise it can be quite tricky to locate your car.

All the high end brands in one place. Bathrooms are exquisite for a mall. Very clean, beautiful decor and classy coffee shops. There is even a concierge at the entrance. Very upmarket. I enjoyed the Chinese mall side as well as the aquarium as well.

Mall of the Emirates is an amazing shopping destination — they truly have everything you could need, from top brands to great dining options. The mall is clean, well organised, and always a pleasant place to visit. The only thing missing is they have no activities for kids other than the snow world such as soft play or an activity place to keep them busy while you enjoy you’re shopping, but overall it’s still one of the best malls in Dubai and definitely worth a visit!
My one of the go to shopoing mall. I am very loyal to all Majid Al Futtaim companies. I can say I am one of their valued customer especially in this mall. Amd not to mention I always use my SHARE apps and I truly enjoy all the benefits of having that. I love this place because why not 😍🤗

Mall of the Emirates is one of the best malls in Dubai. It’s huge, clean, and easy to navigate. There’s a great mix of high-end stores, everyday brands, and plenty of food options. Ski Dubai is a cool highlight, even if you’re not going inside. It can get crowded, but overall it’s a solid place to shop, walk around, or just spend a few hours comfortably.
A well-organized and massive mall with world-class facilities. The entire space is neat, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Car parking is superbly arranged, and there's direct access from the metro, making it very convenient.

A nice big mall thats metro accessible with a lot of stores. It’s not as big and nice as Dubai mall but it’s still not bad. One thing I didn’t like about the mall was that there weren’t a lot of better end food options.

The mall is huge, and sometimes it takes a lot of walking to get from one end to another. Clearer signboards and a bit more seating areas in between would make the experience even better.

One of the best in the world. Renowned for its historical allusion and also for the marvellous mall itself. Very vast and well-structured. You will get almost everything here. Each section is quite artistically named. And once you are inside you feel as if you are in a different world
Interesting architecture and a good place to go if you are looking to shop in well known stores. Both the designer luxury brands and the regular everyday ones like H & M are represented. It is quite large, but easy to navigate. The Carrefour is worth mentioning. My family defaults to this mall when they are looking for specific items (my DIL is French). I always found what I was looking for: some clothing items, once I was looking for shoes and swimming outfits and found them very easily.
This is a beautiful mall to explore, with unique themed areas like the Egypt Court and India Court. There’s a wide variety of restaurants and shops to enjoy, and it’s very convenient to reach with direct metro and bus connections across Dubai. The cinema is currently closed for renovations (as of September 25), but there’s still plenty to see and do.

Al Wafi Mall in Dubai is truly a hidden gem. The moment you enter, the beautiful Egyptian-themed interiors instantly catch your eye The mall is very spacious and peaceful, not too crowded, which makes it a relaxing place to spend time with family.
The kids’ play area is really fun and well-maintained, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained while you shop or relax. The food court has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, and there are plenty of good shopping options as well.

To be honest, it is a nice mall. The atmosphere is full of Egyptian elements and it’s good for taking pictures inside.
You can feel here the flow of people is not too large and some shops have been already closed. And the layout of shop can also be better, one area is mixed with food and clothes, a little strange.
Transportation is convenient, just close to Healthcare City metro station.
Here it’s the famous place for VFS visa, but hope here it will be popular.
Don't miss Spinneys Bakery next to Paul cafe. It was the best find in this mall. Nice staff, good food and reasonable price. They legit had real flowers decorating the table, love it. Not even some high end cafes do that. Wonder why they don't pin their business on the map, would promote it more.
Wafi Mall is a beautiful mall with stunning Egyptian-inspired architecture. It’s clean, not too crowded, and has a good mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants. There’s also a big Carrefour, Vox Cinema, and strong free Wi-Fi. A great place to relax and explore!

• Retail downgrade: The brand selection has changed over time. It used to host premium and unique stores, but now many shops feel generic and seem placed just to fill space.
• Complicated access: Reaching the mall is confusing due to unclear entrances and exits. Even Google Maps isn’t fully updated with nearby street names and signage, which can be frustrating—especially for non-residents.
Had been here to watch a movie recently. The experience with vox was incredible as usual but what should have been a great experience turned out to be terrible night mare to get out of the mall. Not being frequent visitor and unaware of the fact that they usually close some access after midnight to parking lot was a big shocker. It felt as if we were locked up inside the mall at 2 am early morning. Not sure why but many exits were closed infact the doors were closed. The lifts to the basement level 2 weren't working and we were left wondering to find our way out to the parking lot. No sign boards in place nor securities or anyone to atleast inform the vox cinemas customers to look for the way out. And when we found one, we were then looking for the door which could open so that we could access our car parked in basement 2. Anyhow after some struggle and some walking we finally made it out alive. Terrible experience. Dear team management its understandable that there is work going on at night in the mall but kindly put sign boards, if not let the securities or anyone responsible notify people so that they dont end up being lost. Could easily be documented and reported as safety violation.

