Upscale restaurant lounge atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, has great view of the skyline in the outdoor seating but also great lighting inside as well and interior design. The service staff is very attentive and welcoming. Sabrina was especially great to have as a server. The food itself is good as well, a smaller selection of main type entrees like steak and fish, asian fusion appetizers, then a little bit more variety with the sushi. The presentation of the food is excellent and the portions are good sized. Overall a great time. The only real downside is the bathroom is a different level so you have to leave the restaurant and go down the stairs or an elevator which can take a few minutes. Otherwise highly recommended.

Saturday Brunch: Great selection and huge portion of dishes, on top of that they are delicious. The drink selection is good too, our drinks were always replenished. The welcome host are very polite, thr check in is quick. Friendly waiters, Sachit was very attentive, hard working and polite. The music selection is very good, sadly ut is more a sit down brunch. Not a party one. We had our table outside, it became a bit hot - sun right on my head, thats a bit of a downside. To go to the washroom- one level down with a lift is a bit inconvenient. Besides these, a great brunch with gorgeous views!

I love introducing CLV to family & friends who are visiting Dubai! You get a taste of Dubai’s brunch culture with nice burj view. Menu didn’t change much over the past years but quality of food and service stay consistent. 👌 They switch up the performers, but they’re all great artists. My all time favorite dish is the truffle risotto, it’s creamy, rich, and savory. Room for improvement on the dessert, didn’t really enjoy it much. Cut fruits and buffet quality mousse.

Food was really good and the overall vibe was great. If I may share a small comment, the service didn’t quite meet my expectations. I added a note during the reservation to prepare something special since my partner was celebrating his birthday and it was also our anniversary. We had already finished our mains, and a few minutes passed where I felt a bit worried because I was expecting a small birthday gesture, like a complimentary dessert with a candle. We kept waiting until my partner eventually asked for the bill, and that’s when I had to remind the staff about the birthday request. It finally arrived after about 15 minutes, but at that point it felt a little awkward. Overall, the food was excellent, especially the tempura maki, which had a really lovely texture and flavor. I would definitely come back again, but probably not when celebrating an important occasion.

I occasionally come for Saturday brunch, all the staffs are hard working and attentive. Food and drinks menus getting better every time. This time me and friends have a fantastic time especially thanks to Saikat and Michael. Can't wait to come back!

Came here solo spontaneously at ~19:30PM in the middle of the week to enjoy a cocktail whilst on a business trip. Service was warm and friendly, my waiter Sachith made sure I got the best experience possible. Food was delicious. Overall, yes it is pricey but worth a splurge for a sole evening!

Went there for brunch because we liked that it doesn’t have a buffet, so we were pretty excited. The brunch was okay. The smaller portions were nice since we could try more dishes, but not all of them were great. The live music was a nice touch, and the staff was really professional.

FRENCH cuisine lovers! If yes, they you must stop by here and it could be your always returning place. Recommended with no regret. I must pass my appreciation to the innovative Chef for his outstanding recipes in reforming the classical dishes in a tastier form. The food quality is evident and tangibly felt. And it’s not surprising to witness and love everything served on the table, as this restaurant (to my knowledge), was rated among top best ten (10) restaurants in Dubai. The high efforts of the guest attendants are also notable and felt. Yet, it’s apparent that more hands could be admitted to enhance the service level while saving the energy of the hard working service team. I also liked the support we received from the service team in fine tuning our orders. Right from the entrance, we felt the good reception and greetings as per the average standard. But when departed, we felt unnoticed. Booking is recommended and we were seated as booked. Return or not? SURE. Thanx to the Team.

We had the most wonderful experience celebrating the husband’s milestone birthday at Toro Toro! The food was absolutely delicious and the ambience was just perfect — lively, fun, and such a great vibe for a special occasion. The service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were so thoughtful that they even accommodated my son’s special request for a mango lassi, which was really, really sweet and made the evening even more memorable. Highly recommend Toro Toro for anyone looking for amazing food, top-notch service, and the perfect atmosphere to celebrate!

Nice atmosphere. The food was not what I expected. I wouldn't really call it "fusion" as much as "confused." The venezuelan corn dish (cachapas) was good, but very heavy with a lot more cheese and sauce than expected and not so much actual corn. They definitely need to add more corn. You can barely taste the corn at all. They had another dish (encocado) which the waiter described as soup. I asked if it was more like a curry and he looked at me like he didn't understand and then he said, "it's like a soup..." The dish comes out and it's not soup, it's literally just Thai red curry with a pretty standard generic flavor. No idea why they would claim it's a Colombian soup. I could make that blindfolded. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't even remotely Latino Colombian or fusion. If I wanted basic Thai red curry, I could get it for much less at the mall.

We went as a group of 4 for Dubai restaurant week. The food was absolutely superb, our favourites being the leche de Tigre ceviche and the Argentinian steak (also the tres leches cake should not be missed. The service was wonderful and attentive, they even offered us blankets as the AC was a little chilly.

Had a really fun and tasty brunch experience with family visiting from the UK. They’re still talking about it a week later! Special mention to Shubham, our waiter and host who looked after us all afternoon! Only slight detraction was some staff walking about with Toro Toro flags. Seemed a bit tacky. We were aware of where we were.

One of the best restaurants. We've been here several times. Fast service, fresh ingredients, open kitchen. Delicious cocktails. They suggested trying a new dessert similar to a rum baba. We didn’t like it, but they took my opinion into account and didn't add it to the bill. But the fondant was excellent as always!

Zuma never disappoints when it comes to food quality and atmosphere everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. However I was quite disappointed with the table we were given, especially since we had made a reservation in advance It wasn’t the level of seating I expected from Zuma’s usual standard Another small issue was the crab salad while the flavor was great, the green leaf stems were quite distracting and took away from the overall experience of the dish. Aside from that, the service was excellent and the rest of the meal was outstanding as always I just hope the attention to detail both in seating and dish preparation is more consistent next time.

She was patient with us the whole time and very helpful with our questions. When we mentioned that one person in our group had an allergy, she was extremely careful and attentive, double checking everything and making sure the food was safe. Really excellent food as always, consistent around the world, something hard to achieve and should be applauded. We ordered SO much food but it disappeared so quickly it was hard to take pictures. Impeccable service as well! It gets very loud and extremely crowded at some point which can be unpleasant at times but the fact that you can smoke indoors at the table is such a huge plus that is uncommon nowadays so it really goes the extra mile in accommodating the guests. Bravo! 🤝🫡🥳

We went to Zuma for dinner, my friend and I sat at the chef’s counter where they prepare the food, and the dinner was fantastic, with incredibly high quality. The waitress Zin was a very kind, professional, and polite girl who made us feel truly taken care of. The manager, Alessandro, also came over to greet us and chat a bit when he heard we were Italian, he was very friendly. And even Saiful, the guy in the bathroom, was amazing: energetic, polite, always smiling. Overall, the dinner experience was extremely positive. We wanted to stay for the club afterward, but there were just too many people in too little space, so we went somewhere else. I highly recommend this place.

