I’ve had a disappointing experience with Careem’s taxi service recently. During one trip, the Captain charged me extra simply because I paid with my debit card. The amount charged was higher than the fare shown in the app — not a large difference, but it raises serious concerns about transparency. When I reported the issue, several Customer Service agents explained that some drivers use their personal POS machines and may add extra fees, while also stating that POS payments are not official Careem payment methods. If that’s true, why has Careem never informed its customers? Careem should clearly warn users in the app and through official communication. At present, there are no messages or alerts informing customers about this, which leaves them exposed to unfair charges. I’ve always trusted Careem, but this experience has been disappointing and highlights that either Careem’s Customer Service is poorly trained, or the company tolerates such behavior from its drivers. Not sure what’s been happening off late with careem but rides are being booked, charged and then taxi’s cancelling. Customer support leaves generic responses failing to properly address any tickets raised. I’ve raised multiple requests over a charge that was incorrectly calculated and whereby credit was returned but was not of the full value, all my requests are closed with a copy paste message, very frustrating that they have also removed customer care phone lines. I really hope they fix these issues.

Paying monthly subscription to have better customer and priority support is a SCAMMED. I have booked order 1 minute after the order was submitted. I have called support as wrong address was chosen and no one is living there anymore we moved out. But the customer service said she cannot help and cannot do anything. I asked if I can cancelled and she replied she cannot cancelled as I will still be charged. Ask politely if there's anything she can do for me since no one will eat the food as no one is there. And I called right a way so there's still time to cancelled it as it just submitted minute ago. She said there is nothing she can do! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING AS SHE KEEP ON SAYING SHE CANNOT DO ANYTHING! I WILL CANCEL NOW MY SUBCRIPTION AS IT'S A SCAM SAYING THEY WILL PROVIDE PRIORITY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I am very disappointed with Careem. This is not the first time I’ve had issues late orders, last-minute cancellations, and poor handling of complaints. Just last night, I placed an order at 1:02 am, and at 1:46 am I received a call from the Careem team saying that while the food had been dispatched from the restaurant, they couldn’t locate the captain. They admitted he wasn’t answering his phone and simply told me, Sorry, we’ll cancel the order and refund your card within 5–7 days.This was extremely frustrating, especially at such a late hour, when we had school and work in the morning. There was no effort to handle my frustration or provide a real solution. A few days earlier, I had another issue with Careem Supermarket: they delivered rotten meat. I immediately sent pictures of the blackened meat along with a message, and all I got was an apology and a promise of a refund. I asked them to collect the meat, investigate, and ensure it doesn’t happen again, but they didn’t bother to follow up or take responsibility. Now, this is the third incident in less than two weeks. On top of that, Careem is charging us twice even though the app mentions free service for 6 months with an FAB credit card. Found that they deducted the amount from ny son phone and he never or rarely uses it and never subscribed for it This repeated lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper customer care is unacceptable and i am not happy with all of that @careem #careem

A very disappointing app. I canceled my order within 5 seconds but they will not give my money back. They said the restaurant already received the order but it was not even delivered. They will just say sorry and do nothing about it. They have the cancel option in the first place. If the order is received by the restaurant already, they should not have the cancel option and just continue delivering the food. Now, no food and no refund. They will just rob you of your money.

