I’m a huge fan of ice cream and I must say the ice cream lab did not disappoint. The quality of ice cream and flavors were delicious and natural. The process of how they make the ice cream is something to see and it shows the effort that goes into making their product. Ice-Cream Lab comes straight from California, Beverly Hills to Dubai.They are known for instant made-to-order, creamy ice cream made in a fraction of a minute,right in front of your eyes in their labs, which are full of oozing liquid nitrogen smoke, using an organic cream base with no added sugar, preservatives ,artificial colors, emulsifiers, preservatives or additives. Hence making it completely Guilt free as far as my knowledge is concerned.Their ice creams are special and are healthier options for Desserts. I prefer ice-cream these days to beat the heat. After burning so many calories shopping, I end up @icecreamlab. They make fresh ice creams that are the best thing. I was surprised to see they have so cute set up for making "ice creams live" ------ yes they use nitrogen to freeze, while you can enjoy the smoky look of the place. It's located in the food court. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I tried their immunity booster and lotus ice cream. I was surprised by the unique flavor in the immunity booster. Each bite had a combination of clove, turmeric, mango, ginger, black paper, and cinnamon and they garnish it with ginger. Lotus was very impressive too. Not too sweet as lotus biscuits are a lot sweeter. Have you tried these amazing ice creams yet???

As the name suggests its a lab where u create any flavor ice cream in front of u using liquid nitrogen. And just the sight of it makes me so happy. Absolutely loved this making and eating of ice cream. And specially dragon breathe was fun. Not only the kids but also all grown adults cannot resist this. I had cookies and cream where oreo cookies were turned into ice win front of me and chocolate ice cream made out of chocolate milkshake.

I personally visited them at Dubai Mall Food court and I was surprised to know that their ice creams are LESS CALORIES, NO SUGAR ADDED AND ALL NATURAL FLAVORS! I love it! I tried their Blue Velvet ice cream which is very yummy and taste like heaven! 😍 I also had their Dragon's breath that is so fun to eat. They also served me a Affogato Milkshake which kinda sweet but still satisfied my thirst! This is a must try place! Specially for those healthy conscious! I am highly satisfied with the experience

Icecream Lab serves the best liquid Nitrogen icecream. They use nitrogen to quickly freeze the ice cream base and the remaining gas gets dissolved into the air. Loved their ice cream machines which look very sophisticated and use unique technology made of aircraft metal and developed with state of art technology. They make FRESH icecream in front of us as per our choice. In no time, the machines instantly freeze all natural liquid base in the bowl into ice cream. I tried: Rodeo Road Milkshake Immunity Booster Icecream Dragon Breath Rodeo Road Milkshake was made freshly with fresh natural ice cream base, Nutella chocolate and butter biscuits. It was very delicious and filling. I can even say that I drank a thick icecream😄 Immunity Booster Icecream I tried this newly introduced icecream which is very essential during pandemic time to boost our immunity and at the same time we can have a flavourful icecream with fresh ginger and cloves. Temple has great non dairy based ice cream. Makes it easy by having two bases, one dairy and one non dairy vanilla and adding whichever mix ins you want. on pricey side but great service and good atmosphere. they host cool events - for example recently had a event with great DJs, iraqi gus sandwiches, and local handmade brand sale. I would love to see a collab with vegan or veg food here, and more vegan toppings. Inside was quite cold (makes sense to keep ice cream cold) so if you get cold easily wear layers.

The staff were super kind, helpful, and always smiling. The ice cream was really delicious! But The only issue was the parking it was full and quite crowded. But overall, everything was really nice, and the place itself was very calm and peaceful. I really enjoyed it!

The ice cream was delish but I would have to agree with the rest of the reviews here saying it is overpriced. I understand rent and overheads must be alot but it’s criminal to charge 40 + dhs for a soft serve. Would still recommend to friends as the interiors are beautiful and the ice cream options are great.

The ice cream is really fresh and you can tell they use good machines and ingredients, but it’s honestly way too expensive. Even the cones are AED 14, which feels a bit much even if they’re freshly made. Tastes good, but the prices don’t feel justified.

