Visited the place with friend for dinner. Rasoi Ghar is quite famous in Dubai as you can get unlimited food. It is pure vegetarian restaurants and has good seating place. It is not fine dining place but you can have good experience.
Staff is very nice and serve you well so many different options - you have 4-5 starters, drinks, main course and many desserts. The restaurant has fixed menu.
The place is located on upper ground floor so you need to climb 4-5 stairs. Can be little difficult for people with special needs.

Rasoi Ghar serves good vegetarian food. We had booked a table for 8 for unlimited veg thali and the experience was wholesome. The starters are flavourful. Loved the cutlet especially. The main course has variety of dals, breads and vegetable curries. The chutneys and pickles are great too. All this is accompanied by three choices of rice. If you still have some appetite left, they serve delectable sweets in the dessert. Overall, a good experience for vegetarian lovers.
Excellent vegetarian restaurant with varieties of dishes and traditional sitting arrangements. We take thali and it was very good especially sweets. Roties were very good. Sabzi and dals taste was average. But all over experience was very good. Staff was friendly.
Have been here multiple times as they serve authentic vegetarian thali and reminds of flavours from india. Last I visited with friends who are predominantly non-veg eaters but they loved the whole thali. We ate upto our hearts content. The variety was amazing. We loved the cutlet, thepla and dry fruit halwa. Aam ras was relishable but needed more cream in it. The only element missing in whole thali is a side of some type of salad, to neutralise the rich and carb loaded options we had. We enjoyed the seasons favourite aam panha and kachcha aam curry. We will surely go back for more.
We went here this week for lunch and it’s one of the best food I had. The hospitality is top-notch. The care they took and the love with which they served food is really nice.
I really loved everything there today , the food , the atmosphere and especially the service. The staff was so sweet and kind. When they got to know it was my sisters bday they brought in the mithai cake. It was very kind of them . Highly recommend this place. Maharaja Bhog Al Karama is one of the busiest outlet I would say and its a pure vegetarian restaurant. They have first come first serve basis. The ambience is really good and the service is lovely. The staff is always smiling and serves happily, feels like home. Paid street parking is available but difficult to get. They have a widespread of menu and unlimited servings. You can ask for the menu on WhatsApp if you wish to before planning to go. They have a chaat counter separately at the entrance. I found it to be quite average.
The price per adult is 59aed which is totally worth it.
Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Visited Maharaja Bhog in Dubai and had an absolutely delicious experience! If you're craving authentic Gujarati-Rajasthani food, this place is a must-visit.
What truly stood out for me was the unlimited Aamras – fresh, sweet, and served with so much warmth. I honestly could’ve had bowls of it all day! Another favorite was the Gujarati-style Kadhi – light, perfectly balanced in flavor, and so comforting.
The thali is super generous, with a huge variety of sabzis, dals, rotis, farsan, sweets, and more. The staff is so courteous – they keep refilling your plate with a smile, just like at home. The whole experience feels royal yet heartwarming.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves pure vegetarian Indian food. I’ll definitely be back for more Aamras soon! 😋

Great Rajastani vegetarian unlimited Thali.
A good friend of mine took me there. All items on the plate were good. Loved the curd vada and having pooris with freshly squeezed mango juice (Aam Ras).
This is a great meal with a good variety of side dishes. You also get Dhokla which is like a steamed idli topped with different chutneys. The mango pickle and dal is very good. Highly recommend this place. Its quite an experience if you haven't had Rajasthani vegetarian food. Serving staff are very friendly and suggest food items that enhance your dining experience.

The no-frills canteen-style ambiance adds to the authentic experience. In addition to South Indian specialties, they also serve North Indian-style vegetarian dishes and traditional sweets.
Simple and very nice place with the fast and good service. Kerala dosa as it is with many options. For the lunch you can have traditional tali meal. Im fun of plain dosa with ghee that make it more crispy.
Coconut chatni is really good. I believe there is more options, but I always go with dosa.

Ordered in the classic Paper Roast from Saravanaa Bhavan and it truly hit the spot! Crispy, golden, and stretched out impressively across the plate, it came with three flavorful chutneys and a warm, comforting bowl of sambar that brought everything together beautifully.
To round things off, I ordered their special filter coffee - rich, smooth, and just the right kick to wrap up the meal.
Their home delivery is quick too!
If you are looking for a good South Indian speciality vegetarian restaurant, look no further.. Saravanaa Bhavan is the place to be.. The food is purely tasty, authentic in all aspects and never comprising on its taste.. Slightly costlier but it's worth every penny because the quality, quantity and ambience which it offers is truly remarkable.. The service is super quick without compromising on its taste...the staff is courteous and very professional..

Been coming to this restaurant since childhood. The nostaglia factor hits hard when the delectable flavours of south india hit the palate. A plate of crispy vadas , a hot sambar, a papery dosa and an assortment of chutneys set the stage for mini idlis , pongal and a sweet treat of sheera to end your meal. Washing it down with a hot cup of frothy filter coffee seals the meal leaving your heart and your tummy satisfied
I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding your hotel manager’s behavior. Today, I visited your hotel for breakfast around 10:30 a.m. and observed that the manager was sitting at a table, organizing work, and speaking loudly with the staff. His tone and volume were disturbing the nearby guests, which created an unpleasant dining atmosphere.
Kindly advise your manager to maintain professional conduct within the hotel premises to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. I have already informed to your Billing counter team .

Dhaba Lane, a budget-friendly Indian restaurant in Dubai, opened its doors in 2017 and puts a modern twist on traditional Dhaba-style cuisine. Nestled in Karama, it offers a laid-back dining atmosphere reminiscent of the roadside shacks (Dhabas) ingrained in Indian culture.
If youre looking for an authentic punjabi dhaba experience, then I highly recommend this spot! Food and vibes are fab and so is the service. There is ample RTA parking available around the venue.