A brilliant experience from beginning to end. We went with friends and sat at a table directly above the swimming pool with views overlooking the sea and contemporary restaurant design. Even though it was late April the weather felt quite cool and refreshing. The drinks were delicious and food was outstanding even though I’m not a huge fan of Portuguese cuisine. The Cataplana, crab salad and custard pie were my favorites and I would be delighted to order them again (and again!). The staff were passionate and deeply knowledgeable about the menu and friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent start to finish; food, quality, service, ambience - all of it. Amazing staff, everyone, from the head chef and head sommelier whose accompaniment were absolutely impeccable to the rest of the staff who were extremely attentive despite how busy and full the venue was. Bravo!! Great to find a little piece of Portugal here in Dubai 😍 very interesting wine selection that runs away from the mainstream, something always worth applauding. Portions are a little small for me personally, so just gotta order more. Can get a little noisy inside but manageable, have more wine and you’ll naturally talk louder 😂👍🍷

I have been in this amazing Portuguese spot for the first time with friend of mine and just would like to share my experience! One of the best F&B experiences we've had in Dubai so far. Ambience: Very intimate and stylish, without being oppressive. The music was just at the right level to allow for conversation (no shouting to be heard!) We were seated right by the pool, and beyond were expansive sea views. Service: Tasca's team is friendly, well-trained and seem genuinely proud to be a part of the restaurant. Their knowledge of the menu is impressive and they're always happy to guide you and have a pleasant chat about the dishes. Food: Very, very, very good. We had the Garlic Prawns (the best we've had in Dubai), Tuna Tartare Cones (tart, fresh, creamy, all at the same time), the Piri Piri Chicken (smokey, spicy and perfectly cooked) and the Wagyu Cheeks with Mushroom Rice (if decadence was a dish, this would be it). We'll be back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

We had the Luncheon, which was more than enough and a great value for money. Ceviche is a must try, the chicken wings were tender and flavorful. The grilled sea bass was cooked to perfection.

Their food is absolutely delicious and varied. I loved their meat! It's tender and juicy, and not to mention the churros with chocolate. I'd definitely come back many more times! They have a great selection of DJs. I had a lot of fun at my friend's birthday party. The music had us dancing nonstop. The bartenders were very fast and made great cocktails. I'll be back.

Visited Torno Subito with the family for a birthday celebration. The food was superb and it took us on a culinary expedition across Italy! Our hostess was amazing, providing an Italian view to each of the condiments used in the food. Kids loved this place and surely we will be coming back to try the pizzas!!!

Went there for brunch with my friends, it was really nice and pleasant. The place is gorgeous and the atmosphere is lovely, with the retro colors and aesthetics. The food was super nice, typical Italian with traditional pasta and dishes. They have an amazing terrace, lovely for when the good weather is back.

Torno Subito with team and menu is always a great choice if you love Italian cuisine. And if you are lucky and Massimo is in town, then you got another level of his creativity. Food is always fresh, balanced and creative, never had a chance to try the same meal twice, always hungry to explore new flavors and combinations. A team led by chef Bernardo is very professional and kind.

Overall it was a pleasant dining experience, but i don't fully understand what makes Torno Subito worth a michelin star. We shared a tartar for appetizer and each of us had a bowl of pasta. I had the tagliatelle ragu and my friend ordered the ravioli with truffle. The ravioli was really good, and the tagliatelle was also delicious but nothing really special, and the ragu tasted lighter than I expected. We also had desserts. Again, they were all good but none of them exceeded my expectations. It delivered exactly what was written on the menu, and I guess I was looking for some nice little surprises for my taste buds. Staff was friendly, and they even made efforts to writing a birthday card for me. Unfortunately, they seemed a bit distracted although the restaurant wasn't full. They didn't share their recommendation when we were ordering, didn't explain anything about the dish when it was served and kept mixing up our orders. Their ambience is casual, people walk in in flip flops and it's a family friendly atmosphere.

Really great Italian fare. The food is super good especially their pasta dishes and pizza. You can’t really go wrong with anything. My friends tried the tasting menu and really enjoyed it as well. Their aperol spritz is very very good. You must try it. The decor is very funky and lively. Full of color like an Italian summer. As casual as it may be decorated, they still ask guests to come in dressed smart casual. The place has a terrace which open during less hot months so make sure to pay them a visit then for apertivo after work.

When you plan to go to a One Michelin Star restaurants your expectations are high. On Sunday I went to Torno Subito for lunch with 5 friends as part of Dubai Restaurant Week. I decided to share with a friend sitting next to me so I ended up tasting two starters and two mains. We began our meal with the Vitello Tonnato (6/10) and Cacio e Pepe (3/10). The Vitello Tonnato featured thinly sliced veal that was covered in a creamy tuna sauce, pickled celery, and capers powder. I’m sorry but I had The Vitello Tonnato in Italy and in other Italian restaurants all over the world that were way better than this interpretation. The flavor of the tuna sauce was not there and the dish was not balanced. The lack of capers on the plate was surprising and replacing them with pickled celery didn’t work for me. I was left disappointed. My favorite pasta dish is cacio e pepe . I had for the first time 13 years ago in Rome and since then whenever it is in a menu I order it. So far I never had a tasty cacio e pepe in Dubai. So I was excited and I was hoping that Torno Subito will uncover the holy grail. Well it was a major disappointment. This take on the traditional dish was an absolute disaster, first I couldn’t see the pepper and you can faintly taste it, at the same time you taste the strong taste of the orange peels/zest which made it very citrusy. What are the baby zucchinis doing here? Who invited them? For our main dishes main dish we went with the Pollo alla Cacciatora (0/10) and Raviolo del Plin Ossobuco (7/10) The Pollo alla Cacciatora on the menu it says “Pulled chicken leg terrine, baked potato and Cacciatora" sauce. What came on the plate was one fried chicken finger that tastes worse than the frozen fish fingers that you may buy from any supermarket. If you buy a Sadia frozen chicken strip box from carrefour for 13AED it would definitely taste better than this dish. It was absolutely horrible. The Raviolo del Plin Ossobuco as a main dish, with only 4 (four) raviolis packed with braised veal shank and topped with saffron sauce and fried sage, disappointed me due to the stingy serving size. You almost need a microscope to see what's on your plate! For dessert, we enjoyed the Tiramisubito, a modern take on the traditional Italian Tiramisu. The Tiramisubito was a delicacy, with light and fluffy mascarpone cream, espresso, and cacao. It was the perfect way to end a bad meal. In conclusion, Torno Subito (4/10) offered a colorful ambiance that transported us to an Italian coastal resort, but the food was disappointing. Should I stop trusting the Michelin Guide?

What an amazing brunch setup. Lots of choices for food, drinks, activities, music for both adults and the kids. As for the staff, from the time of booking to the end of the brunch, the staff are amazing at how they keep up with the movements and very friendly and accommodating. Will be back again soon. The only negative, hot drinks like tea or coffee should be available.