Wow. This was the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time. It’s made right in front of you, is not overly sweet and flavors are balanced. Portions for each flavor are large, like 2.5 scoops per order. I love the Madagascar vanilla, European dark chocolate, Italian nutella flavors, and I especially recommend the peanut butter!

I bought a gelato cone from your Indian male staff, but he gave me chocolate and strawberry flavors without asking for my choice. On top of that, he overloaded it with whipped cream. The fresh strawberries were also not fresh at all. I'm very disappointed with the service and quality.

Stopped by Morelli’s Gelato at Dubai Mall and had their mojitos and green tea — both were excellent! 🌿 The drinks were refreshing, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Scoopi Cafe has been a great new addition in the city of Dubai. The variety of ice creams they serve is great and the quality is good. Surprisingly they serve the world's most expensive ice cream costing AED 3,000, which comes along with gold plated bowl. The ambiance is lovely and the service was great.

Its a nice new little pace. They have fresh ice creams and desserts to offer in many options to customize. Also they have cafe options like coffee. Price is bit higher side as compare to quantity provided. Would only recommend if you are nearby, not worth it go specially.

After hearing so much about their gold flake ice cream I decided (not for the gold ice cream- for normal scoopieee) to visit this place on my way to Jumeirah beach. Getting a parking in this area is a menace.They serve the world most expensive ice cream I believe -The “Black Diamond” flavor at Scoopi Café features edible 23-carat gold flakes, Madagascar vanilla ice cream, Iranian saffron and black truffle. Nothing extra ordinary!

Small ice cream shack that that serves unique arabic flavor. (Entertainer Friendly) FOOD: They have two types of ice cream the Arabic flavoured and fruity sorbets. Arabic flavors are like biqlawa, qishta and halawa. Sorbet flavors are like strawberry, mango and passion fruit. TIP: you won't go wrong with passion fruit flavor. SERVICE: Fast and friendly staff on the stand. AMBIENCE: It's a small shack however you would feel like ur at home.

The ice cream had no flavor. I was not impressed with the ashta ice cream which was extremely bland. The pistachio flavor barely tasted like pistachio, and the rose flavor was extremely light (basically tasted like water).

Really good Pistachio ice cream and Nutella and other typical Arabic flavors. Portions are good and delivery fast but cones should be provided when delivered, and pistachio sprinkles on the ice cream when delivered otherwise it's too expensive for a plane ice cream ....

A bit disappointed with the customer service. Me & my friend entered the shop around 11.40pm and the two staff were in a frenzy to throw customers out of the shop and lock up the doors so that more people dont enter, because it was nearing closing time! The customers inside had to wait patiently each time for them to let us out after we buy our ice-cream, because they just locked us in! And they were so impatient while I was choosing my ice cream. I wish I had a better experience on a nice weekend out!

You must try Samuele’s Gelato in Dubai — it’s not just artisanal, it’s truly professional. This review comes from someone with plenty of experience tasting Italian gelato — I’ve visited Milan, Garda Lake , Sirmione, Verona, and Vicenza, and have sampled many authentic Italian-made gelatos in Melbourne as well. Yet, the flavor at Samuele’s truly stood out for its creativity. It could be even more exceptional with a bit of crunch, like pecans, walnuts, or pine nuts, and perhaps, if available in the alcohol-infused selection, a subtle hint of rum.

2 for the effort.... Spooky place in a back of the millennium hotel 😱 no sign outside. Gelato all best average... Lemon from a bag, quite sweet, mascarpone and fig don't taste much, the texture not great due to the very quite time and the gelato had changed.... Clearly not an artigianale in gelato bussines ( not the only one, others places are terrible in Dubai) but I guess good enough for the very hot days in summer.

Samuele's Gelato instantly brought me back to my childhood (there was an Italian gelato shop in Germany) with its authentic flavors and creamy texture. It's rare to find gelato this good outside of Italy, but Samuele’s is truly unmatched. It's a traditional Japanese Ice Cream filling with choices of flavoured ice cream. A bit pricey tho. Packaging was nice. They provide dry ice to put under with extra charge if you buy only 2. But free when you buy more. The taste was not too sweet like the other mochi Ice cream. I love dark chocolate for filling.