We particularly enjoyed the flavors and presentation of the dishes, which clearly showed attention to detail in the kitchen. However, the portion sizes felt quite small, especially considering the high pricing. For the amount served, we expected a bit more on the plate.
One major letdown was the bottled water, which was priced at 7 dirhams — far too much for something so basic. This gave the impression that prices were inflated across the board or that portion sizes may have been intentionally reduced to cut costs. It left us feeling that the overall value for money wasn’t great.
Another disappointing aspect was the lack of hospitality at the counter. The cashier didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming, which dampened the experience. Good food can be let down by poor service, and unfortunately, that was the case here.
While the food quality was commendable, the overall experience was average due to poor value and unfriendly service. There’s potential, but improvements in pricing transparency and customer interaction would make a big difference.

My family and I randomly visited Dhaba Lane in Karama. The traditional Indian entrance and lovely ambiance make it an ideal dining destination for the whole family. The mustard and tandoori-flavored paneer tikka (with fresh, soft, and perfectly cooked paneer) and the thela panipuri shots were delicious and left us wanting more. The flavorful paneer takatak and dal makhani, with its creamy texture, made for a wonderful lunch. The ambiance, with its Indian flair, was pleasant. The milestone and truck added a charming touch to the atmosphere. The staff is amazing with fast and great hospitality
We had Veg Thali for lunch. There were limited items. Both the paneer dishes & the starter were on the sweeter side. Could have been spicy. The chat was good. This is our second visit and their food never disappoints us. We tried the ravioli and it is woww , mild flavours that add so much depth to the dish. Also had the cottage cheese sizzler which was average. There Desert menu seems very interesting and innovative and were tempted to try them all. Excellent service with SpiceKlub Dubai is one of the best places if you’re looking for creative vegetarian Indian food. Loved the unique twist on classics like pav bhaji fondue and the pani puri shots – super fun and tasty! The ambience is modern and vibrant, staff are polite, and the desserts are a must-try. Prices are on the higher side and portions could be bigger, but overall, it’s worth visiting for the experience.
The food and service is nice but the tables are very close to each other giving very less privacy and every sound in the room echoes.
We had the most memorable honeymoon dinner here, made extra special by the thoughtful arrangements organized for us. A very special thanks to our waiter, Harish-chandra/vihari/krishna/shru/kishan/leela/prasad/shankar/narmada (apologies for not recalling his full name), whose warmth and attentiveness made the evening truly delightful. The food was nothing short of spectacular—mouth-watering, beautifully presented, and absolutely finger-licking delicious, especially the thick sauce. An experience we will always cherish.

Indians never fail to scam. It's like a cultural thing, I guess. On the board outside, a plate of dahi vada was priced 5 aed. After I had them, they charged me 11 aed. Aparently becuase there were 2 pcs. Who does that. Oh wait Indians.

Bombay Times, well known for their Indian Street food is located in one of the busy lanes of Meena Bazaar. Its a cozy, simple Indian street food joint, just the way you want when you are looking for comfort food.
We tried the Junglee Vada Pav, easily one of the best i had. Tawa Classic pav bhaji, was delicious and the pav was buttered generously. Veg grilled cheese sandwich, a delicious filling and topped with lots of cheese, very generous portion. Paneer Tawa Pulao, flavors was extremely delicious and worth trying, its served with Raita & papad. Masala chai is a must try before leaving the restaurant.
One must definitely head to this place if you are looking for street food types kind of snack. Bombay Times is great place to grab a quick bite.

We had around 25-30 guests, and every one complimented the food. It was our first time trying this place, and it certainly won’t be the last… Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great vegetarian food :)

I’ve had delivery and dine-in experience here. Their dosa is a bomb, really good up to the point I reorder again from them. I hope they keep consistent with the food quality. The restaurant only offers vegetarian menu.
Free parking lots are available in the area, but it’s just a bit hard to find a parking since it is quite crowded.
Frankly speaking i liked the food but i think service is also an essential part of the overall dine-in experience. Maybe the owner is saving some bucks by having less employees as we have to wait almost everytime for the things to even order and then they forget and whole circle starts again. This was not expected when you are with your family.

Have tried masala dosa, rawa ghee onion masala dosa, vada and chai here. Rawa dosa is a must-have as it is crunchy and non-spicy with rich ghee aroma. Sambhar’s taste is also amazing. They serve chai with a flat bowl, just like the south Indian tea is served.
Loved how they present their story in the paper placemats.
Fridays are little crowded and the price charged is worth the food.

My recent lunch at Kamat was fantastic. The dal makhani was rich and creamy, and the chilli garlic noodles had a lovely kick to them. I have been to many Kamats across UAE and the staff has always been soo kind and welcoming! But here at Kamat Business bay, the staff is soo hostile. They are not customer centric and has a very very bad attitude. I ordered thali the first time I visited and as soon as I told thali to the waiter, he said it’s limited. You cannot ask for more dessert also!! Like what’s wrong with this person. I understand that’s the rule and it’s not my first time at Kamat but there is a kind and natural way of saying it. You don’t have to threaten me! I thought it was just with one waiter, but when I asked for more poori ( the first time he only served three pooris), he said how many more do you want? I said some more and he said tell me a number, and that too in an irritated manner! It’s not free food, I am lying for it.
I visited this place the second time (bcz I have grown up visiting Kamat as a child and I still have beautiful memories there) but the same horrible attitude. They behave as if they are giving us free food! Dear Kamat, I am never visiting this outlet again. I really hope you take an action.

Truly impressed by the delicious and unique taste of India at Amala, Palm Jumeirah. The Gunpowder Murgh, Amala Gosht Curry, and Achari Chicken Biryani were all absolutely amazing , rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. Amala has been around for years, which is rare in Dubai — and even rarer is how they’ve consistently maintained such high quality. I went back recently to celebrate my 26th birthday, and I’m so glad I did.
The food was just as phenomenal as I remembered. I highly recommend the tasting menu — it gives you the chance to try a variety of their standout dishes in generous portions, and the value is excellent. We left absolutely stuffed! From the butter chicken and naan to the biryani and cheesecake, everything was a 10/10.
A special shoutout to our waiter Shahim — he was incredibly kind and professional, and made the whole experience even better. The team also surprised me with a beautiful chocolate mousse birthday cake and gave us a fantastic table. It really made the night feel extra special.
I’ll definitely be back (and not waiting so long this time). Highly recommend!

