Tortuga is located in Juneriah Mina Al Salam Hotel. The restaurant’s atmosphere was good. Waiters were very polite and helpful. Foods were good especially margaritas was delicious. Also I recommend churros for dessert.

We had such a beautiful experience at Tortuga restaurant. The food was delicious, the vibe was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our night extra special. It was my fiancée’s birthday, and to our surprise, they brought out a mini cake and did a mini birthday show. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the evening unforgettable. A big shoutout to Juan, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout. The whole team was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

Superb place for Mexican cuisine with family and friends.. Has live counter and good variety of options for Vegetarian food. Location is awesome with outdoor seating. Has Alcoholic beverages, cocktail and Mexicans drinks. Super spicy options for those who dare to taste. Parking is available for those jot staying at the property.

The restaurant has a very pleasant ambiance. An ideal location for celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying quality time with your significant other. To help you get started, there are chips and salsa. The accompanying salsa is incredibly well-suited for both children and most elderly people. We sampled very few vegetarian dishes. The food is excellent, but not spectacular. Try their Habanero Salsa (but proceed at your own risk) or their "Homemade Salsa" option, which has varying levels of heat, if you enjoy spicy food. We asked if we could taste a little spoonful of the habanero salsa; they offered it to us, but they didn't tell us that it cost AED 4.00. There is a special menu just for kids. Regarding dessert, La Ollita was excellent and definitely worth trying. Take advantage of the scenery and your companions' company while their service is a touch slow. Note: If you don't ask, the Tortuga crew won't inform you. Be sure to mention that you have a VISA or Mastercard because those cards have discounts. We missed the discount because we paid before we inquired, which was a mistake. Since we had already made the payment, we inquired if there was anything they could do, and they merely answered no.

Simply One of the best meals we’ve ever had in Dubai. The food was outstanding, plenty of variety and combination of dishes. We loved the ‘build your own taco’ experience at the taco station in the restaurant. Each item ordered was fantastic, full of flavour, lots of sauces and dips to try too. All capped off by being served by one of the most amazing waitresses- NELSY. Her kind soul gave the entire meal the magic touch and we felt at ease! Outstanding customer care, I really hope she gets some sort of promotion and things work out well for her future.

We tried this place last night. It was great. First if you really wanna try a true Mexican place then go here you will love it. We started with non alcoholic cocktails, ships and salsa was offered for free by the restaurant. The guacamole and ships. Then we did the yellow tail chives, shrimp tacos and famous grilled fish. We also got the slow cooked lamb. Then we ordered dessert churros, tre letche and warm chocolate cake with ice cream. Every thing was fantastic. The only dish that wasn’t perfect is the meat and that’s because it was a bit dry. Servers were extremely friendly and the kids loved learning some Spanish vocabulary from them. The experience was great overall. I highly recommend it.

Went for lunch today the restaurant was almost empty but the service was horrible . The food was ok , not anywhere close to what I expected. The chicken in the fajita was missing any mexican touch and the margarita should have been accompanied with heartburn medication. The guacamole and chips were great though. The place is nice in general , we might have caught them on the wrong day. I’ll update this review if anything changes

I loved it so much especially it was my first time to try Mexican Restaurant. The food was very delicious and Unique. It’s pricey but I can understand why. The staff were so kind and friendly and chatted with us about our experience when they became free but I felt they are overwhelmed. Ask for the xtra large sombreros it’s so much fun 😂😂 I did my brother birthday there and I would like to comeback later ❤️

The waiters and hostess are all Mexican which was quite authentic; hope they keep it that way instead of hiring other non-Mexican staff for this restaurant. There was a mellow Mexican background music playing that went well with the decor and everything else. The waitress who helped us, Luisa was very knowledgeable about every single dish, how it’s prepared, the background of the food, and made fantastic recommendations with both the food and the drink. The chicken dishes we had were absolutely delicious, the beef was a touch on the dry side and our waitress already explained that before we even ordered - so this is highly appreciated. And you must try the guacamole, it is super fresh and made just right. Prices are within reasonable range given it’s a restaurant in a hotel. Service was quick. Overall had a great experience and would recommend this to anyone; regardless of if you do or do not like Mexican food!

I went with family the other day for dinner. It was for a birthday. We had been to La Tablita earlier and had liked it enough to go again. We started with a nice bottle of wine with some guacamole and nachos. The guacamole was some of the nicest I’ve had. You can tell the kitchen used the best avocados they could buy when the guacamole tastes great. We continued with more starters: Empanada con queso and Gringa al pastor. The gringa was especially nice and we ended up having two portions. Loved the perfect blend of cheese, tortilla and chicken in the gringa. On to main courses, and the vegetarian among us ordered the mushroom quesadilla, while the rest of us shared a beef campechano, a portion of taco de cochinita, a molcajete chicken, a chicken fajitas and a pescado a la veracruzana. The pork tacos were excellent while we found the campechano was a little too dry. The chicken fajitas were great, I barely got to take a photo before it got demolished. The sea bass was nicely cooked and went well with the guajillo rice. The amount of rice was a bit more than was needed and some was left behind. The chicken molcajete was probably the best of the lot - filled to the brim, hot, spicy and cheesy. The big red chillie peppers were nicely cooked and got progressively spicier as you reached the stalk. Lovely stuff, taste buds were tickled and more. Once the wine was done, we each explored the cocktails on offer. I liked the Sunset in a glass. The XXL margaritas were popular too. The birthday girl got a Tres Leches cake. There really wasn’t much choice and we thought of a birthday cake only as an afterthought. All through the dinner a DJ was plying his trade. He had a continuous stream of various Latin, African, other popular music set to a Latin beat going, and a nicely lit inviting dance floor. Soon there was a lively crowd of people dancing away. DJ Leo eventually found an Indian number in his library somewhere and triumphantly played it for us. It was a great evening enjoyed by everyone. If you were looking for a nice place in Dubai serving some of the best Mexican, with drinks and a Latin beat going, I have the recommendation for you. I should mention Paulina who waited on us all through the long evening. She was very patient, explained some of the dishes, offered suggestions and was generally nice and kind, with a beautiful smile.