A bit disappointed I absolutely love Moishi, always visit the one in Dubai Mall. Went to City Walk, passed by Moishi and decided to get some. Atmosphere is chill and very quiet. It’s still the same flavors that I like, staff was actually nice & quiet (maybe he’s just misunderstood on other reviews) because he even said goodbye. What I didn’t like is that it’s not as firm and it’s bit melted. I think it’s not the staff but their freezer which they should fix. 3 stars because the mochi not being as firm as it should be ruins the experience

Loved it. A big variety of moshis. My favourites are the strawberry and mango flavours, the pomegranate one is nah. A small kiosk at the citywalk dubai. Not to be missed for quick bites while shopping at the mall. A nice packaging for gifts or takeaway. Recommended for the ice cream and sorbet lovers, even a new cool idea to consider if you wanna have something with you when invited for a breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.

Not a massive fan of the burger here, I felt like the beef itself wasn’t flavourful and that the patty was missing salt. Cheese and bread done correct tho, and a big plus is that the burger itself feels light. Massive plus on the views

Guys avoid. Came from the uk to try this and was so disappointed. Burgers are not nice- meat is dry and bun lacks sauces. The truffle fries and so heavy not enjoyable at all. The server didn’t know how to use the till and took 10 mins to take our order. Waited a long time for overpriced food. The toilets they directed us to were absolutely filthy and smelt of urine, I thought I was in a third world country. Though the view from the restaurant is nice. There’s an old lady who takes ur order and smiles too much she scared me, pls ask her to tone it down a little.

Very tasty — the best burgers I’ve ever had, so tender, simply exquisite. Try the spicy chicken one and the truffle one. We spent over 500 dirhams, but it was worth it.

I went with my wife to Salt restaurant, and oh God, the burgers didn’t disappoint! The taste and juiciness were unmatched. And to top it off, the stunning balcony view right across from the Burj Khalifa was just another story 😍

Sliding into my seat, the Burj stretched to the sky before me, glittering against the night. It was the kind of backdrop that makes a meal feel special before the first bite. I had high hopes — SALT Downtown promised bold flavours, and the atmosphere was pure magical. I ordered the jalapeño sliders with fire fries, expecting a kick of heat. The sliders were solid. The beef was juicy, the veggies crisp, adding that refreshing crunch to balance the richness of the patty. They got that right. The fries, though, were a complete mismatch. Cold, barely any cheese, and just three jalapeños sitting there like an afterthought. For something called fire fries, they lacked the fire. At least the Coke was ice cold, a small mercy on a hot night. Where SALT Downtown truly excels is the ambience. The location is primo, right in the heart of the city with unbeatable views—a front-row seat to the dazzling Burj and waterfront (though there were some renos ongoing). It’s the kind of setting that makes you linger, soaking in the energy of Dubai. If the food matched the setting, we’d be talking about an undeniable gem. Would I come back? Maybe, if they fix the fries and bring the same energy to the entire menu. Until then, come for the views, sip an ice-cold Coke, and hope the fries find redemption.

This place serves best Japanese deserts in Dubai, this is the first time I have tasted Japanese desserts and it was excellent tasting dessert and at the right price. I ordered strawberry kakigori and the serving is enough for 2 people, I will definetly be coming back to try their other flavors. It is a "Must Try" desserts. They are only located at one place in Dubai, my suggestion would be to them that they should open their outlets at other locations as well in Dubai

We were satisfied for what we have ordered. The location is perfect. As we strolled under the scorching heat of summer, we found this hidden gem in Al Seef and reinvigorated ourselves. Yummy desserts.

We went in for a takeaway. Decided to try their Mango Cake. It's served in a jar and it was absolutely droolworthy. Prices are slightly on the higher side tho. The location is amazing ofcourse in the picturesque Al Aseef. There is ample parking in the basement.

Wouldn't visit again. The prices are on the upper side which I would totally justify since it's a touristic place, IF the quality of the desserts was good - but that's not the case. I got a chocolate cheesecake, I can overlook that it looked beaten up when it came to me... But was it supposed to be warm or cold? The front part was warm while the back part of the cake was cold! Probably they have them frozen and it was not microwaved properly(!?). The normal Japanese cheesecake was also not that great. The side whipped cream was definitely too little for the cheesecake size, also it had an apparent egg taste.

