We stayed at Peppers Noosa Resort for 4 nights. The service, location and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, with one of the largest selections of food to satisfy all needs and diets. Pool excellent, bar excellent. Kids play room excellent. Greatlt appreciate buggy service up and down to Hastings st.

We stayed at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas for two nights while attending a friend’s engagement party held in one of their function rooms. The location was very convenient, and our two bedroom treetop villa was fairly nice overall. One of the features we really appreciated was that the villa had its own garage, which made things easier with luggage and parking. That said, there were a couple of downsides. For the price, I felt the villa should have included more. Our welcome hamper was forgotten, and while staff did acknowledge this and offered us a bag of drinks and snacks at checkout as compensation, it wasn’t quite the same experience. The villa itself was spread over two levels with a steep, narrow staircase. This wasn’t ideal for us as we have toddlers, and we ended up having to rearrange furniture to block access to the stairs for safety. Overall, the stay was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the villa itself had good features, but for the premium price, I expected a little more attention to detail and family friendly design.
Chelsea A — Google review
Usually they are great, but rooms are becoming out dated and unclean. Paying $600 appx a night I definitely wouldn’t expect to have mould throughout the entire bathroom ceiling or stains and hairs throughout the bed sheets. Probably won’t be back after paying attention to the lack of cleanliness in the apartment.
Sophee M — Google review
Despite great location, one bedroom apartment average. No table & chairs to sit at inside despite there being space for a small one. Lounge chair uncomfortable and only suitable for one person to sit upright on. TV in bedroom not working. Better places to stay at in Noosa that are better value for money. Would stay elsewhere after reading all the other reviews.
Leanne P — Google review
The organisation in this place is absolutely abysmal. I was relocated here from an an associated hotel that was undergoing refurbishment I spoke to the team and confirmed I required two separate beds. On arrival we discussed the same with reception. On arrival at the rooms we found one bed. We called reception and discussed the issue, they said they would arrange for it to be fixed. 4 hours later I returned to the room to find nothing had changed. After contacting reception I’m still waiting for a full resolution and I really just want to go to bed

Peppers Noosa is a fav holiday location for our family. Surrounded by Noosa National Park there is wildlife aplenty. Choose which ever pool you like - ours was in a ‘secret’ location or if you prefer the finer things in life, Stephanie’s beauty spa or the Park and Cove restaurant and bar did not disappoint. For surfers, First Point is only a short buggy ride away. Hope to return soon.

Loved our stay. The buffet breakfast was a beautiful addition. I loved walking in to breakfast with Mary’s kind smiling face and caring nature, so welcoming and made us feel so at home.

RACV Noosa Resort is a family-friendly holiday destination located in the heart of Noosa Heads, just a short drive from iconic Hastings St. The resort offers villas and apartment-style accommodations suitable for couples, families, and groups. Guests can enjoy various facilities such as tennis courts, lagoon-style swimming pools with slides and splash park, playground, and an acclaimed day spa.
I found the RACV Resort in Noosa to be exceptional in every way. Our villa was so comfortable & spacious with all the amenities one could need, inc a pool and a lift and is perfect for families or a group of friends. The resort itself is a peaceful, well appointed oasis with a magnificent pool area, perfect for families with children. Having the resort shuttle bus was great as we were able to navigate around the area without having the need for a car or catching cabs. The staff were all very helpful and friendly - could not fault. We were lucky enough to enjoy the buffet breakfast every morning and the choice was plentiful - delicious fresh juices & produce, ample options of cooked food and great coffee. Overall, a great 10/10 experience and will definitely be returning.
Mirella B — Google review
Great place for families with very good facilities and large rooms. Great location and easy access to everywhere. The shuttle bus service every 30min is great for getting around. The only complaint we had was that it rained 4 of the 5 days we were there, so the resort even had a rainy day program. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The dinners in the restaurant were awesome.
David G — Google review
This is a very busy family oriented resort. If you came here with young kids they'd have a great time. Brekkie is good and the pool is heated with lots of fun sections for the kids to enjoy. If you come here as an older couple, you'll likely be annoyed by the thin walls in the units and 4am wake ups as there are lots of young kids everywhere. Haha.
Lilly R — Google review
Wonderful place for families. Great apartments - we loved the rooftop spa! The pools were also great, kid friendly, and easy to watch all areas while sitting at the cafe. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were excellent. **nice that they supplied a dishwashing tablet for each night of our stay, in case it was needed. (And washing powder for clothes.) ** not enough coffee pods for 1 coffee a day, but you could buy more from the resort shop.

A Perfect Weekend Escape at RACV Noosa Resort Spent an amazing weekend away with a group friends at the RACV Noosa Resort and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed in one of the Enclave Villas, and it was absolutely perfect for a group getaway,  modern, clean, and so comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling on top of each other. The pool area was stunning, beautifully maintained and a great place to unwind in the sun or enjoy a few drinks together. We spent hours there and never felt crowded, even during a busy weekend. The food exceeded our expectations – everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. Loved the amazing buffet breakfast! But what really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to checkout, everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. Highly recommend RACV Noosa Resort for a group weekend getaway, it strikes the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and laid-back vibes. Already planning our next visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Perfect family getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at RACV Noosa. The facilities are fantastic, especially for families with kids – the pool is amazing, and the games room kept the little ones entertained for hours. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle bus into central Noosa, which made exploring so easy. Highly recommend for a fun, comfortable, and stress-free holiday!

Racv Noosa is a glorified 4:star holiday park. Service very good. Pool area fantastic especially for kids. Rooms dated no way can be considered 5 star. Food is good.. Very concerning anyone can enter pool area and get a towel without a room card surely this needs to be changed. Parking a free for all, so finding a spot anywhere is difficult. Very loud around resort rooms and if your staying around the main entrance with gardeners starting early, bins getting picked up at 6am and deliveries nice and early, so I suggest booking a sanctuary room at the back. Very long walk into Hastings Street so use the free shuttle. Very good resort for families. Apartments 1 to 12 disaster avoid at all costs.
Costas M — Google review
We recently had a 7 night stay with a breakfast and dinner deal. Everything was magnificent. The food was a very high quality. My gluten free needs were well catered for. A daily specials menu would be good for variety. The live music was brilliant. The staff were very friendly. It would have been good to have the children's toilet seat removed for the stay as we were a couple. The view from the room was lovely. The kitchenette was really good. It rained alot but we still had fun in the pool which is a good temperature.

Self-catering accommodation
Rumba Beach Resort is a sophisticated hotel that offers contemporary suites and apartments, along with nine restaurants and bars, as well as an outdoor pool. The resort provides stunning views of Bulcock Beach, the Pumicestone Passage, and the Glass House Mountains.
Love staying at Rumba! This is our second visit this year for our family. Rumba offers everything a busy family needs for a fun filled holiday! The accommodation is clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly, approachable and genuinely want to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. The location is perfect, walking distance to the big waves at Kings Beach and across the road from the family friendly, Bulcock Beach. There are so many delicious dining options just down stairs! The pools are also fantastic and the bar and restaurant cater for a relaxing afternoon by the pool and easy dinner. We love it and have decided to make Rumba our regular family holiday destination.

The view from our balcony was out of this world, breathtakingly beautiful. The room was nice, but getting a little tired around the edges. The main thing that let the room down was the standard of housekeeping was poor they didn't clean bathrooms or floors, basically just made the beds. I would have liked the bar to open more regularly and to be able to get snacks from the bar from 12 to 3pm everyday not just Fridays and saturdays it felt a bit of a wasted area.
Caz — Google review
A beautiful place to stay. Great location right on the water, modern rooms, serviced daily. Gorgeous views of the ocean, the passage, and the Glasshouse Mountains. There's a good variety of restaurants very close to the hotel and a City Cave right across the road. We will absolutely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay with my parents. Lift straight to our rooms which was great for my mother who needs a walker. Shower thankfully had a grab bar which gave her confidence if she got off balance. Beautifully maintained pools and garden. Even though I knew Bruce was a cartoon character, I still squealed, when I got to the end of the lap pool 😆
Bauson B — Google review
Been there 7 times, but never again. Queried the counter staff last visit regarding changes to checking in times, and was suddenly confronted by a smarmy jumped up little boy who claimed to be the manager. We were accused of aggressively speaking to the front counter staff and causing her to feel threatened (something she herself admitted never happened). He refused to acknowledge our queries in some vain attempt to "protect" his staff member. You may have taught him how to manage the desk, but, as far as public relations, his lack of maturity and real life experience came charging to the fore. Sorry Rumba, your immature "manager" will ensure that your name will be mentioned whenever the opportunity presents itself. Of course, I will do so with more decorum than your ambassador achieved.

Great location and resort, close to the beach, Happy Valley Park, dining options. Good pools.

Hotel
Nestled between the stunning Mudjimba Beach and the serene Maroochy River, Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is a modern haven that promises an unforgettable getaway. This expansive resort boasts sleek accommodations with breathtaking lagoon views, making it perfect for families, friends, or business travelers seeking relaxation. The highlight of this four-star gem is its revamped pool area, which underwent a significant transformation in 2021.
This place is amazing. I felt so relaxed on our stay, even with 2 energetic toddlers. I can't wait to return when my children are older so they can enjoy some of the free activities on offer. The breakfast buffet was well worth it, such a great range of food. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit old and drab but nothing too drastic, shower pressure was great and lots of space for 2 adults. I definitely want to return!
Anna B — Google review
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to keep the children entertained. The front desk staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, the hotel felt a little overcrowded at times, especially at the swimming pool where only one pool was available during the busy summer season, which didn’t feel sufficient. At the restaurant, it would have been helpful if the staff reminded guests about using their membership cards for discounts, as refunds were not available afterward. But GM help later Overall, it was still a good experience, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.
Anongnart F — Google review
We have stayed previously at this resort and enjoyed our time. We had the opportunity to come back for 2 nights later in our trip but this time we were put in one of the old rooms that haven’t been renovated. We stayed one night and left. Offered a partial refund. Breakfast was great. Pool was good, but could be a bit warmer.
Marcus A — Google review
We have stayed a couple times now including at Easter which had a lot of cool activities on for kids! Our family had a great time both times we've stayed, the facilities are awesome, great big pool and heaps of water activities to enjoy on the lagoon. We had great dinners and the buffet breakfast was great, sad they finished doing the buffet dinners as the kids really enjoyed this. Staff were always so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are dated and smell a bit musky otherwise would rate 5 stars 😅
Renee D — Google review
Stayed in a King Suite with lagoon view for the 2nd time, October 2024 & 2025. Was the best lagoon view we’ve had so far. The weather was beautiful. Room service was quick. Water pressure was great. TV’s do not have pay tv options, but went for walks instead. Beach access nearby. The treed surrounds and wildlife make this location perfect. Staff were lovely.
Michelle O — Google review
The resort is in a great location, surrounded by bushland and set beside a large lake. The pool and bar area overlook the water and create a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere. However, the rooms are old, dirty, and badly outdated. For the price, I was surprised to find such basic amenities. There was mould in the bathroom, no USB charging ports, and all the PowerPoints were at floor level, making it hard to plug in a charger. There were no sockets near the bed at all. There was also no complimentary (or even paid) bottled water in the rooms, and only basic instant coffee provided. It feels like the price you’re paying is purely for the location, not the room facilities. Service was courteous but nothing special. In short, very overpriced for the experience.
Ben F — Google review
Absolutely disappointing experience, I was expecting abit more from what we saw in reviews and resort photos. Crazy to think we paid close to $400 per night for a run down room that didn't have working lights in the bathroom/tea room. We won't be back Novotel, you need to price the room accordingly to the condition of each room! If you do stay here the breakfast is ok however I'd recommend to head 15minutes south for dinner, you'll find a bunch of restaurants/bars that are fantastic.
Matthew F — Google review
We recently stayed at Novotel Twin Waters, and while the lagoon and location are absolutely beautiful, the overall experience was unfortunately disappointing and far from what you’d expect from a four-star resort. Positives: • The lagoon area is stunning – such a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the Sunshine Coast setting. • A huge shout-out to Em in the restaurant who served coffee each morning – she was the only person who showed genuine warmth and hospitality. She truly stood out (and honestly, it wouldn’t be hard). • The room was fine – spacious, comfortable enough, and quiet at night. • The surrounding area is beautiful, with plenty of great local places if you choose to head out for dinner. Negatives: • The bedding had a strong damp smell, which wasn’t pleasant. • There is no service culture whatsoever. For example, bar staff were openly discussing inappropriate topics while serving guests – completely unprofessional. • During school holidays, it is very noticeable that there’s no management presence. The resort feels chaotic, with no leadership or oversight. • For a family-friendly resort, being charged extra for ketchup at dinner is quite ridiculous. The reasoning given (“different costs from breakfast”) was laughable. • Dinner overall was very poor. The food tasted cheap and frozen, yet priced at premium levels. It felt more like dining at a budget RSL club than a four-star resort (and to be honest, I’ve eaten far better meals at RSLs). • The pool area lacked cleanliness and structure. It felt like a free-for-all with no one maintaining the space throughout the day. • The property itself is inconsistent – some parts look newly renovated, while others are dated and quite run down. • The location can be tricky if you want to go out at night, but thankfully there are some great options nearby once you leave the resort. Overall: The resort desperately needs a cultural reset in service and management. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I expect a certain level of professionalism and quality – but this experience was well below standard. The marketing and photos oversell the reality. The setting is beautiful, but sadly, that’s where the positives end. Would I stay again? No. I wouldn’t recommend or return to this property.

Nestled in the heart of Noosa, Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is a luxurious retreat offering elegant rooms and suites with kitchenettes and water views. The resort boasts a world-class spa, fitness center, and a stunning pool area with cabanas. Guests can indulge in delectable dining options at the renowned Noosa Beach House Peter Kuruvita.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort, and it quickly became one of our favorite hotels during our 2.5-week trip across Australia. We originally only planned for one night as a stopover, a decision we instantly regretted. We truly wish we had extended our stay to two or three nights at this wonderful property. Our room was incredibly spacious, and the balcony offered a peaceful retreat. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff – every single person we encountered was genuinely happy and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, too. While it's not directly beach-facing, it's just a short, pleasant walk to the beautiful beach and the bustling shopping and dining precinct. Despite a very late check-in, we still received excellent assistance with our bags and parking. The breakfast buffet was delightful and easily one of our top hotel breakfast experiences of the entire trip. A pleasant surprise was how quickly our room service arrived, much faster than expected! We also took advantage of the Aqua Day Spa located right at the hotel. The spa staff were so friendly and a pleasure to talk with, and the spa experience itself was one of the best I've ever had. The hotel pool was advertised as heated, though it wasn't particularly warm during our winter visit. Overall, the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort offers a truly exceptional experience, combining comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We can't recommend it enough!