On October 2, I took a 10-minute ride inside Abu Dhabi. An hour or two later, my card was debited for 218 AED by Careem. For the last week, called their Careem care three times. Each time I was told that the driver did not finish the ride after dropping me off so I paid for all his further rides. Each time a guy from their call center told me that the matter is escalated and I’ll receive a call from them within 24 hours. Each time I did not receive any call and nothing happened. No one contacted me. I also tried texting their help center, every day I send a message asking for a refund - and face silence. Simply no reply from Careem at all. Unfortunately, the driver — a female — demonstrated repeated errors in both driving judgment and route navigation, which significantly prolonged our journey and caused unnecessary stress. Unsafe Driving Behavior: Even before exiting the airport, the driver nearly failed to yield to a pedestrian already crossing the designated pedestrian lane — a serious safety lapse. 2. Repeated Navigational Errors: • She took the Abu Dhabi exit instead of Sharjah, despite clear instructions beforehand. • After ending up in Al Warqaa, she ignored the GPS instruction to make a U-turn and instead took a left, causing further delay. • She nearly missed the Sharjah exit again and almost drove into Mirdif City Centre, requiring us to intervene multiple times to correct her route. • She continued to drive on the service road unnecessarily, nearly rerouting us back to the airport again until we instructed her to exit. 3. Communication and Attitude: • Throughout the trip, I remained polite, respectfully addressing her as “sister” and using “please” when offering directions. • At Wasit Road, she again showed confusion, almost entering a petrol station, seemingly unsure of the proper lane. • When we advised her to take the Corniche exit near our final destination, she abruptly stopped the vehicle and claimed we were the reason she was driving poorly. • She dismissed our explanation, told us to “just stop talking,” and twisted the scenario, blaming us for her errors. 4. Unprofessional Conduct at Drop-off: • She refused to unlock the door on my side, forcing me to manually unlock it. • She didn’t open the rear compartment for our luggage, leaving my husband to knock and wait. • When it came time to pay, she threw the card machine on the passenger seat and told us to “just pay, go, and shut the door.” Her attitude was not only dismissive but outright rude, and her behavior unbefitting of someone representing the Dubai Taxi brand. For someone who appears unable to follow GPS or read a map, and who blames passengers for her mistakes, it is deeply concerning that she is allowed to serve airport travelers — many of whom, like us, have just come off a 12+ hour flight and are already fatigued. We paid AED 152 for this journey, a fare clearly inflated by the numerous detours caused by her repeated errors. The lack of professionalism, safety awareness, and basic customer service was appalling. I urge Dubai Taxi and the RTA to take this matter seriously. Unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience catching a taxi from the airport to our hotel. I believe it was an 8-10 min drive. The driver helped load our bags into the car and upon sitting down and showing the location of our hotel the driver was so upset and started muttering under his breath and started bickering. My dad questioned what was wrong and he mentioned that it was a short drive and he doesn’t earn much from the trip. My dad tried to explain to him that it is life. Sometimes we get short trips and sometimes long but unfortunately it’s part of the job. However, he mentioned that he basically gives 3/4 of the money he gets from the trips towards the company. He goes on to say that it doesn’t cover his rent etc. (I can understand his frustrations but it was very rude to take it out on us.) He drove quite aggressively and continued to mutter under his breath. We discussed amongst ourselves mentioning that he seemed quite disappointed. Despite the driver treating us like this we ensured that it wouldn’t affect our time in Dubai. I urge the company to please ask drivers to be kind and understanding. However, when I personally went to collect the phone from him, he refused to return it without additional payment and behaved in a highly disrespectful and abusive manner. I have already raised a complaint, but the driver continues to demand more money to return my phone. No stars because SCAMMERS. The driver your drivers attempted to steal from us. He asked for card or cash, when we said cash he took that opportunity to scam. The total was 116 and proceeded to tell us it’s 150 if it’s cash. He was so confident which tells us he’s done this before. Once we said card he said okay 116z This is who is representing your company and reputation. I can tell you he is around 160cm and wears glasses and comes from South Asia (Indian). Complaint Regarding Rude Behavior of Dubai Taxi Driver XE194 - Plate No. 7683 / Time: 10:27 AM June 8 2025. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against one of your taxi drivers operating under XE194 plate number 7683. The driver displayed extremely rude and arrogant behavior, showing no respect towards me or my wife as customers. When my wife asked for a receipt, the driver responded by saying, "There is no paper in the card machine. The company did not provide any. I cannot give you a receipt." He then repeated, "No receipt will be issued. OK?" in a raised voice. He became confrontational, raised his voice at both of us, and even got out of his car to take a picture of me without permission. Additionally, he failed to return the correct change after the payment. This kind of behavior is unacceptale and unprofessional. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