Mango Ice Cream is so good with big portion. The place is cozy with nice decorations.

The yukitella is highly recommended. The mango bingsu was good but kind of too sweet at the bottom. Otherwise, good flavors.

Al seef branch: The best shave ice cream desert. I try both mango and strawberry. Unfortunately Mochi ice cream is not worth it for the small tiny pieces and the price. Not recommend the Mochi one.

Maybe I gave 4* instead of 5 because I have been having Kulfi in Mumbai since childhood and was comparising the taste.. but must say that they have multiple options to choose from and the ambience is good. It is worth visiting again and again though. Will surely recommend.

The moment we entered, no one greeted us. We were seated for about 10 minutes, and still, no staff member approached us, despite there being three people at the reception. Eventually, we had to go up ourselves and ask to place our order. All the staff seemed more engaged with each other than paying attention to the customers waiting.

Decent taste (nothing out of the world though and it varies from awesome to trash. So choose well.) 2. The Not-So-Good: Rather than concentrating on a few true delicacies they have experimented a little too much. Kulfilicious, so many flavors don't mean your customer will be pleased. We tried Kulfis, Faloodas, and shakes and only a couple of them were Kulfilicious. 3. The WoW/Oh-No Factor: Too many choices mean everyone will find something to suit their taste. But that also means you may end up ordering something which is not their best and end up with a sour taste (That's what I did) 😏 4. Money Matters: Decent prices for Kulfis. Other things don't seem worth their price. 5. The 5-point Experience: If you love Kulfis go to this place but don't experiment. Choose wisely. Visiting first time and really impressed with their interiors which will give us a street vibe and we tried Multan and Lahore with Pan flavored Kulfi. It was tasty and was lovely. Staff approach was good. Good place to hangout for kulfi.

We have been to Kulfilicious many times before but it was our first time in Karama branch. The interior and the ambience follows the brand standards. The arrangements are spacious. Their Kulfis are Kulfilicious with wide range of flavourful sticks and cups. They have self-service area too but didnt try that. I personally feel the orders shall be taken first from the customers who are ready to place the order and are at the mark of "Order Here"; instead of customers who are browsing through the menu on the side lines. We were told to wait before a family took their sweet time to browse all the options through menu and finalize the order for 4/5 people (including kids). It kills the purpose of "Order Here" tag, if i can place my order from any corner of the shop. Overall a great experience.

We did the chocolate factory tour and moulding workshop. It was so much fun. We learned how Mirzam makes their chocolate from "bean to bar". Then we got to mould our own and add toppings. Before designing our own custom wrappers. The moulds make 3 bars at time so we each got our own 3 custom bars. The chocolate is delicious and our expert guide, Caroline, explained the differences between the origins of the beans, giving us samples to compare each origin. She taught us all about the process and answered all our questions. She really elevated the experience with her knowledge and charm. There is also a coffee shop that sells the chocolate in various forms and flavours, with samples. They have so many interesting options and packages. We will definitely be back for more.

Such a cute cafe and chocolate factory. I came to see the factory and you can sign up for chocolate tasting for a reasonable price. After that relax with an icy chocolate beverage and treat yourself to the many chocolate desserts they have on offer. I bought some of their chocolate bars to give away as gifts. I visited this restaurant around 8:50 PM Dubai time and ordered a coffee and water. Before enjoying my drink, I asked the waiter to direct me to the nearest restroom, informing him that I would be back shortly and requesting that he watch my order. To my surprise, he insisted that I could not leave without first paying the bill. I explained that I wasn’t leaving the restaurant, just using the restroom, but he still demanded that I leave something behind if I intended to step away. I found this extremely unprofessional and insulting, as it implied that I might run away over a bill of just 47 AED. Despite my frustration, I was in urgent need of the restroom, so I reluctantly handed over my phone, which he accepted without hesitation or remorse. Upon my return, I immediately requested my bill and my phone back. Due to this unpleasant experience, I decided to meet my friend at a different café nearby (N28) instead. The waiter, Atiq, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His behavior does not align with the high standards of hospitality in the UAE, where the law states that if a customer refuses to pay, staff may request identification rather than demand a valuable item as collateral. This experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on the service I received. Management should ensure that staff are trained in proper customer service and hospitality etiquette. Anyone visiting this Cafe shouldn’t allow a guy called ATIQ to assist them or else he’s gonna spoil your day.