Being our 20 year anniversary, we were super excited to get the 5 star experience. We’d chosen a village view room as it looked good in the advertising. Once in there, we were edging to pop a champagne on our balcony to celebrate our milestone only to be met with a view of walls and a stairwell. Not happy, we requested another room. This one at least had a balcony, with a view of a busy ferry terminal. As we sipped our wine with people staring up at us, I noticed how mouldy and run down the balcony was. The tiles were scuffed and chipped and there was a direct view on both side of walls of what your neighbours were up to. Inside the bed bases had what appeared to be old splatter and stains on the edges, the arm of the sofa was dirty and the TV was ancient and there was no ability to stream music. The jets in the bath tub also appeared mouldy killing any chance we’d use it. The staff seemed nice and the breakfast was great, but this was a 2 star experience at best.
FutureTheory — Google review
The resort is in a prime location—right on Hastings Street with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Staff were warm, helpful, and professional, which made the stay pleasant overall. However, the room itself felt quite dated and didn’t match the luxury you'd expect for the price point. For what you're paying, you'd expect a more modern and refreshed space. While the location and service are definite highlights, the room condition doesn’t quite justify the high cost.
Davis L — Google review
We spent the past weekend, we were in town for a friend's wedding. Everything from the moment we stepped in the door was pleasant, everyone was kind. The room was comfortable. They were able to provide all special requests, they made our weekend easy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Magnificent breakfast buffet. Well set out with diverse range of foods including separate area for gluten free options. Chefs cook to order if you feel like a crêpe or eggs. Lots of super healthy options: smoothies, great range of fruits, vegetables. Lovely service. Located in Hastings Street. They welcome the public not staying in the resort.

The staff were all exceptionally nice, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was huge with a river outlook. Fantastic location with easy access to Noosa Main beach, great shopping and good nature walks.

We were able to stay from Monday 28/4 till Friday 2/5. The experience was up to the usual high standard. From the glass of champagne on arrival to the great staff by the pool and in the bars and restaurants. We also got a preview of the new rooms being renovated which are amazing.

My friends and I stayed here for a night. We had a room with a river view. It was lovely. All staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and warm. Mack and Mackenzie were fantastic making sure they had my drink at the bar. So very thoughtful and nice of them. I would recommend Sofitel Noosa. I will be back with the family next time.

Enjoyed every minute except checking out because we wanted the stay to never end. The staff were all amazing beautiful clean room all the facilities we needed. Comfortable bed beautiful deep spa. Views to die for we enjoyed watching whales play and jump for hours. The lady when we ch CK out on Sunday was the nicest lady we could not help but smile she was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back again

Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming and friendly providing great local knowledge of the best places to eat around Mooloolaba. The location was amazing with the easy access to many cafes, bars and shops. But best of all was those amazing ocean views!! Thank you!!

Absolutely fabulous from the minute I made the booking . The reception staff and the domestic staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble . We had the 4 bedroom apartment which was impeccable and well equipped. The views are spectacular and I love that we never had to use the car until we had to leave. We were able to walk everywhere. The only problem is that we had to leave and now that I’m leaving a 5 star review I may not get a booking when I want it ! One of the best apartments in Mooloolaba.

This is the second time I have stayed at Oceans and the second time I could not fault the service, location or the quality of the apartment. The staff are amazing from the reception to the servicing of the rooms. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect aspect, looking out over the "Oceans"...quiet and a great starting point for beach walks and food options. The rooms are starting to show their age. We had multiple issues with the TV/Foxtel and Stacey did a stellar job trying to sort things out..but to no avail. Special thanks to Stacey on the desk.

Lovely stay! The place is modern, comfortable, and luxurious- we were a little unsure as it is rather expensive for 3 nights but wanted to have a great first impression of Mooloolaba. We stayed in a 2-bedroom which had two bathrooms and decent space (it is a very narrow apartment) View was amazing and had a nice deck to relax on. Very close to beach and all the shops which made it easy to do something everyday. They serviced the apartment once a day so you always had fresh towels and refill of anything you need which is very uncommon for hotels these days so really enjoyed that feature. Kitchen had everything you need. The pool was really nice but could do with some tiles being replaced - at the time the sauna was out of order and the gym was really musty so you don’t get value for money over additional utilities. Secure parking and out the back you can do a short walk to Cole’s. Reception was really nice and helped us when we couldn’t connect to the tv.

My experience here was horrendous. The staff were not helpful at all during my time here, as they didn't clean the room when we were there. There was also poo in the toiler bowl when we first walked into our room, and when we called for service to help clean it, it took them 4 hours to come up and clean the toilet and also the room was in a mess as if someone had a high school party in.

We just stayed at Oceans in a 2-bedroom apartment on floor 4, room 402. The view was amazing! I have stayed in a lot of apartments over the years, but the view from this apartment was stunning! Our apartment was spotless, too. I am very fussy about cleanliness. We loved our stay, and we are already deciding when we can return. The location was perfect, across the road to the beach, restaurants, and shops literally downstairs. You can park for the weekend and walk a few steps to the surrounding restaurants. Also, Coles is only a 2-minute walk if you want to cook. A special thank you to the lovely ladies on reception; they were so accommodating, approachable, and kind. The best service we have received in a long time and we have stay in a lot of 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended!

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort in Caloundra is a perfect choice for families, offering various accommodation options such as apartments and villas. The resort boasts lush tropical grounds, a waterpark, resort-style pool, putt-putt golf course, sandpit, climbing frame and giant Kangaroo Jumper. Guests can enjoy outdoor tennis courts, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
An excellent place to stay with children. They loved the waterpark, pool and mini golf. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch too. My 4yo keeps asking when we will be going back to the waterpark! Hope to be staying again soon.

I reckon the hotel will be awesome for ages 5+, but not younger and we could have been told that at the booking time. The room recommended for us was unnecessarily big. The resort is not adjusted to kids under 5, with no bathroom steps in the rooms/communal bathrooms for toddlers to wash their hands. Two tiny open bins for our 3-day stay meant we filled them with nappies pretty quickly and then they were just overfilled and the room had a poo aroma; no spare bags in the room. Couldn't find the sandpit for toddlers, only trampoline used by older kids with spiky sand around it. Kids facilities overrun by older kids so my toddler was too scared to go into the mayhem. No organised activities for kids or anything, everything self-serve. Jacuzzi as the only heated pool too small for a resort with 100+ guests (and too hot for toddlers). Communal toilet floors were mucky. It was also clear the hotel isn't used to operating at full capacity, e.g. when we arrived in the middle of the breakfast time block on a Sunday during school holidays, all the tables were left uncleared with previous guests' plates and stains, I had to clear our table myself, the coffee was running low, only one bowl left and soon they ran out of pancake mix. The restaurant didn't look appetising for dinners either so we had to go look elsewhere. No beach/pool towels provided that I could see. Budget holiday. Likely better mid-week for parents working part-time. However when our little one is older, the water park will be a huge draw.

Nice hotel, super spacious executive family room. Comfortably fit our family of 4. Was clean and all we needed for a nice stay as we were out most days. Very baby / kid friendly. Water park 10/10 as the water is shallow for little ones to play in too + there is a bar in there with delicious frozen cocktails! Staff were lovely and accomodating. Would definitely stay again.
Hannah S — Google review
Our stay was okay overall; however, a few issues unfortunately made our holiday more stressful and inconvenient than we had hoped. Firstly, during our stay, the property was struck by lightning which caused a system outage. We completely understand that this was beyond anyone’s control due to the weather. However, the way the situation was subsequently managed was very poor. We did arrive early and we were advised that we would receive a call once our room was ready and that a staff member would take us up to unlock it, as their systems were down and they couldn’t issue the electronic swipe cards. We were also told that if we wanted to come and go, staff would need to assist us in letting us in and out of our room. By 3 pm we still hadn’t received a call, so I went to reception to check, and was told our room was ready, it would have been appreciated if someone had notified us as promised, especially as we had a toddler with us and had been waiting around for several hours. The following day, the systems were back up and running, but no one informed us. As a result, we went the whole day without access to our room, as there were no staff available to let us in and out. When I checked with reception later that afternoon, I was told that the system had been operational since the morning (no one told us). Then - our room card still couldn’t be issued as the receptionist had then just locked herself out, meaning we still couldn’t get a key card. We were again told that someone would meet us at our room to let us in, but when we arrived to our room, no one was there. After calling reception, someone was eventually sent up. To add to the frustration, our room had not been serviced that day. Overall, the management of the situation was disappointing. Communication was poor, staff seemed disorganised, and there was little understanding or empathy shown given the circumstances. What should have been a relaxing stay ended up feeling stressful and chaotic.

We stayed here for nearly a week and it was very family friendly (which is exactly what we were after). The water park was great, the restaurant was also amazing and HIGHLY recommend the buffet breakfast! There was only one downfall from our stay and that was the drain in the bathroom. When we entered on the first day half the apartment smelt foul. This was fixed the day after but it wasn’t ideal having a 1 year old sleep in a bedroom next to a stinky bathroom.
Alicia W — Google review
Bonus of having a Buffett breakfast with our stay. The room was clean. The location was great. We didn’t use the facilities like playground pool or tennis court in our stay but there were many families that were. We will return if travelling to the Sunshine Coast again

Loved our stay at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort! The facility is exceptionally clean and always smelt fresh. The pool and splash park were amazing along with the mini golf, inflatable pillow and volleyball court. Breakfast each morning was delightful. All the staff were super kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful time.at this resort. I had 2 teenagers who loved the pool and spa. Beds were extremely comfortable. The lunch special at the bar were delicious and a bargin at $15. I did think the buffet breakfast was a bit steep at $30 for anyone over 12 .

With options ranging from one to three bedrooms, each apartment comes equipped with kitchen facilities and laundry amenities, making it ideal for self-catering. The resort boasts two stunning heated pools complete with waterslides, ensuring endless fun for the kids. Families will appreciate the beautiful grounds and playground designed specifically for younger guests.
We appreciated our room having its own pool entry! This was not expected. The apartment and facilities, including location was perfect. The only downside was that the air-conditioning did not work. This was not reported though and did not have a negative impact on our stay. The two bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect! Would love to stay again

Reception were friendly and helpful. Pool is excellent with 2 heated options which was great on a cooler, rainy day. Across the road from the beach. Playground at the resort. Rooms are definitely dated and in need of a deep clean. However, as a family of 4, with two kids under 3, this met all our needs. Thai place next door is exceptional.

We loved our stay!! We had a fantastic view of the beautiful pools and plants from our balcony. It was lovely to sit out there, and also hear the ocean at night. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spas. The room had everything we needed as well. We didn't take a car, but did a lot of walking and using the scooters. Jessica was lovely and helpful on the front counter!! 🩷

Recently stayed here with my husband and kids (4 and 1). We were put into one of the 2 story rooms with the main bedroom upstairs, totally not suitable for little kids, we were almost going to leave and stay elsewhere however we spoke to reception who were happy to move us to a different room the following day and it was a million times more suitable! Thanks so much! The location is the best, the pools are lovely and well kept. My kids enjoyed playing in the on site playground. Unfortunately the rooms are in serious need of a renovation but overall we enjoyed our stay!

We recently had a family holiday here and it was amazing! The 2 bed 2 bath apartment with Ocean Views was great and had everything a family needs. The pools are fantastic, there is the choice of 2 smaller heated pools, spas and the gorgeous lagoon pool with slides. The location was excellent, plenty of food options right out the front, skatepark, playground and beach directly across the road, easy drive to Maroochydore. Great base to explore the area. Would highly recommend!

Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort is a sought-after accommodation on the Sunshine Coast, offering contemporary units with kitchens and balconies. Stunning pool area tucked away inside the complex where it’s quiet and peaceful. A lot of effort has gone into the gardens. Good little gym and a separate pool with a hot tub pool attached. The rooms were good, and the air-con worked great. Good location if you’re ok with a 2k walk to busier parts; but it’s a nice walk along the front. We were roadside, which wasn’t too noisy and quiet with the doors closed. Nice big balcony too. What made it 5 stars was how nice the staff were. Super helpful and friendly.

Loved our week here. Especially grateful for a last minute rearrange of rooms to accommodate an injury and a need for a walk in shower. Staff gave excellent service and are super friendly. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen was functionally equipped with a big fridge, good for self catering. Other friends stayed in various corners of the resort but access is easy. Security is excellent, with safe parking and secure unit access. Easy unpack with lifts and trolleys. The supermarket and bottles hop and pub and Cafe at the front gate is super handy. Thanks team for a lovely stay.

We stumbled across this Oaks in Alexander Headland by using a booking website. The price was irresistible for our quick one night stay. Our room had views over the landscaped pool areas and it felt like we were in a tropical haven. The services was exceptional and it was a very easy 3 minute stroll to be standing in the ocean.

We have been pleasantly surprised by our visit. We decided to stay here over competitors due to their large apartments and better reviews and have been impressed. Our apartment is a two bedroom but one room locked off( booked 1 beddy). The decor is modern and very clean. Great hot shower with incredible pressure. Great location as we love walking. It's a beautiful walk to Mooloolaba and an easy stroll down to Sunshine Plaza. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby plus a small supermarket for all your last minute needs. Staff have been friendly and helpful. We are loving it so much with such perfect weather we have booked an extra night. We will definitely be back before long.

Oh I want to give them so many more stars!!! Right away from the moment I walked into the reception the lovely Sarah found the best deal for me, we are locals that needed a night to stay in between rentals and we were exhausted from moving and cleaning. When we walked into the room it was a fully fledged 2 bedroom apartment!!! We were shocked at how beautiful and amazing it was and thought she must of put us in the wrong room so I rang and they said, "No we were allowed to use both rooms free of charge." !!! We were so grateful, they were so wonderful to upgrade us and it was like the best surprise ever!!! The view was spectacular, 🥰 we slept like logs, listening to the waves, the beds were so comfortable, we wanted to live there!!! I can't thank the wonderful team at Oaks enough, especially Sarah! You have given us the overnight stay to recharge for the move the next day! I only wish I had longer to enjoy the pool and sauna but we were too exhausted! 😩 Thank you again so very much!!!🥰

Location was convenient, but room was dated, not well maintained, tidy but not deep cleaned, cob webs on ceiling. No exhaust fan in bathroom, a coffee pod machine would be a nice touch. Only one staff member at desk meant we had to wait. Our car park was awful, sedan scraped underneath on sharp down hill entry (definitely not for low vehicles) and then there was a storage cage in our carpark so car hung out half a metre. On a positive note though the beds were super comfy and ceiling fan was refreshing. Large tv and couch in living area too. 👍

Stayed only one night for a work trip but the lovely lady who checked me in was 10/10. I had my mum with me so she gave us a oceanview room for her to sit in while I worked. Rooms had everything we needed. Definitely book again for myself and stay longer. Thank you Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort :)

Mantra Sirocco Mooloolaba is a luxurious apartment hotel that offers top-notch amenities such as a gym, hot tub, and outdoor pool, along with complimentary parking. The hotel boasts a coastal chic ambiance with spacious balconies and open-plan rooms that provide stunning beachfront views. While some guests appreciated the early check-in and fantastic parking facilities, others found the reception staff to be less accommodating.
We are regulars at the Mantra Sirocco Mooloolaba as the location is perfect with great views of the ocean and beach. You can simply just walk across the road and you can enjoy a swim, surf or stroll along the beach. The shops are directly below the building and there are an abundance of quality restaurants within a few meters of walk. Secure locked gate parking underneath the building keeps your vehicle safe and sound while you relax and unwind during your stay. I would highly recommend Mantra Sirocco for anyone wanting to stay at Mooloolaba as you will thoroughly enjoy it. I have included some photos which Im sure you will enjoy. For reference, the blue building is the Mantra Sirocco at night.