Dubai Outlet Mall is a decent option if you're looking to purchase branded items at discounted prices. Most of the major brands like Nike, Puma, Balmain, and many more have their showrooms here, offering 60% to 70% discounts on various products.
However, many of the items are from older collections, and the variety is limited compared to other malls. So, while you might get a good deal, you may need to spend some time to find something you truly like.

The location is very far from the city and in May the walk from the parking to the mall was exhausting but it was well made up by the retail therapy inside the mall.
A very large shopping mall located quite a distance from central Dubai. It has a wide variety of stores from different brands, and if you search well and get lucky, you might find items with good discounts — especially in less common sizes. For example, very small or very large sizes, or products from past seasons that are slightly outdated or left in single sizes. Overall, don’t expect massive discounts and be ready to rely on your luck. There’s a huge free parking area, plus a supermarket, pharmacy, and all the other usual facilities

This place has the best brands outlet the prices are really cheap you can find Nike, Adidas, Burberry, Balmain Boss, Armani etc all of them original brands , this mall is really huge. If you want to wear good clothes and low prices this is the indicated place I recommend it.

This place is in old dubai and has very good connectivity to all parts of dubai. Also, many supermarkets and shops to explore as well. Dubai frame is at walking discuss from carrefour of around 3-4km.

While Marina Mall doesn't reflect Dubai's overall image, it's a shopping mall that reflects the tastes of the wealthy. You can find branches of all brands and brands here, but the prices are exorbitant. Naturally, it reflects the lifestyle of the wealthy. The mall is so large that it's impossible to explore it all in a single day. One of my favorite features was the ice rink in such a hot city. While the rink was crowded, it was still enjoyable to watch. The downside: everything in the food court is inspired by Indian cuisine, so everything is overly spicy, which made me very uncomfortable. I couldn't find anything that didn't smell or taste strange, and that I could eat with confidence. The mall was the cleanest and largest shopping mall I've ever seen. It was truly an Arabian Paradise. It was incredibly crowded. There were so many Asian and Indian vendors. Frankly, most of them couldn't even understand English. The Asians weren't very friendly. The mall's location is perfect, and when you leave the mall, be prepared to see luxury cars. Everyone traveling to Dubai should definitely visit the Dubai Marina Mall.

I had a great time at the slide attraction inside the mall—it was definitely a fun and unique experience! The slide was well-maintained, and the staff ensured safety protocols were followed, which made it enjoyable and stress-free.
A few things to keep in mind, the closing time is 7:45 PM, so plan your visit accordingly. Also, socks are mandatory to enter the slide area. For safety reasons, infants are not allowed, and there’s a weight limit of 85 kg for adults.

This mall is built at an Italian architecture design and has almost all brands from high end to middle class. A separate place for kids and an incredible slide for adults & kids. After every few hours there's a circus and the artists play very well. A number of brands offer a variety for shopping . You get an abundant parking at the main door but if it is full you can also park in the basement. Parking is free. There's also a very mesmerizing cinema. In short it's a great place to go with kids and family.

The variety of shops is great, from Spinneys supermarket to Virgin Megastore and several mid-to-high end fashion brands. Dining was enjoyable — there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants, and the choices are wide. Staff were helpful, the place was clean, and parking was easy to find.
Also loved the entertainment options: VOX cinema is very well-set up, and Fun City is a hit if you have kids.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our visit to Dennis Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even better.

Deira City Centre is one of the busiest malls. Its quite huge. Parking lot is available and there is free parking for 3hours. They have complimentary wheelchairs and baby strollers at the entrance. It consists of majorly everything like cinema, brands for shopping, Carrefour, electronics, food courts with multiple options and cuisines. The washrooms are too small and there is a queue always. But overall, its really well maintained and managed.

I visited Dragon Mart to find some natural indoor plants, but most shops only had artificial ones. However, the artificial plant collection was huge and very realistic. I also explored chandelier stores and found some truly beautiful designs at reasonable prices. Dragon Mart is definitely a great place if you’re looking for home décor, electronics, fashion, or unique household items, all under one roof. It’s clean, well organized, and offers plenty of parking. Just make sure to give yourself enough time to explore. it’s massive!

This is a wholesale and retail market for buying at very reasonable prices. They have just opened the second Dragon market on the other side as well. The entire shopping area is so big you can spend an entire day there. Theres are shops for home supplies, clothing, lighting,camping,business supplies, and more. Theres not many places to sit around on the way so it’s best to plan your day or you can get lost due to the many shops. They have a food court and restaurants around as well.

