PSA: Do NOT say you are sharing your meals! We asked for the bugs and a pasta as a main and they served and charged us for 2 x main servings of bugs which led to a very expensive dinner and way too much food. Otherwise everything was very tasty.

Really nice atmosphere. Great menu with enough choices to make you want to return. Open area seating with glassed in walls to the streets. Kilpatricks & scallops for entrees were delicious. Followed by the Wagyu & trout for mains. Both were delicious and large servings.

Market Bistro delivered a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is warm and lively. Service was spot-on from start to finish—welcoming at the door, attentive at the table, and knowledgeable about the menu and wine. Overall, a polished, enjoyable dining spot I’d happily return.

If you haven't been to Market Bistro, do yourself a favour! This classy restaurant, is one of the absolute bests on Sunshine Coast, located diagonally across from super cool, SC Council office building. Nick, Emma and team will certainly look after you. The food and beverage menu's present a variety of delicious offerings. The quality is second to none. Parking stations are all around...or just catch an uber or cab. See you again team MB. 😉 ❣️✔️👌

A wow find right near our accommodation! This restaurant immediately speaks volumes of character, ambience, and culinary culture. Although we didn't have a booking for our spontaneous evening, the staff quickly seated us at a fantastic table by the open kitchen. Our waiter was attentive and polite all night, expertly explaining the specials and keeping us well-hydrated. The food was exceptional. We shared the Brie entrée, followed by the Fish of the Day and Duck Tortellini for mains, and finished with the Crème Brûlée. The flavors were rich, the plating was masterful, and the whole experience was outstanding. Sitting by the kitchen added a unique touch, allowing us to see the peaceful hard work of the culinary team. If you are in Maroochydore, this is a must-stop for an incredible dining experience. We look forward to returning!

I have eaten here 4 times now. The food is amazing and the wine selection is excellent. Well worth a couples date night or a group gathering. Simo and the team are great.

Always fantastic....if you havent been its well worth the visit. Staff always attentive and food spot on. Week nights are nice and quiet easy to book.

Not my favourite restaurant experience. I expect this place has been too successful for its own good as it was certainly busy but I was underwhelmed. The food was edible but not extraordinary. Orders are taken at a central station that required lining up after making choices at your table. It's cost efficient but impersonal. The person taking our orders on the day was cold -- maybe not rude but they had a short attitude; maybe they were having a bad day. There was a mixup with our order that was addressed but it took a few attempts to get right. The whole experience was disappointing.

There was a bit of wait for the food to be served on a busy Thursday evening. However they found me a table quite quickly. The food tastes nice and is well presented. I tried the eggplant chips and fried pumpkin dumplings in veggie curry . The venue has some lovely green plants at the entrance.

The restaurant is tucked away in a quiet area of Maroochydore, but that didn't seem to stop people from going, as we were there on a Monday night and it was packed. The restaurant is a pub style where you order your food and drinks at the counter. But don't let that deter you, for the food was superb. And it was heaven for my wife who is a coeliac and was able to choose her dish from a separate gluten free menu. WE both chose from this menu as it enabled us to share the kingfish sashimi, the wood roasted teriyaki chicken and a side of steamed greens. The food was well cooked and extremely delicious. It was our best meal while we were on vacation on the Sunshine Coast.

So we went to this place as a group of 4 and between all of us we spent roughly $200 which works out roughly $50 a person, the servings were so small that we literally drove to another restaurant straight after to purchase an actual meal, which is in the photo below and that meal only cost $39 💀, we left feeling completely unsatisfied and ripped off. And to give some context I’m 6ft and 58kg so really doesn’t take much to feed me, further more the quality of the food was also very poor, all of us didn’t really enjoy it at all. Amongst our group were 2 asians who had no idea what they even got served and felt like their culture was insulted, the only reason we actually went here was because we seen there were positive reviews which was extremely misleading, and I do believe all these reviews are infact bots, their is absolutely no way these are real people. To give some more context I’ve never made review in my entire life until now and I’ve also never taken a photo of a meal until now, that is how ripped off I feel, and I also have very low expectations when it comes to food. I would have gotten a better meal from $2 go bucket from KFC, this place sucks and is a total scam

We had higher hopes for our lunch here, given the positive reviews, but it unfortunately fell short of our expectations. ​On the positive side, the restaurant is a great welcoming space with excellent decor, atmosphere, and seating. The service team was attentive, friendly, and absolutely wonderful throughout our visit. They were the definite highlight of the experience. ​However, the culinary experience was disappointing. Even though the restaurant was quiet, the wait time was long, which was surprising considering the number of chefs working. The food we received felt rushed, overcooked, and poorly presented. Ultimately, we found the meal very underwhelming and the portion-to-price ratio didn't seem justified. We hope this was simply a bad day in the kitchen, and we may consider trying again in the future.

Beautifully prepared food in taste and presentation. I had the pork and prawn dish,was a little spicy for me in the beginning but hitting half way through it was sweeter ,prawns were cooked nice but a little cold which wasn't expected,pork was done perfectly crispy not overly big pieces and tender . Loved it all in the end. Partner had the rendang he likes spicy and the Jasmin rice was so happy with it. It looked wonderful. Beef spring rolls are so moorish and served piping hot with a nice Mayo. Pork gyozas were done perfectly and not watery and sloppy like a lot of places. We went early just after opening so only a few people there which was great. Cocktail giddy geisha and a lemonade ordered all up $121 place is nicely decorated and uncluttered staff at bar are friendly

Love giddy geisha! I’m vegan and the food is just soooo good! The spring rolls, amazing… crispy eggplant… dyiinggg! And their pumpkin curry is sooook good! I eat here every couple of visits to the the sunny coast!

Did a birthday celebration in the main restaurant - food was good and service was ok. We went on a Friday for an early dinner and unfortunately it was so loud with the outdoor DJ and many people drinking along the front it is not the ideal place to have relaxing dinner. Would be better to go later in the evening and hope the rowdiness has calmed down but I can’t confirm. We were seated right next to the water which was nice but many people are sitting right next to you drinking which gives more a PUB vibe. The lights get really dark after 6pm so hard to see the menu or the food. Someone also smashed a beer glass at the front of the restaurant where people were drinking and it took awhile for staff to clear. Food was enjoyable and the dessert was delicious. Would not go back however.

Had a gorgeous dinner here, we had 3 different meals and all were delicious, I’ll let the photos do the talking! Was busy, great vibe, nice wine list and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend

We had a fabulous lunch here! We opted to share our dishes so we could try a bit of everything and it did not disappoint. Mussels and eggplant salad were a stand out.

What a lovely day out! We came across this by accident because we were looking for a last minute feed only to come across this at the back of the cotton tree car park! Right on the water it is a beautiful and relaxing place coupled with beautiful food, it was a great place to find, and have been back since. Great food, great service and an amazing beach view.

Had a wonderful lunch here today, good menu options (not too many), the food arrived promptly which was surprising given the number of patrons. It was delicious. There was one mix up, there was no argument & it surprised me how quickly the correct meal came out. Delicious food & wine, great company & a magnificent vista. Thanks for making it so enjoyable.

I arrived at the restaurant and was waiting to be acknowledged by a staff member. A waitress walked right past me twice, completely ignoring my presence.I eventually approached her to ask for a table and how the ordering worked. She answered, "We are fully booked, only tapas outside." Without any sympathy, she handed me the tapas menu and walked away. She didn't ask how many people were in my party or what time I wanted to eat. There was no attempt to accommodate me, just a dry, careless service. It's a real shame, as the restaurant was completely empty, and I only wanted a quick lunch for one person, which would have been easily possible. I understand when a place is genuinely busy, but in this case, her lack of effort was completely unwarranted.

What a great little place that gives you the next level in food and service. The prefect spot to tell anyone who is looking for somewhere “nice” to go. Can’t fault any meal we had. Lamb, steak and vegetarian all superb

I just wanted to leave a review about how wonderful our wedding reception at Harry’s on Buderim was. Peter and the excellent staff made the night flow effortlessly from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent (as always) and they had set the tables to the simple elegant look I wanted ( thanks to Peter who was only too happy to have meeting beforehand). It was a night I will never forget thank you for making it so special Tyler

We had the most amazing experience at Harry’s on Buderim. The food was absolutely impeccable every dish was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into everything. The service was fantastic too, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so well looked after without being over the top. The setting is lovely and romantic, making it the perfect spot for a date night. Honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had on the Sunshine Coast — we’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely divine! Octopus entree was the best we have had, sirloin steak just perfect and the parsnips were sweet, pork was well flavoured and staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. We are looking forward to eating here again.

Delightful restaurant in a lovely setting at the foothills of Buderim forest. This is a high end establishment, with high end prices. We dined in the 'Fire Room', in one section of the building which had a wonderful open fire. This room was fully booked with 14 people dining here on this occasion, and unfortunately we found it a bit noisy in such a small room. There are plenty of other options where to dine, such as out on the decking overlooking a grassed area with trees surrounding, but the open fire was quite cozy. We all enjoyed our meal - adequate selection to cater for most peoples taste. Plenty of waitresses, and excellent service. Good selection of fine wines, with huge mark-up prices, this seems to be the practice at 'fine dining' restaurants. Be aware that there is Weekend Surcharge of 10% as well at 1.6% Card Surcharge. I've never heard of a 'weekend surcharge' before. Harry's on Buderim is a unique restaurant, well worth a visit for that special occasion.

It was the best dining experience I've had on the Sunshine Coast! Large portions, full of flavour, divine wine 🍷 😋... and the dessert selections were top tier! Definitely will be back here!!!!