It comes in off white color and has that desired creamy texture and silky status. It’s made with Mastic gum that gives it the extra dimension. The quality ingredients are felt from the first bite. It’s served with good bunch of crushed pistachios. This experience along with the great welcoming and service, do justify the price and make its worth the value. Thanks to the co-owners and the team. Saturday morning breakfast done right at The Dubai Hills Mall branch with a Turkish coffee add on. My only wish was that we could have boxed the leftovers to go because the Mado Breakfast set menu iwas a lot of food.

The ice cream is very tasteful as per Italian traditional recipe, but the way they don’t offer here the same wide variety of flavours as in Italy but anyway it is one of the best you can taste in Dubai. Unfortunately the service is very slow in comparison to the one offered in other ice cream shop and place of the same brand around the world. When I visited the place in Dubai Hills there were just 5 person in line in front of me and 4 members of the staff serving ice cream, I waited 20 minutes to place my order. I guess this is not acceptable. Obviously the price is also double than in Europe not only due to the quality of the ingredients but also for profit reasons.

I only had coffee and a few bites from each of the boys’ plates (quality control, of course!), but the coffee was excellent and the overall vibe made me want to linger. The staff were friendly, the space felt warm and welcoming, and there were plenty of families around—toddlers giggling, babies in prams, and parents enjoying a rare quiet coffee moment. However, the place did seem a bit under maintenance and somewhat messy or may be it was just old, which was a slight downside. Overall, it's worth a visit for the tasty treats and friendly service.

I like the Service and also the knowledge about the tea the manager had. They should create more samples in a smaller size, other than big size like small size packaging, so that if a customer wants to try, they can buy and it should be value for money. The small one. I like the concept of silk teabags, but most of the users like me who is Jain and does not want to harm any of the caterpillars. They won’t use it. Unfortunately I had a horrific, and very dangerous experience over the weekend. I requested a sample of White Chocolate, and instead your sever gave me Peanut Butter. I have a deadly peanut allergy, where my throat closes if I eat a peanut. As soon as I put it in my mouth I realized it contained peanuts- I asked him which flavor he gave me, and he said oops he accidentally gave peanut butter. As I'm severely allergic, I didn't have much time to react, so i quickly told him I have a very serious allergic to peanuts, and due to his careless mistake, I need to go to the hospital. I requested water to try and spit out whatever particulars I consumed, and he still charged us for the water, despite giving the wrong ice cream flavor, and essentially poisoning me! I had to rush to the hospital and stay there for several hours, after receiving many injections and being pumped with medication. Thank god I got there on time, but food allergies- especially peanut allergies are very serious, and people die every year from them! I'm absolutely horrified, disappointed, and angry at my experience here. I hope your f & b outlet is more careful, and becomes more aware and attentive with flavors. And wasting my time charging me for one bottle of water, after your server made such a serious life-threatening mistake, as my throat is swelling by the second, was ridiculous & shameful! This was serious negligence on your part, and I could have died because of your server's mistake.

I don’t usually get excited about burgers, but Black Tap completely changed that. I tried the Philly Burger and I can honestly say it was the best burger I’ve ever had – absolutely out of this world in flavour, texture, and overall experience. Every bite was perfection. Our daughter took part in the Crazy Shake Masterclass, and she absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, making it a really memorable and fun activity for her. I had the Dubai Chocolate Crazy Shake, and it was a dessert, a drink, and a full-on chocolate fantasy all in one – rich, indulgent, and delicious. As kids of the ‘80s, we loved the music and atmosphere too – upbeat, cool, and nostalgic in the best way. Everything about this place just clicked – the food, the vibes, the service. If I could go back tomorrow and try every burger and Crazy Shake on the menu, I absolutely would. Highly recommended – worth every dirham and every calorie!