Rajdhani truly brings the taste of India’s Rajasthan and Gujarat to Dubai! The experience started with a welcome hand wash and rose sherbat, followed by delicious chaat and a grand thali filled with endless dishes — each full of flavor and variety. The thepla, paneer capsicum, Gujarati dal, moong masala and aloo rasawala were my favorites. Don’t even get me started on the desserts — jalebi with rabdi and kaju halwa were divine.

Rajdhani restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that transported me to the royal courts of Rajasthan.
The food was phenomenal – every dish was flavorful and authentic, especially the dal bati churma and aamras. The service was prompt and attentive.

I could not believe the price for the Thali at Rajdhani restaurant in Karama, Dubai.
For only 56 dirhams. I was served an absolute feast of a Thali.
The thali consisted of 25 vegetarian Indian dishes with a welcome drink water and buttermilk included in the price.
The waiters constructed my Thali at my table and explained what every dis was. Throughout the meal i was asked if I wanted extra of any of the dishes, but it was so huge I could not eat any more! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and it’s a good way to try new dishes. Everyone was so friendly I was made to feel very welcome. I will definitely be returning again soon.

Last week, I had dinner at Ponnusamy Restaurant, and to my surprise, it turned out to be a great experience. I had stopped visiting the place for a while because the food quality had declined, and the taste wasn’t up to the mark. However, due to limited dining options that evening, I decided to give it another try — and I’m glad I did!
The food was absolutely delicious, and it felt like they’ve truly brought back their original, authentic flavors, just like how it used to be in India. Everything from taste to service was spot on and exceeded my expectations.

The Thali has a variety of briyani, curd rice, sambhar rice, plain rice, fish fry, chicken fry, vegetable curries, rasam, egg, thoran, pickles, orange juices for four people, papadam, omelette, sweet like Kesari, laddu, fish briyani, chicken briyani, mutton briyani, lemon rice, two Nan, chapathi, two bananas. It had almost 49 items. The taste was good and the quantities were good enough for 4 people.

It takes some time to prepare the Thali and better to double check with them before reaching for Thali to ensure the availability.
We visited the place by seeing Bahubali Thali 😋😋but our exit excitement lasted only till we taste it. There are about 50 varieties of dishes but I couldn't eat happily even ONE dish 😢😢. Chicken 🐔 fry dish is soo hard and chapati too. For the sake of only pictures one can visit the place otherwise waste of money.

A special mention to their staff — they were polite, soft-spoken, and always greeted us with a smile, which really made a difference.

The food was pretty decent, i just did not like the portion size. I ordered for malai kofta and they had 4 tiny pcs of kofta in the whole gravy. It was just so embarrassing to come here with a relative for lunch and being disappointed by the portion size. I wont be coming here again personally.

We thought of complete veg and stopped by and had an amazing experience with some of the best chaats, rotis, sabji, and lassis.
The chaats were bursting with flavors—crispy, tangy, and just the right amount of spice. We paired them with masala tea, which was rich, aromatic, and a perfect complement to the snacks.
For drinks, we tried shikanji, which was refreshing and normal.Also the gajar halwa which was also atste which we found many restaurants., but the real star was the mango lassi—thick, creamy, and packed with the perfect balance of sweetness and mango flavor. One of the best we've had in Dubai!

It was near the karama park. Also having a parking slot in front of the restaurant likely paid one. One of the must try vegetarian hotels in dubai.

Used to come often as food and waiters are great. However their AC hasn’t been working over a year. Last year when I visited a few times kept asking them why they haven’t fixed it and the cashier said they are working on it. They had a cooler for a few months which barely worked. Because I like the waiters and their service, kept giving them the chance. Now came back today and same story there is no AC. Can’t believe how hard it would be on the employees to work in this heat let alone the guests to the restaurant.

I believe the quality of this food chain is seeing a downward trend with the price going up. Their earlier taste was too good especially the one near Burjuman metro. Hope they can bring it back.

Chair is comfortable to sit on. I think it’s to much comfortable, I felt like I was drowning in it.
The waiters were nice especially Ricardo who was helpful to us.

I went with my family for the Onam Sadya at Taj Exotica this August (2025), and it turned out to be such a special experience for us. The food honestly felt like home, every dish was so authentic, full of flavor, and prepared with such care. It reminded me of the kind of traditional Sadya you’d expect in Kerala, which is rare to find done so perfectly outside.
The service made it even better. The team was quick, attentive, and genuinely pleasant, which meant we could just sit back and enjoy ourselves without having to ask for anything twice. The atmosphere was festive but still comfortable, making it the perfect setting for a family celebration.
What really stood out for me was when the chefs themselves came around to check how we were enjoying the food. That personal touch made all the difference, you could feel how much pride they took in what they served. (Chef Sonu Koithara and Chef Anish Matthew)

Varq at the Taj exotica is rated one of the best restaurants doing Indian food in Dubai. It lives up to this billing and more with an extremely unique menu that titillates the palate with authentic Indian flavours but with its own signature style.
This is with an extremely welcoming atmosphere where the team make you feel welcomed and then go the extra mile to look after you. They are extremely knowledgeable about the dishes and one gets a good idea of the flavours.
We started with the Vegetable trio and 3 chicken 3 ways trio as appetizers. We were offered an interesting take on mini idli with a tamarindy sauce. The murg makhmali and paneer were exquisite.
For the mains we ordered Purvanchal Bhaji a unique take on methi saag and mandua roti. (Presentation pictured). The presentation is flawless and effort expended is amazing. It's add to the flavour which is smooth on the palate.
The chicken sirka pyaaz just melts in your mouth with the hot panchdhan roti.
After the meal which did not feel heavy at all we settled on Doda burfi pictured.
PS the Sorbet like nimbu pani strikes a sweet sour flavour that's just right.
Note every bit of the presentation is something to savour including the beatroot leaf papad and panjiri.
My compliments to the Sous Chef Anoop Brelvi and the team as they have really come up with something very unique in terms of taking an Indian menu to another level.
Varq provides a great ambience, nice music nothing heavy on the ear. Tables well spaced so you are not disturbed.
The staff go the extra step. Usama you rock.

The place had same nostalgic feeling and food is really tasty and well presented.