I’m not one to write negative reviews but I feel I should share my experience. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner earlier in the year and I haven’t been able to forget about our bad experience. I overheard the staff talking rudely about my partner and I because we called up earlier and asked if we could have a vegetarian option as apart of out courses. They originally agreed and said no problem but when we got there they said they can’t do it. They then decided they could but the staff along the balcony here talking about us saying “here we go, these two are making their own menu” “This will be good won’t it” sniggering, rolling their eyes and speaking in a rude and sarcastic tone. We could hear them because there were only 2 tables of people including us at this stage. We called in advance to check it was okay. If it wasn’t we would have been fine but they said no problem. Clearly not communicating with the chefs. The vegetarian option we were given was a disgusting mush of vegetables, chickpeas. Over spiced and no care put into it. Slopped on the plate because they were upset they had to do it. My partner and I both work in hospitality so understand and respect the work these people have to do. The rest of the food was good. But not amazing. The best thing was the small palate cleanser or sorbet. The waiters were cowboys, dumping other tables bottles of water on out table as they rushed past. Then collecting it later. Most bizarre, unprofessional dining experience I’ve ever had. We spent over $300 and were extremely embarrassed, uncomfortable and will never be back. I can see that people do have good experiences here but that wasn’t the case for us.

Amazing feed! The flavours were phenomenal. The sauce with the wagyu dumplings needs to be bottled and sold as I would put it on everything. Chicken Katsu Bao and highway spuds were definitely some favourites My only critic is that I felt that the pork dumplings needed a dipping sauce provided - you could use sauces from the other dishes but not helpful if they all arrive at different times.

The BEST food I’ve had in ages! We definitely ordered too much for the two of us but no complaints here as we got to take some home. Could not fault a single dish. Our favourites were the beef Massaman and the Roti but we’d honestly order everything again and again! If I could rate it more stars I would, can’t wait to come back.

There are so many delicious options on the menu and the new menu items are amazing. The Roast Pumpkin Yellow Curry and the Beef Massaman curry are generous sizes and both come with rice. Recommend the Chicoen Katsu Salad for a lunch option. We can’t wait to come back 🤩

There’s a good vibe. The menu is fun and the food delicious- super flavourful with all the garnishes. The tables are a little small for the sharing that’s encouraged (everyone seemed to have more dishes than places to put them). Don’t be put off though- order up and enjoy!

We used to come here many years ago when Junk first opened. This was our first visit back in a long time, and the food and service was just as good! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Pricing and serving sizes were excellent. The staff were so helpful and so nice. Hope to be back again soon.

Asian fusion. Very well done food. Fresh, tasty, great flavours and different. Not the same old things you find everywhere. Someone in the kitchen cares about what they're cooking and isn't afraid to try new combinations. The Gundam fries are morish, the bento box is packed with flavour and the slushies...you MUST try the slushies!!

We went to opening night and so happy to see Corbin’s alive again! The new owner has done a fabulous job and clearly knows what he is doing. The cocktails were amazing , the wine list clever and the food! Wow, superb fresh ingredients and with a Mediterranean hint, the chef is just very very good. I had to be convinced to order the calamari but they were honestly the best I’ve had. The oysters were fresh. We further had the anchovies on sourdough with ricotta, a very well balanced baba ganoush and burrata. The house made focaccia is to die for. We can’t wait to try the rest of the menu very soon !

If you like oysters this place is AMAZING! Best oysters me and my husband have had on the coast so far. Service was great, so friendly and such a great environment. Pasta of the week was unreal, everything 5 stars 😍 thanks guys! We’ll be back every bloody week.

I had such a great experience at this bar! The environment was absolutely lovely – relaxed, welcoming, and the perfect vibe for a night out. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. On top of that, the drinks were top quality – you can really taste the care and detail that goes into them. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends!

The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and chatty, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The cocktails were excellent, with the Old Fashioned being my favorite of the night. Although we didn't eat anything, the plates of food being served to other tables looked great.

Nice atmosphere on a warm summer day. Interesting menu and large drinks selection. Really enjoyed the chicken tacos but not the pork. The unusual jalapeno poppers were ok for someone who doesn't like jalapeno peppers. Just some cream cheese with very little jalapeno chopped up in them.

We came here on a Monday night to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was quiet but the ambience was great. We were greeted quickly and informed about their $10 margarita and unlimited chips and guacamole special. There were decent vegan options that were different to the usual Mexican choices we’re given. Everything was delicious. The corn chips weren’t the best which is why I’m giving 4/5 stars for food. Ideally it’d be a 4.5, though. We had a great time and were well looked after.

The lady behind the bar when I ordered really gave the vibe she didn’t want to be there. The food was very basic, certainly had better. The chicken bites over cooked and the nachos plain and boring. Corn chips were nice and crispy though Wouldn’t go back, staff inattentive and food sub standard

We were so incredibly happy with the staff at this venue. It was pouring rain, they had such a positive fun vibe about them. They accommodated everyone and were so chill. I never feel welcomed by restaurant staff but every single person we encountered here were awesome. Great drinks great food and chill vibe. I’m only going here from now on

This is a great place to hangout with friends. What an atmosphere …!!! Absolutely loved this place - I have been here couple of times and the quality of food has been constant. Loved the avocado tacos and corn Ribs😋😋😋. The ladies there do a beautiful job😍😍 This is my favourite go to Mexican place.

I was expecting great things from La Canteena but was slightly disappointed. The food is great and well proportioned, it just takes 35-40 mins for the order to arrive at the table. The wait time gave us a chance to enjoy some of the cocktails but even these were only average.....they had all the hallmarks of a good cocktail but the taste was not balanced. On a positive note the $10 Frozen Margarita and share pizzas are a win

Unami Ramen make really good ramen as that is their specialty. I certainly believe they are the go to restaurant in town for some good ramen. The seafood tonkotsu ramen, smokey black ramen and chicken karaage rice bowl made a good combination. All meals were cooked well and tasted delicious. Totally worth the visit. Regards @foodearri

Fantastic ramen with a stellar broth and tender chashu - the tonkotsu is really rich and porky! Bowl of ramen seems to be on the smaller side compared to other places though, but I reckon the quality definitely makes up for it. I'm a pretty big guy and it still filled me up.

I'm on the hunt for the best ramen on the Sunshine Coast. After my recent trip to Japan, I'm trying to see if Australia can keep up with the Japanese!!! Yessssss we can , this place was hands down amazing 👏. I'd like to see if there is somewhere better.

Absolutely love the Smokey Black Ramen! You can really taste the black garlic, with the hint of creaminess and good value for the money. It's the taste of Japan all over! The karaage chicken rice and Tatanmen F was to die for! We tried the pork and prawn gyoza and these have all been good! All the food was beautifully presented! Would wish for the staff to be more proactive in giving other guests another bottle of water though. Will definitely come back!

Awesome ramen, so glad to have found a place that does authentic ramen. We had the smokey black and spicy red with were incredible. Really creamy rich broth and deep flavours, great noodles and additions to the soup makes it perfect! Really looking forward to coming back.

Definitely one of the foodie spots I appreciate on the Sunshine Coast. Chef-owned and operated, deep flavors, great consistency, short and concise menu (always a good sign!). I’m not even a tonkotsu ramen big fan (I like the clear broth ramen a lot more), but Umami makes me reconsider every time. Thank you!

Unbelievable service and great staff. My ravioli was amazing and all handcrafted in-house curated by a truly Italian owner. You don’t have to wait for service because it’s just a pleasure to have stuff that really knows their customers and love the service industry. Being Italian myself I really felt at home and comfortable. The food wasn’t an absolute standout but definitely delicious and comforting home style mamma’s dinner table. Thanks to the amazing staff.

Recently visit this restaurant and Alicia consistently delivers excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude. She always greets guests with a genuine smile, makes us feel comfortable, and handles every situation with professionalism and grace. Beautiful restaurant with a relaxed, warm and cosy feel. Staff and service were amazing - friendly, polite, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Sensational food, ambiance and service. What a little gem this place is. A quant venue that offers inside and outside eating. I think its once of the best Italian restaurant in QLD. If you reach to Sunshine coast. Its properly one of the best option for your dinning. We picked a pizza, a Italian bread, and a cold cut platter. Its delicious 😋 The night is very freezing when we were there and they are so caring to us by turning up the heater. Highly recommand.

The service and food were incredible, I truly believe everyone should experience the pleasure of dining here at least once. FOH staff are friendly and attentive to all of our needs(water glasses were never empty, birthday candle was put on birthday girls dessert ect.) Cocktails were both visually appealing and delicious, the food is next level good I can wholeheartedly recommend the sashimi moriawase, oysters and king prawns with shiso butter. I absolutely will be back and will recommend to everyone I know.

This dinner was absolutely delicious! Worth the price and the time, it’s best to book your table beforehand, so you can be seated right away. I went here for a dinner with a friend and we ordered some starters to share, they came out extremely fast, and were all so good! I recommend the Matcha tiramisu for dessert. The Staff were also very lovely and made our experience very enjoyable. Overall a wonderful night.

A beautifully atmospheric restaurant with elegant lighting and refined decor that makes you feel instantly comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional, adding to the overall great experience. The dishes are both visually stunning and delicious. Highly recommend the eggplant tempura — the portion is generous, the batter perfectly crisp, and the eggplant inside incredibly juicy. The pork belly from the main dishes is another highlight, thoughtfully seasoned to bring out the rich aroma of the meat. Will come back next time!

Modern take on Japanese food. All dishes were great. Minor criticism - slow cooked pork belly had a strong pork smell (maybe not female sow?) Everything else frim tuna tataki to grilled skewers and fried chicken was gorgeous.

Soka is an absolute gem on the Sunshine Coast! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming and incredibly quick. Every single dish was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented — you can really taste the quality and care that goes into the food. Our meals came out super fast, the staff were on the ball all night, and the whole experience was flawless from start to finish. Honestly, it’s a solid 10/10. If you love amazing Japanese food with exceptional service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful dining experience at SOKA. One of the best meals and service, we have had in a long time! Highly recommend dinning at SOKA!

Food was outstanding and excellent presentation. Staff were friendly and fantastic service, 5 star service. Very nice, relaxing atmosphere.