Its nice that they have POD services (for people of determination) but please... please improve your system on this, my daughter who is going to therapy is always late and sometimes driver doesn't show up, and always problem with billing! Taxi drivers doesn't know how to apply the discount for PODs! and always me and my wife are always arguing because of how chaotic your services for POD. I dont used to review but i have to raise awareness that one of your driver is a scammer and taking advantage to those who are new in uae. My sister was a passenger today aug 11 around 11pm. From airport terminal 2 to satwa. He asked straight to my sister to pay in cash but my sister said she dont have only card. During the travel the meter gives a warning that there will be extra charges but he did not pay attention to it.And when my sister paid he said it did not went through. Unfortunately it will not notify to my sisters phone that it was deducted because my number is link to that card. So she said she will call me but the driver insisted to tap one more time and said to her it will refund if it will deduct two times. Unfortunately my sister is new so she tap and transaction went twice when she asked for the receipt the driver refuse to give and he left. Very poor Uber experience in Dubai! My issues: 1. Unlike in the US, where you pay the quoted fare, in Dubai they charge you for fare adjustments. So the fare you pay may be more than the original quote. I was very surprised to see that! 2. They double charged me for the tip when I booked a trip to the airport. When I raised a "help request", they said they couldn't refund the extra tip to my credit card but would give uber cash. I'm a visitor to Dubai and don't need company cash, just a refund to my card for the mistake made by Uber Dubai. I disputed the charge with my credit card immediately and was given provisional credit. Fast forward 3 weeks, I'm surprised to see an email from Uber with an updated trip receipt, where they have charged the same tip a third time to another credit card I have on file with them. I did not authorize the charge but Uber Dubai seems to think they can simply charge the tip to any card I have on file and at any point after the trip has been completed. 3. Another experience - I booked an Uber taxi to a destination and took a local taxi back. The Uber driver took a rather long circuitous route, while the taxi took a short direct route that was a cheaper fare than the uber fare. 4. The only good thing I've seen with Uber taxis are that the drivers are very pleasant and safe drivers, and that the cars are comfortable and clean, hence the 2 stars. I recommend using local taxis in Dubai - they're easy to find or call; they take direct routes where you get charged by the meter and the fare isn't expensive; you don't have the hassles of disputing credit card charges and can simply pay by cash.

Very good idea to make cancellations fees, when drivers catch you and the program said to wait 20 minutes and 15 kilometers to you. You staying at +45 at the street with child and then driver ask at chat can you cancel this trip? I must pay for it start from 15 derhams for it? So maybe it is better to find another taxi company.

I don’t know what’s going on with the hala drivers recently but more often than not they are taking longer routes to increase the fair. Yesterday I hailed a hala from the street and requested terminal 2 - from this moment captain was complaining it’s not a long route and it’s just his luck. Captain then proceeded to drive to terminal 3 instead of 2. When I made him aware of this he said I didn’t ask for terminal 2 and said I don’t speak proper English (I am English). He asked me questions like ‘are you nervous’ which was bizarre. I ended up having to pay tolls any double the route time because he drove the wrong way despite me clearly asking for terminal 2 before I even got into the taxi. I’ve also had an occasion where the driver tried to intimidate me into giving a tip after driving the long route - he put the tip screen on the card terminal in front of me and demanded 10/15 dirham tip whilst leaning over me to pressure me to do it. He began aggressively unplugging wires and turned the metre back on when I refused. The behaviour from some of the drivers is unacceptable. Male drivers should not be intimidating young women in their cars and gaslighting them. Will do the most to avoid using hala from now on as the drivers seem to want to scam you. This is a shame for the genuine drivers that hala do have.

hi -last night around 7:30 pm I booked from Hala taxi via WhatsApp with driver plate 49006.My location and to destination is from Queen Elizabeth 2 port Rashid to Al ghubaiba. the captain took a long round going somewhere Jumeirah/Satwa round about (if I'm not mistaken) and then going through the bridge taking us long turn and rounds. In fact, it will take us to reach our destination around less than 3 mins as expected however the dangerous part he dropped us behind the middle of interaction. The driver used Google maps application instead of ways application. We had to go the longer way, I paid extra money and he seemed following the wrong directions on purpose to make me feel more upset and angry. Visiting the Burj Khalifa was honestly a dream come true. The moment I stood at the base of this incredible skyscraper, I had to tilt my head all the way up — it looked endless. It’s not just tall; it’s truly mind-blowing to see in person. I went up to the observation deck on the 124th floor, and the elevator ride itself was an experience — super smooth and high-speed. The view from the top was unreal. I could see the entire Dubai skyline, desert on one side, and the sea on the other. Everything looked like a miniature model. The best time to go, in my opinion, is just before sunset — watching the city lights come on from above was magical. The interiors were modern and classy, and the whole place was very well-organized. There were touchscreen guides, photo spots, and glass walls everywhere to soak in the views. For me, the Burj Khalifa wasn’t just a tourist spot — it felt like standing on top of the world. A must-visit if you’re ever in Dubai!