The Outlet Village, Dubai, located near Dubai Parks and Resorts, is a beautifully built shopping destination that gives a modern European village feel. The architecture and ambience are truly impressive — covered walkways, elegant stone facades, and a calm, relaxed environment make it a pleasant place for a short excursion or family outing.
You’ll find most major international brands here — from fashion and footwear to lifestyle and luxury — all housed within a clean, well-maintained environment.
However, as a shopping destination, it doesn’t always deliver the expected value. While occasional deals can be very good, they’re not consistent, and quite often sizes or preferred items are unavailable. Many stores have prices similar to regular mall sales, which can make the long trip feel less worthwhile if you’re going purely to shop.
It’s also far from central Dubai, though you can reach it easily via a bus from Ibn Battuta Metro Station at a nominal fare. Just plan your return early, as buses may get full later in the evening, and taxis from there back to the city can be quite costly.
Overall, I’d rate it 3 stars for shopping value, but 5 stars for architecture, ambience, and the overall excursion experience. A great place to explore once, especially if you enjoy scenic, well-designed spaces.
It's a huge mall and ambiance inspired by a village. Wide free parking lot. A number of brands from Dubai mall but not all. Food court is not so vast, only 5-6 restaurants or cafe. But overall the shops sale at an amazing price and experience is good.
The Outlet Village gives you the feeling of walking through a European-style village. The decorations are nice, and the atmosphere is calmer compared to other malls. It’s neat, clean, and small, with brands that are very limited in variety, and not many options. Some brands are even repeated within the mall. As for prices, discounts can go up to 70%. Parking is plentiful, and it’s easy to reach by car, but it’s quite far from central Dubai.
There are a few cafés and restaurants, but the options are neither many nor varied. For me, it’s not a place to spend a whole day. Overall, it was an average experience and not one I would repeat.

Plenty of touristy bits and bobs for sale, and it is a great place for a wander if you fancy seeing the fancier side of life. Lots of restaurants have an outdoor dining as well which is perfect in winters . Although there is plenty of parking but it’s a busy mall on weekends. Perfect for families and easy to navigate.

Visited this place after reading reviews, but i will give the reality.
1. There are mostly gems n diamonds. There are a lot of good designs and collections.
2. Gold collection is very limited and very hard to find 22k.
3. Do not forget to visit all the shops and take the best rate and check all the collections.
4. Do all the calculations by yourself on your phone as well, sometimes its not what they write like the snapshot i added. The shopkeeper, after all the calculations, gave me 10850. But when i did calculations on my mobile, i got 10460. Upon asking, we did the calculations together, and we got 10460. And then the best thing he came up with was that it was a typo, a typo! We ended up buying from another shop.
5. The best thing is that shopkeepers are not pushy, and they give all the time needed to make the sale.

Gold and Diamond Park has become my go-to place for jewelry shopping. There’s a huge variety of beautiful collections, and it’s so much closer to where I stay compared to the Old Gold Souk. The shops are easy to browse, the atmosphere is relaxed, and I always find something I love. Truly a great spot for quality pieces without the long trip—love it!

A beautiful place with an incredibly nice view to, among other things, Atlantis, but when we got there recently, many were already closed and several changes were underway. This is still highly recommended because you can take nice pictures, and because in addition to a very few small shops, there were still a few places where you can enjoy some food and drink (summer 2024).

Nice spot to visit, especially with the family. Public small beach with Atlantis as a view and protected area to swim always with a lifeguard on site. Good choices for dinner too ,away from the crowded center. Use the monorail as an extra tip for good views on your way.
Amazing and superb place to spend a colourful evening. They have musical fountain show every half hr at sea shore and lots of food joints specially for indian food. Both Atlantis looks wow from Pointe. Don't miss it.

It’s a lovely and a nice place in Dubai. You can walk by the sea, enjoy the water fountain dancing shows, spend a quality time and eat. There are enormous amounts of restaurants from all over the world so it might be suitable to all the tastes. I visited it 3 times when I visited Dubai
Apart from so much hot weather, its a perfect place for visiting. It is ao scenic and have some very nice restaurants and eating place around. Near it is a children play area too which keeps children busy and you to enjoy the beach ⛱️

One of my favorite malls in Dubai and the only one located on the Palm Jumeirah. It has a variety of retail shops and restaurants, but there’s a lot of focus on entertainment. Highly recommended for families with children. They also feature very good restaurants and modern food courts. The rooftop also features excellent attractions. One thing I don’t like is the parking, simply because they close off several areas although they are much needed.