Table service was noticeably slow, to the point where I found myself clearing plates on my own and even hunting down staff for a Prosecco top-up. For a brunch of this level and price point, I expected smoother and more attentive hospitality. That said, the overall atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, and the excellent food more than balanced out the service hiccups. If you go with the right mindset—prepared to be patient with service—you’ll still have a very good brunch experience.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Bubbalicious Dear “Bubbalicious Management Team” I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent visit to Bubbalicious. We have been many times before and have always had a wonderful experience, which made this visit particularly disheartening. We were celebrating a retirement and a 60th birthday for a party of 12 several of whom was the first vacation to Dubai we had set up bubalicous to be a memorable experience you don’t miss when in Dubai. Upon arrival, we opted for the most expensive package. Unfortunately, nothing was explained to us — not what was included, when things would happen, or how the service worked. There was no communication whatsoever from the staff, which left us feeling confused and overlooked. The setup this time was also a letdown. We were seated outside with no cool air or fans, and unlike previous visits, there were no stalls or entertainment. The service was extremely poor we had to ask 3 times for drinks waiting 25-30 minutes and the clearing of tables was diabolical we actually cleared the tables ourselves. There was no cutlery provided with the seafood platters that arrived out of the blue after everyone had eaten. Only after raising our concerns with management did the situation improve slightly. Having visited Saffron last year, I must say that based on this experience, Bubbalicious is falling far behind in every respect — from service to atmosphere and overall value. We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we have always enjoyed Bubbalicious in the past and would like to see it return to the high standards it was once known for. One of the least impressive brunch experiences in Dubai. The music was unbearably loud, making it impossible to enjoy a conversation. The seating arrangements were poorly managed, with little attention to comfort or atmosphere. Seafood was clearly frozen and lacked freshness. A cut above the rest in Jumeirah. A luxurious hotel with super friendly and warm staff. The room was specious with traditional design that gives you the sense of luxury. The hotel facilities were second to none, the swimming pool was big and excellent. The breakfast was of great variety and unmatched quality, the free access to Waild Wadi was a great experience, but it was so crowded. The beach was relaxing and astonishing. The lounge was fantastic but it gets limited time, to me it should be 24 hours.

A nicely located hotel, iam not sure there are words to describe the attention to detail and exemplary service offered by the Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel ,The staff looked after my mom as if she were their mom. I am thinking hard for anything negative and simply cannot come up with even the slightest thing. The villa was immaculate. The place always feels like home thanks to the amazing service and welcoming atmosphere. A big shout out to Mohamed Wafek, who always looks after us and makes sure everything is perfect. He honestly gives us the best shisha in town and always greets us with a smile. Excellent service by him! People like him are the reason we keep coming back!

We stayed at Mina Salam this year but this time we wanted to experience Al Qasr. Like the other one, almost everything was perfect..The landscape is magical, and we know that many people working only for his part to make it work. Our 10 years old boy liked the Kids club last time and he almost spend 5-6 hours a day again..The staff is amazing but we have to separate Dony who our boy called 'his good friend'..The food, drinks, places as as amazing as before..The staff at Arboretum was very friendly, helpful..ABRA's and their captains again were very kind, helpful and informative..Housekeeping team was perfect, tried their best to make us feel special..We definitely keep on going this hotel on our upcoming holidays..Thanks for everything..

We came here to try the Sunday brunch, which starts at 175 AED per person with a decent-looking menu. To our surprise, the waitress told us that we could only pick one main course to share between two guests. I explained that we wanted to try both the paella and the squid, but even after she checked with the chef, the answer was still no — only one main dish for both of us. This felt very disappointing and unreasonable, especially for a brunch set menu. We decided to leave immediately as the offer didn’t feel worth it at all. On top of that, when booking over the phone they confirmed there would be entertainment, but once we arrived, there was none. Overall, a very upsetting experience and definitely not recommended.

We had an appointment for the dinner for our wedding anniversary which was on a Sunday. We reached a bit early and the restaurant opened at 6:00 PM. We have entered at 06:15 and amazingly everything was ready for consumption. One of the guide walked through the restaurant buffet isles that helped us to select the food apparently. It was Indonesian / Singapore meal buffet but for me unfortunately the dishes were very less when it’s come to their cuisines. But the seafood was apparently too good with wide range of dishes.i think it’s their forte. Then come to the other section was feast to the eyes and toughened. Sushi - out of the world. Grilled dishes were also too good. Staff were very friendly and more attentive. Sweet section was also very good. The restaurant was also full but that was not a discomfort where We parked under valet and it was very fast to deliver. I had the most incredible dining experience at Saffron’s Tuesday Seafood Buffet in Atlantis The Palm. The spread was absolutely outstanding – from freshly shucked oysters and lobster to perfectly grilled prawns and crab. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. This is one of the places that I go for and use my entertainmer copoun. The selection of salads is what I like. The different types of cheese. The main dishes not so much. Service is wonderful though. Keep in mind I went on a normal brunch buffet. I heard their Sunday brunch special and seafood night is of better quality and selection (and higher pax!). Recommend if you have a 50% discount and if you enjoy the salads in the buffet.

This is one of the best buffet, would say especially the sea food buffet. Well organized Lots of variety. Really testy food. But what makes it really nice is the staff who are serving. I went to Yalumba family brunch on a Sunday afternoon. The place was busy with only few empty tables. The food had a huge variety like chicken, seafood, sushi, and pasta. The selection of food was perfectly made. Most of the dishes were delicious. For the desserts section, there were a lot of cakes and pies in all sizes and ice cream with toppings and cotton candy. The desserts were well presented and tasty as well. It is a family brunch and kids friendly. There were a lot of activities for kids including a magician, acrobat, clown, puppets shows, and balloon shaping. The staff was friendly and informative.

We attended the Sunday Family Brunch, from 13:00-16:00hrs, to celebrate our daugther's birthday. Amazing! Good selection of different food, good entertainment for kids: face painting, cupcake making, magician... Every single employee was very charming and smiling. I went to Buddha-Bar Dubai for dinner and drinks, and the setting immediately stood out dim lighting, warm colors, and that iconic giant Buddha watching over the room. The design is modern and stylish which makes the whole place special from the start. The menu is Japanese with Korean influences and every plate feels bold and creative. If you are not sure what to order the miso black cod is the dish that really stands out. We took photos and videos to show the view and the atmosphere. Take a look before you visit.

I had dinner last night at this lovely restaurant in the stylish W Hotel. The elevators, entrance arch, waiting area with the bar et.c. are meant to create a multi-sensory phased experience before you actually get seated at your table. The 7-course tasting menu was superb, tasty, well presented, beautiful plateware ... I had the pleasure of meeting Chef AKIRA BACK himself. Service is top notch. I met a range of their associates, from the energetic GM Sophia down to the hosts, bartenders, servers & even the polite housekeeping in the rest rooms. On the food front, the only thing that baffled me was why out of the 6 savoury courses, there was an over emphasis on seafood. An addition of poultry, game and/or vegetarian would have been nice. The DJ was energetic but the music range was too diverse. A cool place like this should identify some genres & lock that down as their brand music. The table lamp, its placement & the luminescence doesn't do justice to the beautiful plating. I had to keep putting the lamp to the plate to appreciate the chefs' efforts.

It’s such a great restaurant — I’ve been living in Dubai for 5 years and I can’t believe I didn’t know it before! Located on The Palm, it offers an incredible view over the sea and both Atlantis hotels (the new one and the original). It’s an Asian restaurant with open kitchens, and what really stands out is the sound system — it’s absolutely perfect. You can actually have a conversation while enjoying great music, which is quite rare in Dubai! The food truly deserves its Michelin recognition; everything is exceptional. And on Monday nights, they have a Ladies Night for AED 250, including two starters, one main course, and one dessert all of amazing quality. Definitely a spot worth trying!