The long walk from the station to the mall can be tiring, especially in the heat. However, opting for the free shuttle bus service can save you time and energy, allowing you to arrive at your destination feeling refreshed and ready to explore.

Dubai Mall Metro Station is usually busy, but it becomes even more crowded in the evening and at night, especially on holidays when the crowd is much larger. One of its main advantages is the direct exit leading to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which makes access very convenient. The exit has moving walkways that help reduce the walking distance, making the connection to the mall much easier.

Basically it's the Dubai landmark and everyone rushes to visit it. It's all nice and fun. Got a ticket for the 124/5 floor for 60 Euros. It was during the night so the view over the city is absolutely impressive. The thing you don't really hear about are the ques. They are everywhere! You'll spend at least 45 minutes to get on top of it so brace yourself. Other than that it really is impressive!

This not a complaint but my humble request to RTA team to understand and do the needful as soon as possible with there understanding this situation of summer, regarding this Bus station in Muhaisnah 4 Fewa 2, station No 327002 in winter there is full fledged AC working in station booth but now summer started and there is no AC and it's been a long time that no maintenance has been made by departments so my kind request that do the needful for the necessity, it very hot outside the temperature is increasing day by day I hope the authorities understand the situation and do the needful as soon as possible for public concern.

There are two bus stops in front of your office and I am in Lulu Village. Due to the heat in front of the main office, people cannot even wait for the bus. It's a big help to prepare as much a/c as you can. I have been in this UAE for 7 years and have never experienced anything like this.

Morning I was in hurry and got this taxi passing through..as I got down I said it's card payment and gave my card for transportation after few seconds I receive message from bank it's deducted AED 12 ...I said the driver it's deducted but he said it's not showing in the machine And requested to do again I asked him it's deducted from my end then why I have to do it again but he denied and asked again to swipe and said you will get that refund back after sometime, till now I have not got my refund and when m trying to reach the customer service they are not responding....very poor service and also I when I asked the receipt for first one he said as it's declined receipt will not come and handed over me the second receipt.

Huge office with lots of staff to assist. Very clean and bright. I printed my driving licence in the RTA Kiosk and it only takes 2 minutes. Great location too but there's limited parking. So avoid rush hour and better come early in the morning. The office closes early so pay attention with their operational hours.

This is the best service I’ve received! I was in and out in under 10 minutes - this is unheard of! Thank you so much for the efficient and excellent service of THIS branch. Monday morning 7:30 AM I was there to avoid the queue. (For all my South African in Dubai, use this centre to change your license) I’d recommend going to a government building with a pants not shorts for men. However, the security was kind enough to lend me a pants! As soon as the eye test was done (185 AED) It took 2 minutes. You can pay cash or card, if you decide to pay cash make sure you have 1000 AED with you besides the eye test. Also off street parking will set you back 6 AED don’t pay for two, you’ll be out in 10 minutes. Lekker, I hope this helps!

RTA metro red line service is degraded and disrupted again. It is terrible and not reliable after the storm last week. It has been more than one week but still cannot restore the normal operation. Worst metro service in the world.

I was issued a parking fine minutes later.. after i had actually paid for the parking.. Since then.. been trying to complain... do the fine despute thing.. submitted all necessary proof of payment and followed Up but its all in vain.. just back and forth and nothing ever gets resolved..

I went 2 times for different purposes , first time it was for RTA apps and information about conversion of french driving licence to Emirati DL. I was perfectly informed and RTA apps account works. Fully satisfy . The second time , after followd the instruction given previously , I went for applying driving licence , I met same person and another one , both were very profesionnal and helpfull . to conclude : full satisfaction of provided services and advises .

Worst service. The guy who is installing machine is so lazy fixing the stuff in smart kiosk. People are waiting using machine but he has his own speed. Left the machine unattended without any instructions or signboard.