I recently visited DEL MAR , and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a sleek yet cozy ambiance that set the perfect tone for a relaxing evening. But what really stood out was the incredible seafood – fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection.
For starters, I had the oysters, which were some of the freshest I’ve ever had, served with a light mignonette sauce that complemented their natural brininess. The main course was a beautifully seared scallop dish, which was perfectly cooked and paired with a rich, buttery sauce that was just divine. It’s clear that this place takes pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients.
And as if the food wasn’t enough, there was a fantastic live performance that added another layer of enjoyment to the evening. The music was not too loud, just enough to enhance the vibe without overshadowing conversation – a perfect balance.
The service was top-notch as well, with the staff being both knowledgeable and attentive, making sure every need was met without being intrusive.
Located on Palm Jumeirah, this mall offers a wide range of restaurants and retail outlets. Although there is no official Apple Store, shoppers will find alternatives such as iStyle and Virgin Megastore. The best VOX Cinema here and I enjoyed movie experience.
Nakheel mall was very nice, we enjoyed a lot, reef top was amazing , nice area to sit and enjoy, good for shopping, and sheikh Rashid al makhtoom was there, he just walked in front of us and we saw him for the 1st time. Great person Is he.

Coming here is only to see the view of Palm Jumeirah. The parking area is big enough and free, and it’s very friendly to visitors.
But the elevator is really not convenient and the mall have two sides. The junction between them also makes visitors confused. Especially I need to complain about the washrooms, please build some more washrooms, and sometimes the washroom area only has one gender washroom, which is really weird.

I love this place, it's so big you can get lost amongst all the shops. Morales anything you need it will be here. From food, clothing to personalised perfume . I recommend going here in the evening as you will see the lights and water feature from the Burj khalifa.

I really like Barsha Mall—it has almost everything you need in one place. From shopping and groceries to restaurants and cafés, it’s super convenient. The atmosphere is nice, and it’s a great spot to spend time and get things done all in one visit.
This mall is much better than the other 2 malls around ( Galleria & Grove).
Everything you want about daily use, you can get them from this mall. Not only here there is a supermarket Nesto, but also here you can find miniso, life pharmacy, Starbucks and some nice small shops.
My favorite shop here is Chocolala. Here the quality of chocolate is really good and the price is reasonable as well. Compared to other famous brands, no worse than them.
This mall is lovely , not very busy as the other Dubai malls , it has a variety of shops and food places to suit all budgets . What is most striking about it is the fact that it houses many government services and agencies who deal with immigration and legal matters , services such as visa applications and also other government offices . They have very nicely built pavilions for all the countries/regions of the planet and their shows are good as well. They also have a rides area. They have a lot of restaurants and cafes there, albeit somewhat repetitive. The pavilions themselves do not contain much country/region-specific stalls, and rather have perfumes and Arabic clothing stores in most of them.
It is really important to have their map with you, either available online or on their app. Their app also shows timings of the various shows so its helpful.
I went on the opening day so many shops were closed and there was a LOT of rush. It actually opened entry at 6:30pm after the ceremony. I would definitely not recommend visiting on the opening day.
Its best visited in the late evening or night as it is completely outdoors. October is a bit warm so we were drenched and couldn’t take much photos as well.
However, their construction is something to awe at.

Food over here is also amazing ...There are over 250 dining spots and 200 dining options serving international cuisine and local specialties. It also offers a mix of live shows, concerts, cultural performances, and carnival rides.
The attraction is not open year-round. The current season (Season 30) runs from October 15, 2025, to May 10, 2026.
A good place to spend a lot of time that passes by really fast. Ample parking space for many cars. But be aware that the venue is huge and have to walk a lot. Prices in kiosks are on the expensive side for food lovers. Overall a good place to experience something new for the people who are new in dubai. Recommended to rent a car to the venue so that you can spend your time at ease
I last visited Global Village in 2013, and the transformation by 2025 is incredible! The place is now much bigger, brighter, and packed with food stalls, cultural pavilions, and entertainment. The organization and facilities have improved a lot, though prices are higher and it gets more crowded. Still, it’s an amazing family destination full of energy, culture, and fun for all ages!
Fun experience, we go every year at least 2 or 3 times. Unfortunately it is getting more and more expensive. This year almost every food item was 35aed or more. And I noticed a definite shrinking of portions sizes as well. But it is still a great trip to take with the family, but we may have to limit to once per year from now on.
This place is a wonderful spot to explore different cultures in one location. You can enjoy food from around the world, live music, cultural performances, and a variety of traditional clothing and crafts. Just be aware that the Chinese section has many imitation brand items.

This mall is small and cozy, with just two floors, but it’s very charming. It’s not crowded and has a calm, friendly atmosphere. One of the things I really liked is that they sometimes host open days or small events with a variety of interesting things.

Nice for a stroll in the evening when it's less hot. Here you can find shops, restaurants, cafes and cinema. Perfect place if you don't want to dine or chill in a crowded spot. Free parking along roadside too. If you don't drive, there are a few buses coming here so it's quite convenient. Downside, it will be boring if you're here for window shopping.
This place is my all time favourite and i can go their at any time of the year whether it be in winter or summers and can stroll for quite some time and enjoy the all glowing lights, uniquely designed outlets and the serene atmosphere which always gives out those positive vibes and makes you feel relaxed.