The Hide is truly a hidden gem! The Manager Cham was very helpful and polite, he suggested us what to choose. The food is absolutely outstanding, with what I can confidently say is the best meat in the world. Located in Al Qasr, Hide restaurant has a lovely interior, and the manager and hostess were extremely helpful—big thanks to them! We requested an outdoor table, and I could see how diligent the hostess was in accommodating us. The food is good overall. Yesterday, we ordered meat and didn’t like that, despite being the first to place our order, we were the last to receive our food, especially for the kids. However, today the service was much better. And the main thing is that they made sauce special for us. Recommended 👍🏼

After have a lazy first day at the mina a’slam we wanted to some comfort food to finish of the evening. Our expectations were far exceeded by the incredible food and excellent service from Gaethan. The steak frites were perfected executed and the salmon risotto felt so indulgent but also seemed to be so fresh and healthy. I would recommend to anyone staying in the local area.

I was not amazed at all with Atelier M. In the photos it looked much better. Going there was quite underwhelming experience. An environment that felt quite cold, service very mediocre and something felt off. It was the only restaurant in the whole building oit of 7 that had 10people while everything else was full as well.

Been here a few times, this evening was an impromptu "fancy a pint and something to eat". Happy hour went on until 8pm, we sat and watched the cricket while our waiter Gabi looked after us excellently. They have a pork kitchen, so I decadently had the all day English that was very good indeed. Main courses are 2 for 1 on Entertainer. What's not to like?!

We ended up making a last minute reservation with not being sure what to expect. Boca blew both mine and my friends mind with the balance of flavors on their tasting menu. It was a little intimidating at first when you see the concoction but it all blended well and the portion sizes being perfect, still a bit too much for me as a smaller guy. The staff of course made the experience wonderful by explaining in detail what the dishes were and where the ingredients were sourced from. Overall, we spent a great evening and a special thanks to Franz for taking care of us!

I had booked a whiskey event that was held at Boca. Service was very good and food too. We were served some small dishes that I really enjoyed, not very much the zucchini pinsa. 😅 I ordered a very tasty eggplant and burrata salad. Very good. Staff was very nice and attentive. Nice ambiance, I found it chill and not pretentious like the other places in DIFC. Really good. Would definitely return.

I have been visiting Boca for more than 5 years now, and every time I return, I’m truly impressed by the outstanding quality of the food and the exceptional attention from the team. The consistency in flavors, presentation, and service is remarkable, and it always feels like a special experience. Boca has become one of my favorite places in Dubai, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for memorable dining with top-class hospitality.

Had an incredible dinner at BOCA today. Everything from the food and service to the attention to detail was absolutely spot on. The quality of the dishes, the unexpected yet balanced flavour combinations, and the generous portions truly stood out. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Dubai in a long time.

My husband and I were very excited to try this restaurant for years and when we finally did we were overwhelmed with disappointment. The food was not par from the regular establishments from the mall. Knowing that this is/was a michelin star. Though we tried their business lunch menu this should speak volumes to what they offer as a restaurant. My husband does not always have a free day on weekdays, it really was a waste of time coming here. I do hope they’ll try to push forward in making good food as a priority not as on the side.

We had the tasting menu, the cocktail wa surprising and yummy, all the starters were finger licking delicious and the wine pairing perfect, the second half of the menu was disappointing. Cod tasted frozen. Beef cheek fantastic but the puree with it too much acidity. Lion's mane only the oyster was great the rest was chewy. Then the first desert was nice but the last desert smelled like a sweaty guy and tasted like bacon... How can you end a tasting menu on such a low?? Overall it was a nice experience but the chef has some fixing to do...

There were few flies when we dine last Saturday which disappointed us a bit and the attentiveness of staff where not at par. This is a foodies brunch. The best package is 695aed in my opinion. You can pay more for better champagne, however that’s the only difference. Make sure you are hungry before you go, and take small portions from each station so you don’t get full to quick! You’ve got 3 hours to basque in food heaven. This food is simply outstanding and worth every penny. Everything from the seafood to the steak is fine dining quality. The fois gras station is a favorite of ours. Cooked to perfection in front of you by an expert chef. Don’t miss the caviar selection, the simply amazing Dibba bay oysters and the flame grilled lobster! This location is also very special. The park Hyatt is a great hotel and is nestled nicely away from others. Found on the creek it has a special feeling and unreal backdrops for amazing photos to share with your friends. I’m my opinion this is the best brunch in Dubai at the moment. No banging music no drunkenness. The crowd is sophisticated. Make sure you book way ahead as it get booked out.

Facing the harbour and the creek, this elegant upscale French restaurant welcomes you for lunch and dinner. From oyster plate to truffle pizza, from grilled octopus to grilled lamb shak, the menu will satisfy every taste. Don't forget the desserts..proper traditional French ones with a twist: bravo. We had such a lovely dinner at Alici! The place was welcoming, with a stunning view and an even better team. Huge shoutout to Manuel and Carl - they were both incredibly helpful and made the service feel very personal, which truly elevated our evening. We visited Alici to celebrate my sister's birthday, as she fell in love with the Amalfi Coast on a trip to Europe last year. Hence, our top choice was Alici to celebrate. The booking process to make a reservation online was easy, and the staff promptly took us to our seats which had a view of Bluewaters. The interiors were lovely and well themed. However, when we were given our menus and the plates were moved around, there was noticeable dirt on the tablecloth; this could've easily just been some residue from the candle but it was day time and the restaurant had just opened, so it was unexpected to say the least. Initially, the service was quite slow and it took us around 15 minutes to even order drinks. We ordered: 🍋 Amalfi Spritz ❤️ Brindisi Rosa 🍕 Bufala 🍄 Tagliolini al tartufo ☕️ Tiramisu (on the house) The food itself was a bit disappointing. Starting with the Brindisi Rosa, it was rosemary heavy and tasted more like an herbal medicinal tea than a delicious, refreshing mocktail. The Amalfi Spritz was quite bitter, but not bad overall. The Bufala had a bright red tomato sauce which tasted heavily of tomato paste, rather than fresh tomatoes. The crust was good but the mozzarella was not stretchy or elastic, and was a bit rubbery instead which was not very enjoyable. The tagliolini was alright and buttery, but barely had a hint of a truffle taste. As I mentioned, we were out for a birthday lunch so the staff brought out a tiramisu and sang happy birthday to my sister which added a generous touch to our experience! It was totally unexpected and caught my sister by surprise, and we truly appreciated this nice gesture. When it came time to try the actual tiramisu, it tasted like a coffee flavoured milk cake with an overly-generous heap of cocoa powder sifted on top. It did not exactly reflect the components that were advertised on the menu, which were traditional tiramisu ingredients. The service was inconsistent making our experience an odd one. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, but took quite long to complete tasks - especially considering that there were only around 4 tables with guests when we visited. We had to wait around an hour to pay for our food. Moreover, the staff would pay attention to minute details like pulling out a chair every time we would return to our seats (which was nice), but did not keep up the same energy when it came to more important tasks like paying the bill, or even ordering our food. It's safe to say I would not come back to Alici for the food. However the ambience of the restaurant truly made our experience special. The gorgeous interiors and generosity of the staff made up for the average food and our visit, worthwhile.

We had the most wonderful dining experience at Alici. The service was absolutely perfect, thanks to Manilyn who was attentive, warm, and made our afternoon so special. The menu has a great choice and the decor of restaurant is restful including the sea view. Highlights of our meal included the lemon mousse and chocolate fondant for dessert both were divine. The mains were equally outstanding: the spaghetti with clams, and starters of seafood misto, and tuna tartare were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend Alici for anyone looking for exceptional food, excellent service, and a memorable atmosphere.