So far our favourite hotel in Mooloolabah. We prefer this one over Mantra Beach. It is more Modern and so close to the beach. You can just walk down into the main esplanade and you have all the shops and beach area - very convenient! The view was amazing from level 10 and the deck so spacious you feel like you can relax out there longer than usual. The pool was amazing we went everyday swimming. Secure parking down below and helpful reception. Only issue is that I think they are independently owned apartments which means you don’t get consistent standards throughout - our apartment had very outdated TV’s so we couldn’t connect to apps or chrome-cast which is not ideal on a holiday as you may want to watch a movie. The utensils in the kitchen need to be updated and the knifes were blunt and the glasses looked very worn. The main bed could be more comfortable as it was a little firm. I also think air con needed the filters to be cleared. The bathrooms looked to be recently updated which looked amazing and made it feel more modern.

We had an amazing anniversary. Thank you to the team for acknowledging our anniversary with a card, balloons and chocolate. Also a welcome gift was appreciated. Very easy to check in and check out. We loved the apartment, so roomy and well furnished - giving the holiday beach vibe. Just walk downstairs and there are restaurants, cafes and beach at your toe tips. All the staff are very friendly on the phone and in person. We will definitely choose Sirocco on our next Mooloolaba holiday.

Everything was great until walking into the "Penthouse 1002" The presentation was abysmal, we found BLACK MOULD present in the refrigerator and door seals, both bathrooms had BLACK MOULD that thick that we had to go and buy Ajax professional mould killer to rid the refrigerator and shower areas free of BLACK mould. The cutlery had peanut butter on the knives which all had to go through the dishwasher. The air-conditioning throughout the apartment was at most non-existent and also containing BLACK MOULD. the main bedroom had a queen bed, not a king, and was also sporting the most horrid, thin, well worn mattress, which made for constantly disturbed sleep. The floor throughout the apartment had not been moped nor vacuumed correctly. The windows and the balcony were absolutely disgraceful. Spider webs on every balcony railing, dirty, smeared glass both looking out and the glass panels on the balcony. Dust was present on everything in the apartment. I was intending on sending an email detailing our experience with this "Penthouse 1002" I'm not unsure of returning to Sirocco again, as I'm afraid that I will receive the same standard that was on display. Which is a darn shame as my family and I absolutely love and enjoyed staying at Sirocco but now we may need to look elsewhere.
Kenny C — Google review
Loved the view from the 4th floor. Nicely laid out apartment with everything you need. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Pool and gym. What more could you ask for. Would have easily given 5 stars but the Internet was atrocious. Could not even look at the news on my phone. Gave up and used our own sim cards in the end. Despite this I would absolutely come back here.

The apartment is like in the advertisement but there are some unpleasent aspects: the carpeting is giving out a smell of moldy unaierd rooms in the whole apartment, the second bathroom does not have any type of ventilation:no windov, no ventilator. The amenities like dish detergent and washing detergent is a nice touch.you have a hairdryer, cooking electronics like a kettle and a toaster, ironing board +an iron, washing machine, dryer and dryer wrack. We stayed mostly outside and the smell of the rooms did not bother us.
AndraG — Google review
Pacific Beach Resort is well located on the esplanade in close proximity to lots of retail outlets and restaurants. The view is over the road, park and carpark at the rocky end of the beach, with a nice sweep across to the lighthouse. We stayed in a 3 bedroom beachfront superior apartment on the 4th floor. We paid over $4000 for 6 nights in school holidays and were shocked to find the veranda sliding door couldn’t be locked. Some tradies came to look at it but needed parts so it remained unlocked and impossible to slide open on one side. It felt like a very high price to pay for no security in that way. The apartment was quite nicely appointed however the lounge suite barely sat 3 people comfortably, let alone the 6 that would stay here. The bedrooms were comfortable with adequate storage space. The master ensuite bathroom was the main negative for us - the tiny basin had a slim shelf over it, making it almost impossible to use for anything other than a simple hand wash. And there was no shelf in the shower cubicle for keeping toiletries so they had to be on the floor. The kitchen was updated but quite sparse with no extra bowls or platters for entertaining and only basic utensils and glassware. The option of air con or ceiling fan in the bedrooms was good on the hot nights.

First time staying here with my two small children. Fantastic location and spacious room with outstanding views. The best part for me was the service. The staff let me park my car there early, accommodated my room request and even sent my sons lost pillow back by post. Thank you! We’ll definitely return.

Walked in and the room looked nothing like what was advertised: room looked like it was from the 70’s or 80’s with a big screen tv chucked on the wall in the corner. Bathroom in the main bedroom was disgusting to the point my wife was physically sick, the tv obviously run off some pretty poor WiFi to the point it was nearly not watchable due to it constantly buffering every couple of minutes.. bed was like sleeping on concrete. For what the room cost it was massively dissapointing to the point we left just after we woke up as we didn’t want to be there a minute longer. Would not recommend to anyone

Even though the building itself is a little dated, we had the loveliest stay at Pacific Beach Resort. Our apartment was large, clean and modern and was fully renovated. Can't fault On The Beach. The location is amazing, overlooking the beach depending on which room you choose but without feeling on view to the people on the beach. It is quiet and peaceful, clean and well equipped. The roof top balconies (not all room types) are a delightful spot to enjoy the view, some peace and quiet, and use the barbecue provided. The staff were all friendly and helpful, willing to do whatever was needed to help make our stay more enjoyable - including leaving us a small gift in recognition of our stay being somewhat of a celebration. Thanks to everyone at On The Beach, we had a fantastic stay.

We stayed at On The Beach in one of their ‘one bedroom beachfront with spa’ rooms for 5 nights in May 2025. We have stayed in Noosa many times before but this location was absolutely the best. You are right on the beach as the name suggests. The only noise we encountered was from the waves breaking on the beach, despite being located above 2 restaurants. So do not worry that noise might be an issues as it won’t. Our room was fantastic with the bedroom having the most glorious beach view as well as the lounge living terrace area. It was large and with a good sized kitchen and bathroom area and there was an electric BBQ on the terrace. There was also loads of storage for clothing and to hide your luggage away making for a most comfortable stay. The apartments are serviced daily and they even provide continental breakfast potions in their breakfast room. I highly recommend On The Beach for your next stay in Noosa.

Probably one of the most fantastic places I have stayed! Could not fault it! Rooms and facilities were amazing and always kept so tidy and full restocked by housekeeping our full stay. This included emptying the dishwasher for us, I mean you can’t get better than that! The location is simply breathtaking and waking up early every morning to that view was perfect.

Loved this place, the staff were amazing the room was perfect as was the position. Walk out back to the beach, out front to Hastings st. We didn’t use the car at all. Plenty of restaurants for lunch & dinner, breakfast was provided, pastries from the local bakery along with fruit & yogurt. There is a convenience store near the entrance for your drinks and snacks. It was a lovely getaway, I will definitely be going back.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Noosa on the Beach Apartments We recently stayed at Noosa on the Beach Apartments to celebrate my partner Connie’s birthday, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making us feel so welcome. The thoughtful touches — including the beautiful fresh flowers and chilled champagne — truly made the occasion feel special. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, with unbeatable views and direct access to the beach, which we absolutely loved. The location is second to none — right on picturesque Noosa Main Beach and just steps away from all the wonderful restaurants, cafés, and shops along Hastings Street. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return for another unforgettable holiday. We have just had a 10 day stay here. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and the reception area was very clean and inviting. We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior room. The room certainly wasn’t superior. It was really in need of an update. The carpet in the lounge was stained, the TV was useless mainly news channels. The shower was over a spa bath with a curtain and really difficult to climb in and out of. I thought showers with curtains went out with the dark ages. The bedroom was really dark and uninviting. It certainly wasn’t worth the money we paid. We had a great view which was great but really awful traffic noise as close to a busy intersection. The resort is very handy to restaurants and shops and the supermarket is right behind the resort which was a plus. Unless there was major update of the rooms we would be unlikely to stay here again.

My partner and I used all facilities except for the indoor heated pool. We were looking forward to its use on the colder windy day but it did not look clean with visible dust covering the floor, if in fact it was clean there is a large section that has metal staining and does not look appealing to enter. I'd recommend looking into an acid wash to clean that up or if it's bad enough maybe even look for it to be resurfaced. Overall the room we stayed in was great with a perfect view of the beach, and all staff we met were super friendly 👌.

Stayed two nights and had a one bedroom apartment with ocean view. On arrival that lady that greeted us was friendly and welcoming. View was beautiful and room was spotless clean. While the room furnishings were a little dated the bed was very comfortable. Great location close to many restaurants and beach walks. Will be back again.

Stayed for anniversary, was surprised with a bottle of champagne. The room was perfect for a couple to stay in. Nice deep round spa bath. Tv connects to phone from chrome cast if needing to catch up on a show you missed at night, because you’re out enjoying the view or one of the pools. Lovely to stay here again

The location is great, the outdoor and indoor pools are very nice. The staff were all very nice and professional The room however was very disappointing for the price,(5 week nights at $580 p/n) the sofa lounge was not useable on one end due to it being a fold out being broken and clearly well used over the years. The dining chairs were all worn / broken internally and extremely uncomfortable. This left little space for a family of 4 to sit. The apartment itself is dated and dirty in need of a deep clean, evidenced by dirty lamps / sills and dirty men’s underwear found under the bed by my 8 yo daughter. The kitchenette is lacking enough utensils or pans to function properly as a kitchenette, the microwave plonked on the bench takes up half the bench space, carpets are old and dishwasher and washing machine seem to barely function We caught a glimpse of the room next door and it looked in far better condition. Expected far better

Loved the location, staff friendly. Apartment could do with a makeover as it's looking tired. The round tub with overhead shower and curtain was interesting! Would stay again - in an upgraded apartment 🫠

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Noosa, Mantra French Quarter Resort is a delightful escape that perfectly blends modern comfort with tropical charm. This elegant resort features spacious self-contained apartments surrounded by lush greenery and an inviting lagoon-style pool, ideal for families seeking relaxation and adventure. Just a stone's throw from Hastings Street, guests can easily explore an array of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops.
We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed—and more! Sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool was such a relaxing way to enjoy lunch and a drink. Being just a short walk from Hastings Street meant we could easily access the beach and great restaurants while still enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the crowds during the school holidays. We only wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend to enjoy everything it had to offer.

Mixed Experience – Great Location and Staff, but Needs Improvement We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic – very central and convenient for exploring the area. The pool area was a definite highlight, beautifully laid out and a lovely place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a positive difference. However, the resort itself feels a bit run down and could really benefit from some maintenance and updates. The cleanliness wasn’t up to standard either – the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, and a few areas looked like they’d been overlooked for a while. Given the condition and service, we felt the resort was overpriced for what it offered. With some improvements, this place could be a real gem. But for now, it’s not quite hitting the mark.

We booked early in the year and as our booking came closer the staff contacted to advise of works planned during our stay. The team were patient, understanding and offered some very helpful suggestions to ensure our stay was still as expected. We were nervous arriving but found the situation to be exactly as described and therefore no issue at all. The double bedroom facing Hastings Street was fantastic, well equipped, and laid out cleverly. The pool is incredible. Again, the staff were extremely impressive. Haven’t experienced up beat, and helpful front of house staff like this for many years. We’ll be coming back. Only critisicm is that the reception is located in a very awkward location relative to Hastings Street and where we were on the site.

You can't beat the location. We stayed during so lots and lots of children and families. The kids all played together around the pool and spas. The resort is built around the pool and is across Hastings Street from Noosa Beach. Hastings Street is a great location to shop and eat, you can even get a massage.

We recently enjoyed 4 days at the French Quarter for a family & friends catch-up & once again had a great experience. We have always found reception staff very pleasant however I must praise & thank Jack & Tiffany for making every effort to make our holiday memorable & very pleasant. Jack even offering suggestions of places to visit. The French Quarter has been our choice of accommodation for the past 12 years, as it ticks all the boxes for location close to beach, restaurants & shops, fully equipped apartments & I must add the most comfortable beds & pillows, with a well equipped kitchen, great TV & lounge, laundry, balcony with views of the beautifully maintained gardens. Look forward to our next Noosa holiday.

Great location, that’s where it ended. Doing renovations, so noise and disruption on from 9am to 3pm. No good using any facilities during that time. Ran out of hot water in first day, not good at all. Poor WiFi connection. Dirty rooms and really run down. Friendly staff, not good value for money. Would not bother going there again regardless of how good renovations maybe in the future.

We booked a room well in advance and specifically asked for a room with a walk in shower as we had a disabled friend travelling with us. We told the manager at the time, after we had seen the room only to be told that we should have mentioned it at check in. We didn't know when we checked in that that was the room allocated. The Manager admitted no fault and more or less blamed us. Furthermore, no apology was offered. We also had to get housekeeping in to properly clean the bathroom. I feel we were treated with disdain, disregard and disrespect. We are extremely disappointed with the Mantra Group and will not return.

Fantastic location on Hastings Street and close to the beach. Our kids loved the pool area, but our apartment was a little dated and a few things not working (ie: dishwasher didn't work and didn't get fixed within the 2 week period we stayed there). Pool and common areas can be very noisy when lots of people in there, so we had to keep our balcony door closed a lot.

Great accommodation in a perfect spot. 1 and a bit hours to Brisbane and the same to Noosa, such a central location to so many places. We hired a car for the week so got to do so much. The pool is great. We went in winter but there is a heated pool and spa so the little one swam everyday. The ground floor rooms walk straight into the pool so a really great feature. Rooms are nice. On the older side but well maintained. So many things to do close by the location is perfect. Plane noise during the day but stops around 7pm. We had a great stay.

My partner, daughter and I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (room 47). The room was welcoming when we arrived with nice cool aircon which was amazing with how hot the day was. The room was cute, neat and spacious. After an hour, I decided to give my daughter a bath when I noticed a whole bunch of ants all around the shower / shower screen and walls. This continued into 2 other bedrooms including her room which some were also found on her bed. Reception was closed for the day including the next being a Sunday, so we had to just make do with squishing them. We called the after hours number in the morning who said someone would be over soon - we waited an hour just for him to bring a can of spray.. we said it wasn’t going to fix the problem and he said it’s a common problem in a few units due to humidity. At this point we were annoyed and frustrated because if it was a known problem, it would have been helpful to have some spray in the room - we stayed at two other places this holiday who provided this My partner phoned the after hours number again and said we still weren’t happy with the outcome and it’s uncomfortable having to deal with ants when it’s meant to be a holiday. The lady said there was nothing she could do but would leave a message for the manager. THANKFULLY we had a knock on our door within the hour with a new set of keys to a new room. The new room was absolutely perfect and exactly what we had envisioned when we booked the accomodation. I was so happy with how the situation was dealt with and the park definitely redeemed themselves! I understand ants get into places but when you pay money to stay in nice accomodation it’s the last thing you want to deal with - especially having ants crawl on your daughters wall when you’re trying to put her to sleep Lastly, the first room desperately needed a deep clean with cob webs, dusty window seals and grim on the toilet bowl and shower walls. The second room was much better. Thank you for the nice stay and assisting us promptly with the issue! The pool is beautiful and definitely the stays highlight :)

Great spot but the garage is so tiny, pulling my vehicle in is damn near impossible. Can tell the cleanup was done way too quickly or in a rush but I recommend. nice place

Beautiful location very close to beach and shops in walkable distance. Great pool and spa. Rooms are nice and good looking. Great wifi and everything else. However, in our rooms we did not have actual duvets and instead they were blankets shoved between two sheets. I definitely expected better than that for what was paid. Otherwise everything was great

Michele G — Google review
Rooms are nice and spacious, showers and bathrooms & kitchen areas could do with a deep clean. Great service received by the host/reception desk. Lots of plane noise over, but you get used to it. New cleaners would be suggested
Emily A — Google review
Absolutely amazing! We loved our week at sand dunes. The resort is well maintained and the units are fantastic for families. The only issue, and is the same everywhere, is why, when you book anything for a family of five or more, you only get 4 dining or outdoor chairs??? Very frustrating! Everything needed for a comfortable stay is included in the units. The kitchen is well equipped and having a laundry in the unit is welcome when travelling. The whole family loved the pool, however if you like a sleep in, you will probably be woken at 7am with people in the pool. Staff were friendly and approachable, we called on staff for a couple of minor issues, and our concerns were addressed immediately. Great location of access to Noosa, Australia Zoo, Sea life aquarium, etc. The ability to step out of your unit directly into the pool is amazing and unique to sand dunes. We would highly recommend the resort to anyone, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Fantastic place!