Went here for Sunday lunch last week with a small group and had a wonderful experience. The service was second to none and waitstaff could not do enough to keep us happy. At no time did we feel rushed to finish our meals and leave even though it got quite busy. The atmosphere was relaxing as you would expect from a fine dining restaurant and the view of the river out to the ocean was lovely. We started off with a couple of cocktails and NGL the Sunshine Passion is to die for. For entreé we ordered the prawn and crab croquettes, pork belly, bresaola and a half dozen oysters which were all perfectly cooked and presented. For mains, The chef’s seafood plate (slow cooked octopus finished on the grill) got 5 stars as did the barramundi fillet which was cooked to perfection. The only disappointment was the scotch fillet which unfortunately was a thin cut with some gristle making it tougher than it should have been. Finally, dessert was ordered and once again all were delicious! The tiramisu was a surprising twist on a traditional favourite. By the time we finished we were all much fuller than expected as the serving size for all meals was quite a bit larger than the menu alludes to. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Ocean Ended and the price per person for all food and drinks was really good value.

What a beautiful experience from the time we walked in to the time we left. Venue was lovely and clean, with white table cloths on each table, we were greeted when we arrived and shown to our table, very impressed my chair was pulled out for me. The waitress was lovely she helped us with our choices and checked in on us during our meal. My partner and I ordered the beef eye fillet - this was cooked to perfection and the best we have ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant, we were there on the Saturday night and wanted to go again on the Monday but sadly they were closed.

Dinner last night. It was superb. The quality of ingredients, service, and food was 5 * If we were local it would be our go to place. Even our children loved the mocktails and food. Great place for all occasions. We will definitely visit again when back in Maroochydore. Support these quality places and you won’t be disappointed. For a fine dining restaurant, the portion sizes were great. The vegetarian choices were also amazing. The photos below are the chefs seafood plate starter- Scollop with pea purée, salmon with crouton’s and fresh calamari. The vegetarian starter, the chicken Ballantine starter and the seafood risotto Main.

Delicious food. The staff were lovely and really friendly. We got the dinner special (olives and feta, salmon tartare, fish of day and crab linguine, crumble, brulee) all really fresh, tasty and filling. Good value for money and good food. Eating beside the water was lovely and the drinks we had were quite nice. We definitely visit again. I really liked the decor and the fresh rose was a lovely touch. Made dinner really special.

Betty’s Classic Burgers at Sunshine Plaza are packed with flavor—fresh ingredients, juicy patties, and that signature Betty’s sauce make them a standout! The taste definitely lives up to the hype. The only downside is the portion size—the burgers are a bit small for the price. Still, a great spot for a quality bite if you’re not looking to be overly full. Service is friendly and the vibe is always welcoming.

The service is fast and friendly, and the vibe is casual and relaxed. I ordered spicy crispy chicken and grilled chicken. The spice is balanced and flavorful without being overwhelming, and it pairs perfectly with the creamy sauce and fresh lettuce on a soft, buttery bun.

Dead quite night, rubbish all over tables and sitting in for at least 30 minutes not a single staff member picking up rubbish off tables any of the 5 tables that were dirty Burger was room temp, bacon was cold, avocado not ripe and just thrown on burger, Staff mucking around in customer view standing around having conversations and food was definitely not fresh and made to order, had been sitting for a bit. Overall I'd be very disappointed in my staff if I was the manager, working on public holiday and at least 3-4 staff standing around laughing doing nothing and ignoring customer

Great spot. The sausage roll is delicious! The African rooibos orange latte was divine, a little sweet, almost as good as a dessert. Interior decorating is really nice and has a calm feeling to it.

Easily no questions asked the best tea shop in the Sunny Coast. Such a massive range of teas and an even better menu of cakes and desserts to accommodate the drinks. If you love what you had you can even buy the flavours from them. Which is what I ended up doing. I'm now a Vanilla Crème tea enjoyed.

What a delightful morning at The Silva Spoon! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the warm, cozy atmosphere filled with beautiful decor and charming details. The tea selection is incredible, and the teapot was served so elegantly with a lovely cup that made the experience extra special. The Silva Spoon is a must-visit when you’re in Maroochydore! They serve fantastic coffee and absolutely delicious cakes — the Biscoff cheesecake is to die for! The atmosphere is charming, and their beautiful collection of tea sets (available for purchase) adds a lovely touch. As an award-winning tea house, it truly lives up to the hype. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality treats and a cozy vibe.

DISAPPOINTED! High tea is usually classy, this experience was not. Our 2 tables were different heights, our tablecloth was paper, the table beside us having high tea had a beautiful setting on a tablecloth and comfortable chairs, our metal chairs were not comfortable. Our server said she was there to look after us during the high tea, once we were served our food and drinks we never saw her again even though she said just call me when you need a refill or anything else. When asked where she was, I was told she’s on her break. So that means she tells the customers someone else will be looking after you now. No one came near us to make sure it was all ok or if we wanted the bottomless tea or coffee refilled. The food was mismashed, presentation needs work, a few flowers on food and plates doesn’t mean it’s high tea. Definitely not a good experience or worth the $60,00 per person.

Only been here for high tea, and today was a reminder I should come in more often! Really great value High tea, fabulous cakes and treats all baked by their in house baker who is fantastic. Great selection of delicious teas and even took some home with me. So much food I couldn't finish it and also took the rest home! Highly recommend. I'm vegetarian and the veggie high tea did not disappoint.

It was really good but the granola bowl was served with a bad banana everything else was delicious like the green eggs and lemon pie

We had dinner here on Saturday night, great service and super tasty food. The spicy chicken was the bomb!

Mediocre tasting dishes, small portions, and overly pricey. We got the Green Curry, Pad Thai, Tom Yum and Fried Rice. Most of the dishes were too sweet. The only dish worth trying is the Tom Yum. Tons of better Thai restaurants out there.

The interesting thing about this restaurant is that they serve yum cha for dinner, which is rare. The uninteresting fact is that the food and customer service is ordinary here and one of the worst yum cha I've had. The dumplings, steamed rice were all a bit soggy from oversteaming and didn't taste fresh. It is consistent with all their dishes that their yumcha isn't as good as the metropolitan restaurants. When the waiter was collecting our plates he spilled the squid dish but didn't bother cleaning up either so that reduces the customer service ratings. They don't serve tea by default and you actually have to request for it too. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have strong cravings for yumcha and can't wait to return to Brisbane (or another big city). Regards @fooderarri

The place was disappointing. The lighting was so dim it felt unwelcoming. The shrimp dumplings were not fresh—even the replacement basket was bitter and the wrapper smelled off. The wonton soup came with just two clumped wontons, and the fried rice noodles tasted old and soggy. Definitely not worth it. the food lived up to the poor reviews on Google.

I’ve eaten some good Yum Chas around Taiwan and China, this is 2/10. While the dumplings were good, the rest was very mediocre. We have a piece of paper as a table cloth, something I’d expect in a side alley eatery in Shanghai. The stir fried vegetables, was boiled, with an enormous amount of uncooked Oyster sauce dumped on top. The steamed Pork Ribs, is not Pork Ribs, it’s off cuts of the Pork Ribs.

One of the worst Char Siew Roast pork we ever tasted . It is like meat soak in honey sauce . Nothing like the real thing . The sticky rice is also below par. The rest of dishes like Salted eggs custard buns , fried turnip cake , beef brisket and pork ribs in black beans are acceptable but not fantastic.

Terrible experience. Waitress took our order but forgot to place it into the kitchen. Sat waiting for over 30 minutes & chased them up to be told the waitress was in training and forgot. Rushed the food to send it out. The food wasn’t nice when it did come out then to top it all off the staff stood behind the counter watching us eat! Asked for a discount and a very small one was offered. Please do NOT eat here. Overpriced, they watch you eat, they stand around half the time doing no work. Better options in the plaza. Save your money.

Sadly not very authentic or tasty. Prices are steep for such quality. Saying that there were a few good dishes amongst the ones we ordered - the salty egg custard baos were delicious. The sticky rice wrapped in leaves were good as well - authentic.

Had to give a three star review due to the fact that they tried to pass on a refrigerated ice cream as a fried ice cream and said that how it’s made. We have eaten a few fried ice creams before and never had this experience… the main food on the other hand was tasty. The cocktails are okay.. not great. Also expensive for the experience and the food. Was disappointed after coming here reading some positive reviews.

Atmosphere was lovely, ambiently lit surroundings with a relaxed music vibe playing in the background. Our meals came out super fast, maybe 7 minutes after ordering, very fresh, hot and well presented. It was lovely to see the chef's in the kitchen with the open setting. Very yummy mango chicken, butter chicken, coconut rice and naans.

What a wonderful experience! I was visiting from Brisbane and our family who lives locally recommended this venue. The staff were warm and welcoming, food was all well presented and delicious. There was a little wait however the waiter was quick to acknowledge that. We appreciated the communication. Highly recommend!

Being a pom, I am very fussy about Indian food. In 20 years, nothing has come close until now. It’s different but in such a great way. Fresh, not too oily, tasty and presented beautifully. Everything we had was delicious. The wait staff were thoughtful and respectful. The restaurant was clean and well presented. Solbar recently hosted the inimitable and always massively entertaining Amigo The Devil, performing the first of his Aussie shows. Needless to say, bye-bye work and hello Sunny Coast! I was blessed to stay in Alex Headlands so was a mere 7kms from the venue. Solbar was easy to find, but parking was trickier. Plenty of roadside spaces but not a single one free. I found one around the corner, leaving me with a short walk back. The venue itself was cool; a nice ambience, tables filled with eager punters awaiting the show, beer flowing freely, and what may or may not have been an open-mic session providing entertainment up front. From there, when the time arrived, we headed through a door and into the rear stage area. A nice open space, with merch stand to the left and bar to the right. A selection of tables and chairs allowed seating as well. (A big shout-out to the hubby and wife I met there, eager for the show but even more excited about the pending birth of their child, due the previous day! I hope you're enjoying every special moment). The stage is low and accessible, and I actually finished the evening up on it, filming from above and chatting to Dave Talley, the support artist. This added a level of intimacy and community not found in bigger venues. Sound was good too, not too loud or muffled. Overall, I really enjoyed both Solbar and the concert. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, and there wasn't an ounce of negativity or trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

AMAZING FOOD - GREAT PRICES I ordered the lamb salad and they were kind enough to substitute the lamb for chicken. So much variety and flavours in the salad. Very impressed. We sat outside as there were 6 of us but the stools were a bit uncomfortable to sit on, so not ideal for older people who need chairs with a back. So when booking, request chairs with backs if you need them. I do recommend booking if it’s the weekend as they were incredibly busy and it was the middle of winter. They have gluten free options available and our friends shared a gf chicken pizza and said it was delicious. If you’re outside, wait for table service as it can take a while to be served at the bar inside. The toilets were quite cramped, and there were only 2 of them. But clean enough. Good prices, quick service, fab food. Can’t go wrong. The chairs and toilets were the only let downs.