I’ve been here a few times for different occasions and I would say that the veggie options are slightly limited. The nachos are huge so highly recommend sharing those ! I also went here for Mexican independence night, which was so much fun but again the veggie options could’ve been much better. For meat eaters there is a plethora of options and my friends really enjoyed those. The cocktails are just amazing, and happy hour is definitely happy!

La Tablita is a spacious Mexican restaurant nestled within the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I also loved the vibrant atmosphere, with Latin music playing in the background. Recommended!

I was craving for a crisp and delicious fish taco and a refreshing authentic horchata for ages. Finally found it in this restaurant. It was easy and efficient to make a reservation and the host sent me the menu on WhatsApp which made it easy for me. The servers were prompt, attentive and helpful throughout. The food was excellent and the staff surprised us with a birthday treat for our daughter. Definitely a nice memorable meal and we will surely return:-)

I went last Thursday night expecting a bit more atmosphere. It was around 9:30 pm, and there were only two tables occupied. No one came to seat us, and it took more than 10 minutes just to get the menu. I would expect that if the restaurant was full, but that was not the case. To be fair, the food was excellent, really tasty quesadillas and of very good quality. However, the service was quite disappointing, and overall the place felt a bit lifeless. Considering the prices, I expected a better experience and a livelier ambiance. I would not recommend to go on a normal weekday night. Maybe it changes when they do this events they always do.

John Buffet style food, the food is very fresh quite accurate to mexican flavors. The drinks are good and the staff is amazing they are all very welcoming servicial and friendly! Entertaining team was great also! The view to the arabian gulf is splendid as well, they have outdoor seats as well John was our server and he did great with us!! Very reccommended restaurant!

The view from el luchador is amazing. We went for a brunch on Saturday from 1-4pm in summertime. The crew gave us a Great service and was very open for suggestions. The food is popular mexican food. Not the real deal but still great. We had a great time with 4 families with kids that could run around. It was not too busy what created a perfect private ambiance for a birthday celebration.

Located at the top of Aloft, this restaurant serves authentic mexican food and I'm glad I visited! Great ambience, and the outside seating gives a great view of Jumeirah's beauty. The live music was really entertaining! Staff were very polite. The food tasted great, the tacos & nachos were the standout dishes for me.

An amazing place serving delicious Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere gave us a taste of Mexico with their cute decor. We had quesadillas along with guacamole and salsa with chips. The food tasted really good with amazing flavors. Will definitely visit again.

I am truly in love with this place. It has authentic Mexican vibes and ambiance, the food is original and delicious, service is efficient, and the team is wonderful. Be sure to finish off the meal with the scrumptious churros. We will be back soon.

COYA Dubai’s atmosphere and food was worth a visit. The design and decor of the restaurant was beautiful. We also enjoyed the food very much as the taste and presentation didn’t miss a beat. The service was good but could improve. Overall we enjoyed our experience here. Great ambience, very flavorful food and very nice service. We were served by Sami and Fiorela (I hope I got the names right) and they were extremely kind and attentive. We had the Luncheon, which was more than enough and a great value for money. Ceviche is a must try, the chicken wings were tender and flavorful. The grilled sea bass was cooked to perfection.

Their food is absolutely delicious and varied. I loved their meat! It's tender and juicy, and not to mention the churros with chocolate. I'd definitely come back many more times! They have a great selection of DJs. I had a lot of fun at my friend's birthday party. The music had us dancing nonstop. The bartenders were very fast and made great cocktails. I'll be back.

The food is amazing. Go for the sea bass risotto 100%. But tbh what I most enjoyed was the service, the people, the waiters!! Gaurav, Fiorella, Kirina ade our ight super special. The tacos were the best we ever had. Tried the Tuesday taco deal for 69 dhs. However it doesn't include all the tacos so we had to order their bestseller Birria tacos separately. Finished with a delicious dessert- the churro ice cream sandwich👌 Parking is an issue unless you are willing to pay 25 dhs for a 2 hr valet parking.

Top place, food was fantastic, beef quesadillas wow!! , atmosphere is chill I liked it, to outline the service is really good all the guys very serviceable and always had a smile on their faces, they even followed my instructions and cared about my allergies which you don’t find this in Dubai restaurants often, the lady even came to show me the ingredients of their sour cream to make sure it doesn’t contain any allergens that I have. disgusting 🤮 very dirty place!!!!! The seats, pillows, sofas and tables are all scratched and stained!!!! Half of the menu is missing! The menu is so poor that you will remain hungry and half of this poverty is not available! You will be offered to chew raw shrimp. I ordered coffee! They brought a terrible cup, broken in two places and scratched!!! How can you show such disrespect to guests!!! This is terrible. The waiter called someone else from the staff and in a semi-rude tone explained to us that this is normal for this establishment. If you want to feel disrespect, hunger and dirt, this is the place for you. PS coffee untested

This is our go to for Mexican food in Dubai. Prices are a little bit higher than the typical Mexican restaurant, but for us it is worth it because the food is really good. Service is good. And atmosphere as well as quiet and clean.

Food was really good! I'd suggest making a booking even in summer! We did a walk in and the only options were outdoors, which we thought would be okay but were soon humbled haha. Unfortunately it was so hot it felt like we couldn't really enjoy the food. That's not because the food was bad it was delicious it was just so unpleasant to eat outside. That being said the service was incredible and we felt well looked after throughout the entire evening!

Senor pico is located in West beach, displaying a wonderful view over the beach and Marina. The atmosphere is nice, there’s soft music and good vibes, so I would recommend it especially for brunch and lunch. The staff is great, and very careful to your needs. The food was okay, portions are abundant and the ingredients are medium quality: also the taste is not very intense, especially if compared to the price. The overall experience was great, I would just add more taste to the food.

Outstanding! The greeting from the hostess was like she was welcoming family to her home (we have never been there) and she made us feel so welcome. Then on our way out she reminded us of the parking! Amazing hospitality. For a starter we ordered the Nachos and they hit the spot perfectly. It was a generous portion and we loved it. One order of Baja fish tacos plus one order of shrimp tacos equals 2 fabulous dinners. I often say tacos are simple but not easy. These were just fabulous. We sat outside. Everything was outstanding.