Last evening, my partner and I visited the global restaurant- The World Eatery located in Sofitel The Palm. The venue is lovely and spacious with indoor and outdoor dining area. It is family-friendly too. The World Eatery’s menu offers a great selection of dishes from around the world. We enjoyed the appetizers, mains and desserts along with the red wine. Good food is complemented by impeccable service.

I have been frequenting Sofitel The Palm for a few years as a gym member. I ate in most of the restaurants and they are all very good. This was my first visit to the The World Eatery and I chose Sunday Brunch. The place was cozy in decor and ambience, and the staff as usual were friendly and attentive. Eusebio made sure that I was topped up with drinks and the chefs, Rais and Mevan were helpful in showing me around the dishes. There was a large selection of foods from snacks like small burgers, hotdogs, nachos to more sophisticated ones like grilled seasoned Salmon, roast beef, etc. There was also a large selection of very well made cakes and desserts. My favourite dishes on the day were the California Roll, Roast Beef, Fried Wanton, Chill Con Carne and the Apple Crumble. Overall, very enjoyable experience with tasty food, plenty of drinks, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

*** Sunday Family Fiesta Brunch *** Absolutely loved it. Although while entering we were a bit apprehensive as the area was not that big compared to other similar family brunches but infact this is one the Best family brunch we have had in ages.... The food was really tasty, fresh, succulent and made from the best raw materials. The Salmon was so tasty and juicy that i have become a fan of it now. The variety was not Grand or huge compared to other brunches , but believe me each of the item was really amazing and by half the way we were so full and contented that we did not even bother to check out other items. There are quite many options for mocktails, cocktails and juices and all the drinks that we ordered were very refreshing and flavour full. They were served within reasonable time. The staff were attentive and all kept coming to check. Infact Manager came twice. This even when the place was totally full and very busy. The cherry on the pie was the magic show. The magician was visiting each of the tables and doing personalized magic show. This made the kids really really excited and made the whole experience one of the most memorable one. There were other kids activities as well like face painting etc We left the restaurant contended and satisfied.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for couples — here’s why. While the food was undeniably delicious (and yes, overpriced but still worth trying), the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Like many upscale restaurants, the menu comes without any pictures, which makes it difficult to navigate if you're not already familiar with Japanese cuisine. This could be quite confusing for first-time diners. The seating arrangement is another issue. There’s absolutely no sense of privacy for couples or small groups — tables are placed barely a meter apart, making it feel crowded and uncomfortable. This setup is especially unsuitable for guests from the Gulf region who value privacy while dining. It’s a much better setup if you come as part of a large group, where you’re given a more appropriate table. Lastly, the service felt a bit arrogant. At this price point, I expect welcoming and attentive staff — not attitude. Great food alone isn’t enough to make up for poor hospitality, especially in a fine dining setting.

Went on Saturday for brunch with a big group celebrating a friend’s birthday. Both the food and drinks were exceptional, and our waiter provided amazing service throughout the afternoon. Very delicious and creative menu. Highlights were the unagi & foie gras maki, wagyu gyoza with truffle butter and the tuna tataki and Wagyu tartare starters. Also a great cocktail menu and very tasty umeshu! Really smiley and friendly staff, who were very helpful with making ordering decisions! We arrived very late for our reservation and they were very accommodating and unfased by it. I’d only service were this good in London! Will definitely go back to try more of the extensive menu!

Very strange service tea was served in a cup without saucer. Felt like a ordinary cafeteria. Although the reaturant was completely empty.

Every time I order here, they make a mistake. They can't follow simple instructions. For example, if you order pasta, you can’t even choose between white or red sauce. They'll just say, “that’s our menu,” even though they offer both red and white sauce pasta. If you ask for chicken, they won’t add it because the menu doesn't include it, even though it's just an add-on that they could charge for. I also asked for my avocado juice without sugar, but they still gave it to me with sugar. It’s frustrating! 👎👎👎👎

Took the longest time I had to wait more that 2 hours for my order. The delivery driver waited at the restaurant for the longest time. Very little portion even for one person. And when asked to not make spicy clearly in instructions it was made spicy. It was inedible!!! As a restaurant, learn to read and listen to the customers needs ! DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Their Delivery is very slow. every time we order food from them they will just say "yes, okay" but never really understand what order they are taking. and when the food comes to us its already cold and we have complain about it many times but no action. very rude staff and very unpleasant way of delivering food.

Had brunch there last Saturday and was hoping for good things, as this is a special venue. The food quality and options did not disappoint. The Boulangerie option is a nice touch, but after the cold starters (which are more or less salad) the hot starters are so good. We enjoyed the mains family style and got to try the lovely chicken and mouthwatering beef. We were going to have the champagne package, but it was too sweet so we downgraded to the House. I noticed no one else was taking the champagne either. A branded version would have been better for the price. But the cocktails were very nice, served by great myxologists. The restaurant decor is delightful, and ambiance works well, but what threw it off was the singer who appeared periodically to sing (very loud) Spanish or other songs that did not go with the French bistro atmosphere. This killed the mood, but not for long as we got back into delightful desserts and cocktails. I would recommend, but House package, and away from the bar as this is unfortunately another venue that allows smoking indoors - which is very off putting.

The ambience was elegant yet cozy, with a gentleman singing some fav. tunes along with his guittar skills that added such a lovely touch to the evening. Our server, Alexa, was warm, attentive, and made excellent recommendations throughout. I ordered the seared salmon from the main menu perfectly cooked ( Complements to the chef) and it was beautifully presented. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, which was smooth and creamy with a cotton candy caramelized too. The management also surprised us with a banana-based dessert from their menu (a truly thoughtful gesture that made the night even more special!). Josette’s Parisian-inspired décor, warm lighting, and live music create the perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. It’s an ideal spot for a date night or a celebratory dinner. Highly recommend Josette if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience in DIFC where great food, ambience, and service come together beautifully.

For the price, the service is not swift. The staff stall with serving drinks and food so guests don't eat and drink enough from 1 to 4pm and that is wrong. I asked for drinks an uncomfortable number of times before staff brought a glass. The food potions is not unlimited. You are served one of each item on the menu only. No repeat orders. Food was tasty, love the ambience but it did not meet expectations.

I am Focusing on important key points: Bar de Port offers a stylish ambiance and an appealing menu that would normally make for a great dining experience, of course not to forget the great employees behind that good service.... However, there are significant logistical issues that severely detract from the visit, particularly concerning arrival and departure. The valet parking is exorbitantly expensive, and compounded by the unacceptable wait times for your car after lunch. Furthermore, the walk from the valet area to the restaurant is excessively long in Dubai's intense heat and humidity, which is frankly unbearable. This issue is magnified by a similarly long wait at the entrance, also exposed to the harsh elements. These critical points—the costly and slow valet, and the uncomfortably long walks and waits in the extreme weather—are major deterrents. Unless these practicalities are addressed, it's unlikely we would return.

From the moment we walked in, the place felt inviting but it was Andreea who turned that inviting into unforgettable. Andreea welcomed us with that rare kind of ease that makes you feel seen and at comfort in seconds. She made sure we had everything we needed with warm smiles, thoughtful recommendations, small surprises; and did it all with complete grace. Her energy -like a bee 🐝- lit up every corner. This was our second time visiting. Last time, it was cooler weather, and there was outdoor seating with live cooking stations. There were also more options to choose from. However, the atmosphere in the cooled tent was nice, and the service was good. The staff was friendly, and they even let us choose an extra entree. This was nice considering half of the appetizers were raw dishes (seafood, fish, and tartare), which we don't eat. The dessert was delicious, and the non-alcoholic mango daiquiri was refreshing. We also enjoyed the mussels flatbread and the roasted peppers.