On 16 June 2024, around 8:15PM to 8:30PM, we picked a taxi from Dubai Mall Taxi Pick up. We were here in Dubai as tourists and it was our last day. Unfortunately we had an almost traumatic experience, we wanted to go Karama to one of the restaurants. The driver who was wearing a grey hoodie, we are new to the country and it was late in the night so couldn’t really get much details all I know it was a Car, registered Taxi, the name of the driver was Stephen. He did say he was from Nigeria. Not enough details but I hope the authorities atleast stay alert over such drivers. To exit from the Dubai mall while he is within the parking he raised the speed to 60 at once and slowed down, He kept screaming out the city we want to go out of nowhere, he was like I will take you to Abu Dhabi and stuff like that, which clearly didn’t seem as a joke. He goes on to watch a movie while driving, increasing the volume of the music out of nowhere and decreasing it, scrolling through social media. He seemed crazy. While reaching our location safely thankfully, the amount was 31aed, he took 35aed and said okay and kept it. We don't mind tipping, but tipping to the right people who gives us a pleasant and safe ride, not for such a weirdo. We were in an hurry and he had stopped on the road instead of side, he also tried to drive away while the passenger was still trying to get down. It was late in the night, we were too tired and all this had us panicked, we couldn’t get much information. He dropped us near Kozhikode Star Restaurant, Karama around 9:00PM maybe. We were a family of 3 members. this one person ruined the experience for us, I hope the taxi company and Dubai mall security team as well keeps a strict watch on such guys, they might cause a traumatic experience to some tourists.

Before taking a taxi, please check whether the meter is functioning properly, as the driver may extort several times the fare from passengers on the grounds of instrument failure, and Dubai Mall and RTA cannot do anything about it!

I’m in the process of filing complaints, especially since they don’t record anything properly on the invoice—they just write ‘service’ because they know they are messing things up. In addition, I am involving the Ministry of Labor for taking action against untrained personnel and for tampering with vehicles.”

I went to jumeirah branch for 1 cv boot replacement, unfortunately they didnt not use the correct cv grease but instead they put the wheel bearing grease resulting to drying up the inside of the cv boot.They also put an improvise clamp to seal around the boot eventually damaging the whole axle.I end up spending more!!!

I recently had car mat installation work done at SANA AUTO SERVICES. While the installation itself was done well and I have no complaints about the quality of the mat, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff, especially the person in the office and the technician who installed the mat. Before the installation, I clearly informed the technician that I have an under-seat subwoofer and asked him to be careful. However, he was in a hurry and didn’t take proper care while working inside the car. After the work was completed, I paid the full amount and left. When I reached home, I found that my subwoofer was no longer working. Upon inspection, I discovered that the RCA cable was damaged during the installation. I immediately informed the person I was in contact with. He told me they don’t have an electrician and asked me to bring the car back. If there is no electrician available, I didn’t see the point in returning. So, I had the cable fixed at another shop, which cost me extra—almost the same as what I paid for the carpet. When I informed him about this, instead of understanding the issue, he accused me of lying and claimed the woofer was already damaged. This is completely untrue. If I am willing to invest in a high-quality woofer, why would I lie about a simple cable? What disappointed me most was not the damage, but the way it was handled. No apology, no responsibility taken. In fact, he contradicted himself by later saying they do have shops and electricians—then why say otherwise earlier? This kind of attitude is unacceptable. A simple apology or some support for the damage caused by your staff would have been appreciated. Instead, I was blamed and treated with disrespect. There are many other shops that treat their customers with care and professionalism. I hope other customers take this feedback and double think about giving your car to this shop. If needed, I have proof of everything mentioned above.

Honestly, I run a few businesses and I hate to take a business down, but this is unacceptable! Keep in mind I left the car for a week total seven days … and I did multiple upholstery jobs with multiple shops for my three cars I honestly got one of the worst jobs in the Uphostery history, not only did they do a bad job fitting the seats .. they gave me leather with stains on it, those stains are permanent and the photos I took after cleaning… they also messed up my AC.. I think they left the car running without supervision … and my dash plastic is messed up from their bad craftsmanship… I only tried their place because it had good reviews, but after I did it myself, I think those reviews are skewed up… keep in mind and don’t make the same mistake I did

We are fully satisfied with the workmanship, quality and price range and would highly recommend Sana Auto for you car interiors! Work done in my car was complete replacement of leather seats (7 seater) plus steering wheel leather replacement and floor mats including trunk mat you can see in the photos shared below.