Absolutely sensational! Diverse traditional middle eastern food. I adore the Emirati options that are available. Every single ingredient is extremely fresh, well prepared and flavourful. We had a traditional Emirates breakfast (that rose jam ♥️) and foul/hummus (soo creamy, ultimate comfort dish). It was by far the best I have ever eaten, from my home country to other local eats. The bread is handmade in the clay pot on site, perfection. Highly recommend having local drinks, lemon and mint, or avocado and date smoothie. Staff are attentive, well versed in the menu and extremely polite, the manager deserves credit for this and much more! Atmosphere is calm and relaxing, a hidden gem inside marcato shopping mall Dubai. I am looking forward to trying many more of their dishes, including homage to other MENA regions. Al Mallah Dhiyafah is a popular spot known for its Arabic and Lebanese dishes like shawarma and falafel. The simple outdoor venue attracts a diverse crowd, from high school kids to late-night partygoers. The outdoor eating space was great. The staff were very helpful in guiding on the menu options. They even offered different pickles for starters. Great choice of drinks as well. If you happen to book a hotel with bed and breakfast along Al Mina Street this is definitely one of the places you can easily walk to and enjoy a meal and later do some shopping in the surrounding shops

Popped into Al Mallah on a whim and walked out pleasantly full and mildly pickled (thanks to the endless sides). We had the hummous, fattoush, and a mixed grill that came with their pickles and fluffy kuboos. Was it mind-blowing? Nah. But was it tasty? Absolutely. Everything was solid, well-seasoned, and arrived quicker than my willpower disappears near shawarma. For the price, it's an absolute steal in Dubai terms — proper value for money. Great spot if you're after a no-fuss feed that won't bankrupt you.
It’s not easy to find a good restaurant opening 24 hours, but Al Mallah is.
The first time I came here was only to drink juice. The big glass has been already given me a deep impression.
The second time we ordered the grilled platter. The taste was not bad. If lamb chop can be more tender, that will be better. But the whole experience is nice.
Service and atmosphere were also acceptable. One suggestion is the menu. If you can point out which dishes can be recommended. This will be more understandable for the people who are not often eating Arabic food.😊
I had high expectations from Al Mallah given its reputation and the pricing—AED 9 for a shawarma is definitely above the usual rate in the Satwa area. I ordered two, assuming I’d be getting value for the price. Unfortunately, I was disappointed the moment I received the food. The shawarma was surprisingly small and did not justify the higher cost.
What truly alarmed me was the poor hygiene and food handling practices I witnessed. The staff preparing the food was only wearing one glove on the right hand—which looked torn and dirty—while the left hand was completely bare. Worse, I noticed sweat from his arm coming into contact with the food. This raises serious food safety concerns, as there were no visible measures in place to control the temperature of vegetables and sauces either.
To add to the experience, the service was very poor. When I politely asked for ketchup, I was simply dismissed and told to walk to another door to get it myself. There was no regard for customer service or cleanliness.
Overall, my visit was extremely disappointing. Poor hygiene, lack of food safety protocols, and unprofessional service make it hard to recommend this place to anyone. I hope management seriously considers improving their standards, especially if they wish to continue charging premium prices.

I’ve been coming here since my sister brought me almost 14 years ago. The place has changed a lot but the food is still wonderful. My sister visited recently and insisted that we eat here and she said it was as good as she remembered. Special thanks to our server, Jonathan, who helped me out with gluten free options and explained all the items on the menu to us patiently. We ordered the dal maharani and the butter chicken as well as an egg dish (kheema I believe). We also had the gianduja dessert. Everything was delicious. We booked an early table and the place fills up fast. Definitely recommended for a memorable meal.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. To start with the positives, the presentation of the food was good and the ambience of the restaurant was also quite pleasant with a great view of the Marina. The staff were courteous and helpful with recommendations.
However, the quality of the food itself was underwhelming. While it looked great, the flavors and execution didn’t quite match the high expectations set by the presentation. Some dishes felt bland or lacked the depth and balance one would hope for. The dining area was quite empty even though we visited on a weekend. While this meant a quieter and more relaxed dining experience, it also made us wonder whether the lack of a crowd was a reflection of the food quality.
Overall, this place has potential with its beautiful setting and excellent service, but the food needs improvement to truly deliver a memorable dining experience.
Overall, a very pleasant place for those who love Indian cuisine. The experience was unusual for me: I liked the restaurant’s décor, the service, and the food was tasty, though it was a bit too spicy for my stomach. Even though the waiter helped us choose the mildest options, some of the dishes were still hard to eat. What I didn’t like and what spoiled the impression, was that when my husband and I were choosing dishes, we asked about portion sizes because we weren’t very hungry and wanted to share an starter and a main. The waiter assured us the appetizers were so small that each of us needed to order our own. In the end, the starters were the size of a full main, and we didn’t even finish half. It felt like a scam to me, as the bill ended up quite high. Otherwise, the restaurant is worth your attention, and I can recommend visiting.
We had the pleasure of experiencing a whole new level of gourmet Indian dining at Indego by Vineet. This Michelin-recommended restaurant beautifully blends modern and innovative presentation, offering contemporary Indian cuisine crafted by celebrity Chef Vineet Bhatia. Their sharing-style menu features street food-inspired favorites and dishes cooked on a griddle, clay oven, grill, and stew pot.
Our meal began with a trio of papads served with three distinct chutneys, followed by an amuse bouche and a signature Chaat Trilogy—potato chaat, papdi chat, and a cold dahi Bhalla ice-cream. The combination of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors, along with the contrasting textures of the cold ice-cream and crunchy papdi, was a truly delightful sensory experience.
From the tandoor, we tried the Pistachio Lamb Chops, which came with a pistachio-coriander chutney and a playful potato jalebi. The vibrant green pistachios added both a visual appeal and a subtle crunch. The Sundried Tomato Prawns, buttery and lightly spiced, were served with a crib squid ink puchka—a bold and flavorful dish.
Our personal favorite was the Charcoal Mustard Salmon—tender, honey-glazed salmon served with a dill cucumber raita. We also loved the Malai Broccoli, which featured creamy florets atop Manchurian lotus stems, paired with crispy rice idiyappam. The Chicken Maharani, marinated in black Punjabi lentils and cooked in a rich dhaba sauce, was incredibly flavorful.
For the main course, we enjoyed the Lamb Morel-Guchi Korma infused with truffle ghee—an unforgettable dish with hints of coconut and a touch of truffle aroma—paired perfectly with garlic coriander naan, black olive-rosemary naan, and Lacha butter naan. The Dum Parda Chicken Biryani, served with pomegranate yogurt sauce, was fragrant, flavorful, and mildly spiced.
Dessert was a visual and taste sensation—a beautiful kulfi platter shaped into a lotus flower, featuring banana kulfi, malai, and sorbet flavors with the central rim made of a vibrant red colored crunchy vermicelli.
Visited for a team dinner on 31st Jan. The ambience is 10/10, but the food was nothing as exceptional which should crave you to visit again. We ordered set menu both veg and non veg and nothing I mean nothing which we felt was out of box in terms of taste, though the presentation was nice. With set menu the main course was served all together with we finding server to help serve and with table near open place all food was cold and the best part which we felt was missing in service was coordination. We asked guy to get some breads, which took time and meanwhile we checked with another one and after some time they both landed with breads.. no communication rather poor mismanagement leading food wastage. We asked to see the manager and nobody turned up, guess they don't believe in feedback. Anyhow we paid the bill and moved on. Definitely out of 9 pax we were no one is paying second visit to this place.
An amazing dinner experience, glad I booked Indego. Ujjwal and Dheena and the rest of the team were brilliant, so warming and welcoming in a cosy atmosphere. Ujjwal took the time to take us outside in-between the courses, the dishes were well explained and the flavours of the dishes were well-balanced. Portions for a fine dining restaurant were really good, and we were glad Dheena advised us not to order as much as we had originally anticipated! A lovely birthday experience complete with lovely service, food, conversation and learning about the components of the dishes. Recommended for a great dining experience. Huge thanks to the team for a wonderful first visit. 🙏🏽We would love to return on another trip to experience the new menu!
I was genuinely excited to try Indego by Vineet in Dubai, especially after a wonderful experience at Dhilli in The Oberoi, New Delhi which is also under the guidance of Chef Vineet Bhatia. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown.
I’ve dined at several of India’s top Michelin and award-winning restaurants, and I’ve rarely had Indian food this underwhelming especially at this price point.
While the presentation and service were acceptable, the food itself was disappointing: flat flavors, lack of freshness, and odd seasoning choices. Worse still, when I raised my concerns, neither the chef nor the manager showed any genuine interest. It felt dismissive.
I truly hope the team pays more attention to guest feedback and lives up to the reputation associated with Chef Vineet. Dubai deserves better Indian fine dining and so do the loyal guests who come in with high expectations.