I recently checked out The Maine Oyster Bar in Dubai, and wow, what a fun night! The vibe was super lively, making it the perfect spot not just for a great meal, but also for dancing later on. I started off with their oysters, and let me tell you, they were incredibly fresh and delicious. Each one was just bursting with flavor!. As the evening went on, the place really came alive. The music was fantastic, and before I knew it, I was on the dance floor having a blast! The energy was contagious, and it felt like everyone was just enjoying the moment. The staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Love the place and the vibe. Wednesdays are always popping and they play good music. Also, you can never go wrong with The Maine oysters - they are always so good. Same goes with the tacos and salmon starters that were so sumptuous. The staff as well were so accommodating and they ensured that they catered our needs all throughout the night. Really enjoyed Mine JBR! In the evening they have live music and a DJ, which creates a great atmosphere. The food is very tasty, and the oysters are incredibly fresh. A perfect place for dinner and relaxation.

The MAINE Oyster Bar & Grill, JBR I visited The MAINE at JBR and the seafood was excellent. The oysters were very fresh , the octopus was tender and flavorful, and overall the quality of the fish was impressive for Dubai. The atmosphere is lively yet elegant, making it perfect for an enjoyable evening. Service is friendly and attentive, though it can get a bit slow during peak hours. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality justifies it. In short: highly recommended if you love seafood and want a great dining experience at JBR..

We chose En Fuego to turn up the heat on our anniversary celebrations. In the call, Reception asked if it was a special occasion — we told them it was. Not sure what they did with thay nugget of information but looks like the info stayed with the reception who took the booking and never caught fire 😂🔥 We also requested if they could give us a seat closer to the live performance to make the evening special but they put us almost behind the stage so that killed whatever expectations we had from the space. (Matter of fact, they did mention we need to be there sharp at 9:15 as the tables are assigned basis first come first serve, being punctual we did but yet found a big line up. So that was weird given that they took bookings and told us there is a 15 mins grace before we lose our table. If the line moved any slower, we would have been sitting with the chefs in the kitchen for sure. Food was average, music was good especially the live performances. After that, it turned into a jukebox of hits from different continents. In personal experience of a person who has wined and dined across some decently good places with average ticket size for dinner ranging around AED1000 for two people. I do believe they need to amp up their customer engagement and experience if they understand retention. Overall, worth a visit if you like Mexican/Peruvian cuisine but would recommend other spots if you are celebrating something like anniversary and expect some basic experiences that would leave you delighted.

En fuego delivers a truely unique experience that is as energetic as the name suggests. Let's start with the ambiance. From the moment that you step in, you are transported into a carnival-like world with the live music creating an infectious happy vibe! The decor is simply mind blowing with cars and even trams hanging from the ceiling. It nails the immersive celebratory vibe! The food was very nice however nothing particularly stood out as excellent. They had good gluten free options here for our gluten free guest! Similarly the service was okay, while the food didn't arrive simultaneously which was a minor inconvenience the staff themselves were very charismatic and engaging. If you are looking for a cool, unique dining experience then here is your place!

Visited En Fuego Dubai for a birthday dinner. The food was generally good — we tried shrimp ceviche, chicken burritos, grilled fish, rice, beef skewers, and a selection of desserts including chocolate fondant with ice cream and flan. Flavors were fresh and presentation was appealing. The atmosphere on the night felt a bit quiet with an almost “low energy” vibe, which I wasn’t expecting from such a vibrant-looking place. The birthday package was simple and not particularly special, but the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a nice experience to try at least once, especially if you enjoy Latin-inspired dishes.

We went for a birthday celebration of one of our friends. Great lively place with Latin decorations and live band. Singers, Dancers and magicians were very good. DJ was playing nice dance music towards the end. Food was OK, few very nice dishes and few were average. Overall atmosphere was worth going and it is a fun place.

A very interesting and atmospheric place – the ceiling design was a brilliant idea. The live music is an added bonus that elevates the experience even more. In terms of ambiance, this spot definitely deserves a solid 10. The service was professional, extremely helpful, and kind. The food was also tasty – some dishes we enjoyed more than others, but overall it was a positive culinary experience. A strong 4 out of 5!

This was hands down the best food I’ve ever had at a brunch! the variety was incredible and every dish was packed with flavour. From starters to desserts, I was genuinely full by the end (which never usually happens at brunches!). The entertainment was top-tier: live music, an amazing magician, fire dancers, it felt like a full show alongside a meal. The energy and atmosphere were buzzing from start to finish. Service was just as impressive. Our waiter (who was also vegetarian! wish I got his name!) was so thoughtful and made sure all my dietary requirements were looked after with care. Every staff member we came across was warm, smiling, and eager to help. You could really feel the attention to detail in every part of the experience. And the décor inside? Insane. Every corner is bursting with character and colour, it’s like walking into a surreal, vibrant dream. Honestly, can’t recommend En Fuego enough. We visited Loca Restaurant & Bar in Dubai and had a mixed experience overall. We ordered Hoegaarden beer, Nachos de la Casa, and Churros with caramel sauce. First of all, the Hoegaarden beer was excellent – honestly one of the highlights of our visit. Refreshing, smooth, and served perfectly cold. It paired really well with the food. The Nachos de la Casa were also very satisfying. The portion was generous, the toppings were flavorful, and everything felt well put together. The blend of toppings made it a dish worth recommending if you’re coming here with friends for drinks and bites. On the other hand, the Churros with caramel sauce were a bit disappointing. They came out very hard, to the point that it was actually difficult to eat them. I was expecting something crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, but instead they felt overly dense and tough. The caramel sauce was tasty, but it couldn’t quite make up for the texture of the churros. Overall, Loca is a good spot for drinks and tasty bites like the nachos and beer, but I wouldn’t recommend the churros. Still, it’s a nice place in Dubai if you’re after good vibes and cold drinks.

I had a Saturday brunch at Loca with a big group of people, and it was enjoyable.The drinks were served quickly, and the food was pretty good although all of them were quite heavy. The only downside was that the DJ left at 5 and the party vibe quickly died of...Also, it's dark inside unless your table is by the terrace. But overall, good value for money.