We stopped here for a light meal before a gig in the excellent Solbar music venue (CW Stoneking - what an act). The chicken burger and pizza we had was delicious, well priced and the waiter made sure my annoying dietary needs were met. The food was fresh and I would eat there again for sure. Service etc was great and while it was a shitty rainy night the terrace was dry and a good place to catch up.

MUCH better music than the post office and others. Bit quiet, but the music makes up for it. The music is VERY loud and needs to be turned down slightly to match the other clubs, but it’s still definitely my preference out of the 4 main Ocean St club

The staffs are friendly. We had one chai latte, one dirt chai and one ginger boost. All drinks are on the too sweet side for us. Maybe it's good for some people. We kind of get one spinach on each plate. Whole plate looks brown. My Sunnyside up's egg white still transparent, could be done a little more. My friend's plate has a hair/ thick eyebrow thing, she found out in the end of her meal. It was under food. She didn't want to bother because it's almost finished...

Totally underrated. Had two very tasty breakfasts, with juice and coffee between two. Service was attentive and quick. Nice spot with views to the ocean and clean and tidy. Price was fair.

A bit pricey for what you get but the coffee is good and you can customise your own juice. Not really on the beach but has a slight view and the breeze was appreciated on this very hot and steamy morning. Felt like the furniture could be cleaner, but the atmosphere is still pretty appropriate for the location.

We had brunch here, was quite ish when we arrived but soon got quite busy. We had cooked breakfasts which were yummy and hubby n daughter had juices, Heart Starter and the Sunrise, I had a berry smoothie, all were yummy

They have a good selection of Mexican food here including some delicious cocktails 🍸. Nacho chips is served on the house upon dining so make sure you don't over-order on the nachos. The fajitas are good as you can make them yourself and consume fresh on the spot. I think they are the go-to dish for medium to large groups. Their buffalo chicken wings served with blue cheese sauce is a hit and I recommend them. Regards @fooderarri

Our group had the best time at our event. The manager was so accomodating, they had gluten free options and catered to our every need. The whole staff had a friendly attitude and were very welcoming. The food was delicious and the cocktails/ drinks were even better. We had the $99 fiesta and it was the best afternoon we could hope for. Great vibes and great people.

I went to El Camino last Saturday (24/05) for the Brazilian night and had such a great time! The food was delicious, and the frozen margaritas were amazing, definitely some of the best I’ve had. Gabriel, the manager, was super friendly and kept checking in to make sure everything was going well, which made the experience even better. It was a really fun night overall — good food, good drinks, great service, and fantastic music. Can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately we don’t have many good things to say - it started when we entered and the lady asked where we wanted to sit, and she grabbed menus but walked somewhere else with the menus? So I walked over to the bar, after getting ourselves a table, and grabbed some menus. The lady was back there getting menus for some other new customers and looked at me asking if I was okay, I told her I was just getting menus. We ordered our meals, and I was gobsmacked the price came to $97 for 2 adults + 1 child! We ordered 2 x adult chicken burritos both with added avocado and 1 x kids chicken taco + chicken tenders. The chicken taco was smaller than the palm of my hand, and I could not believe this cost $9!! The chicken was dry and definitely overcooked. Then mine and my son’s “solo” drinks came, and they didn’t taste like solo, so we’d asked the waiter if they were solo drinks and she said yes. My husband had a sip and said they weren’t solo, they were tonic water, he’d said something to the waiter and she kindly took them to make sure we got solo. Upon her return, she confirmed the tank was near empty which is why they tasted funny, but also said the solo was right next to the tonic water. I can confirm the soft drinks are big servings, that was the most generous part of our experience. Mine and my husbands meals came and although they tasted OKAY, they were smaller than we expected, cut in half, and the avocado came in a side dish - we were expecting the avocado to be added to the burrito fillings, like most Mexican restaurants do. I had to use the chips to scoop the avocado into my burrito. Unfortunately we will not return to this place, it was severely overpriced, the food was average given the price and service was average.

Was a little taken back as we arrived 9:15pm as a small group for a friends birthday we had seated while half the group ordered before they shut down the ordering right after seating us.. so half of us missed out. We were told no more margarita towers available. That’s fine. But we see not one not two but three margarita towers being made and leaving the bar. We decided to leave after that. Didn’t feel welcome at this point.

What a fun place to go for a drink and food. We had excellent service and enjoyed the fun atmosphere. We had a selection of tacos that were great.

I really enjoyed this place as I love tequila! We had shots and margaritas, we also had one of them massive towers to share between the both of us. The wings were good I ordered the buffalo ones, glad I got the sauce on the side because it was way to spicy for me, I was thankful for the ranch they added on the side for me aswell but the wings were great and the staff, will be back for sure.

The Bavarian was a nice stop for lunch if you feel like a taste of German food. For a franchised restaurant chain the food wasn't too bad With an inviting feel, aesthetically pleasing, moody lighting and quiet background music. The staff were friendly and attentive and there was ample seating inside and out. There was even a crowd DJ where you can choose the music you want to play while enjoying your meal. The menu had a wide range of options to choose from and prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. The pretzels came out hot, tasted nice and were a good size. The bowel of chip were Seasoned well, cooked perfectly and in fresh oil and came out hot. The mixed plate of chicken schnitzel, pork belly, sausage, sauerkraut, mash potato, spiced apple pieces and pickled red cabbage was a generous portion size with a good mix of flavours and textures all complementing each other, overall this dish was enjoyable. This would be a good restaurant to go with a group of friends to enjoy a beer or two and a bite to eat.

Yum. I had a chicken schnitzel. It was spicier than I expected. Was delicious! I couldn't eat the jalapeno aoli was just to hot for me but I didn't need it anyway. The slaw was yummy and the potato jems were cooked perfect. The chips had by others on the table looked good too. Staff were friendly. The ordering system via QR code was great. Food came out quick. A rare 5 stars from me.

Got the Best of Bavaria set menu and it didn't disappoint. Haus-made pretzel, pork belly, pork knuckle, sausages schnity, sauerkraut and mash and the kids loved the apple strudel and ice cream to finish. Service was really fast and the team were friendly, great setting and really quiet on a Saturday for lunch. Only thing that could have made it better was the jug of soft drink was all ice and no drink, but the rest was spot on.

Casual alfresco dining with sea breezes and laid back atmosphere. Great selection of German beers in 500ml and 1lt options. The salad was intresting and ticked the German restaurant essential. Added to pork belly on the side and my meal was complete. Table orders through an app which didn't work but service staff were happy to take my order from the counter. There was a bit of a wait for food to come to the table but overall, a nice experience.

Fast and friendly service. Good atmosphere. Bit pricey but the food was good. Love that there's a qr code on the table you scan so you have the option to order and pay through online. I had the jagerschnitzel and a pretzel which were both really nice. Loved the mushroom sauce only wish there'd been more of it.

Everything was 5 stars, we came in happy hour when the German beer was 1/2 price for 1L, the meals were superb and service was with a smile.

Absolutely wonderful venue, staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. In specially Tati who accommodate us to a seating of our preference. There is an outdoor and indoor seating option, with stunning views of the canal. Food came out super fast, fresh, delicious and plentiful. We ordered pretzels, potato gems, pork knuckle, mashed potatoes and red sauerkraut, all of which were delicious and hot. The Bavarian at Sunshine Plaza was absolutely worth the visit, and we'd love to return soon.

We had a very nice dinner! The chef and the waitress were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was really good. We had seafood laksa, fried rice that is served in a bamboo and for starter bbq pork belly.

I cannot praise this restaurant and its amazing Chef Gu highly enough to adequately justify the quality food, service and ambience. I have never had the pleasure of a restaurant who truly puts the dining experience to the patrons beyond their own desires. Gu is just the most beautiful of people. Everything he does and provides is unparalleled. I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to a chef who treats me and everyone who enters his restaurant, like royalty. Thank yoh from the bottom of heart for everything you do :-)

The hospitality was very courteous and professional. The food was so good in particular for the prawns and greens that unfortunately it forgot to take a shot of. Good atmosphere, at the end the chef passed by to the table to check the food and service. Well done guys! One tip maybe introduce some cocktails in the menu give more option to your customers!

Wow A hidden gem at Cotton Tree. The chef is an absolute rock star! Each dish was perfectly crafted. The flavours and textures all came together beautifully. The fried rice served in a bamboo caddy was out of this world!

After reading the reviews, I came in with high expectations. I ordered the massaman beef, but it was average, I’ve had better for cheaper elsewhere. The fried rice was fine, not made fresh. On the positive side, the wok-tossed greens were excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly. Overall though, I left disappointed, especially after spending $40 on a curry that just wasn’t worth it. Was also charged for part of the meal I didn’t receive but couldn’t be bothered to argue over $4.

Had high hopes for this establishment as people had said it's good. The food arrived promptly however, lacked any real flavour. The calamari was like chewing rubber, and the service was average, and the cutlery tubs were empty, apart from some knives. The cleanliness needs a lot of attention. It wasn't very busy. However, it was a Wednesday night. Not somewhere I would visit again, there are plenty of other, better places to eat. It is just another boring franchise food establishment. Just edit to reply to the owner, no thanks. Honestly, there's nothing you could offer me to come back. Simply didn't enjoy at all. Thanks for reaching out, though.