Maybe they can improve their service, we waited so long to be able to order, and we went to the lady who is sitting in the counter to order, she told us: she forgot! But there was only us and other two who were busy in their laptops!

This is already one of my favorite spots in Dubai! Comptoir 102 offers healthy, flavorful dishes with great vegetarian and gluten-free options. Such a cozy and quiet place—perfect for a relaxed meal. I am not a breakfast person, but I enjoyed every bite. I had a tuna club sandwich, and it's the best. Pancakes—blueberry cheesecake, which I immediately noticed the coconut in, my first time, and it's tasty. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming.
Parking is a bit challenging but there's street paid paking . Overall it was great. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!👌

Walking into Comptoir 102 feels like stepping into a quiet oasis in the middle of Jumeirah. The space is full of plants and natural light and at the same time it is a concept store where you find design pieces and fashion items.
Opened in 2012 it quickly became one of the most known healthy cafes in Dubai with an organic menu and a calm atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer.

Peshwa Restaurant offers a wide variety of Maharashtrian cuisine, with a friendly staff ready to assist you in choosing the perfect dish. Some times "words" are not enough to express but only your pallet which enjoyed like Heavenly, since some Chef/Restaurant are like PESHWA.
Eventually, as a Dubai visitor, we searched and planned to visit a next door Restaurant to "Peshwa" but when we saw authentic Maharashtra dishes of PESHAWA, we 1st time entered and the rest was a "Out of the world_Pallet Dancing experience" for us.
A must visit and re-visiting ambiant Delicacy Restaurant, I would say.
Normally, I barely used the word of appreciation as, "Out of the world taste & flavours" but the PESHWA's shef forced me & my family to do so, by serving exmplory authentic Pure vegeterian Indian મહારાષ્ટ્રીયન_महाराष्ट्रियन_Maharashtra dishes/ Drinks starting from Solkadhi, Mango Panha, Veg. Kolhapuri, Daal (Fry with Tadka), Chapati, Rice variety and to the "Puran Poli" at the end, as a sweet. Mirchi Thecha was like a Spicy topping to the dishes and everything were served with a soothing Music and smile face of lady sister.
Stomoch felt full but the craving Pallet and the Heart was still wanted more, really.
Well appreciated the "Shef", all staff and most importantly, the Dr. Joshi (Owner) to bring Maharashtra's flavors thousands sea miles away to Dubai from great India.

We had been to Peshwa Restaurant at Al Karama for the first time and I must say it was worth the visit.
Being a vegetarian I was spoilt for the vegetarian choices they had. We wanted to have authentic Maharashtrian vegetarian food and this was the place to go. Pitla Bhakar, Misal Pav, Wada Pav, Kothambir Wada and to top on it their Sol Kadi it was just too good. In the end we also tried this Kanda Bhaji and that was also very tasty.
If you are craving for authentic Maharashtrian vegetarian cuisine Peshwa is worth the visit.

Right from the entrance, the staff is incredibly welcoming. The place is very spacious. We ordered veg thali and prawns thali. The portions are huge, it's a shame we can't share as one Thali without taking anything extra itself would have been enough for us 🫢🫢
The staff is really kind, we didn't take anything extra even though it was unlimited so the staff kindly offered to give us more dessert which we obviously said no to as just the first servicing itself was more than enough.