If you love Mexican food you should definitely try this place. It’s located near La Met in Dubai Marine Beach Resort. One of my favorite place in Dubai. Lively, noisy place with decent music for a fun evening with friends. Find out about ladies night and happy hours before visiting -- normal prices are comparable to other bars but free drinks for the ladies and extra ones for the lads don't hurt! Big helpings of good food. Table-side preparation of guacamole adds to the fun. Food is tasty but a bit bland for a palate used to spicy food -- but this is quickly fixed by requesting some condiments. Nice view of the Marine club pool and gardens. Outdoor seating is available. Smoking and Non-smoking areas.

Such a cool spot that instantly gives you those real Mexican vibes! I went for a late brunch on Taco Tuesday and had an amazing time. The place is super well-decorated, the staff are friendly, and the food and drinks are top-notch. I had tacos (of course!) and enjoyed more than a few margaritas 😄. What made it even better is the cozy little karaoke place right next door—perfect for continuing the fun after your meal. Highly recommend checking it out—especially on Taco Tuesday. Don’t miss it!

We went for taco Tuesdays 🌮. It would be better to book as lots of tables were already reserved. The tacos are small but you can order as many as you like. We had the non drink package which was 99 AED each. Other packages have drinks included but obviously more expensive. The food was tasty.

Deeply Disappointed – Worst Dining Experience in Dubai This has been, without a doubt, the worst service we’ve encountered in all our years living in Dubai. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Our table was passed around between at least four different staff members, none of whom seemed to know what was going on. We were left waiting an unacceptably long time for our food, with zero communication or apology. When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming and absolutely not worth the price we paid. For a place that likely prides itself on service and quality, this was an utter letdown. Poor coordination, long delays, and complete disregard for the customer experience. We left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Needless to say, we will never be returning — and we won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

All was good but too pricey. No zomato or any other offers. Between 3 of us and all veg, we paid 350aed. Enchiladas were not to the mark at all and I don't know if I should be grateful or complain about the small portion. Nachos were good and a bigger portion would have been nice. The lady serving us was absolutely amazing though

2023.05.14 The place is nice in the Studio hotel. We sat outside by the pool. The Marguerita was light. I had to top it with an extra shot to make it good. We tried fish, meat, and chicken tacos. Also, the guacamole was a good choice. We were served by Janet, and she did a job well done.

This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I’ve tried so far in the UAE! Firstly the service was great, attentive enough but not too much like you find in some restaurants. We were recommended the Guacamole which is absolutely GORGEOUS 😍 Definitely recommend! For food, as I said the Guac is just delish! It’s also prepared table side which is a great touch. For my main dish I ordered the Chicken Al Pastor Tacos which were also super tasty! All the food we had was really fresh and flavourful 🙌 We didn’t try any fancy cocktails this time round, but I will definitely be returning, so there’s always next time😉

A well-decorated restaurant that seems to lack the attention of a passionate, attentive owner. There is minimal staff who despite being pleasant are really overworked and lack knowledge of the ingredients. The authenticity is definitely non existent; it’s not Mexican and probably uses over-the-internet recipes and with a cook who is grinding it to get thru the night and clearly has no understanding of Mexican flavors. I could like this place if the food quality was improved. Margaritas contain enough booze to get us through the evening.

The line is long but moves quickly, barely any wait time. Upon ordering tacos it took less than 10 minutes to prepare. The tacos were amazing. I’ll come again to try more dishes. Update: the lite chicken quesadilla is delicious. Update: crispy tacos with chicken and beef tacos are great options as well but it would be better if the cheese is melted Update: this is becoming my place to go for a quick yummy lunch, their signature burrito is perfect.

We visited Taqado at DIFC over the weekend after calling customer support to check if they were open — they confirmed, and we were able to walk in with no wait. The space was fairly deserted, with most of the focus on take-out orders rather than dine-in. We started with the nachos. The chips were crisp, but I would’ve preferred more generous veggie toppings and a bit more cheese — something closer to what Guzman y Gomez offers. The black beans had a distinct smell that didn’t quite work for me, though it wasn’t strong enough to make it inedible. The burrito (which we had pre-ordered) was decent. The quesadillas were a hit with my daughter — definitely her favorite. Overall, our experience was mixed. I personally found the food a little below average, but my husband and daughter really enjoyed it and said they’d want to return. Not a spot I’d choose again for myself, but likely to revisit for their sake.

We had an amazing time here in Taqado! The food was sooo good, we totally forgot to take photos until after we finished eating, that’s how delicious everything was! The staff was super nice and welcoming, and the manager even offered us their best-seller and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing. Friendly, attentive, professional, and always with a genuine smile. They made us feel at home and showed a level of hospitality that is hard to find nowadays. The highlight of the evening was when they presented the Joy Embassador, which was not only a delicious dish but also served with such care and attention that it made the experience even more special. Food is good. I really liked that Mexican sweet corn 🌽 Tacos is yummy and taste is good. Nachos loaded with cheese is delicious and sufficient for 2 people. This place was raved so much by a few friends so I was genuinely excited because I love Mexican cuisine. I’ve been to several spots here in Dubai and I dont mind going out of my way to go to their store and experience quality service and flavour. Came around 8pm on a Monday and we were surprised there was a long table of at least 20+ people and a few other customers in pairs. Quite busy for a monday. Service was hands down amazing. Staff was accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure each of us were attended but i’m guessing the volume of the orders that night unfortunately had impacted the quality of the food. Our orders were basic: Frozen Margaritas, Fajitas, and Carne Asada. Frozen Margarita wasn’t the best. Missed the balance in measurement of the alcohol. Fajitas was actually decent. Nothing special in terms of flavour. Carne Asada was a bit premium so i had expectations for excellent quality with the price tag on the menu. Sadly it totally missed the mark. Meat was extremely overcooked and dry. Didnt even bother to finish the half. Complimentary nachos could be served with better sauce too. The intention here is to give feedback because there's an opportunity to improve, and I understand/respect the hardwork that goes into every dish so hoping Chalco catches up on these feedback from potentially loyal customers waiting to experience quality food. Vibe of the place was really good. Great location. Reco to ensure there’s enough workforce to accommodate all the customers and ensure reservation is mandarory for big groups so the rest of the walk-in customers can enjoy the Chalco service.