Box Park is as it’s described - cargo containers converted into decorated concepts with colours and lights. There’s a healthy line of palm trees and safe paving to enjoy your walk. Its a nice place to visit, perhaps for foodies, though its kinda expensive, minding that these resturants are local and not part of famous food chains. There is no view, in my opinion a beach view was perfect. However, other than that the concept is amazing and the resturants around are pretty lit. All facilities available including FREE PARKING. The way the shops are built with containers, thats commendable. Food we get is presented really well in almost all of the resturants. Not really a place for summers because of the open concept, but they do have proper seating inside with air conditions.

Outlet Village Mall in Dubai is a mixed bag. The architectural design is impressive, providing a unique shopping atmosphere. However, the prices don't quite match up – not the most competitive. It's an okay mall, not particularly good or bad.
A peaceful and well-designed mall with a charming Italian style look. It has many branded stores like Adidas, Michael Kors, and Armani, all offering good discounts. The place is clean, not too crowded, and great for a relaxed shopping experience. There are a few cafés to grab a bite, and parking is easy. A nice spot if you’re looking for quality brands at lower prices.

The place is well known for its unique architecture and meticulous design and execution. It has a decent variety of brands however I was personally disappointed with the Outlet Village. The prices are not competitive at all, the variety of merchandise available at the stores are also not very good. The parking is free so you have to give them that. But honestly I was disappointed with the overall experience.

The entire team made the day special, a special thanks goes to Pramesh, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made a difference.
The kids had a blast with all the activities, and everything was organized so well – from the party setup to the games and food. The energy was great, the environment was safe and fun, and our son had the time of his life.
Highly recommend Trampo Extreme for anyone looking to host a memorable and stress-free birthday party. We'll definitely be back!

We celebrate our son’s 6th Birthday here and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. To start with, the room was decorated and the staff was ready for the kids even before we reached the venue. The whole agenda was run through us, and also they accommodated some changes from our side. Though there were only 12 kids but they assigned 2 coaches and the kids enjoyed a lot. A big shout out to METHYL(party host and co-ordinator), KOBI & JERRELL (Coaches) who took all the effort to make the party so enjoyable and smooth with such professionalism. While the kids had fun, the parents got to relax and chill. Thank you team for all the good work!

Luckily I was there present with my daughter and noticed it and reported it to the supervisor.
To my surprise- 3-4 employees were trying to fix it but not ready to own the Unsafe Condition by giving excuses, (just to inform I went back just to make sure they do something so that no kid is hurt and I was met with excuses which didn’t make any sense)
Would really like to know from top management that if someone reports this to your supervisor, and they try to just coverup this- instead of thanking me , what’s your action?

This is an amazing place but the true gem is a wonderful lady called Mariam, in 25 years in Dubai I have never seen such a cheerful kind and caring staff in a kids venue my kids specifically time our visits to her shifts. Although the facility is excellent and all of the staff is absolutely great it’s the way Mariam plays with all kids and creates fun games that makes this such a great experience. Strongly recommended

Waterfront Market Deira is a one stop destination for groceries, meat, sea food, shopping and food. It has a huge variety of everything. They have free parking for first 2 hours. Fruits and vegetables are a bit on higher price and not really fresh. Seafood and meat market are really impressive. Its clean and fresh and reasonable. They have a separate section for cleaning the seafood and meat. Its chargeable but totally worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this market for buying seafood.

Love the place , not a huge mall but easy , comfortable and very much convinced for quick shopper where i found all what is needed at medium space , big hyper market with a lot and verity of fresh food , bakery, fruits, vegetables and all what needed for grocery. I absolutely love this mall! It has everything you need without being too much. It’s a one level, straight shot from one end to the other. There are restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, toy stores, a clothing store, kids play center, hyper market, salon, etc. This mall is only busy on the weekends. The best time to visit is Monday or Tuesday morning. All stores are stocked well and the place is empty.
I love how they have added more covered parking to the lot. They also have women and children parking near the entrance.

Cityland Mall is a vibrant and futuristic shopping destination located near Global Village Dubai. Although still under construction, the mall already boasts 350 stores, 75 cafes, and a cinema within its opulent architecture. Once fully complete, it will feature a sprawling Central Park-style botanical garden with themed open-air gardens, water parks for kids, amphitheaters, and seasonal entertainment.
A very huge mall , and was not able to cover whole mall in one day. Brands are available from every country and international products. Ambiance is very appealing. Vast parking slots. Carrefour is available inside. Pro tip is to visit it during global village season because when global village is closed the mall is partially closed. And the second pro tip is to wear the most comfortable shoes you have because you have to walk A lot.