Being a group of ISKCON they serve ONLY VEGETARIAN menu without GARLIC AND ONION
Visited with family for a dinner during our stay and the taste was wonderful. It was served quick HOT and Tasty. We never felt we were outside of India when we tasted as they serve an authentic North Indian menu with rich taste.
The service was not up to the mark as the servers were arrogant and not attending to us despite not many people during that time of our visit .
The server was delivering food plate as if they are delivering a courier just stacked one after the other without even bothered about how it was placed on table which I found to be highly irritating and unusual of Indian hospitality

My Govindas is one of those rare places where food, health, and flavor come together perfectly. I recently went there for dinner, and it was an experience worth sharing. The restaurant offers a Satvik menu, which means the food is prepared without onion and garlic, yet is bursting with taste—a true testament to their culinary expertise.
We started with the Paneer Tikka, which was soft, well-marinated, and grilled to perfection. It had the right balance of spices, making it flavorful without being overpowering. For the main course, I tried their Veg Special Biryani, and I must say, it was aromatic, wholesome, and extremely satisfying. The rice was fluffy, and the vegetables were cooked just right, blending beautifully with the biryani spices. Alongside, I ordered a Pina Colada, which was refreshing and a perfect complement to the meal.
To end the evening on a sweet note, I couldn’t resist trying their ice cream and went for the Sitafal flavor. It was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious—one of the best fruit-based ice creams I’ve had in a while.

The Punjabi Chole is rich, flavorful, and well-spiced. Chickpeas are soft and coated in a tangy, comforting gravy. The naan is soft with light char—perfect for scooping. A satisfying, dinner that’s both hearty and light.
I visited Govindas’s Restaurant to collect a delivery, and I was truly impressed by the hospitality. Despite the hot weather, Suresh welcomed me warmly with a smile, offered me cold water, and spoke with great respect. The order was perfectly prepared and ready on time, so there was no waiting. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.
I visited TrueFruit for ice cream with my daughter, and she accidentally left her water bottle behind. A week later, I called to check if it was there, and the staff were so polite and confirmed they had kept it safely. I couldn’t collect it right away and only managed to go almost 3 weeks later. To my surprise, they returned the bottle in perfect condition, with a note attached containing my number and instructions.
I truly appreciate the staff for being so thoughtful, mindful, and efficient in their customer service. Even though I haven’t dined at Govindas, this experience really shows how well they value and treat their customers. 👏

Definitely the best vegetarian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Really interesting ingredient combinations, and the presentation of each dish is just wow. A fun touch — the restaurant offers a complimentary second round of the dish you liked the most. The interior isn’t really my taste, but for me, food is what matters most — and here it’s top-notch!

Located by Dubai hills business park. Michelin star restaurant with veg only tasting menu. It’s a 17 course menu but before the desserts you are asked if you would like to repay any of the savoury served before making it an 18 course menu.
It’s the attention to detail. Presentation is superb and you understand why the Michelin star has been given. There is nice balance of different tastes. Many dishes have cold and hot together which goes well.
Most dishes were nice, I particularly didn’t like the chocolate mouse (Baal mithai) as it was too sweet despite the sparkling rose wine.
It becomes too many dishes by the time 17 courses are served despite small portions. And at one stage also the taste starts mixing up despite the cleanser.
It’s an experience and worth a visit once. At the end we were also given ghevar to bring home, a nice gesture.

Best vegetarian restaurant EVER tried! We booked a table to Avatara to celebrate our anniversary. I am vegetarian and my boyfriend is not, however, we have tried in the years many high hand and Michelin star restaurant that served vegetarian menus and we can easily say: nothing ever compared to the quality of Avatara. Every small bite was a journey into flavours. Every course brought us to India and back to Dubai, travelling through Europe and Asia. It was an amazing journey and if you pass by Dubai or live in the area and want to try GREAT vegetarian food, this is the place for you. You’ll understand what vegetarian food is all about and how people can create magic with plant based ingredients.

Had the most wonderful dining experience at Avatara! The food is undeniably beautiful, and creates striking visuals against the intentionally simple decor. The staff provide a fantastic service and are very in sync, presenting the dishes to the entire party simultaneously in a lovely, almost theatrical way. I love how each dish was explained, creating a little narrative and making us feel more connected to the food. Chef Rahul and Chef Kamlesh were also kind and humble enough to spend a few courses actually serving and talking to the guests, creating a wonderfully warm atmosphere! They also took great care in catering to the dietary requirements and allergies of our dining party, by preparing delicious alternatives instead of just skipping the course. For a Michelin star restaurant, we were so happy to leave completely full and not wanting for more! Thank you Avatara for a memorable birthday experience - we will definitely be back soon :)

Opened in 1997 it has completed over 27 years now. Part of the Venus chain with outlets in Dubai and Oman.
Serves multi cuisine such as South Indian, North Indian, Chinese erc. Though its speciality is South Indian. A la carte range of dosas, uttapam, medu wada etc as also South and North Indian thali.
Has special dishes each day making the menu interesting.
We had the sada dosa and rava masala dosa served with sambhar and 3 different types of chutneys. Sada dosa was good though found the rava masala very different fron normal. Less porous and more like a normal masala dosa. Filter coffee was great.
Gets teally crowded on weekend mornings anb evenings. Opens at from 7 am.

Utter disappointment. We went here looking forward to trying Neer Dosa, which is a well-known Mangalore speciality. The staff told us it would only be available after 7 PM, so since it was around 6:45, we decided to wait. When the dish finally came, to our shock, it was nothing like Neer Dosa. What they served looked more like Kori Roti or even rava dosa, and they even tried convincing us that it was Neer Dosa. This felt misleading and completely ruined our dining experience.

Great place for some yummy mangalore food. The chutneys they prepare have maintained the consistency over the years and simply tastes yum.
Overall food taste and quality is good, area of improvement would to train the waiters on soft skills to be more friendly which they lack. As as result not motivated to visit again. It’s a constructive feedback.

On the day of onam we visited this restaurant saranga bhojan at marina, after the order taken the took 35 to 40 minutes to serve the food , and some of the items in the onam sadhya was stale and tasteless only the rice served was hot and fresh, we ordered masala dosa and idly which was nice, if they don’t have the items on the menu they can say no to their customers, but for 50 Aed was to much expensive for a meal for per person, luckily I have not ordered anything, the vibe was not as much good as we go in and sat,totally waste of money by having meal in this restaurant….