Disappointing Late-Night Experience – Poor Service & Questionable Quality Last Saturday, after a night out, a group of friends and I decided to stop by for a quick bite. We arrived around 11:30 PM – 12:00 AM to find the restaurant nearly empty, with only three occupied tables. Despite the lack of crowd, the service was inexplicably slow. The waitstaff lingered near the bar, seemingly uninterested in attending to guests. After waving multiple times to get their attention, a waiter finally approached. From the start, the service felt unprofessional. I placed my order in English since my boyfriend doesn’t speak Spanish, but instead of simply taking it, the waiter made an unnecessary remark about my ability to speak Spanish. It was an uncomfortable and inappropriate interaction—if a guest chooses to communicate in a certain language, there is no reason to challenge it. The issues continued when our food arrived at staggered times. We were a group of five, yet by the time my dish was served, three of my friends had already finished eating, making the dining experience awkward and disjointed. Additionally, I ordered a Clamato with beer, which was inexplicably served warm. Common sense dictates that this type of drink should be properly chilled—whether through ice or ensuring the beer, Clamato, and glass are cold. I had to send it back just to get it served at a proper temperature. When it came time to settle the bill, we encountered another service lapse. Two of my friends had Emirates discount cards, which, according to the policy, should apply to the cardholder plus one guest each. However, when the bill was initially brought, the discount was missing. After requesting a correction, the staff only applied it to a single dish instead of the expected four, disregarding their own stated policy. As for the food itself, we ordered flautas, guacamole, a torta, and birria tacos. The flavors were decent, but the preparation was excessively slow. Worse still, my boyfriend fell ill after the meal, likely due to the overwhelming amount of oil used in the food. Between the poor service, inconsistent food timing, and lack of attention to detail, this was a disappointing visit. The floor staff seemed poorly trained, and the overall experience fell far below expectations. This was my second and final time dining here—I won’t be returning.

What a great treat. As a Texan who eats a lot of Mexican food, this was pretty solid and hit the spot from a flavor perspective. The food could use a little more salt but that's a personal choice. The only challenge we had was the place smelling like cigarettes as others mentioned in their review. It's been a very long time since I had to smell that while eating and I didn't miss it.

Honest offers in businesses and transparent is a must. I went with friend on saturday eve for dinner. I saw offer on instagram which was- Margaritas for 25 dirhams. How suprised I was when we received a bill with full amount to pay. Waitress gave excuse that is promo on classic Margarita. Letas mention that we took classic one too! I have requested to speak to manager of this misleading advert. Nobody came so we left after 5 min. I m extremely disapointed of such low class practise. I do not recommend places which are trying to use opportunity on ' date' wibe , since they think man will pay anything and not check bill in front of woman !

One of the best place to be, I love the food, the drinks and the ambiance the owner is there and is even greeting the guest I just feel like home, one of the best things is the food, the chef from Mexico really blow my mind with the birria tacos and the chicken flautas, karaoke nights are great! So much fun!

A dream come true experience, and worth every moment. My wife and I finally enjoyed an amazing stay, and it felt like pure 7 star luxury. Our stunning two floor suite with a beautiful sea view gave us true royal vibes. It was like living as king and queen. The atmosphere, service, and elegance were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay.

Did a booking from klook website for the tour of this one of the best 5 star hotel in the world. Everything went smoothly including their check in and tour of whole property in their cart. Further they took us on 25th floor and gave the idea of their suites and royal suites too. We had dates and local coffee too. Thanks to klook also.

So hi everyone i hope you are doing well, before some days we made a plan to went at the beach which is near by to burj al arab. So after getting lunch from miyaa g restaurant we went straight to the beach at almost 3pm. The environment was quite nice as this was my first time so i was very happy by seeing the beauty of beach and the people who were spending their time with their families. After reaching there we changed our clothes and went to the water. The water was little bit warm but okay for enjoying. We enjoyed for almost 2 hours. I didn't know how to swim so it was a little bit fear for me to go more deeper but yeah that was very good experience of my life. So whenever you got free time please go there because this time time will never come again so you just have to enjoy every present moment of Life. POV: may be some people would think about my shirt while swimming so i wanna clear as this was my first time and i have introvert personality so that's why i couldn't off my shirt in front of all. Sorry but it is what it is.

Burj Al Arab is the best Hotel in the history of the planet…. 4 of the most important days in my life were there this past May.

Visited the Talise SPA and SAL Beach Club. Hotel is truly luxurious there is nothing much more to say every aspect is 10/10.

Cakes superb for like 85 aed in this place is so affordable. Love the service and smiling staff everywhere. Thank you and i will visit again

One of the best places to visit in dubai. Their service is really amazing the tour guide people were very friendly with all of us. One of the amazing was the royal suite which they showed and it was a very detailed tour. The best time to visit is during the sunset around 4 30 to 5 pm. They served us with a refreshing juice and a cold towel. Then when we went inside they gave us Arabic dates and Arabic coffee.

My new favorite breakfast spot!! This venue has the best view, service and food selection for the breakfast! They had a breakfast package (all included: coffee, fresh juice, a huge breadbasket with MUST try bread, and breakfast main course and a fruit plate for only AED 121) So worth it! i will definitely come here again! Alejandro was our waiter and couldn’t have got better service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me!

It was a nice restaurant, original decoration, we had a lovely time. The staff did a very very good job. We had a warm welcome. They were friendly, helpful, patient, explaining very well. A hugh number of dishes are prepared in front of us. The food was delicious, well cooked, tasty. The chef complimentary treats were very nice. We had an option to also have complimentary Mexican singers. We were offered a rose for the ladies too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. There is an outstanding view on the fountain. Upstairs in the Dubai Mall Fashion Area. Price was it was very affordable and reasonable comparing with other restaurants near by (quality, quantity, service were excellent). Loved it !

It’s a really nice restaurant and the view on the fountains is amazing! Staff was friendly and the food came quick. The food was good and overall we had a great night! I do have to take away stars though as the food is really expensive for what you get and there is a minimum you have to spend. Plus there was a hefty service charge once we got the bill. You definitely pay for the location. It is great for taking pictures with/of the fountains if you get a take on the balcony

This is not just a restaurant. It’s an experience of a lifetime. Amazing staff, kindly greeted us in Spanish and pampered us to the extreme and we had an incredible view of souk Al bahar and Dubai fountain. Top-notch tacos and delicious complementary chips with guac, salsa, and spicy nacho cheese dip. Also got some avocado chocolate cake, which blew our minds. Wish I could give 10 stars. Please visit and you will enjoy.