My second visit to TGI Fridays was a marked improvement from the first. The hot chips were crispy, and the ribs were perfectly cooked—flavorful and tender. The service was also excellent, with "Jonny" and “Will” being a standout host. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. His margaritas were fantastic, and he brought a great energy to the table. All in all, a great experience that definitely surpassed my expectations! The desserts was really great as well

My experience today for lunch was great, was told about the lunch specials and where to find them on the menu. Rhuuan was our waiter and he was a delight and a great asset to the team. Always love coming here any day of the week as there is always a special on and the food is always delicious, the signature sauce is that good I have my own bottle at home and great to give as a gift to a fellow foodie.

Our servicemen Will, was absolutely phenomenal, exceptional, brilliant, brought a smile to all of our faces along with delicious margaritas. Thank whoever hired this man cause he really rocked our worlds. As you can see not a drop left in each glass.

The magician was fun and surprisingly good. 2 of our group ordered the same meal and the serve size was very different. Another ordered a more expensive steak and couldn’t eat because it was so tough.

We tried the new “kicking LIIT” and it was phenomenal! The perfect amount of spice to give it a kick keeping us wanting more. I would definitely order again, flavour was delicious, presentation was immaculate and the spicy rim was the cherry on top. 10/10 from me! 🍉🌶️

We were so glad we selected this establishment to dine on a Tuesday night. The food was innovative - from the stuffed jalapeño peppers for tapas to the chocolate ravioli for dessert. We like something different. My gnocchi with prawns were little pillows of delight, although I would have liked more of them for $36. The fiano white wine was a great accompliament. Our service was particularly attentive without being intrusive. Sydney could do with a few more Local Flow type eateries!

Easy access and parking nearby. Very nice relaxed atmosphere and great service. The waitresses are attentive and friendly. Food bursts with flavor in every bite. I tried marinated oyster which was perfect. The spaghetti with prawn is very fresh and makes you want to eat more. The chocolate ravioli surprises with an incredible taste. The wine list is extensive and of excellent quality.

Quite simply some of the best quality ingredients and skillful culinary execution I've experienced on the planet to date. What a surprising and incredible find and well catered and cared for as a coeliac requiring gluten free food. Staff were fantastic and the atmosphere was warm despite it being winter and raining. As a retired chef myself it's a rare treat to have food out better than at home and I was so grateful for the unexpected experience. Keep up the hard work of this excellent gem of an eatery. I so rarely post reviews but this place was just exceptional. The food was impressive but the service was just top notch. So rarely these days do staff in restaurants make good food a great experience but these guys made our evening. Great selection of local, Italian and French wines. Totally recommend if your in Maroochydore. I’ll be back! Thanks so much.

An unforgettable culinary experience! Dining at Bottarga by DA BIUSO was nothing short of extraordinary. This gem of a restaurant serves Italian cuisine that's as close to perfection as we've ever tasted - easily among the best meals we've had. We decided on the $75 Shared Banquet - great choice! This was the perfect amount of food. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly and impressively knowledgeable. The family/staff's passion for the food truly elevated the entire experience. Every dish was standout, but the Tasmanian lamb fillet deserves a special mention - cooked to absolute perfection, tender and bursting with flavour. The Wagyu melted in our mouths and the housemade Sicilian bread was incredible (warm & honestly addictive) and dessert was the perfect sweet finish - simple, elegant and absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. Give it a go - you won't be disappointed!

We were able to make a last minute booking here for our Anniversary. We did not regret it, the service was excellent, the food was incredible. We started with the homemade Focaccia and it was by far the best bread both I and hubby have eaten. Fresh, light, fluffy, crispy. It was absolute perfection and the cooked garlic with olive oil took it to another level. We also ordered some olives and they were such a wonderful addition. The lamb was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Everything on the plate made sense and each mouthful was a pleasure to eat. The pork was divine and the pickled vegetables were such a compliment to the dish. We can't recommend this place enough. An Anniversary dinner we will remember. Compliments to the staff and chef.

I made a reservation with Sarah Biuso for my partner’s surprise birthday party, and she was very accommodating. She took note of my guest’s allergies, offered a good price for a group of 10, and when only 9 of us arrived, she kindly charged us for 9 instead of 10. That was so thoughtful, especially since the discount was originally for 10 people. Despite the restaurant being busy, the team still managed to assist us the whole time. I also celebrated my own birthday here before, and our favourite is definitely their banquet! Shout out to their barista too, he always makes us laugh with his funny humour. 🤗😂 I highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll always come back here. 💕

I can honestly say this was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Staff were super friendly and attentive, the Food was perfectly cooked and portions were perfect. Atmosphere was comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves without hearing others sitting close by. The Menu was divers with plenty of great options, we will have to return a few times to try everything we wanted to. Pricing was also very reasonable considering both location and quality. I highly recommend this venue.

Have been a few times now and whether it is lunch or dinner I have always left very impressed with the food and service. If you want something a little special that tastes amazing with friendly service then this is the place for you. The atmosphere is fantastic and I look forward to our next visit.

What an incredibly unique experience. From the masterfully crafted delicious dishes using nothing but the very, very best ingredients to the excellent wines paired perfectly with each dish, to the warm welcome and excellent service, this place is hands down a must and a true treasure for Brisbane. Celebrated our 15th Wedding Anniversary here and loved it! Stylish space, fairy lights, beautiful interior and delicious well priced food! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering to turn down the music speaker over our corner table! The Moët and Chandon Champagne Colada was a win!! The lamb cigars and the mushrooms were so good! All round wonderful experience!

Sophisticated and stylish vibe with impeccable service. The attendant was exceptionally knowledgeable about the extensive and impressive wine, beer, spirits and cocktails available and explained everything about the bar. We chose classic wines, the honeyed Mooloolaba king prawns and the steak of the day that was cooked to perfection. The complimentary curried flavoured popcorn was surprisingly tasty.

This place is the perfect balance of price and quality. My wife and I have been there for romantic meals and our horological obsessions didn’t feel out of place in this environment, we’ve been there for work events and the service was great, to top that off; my son had his 14th birthday meal there last night and he utterly enjoyed it without me wincing when the bill came, you’d feel guilty if you didn’t add a tip. The only down side is the low lighting, don’t leave your reading glasses in the car. High end food and service that doesn’t break the bank.

Genuinely fantastic service and atmosphere. Staff were knowledgeable about the food and drink served and took care of us while we were there. Also, the Davidson Plum Sour is the best cocktail I've had in my life. Even the happy hour espresso martinis were fantastic.

Very trendy little bar on a top floor near Ocean street with views over Maroochydore. The food we had was really nice with generous servings, we couldn't eat it all. We had table service which was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Can get a little busy and packed so recommend booking a table. Not much parking available however there is parking on side streets or at Big Top and you need to go up on a small elevator. Bar is frequented by younger people so oldies can feel a little out of place haha. My only negative is the tables are too tall and the chairs as well which are a bit hard on the backside if you are going to be there for a while.

Incredible new rooftop bar in Maroochydore Sunny coast. We are lucky to live around the corner and were blown away by our new local. Brilliant service, DELICIOUS Greek style food, yummy wine, excellent live music and beautiful views. The price of everything was very reasonable too. Can’t wait to go back. Lovely atmosphere and kind staff. The plants are so cool! And the drinks were good, garnished and presented very beautifully. We didn’t try any food but what came out to other tables looked nice. The space is a bit smaller than I thought but I can image it being very nice for small to medium size events.

I made a reservation specifically mentioning it was my Birthday. I received an email not confirming my reservation… but stating they’re reviewing it and will let me know if it is approved! 4 hours later and no further contact. We arrived in time for our reservation and were sat at the bar table against the wall in a row. Very disappointed with the service. We left straight away and went to Arte. The service at Arte was top-tier. This is our Rooftop Bar of choice now.

Table service for drinks only which took the staff half an hour to bring drinks out. We had a private function however got told we couldn't order anymore drinks because the function ended in 10 minutes. This was at 6:45 and the bar was still open to the public. Staff were rude. Wouldn't recommend for booking a function. Zero rotten tomatoes.

Absolutely horrible service and “food”. Absolute scam, waited over half hour for the first round of drinks. Advertised at “bottomless” brunch but each time you order a drink the staff are in shambles, gave us incorrect drinks, literally served a pregnant lady alcohol by mistake, ordered the same drinks 3x with 3 different people and had to complain as they still hadn’t arrived 40min later. Definitely didn’t get our moneys worth in drinks or food. Food was not only tiny bite sized poor excuses for “courses” but disgusting! They changed 3 “courses” of the menu as out of stock even though it was a new menu and we had booked many weeks in advance. Changed to much cheaper items, the dessert was a bite of sticky date for some reason drowned in mango sorbet making it soggy and gross. Worst meal I have ever had and paid an insane amount for it. Literally left so hungry went to maccas on the drive home.

Was excited to visit and very let down! Stuck at the bottom of the lift searching for 10 mins to get up the before we called the venue. They sent someone down to collect us as you needed a key to get up the lift?! My partner and I were sat down facing directly opposite the ONLY other table in the entire venue, kind of awkward. When going through the limited menu my bf suggested something that wasn’t even on my paper printed menu? Ended up going with the $60 ribs, chips and wings plate, only to be told after we paid there’s no wings and they’ll just add more ribs. The ribs were nice, but for $60 and skinny fries, I don’t think so. We also ordered the pork belly entree that was coated in buffalo sauce (weird combo) and only 3 pieces for $18 is steep. Our red wine was chilled, which is not how we prefer to drink it, plus it smelt old (vinegary). There was on man and a women with an accent who had a friendly, inviting vibe to them. But overall not impressed, will not be returning.