Guests can enjoy three outdoor pools, a heated spa, wading pool, gym, and beachside BBQ area. The location provides easy access to restaurants, bars, boutiques, and recreational activities.
Absolutely fabulous location. Modern building. The service is great. The pools are clean. Quick access to the beach or to the local cafes. The room is spacious. The water pressure is great. Noise cancellation is not the best if you a light sleeper, we had no problem

Great modern, spacious and practical rooms. Nothing too luxurious but very clean with comfortable beds, strong aircon & good water pressure. 5-star location as it is one of the very few beach front hotels on Noosa Main Beach. Very easy access to all the amazing cafes, restaurants and shops on Hastings Street. We booked on a promotion - and absolutely great value for money!

We absolutely love our stay at Seahaven Noosa. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, so grateful! You can hear the ocean at night when you go to sleep and it’s so relaxing. The pool with the sea view is magic, you feel like you are on a tropical island. The beds are comfortable, it’s very clean (really important to me), and the location you can’t beat it. Walk straight out on the wooden path of Noosa beach. Thank you Seahaven, we can’t wait to come back.

Lovely resort in the perfect location on Hastings Street. The rooms are well laid out and the pools are very nice. The website suggests that you can ask for a late checkout which I did. The lady at the front desk the day prior agreed that I'd like check out was going to be no problem. Unfortunately the gatekeeper Louise didn't see it that way and insisted that our room was required at 10:00 a.m. on our checkout day. Had that been the case I'd have no issue. We observed the cleaners come to our room at around 1:00 p.m. that day. I think Louise just didn't want to make the effort. I do recommend the resort but don't expect to be given a late checkout despite what it says on the website.
Douglas D — Google review
Great location and the room was well equipped however the noise is absolutely ridiculous. The doors slam excessively loudly and kids were running up and down outside our room nonstop starting at 6:00am! On top of this you have the rubbish trucks that empty the bins every day at 6:00am. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay, do not stay at Seahaven. The noise spoilt the whole stay and I wouldn't ever stay there again for that reason.
Michelle N — Google review
Midweek winter break in Noosa at Seahaven was 'mostly' good - location right on the beach is fab, pool area lovely, check in a breeze -but- worst room ever! We booked a Hastings Suite ($300 midweek) and the room was on the 1st floor - room 117 to be exact - and its like staying in a very noisy cave! It's right next to the driveway so you get all the p.m. and a.m. noise of Hastings St ( cars coming/going, garbage trucks) plus the lighting in the room is virtually non existent. We had to use our phone torch to see our clothes in the wardrobe in the bedroom area. The only decent lighting was in the bsthroom. Friends checked in at the same time (same room type) and were given a room on a higher floor and had a better experience. Hotel wasn't full so why would you put one couple on a higher floor and put another couple in the dungeon? So, do yourself a favour and either ask for a Hasting St on high floor when booking or pay a higher rate and get beach front. Lesson learned.
Lea B — Google review
The location is fantastic, the staff were lovely and the hotel was nice. It was noisy at times with lots of kids running around, especially in the pool area, and hearing doors banging. I had earplugs so that helped. It was lovely to be able to walk out onto the beach or into Hastings Street!

I recently had a 7 night stay in villa 59. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Spent hours whale watching everyday. Make sure you bring binoculars. The main bedroom had a comfortable king bed with a smart tv. The 2 bedroom had 2 king singles which were a bit uncomfortable needing an upgrade. The unit was spacious and new flooring and carpet. Kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated but everything was supplied. I would have thought the bathtub/shower would be attached to the spare bedroom and walk in shower in the main it was hard to climb into. The couches were hard as a rock with a small 2 seater and 2 one seaters. I would suggest getting a new 3 seater and a 2 seater as an upgrade. In general really clean comfy villa with a spacious balcony in a beautiful setting. Quiet on most days a bit of road noise but nice to be out of the hassle and bustle of downtown Coolum. Might be too many stairs for older people or people with bad knees. Mary was very helpful and polite on check in.
Michelle M — Google review
Clean and tidy which is the most important thing. Very nice view. But the bed was so uncomfortable and had one thin sheet over it, made it impossible to sleep. Definitely need to sort their bedding situation out

I had a lovely stay at The Point while I was in Coolum. The entire booking, check in and check out process was seamless. I appreciated the regular text message updates and how they accommodated an early check in for me. The apartment was clean, neat and tidy with terrific views of the ocean. The apartment had everything you need for a long comfortable stay. Bath (with jets!) washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. Its directly across the beach for easy access. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying there again.

Had a fantastic week staying at The Point. It has two pools, one with a toilet and hot shower. You can walk to the shops in about 20 minutes comfortably along the board walk which looks out across the water, or get to a beach in 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk were polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. It is fairly quiet aside from some minor road noise. We had a lovely view of the water, you see more from the top apartments but it's all lovely. Would definitely stay again if I visit.

We have stayed quite a few times at the Point now and love going back there. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Each unit is a little different but all spacious, well equipped and very clean. This time we had two apartments to stay with a group of friends and our friends were just as impressed as we always are with the features. No matter which apartment we have stayed in, each one has a good sized balcony where we can enjoy the spectacular views. We can't wait for our next stay there.
Suzanne B — Google review
The location was great. Close enough to the main town and yet very private and secluded in a quiet area of Coolum. We were so grateful to be able to check in early . Mary who was at reception was so friendly. The apartment was fully equipped with a huge fridge and proper kitchen amenities. The swimming pool was just behind our apartment with a kid lap pool which was a delight for our kiddo. I enjoyed doing the jigsaw puzzles that was readily available. We had a view of the sea and sitting on the day bed on the balcony was blissfully relaxing. Communication was great from text messages prior to us arriving and at check out too. The beach (not flagged) is just across the road. We just enjoyed just playing in the sand.

We enjoyed our stay in apartment 30 and very much appreciated the degree of cleanliness, the many extras such as sporting equipment, board games and shower products. When we checked in we had malfunctioning air conditioning and TV remotes. Ella and the manager solved the problem very quickly. All the staff were professional and friendly.

Four of us stayed here during an unusually rainy week. The staff were lovely though and always quick to respond. Extra shout out to Tina the caretaker for taking good care of us with a little extra humour :) The apartment itself is pretty standard for the area, just nothing spectacular. Appreciated having a view of the ocean from our apartment. Location was pretty good with a cafe and a few restaurants within walking distance, along with the beach of course. We enjoyed the pool during the brief sunny moments :)

Loved the location. Very happy with the check in and check out process. Room was very nice but we found it difficult to locate a tea towel. Perhaps a note on the fridge could help future guests locate more easily. The washing machine unfortunately had items in it when we stayed (not that we wanted to use it but it was full our entire visit).

Our overlooked the beachfront and looked back over the mountains. Freshly renovated and heaps of room and the resort staff were very nice. There's a bit of traffic along the road during the day, but you close up and use the aircons and it was no bother. Would stay again.

Our family of four people, including two children, were very happy with our holiday. The rooms were lovely and having two bathrooms was a blessing. The children played gold twice a day, and the pool was great. The children loved the games room, and enjoyed the big pool rather than trying to swim in the ocean with the big waves, which we had on four days due to strong winds. We had a movie night, went deep sea fishing and walked on the beach. The unit had great views over Alexandra Headlands Surf club across the road. We watched the lights of ships coming and going at night..The unit was easy to look after, and all the cleaning stuff was in the cupboard. Plenty of crockery and utensils for everyone. We will definitely be going back. Debbie, Toogoolawah, Qld

Room 47 was superb. First of all the view is amazing. We stayed in April. The unit is facing the perfect direction to enjoy the sunshine. Unit 47 is immaculately presented. You could not ask for more on the kitchen, every utensil was provided. The decor is welcoming and relaxing. King size bed and single beds all very comfortable. This is a superior unit. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again, 😊

Absolutely the best location with patrolled beach straight across the road and Maroochydore and Mooloolaba half hour walks in opposite directions And beautiful beach walks they were Facilities were beautiful, check in and out super easy and staff were amazing ( Tina was especially wonderful) We were lucky enough to get the top level with the penthouses booking the superior ocean view room 56 - the room itself was a little outdated and the verandah a little scary to be on but it was clean and comfortable so not an issue - a small renovation would make it amazing!! We were able to see both penthouses whilst we were there ( open house and Tina let us have a look at the other after checkout ) they are both absolutely stunning and we will be saving up to spend a weekend in one as soon as we can We had an amazing weekend - thank you

I recently stayed at Netanya and had a fantastic experience. Sam, the staff member, went above and beyond to help us change our dates after we had an issue with our booking. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, and we weren’t charged any extra fees. Highly recommend staying here!

While the location is excellent the room we had (for $1000 a night!) stank like sewerage. Maintenance barely helped and I we spent 3 nights in stench. This complemented my balcony view of a public toilet though so I suppose consistency is there! My emails have been ignored now for 2+ days on trying to remedy this situation. I do look forward to some correspondence…

Good for couples get away, beachfront. Be careful if booking a one bedroom oceanfront rooms. Not all is equal. Would recommend booking straight with hotel, although it is more $$. 108- old un-renovated room with limited ‘beach view’, next to the pool with limited privacy. Basically people looking in on you whilst lounging and playing at the pool, so curtains need to be closed. 112- newly renovated with grass frontage. Would call earlier to get room on Level 2- more elevation and actual views. Very expensive for what we paid, (1k+ per/night) wouldn’t recommend Noosa as a whole, for that price.

Our family has been enjoying our times at Netanya over the last 40 years. We just completed our most recent stay at Netanya. The recent renovations have certainly updated the property, which is now state of the art. The location has always been the best in Noosa with amazing facilities. In our opinion, the team, especially at reception are amazing. Their personal happiness and willingness to provide the highest level service to Guests was amazing. We will return!

Where do I start? I spoke to reception a lady called Jan - who was very cold and rude. I asked for a quite room as I'll be arriving after 11pm coming from airport 🛫. I arrive to a horrible room facing the public toilets 🚻 absolutely woofing of smell of human phesies and noisey too. All night I could rattling sounds above balcony and the bed 🛌 is located right near door 🚪. The apartment is NOT worth the $550 I paid at all - I requested noon check out and they had cleaners arrive at 9:45am? I come to Noosa Heads regularly and never experienced such a joke and swindling of my money. And time.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Netanya and were very impressed with the service received by Elle at the front desk. We arrived early due to arriving into Brisbane off a midnight flight from Perth and then driving to Noosa. We were both very tired but Elle went out of her way to get a room cleaned so we could check in earlier. Thank you Elle my husband and I were very appreciative of the effort you went to. Our room was stunning with a view of the ocean and pool area and was very clean. The pool area was perfect for a swim and to relax by. Our stay and the service received by other members of the staff was exceptional too. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to seeing you next time 😃 and would highly recommend the Netanya

They also didn't skimp on the entertainment options, with plenty of Foxtel channels, including movie channels, to keep us entertained when in the room. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return!

Just stayed here at the poolside room for 3 nights with my partner. Place and location is perfect, but had a few things that we weren’t happy about. In the description it said we have a king bed (didn’t know that meant 2 shitty single beds put together) 💀 Also the temperature on the aircon is locked at 22 degrees at the lowest (doesn’t really matter I just think it’s odd) To swipe your key to get into your parking spot, had to get out of the car to tap the key, needs a better location. Also don’t get excited about the look off the shower heads, you can only use 1 setting at a time they are nothing special with poor water pressure.

We recently stayed 5 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the location with restaurants, bars and surf club withing a minutes or two's walk. A great place to stay with kids of all ages.

Clean, modern spacious apartment with full kitchen facilities in an excellent location opposite the beach and on the main shopping street, with a Coles supermarket also in walking distance. Very bright and airy with 2 balconies, one facing north and the other facing into a cool courtyard area with flowing water. Best value for money of anywhere I've stayed on the NSW coast.

Amazing stay in March 2025! Our room was spacious, clean, tidy and modern. Shower pressure divine. Location is PERFECT with cafes, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Location is spot on for walking to every where - coffee, cafe, beach, take away, playground, walks, restaurant, pub & surf club. Yep, everywhere. Clean large room, all amenities available, balcony and comfy bed. Highly recommended

We stayed in a standard two bedroom. The apartment was large, clean and beautifully appointed. We had two balconies - one towards the other units with a garden in between, and the other towards the petrol station (which we didn't mind). Communication bothe before and during our stay was excellent.

The location is more than 5 stars. The penthouse came with 3 secured parking spaces which was unexpected. The kitchen utensils and equipment were in good condition. Had an enjoyable stay.

Breeze Mooloolaba, is situated in the best location, right on the esplanade, and in the heart of Mooloolaba! Our 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely exquisite! It was modern, comfortable and perfectly clean and had AMAZING ocean views! You have access to great bars, restaurants and shops, and the marina, where you can book fantastic cruises! Big shout out to Jan and Kim who went above and beyond to help us surprise our daughter for her birthday, they truly exceeded our expectations! Thanks again! We will definitely be back and recommend! Best regards, Andrea and Kevin Craggs

Excellent location, friendly staff who go that extra mile to make your stay special. We were grateful for the earlier check in time and the rooms were immaculately clean. Beautiful views of the waves from our balconies as well. We would gladly return

The apartment was nice and in a good location, after hours service was lovely, such a shame their daytime employees don't understand that. Ruined the experience for us completely. Told us the car parks aren't included in our package deal, cancelled my key card because she couldn't get hold of me. The first time we go away together in 15 years and this is our experience, should've stayed home and saved the money, not worth it!