Been coming to fire lake from its inception and would officially open up winter season in the uae by doing their “Deep South social” brunch . Some of the best food and drinks in offer . A lovey cosy atmosphere that allows people to interact rather than being drowned in loud music . Really enjoyed the pan seared fish , it’s was amazing and the chef really did cook it perfectly to your liking . The service is off course is very good and Joel did his best to ensure we were well sorted . Will be back a couple of times before the weather changes ! .

What a fantastic Saturday brunch experience! From start to finish, the ambience at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar was spot-on — relaxed yet lively, with just the right amount of energy. The terrace view over Business Bay and the Dubai skyline added a lovely backdrop to the meal.

The atmosphere was decent. Moderately quiet with outdoor seating area. We went to celebrate a birthday and they were so kind to bring in a complimentary pastry. That was definitely a sweet gesture. For service, their team is kind and friendly. The service was a bit slow due to the rush, which is understandable, but nothing too major. For food - Dimsum set - The prawn dumpling was absolutely fantastic. The flavor seeps through the dough. The chicken and vegetables were also great. Please ask for the soy and chilli dip for a good kick ! Chicken Satay - full of mild flavor and a char that went along with it Crispy Prawn - it had a nice crunch to it. Mains - We ordered the red creamy Thai curry and sticky rice. We asked for Thai spice level and they delivered !

We came a month ago. I don’t know why the review have posted. I have to say we had an absolutely phenomenal time. Our server was incredible. The boat ride, and where the location of this restaurant is are just truly amazing. We chose to have the set menu and to be honest it was way too much food. The quality was fantastic. Superb dinner sitting outside and great service all night from Jason. Recommend making sure you get the boat to the restaurant - we accidentally got the golf cart, not quite the same! We had an amazing evening at Asia Asia in Dubai. The view is absolutely breathtaking – truly one of a kind. Our waiter, Sherwin, was wonderful: extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding – very flavorful and beautifully presented. The restaurant offers both à la carte options and set menus, so there’s something for every taste. We chose the Sunset Menu, and every course was delicious. I visited Asia Asia at Pier 7 and honestly, it was such a lovely experience! The place is gorgeous — the view is absolutely stunning, one of the best in Dubai 🤩 The staff were kind and friendly, and the vibes were amazing. The only downside is that the service could be a bit faster, as sometimes they bring the wrong items or take a while. I tried the sushi tempura, which was really nice, and two main dishes — the chicken katsu curry and a seafood dish — both were tasty. The best part is that Asia Asia is available on The Entertainer, and you get 4 hours of free parking inside the mall! Overall, it was a very nice experience — perfect view, great food, and lovely atmosphere.

The service was impeccable, matching the high-end decor and creating an elegant, sophisticated vibe that’s perfect for a special occasion like my son's birthday which we celebrated there ​Highly recommend booking a table on the terrace if you can get one! From the second that the doors opened on the lift we were in a state of awe and wonder. The decor and vibes are incredible with such attention to detail. Our visit just kept on getting better and better. The staff were so warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. The food was out of this world and left us both speechless. The sushi was incredible and if you have one thing on the menu you need to try the black cod. Special shout out to Michael our severer who gave amazing recommendations and to Ryan who made us feel so welcome and took some brilliant photos to help us remember our time at Asia Asia celebrating our honeymoon. We were staying at Raffles hotel which is a short distance away by taxi(you can see it's green cupolas from the terrace) so we found this Chinese on good old trip advisor.The restaurant is within Five ( The Palm) along West Beach promenade and was where we were dropped off.We had to take one of the free buggies running up and down the promenade as we were worried we would lose our booking if we walked it. The roof terrace had just opened for the busier season so we were led upstairs to the terrace restaurant with amazing vistas. Disappointingly, the fayre was not upto scratch.The spring rolls were ok but the wrap was too thick so not thin and crispy as we are used to. The mains both lacked authentic flavour and were bland.As though the chef wasn't used to cooking Asian food and presented their version of food that we have experienced for 20+years across Asia.(Hong Kong, Bangkok,Singapore, Java, Bali, Sri lanka etc.) The service was good and the ambience was pleasant but we would not return which is a shame because the location is wonderful.

The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were friendly, accommodating, and always eager to provide whatever was needed. The food was delicious and clearly focused on quality. Despite hosting many events, the property was spacious and never felt crowded. The only downside was that the doorman often encouraged guests to use private drivers, which cost nearly double the price of standard taxis, prompting guests to use Uber or Careem instead. Because the overall experience was so lovely, I will recommend this hotel to all family and friends traveling to Dubai and will certainly be back again.

This review is long overdue! We have been staying at the Palazzo Versace Dubai since it first opened, and it has remained one of my favourite hotels for many reasons. The location is ideal, away from the city’s hustle and bustle, yet still luxurious and serene. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. A special mention to Mr Ibraheem and the wonderful team at Giardino restaurant for their impeccable breakfast service. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Gerald, who has always looked after my family and me with such warmth and professionalism, you are truly an asset to the hotel! My gratitude also extends to Mani, Zainabu, Flower, and Avery for their care and attentiveness, which always make me feel completely at home. My only constructive feedback is not directed at the staff at the hotel, who are consistently outstanding, but rather at the hotel directors. I sincerely hope the owners consider introducing and enforcing a dress code within the hotel’s indoor and dining areas, including the poolside restaurants. During most of our stays, I have noticed guests attending breakfast in swimwear that can be quite revealing. Given that Palazzo Versace is a family-oriented luxury hotel, I believe most guests would appreciate a modest dress policy to maintain a refined and comfortable environment for all, especially those with young children. This could easily be addressed through polite signage or information placed within the guest rooms. Despite this small concern, Palazzo Versace Dubai remains one of my favourite destinations, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Here’s a quick, honest, and well-deserved review of their exceptional spa facility. I visit frequently and am always greeted by their warm and humble staff. The spa amenities are outstanding — especially the steam room, rainforest shower, and heated seating. Getting there by car during peak hours can be a bit challenging due to traffic, but the relaxing spa experience more than makes up for it 🥰

Location is very close to the airport. Rooms are super homey and service was amazing. Went there on our way to our honeymoon and the staff made our stay extra special. We went to the Italian place on the hotel and had the best tiramisu I ever tried in my life (disclaimer: I didn’t try a tiramisu in Italy yet)

I had been looking forward to enjoying afternoon tea, and the hotel’s lobby was absolutely beautiful. The interior of the Mosaic Café lounge was also stunning, showcasing the luxurious Versace style that I truly admired. However, I was quite disappointed with the attitude of some of the staff at the Mosaic Café. While not all, a few of them seemed rather unmotivated throughout, and I couldn’t help but notice that they were only smiling warmly at local male guests, which came across as unrefined and unprofessional. I sincerely believe that a hotel of such elegance should employ staff who reflect its sophistication and prestige. Otherwise, the hotel’s reputation and class may be diminished.