If I can give this restaurant 10 stars I would! This was one of the best dining experience I have ever had. They really thought it through to provide the best experience. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place. Its the top of the Mall building, sit outside and enjoy the watershow as well as entertainment! The dishes are prepared in front of you and the services is amazing. Before you even ask, they have already thought of it and accommodated for you. Was my first time in the restaurant and I can say that I really loved the place. It has an incredible charming ambiance and it’s very instagramable. With a very fancy selection of decorations, this place it’s just perfect for a luxurious lunch/dinner. If you’re looking for a good restaurant with an amazing view of Dubai Fountains, Tulum is the best option. The stuff was very kind and smiley. They explained very carefully the selection of the Mexican food coming. Everything we had for lunch was really tasty, but me, being beef lover and on diet every time , I liked the most beef tacos with guacamole salad. I highly recommend the restaurant.

I had an amazing night at Tulum. From the moment we arrived we were escorted by the manager, he was really nice and super polite. Elias the waiter was extremely attentive, he explained very detailed the whole menu and gave us his suggestions. I would strongly recommend the guacamole for appetizer cause it made me feel like it was prepared in Mexico. For the main course the tacos and octopus were outstanding. For the dessert, churros are the best option definitely. For who comes to Dubai, you must come to Tulum because this restaurant will be an experience for your 5 senses.

I discovered that restaurant through a new vegan menu launch. It was not an “À la carte” experience though so I couldn’t try lots of plates. The vegan cheese was delicious but we had many dishes served with tortillas only. I would have loved a wider diversity. Service was very gentle. And the singer was also unbelievable! I will have to go back there and try more meals if I have the opportunity for sure !

Authentic Mexican food, amazingly prepared, great in taste and environmentally a splendid choice. This place surprised me since mostly anything was well prepared and organized. The food was freshly prepared and delicious and the drinks have been amazing as well. Later on they had live music, which just suited the ambience very well. In comparison to the price and even the quality, it’s slightly overpriced, but worth a try. The menu is served via tablet and the staff is super helpful and aware of each table - you definitely don’t feel lost.

The food is good and the place is family oriented. They have live show and live music in the night. One of the early opened restaurants in bluewater. The red snapper is good and fresh. The steak is all good with nice cooking show. Kale salad is nice and portion is big. The gucomoli is freshly done with a fantastic taste. The only thing i did not like is the tall fence and plants that blocked the beautiful sea view.

Went for Saturday Brunch....what a Party! Great atmosphere and entertainment through out. Good service as well. BUT, food was a bit dissapointing. Starters were fine, but too much. Mains were OK, but nothing special. Dessert was Terrible. The Margeritas served was nice, although I really doubt they add any alcohol?? I must have had 15 of them and, anywhere else, I would have been crawling home, but here I did not even feel slightly tipsy. Nice restaurant with a nice view of Marina in the Bluewater island. The guy at the reception asked us to check the menu before we sat inside, which I thought was odd because literally no one else was asked to do it while we were waiting and ‘checking to see if we liked anything’. The food was good, especially the grilled octopus and baked snapper. The highlight was the performance by the mariachi band - they were simply super!

I recommend this restaurant especially for the ambiance and the best cocktails. Our waitress "Bayan" was the best so helpful with her smiling face and suggestions. We tried some starters with cocktails and didn't take the main course. :) Music's are so great!!!! Till next time.

If I could give it all 10 stars. The food is top notch and sometimes spicy, but how could we live without it? Wagyu was served and cut in front of us for a little show with fire. Be sure to try the red rice. Guacamole was also made as a show in front of us and the staff was very friendly. There was also a Hostess (if I understood correctly), he was very positive and every time he passed us he was interested in how we were doing and whether we liked everything. And of course, there were Mariachi, who sang mesmerizingly, so that you didn’t want to eat and interrupt their performance.

A pretty but empty restaurant on the 7th floor of the v hotel. This place is a lot more Tex than Mex. Most of the food was over sauced and very inauthentic, to the point where the nachos were kinda gross. I did however get some nicely cooked ribeye on my fajitas and the prices and drinks were fine. Good service too.

The wait staff was amazing.! They worked with the Chef, who made amazing food, to get us the cuisine we desired. The salmon and chicken meals were very tasty. As well as the drinks we had. Our servers made us feel like we were the only people ordering food. This was a great place to enjoy the evening. The ambiance was relaxed anf there were really nice views from the windows. This was a Great! eating experience.

We had a great time at Zoco. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The Latin music playing will make you want to get up and dance, and you will feel safe with the mariachi mannequin keeping watch over the restaurant! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good, although we were a bit disappointed with the enchiladas. But everything else was delicious, so we're the cocktails.

Really really modern Mexican food! I’m a fan of the place. All dishes we tried were very good. I loved the tacos! I had the beef, shrimp, fish tacos! Also tried the octopus tostada which was awesome. The margaritas were also very tasty. Everyone at the restaurant was very nice and welcoming. The Latin beats on the background were great and the music volume was perfect because we could still talk to each other at the table. The team also sang happy birthday for my friend so we really appreciated that. I’d be down for going back again for sure! Lovely place, lovely staff!

We decided to Celebrate the Xmas Dinner with friends at this Restaurant, food is superb but the staffs knowledge on the food they are serving is lacking, we ordered the feast on the photo, on contrary on following up on the extra rice. Miss communication was there as staff are not aware even we pointed out the menu on how many rice was included on the food. Service was slow, we need to follow up several times. It seems the area outside there was no senior waiter assisting to operate. Tables are not full as it was not on the peak hours. Food is good, Waiting time - a bit long expected as we ordered feast meal, Service- needs to be improve in all aspects. *product knowledge is important.

Best ribs in town, period. Great food, cold drinks and super friendly service. We are regulars here by now, as this has become our default stop before every flight from Terminal 1. The ribs are exceptionally "fall-of-the-bone" delicious. Combined with a delicious cold beer, this makes me even look forward to the longest flight. Duuuh, of course we'll be back!