Very sad mall. The only thing that is worth a visit is Carrefour. More than half of the mall is empty. If anything opens, it's just a few local shops that are not interesting to visit. It's a shame. Not sure why it's not run better. The location is great with a huge parking space. The mall is also big. I do hope to see the mall transformed and see better days ahead.
The mall, created by the team behind Dubai’s Miracle Garden, reflects the same artistic and thoughtful planning. It stands out as the first mall in Dubai to feature an outdoor garden within its premises, which will be a great attraction once the cooler season arrives.
At present, I would rate it 3 stars, mainly because the garden is not yet well maintained. Hopefully, by winter it will be better cared for and fully ready to enjoy. Carrefour has been the key driver of footfall, attracting residents from nearby communities. However, many outlets are still unopened. While there has been progress since its launch, the pace of development feels slower compared to Dubai’s usual rapid growth.
City Land Mall is very close to my locality and is always my favorite destination for supermarkets and other purchases. Though shops and outlets are less when compared to the other malls but it is improving day by day. Lots of parking available. Global Village is very close to the mall is an added advantage. There is a park within the mall is an out of the world experience. Will update the photos later.
Cityland Mall is a very unique and peaceful shopping destination with a beautiful nature-inspired design and a large green “Central Park” in the middle. The mall is always clean, spacious, and not overcrowded, which makes it a calm place to shop or walk around. Carrefour and a few restaurants are open, and parking is very easy.
However, many stores are still closed, and the mall feels half empty. Entertainment options are also limited compared to other malls in Dubai. It’s nice if you’re visiting Global Village nearby or want a quiet shopping trip, but don’t expect the full lively mall experience yet.

Cityland Mall is a surprisingly quiet and relaxing shopping destination, especially considering how close it is to the bustling Global Village. It offers a wide variety of stores, including major brands and a large Carrefour, which makes it very convenient for both quick errands and longer shopping trips.
The atmosphere is calm, which is great if you’re looking to escape the crowds. Most of the shops are already open and active, so there’s plenty to explore. One point worth noting is the parking – while it’s available, the entry and exit could use some improvement for smoother traffic flow.
Overall, it’s a very good mall with a lot to offer, and definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Thankfully to Cityland Mall I was able to breathe and chill under AC after visiting super overcrowded Global village where it was extremely hot and hard to breathe.
As a walking distance would take about 20 min from the main entrance or gates next to India Pavillion and it was too hot, we decided to take a taxi.
We're lucky to visit a lovely VINTAGE FORM store.

Correct Working hours of stores, cafes, location are not mentioned on the website and the info is not updated!
⚠️ There's no WIFI in the mall, only in Carefour.
P. S.: it'd be awesome if you arrange bright directional signs, maps around Global village and on the way to the mall guiding people how to get there, from what gates it's closer with some clear map.
Also there are not enough directional signs in the mall, it was hard to find even the main entrance, it's like a maze and there was nobody to ask!
Maps "You're here" would be helpful.
It's located next to "Carnaval" Theme Park but even from there it shows it'll take 20 min walking because you need to walk from the main entrance or gates next to "India".
It's a strange planning, definitely there should be additional gates in Global village close to the mall entrance.
Free buggy cars/shuttle bus would be really helpful to get there from Global village.
P.S.: in WhatsApp they adviced to use the next time VIP entrance of Global village as it's close to the Gate 8 of the Cityland Mall.

The Springs Souk Mall is a convenient neighborhood springs/meadow for residents in and around. It’s not a large mall and aiming to serve the community only, but it covers most daily needs quite well. There’s a Carrefour for groceries, a few fashion and lifestyle stores like Miniso and Typo, and a mix of casual dining options and ice cream offers.
The atmosphere is generally quiet and relaxed, which makes it a comfortable place to grab a coffee or work. The cinema is a nice addition for families, and there are a few entertainment options for kids as well.
Parking is usually easy only weekends are quite busy, and the mall is pretty new and well-maintained. It serves its purpose well for nearby residents looking for convenience without the crowds.

I had unpleasant experience with ON-OFF renting apartments. The apartment wasn't clean at all. The sofa smells so bad. I had to call the maintenance several times. They came only once to fix the boiler in the master bathroom and I had to wait for them for more than two hours. The next day they called to paint the roof.I didn't know that I will spend my whole vacation fixing this apartment! There was no complimentary drinks.
Find an appartment with an excellent view of the Burj Khalifa. Beautiful appartments with nice balconies and maids room which you can use for an office.

Recently visited OSS Mall on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai for the Dandia Night event. The event was AWESOME! I had a blast. However, the mall was extremely crowded with over 500 people attending. Unfortunately, my friend and I lost a bag with a sweater purchase due to the crowd. We reported it to security, and despite the initial wait, they were super helpful. The next day, they called us and informed that they had located our bag through CCTV footage.

Everything that you need it is there. Clothes, shoes, bags, medicines, specs, jewellery, doctor, home furniture, electronics, dollar store, plus food - all mall items fitted in a walkable space. My go to place for buying second hand books. But what i find different about this mall is the stalls that kids put up every week. I like that community - mall exchange space.