Been using Amex Rental Cars for a year on repetitive 3 monthly contracts. No fuss, great value and prompt service - if the car requires changing and/or servicing it’s addressed quickly. Had a “no fault” accident and once the Police Report was filed the car was exchanged immediately with no questions asked. Great service.

We immediately tried to get in touch to exchange it, but they were completely unreachable. Multiple WhatsApp messages and calls went ignored for days. When we finally got through, they refused to replace the car, tried to stall us, and made excuses to delay so they could charge us for extra days – even though the car wasn’t functioning properly in the first place. Now they are refusing a refund and taking no responsibility for this terrible service. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in customer safety or satisfaction. Renting from them was a huge mistake — don’t let it happen to you. Zero stars if I could.

Experience was great with this service rental. The rates were a little higher than expected but I was encouraged to go for it if I need a car without complaints. Everything was planned to perfection. Including the planning for a few surprises for my friend's birthday. Shan and Yassiel were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough as they took us literally all over Dubai. The monorail is an Amazing way to enjoy views of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah ending in Atlantis. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is that the Dubai city can do a better job to provide nicer views throughout the journey. I understand this is not easy and requires planning but given the focus of attracting tourists I would have loved better planning. During most part of the journey barring the beginning and the end, the ride is surrounded by buildings and there is no clear view of the palm sea side.

Rode the Palm Jumeirah Monorail! 🚝 BEST views of the Palm fronds & Atlantis - absolutely stunning! 🤩 Clean, smooth, air-conditioned ride. Super convenient for getting to Atlantis Aquaventure. Highly recommended for sightseers and Atlantis guests – manage expectations for commuters!

The Dubai Monorail is indeed a unique and amazing way to explore the city, especially if you're traveling with family. The Dubai Monorail is located on Palm Jumeirah, the man-made island, and connects the island to the mainland. It's a driverless and automated transit system, offering stunning views of the palm-shaped island and the surrounding sea. The monorail journey offers a great perspective of the luxury hotels, including Atlantis The Palm, and gives you a peek at the skyscrapers in the distance. For families, it’s an exciting ride as it’s smooth and comfortable, with air-conditioned cabins. You can enjoy scenic views of the coastline and landmarks as you travel. The monorail itself is a bit short, but it gives you easy access to places like Atlantis, Aquaventure Waterpark, and The Pointe shopping. Ticket for Adult is 15 aed if your children is 2 years no ticket needed even you can book through online

I visited on a weekday. The tourist rush was high, we were lucky to get some seats. Recommended seating arrangement: While going to Atlantis Station: Sit on left to see Atlantis Sit on right to see the Taj Royal and Burj Al Arab While coming back: Sit on right to see Atlantis with lights on Left Side is not so impressive. While coming back from the monorail we had to wait for quite long.

Worth the view. They charge 30 dirham per person for a round trip to atlantis. The waiting is a bit longer than the usual metro but totally worth the view.

It's all right, do it if you are here, you may not have the choice not to anyway. It is a bit more pricey than it should. If you are unsure which ticket you need, just buy it one at a time if you need it, as you need it, my day pass turned out to be an overkill for what I needed. If you want to take a photo of the Atlantis hotel you may exit at the end, walk 5 minutes to see it from the ocean side, up to your preference. The timing of trains is a bit less frequent than I think it is justified.

Great experience with Emirates Transfers! The driver was very polite and professional, he greeted us at arrivals hall and showed us the way to the vehicle. We have booked an absolutely gorgeous Lexus and we had a very comfy ride to our hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with the car booking service was extremely disappointing. I had booked a car to pick up my family and me from the airport, and all the dates were confirmed, with the trip details shared and the payment made in advance. However, upon arrival at the airport, the car was nowhere to be found. When I contacted the company, they apologized, stating that they had overlooked the return date. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when you rely on such a service after a long flight. I do not recommend using this service.

I would absolutely not recommend this service. Our driver was a no show at the airport. We waited at the pickup area for 20 minutes on the phone to various people at the company and with three tired children. We were eventually reallocated a driver. The walk from the meeting area to the car was 15 minutes and the car we had was old with barely working air conditioning. The experience was so bad we cancelled our return leg that night and ordered an Uber lux for the return journey (which was seamless). Unsurprisingly Emirates transfers still charged us for the return leg which we never took and we were unable to get a refund. **update rather than own their mistake they’re trying to suggest I booked with a different company so attaching my booking **

I recently used Emirates Transfer to and from DXB, and it was thoroughly impressed. Booking was easy, the car arrived promptly, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The drivers were professional, polite and helpful they carried the bags without asking them to do so. I will use their service always and I highly recommend their reliable service for hassle-free airport transfers.