While looking for a good bar with a high rating, I first came across Maison. At first, I thought if it was inside a hotel, I wouldn’t go, because that wasn’t really what I was looking for. We handed the car to the valet and asked if we could just take a look inside Maison before deciding, but the security didn’t allow it. They said we had to pay AED 200 per person, even if we only wanted to check the place. So we asked around if there was another bar nearby, and someone recommended Goose. Now I’m actually very happy the security at Maison was strict, because that led us here. Our goal was really to find a bar, not a club, and this place was exactly what we were looking for. The food tasted good, though the presentation could have been better. For the sides, I personally would have preferred more vegetables, but most of the options were different kinds of potatoes and pasta. There are two things I’d like to suggest to the manager: 1. Many people in Dubai live alone or have only a few friends, and sometimes those friends aren’t available to go out. Going to a bar alone can feel a bit dull, and I noticed quite a few solo guests just staring around or scrolling on their phones. Maybe the seating layout could be adjusted to create more opportunities for people to socialize and interact with each other. 2. I felt there weren’t quite enough staff to take orders. Each time, we had to wait a while for the menu to be brought again and then wait a bit longer for the order to arrive. Other than that, it was a very nice evening for us overall.

Goose Island in JVC is hands down one of the best spots in the area! The atmosphere is modern yet cozy perfect for dinner with friends or just unwinding after a long day. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and the food never disappoints. I especially love the variety on the menu everything is fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The drinks are top-tier, and the live music/vibe makes it even better. Whether you’re going for a casual night out or something a bit more social, Goose Island always delivers. Definitely a go-to in JVC!

Staff are very friendly, Jerose was very kind in helping me locate the restaurant and took photos of me and my family afterwards. There is hardly any crowd here. The burrito bowls are very flavorful and filling, the mango habañero salsa is excellent. They have vegetarian options too.

Good food, not necessarily authentic, but interesting to try. We went there for the late night brunch and it was a lovely atmosphere. While the drinks have been good, the food was more of normal. Patatas Bravas are far away from authentic, and the waiter didn’t follow exactly the requests we had, but even though of these mistakes, it was a pleasant stay. I don’t necessarily need to give a recommendation here, but if you’re around for longer and you want to try restaurants, it’s still a good option.

Chalco's offers up two major promotions during the week. The Lunch Bowl Special runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and for 45 AED, you get a tortilla less bowl with a choice of filling plus a free drink. On Tuesdays, it is Taco All You Can Eat for 59 AED. The shrimp tacos (47 AED) come in three hard or soft shells and a choice of lettuce, salsa, and sour cream. If you are ordering the homemade lemonde, ask for no sugar, as it is probably the sweetest lemonade I have ever had. The shrimp tacos were average and lacked any distinctive taste. The guacamole was basic and lacked any onion, tomatoes, or seasoning. The service is efficient and on the ball. Frankly, surprised at the number of five-star reviews for Chalco's given the menu is dominated by price specials as opposed to food specialities.

Chalco's Mexican Grill is a hidden gem for taco lovers! I recently visited their small shop and was pleasantly surprised by the burst of flavors in their tacos. The combination of fresh ingredients and authentic seasonings made each bite an absolute delight. Despite the basic seating area, the mouthwatering taste of their tacos more than made up for it. If you're in the mood for some delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine, Chalco's is definitely worth a visit!

This was my first time trying this out and it did not disappoint. It felt so homey. They serve authentic Mexican food. I got a pulled chicken burrito with guacamole inside as an extra and it was so huge and good. The customer service was amazing and they were all so friendly. The food was an 8/10! I highly recommend trying it out!!!!

Great food, tasty burrito. That's all i can say about this place. We visited Sunday evening. Horrible Customer service. 1st, we got attended after 10 minutes of sitting idle, then the guy came and took half the order , then rushed back saying he will be right back, then didn't show up. We asked another waitress to have our guy come by and she was them missing for another 10 mins, then she came out woth half our order. We ordered the rest of the order then and drink, and she forgot the drink on multiple occasion and we literally had to remind her 3 separate times to get the drink. Finally it came and the service staff is very rude as well. No apologies, no sense of urgency. I would probably not visit anymore although I did like the food a lot. If they can have more staff on Service, it would be better for their business.

I visited this restaurant for dinner/Iftar last night and was quite disappointed with a few aspects of my experience. Given that it's Ramadan and I was fasting, I requested and was surprised to learn that they didn’t keep dates to offer to break the fast, something I believe is a basic courtesy during this time of year. FOOD: I've been visiting this place since 2019, and unfortunately, the food quality has declined over the years. I was particularly disappointed that my usual order, the Pulled Beef Quesadilla, was missing from the menu. Instead, I opted for the Chili Con Carne Quesadilla, which was underwhelming and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, I later found out, after finishing my meal, that the Pulled Beef Quesadilla was actually available, but due to a mix-up with the menus (both old and new versions being used), it wasn’t listed. The staff should have informed customers about any missing items or menu updates, as this could have changed my dining experience entirely. SERVICE: The service was also below average. The staff didn't provide key information about the menu, and overall attentiveness was lacking. The lady was not friendly at all. Would want to explore other options next time.

Chipotle is a mexican place. Located at the Jumeira Beach Residence, the view is amazing. The service wasn’t great. I asked them to guide me through how to go about placing the order, the staff didn’t really bother and just told me if I want a bowl or a burrito. They were just in a hurry to get done with it. We ordered- 1. Chicken Burrito Bowl (7/10) - The quality was great and the quantity was decent. It was generously loaded with chicken but the flavours were missing for some reason. 2. Chicken Burrito (6/10) - Unlike the Burrito Bowl, the burrito hardly had any chicken and again it lacked flavours. But the quantity was good! 3. Soft Drink - they have unlimited refills and that was really a good deal! Overall, would recommend only if you like Mexican food and mild flavours.

It’s been 7 years since I last had Chipotle! It just opened here, and I haven’t seen it in most of the countries I’ve visited recently, so this was a treat. Good thing, it’s as good as Chipotle in the US, oooh the guacamole ❤️ 🥰 was longing for the carnitas but it’s halal here, yet surprisingly, they have adobo chicken (not Filipino adobo) and we absolutely loved it. Also, shoutout to Jenalyn, who made our visit even better! She was so fun to talk to, even while juggling other guests. And yeah, Ayman too — great service from both!