I respect the effort of hosting this event, but unfortunately the sound level is extremely loud — far beyond what feels safe or comfortable in a public space. The decibels are disruptive for everyone inside the mall, and it seems to be against Dubai Municipality guidelines.
An event should create excitement without overwhelming people with excessive noise. Right now, it’s difficult to enjoy the mall experience because of how intense the sound system is.
I hope the organizers and mall management can consider adjusting the volume so that the event remains enjoyable for everyone, while also keeping within proper regulations.

Arabian Center's services leave a lot to be desired. The customer service team is clueless and entirely reliant on their back-office teams, like marketing or others, to get anything done. If you visit after office hours, you might as well not bother—there’s absolutely no chance of getting any solutions.

We had a fantastic experience at Orange Wheels! The food was great, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Beth at the café was especially patient with my daughter—she took the time to help her choose a smoothie, which made her feel so special. My son loves coming here and recently we had his 2nd birthday party here. The staff were so helpful and organized I didn’t have to do a thing. They explained the different packages available and everything was transparent from the start. The decorations were beautiful and my son and his friends had an incredible morning. This place is perfect for babies and toddlers and even up to about 5 years old. Pretty clean facility along with having a cafe. The Cafe menu was not right and the selection was all fried stuff left (my kids aren't a fan of that). As for play there's climbing, building, sliding, and pretend play for cooking baking etc. Very cool place overall and most of the staff is very kind and helpful, they even do a dance/bubble popping thing every so often which was a big winner for ALL the kids.
The treatment we received at the Orange Wheel in Town Center Jumeirah branch was unacceptable. They refused my niece entry simply because she had a cast despite other branches welcoming her and treating her with respect. To the point she ended up crying.
I made it clear she was being supervised and fully understood she couldn’t engage in activities that might risk her injury, yet the staff member insisted on arguing instead of showing basic empathy or common sense. The inconsistency between branches and the lack of compassion here is appalling.
I also noticed there were no Emirati parents there, which sadly explains a lot.
Wow what a great place for your toddlers. It’s super clean and mostly not very busy. There are climbing stations, slides, shops and burger vans. There is an activity area. But best of all a lovely cafe. Great price to enter. Highly recommend this place. Definite 5 stars.

Don't go on Friday as shops may not open, as happened with me. However some shops opened later and I was able to check the perfumes. The perfumes are largely based on perfume oils and are similar to Afghani fragrances however few shopkeepers have various oils with them and they can make various fragrances to your taste. I would have returned empty handed, if my driver would not have given me a phone number of a shopkeeper. I must say that the shopkeeper of perfume shop Al Waha was very nice and gave me good price for various perfumes. I bought 5 bottles and these perfumes stay on body or cloths. Oudh is a famous fragrance in Saudi continent and it feels like I'm in Dubai even when I use this fragrance at my home in india :). This shop is in front of gate of gold souk. U can trust him and this is the only issue when we go to other places and buy products. I didn't find branded international perfumes here but these local perfumes were good and cheap too. From rs 200-1000 you can get good fragrances. You can take oil also which are very good. You must go and keep whole day for this place ... You will check out gold souk also 😄😄.. enjoy !!
What an incredible experience! Perfumes, gold, jewlerly, spices and so much more. We were a bit confused and uncomfortable but just like being in China Town in NYC you do it. The spices we brought back home as gifts were trully unique and special. They seem to also specialize in special creams and soaps. Lol
It's a cool place with various stores where you get to see varieties of Gold, but you gotta have loads of money if you plan to buy from any store here, I eventually didn't buy any because they were above my budget. But beautiful pieces are sold here from 18carat to 22carat 😀
So many different perfumes, it's a little insane. This is where you will see aggressive selling, buy its expected, right? The weather wasn't the best with the rain and we went on a Friday, which is their Holy day. There was a traffic jam because of the mass prayer, which was powerful to see. We just really wanted to grab souvenirs for a low price and we were able to do so. You can find spices, bags (unsure if they are real or not), clothes, shoes, pretty much everything. This is the old part of Dubai, and you can tell by how the living spaces are smaller and notably shorter than the tall buildings in the new city.

terrible experience. we bought a ticket on the website. a message comes that the payment was successful, ticket number. my daughter goes there with a nanny, they show this and they say that they know nothing. I called, very rude employees said "and we have already told the management a hundred times that the system does not work. we can not do anything. you have no entry. go to the bank there and sort it out"

They got a mix of entertainment attractions ranging from soft rides to a few extreme rides, play areas, trampolines, arcades, and stuff.
The place is clean and well-ordered.
Also, commending the staff, they manage the place nicely.
Today we visited FabyLand and had a great time with the kids. It's a fantastic place for them to have fun, and the staff are wonderful. Sumitra in particular was so caring and kind, making sure the kids were safe and happy on the rides.