I had one of the worst hospitality experiences at Palazzo Versace Dubai. It’s disappointing to see how a brand built on prestige and luxury can be brought down by staff who lack accountability and empathy. racially biased behavior from its staff. The service was far from what one would expect from a five-star property — and sadly, the behavior bordered on discriminatory. The stares and attitude from certain staff members were extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When I checked into my room, it smelled of smoke, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard and clearly showed poor maintenance. The issues started even before check-in — I had selected the “pay at property” option via Booking.com, yet the hotel debited the amount without prior notice. When I questioned this, the staff simply said it was for confirmation — without even informing me first. I had clearly requested a late checkout, given I was staying just one night and would be checking in late due to an event. Despite multiple polite requests (I must have spoken to at least seven staff members), they refused, even though another staff member quietly mentioned it was possible. Instead, I was asked to pack my bags and have them ready for checkout by 12 PM. To make things worse, the next morning I requested breakfast to be sent to my room as I had to leave early for an event. I called four times, and every time, the answer was no. After multiple refusals, they finally agreed to send a “continental breakfast,” which consisted of a croissant, a coffee, a juice, and some fruit. When I requested an extra glass of juice and an additional cup of coffee, I was told I’d have to pay for them — despite paying nearly AED 1900 for a room I occupied for barely four hours. The lack of flexibility, courtesy, and basic customer care was shocking. The way the staff handled my requests was unprofessional and disrespectful — the complete opposite of what a brand like Versace should represent. In all honesty, the experience was nothing short of disappointing — not because of the property itself, but because of the people managing it. A name like Palazzo Versace deserves a team that values hospitality, not one that diminishes it. Upon my return, I asked to speak with the manager on duty, Mr. Ibrahim Ismail. His response was disappointing and unprofessional. He claimed the staff tried to call me at 11:30 to offer breakfast — despite knowing I was attending an event and unavailable. Breakfast ends at 11, so that explanation made no sense. When I told him I’d be sharing my experience on social media, his exact words were, “We’re a big name — it won’t make any difference to us.” I was honestly shocked. In a service industry, especially in a country like the UAE where hospitality standards are world-class, such arrogance is unacceptable. He then said, “Let me know how I can make it up to you,” yet offered no apology or meaningful solution — only his phone number, which I have no intention of using. The entire experience was unworthy of the Versace name. Staff were dismissive, unkind, and at times made me feel looked down upon. 💬 Not recommended at all. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere that actually values guests and understands what true hospitality means — Palazzo Versace Dubai certainly does not.

Ganesh was incredible, he was full of recommendations which were absolutely delicious, and he was so friendly which added to the experience. The atmosphere, the view, the food, and cocktails were worth every penny. Highly recommend the tortellini with truffle and the dark chocolate molten cake is a must. This place was recommended to us from a friend and it did not disappoint.

The restaurant offers a stunning view of the Burj Al Arab, making it a perfect spot for a quick stop or a leisurely meal. We dropped by for dessert and tea before exploring the area, and the deep-fried banana with vanilla ice cream was an absolute winner, crispy, warm, and perfectly complemented by the ice cream. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to the hostess, who went above and beyond by offering to arrange a dhow boat ride for us to explore the surroundings. Truly memorable service!

We came here for the Sunday dim sum and there had a good mix of steam and fried dim sum which were authentic and good. For mains, we had the fried noodle and ho fun but my fav was the beef hand pulled noodle soup. The view (outside) was superb with Burj Al Arab. Service was superb and was impressed with Justin who was professional and thoughtful. Had a good deal via superclub- so good we came back again another women’s. Highly recommended!

Your wishes are their top priority, they will make adjustments if you’re allergic to gluten or anything else. You will be able to have the most beautiful view of Burj Al Arab when eating there. All of the waiters were super nice and friendly!

Despite the relaxed atmosphere and the presence of children, the quality of the food and service has remained top-notch. Overall, my recent visit reaffirmed why this restaurant holds a special place in my heart. It's not just about the food; it's about the memories and the sense of nostalgia that it evokes. My sister and i went for their brunch. The food was great and it has nice portions. The music was spot on and the dancers were incredible! The atmosphere was very festive and overall, we had a blast.

My favorite spot in Dubai! Authentic and mouthwatering Mexican dishes. We visited Maya and tried the Taco Tuesday packages. You can’t go wrong with any of the Taco’s selections. Chicken, brisket, and lamb wrapped in corn or flour tortillas (in the pictures) are highly recommended. When it comes to Desserts- do try Choco-Flan; a mix of cinnamon ice cream, chocolate cake, neopolitan flan, and chocolate sauce on the side. If it wasn’t for the calories we would’ve gotten another one! Last but not least- self parking is available - which is rare to find in hotels, and lots of parking spots. Well done Maya. I had a great time at The Bar! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and Jhon provided amazing service — friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The buffalo wings were absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The spice level was just right, and the dip complemented them perfectly. It’s definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone who loves good food, great drinks, and excellent service. I’ll be coming back again soon!

Had a great experience at Buffalo Wings and Rings Dubai . . . The atmosphere was lively, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. The wings were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of heat and flavor, and the variety of sauces was impressive. Good drinks options and We enjoyed the Music. Definitely a great spot to hang out with friends, watch a game, or just enjoy some delicious comfort food. Will definitely be back. Recommend to make the right choice on Mocktails and ask the staff what ingredients they use. Rest all we had a great evening.

It was a great experience. From the staff - the customer service they provided made me and my son feel at home. The clean environment is fully equipped for families to enjoy, as well as couples or solo travelers. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and in a great location. I want to extend my gratitude to all the staff, especially Nermin, Mustafah, and I believe Tony from The Five Iron Golf, as well as Sarif from the tourism desk. Thank you all for making our first time in Dubai a memorable stay.

Very happy with The Westin. Comfortable and attractive decor both in our room bathroom and all the lobbies and dining areas. Its a spectacular place. You'll likely gawp and take photos in admiration. The food was excellent - we had the breakfasts and the dinner. Picky kids (9 and 11) had no trouble eating a well balanced meal too with great salad options. Spoiled for choices both mealtimes - chefs were attentive to special requirements and everything was delicious. The front of house staff and porters were all bending over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. And then there is the water park out the back - there were enough shady spots to dodge the burning sun, and we made great great memories racing on the slide with blue mats. Altogether an easy high recommend . Would definitely return.

We stayed at The Westin Dubai Marina for a few nights. The hotel itself is beautiful — excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, and generally good service. However, parts of our stay left me feeling uncomfortable and, at times, unfairly singled out. Throughout our visit, security repeatedly stopped me to ask for my room number whenever I walked around the property. This didn’t seem to happen to other guests, and it made me feel targeted rather than welcomed. One evening during dinner (as part of our half-board package), a waiter asked me to sign the receipt midway through the meal. While I was away at the buffet, he then approached my wife — who doesn’t handle any room charges — and asked her to sign instead. I hadn’t even finished my food that night because the situation felt so awkward and uncomfortable. Although the hotel manager later offered a fruit platter and a mocktail as an apology, the whole experience left a sour taste and overshadowed what should have been a relaxing evening. Interestingly, on Friday I wore a traditional kandora and turban, and the difference in treatment was noticeable — the service that day was excellent. While I appreciated that, it was hard not to reflect on how differently we were treated at other times. The Westin remains a lovely property, but I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Every guest deserves to feel respected, trusted, and equally welcomed — regardless of appearance or attire.