5 star for the service! 2 out of our group were dining not for the bottomless brunch and they were left a little disappointed with their food however we loved our meals that came out. The head chef dropped by to see how we were going which was really nice. We did have to wait a little bit for drinks however by the end we definitely made up for lost time. Stayed there for longer than the 3 hour sitting but loved it all. Big props to Esteban. Top guy! Thanks for making my birthday one to remember

Do not waste your time or money coming here, the bottomless brunch is an absolute mockery. $125 to be served 4 courses of wet soggy tacos in different fonts, literally just tomato’s and tortillas… the drinks service is way too slow to get your moneys worth, literally being scammed, like be so for real 2 drinks in an hour…. ITS A BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH WHY CAN I SEE THE BOTTOM OF MY GLASS? Seriously the food is so bad to say that this was made by a chef is outrageous anyone can cut tomato’s and put them on a wrap. I feel so bad for the staff, they just know that it’s a rubbish scam, every time they come to the table they are shaking waiting to be abused. Special mention to the server Georgia its seriously a joke that these poor servers have to deal with the customer complaints when this is so obviously an upper management SCAM!!!!!!! The only good thing bout this place was Georgia and the music.

Finally something different on the Sunshine Coast! This place is fantastic and lives up to reputation as the coolest new kid on the block. The daytine/sunset views are amazing and well worth getting there early in the evening, don't be fashionably late and arrive at dark... You'll miss the magic show! The food is tapas and really really good. The service is mostly excellent although one of our waiters looked like a disinterested teenager. The bar is nice but limited, not much expertise or choice with wine or spirits, we didn't drink beer so can't comment. We ordered premium spirits on the rocks and it came in a cheap looking glass with a few small ice cubes that melted in a matter of minutes. Not a big deal but not up to standard for a venue that crows about their premium liquor service to your table. Get your friends together, dress to impress and get to Circa... But don't forget to book because it is invite-only up the secret elevator!

We had my other halves birthday dinner here with Greta as our waitress and I would like to say the staff are amazing!! So kind and even though I felt like a pain they went over and beyond to suit our needs! The food was delicious and I love the idea of 3 courses for $50 ♥ Thanks for the experience. We will be back x

Octopus was my absolute favourite! Very unique and flavourful, pita bread was also great, dense but fluffy and had a great after taste. Would have liked to have 4 lamb chops instead of 3. Potatoes were the only let down. In saying this we would eat here again without hesitation

Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was next level, everything, absolutely everything was amazing. Fresh, delicious, prompt. We ordered many entrees, cauliflower (amazing flavours) kingfish (perfect) fried cheese - saganaki (divine) octopus (tender and sweet) 3 dips (gorgeous) halloumi sticks (perfect) and spanakopita (flaky deliciousness) and 2 mains moussaka (bliss) and souvlakia platter was the stand out, melt in your mouth flame grilled flavour, again divine. Will be back again, many times I’m certain!! ❤️

Dined here for lunch for the first time today. Such a great find. Food was absolutely delicious!!! Very much looking forward to coming back when we are craving Greek food again which I'm sure will be very soon. The Saganaki with fig jam and the lamb shoulder were mouth watering. The Greek salad was crisp, fresh and bursting with flavour. One of the best I've had. Loved the chips too. Compliments to the Chef.

I am deleting my original review as it no longer reflects our dining experience last night. It was absolutely fantastic. The every dish we had was delicious and the cocktails were some of the best I have had for sometime. To compliment the good, was great service. We have just found our new favourite restaurant!

My 2nd time here. 1st time had the bug pasta which was delicious and this time the delicious souvlaki platter. The chargrilled meat was delicious and very tasty and loved the bottomless pit of pita, what a brilliant idea. Pita was warm, fluffy and seasoned perfectly, just delicious. Will be back, to try more! Highly recommend!

Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very prompt service. This Greek food was the best I have ever tasted! I have tried quite a few Greek restaurants over the years and this is handsdown the absolute best! The pita bread was soft and fluffy and the dips full of flavour. The chicken and lamb souvlaki skewers were melt in your mouth, so tender and had that lovely charcoal grill taste.

I really enjoyed my visit to Little Red Dumpling. Their dumplings were fresh, juicy, and full of flavour – definitely some of the best I’ve had in a while. The shallot pancakes were also a standout: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and perfectly seasoned. Great food, quick service, and a cozy atmosphere. I Came here for lunch, i ordered the xiao long bao. I was really craving freshly made ones. These are not. There flavours where ok, some had a bit of Bristle in them. I also had the wonton in szechuan soup. This was very Flavoursome, just wish they had more mean in the wonton. The lady took my money but didnt have much change. So i ended up giving her my gold Coins. The same lady made the food without washing her hands 🤦🏼‍♀️

Love going to Little Red Dumpling! The food is amazing and you can order everything off the QR code which is great when you don't want to talk to anyone. Been here multiple times and look forward to visiting again.

Came again for the same menu as I'm a big fan of Noddle. Don't know how many times me or we come to this place for Noddle n dumplings. I think as Indonesian I support Asians. Food is great , hospitality is good and it's not far from me, like less than 5 min with push bike. So totally recommend this if u wanna try beef Noddle n dumplings. As well they serve alcohol as well . May be next time put fresh chilly in my Noddle 😁 n keep the taste the same 👍. Good Job Guys

Was just OK. Pricey for the items we had. Dumplings were bland, and pancake over cooked, vegetables were nice though. I think with the range of choice in the area I would easily choose somewhere else in the future.

I forgot to take pictures because it was too delicious. I’m Japanese, but the dumplings here are the best. They surpass even the authentic ones back home. It’s all about the dumplings here! The taste is genuine. I wonder if the people leaving low ratings have even tried the dumplings?

OMG the food is amazing! Such a great venue with a variety of seating, comfy chairs, room at the tables. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Last night's dinner was epic, see photo. I have been here several times, for work events and client meetings and socially. A great spot in Cotton Tree to relax and have food and drinks and good conversation.

Lovely greeting on arrival. My satay chicken was the best I've ever had. The chicken was tender and fairly generous serving, roti was sooo good. My husband had the Mahi Mahi dish and he really enjoyed it. My Mocktail was refreshing, maybe a little less ice. We'll be back!

I have dined here so many times and it’s top of my list for relaxed atmosphere, amazing food and especially genuine, excellent staff. I love it ! Last night I organised my birthday dinner for 9 guests and chose this venue and I’m so pleased and proud to have taken my friends here, we all had a fabulous time, the cocktails and wine choices excellent, meals superb, service ….all perfect. If I could give more stars I would especially to Leo who looked after our booking and is the host with the most! Thank you for a fabulous night.

BEST FOOD AND SERVICE ON THE SUNSHINE COAST I know it’s a big call—but I’ve been dining at Cotton Tree Beach Bar for 18 months now, and it’s hands-down my favourite place to eat. My go-to? The Prawn Linguini with capers and a glass of Italian Pinot Grigio. Pure bliss. Oh and finishing with affogato with frangelico. Jonny and Katelyn have done an outstanding job creating and running this incredible café/bar/restaurant. Living on the Coast, I’ve tried my fair share of spots, but none come close to the consistent quality and welcoming vibe of this place. The food is always next-level, and the staff? Absolutely amazing—kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. There’s a real sense of community here. It feels like home. Just like the Cheers theme song says: “Where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came.” Massive shoutout to Jessie, Leo, Kieren, Holly and the whole front-of-house team! And of course, to Head Chef Glen and his wife Jade, and Blue is the extra special Chef - thank you for the heart and soul you pour into every plate.

A little overprice for sushi. Nigiri and rolls were tasty and fresh, however found the rice to be a bit over cooked and lacked flavour, not like traditional Japanese sushi rice. Really enjoyed the prawn tempura - cooked fresh, light and crunchy. Takoyaki wasn’t hot enough. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was average, a bit on the bland side and not enough chashu. I’ll only come here for sushi

Went here because of all the positive reviews! LOVE when the restaurant exceeds your expectations! While this might be a bit higher on the $ scale, you really do pay for QUALITY. Was promptly greeted on arrival, a small plastic bowl and cutlery provided for my son without being asked and seated in a very roomy and comfy booth. A perfectly sized selection on the menu and easy to order from their tablet at our table. You can even customise your sushi! Reviews say there are wait times occasionally when they are busy, but this didn’t appear to be the case today ☺️ The plates that arrived at our table were presented beautifully and looked SO fresh! Not the usual radioactive colours you might find at some other train or Japanese joint. Overall, great atmosphere, excellent quality food and impressive customer service! Hands down 5 stars!!

The best sushi on the Sunshine Coast. So fresh and made to perfection. Everything about each meal was delicious! The service is quick and friendly. Very clean. Highly recommend!

Sushi Dragon and was impressed by the great vibe of the restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, making for a fun and enjoyable dining experience. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited variety of food options available. As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I was hoping for more variety in their sushi selection. While the sushi I did have was okay, it didn't quite hit the mark of being great. Additionally, the prices were a bit high for what was offered. Overall, while Sushi Dragon has a great atmosphere, I feel they need to expand their menu to include more food items.

I went when this place first opened and it was great, went again recently (12/22) and it was okay. The dishes were really small for the Price, like I paid $17 dollar or something for the sunshine sushi and it was like maybe two rolls size with a pretty garnish, definitely only worth like $12. The bao buns were very plain and the edamame had no seasoning on it, barely even salt. Me and my partner paid $57 for our meal and drinks and were both still hungry after. Not as good as I previously remember and overpriced for sushi.