Love this hotel! I've stayed multiple times and every time the ladies on the front desk are lovely and very efficient, the apartments are immaculate, clean, fresh, modern and equipped with everything you need and more. Kitchens have stone bench tops, full size fridge, stove and are beautifully clean, they even come with a coffee machine! Beds are super comfy, linen and bathrooms are top quality and always spotless. Rooms are quiet, views are great, balconies are large and so are the living areas. Really cant speak highly enough, location is also fantastic, right on the beach. Much better value and quality than places like the Mantra which is old, tired and more expensive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Clean, modern, stylish, comfort with great touches like Nespresso and Foxtel Worth the money Best place I’ve stayed in Mooloolaba
Isabella M — Google review
Stayed for a week in October in a 2 bedroom apartment facing the ocean. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-appointed. Halfway through our stay they serviced the room. Lounge room had big folding doors to the balcony. Receptionists were friendly and efficient as were the cleaning staff. We had a problem with the lights in the lounge, so reception organised an electrician the next morning who replaced the faulty dimmer switch. The apartment had separate air conditioners for the lounge and bedrooms, so we had good control over the temperature. Garage had luggage trolleys on each level that made it easy to move our luggage up and down. The beach is right across the road, as is an e-scooter pickup/drop off point. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Awesome apartment complex, right in the heart of Mooloolaba! We got a 2 bed part sea view apartment, and we were immensely impressed with the place. The rooms were good sized, clean and fairly newish so no complaints at all. Had a beautiful part view of the sea, which we preferred. Service is standard, which is what you can expect with any apartment hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, but was only provided limited toiletries and dishwashing items, but there is a Coles just around the corner so we had no issues. The staff also provided us a couple of extra items on request, but they do expect you to get these items yourself. The best is the free in-demand movies which kept the kids occupied. We really enjoyed our time here, and will be back!

Breeze is in a central spot 350m from supermarket, bang in front of the beach and 300m from major restaurants area next to the beach. Some rooms offer excellent sea views from multiple rooms and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding is super comfortable. Highly recommend this spot.

Booked really last minute for a weekend away. Lovely first floor apartment. Appeared to have been recently renovated. Big kitchen and huge bedroom! Very clean and tidy. 20min walk to Hastings street or 5 min to Noosaville…..both nice and easy to do. Great clear instructions from the managers when we checked in after hours. The last minute price was exceptional and made for a very relaxing stay….. absolutely no issues staying there again!!

Eumarella Shores Noosa Lake Retreat is a serene escape located on the picturesque Lake Weyba in Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Surrounded by native bushland, it offers spacious and well-equipped accommodations with regular visits from wallabies and native birds. The retreat provides a perfect digital detox getaway, just 15 minutes' drive from Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach.
Absolutely amazing place to stay. We ended a 2-week trip around the East coast here and couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect place to wrap up an awesome break. The setting is beyond perfect with kangaroos in the bush and a beautiful lake to loose yourself in as you take in the views from your private terrace. We were left some lovely and thoughtful treats in the fridge too - a really nice touch. You have heaps of space in these well appointed cabins and the team have thought of everything with small quantities of basic necessities to get you started. Thank you for a memorable few nights, we loved it.

4th time staying at Eumarella Shores and we'll be back again. Stayed in Treetops due to our favourite Cormorant (and our other previous stay Gooloowaa) being unavailable. It was not a disappointment. We had rain and strong winds all weekend so the canoe did not get used this year, but if you have to spend a windy rainy weekend near Noosa then this is the place. A warm fire and plenty of comfy places to read a book. This lake is something special. Knowing how close you are to the hustle and bustle of Noosa, this place is a piece of paradise where you can embrace nature, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. While this would probably not be considered a 5 star accommodation, I give it 5 stars for the level of enjoyment and relaxation we experienced.
Vanessa M — Google review
Relaxing, absolute lake front, well equip stay! We stayed in the Cormorant- one of the deluxe 2 bedroom cottages. It’s stunning. It’s completely surrounded by trees and nature, and about a 15 second walk along the board walk to the lake and your own private pontoon. It’s well equip with everything you would have at home and would need on a getaway. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast without fuss everyday. When we arrived, we had a few very minor issues which we expressed some disappointment about to reception staff, and they were quick to take on the feedback, and rectify the issue, even providing us some more complementary snacks and champagne which really topped our experience. It’s great to see people so willing to take on feedback. Overall wonderful stay, wonderful time, and very awesome management. If you want a beautiful lakeside escape from the city that isn’t in the middle of nowhere (shops less than 10 minutes drive) you must stay here!!!

This is such a beautiful peaceful retreat. Lake Weyba is superb & the house is one of the best equipped holiday properties that I have ever stayed in. Waking up to see kangaroos right outside my bedroom window was a real treat. The platter of food we ordered was delicious. All in all one of the best places I've stayed. My time there was too short, I hope to return sometime.

Beautiful property with beautiful cottages. Would be better if there was a bit more space between cottages. Beautiful views. And very peaceful and quiet. Numerous native animals. Had a lovely stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom deluxe lakehouse. It was just so peaceful and lovely to wake up early and sit on the private grassed area with a cup of tea watching the kids and husband paddleboard, kayak and fish! Highly recommend.
Sarah B — Google review
Stayed in treetops cabin, 1 of the two deluxe cabins. Not the best bang for your buck. I paid $1700 for 4 nights in a cramped cabin in the woods. cabins are quite dated now and there is no servicing during the stay. Could of stayed in 5 stay hotel in Noosa with pool and facilities for same price. -Location- 15 min drive/10 km from town. Bit of a hassle if you have a beach day and want to shower/rest before going out to dinner in town -Hygiene- floor/ surfaces was very clean but towels and couch and rugs all worn and dusty. Did not like the plush/velour bedding between sheets -These are hard to clean in residential homes, can't image how dirty for a commercial high turn over home. -Washing machine is outside and had a lot of debris in them -Many mosquitoes as by the lake - bedroom very small (2.5x3 m), double bed and narrow side space, awkwardly placed luggage on chair and rusted metal luggage holder I moved from next room. But it was pretty cramped. - WiFi network listed didn't appear, we hotspot entire trip - canoe hadn't been used for a while so I gave it a wipe down before using - only 1 x air con in bedroom lounge quite hot in summer All these niggles for the price stacks up to a stay that's more of a hassle then comfortable stay. At $420 a night I'd like to have a bit more things sorted and less problem solving on my part.

Really rate this property! Pool view room 👌 The pool may be heated? It's a beautiful temperature! Parking = easy access depending on which part of the complex you're staying in. Location = amazing! Morning walk, day walk, sunset walk! All ideal! Sunset walks down the river are gorgeous too! We watched a guy feed out the pelicans as the sunset = stunning! The rainbow lorikeets are a vibe too! Happy flying around the trees! There is shop complex near by which you could walk to. Some food options near by too, not sure what's good, only tried two and wouldn't go back to them 😅 Bed is comfortable! And if you're in the pool / spa just on sunset you get to see all the fruit bats fly into the near by trees with the moon rise! Very cool! Meaghan & Sean are so lovely & manage this property! Can't wait to return, will be suggesting this property to many! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏

Pool is great very relaxing and great temperature. The reception was very helpful when I got stung by a jellyfish in the Noosa area river. The rooms are great sizes. The kitchen could use a bit of an uplift. The fridge smelt so we had to clean it. But over all It’s great location and I rate it 4/5 stars
CCC — Google review
This was our first trip to Noosa and we stayed for 2 nights in a 2nd floor room in February 2025 ... we wished we had booked a longer stay because we thoroughly enjoyed the area! Our room was extremely clean, spacious & updated with a nice fresh smell. Honestly this was the nicest place we stayed our whole trip to Australia. There was no elevator so packing up luggage to the upper floor may be an issue for some but not for us. The full kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and I appreciated having a sharp knife in the drawer. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillow options. There were 2 air conditioning units in the apartment which we used to just cool off the room when we got back & then shut off for the rest of the evening. The large covered deck area had a big table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors and our room had a small 2nd balcony toward the road/river. There was one parking space for us to use under the building which was nice because it was quite rainy when we arrived. Unfortunately the pool closed fairly early and we couldn't get back in time to relax in the hot tub as we hoped, it would be great if at least the hot tub was open for use in the evening. BBQ's were clean and worked great for cooking our meal one night. We spent one evening walking through the Noosaville shops and had a delicious meal at Zachary's pizza bar. The second day we enjoyed the 10K coastal walk at Noosa National Park and then exploring the shops in Noosa. It's a busy area for sure but we were patient to find parking when we needed to and did lots of walking. Overall we loved our unit at Verano Resort and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great location but the place either did not have basic necessities or were very stingy with them. on top of this the bathrooms and bedside tables smelt like fish and it was REALLY gross. Place did not seem well maintained or clean and it was pretty dirty. called in a cleaner and he did basically nothing. was there for 5 minutes and mopped AROUND everything. only did like one section of the floor. I saw him use the same rag to clean the toilet and then the dining table. totally disgusting

We came to Noosa for our first time & stayed at Vereno resort. Jenny & Philip are both kind, accommodating, provide excellent customer service. My husband & I both loved it very much & will be back. Excellent pricing & value for money. Great little apartment with everything you need. Contains a kitchen & open space living. Bedroom with x1 bathroom, a patio overlooking the garden & pool. Great location offering the gorgeous Noosaville, great restaurants & pelicans beach. We highly recommend this resort 5 star ⭐️

Our room was not as expected but Linda the resort manager did her best to make us happy and highlighted the best practice to call to discuss needs when booking. Mooloolaba Beach is the heart of the Sunshine Coast and my absolute favourite place to be. From the clean sand to the calm surf, it’s the kind of spot that makes you feel lucky to live here. The area has everything, great cafes, beautiful walking paths, and a stunning view every day. The council keeps improving it too, more seating, better lighting, cleaner facilities. You can see the effort going into making it even better for locals and visitors. Sure, traffic can build up on weekends and holidays, but honestly, that’s what happens when a place is this good. This beach is a big reason I never want to leave the Sunshine Coast. It’s not just a destination, it’s a lifestyle.

A great holiday resort for families, we stayed in the 2 bed apartment. Having a heated pool was a must for our baby, there were actually 2 heated ones to choose from. All the pools and grounds were immaculate. Although there are heaps of apartments in the resort, it was quiet enough

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay at the resort. The gardens were even nicer than what you see in the photos and our apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed. The only downsides were that there is no breakfast served on-site but the Thai restaurant was absolutely delicious with great staff and prompt service which we enjoyed for lunches and a dinner and l would've liked more ventilation in the bedrooms, ie. being able to open windows for fresh air. The pools and spa were so lovely and clean and we spent much of our time there. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend for families or groups and we are already talking about our next trip back.

Jess and Sophie are so lovely, so was the beautiful lady at check in. She was very helpful. We are here until Monday. I am hoping the food improves for tomorrow etc. I have commented on this below in the food and drinks section. For such a lovely place the kitchen is really letting them down. One of the guys has a little bit of an attitude. The shower was lovely and hot, water pressure great. Had a moment where I stood on the drain and it sunk in as already broken. Beds super comfy with a top sheet which I have found very rare in all my travels. Day 2 we had a lovely breakfast to start our day. Joel was really helpful and friendly. Tonight meal and cocktails were amazing couldn’t have asked for better service. Joel and Jess went above and beyond with everything. We will be back in the morning for breakfast and definitely be back again

The room smelt like bleach and mould when we first entered. Carpet was stained and wrinkled. Aircon barely worked and didn’t have a remote only an ancient weird control panel. Bed was ok but the whole bed wobbled when one person moved. The worst was the bathroom, shower was small and awkwardly shaped, like an awkwardly shaped trapezium. Tiles in the shower were super slippery and dangerous. Toilet was super close to the wall with some stick on tiles stuck over what I can only assume is broken tiles or a hole?? Rooms were super dated and run down. Overall was very disappointed with our stay. 1/5 do not recommend.
Kate C — Google review
Location was beautiful. Nice short walk to beach and shops/cafes. Service was average. Room: The bed was uneven, ( in the centre there was an inch between the mattresses and on one side had a slant to roll out) the shower flooded the bathroom, and there was no heating, someone had played with the TV and took an hour to fix so Redcliffe Dolphins were not wearing purple and people weren't green No information prior about lack of heating or apology for wasting our funds on this place, would have gone somewhere cheaper for better room facilities.

We would not stay here again. The only thing this place has going for it was the location. We had a room high up with a nice ocean view. The room was not cleaned well, there was still a little sand and dust bunnies here and there. Especially out on the deck, which should also get vacuumed. We noticed grout peeling in the shower, even though we didn't get to take one because there was no hot water in the morning before going to the airport early. No staff available to report it to, to get it fixed.

As a Wyndham owner I’m disappointed. It’s hard to book with points when everything is always booked out so we paid to stay here. I read a review earlier about using a key to enter the room and not a fob, we also used a key although not the end of the world. For the amount of levies I pay I’d expect better maintenance to be done to upkeep a place I “partly own”. Stains on the carpet, sliding door needs a lot of force to move, bathroom needs renovating as parts are peeling away from the wall. The smell when we walked into the room was a wet, musty, closed up room. Super small room and I paid extra for a beach view (the view was quite nice to be fair). We stayed in room 2407. Next time we holiday up here I’ll be choosing somewhere else which is unfortunate as I’ve paid a lot of money to not have to purchase elsewhere.

I did not have a great room when I started here. The window did not shut properly meaning I knew when every plane arrived or left. The shower flooded into the rest of the bathroom every time I used it. The water pressure was great though. One of my fresh towels had brown stains on it when I unfolded it. There are signs everywhere advertising their timeshare scheme or whatever it is but I would not buy into it seeing the maintenance the place. You can't get breakfast on weekdays which means you need to find somewhere else to go Unless you're happy with going to 1 beach there isn't much else walking distance so you're stuck unless you want to drive somewhere Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed something printed last minute

I was really looking forward to spending my birthday here, but my stay was extremely disappointing. The photos online are very misleading, the actual room looked old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work, the sheets were dirty, and the curtains were damaged. You could also clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax or get any rest. Overall, it felt uncomfortable and far from what was advertised. I regret booking this place and wish I had chosen another hotel.

We stayed a couple of nights during a Roadie from Cairns down to Brisbane, the unit was roomy, well presented and provided. We had a sea view, as do a lot of the rooms, utilized the pool, restaurant. It was very well positioned, follow the main road to get onto the motorway to Maroochydore etc, so had short daily excursions to the larger centre's.

Nestled just 180 meters from the tranquil shores of Alexandra Headland, Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park is a delightful retreat on the Sunshine Strip. Spanning over 2.5 hectares, this tropical haven offers a variety of modern accommodations, including Superior Villas, cozy cabins, and caravan sites to fit any budget. With its palm-lined pathways and coastal decor, it’s an inviting spot for families or couples seeking relaxation.
Have been meaning to visit Alex Beach Cabins for a long time and so glad we did. Unfortunately our stay was cut short this time but we can't wait to return. Firstly, the staff/owners at reception were absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Bruce even called to make sure we were okay after I had to depart quickly. This kind of service makes all the difference 😊. Our cabin was perfectly clean and spacious with everything you need to have a comfortable holiday. Cooking facilities in the room were great. Bed very comfortable. Pool was gorgeous and crystal clear. Playground for the kids. Incredible location and so reasonably priced. Can't wait to return 😀

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms weren't perfect condition, but they were clean and the amenities were fine. The location was good, with an acceptable price, and a nice pool and bbq area. Despite the pool heater being broken when we visited (they said it'd be fixed asap though), we still enjoyed the pool. There was also a coffee van on-site every morning which had nice coffee and muffins. We would stay here again.

Our second stay at Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park. We booked a slightly larger cabin. The cabin itself was faultless. So clean, tidy & well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Having The Alex Pantry within walking distance was also very helpful when we needed anything. A very well thought out tourist park.

Loved this caravan park. It’s clean and tidy. Easy walk to beach. Short drive to large shopping plaza. Smack in the middle of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. My daughter and family stayed in the cabin and it was very spacious and clean.

We had a caravan site for 3 weeks, & it wasn't long enough. Quiet, & well located. The Alex Surf Club not far to walk to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities very clean. We enjoyed walking around the adjoining lake.