To start with, I can say that it was good. The staff were polite, but the environment was not very fancy. The quality of the food was average to high, but there are much better burgers available in the city for the same price. I had tried the Singapore branch before and I can say that the quality was much better. It was interesting that they agreed to customize the burger.

Came here for the legendary milkshakes but back then we were broke uni students so we just had burgers. I wouldn’t say these were the best burgers I’ve ever had. Quite average, have had pretty good burgers but it’s like a one time thing just to try it out just for the heck of it. I’m sure their milkshakes are out of this world because they really do look really really good. Probably will visit again to try their shakes. Oh their fries were also good. Also sit outside for a better view but only downside is a lot of people passing by watching you eat 🫢.

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was full of rich, authentic flavors — especially fresh mezzes and breeeeeead😻 The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We also loved the kebab. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Turkish cuisine! The only thing we didn’t enjoy is white wine. But who drinks wine in Turkish restaurant?😅 Our fault.

Günaydin, you make Turkish food sing. The mixed salad was crisp, like it was plucked straight from the garden, dressed in a favourite dressing. Lamb melted off the bone, chicken shish tawook, felt like butter on the tongue, and that bread-warm, just-baked, impossible not to finish. Staff couldn’t have cared more.

This restaurant is the best spot for Dubai fountains. The views are amazing, the staff are absolutely brilliant and funny! Shout out to Mahmut and Ulas for making us feel really welcome and looked after even though the venue was really busy. Great to see this food chain here. Lovely!

The food was pleasant with good flavours, but nothing that particularly stood out or left a lasting impression. It was enjoyable, but I’ve definitely had more memorable Turkish dishes elsewhere. The service started off quite efficient, though I did find myself needing to repeat a few requests, which slightly took away from the experience. That said, the views of the Burj Khalifa and the water fountain are absolutely stunning and really elevate the overall atmosphere. It’s a beautiful setting for a meal.

only here for the view with the Burj Khalifa right in front of you. the food was average - ordered the Kebab platter for 2, cost just over AED500. the beef was tough, took alot of chews to dissolve it, so was the lamb. the chicken however was delicious. the creamy spinach wasn't as creamy..very mild taste. the waiters here doesn't like smiling - they all had a certain look on their faces that doesn't belong in a service industry, not the most attentive bunch either. the bill cost AED814 for 2 pax. will i return? probably not.

We offer a wide variety of ice cream flavors, along with coffees, cold drinks, and other refreshments. This is, without a doubt, the most delightful ice cream I have ever tasted. The seating area is lovely and relaxing, and the venue is beautifully designed.

We went there as a family and I was just shocked by the amount of flavours there were. I sampled so many. Then when we ordered the workers put on an amazing show of throwing the ice cream and catching it, I thought they would drop it. After that they then ask you what toppings you would like and tip it out onto the counter and mash it in. This was great highly recommend going here if you are at the Atlantis water park, wave house or anywhere else it is excellent. The only thing is that the prices are little bit high but I guess that is because there are loads of tourists there every day+ it is Dubai.

We were there today, October 19, at 3:45 p.m., and have never encountered such unfriendly and listless staff here as we did today. Sorry, but the price-performance ratio is only justified if there is a bit of entertainment, and if not, unfriendly faces without any entertainment simply hand you your ice cream listlessly. There is room for improvement.

Popped into Al Mallah on a whim and walked out pleasantly full and mildly pickled (thanks to the endless sides). We had the hummous, fattoush, and a mixed grill that came with their pickles and fluffy kuboos. Was it mind-blowing? Nah. But was it tasty? Absolutely. Everything was solid, well-seasoned, and arrived quicker than my willpower disappears near shawarma. For the price, it's an absolute steal in Dubai terms — proper value for money. Great spot if you're after a no-fuss feed that won't bankrupt you.