However the service was slightly slow as we got our lassi after we were almost finished with the meal. I would personally suggest to have any paneer dishes as that’s the best paneer’s texture which I have had in Dubai. We stayed in Marriott Palm Jumeirah and had a drive of over 1 hour to eat here and it was totally worth it.

Delicious Punjabi food. Palak paneer was bright green and paneer was soft and creamy. Dal tadka was amazing. Butter naan and cheese kulcha were soft and buttery. Rasmalai and falooda were creamy and not too sweet.
Paradise for Punjabi cuisine lovers. Service is excellent and quick. The taste of the Aloo Kulcha and Gobi Paratha is For Vegetarian folks it's a must visit place. Prices are reasonable.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Punjab Pure Vegetarian by Amritsr. I tried the Onion Kulcha, Dal Panchratni, Jeera Rice, and their signature Adrak Wali Chai — and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, making it a truly satisfying meal.
The service was impressively quick, and the staff were not only efficient but also genuinely warm and helpful, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. A special shout out to Ram, Om Kumar, Inderjeet, Pradeep, Rajendra,Gagan and the lovely manager Mr Umed Singh.

However, this brand isn’t a worth trusting for freshness, fairness and customer loyalty. It has happened with me often that their sweets tasted fresh when you try it in the shop but when you bring it home it’s not the same. This lifeless and tasteless piece of sweet is worth avoiding to save your tastebuds and money both. This purchase was made at Karama branch to be careful

You don't come here for fancy decor and attentive service, you come here for amazing food. The menu is wide and varied but there is a focus on Gujarati dishes. On the weekends you can get jalebi and gathiya which are both packed full of flavour.
I ordered a Chaat Combo the puris were fine but the Centre which was supposed to be the actual Chaat as in bhel was totally soggy and not edible! I even informed them but nothing was done… I have eaten many dishes here like dahi batata puri, Aloo Parantha and Gujarati Thali in the evenings have all been great! The service is prompt here and waiters are very attentive.

If you love Mangalorean food then you must visit this place for some lovely South Indian cuisine. It is one of the best in and around the area. What makes it more special is their staff who are always welcoming and sweet. Highly recommended Manglore buns, Goli baje, Masala Dosa, Idly Sambhar, Medu Vada and their meals & not forgetting the Chai & Filter coffee. It’s packed at the weekend for a reason as everything there is freshly made.

We asked for two chapati, you can see the chapati under papad ( I forgot to take it out), the chapati are medium temperature and taste like I am eating in mess or any indian hostel mess. Out of all dishes only sewai was good. I also ate in manglorian or south indian restaurant but this was bad experience. Will never suggest to anyone nor will visit again. Papad was not crunchy at all. All sabji was having bad taste. Rice was thick and in huge quantity. Compared to rice, rasam was low in quantity and thus I have to eat rice with other stuffs (sabjis). I am unsatisfied with the food. Lastly, chai was okay. After eating food we ( I and my wife) got some pain in stomach.

Visiting this rest. after a few years (’19) left fond memories, and this time, the experience was just as delightful—if not better.
I began with their filter coffee sweetened with jaggery, a brilliant twist on the classic.
The rich, aromatic brew instantly lifted my spirits, putting me in a relaxed mood as I sipped slowly, scrolling through my phone. The balance between the coffee and the earthy jaggery was perfect.
What truly impressed me was the waiter’s attentiveness. Noticing I had finished my coffee, he politely asked if I’d like to order something else. This small gesture of hospitality made a difference, and I decided to go for their ‘ghee roast dosa’.
While waiting for it, a big picture on the wall caught my eye, and it instantly drew me to it.
After a quick hand wash, I returned to find my dosa already served...and what a sight it was!
The ghee roast dosa was in the shape of a rocket, steam rising from the centre opening of it. The first bite was pure bliss—crispy on the outside, soft and spongy inside, with the perfect amount of ghee enhancing its flavor… I’ve always loved eating the crispy parts dry, but the accompanying sambar (a South Indian lentil stew) and coconut chutney elevated it further. The sambar was well-spiced, and the chutney had just the right creaminess.

I went to this restaurant yesterday for online delivery . It was very hot outside that day. I'm just sitting under the ac for a bit. Just then a waiter came and told me to stand outside. I said, "Why should I stand outside?" Then the cashier came and said, "You can't sit here, go stand outside.”Listen, we are not animals. We can deserve a little respect. We don't go to your restaurant to sleep all day, we go for 10-15 minutes. We visit many luxury restaurants all day long, but no restaurant mistreats us like you do. If my company hadn't requested me, I would never had picked up your food from there. So I would like to request the management to that please treat the delivery riders a little better. We are humans, not animals. I can't explain to you how I felt that day.
Visited again with my family, although the management has changed, I enjoyed their food. This time I tried their Mushroom Kothu Porotta and it was instantly a favourite! They also give complementary soup to everyone. Their soya pepper fry is also yummy if you'd like to have a spicy kick. From the mini thali, the sambar rice was absolutely delicious. Usually been a fan but for the past few times the service at vasantha bhavan karama branch has been disappointing with the delivery person behaviour or even the dishes that have been served. The picture that has been attached is of paneer dry finger which used to be soo good and had a spicy filling. Being detailed for 18 or 19 aed they just added a raw paneer and fried it in the batter. Unacceptable and you lost a regular customer today!
This was my go to place for dosa, I have brought so many people here to try the food because it was that good. Every weekend I’d be here without fail. Even if I couldn’t go I would order. I don’t know what’s happened but the staff has become so rude, food quality has become so bad, and when you try to give feedback they are so rude. I ordered food through smiles the experience was really bad may be with this karama branch as it is in cable hands of Mr . Aru who does not know how to speak very rude . This restaurant used to be nice, but now it's shadow of former self. You won’t believe I was the only customer at 2:30pm(bit late for lunch) on a weekend. They told me a dish was in the thali (which I asked for) and I ordered for Thali. Unfortunately the dish was missing. To be specific the sambar doesn’t have its aroma or taste- it’s just like a veg curry. Coconut chutney is pathetic- grinder coconut in water without any taste .