I am always going to flea market to buy things because I enjoy it to buy cheap and authentic items and I am a fan. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's absolutely unacceptable how careless this team is. We've been trying to book a table for weeks, and their website simply doesn't work. Every time we reach out, we're arrogantly redirected back to the same broken system. It's a complete disaster. The level of disorganization and disregard for customers is shocking.
As a vendor, I really like the market. The atmosphere is great.
The one and only concern of mine (important enough to take some stars) is the fact that in summer time it is impossible to book a table. A great number of vendors are selling new things, which is against the rules. The organisors have explained that those vendors use `tricks` to avoid being caught. I am, on the other hand, sure there are ways of solving that issue.
All that goes against the idea of a flea market.
I'll be more than happy to review and change the rating once the problem has been sold.
In the flea market, we are paying money but they only provide two passes. They refuse to give any extra passes for vendors. Their behavior is very cunning, especially the kabayan ladies at the counter — they treat other nationalities differently. The manager, also a lady, says that if we need an extra pass, we must request it online, but there isn’t even an option available. Overall, their hospitality is the worst. I joined Dubai Flea Market a few times and the vibes of being a seller in their event was really good and enjoyable but I am going to give only 1 star because of the staffs, in fact not even 1 single star ,she doesn't deserve it because of unfair treatment. The flea market staff is so hypocrite & absolutely BIAS! especially that woman alona? HEY! WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM?? She kept on sneaking around in our table and that made us feeling uncomfortable taking videos of our products without our permission but she doesn't take a video to the other regular vendor who sell CHEAP fake items! Despite of multiple products upgrade, I mean, hello? 90% of the vendors who register in your events are selling fake, in fact those regular vendors who claimed themselves "pioneer" are the ones that you should keep an eye! They claimed that they have been selling in the flea markets between 5-9 years whatsoever and they are "super friends with the owner. If in unfortunate situation, they didn't like you they will report you to the owner, but looking at their items are absolutely cheap fake.
Whether it's true or not - they are super friends with the owner or staffs I certainly don't care, what matters in that you need to be fair with all your vendors and you should start investigating your so called pioneer vendors
Followed the directions there to zabeel park and the market wasn’t there so apparently they move around a lot so you’d have to figure that out

Arte is a brand new coffee shop located in the ground floor in Dubai Mall. The design is beautiful and the ambiance is warm and inviting. For the coffee I had an Iced mocha and it was delicious with a high quality of coffee beans used. I accompanied my coffee with a black truffle cake infused with truffle, chocolate, and gold flakes. This place is located in Deira Dubai. Any taxi can drop you there or you can take metro too. Metro will drop at little distance and you will be required to walk about 1 km or less, as you will walk through the gold souk. Well back to perfume souk... Don't go there on Friday as it may not open due to namaz. You will find various and numerous shops there. The perfumes are of Afghani flavour and they are cheap to costly ... but as much as I tried l, all were good. Still try the fragrance and buy as you wish. Well I bought from "Al Waha" which was newly opened and in front of gold souk. They were friendly and suggested good perfumes. I will recommend this shop only. Go there and you will find the fragrance of your choice .. I guess so :). I have given pic of the shop. Someone recommended this shop to me and I'm recommending this to you. I am using perfumes from this shop and these r too good. You may not get the international imported perfumes here but similar fragrances you may get. Try the local fragrances also .. Arabian fragrances. Enjoy

There are many shops selling perfume with different sizes of bottles. Can make own perfume too, depending on the shop. Be careful when bargaining. It's easier to say that you don't want the perfume rather than continue bargaining for the price that you want.

I had the best service with one lady unfortunately I forgot her name , I buy 3 matching shirts for my boys and husband. She find all the sizes i need in the stock room , she was not tired helping me .
And when we asked other lady she said the sizes all in display , so i go back to that lady she helped again .

This is the worst NEXT store I have ever visited. My last visit was on December 30th, 2023. It's all because of the terrible staff. When my daughter went to the fitting room in the men's department, they started kicking her out of the fitting room, peeking inside. It's unimaginable! When I tried to sit on the couch near the women's fitting room waiting for my wife, the staff kicked me out because men are not allowed to sit there. When you're looking for something, the staff doesn't help at all, they just walk around and watch you as if you're a thief. I've been here three times, and this time will be the last. There's no point going there as long as the service remains so repulsive.

Dragon Mart 2, easy to park, undercover free parking (well it was free when we went there on Saturday), close to Nesto, and all the stores. You can easily get to Dragon Mart 1 by walking though the mall. But DM is a renovators dream, sometimes there’s so many options you don’t know what to choose! I love how people aren’t giving you the hard sell, and they’re very efficient at giving you quotes if you know what you want or the measurements. They will come out to your place to measure up and even put the installation costs into the quote. Everyone there works long days, are very knowledgable and dedicated, I really applaud them and value their service! Thanks Dragon Mart you’ve definitely got it going on!!