It’s not easy to find a good restaurant opening 24 hours, but Al Mallah is. The first time I came here was only to drink juice. The big glass has been already given me a deep impression. The second time we ordered the grilled platter. The taste was not bad. If lamb chop can be more tender, that will be better. But the whole experience is nice. Service and atmosphere were also acceptable. One suggestion is the menu. If you can point out which dishes can be recommended. This will be more understandable for the people who are not often eating Arabic food.😊

I had high expectations from Al Mallah given its reputation and the pricing—AED 9 for a shawarma is definitely above the usual rate in the Satwa area. I ordered two, assuming I’d be getting value for the price. Unfortunately, I was disappointed the moment I received the food. The shawarma was surprisingly small and did not justify the higher cost. What truly alarmed me was the poor hygiene and food handling practices I witnessed. The staff preparing the food was only wearing one glove on the right hand—which looked torn and dirty—while the left hand was completely bare. Worse, I noticed sweat from his arm coming into contact with the food. This raises serious food safety concerns, as there were no visible measures in place to control the temperature of vegetables and sauces either. To add to the experience, the service was very poor. When I politely asked for ketchup, I was simply dismissed and told to walk to another door to get it myself. There was no regard for customer service or cleanliness. Overall, my visit was extremely disappointing. Poor hygiene, lack of food safety protocols, and unprofessional service make it hard to recommend this place to anyone. I hope management seriously considers improving their standards, especially if they wish to continue charging premium prices.

One of the best Shawarma I have ever tried!!! Chicken was really good! From the bread, to the sauce, chicken and fillings. Also on the affordable side. Lamb was not my favorite, but just a preference. Drinks look appetizing. Pelé tasted fresh. The Shawarma "logs" (?) are visible. Everything looks clean.

A nice Syrian cuisine in Shkh Zayed Rd. The place is quite new hence it’s clean and shiny. The food is so tasty and fresh. They have a rich menu with so many varieties however, I didn’t like the kunafa, it wasn’t to the standards. They bake it outside and refrigerate it in the restaurant.

In the last week of Ramadan we wanted to visit Diwan Al Hana & luckily we were invited there for the Grand Iftaar. While driving on Sheikh Zayed Road, we have always passed by the restaurant & finally we got the chance to dine in there for the first time and try their Iftar buffet. Diwan Al Hana is an authentic Syrian restaurant. It offers traditional Syrian and Arabic cuisine. Generally it’s open from early in the morning till late in the night. The two-floored restaurant is spacious with a fusion of modern and traditional decor. We liked the beautifully tiled walls & the floor, funky wooden furniture, dim lighting, open kitchen & gorgeous tableware. It has an inviting and very friendly vibe. They served a special Iftar where soup, cold mezze, appetizers, Ramadan drinks & hot beverages are served on the table & for main course and desserts they’ve a buffet. Our table had all the Iftar essentials like dates, dry fruits, water, Ramadan drinks like Jallab, Qamar El Din & Ayran, Soup. Next they got us a range of Salads & Cold Mezze. There were salads like Fattoush, Tabouleh and Beetroot Salad. The salads were fresh and light. In cold mezze they served Hummus, Mutabal, Mohamara, Vine Leaves stuffed with rice & Foul Mokalla. We loved these delicious and flavorful cold mezze. Then the tasty Fatteh Makdous was served on the table. It had eggplant filled with lamb meat, crispy bread, tomato & topped with tahini sauce. After this, we moved on to the buffet & helped ourselves to Kebbeh, mini Fatayer, Burak Cheese & Fatteh. Mixed Grill, Full Lamb, Friekeh Meat, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Kabseh, Basha O Asakro, Samakaharah, Vermicelli Rice & Quater Cheese Pasta were the main course dishes in their Iftar buffet. It was a good selection as there was something for everyone. The dessert selection was small & we liked the well-made Wardat Ashta and Katayef. For the health conscious there were Fresh Fruits too. We enjoyed our Iftar experience at Diwan Al Hana. The food, the service & the atmosphere was good. We would recommend this place to everyone.

A little more quiet than its competitor down the road, but serves equal or better cuisine in a friendly environment. Lamb Chops, mixed Shwarma platter, mixed grill were all done just right. The Lamb chops were crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside. Menu items may be 2-3 AED more expensive but food items are more generously packaged and accompanied with free starters and bread.

We've come across this place by coincidence. Great place to cool down after a hot day by the beach. Definitely worth it to give it a try. The number of various frozen yoghurt flavors is great. Staff was super polite and helpful.