We visited Bol Gappa a few times in April 2024 whilst we stayed at the Lapita Resort. It was nice to find an Indian with good food but the only negative was the amount of salt that was being used.
I went with the Chilli Mushrooms which stole the show. As a non-halal consumer, I went for the King Prawn dish which was tasty and they had catered to my strength in chilli. I ended with a spicy Mango lassi to top it all off and the tandoori rotis and naans were cooked to perfection.
I’ve given it 3 stars because when we first went, we were the only customers in there. However, we went on another night where they had only another 3 tables in and we waited over 5 mins in the doorway to be taken to a table. What could possibly have been the manager, was sat on our right hand side on his laptop and didn’t bother once to welcome us. He welcomed us on our other visits when they were quiet but left all the work to the one waiter!

Impressive menu, interior and delicious Indian food . We visited this restaurant last week after visit to Dubai parks. We dined on our way back around 10pm which was only half an hour before their closing time. I was worried they’ll rush the food, I was wrong. They booked food with a lot of passion. Staff were really welcoming and I cannot thank them enough for looking after us so well. Huge choice of food for vegan and vegetarians. Every single dish had its own flavour. When the bill arrived I was pleasantly shocked how reasonable the prices were.
Ignore any negative reviews. Try this restaurant without any hesitation.

We have visited Manisha's kitchen with lots of expectation of maharashtra cuisines. The restuarant hasn't made us down. The food was good but require improvement in service.

Manisha's kitchen is a small cosy little place to enjoy authentic maharashtrian cuisine.
Although the place is small, the menu covers a wide range of maharashtrian household specialties which you do not get to eat outside.
It is like homemade food prepared by a maharashtrian mother. Specially tondlichi bhaaji, bhendi, bharli vaangi, kulitache pithale, kandyachya paatichi peeth perun keleli bhaaji, thalipeeth, kokam kadhi, piyush, kairiche panhe, puran poli, modak are very much maharashtrian household preparations. The taste is maintained exactly as you would eat at home.
The best part is that you dont feel bloated or uncomfortable after eating as the preparation is basic and simple with balanced spices and other ingredients maintaining the maharashtrian taste.
We had ordered poli bhaaji combo, varan bhat combo, kokam soda, kairiche panhe and the divine modaks with ghee to make the evening more special.
All said and done, there is always a room for improvement in terms of space expansion and portion size.
If you long for authentic maharashtrian food with a mother's touch, Manisha's kitchen is the way.

The dishes were a bit expensive for that portion size, but they did not compromise on the taste.
I visited Manisha Kitchen for the first time to have a meal. I ordered Pav Bhaji and Aloo Methi, and honestly, the food was very tasty. The staff there were also very polite and friendly. Most importantly, I found the prices to be very reasonable and genuine.

Very disappointing experience
Extremely poor attitude from the staff. They forced senior citizens to sit upstairs even though there were empty tables available downstairs. When questioned, the staff bluntly said he didn’t want to serve downstairs because he would have to “go up and down” for orders — absolutely unacceptable behaviour for a restaurant in the service industry.
Informed the owner about the situation but took no action, showing complete disregard for customer comfort and basic respect. Overall, a terrible experience — would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Bikanervala, a popular buffet restaurant in Dubai, offers a variety of Indian dishes such as samosa chaat, kachori chaat, papdi chaat and pani puri. The restaurant is also known for its street food options which are very popular with locals.

I got the 99aed Ramadan special. They had coffee with almond and coconut mix. Don't ever drink this. It taste bad x3. The lentil soup was OK. The Kimchi was OK as well. The burger was also OK I'm just glad I got the sause on the side. It was not it. 5/10
When you enter this place, you can immediately smell food! Nonetheless, we went and checked it out. We ordered kebab sandwich and some smoothies. When the guy cooked the kebab, the entire place smelled like fish! It’s suffocating. No exhaust at all. The food was okay and the guy working there was nice but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend the place at all. We left without finishing our meal.

I tried their Moon Bowl and Golden Mylk – both were amazing! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Their cold-pressed juices are also super fresh; “Black Magic” (with activated charcoal) is a favorite.
The vibe is chill and minimal, with earthy tones and plants everywhere – very calming. It fits perfectly within Alserkal's artsy, creative scene.
What I really love is their commitment to sustainability. Everything feels intentional – from ingredients to packaging. If you're into healthy, organic food and drinks that also taste great, this is your spot.

The mini and mega tiffin tried out were simply yum which comes along with the filter coffee and it was just outstanding . You are highly mistaken that i was not there for a free take and that’s an incorrect comment made. Your Bhajji was not heated at the temp as i am 4 mins from your restaurant. The Puris were burnt. Your set of Vada is 3 if I am right and I ordered 2. Had I known or told ordering would not accompany with its compliments I would turned that order to a set. Also are you saying if a customer dines in ordering 2 vadas instead of 2 would you still not serve what comes along or have the decency to educate them ??! THE BEST MYSORE MASALA DOSA I'VE HAD IN DUBAI!
It was spicy, super crispy (I requested it that way), and the potato filling was so flavourful. The green chutney was my favourite, but honestly, the dosa is amazing even on its own.
Also highly recommend their medu vada (not in the video unfortunately). Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just perfect.
The place is just a 3-minute walk from ADCB Metro. Prices are affordable, portions are big, it’s clean, and the service is fast. Definitely coming back!

Wonderful authentic Indian ambience and decor. The service was really quick and quantity of dishes is good. Thali's offered quite a lot of stuff and the sweet was good. There was some promotion going on which offers 15% discount over the total bill. The waiters was courteous and professional. It is a small place but that's a fact of least importance.

Yesterday I just had a quick pick of lunch thali from here and it was really worth it.
It was really very well packed and quantity I would say good for two people (Less eaters :-) ) .
Its really a complete thali which had snacks, chaat, rice, roti, two daal, 2 sabji, raita & 2 dessert with papad , pickle and chutney.
What else you needed.
I didn't tried it earlier and just did a quick pick for lunch was not sure it will taste but simply worth it.
Love to visit for dine in also but yes now this is perfect option for me for lunch or dinner.

After hearing a lot of comments, me and my wife decided to dine-in here. The service level didn't meet the expectation. Wanted to taste something irregular and three items were not available. We ordered The pista lassi, but it wasn't tasting pista at all, mix chaat had lot of dal and spoiled the authentic taste.