I booked an airport transfer for a friend recently. The booking and payment process was easy, which is why I awarded one star. However, despite entering my home address details in to the booking form very clearly and receiving a confirmation, the driver did not know where to bring my friend. What should have been a straight forward 40 mins drive from the airport at 01:30am became an epic adventure as the driver took my friend to 2 other communities before finally delivering my friend at 03:45am to my house. What is the point of providing address information in the booking if the driver has no idea where to take the customer? The reason I booked a transfer was because this was my friend's first time to Dubai. He had never been to my house so I relied on a professional transfer driver to get him there. To compound the issue, I called customer service to complain the next day and was promised an investigation would be conducted. Unfortunately I have heard nothing back in the 2.5 weeks that have elapsed since. Quite frankly I expected a lot better from an established transfer company.

The driver arrived at the appointed place on time, the car was new, clean, exactly as ordered. The service is efficient, the vehicles are always in excellent condition, and the drivers are faithful to the agreed-upon schedule. Our experience with this transfer company was not good. Let me explain in detail. We were a group of persons traveling to Dubai for the first time from all over the world (England, USA, Canada, and the Caribbean), and we found this transfer company on Google similar to what you are looking for, I was just as skeptical, read the reviews, driver reassuring us on whatsapp, was still uncomfortable but took the chance because i didn't have much details but please read this before confirming while I give me HONEST review: 1. Firstly, I must say Ali is a good communicator and he does his job. He speaks english and is always available online to talk. 2. Secondly, We did get the service. We arranged for the pickup. Once we arrived, the driver was there and he guided us to the bus and took us to our hotel and we paid him. 3. Thirdly, this is where we had the problems: THE PRICE & THE VALUE WE RECEIVED IS UNACCEPTABLE AND ALI OVERCHARGING PEOPLE/CLIENTS AND VERY RUDE AND STRICK ABOUT IT. We had arranged this pick up two weeks in advance, and he gave us the cost. At first, we were questioning the figure because his cost would be doubling (2x) and, in some cases, tripling ( 3x) the market value when compared to premium services. For example, he was changing $USD 435 ONE WAY from DXB airport to the hotel, which is 20 mins away, and his bus was too small for 10 people, it could barely fit the passengers and luggage's 🧳, persons had to be squeezing up. It's wrong to be charging people PREMIUM prices for LOW service. In comparison to Ali cost, we got a driver to do the same route, and he charged less than half the price with a much BIGGER bus. When I talked to people in the Taxi industry in Dubai, they said that Ali is a thief to be charging that much money for that LOW or PREMIUM service. Even a few of our clients were disappointed in the service they received from the cost they had to pay. Finally, if he offers to do any tours... please decline immediately. DO NOT DO ANY TOURS, THEY DO NOT KNOW NOTHING OR OFFER ANY GUIDANCE. What Ali did was send a list to all the tours that can be done in ONE DAY (which is IMPOSSIBLE to be done in one day), we found this out because one activity session takes 2-3hrs and he didn't even mention that until we got tickets. This driver is all about money and knows nothing about service, especially tours or simply guidance for tourists. He doesn't give any guidance to say spend 30 mins here, 1 hour here and not even a basic tour while driving, its complete silence from the moment the driver picks you up. The driver then drops you off, said he will be waiting and nothing.... So out of the 12-15 activities he listed we only got to do TWO (2) and when we explained to him, he said we have the pay him full price again for another day, this was when I said, this man is ridiculous. This was a group of 12 persons and he was just defending money, nothing about service. I have no problem with paying, but not when the service is this poor. I also see other persons complaining about his cost on Google review. Finally, as mentioned before, we received the airport pickup and drop off, but this taxi service is 2x & 3x the market value. In addition, get persons who specialize in tours exclusively or one that is reasonable, not this company. Thanks