The decor is quite chillax and trendy. The two stars for the passion that I felt from the man at the counter who always greet with smile to all customers and genuinely polite along with the mocktail that was so refreshing! Yuzu Mojito's super great combination for this hot day! However, the foods came out so slow! We ordered around 12.50pm but end up getting our food around 1.16pm. The common sushi restaurant should be in the concept of "fast" if there were a major pack of customers, I would understand but today sadly not. We ended up cancel our nigiri which I believe it was fast to make! For the meals which we had, the king fish was not fresh (The white part should be transparent, not dark color). The rice was not firm, doesn't seem like Japanese rice. The broth in Ramen, you couldn't really taste the Pork Bone, just only aroma of sesame oil. Again, we didn't raise these issue up because 1. The man at the counter (assuming owner) was super nice and polite. 2. They already got 2 complains ahead of us when we were about to pay (The guy sat opposite of us who, I believe still waiting for his sushi and the senior who complained about the portion of the foods). It's Sunday, it's still long way to end the day, I don't want to rain their parade. All for all, service was really impressive but I wouldn't go back for the foods.

Beautiful place. Friendly service. I just wish their vegetarian selection were more extensive. I also wish they'd ask if you want dairy held when you ask for a vegetarian dish, and not just assume you want it held because you held the meat. Better dietary requirement training of chefs and staff would go a long way. But the view is fantastic, and the staff were accommodating, so I would still recommend this classy restaurant.

Strong start but disappointing finish. A great location which is in need of a refresh to maximise the beautiful vista. Staff were friendly and looked after our every need. The live music was a bonus but a little too loud and I found it to be intrusive at times. My fish was well cooked but my partners chicken was a little pale and lacklustre. We forgave them forgetting our coffee order, not sure we will be going back.

I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant we were a booking of 12 who turned up on time and ordered fairly soon after that yet had to wait 2.5 hours for our mains. We also had 4 small children with us and as you can imagine it was hard to keep them entertained for that long. We were the only people left in the restaurant and saw many people come in after us, yet eat before us. I felt as though it was under staffed and mismanaged. It was a very special occassion for us and it definitely brought down the mood. I will not be dining here again.

Had an absolutely amazing meal at Ebb last Saturday night. The new menu is amazing - Master Chef quality. The presentation is outstanding...almost too beautiful to eat (almost!). Loved the ambience and the service was great. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely be back as soon as we can. Thank you for a lovely night.

Disappointed We returned to Ebb after about a year’s absence to find new owners had taken over. The comparison with our previous experience was marked. The quality of meal had fallen considerably. The entree choice was quite good but didn’t live up to expectation. Our steaks were overdone, the vegetables sparse and the wine selection limited and quite expensive. Wait staff were pleasant and efficient. The two course “special” lunch was no longer accompanied by a glass of house wine despite costing about the same as previously. I believe the owners will need to lift their game if they are to survive in what is a premium venue.

My husband and I went for dinner for Valentine's Day and to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. It really was beautiful. It was a warm, balmy evening; the view incredible; the service excellent and the food exquisite. We both had scallops, I had the eye fillet and my husband had the confit duck followed by mango parfait and white chocolate mousse dessert. Had been a while since we had been and had forgotten how much we enjoy it. Can't wait to go back :-) Thank you!

The staff are so friendly, always efficient at getting meals out and the place makes you feel relaxed and at ease in a large shopping centre. Just love it!!

Absolutely delicious roti and chicken curry, they added coconut to make it more mild for me! Roti was flaky, hot, crispy and perfect. Look forward to coming back! Waffle fries were also deliciously flavoured and the ice lychee lemon drink!!

Fresh, crispy roti and deliciously, spicy chicken curry bowls are brilliant! Wife and I never consider eating anywhere else when visiting this Plaza. Had the pork belly on soft bun for first time and it was also amazing. Pretty sure everything on their menu is likely to blow your socks off!

Wow. What great food. My wife and I booked some time at telstra shop and decided to grab a bite. I had a crispy chicken Bao. Flavour was amazing. Texture with lettuce and carrot and peanuts and crispy chicken, Just blew me away, can't wait to go back.

Go to the " Nguyen Brothers " Vietnamese restaurant in the Sunshine Coast Plaza and tried their pork rib porridge. It was absolutely comforting and full of flavor. The porridge had a smooth and creamy texture, and the pork ribs were cooked perfectly — tender and falling off the bone. loved the crispy fried onions and fresh shallots on top. they added such a nice texture and aroma. It’s the perfect dish for a rainy day or when you’re feeling under the weather. The dish had a warm, home-cooked feel, and the service at the restaurant was also very friendly. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese comfort food, I highly recommend giving this place a try 😍

I recently had a wonderful experience at a Vietnamese restaurant in the Sunshine Coast area, located in Maroochydore Plaza. We ordered Bun Bo Hue and Pho, and I was truly impressed by the delightful flavors and the clean broth. It’s heartwarming to find such great food, and I can't wait to return for more.

Incredible flavors! The pho and banh mi were top-notch. The wonton chicken soup was so good, and the spring rolls were fresh and delicious. The service was attentive and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous find! What makes this Vietnamese cafe different is the additional non standard items like the pork and prawn pancakes Ban Cot on the breakfast menu and the sizzling platter meat and eggs (a favourite of mine when traveling in Vung Tau), on this occasion I Bun Hue, the Spicy Beef noodle soup which was just what we needed on this cool winters day. Thank you for bringing a little piece of Vietnam to the Sunshine coast. Such authentic flavours. I rated 4 for service and atmosphere only because it is located in a shopping centre.

I had the pork and prawn fried rice which was delicious but it was full of big bits of pork fat unfortunately so I think I’ll order something else next time

We had one of the most memorable dining experiences we have ever had. I took my husband here for his birthday dinner and as he strongly dislikes al la carte restaurants because of the small serving sizes I had some concerns. We had the 6 course degustation menu and we couldn't get over what amazing food each course was, our taste buds were in heaven. We both struggled to fit it all in. Sean our waiter brought the evening alive with his obvious love and knowledge of fine food and wine without the stuffiness you get elsewhere.

Oh My God! This is the best decision I made in Sunshine Coast, if my Airbnb was the only second best one. I had the Baby Red Seafood Platter for One. I felt like giving a plate of buffet! Amazing amazing amazing! The girls here were so friendly and fun to talk to. They are marvelous! Highly recommended if you love seafood: bugs, prawn, oyster, calamari, fish and fresh salad and the list goes on.

The best seafood on the Sunshine Coast. Lots of pride and effort goes into every dish. The platters are awesome, and incredibly generous in size. The prices are super reasonable for the quality of food. The staff are awesome, fun and friendly. There is certainly a reason they have so many awards and are so highly rated. If you haven't tried them yet, you need to.

Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed! Amazing large meals and the service was great. Great relaxed atmosphere too. I had the red emperor and reef dish and it was sooo good. I went with my family and my parents and kids were all wrapped with their meal too! We will be back next time we’re in the Sunshine Coast!

Like us you must have walked past the Red Sea Steak and Seafood one night saw a crowd and thought, that place looks busy we should try it out sometime, and so we did. Upon arrival, one of the staff who was a very lovely lady greeted us and sat us at a table for 2, and immediately had our table water and menus ready. We had ordered and shared the chef's selection seafood platter, which came with everything you could ask for at a reasonable price, it was delicious and amazing. The Red Sea staff truely show dedication in there service which is hard to find sometimes. They came to set up our table with, 2 small bowls, one to wash our hands and one for the shells of the seafood and gave us extra napkins, which just shows how good the service is, they even moved the umbrella so the sun would be burning us the whole time, while some places don't really care or even consider asking about this, I personally believe this place is one of those rare gems you find, a very high level of service. All i can say is the place is excellent. Totally worth dinning in at Red Sea Streak and Seafood

Dined here tonight after reading positive Google reviews, what a treat! This place is worth a visit! This family run restaurant prides itself on freshness, quality and quantity. Their staff are very welcoming and personable. We very much enjoyed our seafood platter and are looking forward to a return visit to try some of the other delicious items on their menu.

My favourite place for seafood! Reason is I’m never disappointed with my food. ALWAYS perfectly cooked seafood and very fresh. Oysters taste amazing and so hard to find seafood this fresh. Service friendly and efficient. They are a great team at this restaurant!

We recently made a booking for 24 people, short notice but made feel very welcome. The food and service were exceptional with the owner going the extra mile in every way to ensure the group had a great time. Will be back when next in town as I have not had better italian food for a long time. Lovely home style quiet restaurant albeit a little hard to find being located upstairs off the street. Kids menu was quite extensive and good value - our lot practically licked their plates! Service attentive and very polite. Would recommend

Come here every year when we stay in the area for a reunion. Usually excellent food, service and atmosphere. My seafood pizza with a garden salad was excellent. Unfortunately my wife’s gluten free pasta was undercooked, not the pasta ordered and the sauce minimal and was very bland. Whilst my meal was a five hers was a 1. The restaurant was very quiet last night and the lamb my wife usually orders was no longer on the menu.

Ate here a few weeks ago because the menu looked inviting, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. There was no one in the restaurant, and now I know why. That was the first red flag. The restaurant is dated, no ambience, but that's fine if the food is top notch. The seafood linguine was a game of spot the seafood, basically a bowl of tasteless and over salted pasta. The pizza was like cardboard with minimal toppings, I'm certain the base wasn't freshly made on site, tasted like a pizza base from the supermarket. The arancini was again tasteless and over salted, barely any mushroom flavour or actual mushrooms. My teenage boy who normally eats anything and everything, ate a few bites of pasta and didn't finish it. We were desperate for something to be right, so against my better judgement we ordered the pana cotta for desert. No lemon or vanilla as promised, not even a hint, tasted like milky jelly. The waitress was lovely but clearly this place is not authentic italian as promised.

Absolutely terrible. The pasta we were served was nothing like what we ordered, the Capricciosa had NO olives, and the entrees we specifically asked for never arrived. When the food finally did come out, it took far too long — and it wasn’t worth the wait. The food was bland and either overcooked or undercooked. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant, so there’s no excuse for such poor service. On top of that, the website is misleading — it claims the restaurant is owned by an Italian family, which is clearly not true. The photos online don’t reflect reality either; the restaurant looks stuck in the 80’s and desperately needs an update. Nothing about this place matched the promises on their site. We won’t be back.