Great idea help yourself ice cream but way too expensive even for Dubai. Nice mix of ice cream/ frozen yogurt and a great selection of various toppings from fruit to sweats. Everything to drive the kids mad with delight. The location is lovely and you can sit and enjoy while watching the world go by. Nice and tidy inside and helpful friendly staff. Would I go back..... yes but I may need to save up first!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Menchie’s. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which really ruined the visit. I expected a friendlier and more welcoming environment, especially since Menchie’s is known for being a fun place to go for frozen yogurt. Unfortunately, the attitude of the employees made me feel unwelcome, and I will think twice before coming back. Hopefully management addresses this issue because the product itself is good, but the service really needs improvement.

The tables were extremely dirty and sticky - we had to put tissues down just to rest our hands. On top of that, there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen, which made the whole experience very unpleasant.

Last day I have been to Maras Turka to have my brunch. I was welcomed warmly by the staffs, and they were very attentive throughout my dine-in. It was pretty crowded in the noon, which explains the quality of the food. The food served to me was absolutely delicious, and it tasted so authentic. Out of everything I tried Pistachio Baklava was my favourite (5/5) and apart from that I have also tried Simit Sandwich (5/5), Traditional Turkish Cheese Borek (5/5), Traditional Turkish Breakfast Platter (5/5), Sahlep Pistachio Shake (5/5), and Turkish Tea (5/5). Overall it was a great experience and is recommended.

Just too good. A perfect place to chill and have some Turkish tea along with the most mouth watering Kunafa I have ever eaten. Situated inside the Dubai Festival City Shopping Mall, this place is a perfect. The staff are very warm and friendly. Must try the Kunafa here. It’s the best ever. The Warm Chocolate cake is also superb. We also ordered the Turkish Tea Pot which was served in the traditional way. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great ambience and amazing decoration! However if you consider the price tag for the food you get it is rather expensive. The ice cream is just normal, not worth the hype. The molten cake in mug was average. The server was a little bit slow and not enough focused. (Not sure, but maybe he was new).

Craved for ice cream shake but ended up ordering a Triple Treat Sundae. It’s big for just AED23, ended up taking half of it home. The waffle cone that came with was also a good bonus. Coffee is fantastic , exceptional hygiene and ambiance is great. A good meeting spot especially for cluster W visitors and residents. Only complaint is, understaffed, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for a coffee even if there is only 2 to 3 customers. I haven't seen more than 2 employees especially in the morning coffee hours. I don't know if it's cost cuts or lack of confidence in the branch from London Dairy managements.

Got the Brownie Hot Mess, was a generous portion for 35 ( good enough for 2). The ice cream itself was decent, ambience was really nice and overall just a refreshing bite to have during summer times.

I always adore ice cream. The place is so cute and ice creams looks yummy in the pictures but in reality its not that especial and it doesn't worth its price.

An ice cream place is on the main streat just at the corner. The full ice cream scope is sound 30 to 35 dirhams. The ice cream has 4 main base flavours. Mango, vanilla, chocolate and lotus. The taste is not natural but it is ok.

I had a very disappointing experience at La Fragola Café in Dubai Mall. The staff member named DJ Filipino guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude was unprofessional, and his behavior made me feel very unwelcome. It’s surprising and unacceptable to encounter such poor customer service at a café located in a prestigious place like Dubai Mall. Instead of being helpful or courteous, DJ responded with arrogance and a dismissive tone, ruining what was supposed to be a pleasant visit. Customer service is the heart of any hospitality business, and unfortunately, La Fragola fell far short of expectations. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. I will think twice before visiting again.

Filipino staff member is very rude. Doesn’t know anything about customer service. The cafe was empty and we decided to take a break considering to buy or not to buy an ice cream. When this staff member approached he didn’t even know how to communicate properly. Train your people, otherwise you brand will never become successful

Mr.Dj staff is very disrespectful, has no manners on how to speak to the customers or women. He talks like he is doing a favor to us by working there and keeps on murmuring in his language and talking to his colleague while we are asking him. Very unprofessional behavior, ruined our evening. We just wanted to have a nice dessert after a good hearty meal. But, disappointed we came with nothing.