Mexican is my third best cuisine after Japanese and Thai, and after trying many Mexican restaurants in Dubai I can definitely say Chipotle is the best. The quality of the ingredients is top notch. I know Chipotle is a fast food outlet in the US but this feels more like casual diner. Add to that its a healthy option with meals ranging from 600-800 calories which in reality its less since no one can finish their massive portions. Barbacoa 9/10 💘 Chicken 9/10 💘

Hands down, the BEST birria tacos I’ve ever had! Tacos Los Hermanos absolutely blew me away with their birria cheese tacos and consomé. The tacos were packed with juicy, flavorful meat and the melted cheese was the perfect touch crispy on the edges and gooey inside. The consomé? Rich, savory, and full of depth. Dipping the tacos in it took everything to another level! You can taste the love and authenticity in every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend to all taco lovers

Tacos Los Hermanos has the best birria in Dubai—hands down! We go there often because the flavors are so authentic, it takes me right back to the tacos I had in Mexico. The birria is rich, flavorful, and perfectly slow-cooked, with tender meat. Beyond the birria, the tacos are packed with bold, original flavors that truly stand out. The tortillas taste fresh, and the seasoning is just right, bringing out the best in every bite. The salsas add the perfect kick, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy amazing food with friends and family. The service is always friendly, and the staff clearly take pride in what they do.

From a variety of authentic dishes coming all the way from Mexico that consists of tacos burritos, etc., to availability of different types of meat. From refreshing the collection of Jarritos flavoured drinks to sizeable portions, Tacos Los Hermanos has got it all to cater to your gastronomic needs. Moreover, it is conveniently located in motorcity with somewhat difficult to find parking. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

Legitimately the best place to eat authentic Mexican food in Dubai, even my mom (super picky eater) LOVED it! Corn tortillas are hand-made every day, the chicken was juicy and marinaded to perfection, the meat was tender and packed with flavor, and the fish also tastes fantastic and refreshing! If you’re craving tacos, this place is a no-brainer, must-try.

I am not much of a review person. I have dined on Mexican food in several cities around the planet. So take that into context when I say that this joint is by far the best Mexican I have had in my life. The tacos were soft, moist and yet the beef was perfectly cooked. Burro Blanco is hands down one of my favorite Mexican spots in Business Bay! The vibe is super chill, the place is clean and modern, and you instantly feel welcome the moment you walk in. I tried the burritos and nachos, so fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. The guacamole was a highlight! Everything tasted made with care. The staff were friendly, fast, and helpful without being overbearing. It’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something delicious, filling, and satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Despite what a few other reviews said, I found the portion size excellent. I don't think I can eat more then 1 burrito. Burrito arrived quickly. Will order again. Update 2024: ordered several more times from here. The quality is still good but the packaging on delivery is terrible. Also they don't follow instructions written in delivery notes so make sure you call them (they often won't answer phone). The 10 inch "loaded quesadilla" was meh.

Alright, great food. The impossible burrito is bangin’; chips were fresh; salsa was just right. However, I found their Build Your Own section unnecessarily complicated and expensive. Staff was a bit confused themselves. Word of advice to the owners: reduce your portion size and your price. I think customers will be happier! I paid about 93 AED for a burrito, drink, and some chips and salsa. The burrito we got was way too big for me; and I’m a 6 ft+ guy. Anyway, nice to have Jarritos after a long time. Great vegan options overall.

The best mexican food I’ve ever tried in the UAE! You get to choose the stuffings for your taco and burritos and more. The serving size is big and more than enough. Prices are affordable and they match the amount and quality of food. The staffs are the BEST!! They are highly professional and kind, they treat you with respect Highly recommend

Love Loca! One of the best, most reliable restaurant chains in Dubai. Great staff and good good food. This location needs more people, but the space is fantastic!

Had a dinner reservation here for a table outside. Great views of the burj from where we were sitting. If a non smoker you may get a bit irked by people smoking on neighbouring tables and the smoke wafting your way. Ah well, no pain no gain (the view being the 'gain' here). For starters we ordered the Almendras Guacamole. Good but not as zesty as it could be (e.g. Rosa Mexicano) and also lacked a bit of bit of kick ie spicyness. The smoked almonds weren't very crunchy or prominent in this guacamole, which was quite surprising considering the dish is named after them. Nacho chips were ok and I have found other places serve fresher/crunchier ones. Had the Locas Ribs for mains (one of their signature dishes). A tasty basting on the ribs but overall a bit hard to eat as you have to pick the meat off the bones with a knife and fork off a sizzling dish(too hot to use fingers). The ribs come in their aprons (frilly skin stuff) and it's a bit annoying and tricky to separate the meat from the bones. Then you might try and slice off the slimy skin sticking to the meat if you don't fancy that. This dish would be much better served off the bone. Plus if you consider the sautéed onions and vegetables on the sizzler, these would mix well with boneless rib meat. Dr A (my missus) had the Enchilada de Pollo - a grilled chicken and sour cream enchilada. General consensus was it was a bit bland and as a result you could taste that distinct 'I am a plain chicken' taste. The sour cream dressing didn't do much for the dish and in the end the whole mix ended up tasting a mouth full of 'what am I eating here?' The last time I had been to Loca was approximately 4 years ago at the Dubai Marine Beach Resort outlet and remember a more quality experience. Maybe people visit it more for a bar experience than the food. Average or slightly above average food to go with your drinks but not good enough for a destination dining experience.

It's a decent place for formal colleagues get together, the place has a dj who plays not so exciting music, place is spacious and it as dark but not at all good for young guys. Food is great and so are the drinks and deserts. Happy hours are there and offer is of discounted rates.

A place for good mexican food and a very nice variety of beer from different parts of the world. Happy hour from 5 to 8 pm.

My favourite bar in downtown. Tough to find a better view of the burj, great for watching football and awesome food too.

Very good ambience.. Delicious guacamole! I don't like the staff, they serve you like they are forced to serve you. They are unfriendly.