The Dubai Tram (Arabic: ترام دبي‎) is a tramway located in Al Sufouh, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It runs for 14.5 kilometers (9.0 mi) along Al Sufouh Road from Dubai Marina to the Palm Jumeirah and Al Sufouh. The tram connects with the Jumeirah Lakes Towers and DAMAC Properties stations of the Dubai Metro's Red Line, and two more stations are expected to connect with the tram in the future. The Dubai Tram is also connected with the monorail of the Palm Jumeirah at the entrance of the Palm from Sufouh Road. Alstom Citadis 402 trams near the Al Sufouh depot in July 2014. The first section, a 10.6-kilometer (6.6 mi) long tram line which serves 11 stations, was ceremonially inaugurated on 11 November 2014, by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with the line officially opening for public service at 6:30 am (UTC 04:30) on 12 November 2014. Love this service I wished though the people with Silver cards wouldn't use the doors of Gold class to leave the tram. Quite annoying to stand there by the doors waiting for number of people to come out, running to these doors through the whole tram and blocking passengers holding gold cards from boarding

Amazing experience by the Altair Passenger Transportation team. Special thanks goes to Mr. Rosary Lavin for scheduling and organizing our trip from our villa in Al Ain to Dubai Airport. We had initially opted for the economy class vegicle. Mr. Rosary also, generously, offered a larger vehicle as a company courtesy as we had a large number of luggage. A BIG thank you for that. Another special thanks goes to our Chauffeur, Mr. Shezhad Akram. He was at our villa on time and transported us to the Dubai Aiport swiftly and safely. He helped load the spacious GMC Yukon and managed to fit all 6 large bags, as well as 3 smaller bags, still leaving room for my wife and I. I highly recommend these wonderful gentlemen and this outstanding vehicle of choice. I will be hiring Altair Passenger Transport llc company again and I do recommend them for all your transportation needs.

I had Zayed drive me all day in Abu Dhabi from Dubai and had an excellent experience. He was courteous and professional where he knew the perfect balance of offering guidance vs leaving me personal space. Tram stations feel a bit chaotic in terms of gold class/normal class/women-children space/wheelchair space. But buying tickets was easy enough and the tram system is completely wheelchair accessible.

The tram and tram stations were very clean and well-maintained, with hardly any crowds, which made traveling comfortable. Even around Palm Jumeirah and downtown nearby, the atmosphere felt calm and not overly busy. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

There was a wrong information on the website but please stop here and transfer to palm jumeirah access monorail. Monorail was not connected immediately; need to walk about 5~7 mins through the parking area.

This two stars are just for a knowledgeable driver & good car. But am very disappointed with the payment system which is the main part of SERVICE. XXRide charged me twice for the same ride. One amount was been charged before the car arrival and other one more amount was been charged by XXRide while arriving at Destination. If this App - do not resolve my query, I will not be using this APP any more and will be uninstalling it and will be informing to my friends not to use this app. This is really not acceptable !

You are not available 24/7 as you claim, that's misleading just like terms and conditions you claim I agreed to, hidden in a faulty app. bottom line, you are bad, that's my opinion and I'm not using you again and I'll make sure to share my opinion. Cars and drivers belong to limousine companies, whose drivers also work with Uber and Careem, but at least Uber and Careem have actual customer service to reach when something goes wrong. Our XXRIDE friend here, however, doesn't, even though they say they do. So, it was once and never again. You might want to use the extra money you charged me to improve your service.

Charged over 30% more at the end of the ride. 75 + 24.41 after ride. Waited for driver about 30min and at the end we got charged waiting charges.

Working with cMolds is not a smooth experience. Big promises are made in the start and right after deadlines are not met, project managers don't respond to emails and other messages, project manager responds at their own convenience, all the clients requests are not applied despite mentioning it multiple times, twice the amount of time is taken to show below average work, project director does not join meeting that clients requests them to join, project manager makes decisions for the client without clients consent, top all of this with a cherry of extreme miscommunication and twisting of words to in then end blame the client completely. They are not dedicated to provide work to match clients vision and are constantly contradicting with communication. Not a pleasant experience to work with CMOLDS.

I booked a luxury Nissan Patrol for a week while I was in Dubai and it was a great experience. The car was brand new and in perfect condition and was perfect for Dubai Roads! Osama was a very helpful person throughout the process answering all my queries. I was relaxed knowing they had full insurance for my peace of mind and there were no unexpected fees or charges at the end! Overall a great experience and will definitely use them next time I’m in Dubai. Recommended wholeheartedly!