The staff here are amazing, especially the lady behind the bar last night. Her service stood out the most it made my partner and I’s night for sure. The food was delicious and the timing between means was perfect. Other places we have been the timing has been so off and you are sitting there waiting for meals between each coarse Will definitely be back. Make sure to order the honey thyme goats cheese as a starter. Thank you for dinner we will definitely be back.

The restaurant is amazing when you first walk in, the vibe and the decor is amazing. The lady that served us was the most amazing and lovely lady. She was happy, helpful, polite and very prompt. The food was put together so well. The chef and kitchen staff did an amazing job at pairing flavours and creating some delicious food. Highly recommend for a date night.

A great boujee vibe. Service was great - prompt and friendly. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The time it must have taken to layer that ratatouille! And the drinks were on point too. Tried one of their cocktails...a coffee foam and cardamon mix that was a delightful sensory experience for my eyes, nose and my tastebuds. We'll definitely be back. Topped it all off with the decadence of a gluten free chocolate cheesecake with pistachio ice cream and macadamia crumble! 🤤🤤🤤

My partner and I came here a few nights ago and could only be seated at the bar as we didn’t have a booking. Turns out the bar is the best seat in the house because we had an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. However, what truly made the night, was the service from Yasmeen. They were so knowledgeable about both the food and the wines, attentive without ever being intrusive, and kept us engaged and entertained throughout the evening. Their recommendations were spot on and added so much to our overall experience. Highly recommend - we’ll definitely be back!

Visited this restaurant which was in Cotton Tree area and walking distance from Sunshine Towers Maroochydore. The thing we liked about this place was the Thai omelette that was not on the menu and it tasted authentic Thai. Chicken satay would have been nicer if it was seasoned and grilled instead of fried chicken cutlets with satay sauce.

Table service was prompt and very courteous & friendly Our orders came promptly and were well presented and delicious We both like this restaurant and will be back for sure. We dined in but they also do takeaway

Enjoyed dinner with family on Friday evening. Indoor was full and we had outdoor seating, it was pleasant with fresh air and a quiet street with not much car traffic. The staff were kind and attentive, especially the gentleman who looked after us so warmly.

Tasty Thai food, one of the best in Maroochydore hands down. We had takeaways and the meals are super big serving and super delicious. The staff are so lovely 😍 definitely going back to dine in next time💛💛💛

2 bites & binned it! Disgusting! No flavour! 3 different dishes, all foul. Nachos was spat out as the flavour of the pulled beef was unrecognisable. $4 for guacamole side, see pictures....your kidding. How can anyone call this edible. Absolute crap.

Was concerned going in as I seen lots of reviews describing it to be bland and tasteless, as I have experienced this before with another Mexican restaurant and didn’t want to be let down. We got the Birria beef tacos (broth was rich and spiced well), chicken enchiladas (also spiced well) with a side of guac and jalapeño poppers (average but good). All were flavoursome & I walked away pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive and friendly & open to discuss our experience. Their home made hot sauce was lovely - actually had spice and was really well balanced.

They ran out of chips 🤦🏼‍♂️ and jalapeño poppers. The service is nonexistent! 25 minutes before they even asked what drinks we wanted. Food was okay not spectacular just okay. Birria tacos were just beef cheese and onion.

Thanks to Elise and her team at Prickly's for making my 50th a very special evening. My family of 30 were impressed with the authenticity of the Mexican dishes, the delicious mocktails and cocktails and the personalised service where Elise ensured everyone's needs were met. We've celebrated numerous special occasions here for all these reasons and the assurance that our coeliac family members can enjoy any of the starters and most of the mains. We highly recommend the warm cheese dip, spiced fried calamari, beef brisket tacos or the marinated chicken tacos. Thank you team!

Tried the prickly pinata for the first time on Friday. It was reasonably busy when we arrived. Had not reserved a table. Waited a while and I had to ask staff to be seated, then ask to be served, and later check on our meals after waiting an hour. We were given a free soft drink, which was appreciated, but only soft drinks were offered. We also had to ask for cutlery. The server who looked after us was genuinely lovely and did her best. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting about 1 hour and 30 minutes for our meals. The atmosphere wasn’t very relaxing, with kids playing loudly on the stairs, though I know that’s not really the restaurant’s fault. The food itself was reasonable once it arrived.

So DISAPPOINTED TODAY! We have been here several times and have had takeaway a lot when we used to holiday in cotton tree. We are permanently living here now. Today we had tacos beef and fish both terrible the fish had the taste of old oil and the beef was tough and cold when we got it. The chips were not bad. The service was very slow considering 2 tables one of 4 and ours of 5. We had to ask for more drinks we had to ask if we could order. 2 floor staff very slow not real friendly we weren’t at all impressed today. The bill for 5 of us was around $200 a little excessive the tacos are very skimpy with meat and filling tomato & rocket that’s about it. It’s also really sad to see the replies to the negative reviews people DONT give negative reviews if they enjoyed there meal and are happy with the outing. Sadly we won’t be back or refer anyone to visit here it’s simply not worth it any way. Disappointed that’s for sure!

Stunning plant-based cuisine full of flavour! Excellent service, wholesome delicious food and wonderful atmosphere! An absolute gem! I had the banquet meal which was decadent and presented beautifully. The drinks were fantastic, everything was perfect!

Well I gotta say... I've never in my life Eaten vegan food. By far this was the most delicious Meal I have had this year. And I've had a lot of meals. The service was terrific, the timing between meals was excellent, and the price was very very reasonable considering the quality of food, ingredients, beverages and well trained staff. Give this a go, even if meat is your staple food, you will not be disappointed.

What a fantastic experience, loved it. The only reason why I gave food 4/5 is the portion size, in my opinion, the humble burger was small, but the flavour was so awesome. Obviously they make their own gluten free buns and everything is gluten-free. I loved the menu all plant-based. Loved it… the atmosphere was so nice and inviting. Can’t describe how good the experience was….

We tried a range of things for dinner, humble burger (1/5), hemp & bean (2/5), nachos (1/5), green curry (4/5) and a few in entree. Burgers had absolutely no flavour / sauce, were super dry and lacked taste. Nachos had plenty of beans but no flavour or taste in terms of sauces (guacamole, sour cream or cheese). Staff didn’t seem too interested to help, or even check in to see if we needed anything. Probably the worst service I have encountered in a long time.

Not too many around these days but glad we found one here whilst on holiday. Lots of variety in the salad bar. Came here for an early dinner with the family. Kids had the Salad bar and my wife and I had the ribs and steak. The steak was cooked to my wife's liking but the ribs were quite tough and rubbery and I wouldn't order them again. Service was good and plates were removed from our take quite quickly. At 5pm the place was quiet.

Would you pay $30 for this vomit? That’s what it tastes like. Absolute rubbish. I understand you can’t serve yourself due to covid but seriously look at what we were served. Thought we would support for the final time at Sizzler and was left feeling so ill that night and next morning.

The dish is with big volume. I love soft shell crab. But when it’s fried as a whole it is a bit scary. And the sushi rolls is a little bit expensive. It was 17.5 for the prawn roll. Taste good tho with great wasabi. I live the green tea and chocolate tower. It’s huge. Good restaurant overall.

This place was a suggestion from a friend and it didn’t disappoint! We had the banquet menu and it was great value, a feast for the eyes, well paced, service was quick and meals? - delicious! The restaurant is compact and can be loud but was still a great night and fantastic meal. Will definitely return and recommend 👍🙏

This place is brilliant. The food is very tasty, the service was great as well. And $2 ph corkage for BYO wine. The staffer was the cook and the waiter! It was a quiet Sunday lunch though. Will be back.

My friends and I went here the other day for dinner, we absolutely love it. We ordered takoyaki, cheesy okonomiyaki, green tea chocolate mountain, and one hot cake with green tea ice cream and banana. The total cost were $47, and us three was so full. Takoyaki came as six octopus balls, served with mayo and teriyaki sauce I believe. The octopus pieces was the biggest I have ever been eating in the Coast. Cheesy okonomiyaki was literally as cheesy as it sounds 🤣 and it was huge. And if you are sweet dessert lover, must come here. The two desserts we ordered was so much bigger than we expected, three people couldn’t finish two desserts. I don’t think I need to describe anything else, just look at the photos and you will understand 😉. Was a bit of the wait for the food but staffs are lovely and customer services were excellent. Great view for an ideal date by the way🥰! 11/10

Ordered a beef madras and a chicken bhunna. Both meats were fall apart tender Flavours were beautiful. First time ordering indian cuisine and will definitely try again, this was very enjoyable. Ordered medium and was happy with that, definitely not too hot at all. Garlic naan was great as well.

Recently stayed at the hotel above cafe Venice. We had breakfast there everyday and even lunch some days. Despite varying degrees of business. Every single time the food was quick, good portions and delicious. Alex and the staff were kind and hospitable. We hope to back one day

Had breakfast here while watching the Maroochydore half-marathon—great food, excellent coffee, and really friendly staff. I accidentally left my AirPods on the table and didn’t realise until I was back in Brisbane. The team went out of their way to post them back to me, which I really appreciated. Stopped in for a Saturday brunch and sat outside under the awning. They have table service and this was the bit that let them down. It was really slow. The food was excellent, well-presented and delicious. I had the garage chicken with poached egg and pickled ginger. Hubby had the French toast with bacon, fried banana and berries. Would definitely come here again.

A hidden gem! Don't let the 'industrial area' location fool you. NOT just for breakfast, this places has delicious fresh food, fantastic cocktails, a great vibe and fabulous flavours. The menus change all the time. I haven't had such a good meal in a VERY long time. Went there on Saturday and felt totally chilled. The garden makes it feel like an oasis and the fresh flavours, herbs and varied dishes show the chef has talent and really loves his/her food.

We regularly go to Riba Kai for brunch on weekends. The specials change weekly so you don’t get bored with the menu. The food never disappoints - always amazing! Excellent service (thanks Gaby) and vibrant atmosphere. Oh and the coffee is the best! Highly recommend although don’t want the secret to get out! 👌👌👌