I was so impressed with Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park! The service was exceptional. The cabin was so clean & well presented. The location was great. The cute coffee van out the front served amazing coffee. 100% recommend!

We had a site for our motorhome. The staff were super helpful and great to deal with. Charmaine went above and beyond to help us. The grounds are well kept and lovely. The pool is amazing. The local birds are friendly and the location is great. You could walk to everything. Will def be staying there again on our next trip.

This stunning resort features an 18-hole championship golf course that invites both seasoned players and novices alike to enjoy its immaculate greens. Guests can unwind in self-contained apartments or indulge in the luxurious day spa after a round of golf.
My fiancé and I just want to thank the amazing girls at the Noosa spa on the 27th/07/25 Sunday. We had the most perfect day we could ask for. Just a relaxing time leading up to my fiancé getting down on one knee and asking me to marry him. The way you girls set it up was so perfect, so special. I can not thank you all enough for the effort and love you gave us on our special day. I was total surprised and did not expect it. Xx Not to mention the service/ massage we had was incredible as always. ❤️ 🙌 especially after a hectic week!

Overall the resort is pleasant and a good option if playing golf but there are much better accommodation options in Noosa. We stayed in an apartment which was dark and very 1980s. I presume there are some lovely apartments in the complex but unfortunately ours was not. We would not recommend staying here unless you are there for the golf. The staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely.

Review for Noosa Springs Spa – Japanese Spa Scalp Treatment “Amano Head Spa” I’ve been visiting Noosa Springs Spa every year for the past five years or more to celebrate my birthday, and it’s become a tradition I truly look forward to. This year was extra special as I had the opportunity to try their new Japanese Spa Scalp Treatment – “Amano Head Spa” and I can honestly say, it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. My day started always start with the beautiful thermal Suite hydrotherapy area, wet and dry saunas, followed by some bubbles and delicious nibbles. It’s the perfect way to unwind and ease into the day. The Amano Head Spa itself was absolutely divine. From the calming ambiance to the expert technique, every part of the treatment felt tailored for deep relaxation. It was unlike anything I’ve experienced before, pure bliss from start to finish. I will definitely be booking the same treatment again next year! One thing that has always stood out to me at Noosa Springs Spa is the consistency and warmth of the staff. Many of them have been there for years, and it shows in the exceptional customer service. From booking my appointment to enjoying the treatments and the refreshments, everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The nibbles, by the way, were made with fresh, quality ingredients, a lovely touch. Highly recommend the Japanese Spa Scalp Treatment – Amano Head Spa to anyone needing a true escape. Thank you once again to the team for making my birthday so memorable. Kind Regards Felicity

We dined for lunch at Relish Cafe restaurant. The service & food was impeccable 👌 They went the extra mile in providing us a tablecloth & flower in a vase for our special occasion. The ambience is wonderful & prices reasonable. I highly recommend the prawn sandwich. 😊

We are a group of golf buddies who travel from Melbourne every year or 2 to play some of the Sunshine Coast golf courses. Noosa Springs has let us down the last two times. We are paying top $ to play there and have been disappointed to find that at least one hole is out of action or cut from a par 5 to a par 3. This information is not mentioned to us at time of booking or even at check in. We find out when we turn up to the hole. If I’m paying top rate for the golf course I expect all holes to be in play. And if you take holes out of play then provide a discount rate and inform players at check in, or at least maybe a complimentary drink after the round?!

Dicky Beach Family Holiday Park is a spacious park perfect for socializing and making lasting friendships. It offers humble rooms with kitchenettes and patios, as well as outdoor amenities like an arcade, tennis court, and swimming pool. The park caters to various accommodation preferences including powered and unpowered sites for tents, campervans, caravans, and basic cabins.
When we arrived we had a concrete slap spot in the sun, fortunately the staff member at reception was kind enough to change us to a wonderful spot under the trees instead. It was very nice and we were able to extend for another 2 nights. Very well set up Caravan park, sitting and reading room, game room, good washing machines (credit card) plenty of washing lines, good BBQ/kitchen area, clean and good amenities. Access to the beach area. Opposite of the road good Thai restaurant, coffee shops and IGA. The staff member at reception on Saturday gave us lovely ideas to visit. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a wonderful time.

We have just stayed here for a week. Nice clean park with a great location to beaches and launch off to visit Glass House Mountains and other attractions. Really quiet and while busy didn’t have that over crowded feel. Little tight getting our van in and talking to a few others they were the same. But nothing negative. Great visit.

Loved my stay at Dicky Beach Family Holiday Park! 🌴💛 The amenities are massive and super clean – always a win when you’re camping 🚿🙌 Shower pressure could definitely be better, but everything else was spot on. Staff were so lovely and helpful, made the whole vibe feel really welcoming 😊 Beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away – ideal for a morning swim or arvo chill 🌊☀️ Also handy being right next to Dicky Beach Surf Club – good food, live music and a relaxed atmosphere. Shame they don’t do pints, but the staff were super friendly and accommodating 🍻👍 Would definitely stay again! 🏕️

Stayed in a Beachfront Powered Van Site last week, actually I think we had the best spot in the park. We paid a bit extra for it, but totally worth it. A beautiful view of the beach, walking distance to the beach, Surf Club & other restaurants, IGA & bottle shop. The perfect location. The Manager is very friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we extended an extra night, could have stayed longer if we didn't have to leave. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

We stayed on a powered caravan site. The facilities are fantastic, immaculately clean and very well maintained. The pool looked clean and inviting, however the weather wasn't warm enough for me to go swimming. The park's close proximity to the beach, IGA, Chemist, the Surf club and cafes catering for all dietary needs made for a stress free, relaxed and enjoyable holiday. This was a return visit and we'll definitely be back!

Location is fantastic, walking distance to the main street! Cross the street to the beach. Secured parking space. The best of all is the friendly staffs. We have to say all the people who works here are the most nicest people. From the receptionists to the cleaners, maintainess staffs. They are happily greeting with us everyday and give us a hand with no hesitation.

So convenient we have 3 little kids and being located so close to the beach and shops on Hastings St was a huge plus! We enjoyed the heated pool and spa pool too. The rooms are so spacious and well equipped with a kitchen huge fridge freezer and laundry. We also had a large balcony and spa bath in room, really impressed with the sebel Noosa.

I stayed here for 4 nights and there was no cleaning service provided during the entire stay. When i asked the front desk if someone could clean the room or at least bring fresh towels, i was told that housekeeping is only available if you stay 8 nights or more, otherwise you have to pay an extra $40 per service ohh i spent nearly $2,000 for the room. This is so ridiculous 😂
Kate R — Google review
Great location with very helpful staff that tried to accomodate requests. However, the whole room needs a major renovation. From the moment you entered the room it had smelt like mould, you could see they tried to pant over it on the ceiling. The other room they had on offer smelt the same. Generally the whole place is dirty, aged and in need of a major refurb. Wouldn’t book again unless there’s a renovation.
Emily P — Google review
Great location and our room was clean and modern. The arrival, car park and navigation to reception was a bit confusing but once experienced we did learn. Security was great but on the flip side lots of gates to get through to get to and from your room to the street. The sofa bed was a bit too springy and old so larger rooms/apartments would have been better. Reception staff didn't want to commit to a late checkout so we gave up asking, but we did get a day pass so we could leave our car and spend the final day by the pool. All in all the price was reasonable for the look and convenience of the place.
Alex W — Google review
The location is a plus being in the heart of Hastings St walking distance to everything on offer and the beach. The room was a disappointment. On check-in and seeing the room we asked staff if they would possibly have another room for us. They said they were fully booked. It was situated over the resort parking garage and you couldn't leave the windows open due to the noise in the garage. The room was dark, it had no outlook to anything pleasant. All you could see where the windows of the neighbouring building. Couldn't even see the sky to see what sort of day it was. It was not possible to leave the blinds or curtains open as the people across in the next building could look straight in. The sofa, the two occasional chairs & dining chairs where so uncomfortable. Not comfy to sit in at all. The upholstery on the sofa, chairs and cushions was stained and dirty. The kitchenette was not clean. Glasses were dirty, toaster had hundreds of peoples handprints on them, the bathroom mirror had spots all over. There was mold on the silicone around the bathroom basin. The bathroom floor grout was soooo dirty. Obviously there hasn't been an update of anything in this room for a very long time. Overall not a nice experience and not good value for money. Wouldn't stay there again.
Christine — Google review
Room is large and bed is comfortable but decor is dated. Bathroom door was very difficult to open. Tracks worn I think. Airconditioning vent for the hotel was near our room (third level). Very very noisy. Made sleeping difficult
Melanie T — Google review
A great centrally located resort, in the heart of Hastings Street. The actual outside look of the resort is fantastic, but the inside was looking very dated and in need of modernisation. The AC in bedroom malfunctioned for 13 days before being fixed, after a few complaints. Also, the bed was too small and uncomfortable and the shower door missed a plastic seal on the bottom of the door so water spilled onto the bathroom floor everytime we took a shower. The kitchen could do with having an extractor hood for when cooking on the induction stove. The front desk is very helpful, and friendly though.

Our room in level 6 was very nice and comfortable. Clean and well equipped. The service cleaning staff were exceptional and should be commended. The recliner couch was a winner when watching the huge TV. You could easily fall sleep on it . It's a nice resort by not very well maintained. There was sand on the bed covers and in the bathroom which wasn't cleaned well. The swimming pool too had a lot of floating debris like dead insects which were not cleaned regularly.

We stayed early August so even though the weather wasn't great the accommodation made up for it. We stayed in the 3 bedroom courtyard which was impeccable. All the conveniences you would need. We had our elderly mother with us and another couple and all the rooms were generous in size. Mum only had to navigate 3 steps in the complex. Only negative was not enough outside lighting near the steps. Reception advised this was going to be fixed soon with additional lighting. Great place on the hill between Noosa Junction and Hastings Street. Lots of areas to walk, pub with great food, pokies and bottle shop close by. Highly recommend.

The beds were comfortable and showers had good pressure.

Had a lovely nine-day holiday in Noosa staying at the Rise. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The views from our unit were superb looking over Noosa Beach and up the waterways to Twantin and over to the Hinterland. The bus system passes close by and can be easily used if you don't want to use a car. Would come back again. Thanks.

We have recently returned from a 3 night stay here during a tour of Queensland / NSW. We really loved our 3 bedroom apartment which was modern, spacious and clean. We were quite high up so we could see the ocean and also had a great view of the sunset. The staff were extremely friendly. The heated pool was a real plus, which we used even on a rainy day that we had. We found the basement car park with designated space (access via a lift) to be really useful. The one negative (I hate to use that word!) was that the complex is quite high on the hill side so the walk back from town, gets the old legs and lungs going. Via steps through the woodland or a sloped hill along the road side. Both are safe and only take 10-15 minutes.

We spent our kid's formative years holidaying at Coral Beach Resort. We returned with their Granddaughters & the resort is still fantastic! The units surround the pools & spas. There's enough grass to play & BBQ's for a family meal. The beautiful Noosa River is 100m away. The sunsets are to die for! There are restaurants you don't need to drive to & you don't have to fight the Noosa Heads crowds.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 5. Excellent accommodation, location and rooms were tidy with great bedding and air con in each room. Kids loved the central heated pool however as adults we felt it was a little cold for us. We were disappointed not to have a can opener in the kitchen?! Had to buy one from local supermarket which thankfully was just around the corner. Thanks.

Melissa M — Google review
Stayed for a couple of nights in a three bed unit and, as always, other units may be different. I'll start by saying the resort is categorised as 3 stars on Google maps to be fair, so doesn't pretend to be a top tier establishment and doesn't charge like one either. The unit was fairly spacious and there are nice pools, barbecues and other facilities conveniently located around the resort. The location is ideal for all the attractions along the river front at Gympie Terrace. However, the unit was worn and would benefit greatly from an upgrade. The paintwork is marked, carpet threadbare in places, the lighting is poor and the cupboards and doors scuffed. These all seem like things that can be quickly and easily addressed, and it will make a big difference if that happens.

5 stars all the way, the best place to stay walking distance to the river, clean, no noise, beautiful surroundings, pool, warm spa, a place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. I have been here three times , stayed in other places by the river but this place in my opinion is the most comfortable and relaxing, is the best you can get in Noosaville, staff are friendly, I give it 5 stars. ..

Arrived after driving through Friday traffic to a warm and friendly welcome from the ladies at reception. Had a pleasant chat and a joke with them and received an upgrade in return. A fantastic start to a wonderful break. I cannot say enough good things about the Culgoa Resort. We enjoyed great local food at restaurants throughout Noosa, and amazing coffee every morning at the Quamby Cafe , less than a minute on foot up the road. All of the Culgoa staff were friendly, helpful and were determined to ensure that we had a relaxing and enjoyable time there. Finished off our visit by renting a boat for 2 hours from O Boat Hire and cruised the river with my daughter at the helm. A perfect few days in paradise. Highly recommended.

This would be a 11/10 place. The area is magnificent, cheap watersports equipment, Clean pool, spa and sauna, private beach with stunning sunsets and buses nearby for transport. The main downside is that the fridge froze all our food. Would still recommend! Also be careful of the possums

Overall, met our needs from a location, size and amenities perspective. The main challenge is the maintenance work that’s taking place - there was no mention of this at all and the drilling, grinding and hammering stared first thing in the morning and continued all day - being candid, the noise was unbearable and had we known of the ongoing works which was not shared anywhere on their website, anywhere ect we would not have booked. On reflection, there are many other places we could have booked, especially considering what we paid which markets itself as “luxury”, and I would NOT recommend staying here ………

Cannot speak more highly of this resort! The friendly staff, well appointed rooms and fabulous facilities all made our recent holiday just perfect! Could definitely see us returning for an annual visit! Highly recommend for families!

An excellent stay . We had a premium beachfront ground floor apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms were all modern and the place was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly- thanks Zoe to you and all your team. The swimming pool (20m!!) and spa were excellent . Kayaks and paddle boards to hire -all in excellent condition. Great location

Mantra Zanzibar Mooloolaba offers a touch of exotic luxury with its polished apartments featuring ocean-view balconies, spa, and outdoor pool. The 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses are decorated in earthy tones resonating with an East African aesthetic. Guests can enjoy spacious balconies with panoramic ocean views, fully equipped gym, and a seasonally heated resort-style pool & spa.
Rooms were beautifully, spa a treat, and great to have the roof top for extra area. Would of been better if able to access from normal stairs as elderly people in party.
Lynette A — Google review
Mantra Zanzibar claimed to have a “fully equipped gymnasium”, which i needed as our family use gyms often and it needed to be apart of our trip. I walked down there with my expectations high and then walked into a claustrophobic room with cheap equipment flooding the small room. it’s kind of like a cardboard box in there just filled with the most basic equipment. The Wifi here doesn’t work at all so if you do decide to stay here make sure you have enough data. The bedroom with 2 beds is tiny and the beds are basically squished in there so bad it could be called a room for 1. Definitely not enough space for two people. The drawers don’t even open fully due to the placing of the beds. The showers are placed in a weird spot which makes it difficult to get into. I think this hotel is just really outdated and needs a renovation STAT. The water always runs too hot or too cold. We’ve been experiencing weird electrical smells coming from our oven and dryer. The kitchen and living area is the biggest part and the only part really, we’ve someone sleep on the couch due to the lack of space. The view and location are nice and right on the beach and next to all the shops down the strip. The pools nice, spa as well but again it needs to be renovated. Usually Mantra has quite nice hotels but Zanzibar I am very disappointed in.