We’re so happy to be back at The Westin Dubai! It’s amazing to see how much the area has grown since our last visit. We used to have a clear view of Atlantis, but now it’s surrounded by exciting new developments. The hotel remains beautiful and is undergoing some great upgrades. We were given a lovely room upgrade with a gorgeous view, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. We did hear a bit of drilling one morning, but it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast was decent, but the Club Lounge really stood out. A special thanks to Simrad and Fozia for their warm and playful energy with our kids—such lovely service! We also enjoyed using the kids’ facilities at Le Meridien, especially the water park. The little ones had a blast!

We spent 12 days at Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach for our family vacation which ended up as one of our best stays. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. I do feel that my platinum elite status was honoured. The club lounge is amazing and the staff are very friendly and service minded. The food and drinks are absolutely tasty. We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for everything Westin!

My family’s favourite hotel! It is gorgeous, the water park is great fun, it’s not a small toddler size one, it’s huge with great big slides for all ages! The staff are all so lovely especially Nagendra Rawat, who has always been so helpful and kind! Thank you all for making this hotel such a fun and an incredible place! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly, our concierge gave our daughter a very tasteful puzzle gift featuring the illustration of the front of the hotel. Upon getting our room, the standard King we were impressed with the size and the cleanliness. Staff would make up our beds after afternoon naps and we're very discreet about it really adding to the 5* service. Breakfast was always fresh and unique, and every staff member greeted us with genuine warmness. Thank you for having us, we had a great holiday.

We had the business lunch at Nobu Dubai, which made it really reasonable and allowed us to try a variety of dishes. The restaurant is located at Atlantis on The Palm and the decor is stunning. While the patio is closed due to the heat, be sure to step outside for amazing views of the Palm and, on the opposite side, the Arabian Sea, perfect for photos. All of the dishes were delicious, but we especially loved the prawn dumplings, crispy squid, chicken anticucho taco, and sea bass jalapeno shiso. To our delight, the staff also surprised us with a celebration cake, which we did not expect. Parking is validated for all Nobu customers, so there was no charge when we returned to the car. Based on the decor, this spot would really come to life at night. Overall, an exceptional experience and we cannot wait to come back.

Excellent service and an overall great dining experience at Nobu Dubai. We sat on the Terrace Line, which I’d say are the best seats in the house — outdoor with a beautiful view. There’s a minimum spend of 800 AED per person, but honestly, you’ll reach that easily and it’s worth every bit. The food, atmosphere, and service all lived up to the Nobu reputation. It does get a little hot outside, and the tall glass barriers block some of the breeze, but it’s still an amazing and relaxing spot for dinner. Highly recommend booking the terrace for the full experience!

Me and my wife had an amazing and memorable experience with Nobu. Food are delicious and well presented. Service is excellence. As it was our first time, Kasun guided us through the menu and recommended what we should have. Looking forward to celebrate more special occasions here at Nobu, Dubai!

We came in with high expectations for this restaurant, and it truly delivered. For drinks, we had the Thai Martini, absolutely delicious, and the Strawberry & Plum. For food, we ordered the Black Cod Miso, Lobster Wasabi Pepper, Nobu-style Waldorf Salad with Miso Dressing, and Prawn Sushi. Everything was a perfect 10/10. A must-visit restaurant, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

Dining at Nobu is truly a world-class experience! The food is definitely on the expensive side, but every bite is worth it — the flavors are authentic, fresh, and beautifully presented, staying true to real Japanese cuisine. The ambiance is elegant and classy, creating the perfect setting for a luxurious dining experience. The service is exceptional — truly 7-star, with staff who are attentive, professional, and warm. A perfect place for special occasions or when you simply want to indulge in the best of Japanese fine dining!

Food tastes unique and the weekday executive lunch set is of great value! We celebrated a special occasion here and the service staff provided great attention. We were served by Marvin whose service was exceptional. Will visit again when the occasion arises!

Visited in January, it was a last minute reservation and they were so accommodating. Our server was attentive, but allowed us to enjoy the experience. The food was delicious…the chocolate bento box dessert with green tea ice cream was delicious, and our server had a sweet note added as it was our last night. The view is probably the best view of my life.

Went for meal at another restaurant to find it was closed. So decided to wander around and found this place. Wandered in and immediately knew this place was going to be fantastic. Friendly staff, great decorum and truly excellent food. A wonderful atmosphere and I could not fault service. Easily top 3 best restaurant experience I've ever had. Will be recommending anyone in Dubai to visit.

Hands down the best Chinese I’ve had in Dubai. Great location in DIFC. Very cool ambiance in the restaurant. Staff were fantastic as was the service. Food was exceptional - my must try’s are the peking duck, Kung Pao Prawns, the seafood noodles, prawn roll and the Dim Sum. Not much else to say really - a 10/10 meal and a restaurant I look forwarding to returning to.

Hutong's unlimited dim sum is a must-try. The ambiance and service were superb and attentive, making the dining experience feel truly premium. Every dish in the dim sum spread was excellent—especially the Steamed wild Mushroom and Truffle Baos and crispy duck rolls, which are an absolute showstopper of flavor and texture! (The soup could use a little improvement, but that's a minor detail.) The ultimate highlight is the Wishing Tree ritual at the end: writing a wish on a red card and hanging it up adds a uniquely memorable and hopeful touch to a flawless meal. Highly recommend!

Located in DIFC, the restaurant impresses with its dramatic interior, dim lighting, and artistic decor that blends tradition with modern elegance. The spice level is authentic but balanced, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Prices are on the higher end, but the experience—especially for special occasions—is well worth it. Very elegant and glamorous restaurant in the heart of Financial Centre of Dubai. The interiors are a perfect combination of modernity and traditional Chinese style. I went there for the ‘All you can eat’ dim sum and I was really impressed, such delicious and fragrant gourmet dumplings. I was observing as well the dishes served to the other tables and they all looked amazing, specially the Peking Duck. Very welcoming and professional staff. The prices are in line with the quality of the food and the service. Strongly recommended…” 

I recently visited Ting Irie in Dubai, and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious, and the vibes were spot on. It’s always a treat to find a good Jamaican restaurant when traveling, and this one didn’t disappoint. Though I was feeling a bit off initially (nauseous and with a slight migraine nothing to do with the food or restaurant!), I ended up taking the rest of my meal to go. I’m happy to report that it tasted just as amazing the next day! Definitely recommend Ting Irie for anyone craving authentic Jamaican flavors in Dubai.

I was dying for Caribbean food since I moved to Dubai. It wasn't a disappointment! I would recommend going during 'appi hour' as the food is cheaper. I would recommend the hummus! It is truly divine. The fusion of jerk is quite magnificent. I would also recommend the patties and rice and peas, as well as the jerk chicken shawarma and plantain. The atmosphere is lovely too, with a blend of reggae snd modern Jamaican songs. Dont waste any time and take yourself to Ting Irie!

The location and atmosphere was nice. The restaurant was decorated where it gave a nice vibe. It was clean. The beef patties were good. I had the oxtail rice but the rice wasn’t cooked long enough for my liking. Our server was great and attentive.

Very friendly staff and pleasant ambience. Food was "Irie" (alright)! Recommend the jerk hummus, fried plantains and spicy pepper prawns. Their signature rum punch was quite good too.

Was so surprised how great the food was! Bold flavours and cooked perfectly. The servers were so friendly, helpful and made great suggestions. We went for brunch and will definitely be back. There was a selection of games which kept us entertained while listening to the reggae tunes