We had the 3 x bedroom penthouse (1001). Let's just say, it was seriously questionable if the Unit was cleaned after the last tenants. 1. Rubbish on side of fridge. 2. Laundry still in washing machine. 3. Yellow ball under hutch. 4. Tissue stuck on ceiling of on suite 5. Chocolate wrapper behind main bathroom door. 6. Tissues behind 3rd bedroom door. Sent email to Reservations...no response Reception was apologetic.

The staff reception was lovely and very helpful. She made us feel very welcome and suggested to sign up for Accor for the benefits which was great. She gave us vouchers for ‘The Pavilion’ which was very thoughtful and handy for us as we had the whole family staying there. The room was very big and spacious. Fit the 7 of us really well. Was so happy that we could request for a rollaway bed, all beds were very comfy! Balcony view was great! The room was just a little bit dusty and outdated. The floors were very sticky, there was rubbish under the couch and crumbs from food when we arrived . Doesn’t seem like the room was cleaned thoroughly. The dishes weren’t really clean either, I had to rewash them in hot water before use. The speaker in the living room next to the TV didn’t work. Other than that, the staff were 10/10. The pool was lovely as well as the location which we were able to walk down to Sea Life to take my nephew and go out to dinner/breaky as well as enjoy the beach.
Mili — Google review
We had ants coming up through the kitchen sink constantly, mould on the bedsheets and teenagers throwing water balloons off the balcony while we were in the pool - very dangerous as my nine year old was nearly hit in the head. These things really brought our stay down. Wouldn't recommend.
Meilee C — Google review
Great location. Very close to beach and shopping. No need for a car unless you want to travel around. Staff very kind and caring. Rooms are value for what you pay.
Sue C — Google review
There’s a lot to like about mantra Zanzibar like the location and the helpful staff but the apartment itself was disappointing. Although the panoramic views were incredible, there was little else to like. The furniture was cheap and dated, the dishwasher had to be replaced, the dryer had to be repaired, the en-suite shower is lethal to climb in and out of, there were no bbq tools for the onsite bbq, forks were sparse, the second bedroom was super cramped with 2 single beds in it and there was no room clean within the 9 nights we stayed. Photos did not accurately depict what we got :(
K E — Google review
It was an ok experience. The main reason why it was not really a good experience was because there was no wifi in our room. You have to go outside and only use the free Sunshine coast wifi. There was no internet in the room. Overall it was an alright stay.

Right in the middle of Mooloolaba Esplanade looking straight out to sea. Beautiful fully appointed resort. Wonderful staff. Walking distance to so many things. Abundance of eating experiences, retail therapy, day spas, bars, etc, etc.

We love our stay at the Peninsular. What started as a 'girls' week' a few years ago has morphed into a family week. Is $$$$ but we park the car and never touch it again. We have a very short walk to the flagged beach ( with wheelchair access) have cafes and restaurants at our doorstep, so no cooking uless you want to. Morning and/ evening walks along the beach are enjoyed. Can walk along the beachfront on paved pathways making it easy for prams. The kids love trying out the various playgrounds. The 3 pools at the resort ensures babies to adults can all swim. We love having happy hour on our verandah with an ocean view to die for! Daily gelatos are high on the list.

Rooms were very nice, as was the view on the 5th floor. Quite clean, although could be cleaner. Walls and windows were dirty, and upon arrival, two of our towels were stained. Almost booked an additional night out of excitement when we first saw the room, but we are very glad we didn't. We kept running out of hot water, barely could enjoy a 10 minute shower (between us all) and had to speed wash ourselves to be sure the water wouldn't run out. Also, on the website it has false advertisement about room service and restaurants, when I called to query the menu they said they don't do room service or are not linked to any restaurants, it's up to them if the individual restaurant would like to deliver (so uber eats imo). Shout out to Mel, she was so lovely and helpful, very good at her job and amazing customer service. If it weren't for the showers, it would of been very enjoyable. Pool and spa were very lovely! Highlight of the stay.

We stayed over the Easter long weekend (family of four). Management were very accommodating with our booking, providing us with details up-front on which townhouse we were going to stay at to meet our requested needs - much appreciated. All three (3) common area pools are exceptionally clean and the facility overall is quiet quiet considering that many of the units open out directly to the pool and for us, we faced the main street. Location is excellent - stepping distance to the river and shops. Highly recommended stay

We are repeat visitors to Noosa Place. The location is great being so close to the Noosa River and yet an easy walk to Hastings street and Main Beach. If walking is not for you there is the bus at the front gate or the ferry about 200m away. And some of our favourite restaurants are all less than 500 metres away. Great staff and amenities. Loved our stay in unit 2.

While noosa is an amazing area unfortunately i can't give this hotel an amazing review. The apartment stayed in definitely needed a renovation. After hearing back from the owner apparently 380 a night is a budget room? I expected a clean place minus cracked tiles and cupboards full of stuff for that.

My partner & I stayed at this lovely place a few weeks ago. We loved that they are fully self serviced / self catering and you have your own lovely townhouse to yourself. The managers give you a very generous start up pack of essentials to get you started & the supermarket is so close If you need to get extra supplies. So much better than your typical hotel room with a mini bar fridge. It was a great stay from start to finish. Beginning with a lovely welcome from reception staff. We booked the third level of accommodation which is called a ‘superior apartment’ there are 4 categories to choose from. Our apartment was very modern & very recently renovated. Everything in the apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. Our Superior apartment had a beautiful king bed & sunny patio near the heated pool and we also had extra powder room / seperate toilet away from the main bathroom. We loved the location it was so close to the beautiful Noosa River and all the cafes bars & restaurants. Noosa Place Resort is our new ‘favourite’ place to stay when in Noosa

We recently had a four night stay at this resort. The accommodation was lovely but just a couple of suggestions. A power point in the bathroom would have been useful. A full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise a great location, everything was nice and clean.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here at Noosa Place Resort. Kirstie & Daniel were so accommodating, our room was clean and lovely (superior suite), the pools were clean and heated to a comfortable temperature and spas great. Location is spot on, close to all the action but tucked away nicely, a 50m walk to the esplanade if that. We visit Noosaville yearly and will definitely be staying here again :)
Erin S — Google review
It’s all about location, conveniently located close to Gympie Terrace and all the attractions along the river. While not unpleasant, the property is aging and it shows despite the best efforts of friendly property managers. Our unit was reasonably roomy but the single bathroom/loo wasn’t to recent standards and there was hardly any sound insulation from both the neighbours and really busy Weyba Rd nearby. Parts of the unit were refreshed but the workmanship looks a bit underwhelming. The pool was fine but the tennis court is a bit run down with balls and rackets having seen much better days. Not a bad choice as it is well priced, but book with the right expectations.

We are a family of four (4) and stayed in a two (2) bedroom ocean view apartment that was spacious and well-furnished. Of particular note was the quality and cleanliness across all of the common area facilities including the pool, gym, sauna through to the bbq area, gardens and even the foyer. The location was fine - steps from the main shops as well as the beach - whilst being what appears to be a quieter end of town. Management staff were also highly professional and accommodating throughout out stay. Their dedication and work ethic is highly commended. Very much recommend

Advertised as 'Studio room' was in fact, in my view, a hotel room, the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. Barely room to move around the bed, or set cases down to access. TV was the size of a computer monitor and hidden in a cupboard. Although we had booked for 4 nights we could not stand how claustrophobic it was. Would not ever recommend these "studio rooms" to anyone , one night was more than enough for us.
Sam F — Google review
We paid 1350 for water view. Great views but all inclusive is ther the woffing from the deep fryers of fish an chips in our appartment an when we sit on our balcony an listern to the loud music an people from under us in the boutique seaside appartments building. I've got to admit we are very disappointed.
Jo J — Google review
Pros: Location is great, and front view with the pool/hot tub is beautiful, convenient parking. Cons: Beds were uncomfortable, and cheaper rooms were very small/cramped. Front desk closed in the afternoon, so limited service. Very expensive for what it was. Note: The people we came with got the more expensive room, which came with a view, patio, 3x the space, and its own laundry machines and Kitchen area. So if you’re willing to spend the $ it’s a crazy upgrade. Photos added: Building, Hot tub, and the expensive room’s patio view

Since the moment we arrived, this beautiful spot on the beach has become our favorite place in Noosa. The reception staff, Nadia and Nikki, greet us with such warmth that it feels like returning to family. Each day, the coffee and water supplies in the fridges are replenished, and the studio rooms offer comfortable beds and pillows, making our getaway even more enjoyable. We can't fault anything about Tinginara and are eagerly looking forward to staying in the beachfront rooms on our next visit.

We’ve been coming here for years and have no reason to think of staying anywhere else. For one or two people the street side studios are a fantastic option at a cheaper price point and you still get to enjoy all the great facilities. For a family trip the beachfront apartments are awesome. On the beachfront so a pool isn’t really essential but it’s wonderful that there is one - no better pool in Noosa! On top of this the Tingirana team are always welcoming and helpful and the ability to leave your gear and continue to enjoy the facilities until your flight / departure is fabulous. Love Tingirana!
Stu W — Google review
Loved our stay, perfect location, the staff were great, and the pool area was ideal. The only downside is that if you’re in a street facing room you’ll be woken before 7am from street noise (trucks, people and generators etc) since there’s not a lot of sound insulation in the rooms

We absolutely loved our stay at this holiday spot! The quality was outstanding, and the place was equipped with everything we could possibly need. I was genuinely amazed by how well thought out and comfortable everything was. The location was simply perfect—so much so that we could throw a fishing rod straight out the back door! That alone made it such a unique and memorable experience. Everything about this place impressed us, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch getaway!

We recently stayed here for our wedding along with several of our guests. I booked the "nicest townhouse available" which was unit 6, as this is where my girls and I got ready. It was a really beautiful townhouse, nice and new with waterfront views and a nice jetty! Our guests townhouses were a mix of older and newer but I'm sure their price reflected this. The staff were amazing and the location was convenient for our needs. Would highly recommend staying here!

As per many others who stayed at this place there is a permanent resident who does NOT want children on the site at all !! Yelling at them to be quite and get out of the pool well before the allocated time .. parking is horrendous if you are staying with a group .. staff stating you have to park on the street .. walking back some distance .. the stay was with a large family group who travelled from other states .. you feel as if you are walking on egg shells the whole time .. very uncomfortable experience.. looks can be deceiving this is not an enjoyable place and far from family friendly ..there are some wonderful places to stay in Noosaville pick wisely I say !!! My only enjoyable moment was waving to “old mate” on the other side of the water .

Not Family-Friendly – Disappointing Experience We recently stayed at this resort and, given the variety of options available in Noosa, we would not choose to return. A key priority for us when selecting accommodation was access to a heated pool for our children to enjoy. While this resort does offer multiple pools, only one is heated—and unfortunately, it is located adjacent to a permanent resident who appears highly sensitive to any level of noise. On two consecutive evenings at 6pm when the children were having a quick pool dip before bed, the resident came out to request that the children quiet down. The children were simply playing and were not excessively loud or disruptive. On the second night, another permanent resident approached the group, behaving in a confrontational and intimidating manner. She appeared to be intoxicated and yelled aggressively, which caused all of the 4 children in the pool at the time to start crying. What made the situation worse was the complete absence of on-site management or staff to address the issue or provide assistance. A security number is provided on a piece of paper in the unit however that was no good at the time. The following morning, our children were too anxious to leave the accommodation for fear of encountering the same individual. While the facilities themselves may suit some travelers, I would not recommend this resort for families with young children. If you're looking for a relaxing and welcoming environment where your children can enjoy their holiday without fear, I suggest considering alternative options in the area. More

After our golfing day, we met at one of the townhouses and celebrated our days golf. There was plenty of room for all, either inside or on the decking overlooking the water. *. We all loved seeing the water dragons and the very tame magpies. *. The location is perfect. * Free bus to the Noosa RSL and the meals there were delicious and affordable. *. The bowling club have fresh and tasty Chinese cuisine, also very affordable. *. Maccas a 2 minute walk. *Also a 10 minute walk to the Noosa River….. The sailing and yacht club. *. Purchase tickets for one way, or two way or, an all day ferry ride from the shop at the wharf number 3 ( Pelican) It was a sensational holiday. Townhouses easy to keep clean. Ever so grateful for washing machine/ dryer. The pools were a bit chilly, (expected in August.) but, THE HEATED POOL BLISS! Kim and Paul, the managers were very obliging. Coco Mooloolaba is an upscale apartment hotel located on the Sunshine Coast, offering bright and airy units with balconies, some of which boast stunning sea views. The resort features a pool and embraces a minimalist design with an aquatic color scheme. Guests can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, tiled floors, full kitchens, washing machines, and dryers in the spacious rooms. The location is ideal for beach lovers and shoppers alike, with easy access to Mooloolaba Beach and Sunshine Plaza.
We spent five nights in Apartment 603 at Coco’s and had a really enjoyable stay. The team were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout – a real credit to the place. The apartment was clean, well-presented, and had amazing views from the balcony. The location is ideal for getting around and made things easy for us. A few small improvements could make a big difference: the kitchen lacked basics like salt and pepper, which are standard in most short-stay apartments and not practical to buy when travelling internationally. A better quality frying pan and even an air fryer would lift the self-catering experience. The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable, and the lounge furniture – especially the couch, was very saggy - new furniture there would make a difference. Overall, a great stay – we’d definitely come back.

Our stay at Coco Mooloolaba was the perfect coastal getaway. The modern apartment featured a full kitchen, spacious living area, and a private balcony with ocean views. Just a short stroll from Mooloolaba Beach and the Esplanade's cafes and shops, the location was ideal. We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and spa, and the BBQ area was great for casual dining. The complimentary beach cabana and chair hire added a thoughtful touch to our beach days. A relaxing and convenient stay in the heart of Mooloolaba.

Received exceptional service from Lauren who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. The location is awesome just 200 meters from the beach and lots of cafe choices. The beds were a bit firm for me, but that is personal preference.

Unfortunately, coming from a luxury resort in Broadbeach that cost less for 2 nights than the Coco, left me feeling a tad disappointed. The room we were given was at the back with the balcony looking directly to other apartments and buildings. I walked out on the deck to see whether you could see through into our apartment and yes, you could - The only window dressing was sheer curtains- no block out - no privacy ….which left me feeling a little bit vulnerable not being able to relax in the lounge room without thinking people could see us. I moved the coffee table closer to the couch when we were having some nibbles only to find that no one had moved that coffee table for awhile the amount of rubbish underneath it was disgusting. The bedroom only one bedside lamp. The iron didn’t heat up. No face washers in the bathroom. Huge living area with a tiny little two seater couch, No lamps in the lounge room- so much more could be done to give a better first impression as you walk in. it felt very box like. We were actually planning on extending our stay with them and ask if it was possible prior to checking in - We could if we paid an extra $500 for one night because our stay couldn’t be extended in the one bedroom apartment that we had booked and that we’d have to upgrade…. so glad we didn’t. It’s unfortunate because I hardly ever get it wrong with an accommodation booking because I do my homework, but I have to say I got it so wrong this time & could not recommend the Coco. Location is fantastic and the reception Staff was lovely, but they’re missing the mark in the apartments.

If we got back to Mooloolaba this is where we will stay. The apartment was huge for two adults and two children. The pool and spa is great. The staff there were amazing. Helpful in every way. 5 stars and I am fussy. So that's saying something. Price was bloody good too.

We make it an annual event by staying at Coco escaping the cold weather in Vic. We know we will always find the unit spotless, comfortable and ideally situated as we don't come by car. Host,Adam, and front of house, Lauren, are friendly, provide excellent service, and are very accommodating. It is our pleasure to stay here. Michael & Julienne.

Offshore Noosa Resort offers elegant apartments with balconies or patios, providing views of the river or pool. The resort features two heated pools, a sauna, a BBQ area, and a hot tub. Families will find the accommodations delightful and comfortable, feeling like a home away from home. The lagoon-style outdoor pool is perfect for lounging while children can enjoy the splash pad in this area.
Offshore simply can't be beaten for location, hospitality and quality of rooms and amenities. We booked a three bedroom unit that overlooked the river and it was absolutely fabulous. Noosaville blows Hastings Street out the water, with bars and restaurants laid on, all within walking distance. The managers could not have been more helpful or friendly. Can't wait to visit again.

This place is amazing. Right across the road from the Noosa River. Heaps restaurants around and below. Swimming pool is heated and a nice spa too boot. Definitely coming back. Love the place. Oh and fishing across the road and had fresh bream for dinner most nights.

Exceptional stay at Offshore Noosa Resort. Managers John and Sue were welcoming and accomodating, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean apartment with amazing view of the Noosa River. Beautiful gardens and pool area, abundance of dining options all within a few minutes walk on Gympie Terrace. Definitely will be back.

I cannot highly recommend Offshore enough. From the moment of my email booking till check out everything was perfect, friendly and caring. Due to a ill granddaughter we had to put off our 40th anniversary celebrations twice. None of this was a problem for them even when we had to change easter bookings. So glad we chose here instead of the bustle of Hastings Street. Offshore is in a perfect location, our apartment had a large balcony with beautiful river views. Also on the plus side was the walking distance of all the restaurants and especially the great bar and fish and chip shop underneath. The grounds are magnificent with a beautiful pool. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with everything you could want for in a stay. Will be back there soon.

I had this accomodation booked and paid for (not refundable) I had to cancel due to cyclone Alfred arriving, I asked to cancel and also asked about the possibility of a refund. Within 15 minutes of my request I was sent a lovely message from the owners telling me I would receive a full refund and to stay safe. What a nice gesture by the owners of this property. Thank you so much.

Got rust stains in our clothing after using the washing machine in our apartment, tried to reach the staff about compensation but never replied to our mails. Sad to experience specially since we paid so much during high season.

Clean room. Quite complex Great location, just a two minute drive into Noosa Sitting by the river every afternoon watching the sunset was a highlight. Everything you need walking distance
Troy S — Google review
Perfect location opposite the River and parkland walks. On Gympie terrace so a huge amount and variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We are staying in a 3 bed with beautiful river and sunset views. The units are all privately owned and rented out though live in managers who are very friendly and accommodating and keep all the surrounds and amenities 5 star. The units are 3 story and not all have lift access and only some have water views. The heated resort pool is surrounded with obsoleting gorgeous gardens with huge palms giving it a tropical relaxed feel. There is also a covered bbq area, sauna and spa. We would definitely recommend staying here it’s on the bus route and the ferry stops across the road so it is very easy to get around even if you don’t have a car.

A beautiful stay! Loea Boutique Hotel in Maroochydore is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a charming vintage caravan that’s been beautifully converted into the reception and bar area— which I personally found to be such a unique and stylish touch. Rhonda, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms are spotless, tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable with high-quality bed linen. The outdoor area by the pool is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine, and enjoying a cold beverage from the bar. In the evening, the ambience of the outdoor fairy lights adds a wonderful touch. A great location for an overnight stay for anyone heading to the Sunshine Coast Airport. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish coastal escape.

We stayed xmas night. Great room, super comfy bed & lovely bathroom. Great spot for couples. Very accommodating & friendly staff. And finally great location, we really enjoyed walking along side the river.
Rosemary L — Google review
We arrived this afternoon. Thought this was a cool funky place. It looks great and the rooms are clean. A nice lady greeted me and told me which room I was in. We checked in and I had a short sleep on the comfy bed. We went out for dinner. Upon returning I wanted to watch the footy. Turned the TV on and no channels came up. I tried for a bit to get it to work because some TVs in motels etc can have some tricks to get them to work. I couldn’t work it out no found a number and called at 8pm. I spoke to a lady who I found rather rude. I explained the TV didn’t work and sarcastically she asked if I turn it I. I told her yes and asked was there any tricks I need to be aware of. She said no and she would come down in 30mins to have a look. It’s now and hour and a half and I guess sh is not coming. Rude. This motel backs onto a sports ground and footy was being played tonight. All the screaming and yelling felt like they were playing in the bathroom. Hard to rest and relax. My advice is for the money find somewhere else to stay. My recommendation is based on the rude lady who I spoke to and the location.

I had difficulty contacting someone to confirm the extra night I had booked when a rang the local number. I left messages but I did not get a return phone call. When I finally did get an answer the person I spoke to was difficult to speak with. I tried to explain that I needed her help to confirm that they received my booking and could stay that night. I was accused of being rude and other things. She became angry and told me on two subsequent phone calls that she had canceled my booking and that I had to get my things out of the room immediately. I told her that the money for the room that night had already been taken out of my account. The woman became so angry I went straight to the hotel and removed my things. When I handed her the key she said I was lucky to get a refund. She then filmed me with her phone as I was leaving in my car. I will never stay here again. I have never been so horribly treated. Also when I booked I was fooled into believing that the site on line I was on was the official site for Loea. It turns out it was not and I paid about and extra 70.00 per night.

I stayed here for 1 night and only booked about and hour before arriving but this was not a problem for Becky who was filling in for managers while they were away. The whole place was spotless and the refurbished was great and very modern. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Loved the caravan there for morning coffee and night time cocktails and the outdoor entertaining area was lovely. Special mention to Becky who was run off her feet cleaning and doing drinks and keeping me company. What great hospitality. I will be back 👌

Absolutely love Loea! Initially we only booked for one night when a family member was in hospital. That turned into two nights, then three nights. The manager Rhonda was absolutely lovely to deal with despite our tricky circumstances, always helpful, kind and easy to talk to. Then the rooms...oh how divine! The coastal vibe upon entering instantly helped us relax. The mattress was super comfortable with quality bedding (I had better sleep here than at home!). The toiletries in the bathroom was luxurious and supported local and the rain showerhead was divine. The rooms were spotless which was great for a germaphobe like me. I really didn't want to leave! We didn't have time to use the pool or outdoor area but it looked like a great place to relax.

Located between Coolum and Noosa, just a short walk from Peregian Beach, the resort features well-maintained townhouses equipped with spacious interiors. Excellent fully self contained two story units. Friendly staff. Extremely clean . Very comfortable and quiet . We will definitely stay again when traveling/ holidaying in the Noosa area. Google photos and YouTube videos do not do this place justice.

Lovely self-contained apartments with all the usual facilities (kitchen, laundry). Clean , spacious and centrally located; just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Inexpensive and great value for money. Definitely happy to stay again.

A lovely, quiet set of town houses only 2 blocks from the beach. The houses are fully equipped and spacious considering their smaller, intimate design. Really happy to have booked here and will come again. The shower is always a sign for me as to the quality of the places I stay - the shower is high-pressured, hot and with a large, square shower rose- absolutely amazing. This place ticks all the boxes.

We just spent a week in one of the beautiful beach-style villa‘s with our family of four and extended, as we really didn‘t want to leave this heavenly place. Everything you can dream and wish for! The villa‘s are perfectly maintained and equipped with anything you potentially might need - even incl. the most cuddly blankets for a rainy day. The endless beach is walking distance 5min, and the next supermarket just 3min by car. What else do you need? A nice pool and a spa, which is also available and just awesome ;-)

We love Sails resort. David and Keith are two of the hardest working, lovely proprietors that we have come across. Friendly, but not intrusive. The self contained units are well suited to couples or families, sparkling clean and well fitted out. The central pool and bbq facilities are well maintained. Short walk to a beautiful section of beach, a little bit further to Peregian village where you can find a good array of restaurants, cafes and central hotel. We also walked to Coolum, via the beach. A lovely walk on a good weather day. Highly recommended. Book direct if you can.

Great little place. A comfortable self contained 2 storey unit with its own kitchen and laundry, nice to get a little more space compared to a hotel room. There are restaurants only a short drive away and only a street back from the beach. Everything is nice and clean and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Parking for one car directly at your door. For the accommodation type the price is good. Only a short drive to Noosa where we spent most of our time without the high prices. We didn't get time for the pool but was told it was heated and it looked great.

We enjoyed our stay at Coolum Beach Resort, great location only a minute walk to the main shops and beach. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room, with a nice balcony to sit out on. Had a few dips in the pool and spa, well maintained. Great that they also have secure underground parking as well. Only negative would be the traffic noise from Beach Rd, quite a few cars seemed to think they had to floor it up the hill :(
Nigel — Google review
Having stayed at other resorts around Coolum, we were shocked that this had no elevators, but rather exposed steep staircase, which was flooding and slippery. This was a hundred times worse because we had a toddler and indicated this in our booking. Imagine, carrying a toddler and bags all the way up to the top level on one of the wettest weekends! This is something that should have been made known to us prior to booking the room, or even when they called us the day before to check what time we would be arriving. The room we had was unit 18, and the beds were worse than motel beds - springs digging into the back no matter which bed we slept in, and all bedrooms facing the main road and had louvres! So much noise that we had less than 4 hours of sleep, as the traffic didn't die down until 1am, and started up again before 5am. The unit was partially renovated a while ago, but definitely not worth the money that we were charged, and not very clean either. The couch had crumbs in every fold, and none of the tables had been wiped down. We haven't been able to get away for 2 years and this was our experience, a hundred times worse than staying at home. Worst of all however, the management refused to refund our second night despite us leaving! So we basically spent $615 for the worst night of our lives, and they couldn't even provide some tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner for that price. It's definitely not a resort in any sense, more like a motel, but we've stayed in better motels than that. It's a shame, because it could've been easily prevented with more transparency and honesty in the booking.
S J — Google review
Hotel in a great spot but needs some work on maintenance. It looks a little tired but it's clean and functional. Close to the surf club and main street and restaurants. Overall a solid 3/5. Sauna worked very well and pool was clean.

From the minute we arrived we knew we had picked the right place to stay. The staff member who checked us in was an absolute delight. The apartment was massive and fresh and clean. The pool is gorgeous. The view from the balcony is great. The beds are comfy. It was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay!
Geoff R — Google review
We stayed in apartment 19 and booked online. Be very careful what you wish for . The listed photos of the apartment were very misleading and innacuraye. The apartment advertised was renovated and fully furnished. This was not the reality when we arrived at our accommodation, the photos on the listing were of a completely different apartment and the apartment we were staying in had an old kitchen and bathroom. The apartment had a broken lounge and no cushions, furnishings or smart tv. For $240 a night I expect more. There were no coffee making facilities, no dishwashing tablets or other standard facilities you would expect. We very much enjoyed the location, however, we would stay elsewhere next time.
Marlene M — Google review
Greeted by a very friendly host who had everything ready to go, answered all my queries and had our beach towels organised as requested at the time of booking. Apartment was super roomy and clean and came with a nice balcony enjoying ocean views. Everything on hand needed to enjoy our stay and bonus Greek Restaurant on-site which was nice and beach a 1 minute walk along with shopping strip.Highly recommend
Chris W — Google review
Central to everything and the staff were super friendly during booking and on arrival. Downside was the abrupt note left on my wife’s car at 1005 advising we needed to life the car as checkout was 10. We had been waiting on a friend bringing back car keys they had taken by mistake. We had however vacated rooms by 8am Also there are no lifts which made it very difficult for our friends who had bad knees and the pool doesn’t have a hand rail so makes it tricky to get in and out. We weren’t aware this wasn’t accessible accomodation with the stairs being narrow and shallow so difficult to navigate with luggage 2 storey apartment was laid out oddly with beds and toilet at the bottom and living upstairs. Again more difficult stairs for people

We stayed for a week at the end of August, family of four. There’s not a lot to say except everything was beautiful and the service we received fantastic. The property itself was well maintained and I loved all quality appliances. The pool was closed for most of our stay but we could use the resort pool next door. Again, just looked after. Can’t wait to return!!!

We loved our stay. The apartment was stunning and everything we needed for a beach holiday. Walk to beach/ hasting street and heaps of space to relax back at our apartment after exploring the area.

Our ladies only 7 night stay in July was perfect. Three large bedrooms and three bathrooms with an extra single bed available for a fourth gave us all our own space. Incredibly spacious, very clean and well appointed with gorgeous rainforest to ocean views. Yes it’s a bit of a walk down to the hot part of town but definitely easy enough for anyone reasonably fit. A bit of a stretch with young children or a pram. Out the back gate is a lovely walk to the Lookout. The online and phone service for booking was great as was the attention to the odd small request we had. Large double garage for parking. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This accommodation was beautiful, as soon as you walked into our apartment it was relaxing. So clean and well presented. The beds were so comfortable and the space of the apartment was perfect for my family. Sensational accommodation, beautiful decor, and love the art on the walls! Great location, close to everything and with privacy from all the hustle and bustle on Hastings Street. Thank you to Claire for being a fantastic hostess, extremely friendly, and helpful.

A Surprisingly disappointing experience. ADVICE: Be careful to get the unit you booked! Our group was unknowingly downgraded from our prepaid unit option that was baby safe without stairs, easy entrance with a pram, spa, and 1 king/1 queen beds, BUT we were given another unit upon arrival without explanation! Not only was the unit not fitting to our needs: it not baby safe with all of the stairs, there are gaps between the balconies making it a serious risk for any children to fall through, and no curtains on any of the windows to block the sunrise at 4am and street lamps at night. Additionally, we had to wash all of the glasses before using them. Despite communicating this to reception, the reception team refused to acknowledge the change and reimburse us for the downgrade. We are disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

It was our first time staying at the residence and it was lovely! Great architecture, great location, great pool and great view! Our stay was tranquil, relaxing and very enjoyable. Staffs were lovely and easy going. The door in one of the master bedrooms was broken and could not close, one set of duvet was not very clean which was slightly off-putting. Some minor dislikes but the overall experience was very good! We'd definitely come back for our next visit!

Visited Makepeace Island for the first time last weekend and was amazed at the variety of options and things to do there. The bedroom villa's are amazing with modern features like air con if you wish to use it. Some of the rooms have fish ponds and a big bathroom to use. The common rooms are full with activities from pool, tvs, chess etc. Plenty of day beds around the pool to relax and river activities to utilise if you wish. The staff are the best as they accommodate you however they can. Definitely one for the bucket list if you want to experience a hidden gem in Noosa.

Fantastic weekend at the island, the hosts were fantastic, the food exquisite, the French chef produces meals to die for from local produce. Free flowing champagne and delightful canapes served at the sunset reception at the pool deck. Daily spa treatments for the ladies and poker tables for the gentlemen. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the morning dolphin hunt, the chef did do amazing things with the capture however.
